You couldn't see around it and then we had to get in. So what's going on in there? So we, we, we drive up to this place and they've, they've painted on the wall in Haitian Creole, you know, happy day orphanage. Well, there's no registered orphanage in Haiti called that. And so we know it's, it's a front.
What are they doing? Well, we know what they're doing. They're selling. If there's if there's 8,000,000 children who are being sold into slavery, 2,000,000 of those are just sex slavery every year. How do those kids get into the market?

The trafficking operation starts thousands of miles away, in the remote regions of Central and South America. Some children are lured to the United States by digital and radio advertisements, promising a better life in America. Other children are sold to human traffickers by their own parents, and some are kidnapped off the streets in their home country. Before they can leave, human traffickers mark children like cattle. Children are tagged with wristbands like these, to indicate that they are cleared to enter the United States. Often, adults can be seen carrying children across the border who are incapacitated. This is an indicator that the child has no relation to the adult carrying them, and could mean that the child has been kidnapped. According to a Florida grand jury report, in February 2019, Belkin Aidenia Martinez Parada, a Honduran mother of four, agreed to a scheme to rent three of her four children, ages six months to twelve years, to three different Honduran men so they could pass through the Texas border as families. After apprehension, children are held in top-secret compounds run by private government contractors in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security. A few compound locations across the state of Texas include El Paso, Pecos, Eagle Pass, Carrizo Springs, and many more across the Rio Grande Valley. These compounds are highly secure and resemble concentration camps. This compound, in Pecos, Texas, is double-fenced with guard towers and floodlights. Why is this level of security needed for a compound that only holds children? Other compounds have been established in former shopping centers. Southwest Key Programs, an NGO that shelters illegal alien children and escorts them to their sponsors, holds children in repurposed Walmart centers. Southwest Key Programs, commonly referred to simply as Southwest Key, is an NGO with a checkered past. In 2018, Southwest Key employee Fernando Magaz Negrete was charged with child molestation after sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl at a Southwest Key facility. In 2019, a Southwest Key employee was sentenced to 19 years in prison for sexually abusing children and exposing them to HIV. While children are held in these compounds, the Office of Refugee Resettlement, also known as ORR, works to establish contact with the sponsor of each child. Under the Biden administration, ORR has eased sponsor vetting procedures in order to expedite the child processing pipeline. On March 31, 2021, ORR issued Field Guidance Number 11, ending the background check requirement for Category 2 sponsors, the type of sponsor for almost 50% of children. It is known to federal and state governments, as well as ORR case managers, that many of the so-called sponsors are in fact human traffickers. In a 2016 congressional report, it was admitted that children are brought into the United States by human trafficking rings, and that the United States is a source, transit, and destination country for men, women, transgender individuals, and children, both U.S. citizens and foreign nationals, subjected to sex trafficking and forced labor. In a report published on September 6, 2023, by the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General, it was admitted that DHS may unknowingly release migrants, including children, to potentially unsafe conditions or smuggling operations. Finally, in a report filed by a Florida grand jury in March 2023, it was found that an employee of ORR was fired for reporting a case of suspected human trafficking of over 100 unaccompanied alien children shipped off to a single house in Texas to a government hotline because her ORR superiors refused to investigate the matter. Once ORR has vetted a sponsor, children are escorted by government contractors from holding facilities into the hands of their sponsor somewhere in the United States. A couple of the contractors involved in this step include Southwest Key and MVM. MVM is a private security contractor founded by three former Secret Service agents. The company has been granted $369.5 million in order to provide staffing and resources necessary to arrange travel and escort for unaccompanied children in ORR custody. After 9-11, MVM was contracted by the NSA and CIA to provide armed security in Iraq. More recently, in 2018, MVM won a contract to conduct research for the FBI's High Value Detainee Interrogation Group, a program implemented to conduct overseas interrogations of terrorists. This same company is now conducting a domestic child escorting operation. Every morning at McAllen International Airport, white vans drop off masked children with masked agents who escort them through the airport, onto an airplane, and into the hands of their sponsor. Hey, are you going to check up on these kids after you drop them off at their sponsor and make sure that they are actually safe? Do you care that much about them? Are you going to make sure that they're not being trafficked across the country? No, you're not going to do that, are you? You could tell us their names. This way, maybe we could check up on them. My job was to take kids from point A, basically take kids from point A to point B. The job of an MBM employee is to come and grab these kids, take them on an airplane, and take them to a sponsor who is supposed to be a family member, but most of the time it's not. Did you ever drop a kid off with a sponsor and you could tell that there was something not right with the sponsor, like maybe he was on drugs or he just suddenly just seemed off? All the time, all the time, all the time. We would get people who were drunk, people who were high on lean, people who were high on other things. The sponsors themselves would tell you shit like, yeah man, I did a line before coming here. I gotta go out and party again, but you guys got me here picking up this damn kid, shit like that. You heard that first hand? Yeah, yeah, yeah, you hear that all the time. After delivery to a sponsor, ORR conducts a 30-day wellness check. This consists of placing a phone call to the sponsor 30 days after the initial handoff to verbally confirm the state of the child. Since 2021, 85,000 or about one-third of these phone calls have gone unanswered. There is no police report filed, no new cases opened with Child Protective Services, and the address of the sponsor is not flagged as suspicious. The child simply becomes another statistic. The open border policies of the Biden administration continue to provide an endless stream of children for human traffickers to exploit. Speaker 0: You've seen the images. Millions of migrants, many being unaccompanied children, streaming across the United States southern border. Desperate families blend with criminals having paid gangs and cartels for their transit. Through this criminal exploitation of innocence and the very policies of the US immigration system, children remain the most vulnerable. America's future now brings you stories from the front line, not bureaucrats, but everyday citizens and public servants demanding answers for all Americans whose 1,000,000,000 of taxpayer dollars have been spent on a broken system.
Reunited for the first time, these four brave whistle blowers, 2 current federal employees and 2 from private government contractors share stories of what they witnessed missed working around the Pomona Fairgrounds' migrant intake facility in 2021. The Southern California facility processed nearly 9,000 accompany children over its 8 month operation.
Speaker 1: I'm Tara Rodas here in Washington DC. Behind me is the spirit of justice with a child by her side. I've been a federal employee for more than 20 years. I was deployed to the Pomona Fairplex In 2021, and I started off as a youth care worker, later promoted to the deputy of the federal case management team. Justice is vital to all Americans, Especially to our children who must be protected and defended from evil.
That's why I'm proud As an HHS whistleblower to be joined today by brave public servants and insiders who are going to be coming forward for the 1st time to tell their full stories. Together, we will expose how the US government put children into the hands Of unvetted sponsors. Some are criminals and traffickers and members of transnational criminal organizations whose sex traffic And labor traffic to children.
Speaker 2: And a lot of these kids were lost as to where where is it they were heading to.
Speaker 1: So, Carlos, based on the Now that you just shared with us, it's clear that the government knew that children were not going to the correct people.
Speaker 2: Correct. My name is Carlos Arellano, I was an unaccompanied minor migrant escort across the United States. My job was to move children from point a To point b, and we used to move kids in the 1,000 per week.
Speaker 0: MVM Inc, a private security contractor, was awarded a multimillion dollar contract with the Department of Homeland Security in 2020 amounting to nearly $700,000,000.
Speaker 3: And you keep telling them and you keep telling them, and nothing is being done. It weighs very heavy. You know? Very happy.
Speaker 4: My name is Myra Moreno. I worked at the Pomona Fairgrounds for 6 months. I I began working there as a case manager then became a case manager lead with backgrounds and fingerprints.
Speaker 0: Maxum Healthcare Services was was contracted to manage the operations at the Pomona, California immigration intake facility in April 2021 by Cherokee Federal. Cherokee Federal was awarded a nearly $900,000,000 contract for these services.
Speaker 5: We cannot continue to fund a program that has failed over and over again, year after year. How many times does this have to go before congress? How many times does the inspector general have to do a report? My name is Deborah White. I'm a federal employee For over 10 years, I was selected, for a detail to the HHS Pomona Farplex to assist with the undocumented Children.
I was selected because of my project management and contracting skills. I'm also a native Spanish speaker.
Speaker 1: We must ask ourselves, where did these children go? Alright. So let's talk about what was our 1st day like.
Speaker 4: When I was in orientation, it was a joke. I Went with, another case manager that was also starting that day with me, and when we go in there, it was just chaotic. Everybody He was doing different things, getting pulled from different directions. There was no organization, and so I I was like, what am I How am I gonna help? There is no proper training, so it was just very chaotic.
My 1st day, my first experience there.
Speaker 1: Yeah.
Speaker 5: Yeah. So, Tara, Tara, you're familiar with my 1st day because we've been together since the beginning. You know, we took a Photo arriving in California. We were very hopeful, very excited, to come and, you know, do good work. You know?
We thought, hey. Regardless of where you lie on the political spectrum, it doesn't matter. You know? We are here to, help children, however you feel about the situation. There was no structure, no organization, which was very surprising to me because, HHS has been doing this for a very long time.
And I would think that they had had already, Standard operating procedures to ensure, you know, a smooth a smooth process, you know, but it was not that way. It was absolutely chaotic, and there was just a lot of finger The government, blames the contractor. The contractor blamed the government for lack of guidance.
Speaker 2: Yeah. So in, 2021 is when Guys, we're all on Pomona. Right? Yeah. So my my 1st day dealing with Pomona is I showed up to California.
You meet all these new all these people you had never seen before, and everybody's talking. Everybody's like, how long have you been How long have you been flying around with kids? How is it? What's your experience? And then you start talking and you find out that a lot of people sitting next to you that are now in charge of kids were were working in fast food, were working in retail.
So many areas that you're like, how do How are you ending up with children? Right. They would tell you, I got hired yesterday. I got hired 2 days ago. I got Hired last night, and they told me, be ready this morning to fly out and head head out to California.
And you would tell yourself, I went through FBI fingerprints. I went through so many background checks that took months. And it's like, how do you how are you letting people Who who don't know what they're doing, 1. 2, their backgrounds are not in yet, and they're about to have access to a child within 2 hours.
Speaker 1: And they were We're always trying to come up with new crazy ideas of how to get something done. One of the more nefarious things I remember, maybe you'll remember this too, is When they were trying to vaccinate the children Yes. And the children did not want to be vaccinated, and they implemented operation deep freeze so that they could give a popsicle to a filed to get their vaccination. Oh, wow.
