Speaker 0: I didn't want to be a whistleblower. I wanted nothing to do with it. I was at my wits end. I saw important intelligence reporting being suppressed. I started to experience what I believed to be discrimination, character assassination really. My name is Jonathan Buma and I'm a FBI special agent. When I went and presented to the assistant director in charge over at Los Angeles field office, He he was very interested in the allegations concerning potentially implicating the Bidens and, you know, involved in business deals with Barisma, the company that was involved in alleged criminal activity. He's very interested and he was adamant about, packaging that information up and transferring that to the appropriate case agent, right away. But during the same meeting, when I attempted to provide information that Rudy Giuliani may have been compromised by individuals suspected of being involved in Russian counterintelligence influence operations, He shut me down and the meeting ended. I came to know that Julian had received $300,000 from Pablo Fuchs, a very powerful businessman who had deep ties with transnational organized crime syndicate. He was based in Ukraine. And that was deeply concerning to me, especially, you know, having heard that Giuliani had been working for the president pro bono. My questions that were going through my head were, who does he really work for? I wasn't trying to implicate Trump or do anything that would injure his reputation. This reporting implicates Giuliani. He was the one that was in ongoing contact with foreign nationals and, you know, political activists who received hundreds of thousands of dollars from these sources. And at that time, Joe Biden was not yet the Democratic nominee. I I said to my my co handling agent, I said to him, why do they keep going back to the Bidens? So what if this is the leading edge of a disinformation campaign to create a theme of derogatory information about the Bidens in anticipation that Biden would be Trump's main political rival. And I started to experience pushback. All of my reporting came under under really tight scrutiny to the point where I went from getting exceptional performance awards to being told that I was an inconsistent performer and that I had all these administrative and I don't have a history of that, the thirteen years before that. So it got to the point where it was pretty intolerable. So I filed a whistleblower complaint. All FBI agents get annual training concerning the protected federal whistleblower statute, which says that if you see misconduct in management, then you can file a whistleblower complaint with the inspection division. The managers involved in your chain of command are prohibited from committing any acts that could be considered reprisal or retaliation. From that point forward, the retaliation actually increased, and I experienced no such protection, and there's never any mention or acknowledgment outside of an automated email response saying, We received your information, and a letter that said we received your information. Nothing. No interviews. No anything. And an email was sent with a brand new supervisor that specifically prohibited me from doing any more reporting on criminal matters, public corruption matters, or reporting on anyone related to the White House or any current or former associates of Trump. But then now I started to experience personal attacks, not only suppression of the reporting. My reporting was corroborated already at that point, so if you can't undercut the reporting, undercut the person. So that's what I was experiencing at that point. And I was moved to a squad where I couldn't work sources. I was sent to basically, the Alaska of LA, and it put into a position where it would be physically impossible for me to do any more source reporting. I was never trying to drive the political process in one way or the other. I was only trying to make sure that everybody had all of the information, both sides, so that people could make intelligent decisions about what they want to do, policymakers or voters or whatever. What chairman Jordan's investigation is alleging is that the FBI as a whole is an arm of the anti Trump agenda, and that's simply not true. There is this allegation out there that the FBI slow played the intake of information and their diligent effort to investigate Burisma and the Bidens. What I saw going on with some of these these hearings was they weren't getting the full story. And I wrote up a statement, went to his office, and and I told him, well, quite honestly, guys, here's what happened. I think the management cared a lot about it and they wanted a special briefing about it. What needs to be said here is I later started reporting on Giuliani, and, I really started to experience some suppression. And at that point, they shut me down, and they said, no. No. No. We're we're only interested in things related specifically to Biden. I I don't think it's a legitimate investigation. The reason why I came forward is number one, don't want any other FBI agent to ever have to go through what I've gone through, and having their their right of protection under the statute completely, blatantly violated. Number two, I wanna restore the integrity of the FBI so that people have trust and faith in it. Because if it's gone, public corruption will become rampant and we will things will go to hell in a handbasket in this country real fast, faster than people think. If the very agency that's charged with holding our public officials and the most powerful people in the world accountable can't hold its own self accountable and becomes corrupt itself, then, this country, things can get bad real fast. You know, it would be the beginnings of a fascist state. If they want to figuratively slaughter me by firing me, they can do that. But I have no intention of leaving. I'm gonna show up for work. I'm gonna continue to show up for work in the hope of getting a good paycheck like any other American really wants.

