Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker emphasizes the importance of allowing the skin to breathe and throw off waste. They discuss how the skin absorbs substances and caution against touching or using products that may inhibit its functions. The focus of the presentation is on two common skin diseases, psoriasis and eczema. The speaker shares stories of individuals who have successfully conquered these conditions by making dietary changes, such as avoiding dairy, wheat, refined sugar, and peanuts. They also mention the potential role of environmental factors like mold and chemicals. The speaker advises against using topical remedies and suggests using ice for relief from itching.

Speaker 0: Very important. Remember what skin does? We've looked at that in a few other presentation. It breathes, which means it cannot be blocked because it's breathing. And apparently, when they painted the model for for the James Bond movie Goldfinger, they had to paint the front part of her gold and film it, wash that off and paint the back part gold and then film it because you can't cover the whole skin or the person will die. It breathes, the skin breathes, so be very mindful to allow your skin to breathe. The skin also throws off waste, another reason why the skin should be allowed to have as much air and and probably play, I suppose, as much as possible, so be careful what you're putting on the skin because it can inhibit its ability to breathe and it can also inhibit its ability to throw off waste and the skin also absorbs, another reason why we should be careful what we touch. I was consulting with a lady, she was only in her early forties, who'd had a stroke. So I was immediately intrigued why did she have a stroke. She's a chemist or a pharmacist and she was from one of the Caribbean islands, and she said she mixes all the tablets up together with bare hands, so the chemicals from the, from the tablets are all going into her hands. The same thing happened, I met a vet once, a vet nurse, and she did the same thing and she had major liver problems. You see the skin absorbs, so one must be very careful as to what one touches and also what one puts on their skin, but what I want to target in this presentation is two sadly very common diseases today called psoriasis and eczema. Eczema is usually the name given for a baby or a child, and psoriasis is usually the name given to the skin disease in in the latter years. When I say latter years, I don't mean the elderly years, I'm probably meaning latter past teenage years. So getting into the 20s, 30s, 40s, it's often called psoriasis and I've seen many people suffer extremely with this and again we need to know why because remember Newton's third law of motion that to every action there is an equal and an opposite reaction. So as I go through this presentation looking at some of the causes, I'm gonna be using a couple of stories of people that have come across my path, and the factors that came together to cause their psoriasis. And I'm also going to be, as I weave through this story, show you how they totally conquered it. Did you hear that? Every case of psoriasis eczema that I have come across they have been able to conquer it, but I think what we'll do is we'll begin with the babies. So if a baby has psoriasis I begin to investigate, I talked to the mother and I say to the mother, is the baby bottle fed? And if the baby is bottle fed, I inquire as to the type of milk the baby's on, and if the mother says it's on a cow's milk formula then my suggestion is to change over to a goat's milk formula. I don't know about other countries, but I know in Australia you can buy some very nice goat milk formulas. In fact, I think 3 of my grandchildren were raised on the goat milk formulas so you can get some very good ones. So go over to the goat milk formula because an allergy to dairy is one of the big factors in the skin diseases, and if the mother is breastfeeding, then I inquire to the mother if the mother's having dairy. Another factor can be wheat, the hybridized wheat, we looked at that in an earlier lecture, how the wheat was hybridized in the 1950s, so created a a structure in the protein or the gluten part of the, of the wheat that is very, very difficult to fully break down for the body and if it's not fully broken down by the body, gets into the blood, then antibodies are created, and you get this whole this whole reaction in the body, and it's one of the contributing factors to eczema. So I'll give you the story of 1 lady, and she said, yes. I I am having wheat. Yes. I am having dairy. Refined sugar. She said, no. I don't have refined sugar. Peanuts. Peanuts can be another factor. So I suggest that she have the almond milk instead of the, peanut butter, so almond butter instead of peanut butter and almond or organic soy milk instead of dairy milk and for the wheat, I said initially it would be good to go off all bred. Now once the baby's eczema is conquered you could start with the ancient grain breads, but initially to stop all breads. So she can eat rice, she can eat millet, and buckwheat, there are many grains she could eat. After 1 month the mother sent me a picture and the baby still had patches of eczema on it. The baby was about 8 months of age and I said, please keep going, please don't give up because a slice of bread can be out of your body within 24 hours but the effect can remain for even up to 2 months. At 2 months I get an email with photographs of a baby with no eczema. She said, thank thank you so much. I I I didn't realize, and, of course, most people don't realize it. And there are ladies that are breastfeeding their babies, and they're eating dairy, and they're eating wheat, and their baby doesn't have eczema. I find that when a situation arises in the body there can be many factors. That's why these 8 laws are used as the investigators, are they having fresh air? Another lady told me that her baby developed eczema when they went into a new house and when we investigated in the house, the little cot where her baby slept, there was black mold. Now it wasn't there when she prefers to put the cot there, but they found out there was a leaking tap behind the wall and because the cot was nestled into the corner and had the bedding in there that they never saw it. Another lady told me that her baby developed eczema after they moved into a new house and the baby was always sick, so I, I suggested that they go to the real estate and find out if the house was sprayed. Sometimes houses were sprayed with strong chemicals just before the person moves in and she found out that was the case, and the baby felt it more than anyone because the baby was crawling down down on the floor, and the baby had no eczema until they'd gone into that house. So that's a fairly obvious connection. It could be chemicals, it could be moulds, these can be contributing factors. Definitely there's usually an inherited factor, but remember genetics loads the gun but it is lifestyle that pulls the trigger, so you can have a whole family move into into a house that has just been sprayed with with, chemicals not long before, and the crawling baby will feel it more because they're crawling on the on the floor, and the parents didn't realize the danger because they thought well this is a great floor, it's a wooden floor, which means that it will be healthy, but then one also has to investigate where there are chemicals in the in the lacquer that was used to paint the floor, so there are many factors that come in, that's why we should all be private investigators investigating why these things are so. So let's move on to the adults, but before I go on to the adults, I'll just have 1 more story, and it was a guest that came to our health retreat about 3 years ago. She said, my grandson had eczema and my daughter took him to a a pediatrician, and this pediatrician was known to be more on the natural side. He wasn't ready to do drugs like others may be, and and the pediatrician said to her daughter, remember the daughter of the guest that was with us, stop the wheat, dairy, refined sugar, peanuts and oats. Isn't it nice to hear that there are pediatricians who are recognising the role that the the food has to play? She said, my son totally recovered from his eczema, and that, she said, that's, as you have just explained, it took about 2 months. If the baby doesn't recover in 2 months then you would investigate a moles factor or a, a chemical factor could come into play there. What can you do meanwhile? Is there anything you can put on the skin? Well, unfortunately there isn't because it's from the inside. Now, a little coconut oil might bring a little relief, sometimes aloe vera can bring a little relief, if the baby's itching, ice. Ice is the best. If you scratch and itch, it feels good, but then after you've scratched it, oh, dear. It's even itchier and even now it's hurting and maybe the the skin is broken. But if you