Speaker 5: Yes. I do remember they were talking about that in the command center one about the success of it, because you have a child who's, you know, hungry, thirsty, whatever it is, you know, after a long journey, and the first thing that they do when they, you know, come off that bus Us is go to that medical tent where Mhmm. Basically, they're trying to course the kid to get, a COVID vaccination. And if they Don't want to. Like, they'll offer them a popsicle.
Again, hungry, thirsty child, offer them a popsicle to get a shot. Mhmm.
Speaker 4: Yeah. Before you guys came in, I remember that one of the directors gathered all of the case managers and told us, come in because this is very important, And they said, please make sure that you're not sharing information because the feds are in the building, and they're here to Make deportations. So, you know, so at in the beginning, we were very, like, why are you looking at my paperwork? You know? Be be alone.
We were, like, why? And then I remember because we were sitting by the American flags, so
Speaker 3: I used to sit all the
Speaker 4: way in the back, and then you came in the back. And I was like, why is the fed behind us? What is going on? You know? And I didn't know what was happening because they had told us, You know, the feds are here in the building, and they're here to deport the children.
And so as case managers, you know, We were very passionate. We wanted to reunify the children with their family members, so having you there at first, it was very, like, nerve wracking because we really didn't know What was going on, why you guys were there, so they instilled fear on the case management team. So after they said that, they said, That's why it's very important that we work through these cases and we get these kids kiddos out. We only had I believe, At first, it was sent something between maybe 16 to 18 days, then that got cut to, I wanna say, ten days and then it was like a week to 8 days, no more than that, and you had to speed the process. You had to get the kids out, Before the feds would get them deported, especially your 17 year old.
Speaker 1: Wow. So they were Cherokee Federal was saying, We need to move the kids faster. Move faster. Move faster because of us. Right.
That It's stunning.
Speaker 4: Right. And, there were instances where case managers that were working in the Warning, had no idea what was going on with a certain case or cases that were happening at night, why those were being stalled because they were being red flagged, But they would say, here you go. You have an hour to get familiar with the case and you gotta present your case as to why I this kid, it hasn't left the facility, and so a lot of case managers would say, well, it's not my case. Well, now it is. It's assigned to you and you have an You would go in front of Richard and the team.
Richard Zapada Zapada was the one that was directing that Facility there at the Pomona Fairplex, and so you would go in front of him and you can hear the yelling and the screaming, case managers There's coming out of the other building or the, you know, across the room crying in tears because they had just been pretty much scolded in front of 50, a 100 people.
Speaker 5: Yeah. They would they would use shame tactics to try to get a case manager to, process the child quickly way through, and a lot of times, you know, if there was a delay, it was because there was some red flag that came up.
Speaker 2: There was a reason for
Speaker 5: the delay, so this is why they were prioritizing speed
Speaker 1: Mhmm.
Speaker 5: Over safety of the children.
Speaker 1: Deborah, I think what you said, speed over safety, is a very critical thing. Right?
Speaker 5: Yes.
Speaker 1: And then you're saying, you know, that's pressure. Move the cases. Move the cases. Move the cases. And we heard that.
Right? And somehow it was lost that these are children. I mean, these are little lives in our hands. I mean, I remember hearing Children screaming for their parents. You know, I've I've seen kids have panic attacks.
We know of a child who had to be put on suicide watch in the psych ward.
Speaker 4: I remember that one. Yeah. I remember that one because she was one of mine. Wow. She was one of my kiddos.
But I also remember another one where one of the other cases case managers came to me and said, hey. This doesn't feel right. This person is impersonating the voice of a Lady, and you were there that night. Debbie was there as well. We put the phone on speaker, and And I remember, you know, it was noisy, loud, and all of a sudden, the whole room went Quiet when they heard him speaking, and she red flagged that case.
And they said, no. That's The sponsor that kid is going. So, Tara,
Speaker 5: I think you'll recall the 911 call that we made when one One of the ladies in transportation came to us and said, I have a troubling phone call. I'm I'm on the phone with this gentleman. I'm getting ready to Approve, you know, the transport of this child, and, he doesn't know the name of the child. So he went through a couple of names and then, finally got it right, but it took him a while. So he told her, hold on.
Let me let me figure this out, and then finally gave her the correct name. You know? I mean, We we we only we had such limited tools. Really, what we did was create, you know, a list of questions that would hopefully corroborate the relationship a little more. And that was us doing that on our own.
I mean, that that wasn't part of protocol, but we wanted to make sure we weren't delivering children to people that that didn't know them. Anyhow, she came back over and said, when I called him the 2nd time, there was someone in the background that Screamed help, and then he hung up. Mhmm. And so I said at that point, Tara, we need to call 911. 911.
What's your Emergency. Eventually, once we talked to law enforcement, they went out there and said that they looked that they went to the address. Yeah. There was nothing there, so they went to the field next found a few trailers, maybe an old house. I don't remember exactly.
But they found someone, and they said that there was multiple people crammed into this space, but no one by the name that was given as the as the sponsor of this child, so they could not locate the person.
Speaker 1: Right.
Speaker 5: And I remember the recommendation, of course, was made to deny at this point, sending this child to the sponsor. However, we found out later that the child was sent. Yeah. Got through transportation and was sent. Mhmm.
And so I know, Carlos, you know something about Transportation. So the child that, you know, was red flagged and got sent anyways, you don't know about those Those kind of things, do you?
Speaker 2: No. Never. Never got told any kind of background on the on the children or anything like that. Look for any red flags. No.
Nothing. The the environment's always so hostile because it the word is everybody wants these Contracts. Something you say to another NGO contractor. They can report you and then we'll lose the contract. You guys will get fired.
So do not speak to anybody but the kids. Grab your kids. Grab your files. Get on the bus. Don't ask anything else.
And it was very concerning because some of my experiences were The kids would be on the bus with us, and they would lean over and say, where are we going? I wasn't told where I was going. And, other kids would say they woke me up at 1 in the morning and told me someone's coming for me in 4 or 5 hours to have my stuff ready. And a lot of these kids were lost as to Where where is it they were heading to? Sometimes these kids would say, I I don't know who it is Who I'm going to, I was told it's my aunt.
I was told it's my uncle and that I met them when I was a baby. And then as the flight would continue on, they these kids would get even more, do you guys have a number where I can reach out to you guys if something happens? I would just say no. You the end is at the airport at baggage claim, and that's it. Well, there was actual reports within the companies Where these kids were calling the government phone that we had and say, hey.
I'm being treated bad. I'm being I'm being forced to work, and I'm only 13. Some kids would even go as far as to say I'm being raped. I'm being Yeah. I'm being, may slept with multiple men.
I only had access to the government phones where I would show up For a workday, and when I would come back from dropping the kid off, I would have to hand the phone back off to a supervisor or Manager, and I was unable I wasn't allowed to have access to the phone outside of work.
Speaker 4: So, Carlos, how was that experience, for you when you got the kid and then transported them to their sponsors, how was that like?
Speaker 2: Throughout this process, you eventually tell the sponsor, you need to meet me in baggage claim at the airport. And in baggage claim, you need to you need to have the ID you provided to the federal field specialist. The sponsor knows to have the ID. If the sponsor doesn't have the ID, they know you cannot hand the child off. And when They give you the ID.
You're supposed to take a picture of the actual physical ID next To the paper copy ID. And a lot of the times, the faces would not match. It would be a total different person. Wow. And escorts would still hand the child off, Take the pictures.
Accept the ID.
Speaker 4: And so, Carlos, are you
Speaker 5: saying that you not you, but people that you work with handed Children to complete strangers that were unvetted, didn't match the ID. That did that happen? That actually happened.
Speaker 2: Yes. So an email went out.
Speaker 1: Yeah. I remember you sharing that with us. Yeah.
Speaker 2: And in the email, they you have ORR, the Office of Refugee Resettlement, tagged in it. You have MBM, McAllen office. You have MBM, Pecos office. All these offices in Texas attached to the email. And it's the subject is in house issues.
And they the manager details A lot of issues going on. And and about all these issues in the middle, like a throwaway subject, It's t s, which stands for transportation specialist, which is an escort, has been taking the liberty of accepting alternate documents without federal field specialist approval. So each office has about 300 to 400 escorts. Some can have 500. Some can have 200.
And all these escorts Are moving kits in the 1,000 each week.
Speaker 1: So thousands of children handed off to the wrong people. And so that might explain why today, there's at least 85,000 children Missing from this program that would explain why hundreds of children are calling a hotline to say I'm being Abused, neglected, and trafficked.
Speaker 2: I don't believe 85,000 is correct. I believe it's a much larger number because In 2021, when the sites like Pomona were opened, the picture taking with Government phone was not implemented when it first started. When it first started, we had papers on us, a clipboard with papers, and We were not taking pictures of an actual ID. It was just hold up the the paperwork. Where when the sponsors in front of you just hold up the paperwork and try to see if they match.
And and there was no Oh, cell phone. There was no government phone. There was no way for us to take picture of the IDs that were being given to us.
Speaker 4: When we were seeing these IDs, Some of these IDs were false, and we can tell. You don't have to be an expert, but you could tell that these IDs were false. I had a guy telling me, what do you mean it's not okay? I just paid $200 for it. You know?
Speaker 1: Somebody told you that?
Speaker 3: Yes. I
Speaker 4: just paid $200 for the ID. I can't go get another one. And it was I brought that up to, you know, the upper, you know, A management team. And I was told we were not there to investigate the sponsor, that we were there to reunify the child to the sponsor. That was one of the things.
And then the other thing that
Speaker 3: we were told were, you know, well, you're not a professional. How would you know? So knowing that you're taking information or documentation that can potentially put this kiddo in harm's way, And you keep telling them and you keep telling them, and nothing is being done. You know? I have children.
It's frustrating. And So it weighs very heavy. You know?
Speaker 5: Yes.
Speaker 3: Very heavy that you get to sleep with your child your your children. I'm sorry. You get to sleep with your children, and there's parents and moms that can't Because their children are not with them. I'm sorry.
Speaker 1: So, Carlos, based on the email that you just shared with us and the process that you were doing at the airport, it's clear that the government knew That children were not going to the correct people.
Speaker 2: Correct. And it's, the team lead, the TL has the Final say so. So I had a couple of times where the child was crying saying, I don't wanna go. I Don't know this person. I never have seen them in my life.
I never even seen them through FaceTime. And my coworker would say, We have to give them over. It's company policy that we can't bring a child back because the contract can be I'm gonna have to report you if you fight me on this. I have a letter From the federal field specialists at the site thanking me for my service there, for helping to implement training programs that supported, making case managers aware of what trafficking signs look like. However, unfortunately, they did not do their due diligence. We know that.