It wasn't even our beautiful home at Oak Castle or my home at the beach that I own corporately with friends. It was a house that was worth 35, $40,000 and now it's worth a fortune. But here here is where the problem was. Frankie Biden of the Biden crime family comes up to me and he goes, give her the house or you're going to have serious problems. I looked at Frankie and I said, are you threatening me? And, needless to say, about 2 months later, my brother and I were indicted for that tax charge for $8,200. He was one of the guys who who Was talking to the whistleblower, Ruby Freeman. When Ruby Freeman was was talking about she she was on TV at the State Farm arena. She had a contrite moment. So, couple people. 1 guy, Steven Lee, he knocked at her door, and she didn't wanna answer him because he's white. So, he they called it. She called 911. So Steven Lee's indicted just for trying to she everybody heard that she wanted to tell her story and reach out Because she knew something was up in the Fulton County election. So and then so you had Trevy and Cuddy and Harrison Floyd and then another guy, Garrison Douglas. So Garrison and T. Trevyan drove up to to, to Ruby's house on January 4th, knocked on the door, And she didn't answer, but her neighbor came over. Anyway, Garrison Douglas didn't he was there. They they met at At the police station at the approval of the FBI. Yeah. So they went to the Cobb County police station. So it was Trevy and Cutty and Garrison Douglas. Garrison is Brian Kemp's spokesman, not indicted. No no word about what What his story is. Speaker 0: Why does he get protection? Speaker 1: Exactly. So he, you know, he was sitting next to Ruby when Trevyon was asking her voluntarily, no pressure, To to tell her story. And Harrison happened to call in by phone, you know, speakerphone, like, 10 minutes into the call. So this is all on body cam. It's on 911. And there's there's body cam at the house of her saying, you know, I don't know who to trust. I don't chose to trust the government, and I want these people to come back and help me. Come back to my house. But the FBI agent, she testified in the j six committee in May of 2022. She said that she gave the card the FBI agent card The police, and the police talked it out with the FBI. The FBI facilitated and and probably arranged a meeting at the Cobb County police station, and Trevy Decutti is on camera saying that the federal people are in the station with her. They're listening in on the body cam. And so, really, they asked so Trebn is basically doing the interviewing and say, hey. We we wanna help. You know? What do you wanna tell us? And she says, yeah. I need an attorney. And then she says that She went to talk to the Fulton County DA on December 8, 2020 that they didn't ask her any questions. So the FBI was there. The d the GBI was there. Didn't ask her any questions. They just told her to clear her social media. And then so then then she goes on to say Speaker 0: course. They told her to clear her social media because we have screenshots of the Instagram posts and the They spoke posts and Speaker 1: Yes. So he did a lot of Facebook lives. I'm not sure about the Instagram. That may be real, maybe not. But, but while she's in the on the body cam, She says that she talks about the suit the the ballots under the table, and and they said they came to her, her boss, her manager. She didn't identify By who? But we think we got a few people who might be. They said, the count is low. It's really low, and you've gotta find some ballots to scan. And she she said, there are no more ballots. No more absentee ballots to scan. They have scanned them all, contrary to what Gabe Sterling says. So he's he's somebody's not telling the truth there. So So then they said well, they looked around, and because everybody was, yeah, cleared out of the of the State Farm arena, they said, lucky. Boom. Under the table. Cut the zip ties. And that and she says this is all her words. That's how they scan them to get the number up. And and she met with the GBI, FBI, And they cleared her of all that. They didn't ask her any questions, basically. But she said she said it was basically a cover up. They they nobody asked nobody investigated. So and and so she she tells this on an hour long body cam at 11 o'clock at night On January 4, 2021. And it's day before the senate run off. No. It's just political, and it's a coverup. Anyway, it's a coverup. And then they write their report. There's no crime. Nobody got arrested. Nothing. And then So that police report was filed. Media never looked at that. 4 hours later, at almost 4 AM in the morning, somebody filed a police report supplement that said, oh, it's because of the election. It's because of Trump. And they were they were harassing her. Take that. What? Total. That's not what happened. On the on the evidence does not show that. And so if we were to sit here for the next 2 hours, what we would see This operation just goes on and on and on. They're scanning until about 12:55 in the morning. So we kept the the, video running. And, you know, we can show you the people who gave us the affidavits reappearing at that time just as they said around 1 a. M. To find out are they in fact counting after they told us they would stop working or not. And we will fast forward to that, but have you all seen as much as you'd like to see of what's happening here? So Garrison and T Trevion drove up to to, to Ruby's house On January 4th, knocked on the door and she didn't answer, but her neighbor came over. Anyway, Garrison Douglas didn't he was there. It it they they met It's a police station at the approval of the FBI. Okay. So they went to the Cobb County police station. So it was Trevy and Cutty and Garrison Douglas. They're listening in on the body cam. And so, Revi, they asked so Trevyon is basically doing the interviewing and saying, hey. We we wanna help. You know, what do you wanna tell us? And she says, yeah. I need an attorney. And then she says that she went to talk to the Fulton County DA on December 8, 2020 that they didn't ask her any questions. Because the FBI was there. The d the GBI was there. Didn't ask her any questions. They just told her to clear her social media. It's really low and you've gotta Find some ballots to scan and she she said, there are no more ballots. No more absentee ballots to scan. They have scanned them all. So then they said well, they looked around and because everybody was got cleared out of the of the State Farm arena, they said, lucky. Boom. Under the table, cut the zip ties and that and she says this is all her words. That's how they scan them to get the number up. And and she met with the GBI, FBI and they cleared her of all that. They didn't ask her any questions, basically. But she said she said there was a case like cover up. They said nobody asked Nobody investigated. So Speaker 0: The ballots underneath the table. Speaker 2: Nobody investigated anything. And then she goes she goes, the real thing is she wanted to go live on every platform was the USBs. The USBs, she said, were gonna blow your mind. So and and so she she tells this on an hour long body cam at 11 o'clock at night on January 4, 2021. And they say it's no crime. It's just political. And it's a cover up. Anyway, it's a cover up. And then they write their report. There's no crime. Nobody got arrested. Nothing. And then so that police report was filed. Media never looked at that. 4 hours later, almost 4 AM in the morning, somebody filed a police report supplement that said, oh, it's because of the election. It's because of Trump. And they were, they were harassing her. That's not what happened on the, on the evidence does not show that there was no pressure, no no threats. And they they basically this is like a this is like a PP Dossier for for the Fulton County version of the PP Dossier Yeah. Is this police report supplement. So you got got and then they did another supplement later which which Speaker 0: So Harrison Harrison was just trying to do other right thing and try to help investigate investigate allegations of fraud. I’ve commented on this situation a bit ago and I’ll say it again.. there is no way the entire buildings sprinkler system would be shut down without multiple tampers and supervisory alarms going off. The moment you start turning the butterfly valve to shut off the water supply you will be alerting the Fire Dept. For the system to be offline someone would have to call it in as well so there is a trail to be followed here to see what actually happened.