Speaker 5: These are contracts that the taxpayer is paying 1,000,000,000 of dollars for, and it is a failure. And they're telling us, oh, they're trying to get the kids deported. But then they were the ones who ultimately got us the OTP training for office of trafficking in persons, and were slipping, you know, the training in to make sure that people knew. I mean, I had no idea when I deployed for the mission that kids were being trafficked through the site.
Yeah. And and they never said Kids were being trafficked through the site. We just saw it plain as day. I'm like, hey. If you see anything regarding gangs

Speaker 4: I think that, the eye opener for a lot of the case managers To get that trust with you guys was when you came on the mic and, you know, it was like 500 of us, you You know, maybe more and it just went silent and you said

Speaker 4: Pull up this pull up this address and then all of a sudden you hear,
Speaker 3: You know, that's when we knew, okay. They are actually here to help. They're not here to deport like we were being told.

Speaker 5: Yeah. Where children were being sent, you know, and to trailers behind

Speaker 5: We're here today. We know there's missing children. They're unaccounted for, and we're still asking the question 2 years later, where are the children, and what have you done to locate them?

Speaker 5: We we don't have an answer to that question. Yeah. The answer that we've seen, at least, you know, on TV, That our authority ends when we hand off the child in the transportation process.

And I used to have hope That at least if we could compel HHS to turn over the names and the Dresses of the sponsors that we could find the children, but now I'm learning that they're turning the children over to Not even the person who was supposed to be the sponsor Yeah. In baggage claim at an airport.
Speaker 5: Right. And and we have had sponsors call back And say, you know, if we did get a hold of them during the 30 day calls, I don't have the kid anymore. I was just paid to pick him up from the airport. Right. I took come somewhere

Speaker 2: And a lot of times, the sponsors would back out last minute too. They would say, you you keep the kid. And what would happen there was we were calling in, and it would be, don't bring the kid back. You bring the kid back, you're gonna be in trouble, and you're gonna get fired. They would say, give us 20 minutes, we'll call you back, and 20 minutes would turn into an hour or 2, sometimes even longer than that.
And then when we We'd finally get a callback. We would get an address to, pretty much a homeless shelter, what it looked like. And it'd be like, the kid is approved to go there. Go drop him off. Wow.
Oh my goodness. And that Happened to me a couple times. It's don't bring him back. Don't do it. Because you're gonna be, like, low.
Because you know that you already know And once we take the child out of the of their camp where they're at, their shelter, we're not supposed to bring him back.
Speaker 1: So, Carlos, it's Really, you know, astounding all that you've shared with all the different contractors and then you know, like MVM and the other NGOs. You know, that's exactly what we found with Cherokee. And then, you know, recently, we find out that someone from within the US government left the government, Andrew Lorenzen straight, to get The Cherokee Federal contract, the Washington Way.
Speaker 2: Because I got this contract. Well, in a very, on Washington Way.
Speaker 1: And as we can see, you know, it's not going so well. So this is absolutely unacceptable. And for all of the 1,000,000,000 of dollars The government spending, it's just horror after horror, and the children are gone.
Speaker 5: I really just quite simply, Tara, I, Since there was so much finger pointing between the government and the contractors saying, well, we're not getting the information we need from the government, so it's, you know, it's very hard for us to do our jobs on the Cherokee side. And then from the government side, they were like, Cherokee is failing all over the place. Literally, like, those words, okay, that came from the federal field specialist.

Speaker 5: Why would we pay a contractor if they're not fulfilling the requirements of the contract? Again, I never got access to the contract, as many times as as as I'd asked for it. So what I can say is, they were I know that there were sole source contracting efforts made to ensure that Cherokee Federal was the contractor of Choice on the site. Mhmm. What I can say is that, Southwest Keys and MBM, so Southwest Keys and MBM, We're also, subcontractors and sole sourced.
HHS has been sole sourcing this contract for this type of work, Emergency intake shelters for years years.

Speaker 5: And to date, they have not answered. The contractors have answered. The government has not answered for why these sole source contracts are necessary. So, again, there are companies out there that can do the same type of work, Probably do it a lot better

Speaker 5: Yet the government continues to sole source these contracts to contractors that are failing at the site, and we witnessed it. Southwest Keys was in the news because one of their employees Sexually assaulted 3 children on an airplane, so I would define that as absolute failure. Mhmm.
Speaker 1: And 85,000 children Gone. That's failure.
Speaker 2: And you would think, you know, my email that I received from MBM was last year Saying, hey. We messed up. We gave children to the wrong people. You would think they would have lost the contract, But here they are a year later still moving kids.

Speaker 2: After I was done escorting the kids, I said I don't wanna do this anymore. My conscience can't take it. I got a call saying, hey. They're gonna open up the very first hotel in New York City, and it's gonna hold 5,000 people, and And it's 28 floors up. So someone like me who got thrown into the fire now got handed A hotel with 5,000 migrants, and it's The Row NYC, a block away from Times Square.
And so come to find out when, the the The people who were really in charge was a company named Doggo. New York City hired held in hospitals. Held in hospital Hired a company called Hurt. A company called Hurt hired a company called SLS Health. A company called SLS Health Hired another company called Favorite Healthcare Staffing, and Favorite Healthcare Staffing is who was on my paycheck stubs.
I'm sitting there with, this is what's gonna happen, but I would have to make a phone call to other people Well, above me, we weren't even at the hotel. So say, a husband just finished beating up his wife. I would have to call them and say, hey. What do you wanna do? And they would call and say, hey.
What do you wanna do, and then they would get back to me and, hey. Like, hey, Carlos. I know this guy just finished Beating his wife up, but you can't call NYPD. You have to handle it in house because the guy was drunk. Just let him sober up.
Let him make up with his wife. It's all gonna be good. Don't call NYPD. So I would sit in meetings every day where it was me representing the people who employed me, And it was always take them to Doggo. Doggo will handle it.
Don't call NYPD. And the worst part about this hotel was there was rapes that happened, And the only solution was send them to .go, and it ends there.

How many times does the inspector general have to do a report before something is done? So this is really, for me, the All the action here is to the congress. You hold the purse strings.

Speaker 5: Hold them back If a program is failing, do not continue to use my taxpayer dollars and everyone else's taxpayer dollars To find a failed program.
Speaker 2: And the more I think about it is, you've had Mallorca's. You had the ORR director. You've had all these people who had to testify in DC. And a lot of the times when they get asked questions, they say, I don't know. I don't have that number.
But I honestly believe Part of the reason why they say they don't know is because they really don't know, because the people in charge are the NGOs pretty much. It's time that NGOs are held accountable. I would like to see the CEO of Southwest Keys, Deployed resources, endeavors, Cherokee. There's a lot of these companies out there who are accepting contracts worth 1,000,000. Right.
And I think it's time.

As you can see, looking at those documents, And as you can see, there's no passport. There's no government issued ID. It is just a border patrol packet that's been put together. Full packets that's been put together.
And with that packet alone, they will be allowed to pass through security and Fly into United States of America, destination city of their choice. Obviously, McAllen is the United States of America at the amount being allowed to continue on into the interior of the United States. Again, if that was you or me, ladies and gentlemen, the 1st person of contact would be a TSA person that we come in contact But here's a border patrol agent because we have to facilitate them getting through the checkpoint without government shoot ID and that's what the border patrol agent is here to do and it's not his fault. These are the orders he's been given from his superiors in the Border Patrol and from the Department of Homeland Security. This is the approach that the Biden Administration has chosen to take to sit there and deal with migrant prices on our US border.

Unfortunately, we were not able to get the footage we want, so far today, but we have enough of the footage and enough confirmed sources that we know what's going on here. So I'm gonna go ahead and break the story now. We were getting information that there were private flights happening for the illegal immigrants. We obviously have well documented and covered the commercial flights that the illegal immigrants are getting when they get driven from the Catholic Charities to the airport.
That's Well covered. But again, we got a tip that they were coming this is the private side and so if you hear airport sounds and my audio goes in and out, We So we decided to investigate this a little and here's what we found. Now there may be some other things going on with these private planes, and illegal immigrants taking off. But here's what we confirmed last night. Huge busloads of illegal immigrants In homeland security, buses get dropped off here on the private side of the McAllen Airport And get loaded into an unmarked Boeing 737.

Hundreds of illegal immigrants getting off Department of Homeland Security Buses And getting loaded on to unmarked Boeing 737s and then flown to Midland, Texas where we're We're not sure what happens.
They either get put in new facilities and detained there, or maybe they get flown about the country from there. So that's another angle of this immigration, illegal immigration pipeline that, is, is out there and waiting to be understood better, but we pretty much have the entire picture now, Even though there's certain little corners and crevices that we don't really haven't really seen yet, it's still gray. We get the picture. We know what's going on. We have highly Documented this illegal immigration pipeline.
There's not much more that you can see here, folks. It's totally illegal. You're paying for all of it. You are paying for this. We can't even we have to have massive debates and arguments and back and forth about can an American get a stimulus check?
How much should they get back and forth all day long? And then most Americans don't even get it or have to pay it back, they're saying now, oh, but we have 100 of 1,000,000 of dollars that we're just gonna sign off for Non citizens, just overnight, no debate, no question, forget about the homeless Americans, forget about the homeless veterans, forget about all the people out of work Because your fake pandemic government shutdown, they no. They just cut checks for illegal immigrants. They just get them huge planes, get them huge buses, Get them whole hotels and you, the Americans, you pay for all of it. You have to suffer.

Speaker 19: DHS issued a report stating the number lost UACs was not 85,000. It was over 320,000.

Speaker 3: When you hear the number, 320,000 missing children can be hard to wrap your mind around what a figure like that might look like. I need you to understand the full scale of this operation so you can comprehend how corrupt our government really is. The video you are watching on the screen is Michigan University's football stadium called the Big House, the largest football stadium in America with a seating capacity of a 100,000. We take 3 of those stadiums, and we set them side by side. This will give you a great visualization of what 323,000 missing children would look like.
On August 19, 2024, the office of inspector general and the Department of Homeland Security released a report that stated HHS had taken custody of over 448,820 UACs. UAC stands for unaccompanied alien child. These are children that arrive at the US border without a parent. As of August 24, 2024, HHS is openly admitted to losing losing 323,000 children. Now in order to understand why I say people like DHS secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, HHS secretary Xavier Becerra, and ORR director Robert Mercos will be sentenced to death if they are found guilty of the crimes that we expose in our documentary.
To grasp the full implications of this situation, it's important to understand the roles and responsibilities of these key figures and their respective organizations in managing the issue of unaccompanied alien children. HHS secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has the head of the Department of Homeland Security. He oversees border security and immigration enforcement, which directly impacts the intake and initial processing of UACs. Next, we have HHS secretary, Xavier Becerra. The Department of Health and Human Services under Becerra takes custody of UACs once they cross the border.
HHS, through its office of refugee resettlement, is responsible for the care, placement, and eventual release of these children. Next, we have ORR director Robin Marcos. As the director of the office of refugee resettlement, Marcos oversees the welfare and placement of these children in the US, including ensuring they are placed in safe environments. The Office of Refugee Resettlement led by Marcos is central to this crisis. Allegations against these officials suggest systemic failures, criminal neglect, trafficking of children across state lines, child endangerment, and crimes against humanity.
All of which could lead to severe legal consequences when proven in court. Let's start with ORR. The office of refugee resettlement, ORR, is ran by Robin Marcos. If we swing over to ORR's website, we can find the unaccompanied children released as sponsors state by state. On the left, you will see the state.
At the top, you will see the year. 2015 all the way to the left, and up to July 2024 on the right. If we scroll down to the bottom of the page, we can see the total number of unaccompanied migrant children who came across that border without a parent. The first number I have highlighted is 2020. During Trump's last year as president, only 16,800 and 37 UACs arrived at the border without a parent.
Not one of those 16,837 children were released to an unvetted sponsor. Under the Trump administration, every child that arrived at the border was DNA tested. The only way a child could be released to an adult is if the parent took a DNA test. Fast forward 1 year, Biden takes office, and the numbers explode by 639%. In 2021, 107,646 UACs arrived at the southern border.
In 2022, a 127,000 447. 2023, 113,495. And last but not least, 88,515 UACs arrived at the southern border as of July 1, 2024. Since Joe Biden took office and Kamala Harris was appointed the border czar, 437,103 migrant children ranging in age from 0 to 17 were delivered to border patrol agents by Mexican cartels. That's an average of 124,886 children per year that arrive at the US border in search of the American dream, only to find out that they've been sold into the American nightmare.
Over a three and a half year period, HHS is admitted to losing 323,000 migrant children. 323 thousand divided by 3.5 gives us roughly 92,857 per year. Do you guys remember receiving 92,000 Amber alerts last year? I sure don't. If we take 92,857 and we divide that by 365 days per year, you can see that on average, 252 migrant children vanish every single day.
Could you imagine getting 250 amber alerts every day? That's 11 per hour. So I ask you, America, where the hell are the missing 323,000 children?
Speaker 2: There's more than 300,000 children. Over 300,000 children, they came through the border, they released them, and we don't know where they are.
Speaker 20: The question they don't want us asking is where are all the missing children? What happens to these children? How can hundreds of thousands of kids go missing in the United States every year and nobody knows where they are? They just vanish? I don't think so.
Speaker 2: Kamala, where are the children? Kamala, where are the children?
Speaker 3: Now in order to answer the question where, first, let me explain how. In order to show you how that the United States government has entered this public private partnership with these cartels, in order to show you how HHS and DHS and border patrol agents have replaced the mules, the smugglers, and the cartels, I need to show you how a normal trafficking operation runs. So that way, when we come back and compare them later, you can understand side by side. Now in order to answer the question where, first, let me explain how. In order to understand how these children are vanishing, we first need to start at the beginning, plausible deniability.
Plausible deniability is the ability to deny knowledge of or responsibility for actions taken by others, often to avoid blame. This is where we first uncover the public private partnership that DHS has made with these Mexican cartels. Let's take a look at how these trial trafficking networks work and how their checkpoints are structured. Number 1, you have the merchandise or the victim. Number 2, recruiter or kidnapper.
3, smuggler. 4, cartels. 5, the country of Mexico. 6, mules. 7, child traffickers.
8, stash house. 9, fire. And number 10. Once they make it into America, they are now living a US nightmare. Now before I can explain how this operation runs, I need you to understand a few things first.
When we are discussing child trafficking, there are 3 critical phases that are very dangerous for the trafficker. Phase 1, and the least dangerous of all, is gaining possession of the child. This is the initial step, which might be the least risky, but sets the foundation for all subsequent exploitation involving acquiring the child. Now these methods can include kidnapping, which is forcibly taking a child against their will. Coercion, which is manipulating or deceiving the child or their family into compliance.
And number 3 is buying, purchasing the child from an impoverished family or directly from other traffickers. Now phase 2 is the second most dangerous part of the journey for the child trafficker, and that is smuggling the child across the border. This is the 2nd most perilous leg of the operation for the trafficker due to the risk of border patrols, detection by authorities, and physical challenges of moving individuals across the nation's boundaries. Phase 3, delivering the child or the merchandise to a buyer in America. This phase tops the list as the most dangerous for the trafficker.
It involves navigating through local law enforcement, potential witnesses, and a complex network of distribution, all while avoiding detection in the country with extensive surveillance and legal consequences for human trafficking. Let's talk about one example of how these traffickers get these children out of 3rd world countries. In impoverished villages of 3rd world countries, traffickers, AKA or recruiters, employ deceptive tactics to coax family members into relinquishing their children. They often master right around as high end nannying agencies, promising that a child will serve the household of American celebrities, thus offering them a shot at the American dream. Unfortunately for the child, once they are under the trafficker's control, they are savagely raped and beaten into submission.
These children are quickly reminded of their dire consequences of resistance or escape. The threat of cartel violence against their family back home ensures compliance. This is but one method among many that traffickers use to acquire children. After securing the child from the village, they pass them into the hands of smugglers who then transport them to Mexico. Here, the trade in human lives has become horrifyingly efficient.
Children have turned into the highest liquid commodity. To draw a parallel, just as one might steal a car and sell it quickly to a chop shop in Detroit, in Mexico, a child can be sold for $3,000 almost immediately. Some traffickers boast about abducting 3 to 5 children every day. This rampant trafficking contributes to the phenomenon of children from a 180 different countries appearing in Mexico, each with their own heroic journey and desperate story, driven by the darkest machinery of human trafficking. From there, the cartels will traffic the children through Mexico to the US border.
Once they arrive at the border, the child will be trafficked into America by a mule. The mule only has one mission, taking the merchandise across the border and delivering the merchandise to the trafficker. Once the trafficker has a child in the United States, he will take the child to a stash house. A child trafficking stash house refers to a location used by human traffickers where children or minors are temporarily held during the process of trafficking. Children are often kept here after being moved from one place to another, especially if there's a need to change transportation, await payment, or further instructions.
Sometimes these locations are used for direct exploitation, such as forced labor or sexual exploitation. Traffickers will use these houses to maintain control over their victims, often through physical enforcement, psychological manipulation, or threats of violence. Once the payment for the child has been confirmed, the child trafficker will complete the most dangerous leg of the journey, delivering the child to a buyer in America. After that child is delivered to a buyer, there is less than a 1% chance that that child will ever be seen alive again. Now that you understand how normal child trafficking networks work, what do you think that network would look like if we turn those border patrol agents into mules, HHS employees into child traffickers, stash houses into NGOs, and we found a way to legally buy off or compromise local law enforcement.
It would look like the world's largest child trafficking network sponsored by the United States government and funded with US tax dollars, but don't take my word for it.

Speaker 21: They were being trafficked with 1,000,000,000 of taxpayer dollars by a contractor failing to vet sponsors and process children safely with government officials complicit in it.
Speaker 2: The federal government is a last mile delivery for human trafficking. That they're being trafficked through Mexico and the federal government and the federal taxpayer then picks up the last mile delivery in human trafficking.
Speaker 3: Have you ever seen a video of cartels bringing their drugs over to the border wall and dropping them down to border patrol agents?
Speaker 22: No Me either. US border patrol released this nighttime video of a border wall drop off.
Speaker 23: And then moments later, you see another. The smugglers can be seen then running away. US authorities rescued the children. Turns out they are sisters from Ecuador, just 35 years old, and the girls are now safely in US custody.
Speaker 3: Why would a human trafficker go through all the trouble of kidnapping a child, trafficking the child through Mexico, just so they could turn the child over to local law enforcement at the border? The answer is they would never do that. But yet, you could simply search YouTube, cartel drops child over border wall, and you can see 50 plus videos in a matter of seconds. This means that it happens consistently.

Speaker 6: You you you'll never see them again. They they featured in in the documentary yesterday, that little girl it was the one little girl in the video. You just saw her face.
Speaker 3: We literally rescued that kid. We pulled her off to the side, and we took her to the border patrol only to then be mistreated, like, if we were doing something wrong by border patrol. She he was pissed off that we were like, hey. Uh-oh. Get back. I'm like, dude. She's a little girl, bro.

Speaker 3: she was 10. Tiny. You guys were walking up and basically delivering somebody. The border patrol agents weren't getting out like you just said. They were mad at you for rescuing a child.
Speaker 6: And then we gotta also think, there there's children that have been through the border multiple times. There's kids that literally get recycled. They come across the border, and they get in with the trafficker because they didn't complain. They just, uh-huh, yes. My dad, my uncle, uh-huh, caretaker, uh-huh, uh-huh.
Cool. That guy has already gained the system. He's in the US. Goes back to to their side of the border and does a whole trajectory all over again because there's no DNA testing being done. And even though they might do the retina in their eyes, there's nothing stopping them from, hey.
This is not your kid. They can't stop them. They continue to process. Where in good faith do you as an agent continue just to do this? When when do you say I can't deal with this anymore?
How can you continue to do that? It's just a job. Are you not capable of doing anything else other than process and traffic children? You're literally an extension to the trafficking machine. You're the processing line.
You're known as the Uber patrol to the cartel. They use you as an extension. You work as hard as the cartel wants you to work. You're on their dime. You're on their call.
When they call you, you're there. When they need your ass to go pick these people up, you're there. Then you don't get a pass anymore. We know what's going on. So you either what side of history do you wanna be on?

Alejandro Mayorkas. The man has been training for decades. He knew how to surgically tear apart our immigration system. We used to have 23,000 border patrol agents to handle the entire the entirety of the southern border. We're down to under 15,000.
And we can't keep up with attrition, retirements, but people just quitting because they just can't handle what they're seeing anymore. We have a record number of entries this country has never seen before. Child trafficking for sex, for labor, or for organs. Adult trafficking, male and female trafficking at record high levels. The FBI who we can't trust with anything.
When illegal aliens commit homicides and crimes, they don't even count it. And this network has been going on this entire time.
Speaker 3: These children are getting delivered to a vetted sponsor. You said that you were on vacation, and now you're moving this small child to the airport. I thought you were on a vacation. And then these children are running away from that sponsor.

Speaker 24: Smuggling humans has become more lucrative than smuggling drugs. You can sell a drug once, you can sell a human 5, 6 times for decades.
Speaker 3: They had started with 2 Airbus 3 twenties or 3 sixties. I forget what model is, but they're about 350,000,000. Today, 4 years later, they have 17. Their company is worth 1,000,000,000 of dollars now. And pilots have said that they've taken the same migrant back home 14 times.
Couldn't get any worse. Our government has now taken over the most two dangerous legs of the journey for the child trafficker, and they've turned our government into the largest child trafficking network that the world has ever seen. A child comes to their custody, and that sweet innocent child sees a man in a green uniform. And that is the last authority figure that they see before they're delivered into the American nightmare. And these children are chained in basements, and they're raped 7 to 10 times a day if they're lucky.
Those are the good ones.

Speaker 0: My understanding is that you went to the southern border. Now you're saying that you're gonna give people facts. What did you take away from that experience, and what kind of reporting are you gonna be bringing back from that experience?
Speaker 26: I'll tell you a fact I took away. I talked to the head of all the border guards down there, the the other union. I asked him straight up, kids are coming over the border with numbers written on them, phone numbers, and addresses. Do we check those out? He said, well, we call them.
Is it possible that we're sending them into known prostitution rings or sweatshops? He said, it's not possible. It is absolute. We are using American tax dollars to ship children into known prostitution.

The Department of Homeland Security, under their watch, mandates that these kids, once in custody, get processed. The cartels, they're not just aware. They are orchestrating this like a well oiled machine. Every unaccompanied alien child crossing that border comes with a label, not unlike a price tag.
Some might have name tags, others badges, or the more brazen ones just have a piece of paper pinned to their shirt. What's on this paper? The names, addresses, and phone numbers of the adult sponsor. But let's call it what it is, the buyer's details. Border patrol agents, following protocol, log this information into the child's file, labeling it as their sponsor.
But in the dark underworld of human trafficking, these sponsors are the buyers and the end consumers in this grotesque market. So what does this mean for the cartels? No more need for risky smuggling operations or hiring coyotes. They've gamified the system, pinned the buyer's information on the child, and immigration policy does the rest. It's a conveyor belt of exploitation, where the children are delivered, not to safety, but into the hands of those who purchase them.
This isn't just a failure of policy. It's a blueprint of human trafficking, sanctioned by the very system it's meant to protect. This isn't just a public private partnership. It's a well oiled machine of human trafficking with layers of plausible deniability that would make any criminal empire proud. Here's how it works.
Border patrol agents get a child pre labeled with sponsored details, which is just a sanitized term for buyer. They then pass the child off to HHS, which is health and human services, signaling they've got a package ready. HHS, ever efficient, calls in an NGO, which is a nongovernmental organization, not as a savior, but as a delivery man. The NGO is under the guise of humanitarian aid, pick up the child, delivering him to an HHS intake facility. For 2 to 14 days, the child is in this initial intake process.
But what's really happening, HHS is now formally recognizing the buyer as the sponsor. The vetting process begins, but let's be clear, this isn't about safeguarding the child. It's about ensuring the transaction is clean. Once the sponsor passes their, quote, unquote, qualified check, HHS with clinical detachment hands the child back to the NGO. The child, now just cargo, moves from the intake facility to a long term care facility also ran by the same NGO.
This isn't care. It's a stash house where the child is kept until the buyer's paperwork is in order. Finally, when HHS gives the green light, the NGO, with Chilling Precision, arranges for the child's delivery.
Speaker 5: They're unifying children with random people here in the United States from a piece of paper that the child has turned in to border patrol. That defies belief.
Speaker 3: HHS wasn't just an agency. It was at the nerve center of the largest child trafficking operation in history.
Speaker 21: Despite raising case after case of trafficking, HHS ORR leadership and the contractor allowed children to be trafficked on their watch.
Speaker 5: I could not believe that a federal government agency is using 1,000,000,000 of taxpayer dollars to place vulnerable migrant children into the hands of sponsors with criminal history, gang affiliation, to whom many are not even their parents.
Speaker 3: HHS employees, under the guise of child welfare, engage in what essentially amounts to vetting buyers for human commodities.
Speaker 21: We never saw sponsors face to face, and fake documents were rampant. When we questioned documents, HHS ORR leadership said, you're not a fake ID expert, and your job is not to investigate the sponsor. Your job is to reunify the child with the sponsor.
Speaker 3: This isn't about mismanagement or oversight failures. It's about deliberate government sanctioned mechanisms that use the guise of child protection to facilitate trafficking on a scale previously unimaginable.
Speaker 22: We were googling IDs from Texas, IDs from Minnesota, IDs from Tennessee, and we would have to, like, figure out if that in fact matched that ID that they were turning in. That is how crazy it was. There was no training at all. There was no system that would and I am sure there is because if we all have an ID number and they scan your ID anywhere you go or they input your information, it I am sure it tells them that there where we live or what not. We didn't have anything like that.
We were getting copies of a copy of an ID. That was us doing fingerprints and background.
Speaker 27: My name is Myra Moreno, and I am not representing anybody in the art, representing the government or the company. I am only talking about what I witnessed and my personal experience.
Speaker 3: So you've received no training. You're then verifying documents that these sponsor documents. Legal documents. Legal documents to verify that they are who they say they are, that they actually have a legit form of ID so we can actually understand who this child is going to. They're giving you fake documents, which we know are fake.
So we assume that the name is fake, the address can be fake Right. And then you guys are verifying that the only verification you're doing is just looking on Google to see if the ID looks like a Tennessee ID.

Speaker 3: And you're you're not you're looking at a photocopy of a photocopy.
Speaker 28: Mhmm.
Speaker 4: And then
Speaker 3: you're going on Google and going, yeah. I think this photocopy of a photocopy looks. That's the extent of the background check that is done.
Speaker 22: Right. What about When you're doing, when you're verifying their home, everything was through, like, Google Maps, Google Earth, and MapQuest. And so you would input the address, and then you would see a house. Sometimes you would see a building. Sometimes you would see a hotel.
That was us verifying that in fact they did live there. Not until Deborah found Deborah was the first person there that found child trafficking. Deborah or Debbie informs Tara and another federal employee who go to the microphone where we're working at, and they make an announcement. And they said, everybody, go to your computer, open map MapQuest or Google Earth or whatnot, punch in this address. And everybody's punching the address.
And they said, okay. Now click. And everybody did. And then you just hear, like, people gasping because it was a strip club. That the address we were sending people to, like, a motor home complex, and then right next to it, it was a strip club.
And they had already sent multiple children to that address.
Speaker 21: These are apartment buildings that are right by Andy's Golden Salon. And what we've heard is Andy's Golden Salon is actually like a sex, a sex ring. By the time I had left, 329 children and counting were being sent. 319 children.
Speaker 19: Why would it stop though? Why would it why would you not
Speaker 3: Meet Deborah White, HHS whistleblower. She was originally stationed at the Pomona Fairgrounds, one of the initial child migrant intake centers. She was thrust into the heart of this operation, giving access to multiple databases. Deborah didn't just stumble upon discrepancies. She uncovered the systemic nature of this trafficking network.
Speaker 21: When I presented this case, and I said, we have 329 children that have been sent to either 6111 Gulf Freeway or 6113, They basically said, Deborah, what you're showing us here is, like, speculation. And I'm like, well, 329 kids. I don't think that's speculation. Like, that's fact. It's in the portal.
They said, well, you know, ethnic groups, you know, kinda gather together. So a lot of times, like I'm like but I'm like I'm like, it's not physically possible to house okay. A garden apartment has, like, what, maybe 12 units? I was like, you you can't house 329 kids in, 24 units. Right?
Because it's 2 buildings. 6113, 6111. Right?
Speaker 29: I'm at a location of 36100 Telephone Road and Betty Street. You're looking at a location here where we have reports of, unaccompanied alien children have been sent to this location over the last 3 years. The number is over 500 children sent to this home here and the adjacent commercial building, which is a, catering hall for parties. You can see the big fence here. This high 13 foot fence here or so that's been, put up recently.
You can tell it's new. It's got cameras on it, and what we have here is some cargo containers not used for storage. You see multiple multiple goes

Speaker 29: way to the back. These children have also been sent to this apartment complex here, reportedly, Gateway House Apartments. And more migrants out there. They're Victory Apartments as well, and this whole apartments go all the way down to the end of the street.
Speaker 21: So I did my due diligence. I would do aerial views. I would do front views. That's how I caught many cases that were going to dilapidated houses. They looked condemned.
Like, boarded up, no windows are boarded up. In this case, this has a facility right next door that is basically no a no window facility. Okay? So Andy's Golden Reception Hall, is known for potentially sex trafficking, that kind of thing. But it's not been shut down.
People know about it, but it's not been shut down. And we were sending kids.
Speaker 3: When Deborah, armed with damning evidence, laid out how 329 children were funneled into these addresses, her supervisor's response, speculation. As if proximity and sheer numbers were just a coincidence. Now let's crunch the numbers from apartments.com on GateHouse Apartments, which were built in 1971. Here's the math. Total, they only have 50 units.
Ten units are 1 bedroom pads, each with a tight 684 square feet. Thirty units, 2 bedrooms. And 10 units have 3 bedrooms. That's a 100 rooms in total. To call Deborah's detailed report speculation is absurd.
We are talking about cramming 7 kids into every single apartment. This isn't speculation. It's a glaring red flag of a systemic child trafficking right under our noses, dismissed by just the wave of a hand, as if the truth doesn't matter. But the story gets worse. 1 of those, quote, unquote, children that got delivered to that address was a 40 year old woman posing as a 17 year old child.

Speaker 3: This wasn't just happening at one facility. It was the modus operandi at HHS intake centers nationwide. At Pomona Fairgrounds, Deborah dealt with 43 age redetermination cases before she left. Adults posing as children to gamify the system with audacious deceit. This is where we cross the line from negligence to outright criminal intent, from child welfare to child trafficking.
What types of documentation were you guys being told to accept? This person's coming from Guatemala, so he probably doesn't have a US birth certificate or a US passport or a passport at all. What is
Speaker 1: your Country passport. Oh, they don't have an ID. Okay. Whatever from their country. So now I was revising documentation that was not from the United States.
I mean, I'm I I grew up here. I'm familiar with our paper, our IDs, and all that stuff. Now I had to revise documentation from other countries that, honestly, it was it was like, what is this?
Speaker 3: Wait. So any you're talking you just said any document. So it could be a birth certificate from another country?
Speaker 28: Yes.
Speaker 3: No photo on that?
Speaker 1: There's no photo in birth certificates.
Speaker 3: So you were you were being ordered say, that was signed off on by a higher up saying that we'll accept this type of document? Mhmm. You're releasing a child to an unknown adult male. This could be a 49 year old male. That's let's say he's he's black, and you could be releasing a a 3 year old Chinese girl to somebody that's obviously a different race, and the only document you have could be a birth certificate from Africa?
Speaker 1: Yeah. Or even a notarized letter, which A notarized letter? Which is like, I don't know the notary. I mean, over here, I know we in America, we have our regulations with notarized documents and stuff. And even like that, sometimes there's issues.
Right? Now you're dealing with notarized.
Speaker 3: I can get you anything
Speaker 1: from other countries that exactly.
Speaker 3: My best friend has she's got she's certified. Anytime I need anything notarized, yesterday, I got a $50. Doesn't matter what it is.
Speaker 1: Yeah.
Speaker 3: So you're handing a child over to somebody that's just giving you some type of notarized piece of paper from some notary and these notaries didn't even have to be a United States notary, or they did?
Speaker 1: No. No.
Speaker 3: This is insanity. I mean, this there's so many crimes being committed by our own government. It's it's not laughable because it's it's children, but, like, you're telling me these stories and I'm just, like, I laughed a minute ago. Like, it's so unbelievable that this is happening. You you can't even describe it to anybody.
Myra, Katherine, and Deborah were handed fake IDs by the so called sponsors. When they raised alarms, the response, dismissal, as if the concerns were trivial.
Speaker 22: You were checking. You were doing your job. If you were taking a long time releasing that child, you'd get in trouble. They would yell at you. What's taking you so long?
You're not doing your job. They would use fear, you know, fear tactics, shaming tactics. You know? If you would start questioning, hey. This doesn't look right.
This this is clearly abuse or whatnot. They would fire you on the spot for talking back or just trying to protect the child.
Speaker 3: We have 3 federal whistle blowers. Deborah White among them, who have laid bare this scheme before congress. They documented evidence, like the HHS field program specialist, Adrianna Lynch, who knew that these IDs were fraudulent, yet did nothing. Deborah confirmed it herself with the embassy, only to be punished by Lynch for overstepping.
Speaker 21: So, like, when I called the consulate, the to verify some documents, I got reprimanded. Adrianna Lynch comes over to me and she says, you're never to call the consulate. I heard that you called the consulate. That is my job. You are never to call them again.
So I got in trouble. She was the person who was verifying like, if we thought we had a fake document, like, we were to send it to her, and then she and then she would send it to the consulate and come back and tell us that, like, it wasn't fake or it was fake.
Speaker 3: The United States government, with all of its technological powers, could very easily verify these documents in a heartbeat if they wanted to. But it
Speaker 20: doesn't. I mean between facial recognition software, voice recognition software, and all the different ways to track people, how can we in this day and age not be able to find them? How can, hundreds of thousands of children have disappeared? The United States is the number one destination in the world for sex trafficking. That every sex trafficking ring worldwide knows bring the kids to the United States.
That this administration is participating in the trafficking of kids because they're paying companies, LLCs, and nonprofits, and church groups. They're paying them to take these kids and disappear them.
Speaker 5: We have on a manifest here that this child is going to a place that we've already identified as trafficking. You know, I need to make sure that you understand. And they're like, Tara, you do understand that we only keep or we only get sued if we keep kids in care too long. And then she leaned in and she said, we don't get sued by traffickers. Are we clear?
Speaker 3: To every attorney watching, reach out. There are crimes being exposed here that demand legal repercussions. When a federal employee says, I'm just doing my job, it's a confession of cowardice, complicity in a system designed to exploit children. And for the spouses of those border patrol agents who facilitate child trafficking, how do you sleep knowing your partner is a cog in a child trafficking machine run by cartels with the tactical approval of our own government?
Speaker 30: Every single agent knows deep and it's hot. What's going on is wrong. Children get in traffic every day. We don't take their biographical info. We're very busy up there.
We're over land with children we can't keep track of. Where are those children going? We don't know. We can have plausible deniability. If you can sleep at night with plausible deniability, sickens me to my core.

Speaker 3: Fact number 1, HHS acts the rapid DNA testing that took just 45 minutes to confirm family relations.
Speaker 32: They said it takes up too much time. Wow. You know how long it takes? 45 minutes. Oh.
And you can confirm if this child is related to this adult or not. 45 minutes.
Speaker 3: A measure that effectively prevented child trafficking. Under Trump, these tests revealed that 40% of the adults crossing with kids were not related.
Speaker 11: Let's put this in perspective. When I was the vice director under president Trump, we did Operation Matador, a gang enforcement operation in Long Island. We arrested just short of 500 gang members. Most of them was 13. 42% of them entered the country as a family unit.
So the family units are there's some valid family units that come across that border. I get it. But a lot of the family units aren't even family units. Under Trump administration, we did DNA testing. What's the first thing Biden administration did?
Killed DNA. We don't know how many families were actually families. So children are being trafficked.
Speaker 3: Fact number 2, HHS engineered a database trifecta designed to stymie proper vetting of sponsors. Deborah, through sheer determination, cross referencing these databases, uncovered the delivery of 329 children to one complex. Her reward, a dismissive pat on the back followed by revoked database access for all, ensuring that the system obfuscation continued. This is why kids were handed over to men living at strip clubs.
Speaker 21: HHS ORR and Cherokee Federal, the prime contractor, created a, quote, unquote, strike team to remove children faster, ignoring warnings that came from case managers that children were being trafficked. As a certified project manager and contracting official, I could have ensured that the contract terms and conditions were upheld, but my offers for help were repeatedly rejected.
Speaker 3: Fact 3. Case managers at HHS were using Google like fortune tellers. Vetting undocumented sponsors with 0 training, speed over your accuracy, question too much or work too slowly, and you'll find yourself escorted out by security during shift change. A spectacle of intimidation to keep the workforce in line and silent.
Speaker 22: It's not like they did it very privately. They would come with security and they would tell you, get your things, you're leaving, you're fired. Don't make a scene because it's not gonna look good on you. Out of the blue, you're working and you're doing your job and then you see security coming with this other person and they pretty much escort you out of the facility, and that's very humiliating.
Speaker 3: Fact number 4. When supervisors were alerted to men with fake IDs applying to sponsor, they didn't fix the system, they weaponized it. Caseworkers who tried to verify IDs were punished or shown the door in humiliating fashions.
Speaker 21: There are good people that are working on on these sites and working at HHS, but they're terrified to come forward. They have seen examples made of people that come forward.
Speaker 33: So this is a department that is rotten

Speaker 33: And again, the question is how far down does it go before you just get to the people who just wanna keep their heads down and are terrified of, you know, the snake head at the top.
Speaker 3: Fact 5. Those 323,000 missing children, HHS didn't lose them. They're delivered to the address designated by cartels, a system so efficient it turns children into parcels, dispatched to whatever nefarious fate awaits them.
Speaker 11: Now they farm them in in enforced labor. I guarantee there's some in in child pornography movies now.
Speaker 5: These children are a captive victim population with no access to law enforcement or knowledge of their rights. They are extorted, abused, neglected.
Speaker 3: This isn't just gross negligence. It's deliberate. Government sanctioned child trafficking mechanisms designed to exploit the most vulnerable under the guise of care.
Speaker 11: When you make the promises this administration has made that you can cross the border, you won't be detained, we'll give you a work authorization. And guess what? ICE can't arrest you because you sit here lately. When you make those type of promises, the most vulnerable people in the world are gonna put themselves to the hands of these cartels to be smart across the border. This administration's policies are dumb.
They're killing record number of Americans. They've killed a record number of migrants, and god help us. Thousands of these children are in very bad situations right now, and someday it's gonna come out. We need to hold these people responsible.

Speaker 3: We are talking about a level of evil that most of us can't wrap our head around. To build out a military style child trafficking operation at this scale, it would require compromised government officials at every level. Time lines matter. I want you to pay attention to which 3 letter government agencies created this military style child trafficking network, and I wanna walk you through the 289 executive orders that Joe Biden had signed in his 1st year in office. On January 20, 2021, president Biden issued 93 executive orders, obliterating every immigration policy ever created by the Trump administration.
On January 20, 2021, president Biden issued executive order further entrenching the unlawful deferred action of childhood arrival program, also known as DACA. With his actions, president Biden directed the secretary of homeland security, Alejandro Mayorkas, in collusion with the attorney general, Merrick Garland, to preserve and fortify DACA, signaling to illegal alien children that his administration supports amnesty and that illegal aliens need not fear coming to the US or worry about immigration enforcement. February 6, 2021, secretary of state Anthony Blinken suspended and began to terminate procedures for the Trump administration's asylum cooperative agreement with El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. These agreements ensured that aliens seeking asylum could do so in countries closer to their home country, and in other countries other than the United States. Now pay attention to this date, America.
On March 30, 2021, couple months into this administration, every member of congress could see the writing on the walls. So on March 30, 2021, the office of refugee resettlement, ORR, took drastic action to expand attention space to house unaccompanied alien children in so called influx care facilities, often used in unlicensed facilities that lack child welfare or experience. In March, April, and May of 2021, ORR expanded capacity to house another 23,849, including 10,000 at Fort Bliss. DHS was also holding children for a longer period than allowed by law, which is 30 to 40 days. And because the flow of these UACs across the border outpaced health and human services' ability to vet adults who care for the children.
When I say that this is by design, this is what I mean. So now here we are in March 31, 2021. We have laws in place and policies in place to protect the children. There were so many children coming in that the policies that we had to protect them were getting in the way.
Speaker 7: Because of the volume of children that were coming across in the last 4 years and a and a part of that, HHS and DHS joint statement of termination of disagreement, and this is from March of 2021, my brothers and sisters. This was a policy decision to step away from the strict means by which these children were monitored and controlled and what we were what it was replaced with was this sponsor care agreement. There's nothing to this. It's it's it's 3 and a half page 2 pages of nothing that that the criminal networks can easily take advantage of.
Speaker 3: So So on March 31, 2021, the Department of Health and Human Services, HHS, Office of Refugee Resettlement, ORR, issued guidance rolling back requirements for background checks on adults in the households of UACs. So what that means is prior to March 31, 2021, every person that lived in a household had to have a background check. Because they couldn't complete all of those background checks in time to make sure that the child was safe, they intentionally removed them. This is criminal America. Do you think our military played a role America?
On April 30, 2021, the Biden administration canceled further wall construction, which is being led by the Department of Defense. June 16, 2021, attorney general Merrick Garland rescinds the Trump error decisions in matter of a b 1 and a b 2, thereby expanding asylum eligibility to include gender and domestic relationships as central social groups, reverting to policy under matter ARC g. October 29, 2021, DHS secretary Alejandro Mayorkas terminated the migrant protection protocols known as the MPP or remain in Mexico. November 29, 2021, the Biden administration formally created a program that included alternative to detention, plus parole, resulting in the catch and release for 100 of thousands of aliens into the US interior after they were encountered at the border. 338,000 aliens were released in fiscal year 2022 alone under this program.
Now this next part I wanna be crystal clear. This is a Democrat agenda. It's being bankrolled by Republicans. I wanna show you the timeline on how the Democrats put this agenda in place, and then it was Republicans who took control of the house on January 20, 2023. Since then, they have had the power of the purse.
Since then, they have had all of the evidence they needed to use their oversight powers to shut this down. Do you remember when Republicans told us

So we have to exercise our authority, the power of the purse to limit what the federal government, what the FBI, and the justice department are doing to the American people.

Speaker 2: But the fact that the congress, controlled by Republicans that controls the purse, what are you guys gonna do to contain the FBI?

Speaker 10: I can tell you right now. People are going to stop supporting Republicans if Republicans don't get their act together and Republicans continually have their head up their ass and can't figure out how to actually use the power that the people gave us. People are sick and tired of a feckless, useless republican party that never does a damn thing to stop any of this.

We gotta pass legislation if we can to deal with it, and then we look to have to look at the money, the appropriations to say, how can we direct these funds? How can we better position these funds? What can we do to stop this from happening in the future?
Speaker 3: On February 25, 2023, so about 45 days after Republicans took control of the house, the New York Times published a report that said alone and exploited, migrant children work brutal jobs across the US, arriving in record numbers. They are ending up in dangerous jobs that violate child labor laws, including factories that make products for well known brands like Cheetos and Frutaballum. This report expands in great detail that HHS, under the guidance of Xavier Becerra, had lost over 85,000 migrant children. Fast forward about a month, on April 26, 2023, the house judiciary committee hosted an oversight investigation titled, house committee holds hearing on unaccompanied migrant children. On July 27, 2023, the house oversight committee on energy and commerce hosted an oversight hearing titled, stopping the exploitation of migrant children, and this was the oversight of HHS office of refugee resettlement.
On October 25, 20 Resettlement. On October 25, 2023, senator Grassley and senator Cassidy posted a roundtable investigation titled, the exploitation crisis, how the US government fails to protect migrant children from trafficking and abuse. What members of congress were on the house judiciary committee, you may ask? Well, 23 Republicans and 17 Democrats with ranking member, Gerald, the, garden gnome, Trollbridge, Nadler. The house committee on energy and commerce has 29 Republicans and 23 Democrats.
Senator Grassley's roundtable had about 5. That means that there are over a 100 different politicians in Washington DC that were actually at hearings or on committees that directly investigated this child's trafficking nightmare, yet not one of them has done anything to stop it. I wanna be crystal clear. The Republicans control the power of the purse. They have had all the evidence they need to shut this operation down.
Not only did they not shut it down, they increased funding to accelerate this operation.
Speaker 36: Republicans released a jaw dropping report revealing nearly half a trillion of your tax dollars have gone to the border crisis under Biden.
Speaker 8: Our first condition on any national security supplemental spending package is about our own national security first. The border is an absolute catastrophe.
Speaker 2: Then they do the opposite. Is there some sort of secret oath that Republicans take after the cameras go away to actually not do any of the things that they just promised to do? I mean, seriously.

The Office of Refugee Resettlement, ORR, boasts about managing 289 facilities across 29 states. But dig a little deeper, and you'll find that over 14,000 NGOs in America are supposedly aiding migrant children. Today's focus, 3 key players, Southwest Key Programs, MBM Inc, and Endeavors. Let's tackle Southwest Key Programs first.
Back on June 18, 2018, a user on x that goes by the name of at last refugee 2 laid it all out. Southwest Key Programs wasn't just shady. It was the epicenter of immigration exploitation. They uncovered that this outfit in 2014 was allegedly paying South American human smugglers with our tax dollars. A staggering 98% of their revenue comes from government grants.
Fast forward to 2024, and Southwest Key Programs is morphed into what can only be described as the most profitable child prison camp empire in America, boasting about 56 locations across 18 states. From 2020 to 2024, they've pocketed a cool 2,000,000,000 890,000,997,217 from us, the taxpayer. Now consider in light of what's been laid bare in this timeline and my first documentary, what is treason hashtag traffic, we can assume that every single member of congress, every senator, and every politician with a shred of awareness knows that our taxes are funding the world's most extensive child trafficking network. Not once has either party used their power to protect these children.

The Republican budget last time around actually gave these NGOs the money to keep doing what they've been doing for a couple years. So, yes, we have evidence that NGOs are deeply involved.

So every time I travel, I'm always at the absolute bare minimum. Now when I'm doing interviews and I'm renting an Airbnb, I have to have enough room to set up.
So a lot of the 1 bedroom apartments, they just don't cut it. So you pretty much always have to rent the very least a 2 bedroom house or a house that has an open dining room. You can't just go and do one of the, you know, one room rentals where you just get a room because I have to bring people over. I have to interview. I have to set up my lights.
I have to build out a studio inside these facilities. So when you guys are watching these videos and you guys are getting the behind the scenes look, you guys will fully understand how much work and money and time and resources go into this. Just the travel, what me and JJ spent, I think was $63,000, and that was just out of with the money that I brought out of my own pocket. It's expensive to be out here. Speaker 0: When you were interviewing these children, what were some of the the horror stories that these children were telling? The things that they went through? And you're getting children of all ages?
Speaker 1: Yes.
Speaker 0: Even 3 year olds?
Speaker 1: Yeah. I remember little ones and, oh, I came with my parents and they got arrested in the border, and then somehow the child was able to make it.
Speaker 0: 3 year old can't give himself a take a bath or a shower by himself. Who's doing that?
Speaker 1: They would go in and actually help him.
Speaker 0: She described that the kids were being separated because there was accusations that there was a sexual assault that took place in the facility. If a child came to you and said, I was sexually assaulted, what is the protocol that would be followed there?
Speaker 1: Honestly, I didn't even know what would be the protocol.
Speaker 0: You never received any training that said, hey, if a child when 70% of them are coming across the border are raped and molested, there is no proper protocol. You were giving no training on how to respond to that? No. There was 500 children that were delivered to 1 person we've talked about. How did that case come up?
Speaker 1: Once, I was checking an address, and I couldn't see homes. It was just like facilities. No homes. No buildings.

Speaker 0: Some of these girls are coming, and they've been raped by their fathers. Is the punishment harsh enough for these parents? Are there
Speaker 1: They're gone for a long, long time. Yeah. They're gone for a long time. A teenage pregnant girl here, her basic education level normally is between 3rd grade and 6th grade, and that's it. It's their end end of their education.
When a girl gets pregnant is usually she she'll go her family will take her in, she'll have her baby. She's sent to work as a domestic servant, kind of a a slave in someone's home, and the money is sent back to the family and they raise the baby. If there is no family support, she has no place to go. Over the past few months, they found 6 babies killed, dead, thrown into gutters and sewers. We've also had teenage girls committing suicide down here too.
They just have no place to go, no resources. They just take their own lives. And so I started receiving babies, in emergency care back in 2020. They were neurologically damaged because they were abused and, left alone and neglected. I work with a team from Harvard and Boston Children's Hospital.
They're all volunteers. They're amazing people. We did everything to recuperate the neurological damage the baby suffered while they were in the womb and then while they were born, their 1st months of life. And this happens soon, like, we have a 12 year old girl here pregnant. Okay?
They come in with STDs, bladder infection, urinary tract infections. They come in with parasites. They come in with low iron. They come in severely depressed, thinking of suicide on a daily basis. You know, the hospitals here are free, but they have very limited, resources as far as antibiotics, you know, mostly amoxicillin.
A lot of times, we have to buy very expensive antibiotics and sometimes 3 or 4 or 5 different treatments to get them completely healthy. The transition process, can you can you walk me through it? Yeah. It's, it's unbelievable. They come in.
They're literally thinking of suicide. So they come in. I can see it in their faces. Every adult has lied to them and take advantage of them. We do psychological testing.
They're usually, you know, off the scale on depression. They go from almost the highest level of depression you can imagine. By the end of 2 months, there's, like, no depression left. Being in a safe, loving environment where they feel protected, they're growing. Their babies are getting bigger and fatter inside them.
Pretty soon, a 7 or a £8 baby is born. So one of our girls, I won't mention her name, she was given to a grandmother who had a farm who told her that your own mother doesn't want you, your own father doesn't want you. You're worthless. There's no point in going to school. Girls are worthless.
They can't do anything. Other girls that are in here here are told by their own families, okay. Now it's time to have a boyfriend. Okay. This is gonna be your boyfriend today, and this is what you do with your boyfriend.
And then tomorrow, they find another boyfriend for him. I mean, these kinds of things happen all the time. All these girls that are here are broken when they come. Once they they realize that, they have a safe, loving environment, they're so motivated.

So for me, it's putting people that have confidence in charge and always having an open door.

Speaker 2: Just a me? Just a little bit about me. My life was really hard. I had to be an, independent very soon. I had to learn how to, provide and and live life because I had to provide for my younger brother.
Speaker 0: Was there anywhere that she could go for help or any way to get help in the areas?
Speaker 2: No. She didn't know anywhere to go.
Speaker 0: Is there anything that, she would like the world to know? Is there anything she would like to say about this place or back home or a message to the other kids out there?
Speaker 2: Don't lose hope because there's always gonna be someone coming and saying, and knocking on your door and saying, here's some help. And so don't lose hope because there's always there's always a way that, you can get help.
Speaker 1: This is a bedroom where 3 of the girls sleep. So the girls have their babies next to them in the bedrooms. Aw.

Speaker 1: Okay. To take care of 12 girls, it's $500 a month per girl. So, that's, 6 1,000 times 12 months is $72,000. Now Bitcoin has gone crazy. So one Bitcoin would not only take care of the 12 girls, it would send Karen to, law school.
So our first girl has graduated here, so that would also pay for law school for her.

Those 120 would all have would all fall into the same cycle of abuse. It goes to 1200, and then it goes to 12,000.
That's how you get to 12,000. It happens fast. A 12 year old has a 12 year old who has a 12 year old. That's 36 years, and we're working our way towards a 12,000.