Natural Remedy for Psoriasis and Eczema Part 2 Must Watch

Video Transcript AI Summary
In this video, the speaker discusses five key factors for managing eczema and psoriasis. They emphasize the importance of sunlight and ice, but within reason. They also recommend practicing temperance by avoiding harmful substances and consuming good things in moderation. Wheat, dairy, oats, refined sugar, and peanuts should be avoided initially, but ancient grains like Camut, Inkenhorn, and spelt can be reintroduced after healing. The speaker advises using biodegradable laundry detergent and sun-drying clothes made of natural fibers. Getting 8 hours of sleep for adults and 10 hours for children is crucial, along with limiting technology before bed. Swimming in the ocean is recommended for exercise, but if not possible, an exercise bike or rebounding can be alternatives. The speaker suggests a diet that includes millet, quinoa, buckwheat, and rice, with a gradual transition to brown rice if needed.

Speaker 0: So remember the ice. So sunshine, I'm going to put within reason. The sunshine's important. Maybe after you've had a sun then you do the ice, so within reason. Within reason also, if you've got light skin, of course, you don't want to burn your eczema, then it'll be even worse, so a little bit of discretion is needed there. Number 3 is temperance. Now, temperance means not taking anything into the body that will harm it and taking in moderation the good things. So we're going to look at the noes, there are some things that must be totally stopped and that is wheat, if someone has eczema or psoriasis I suggest even the ancient grains initially stop. And when it's conquered, then go on the ancient grains, but it's best to stay off the wheat. But as my son-in-law, Matthew, he says he can handle about a slice of bread 3 days a week. That's about all. But he said that he cannot have it every day. He can have a slice of bread here, and after 2 days, he can have another slice. He will not get a reaction, but if he said if he does it every day or has more than 1 at a time, he gets a reaction. Now remember, this is Matthew's he's conquered it. He's conquered it and now that he's conquered it he can have a little now and then, but initially no wheat, no dairy and also no oats and no refined sugar. And one of the reasons peanuts is not good is because they're commonly tainted with mould. In the book, The China Study, you know, in his research, he found every jar of peanut butter had mold in it, had the aflatoxin in it, so they must stop, so the moderation, all good things, So moderation, and I would say that the moderation in the foods would happen after the healing has happened. When the person is healed, then they can start to have the ancient grains, and the ancient grains are Camut, Inkenhorn, spelt, there may be a few others but they're the main ones that are the most common. So that must stop and, of course, absolute no to the chemicals and also no to the moulds. Now, chemicals, have a look at your laundry detergent it's very important that the clothes be washed in a biodegradable, friendly washing detergent and don't use very much. Some people even choose just to wash their clothes with sodium bicarbonate. It'll have a wash and then it'll have a rinse and ideally, so we're going to make a section here on clothes because it's the clothes that touch the skin, So ideally, we want them sun dried. So, yeah, we're gonna have to get some clotheslines out or you you can buy a dryer, I mean, you know those little racks, that's what I mean by a dryer, put the little rack out in the sun, sun dried and also biodegradable biodegradable grade able, let's hope that spelling's right, so biodegradable soaps, and when I say soaps I'm referring also to what washes the clothes with. Again, if it's too hard to find one that's fine, just use sodium bicarbonate powder. I know in Australia we can buy 20 kilos for $20 it's 20 kilos for you'd be, what, about 40 pound and also it's of the utmost importance, and this is an area a lot of people underestimate is natural fibre, the close must be made out of natural fibre. So your natural fiber, and I think the obvious ones are your cotton and your silks and your wool, your flax, your heaps, but you might not be aware that modal is the cellulose spun from the birch tree and so it's a natural fibre, viscose viscose is also made from wood pulp and rayon. So that these 3 are made from wood pulp. Now, some claim that the process of making it has chemicals in it. Well, before I wear anything I buy I always wash it and I hang it out on the clothesline for the day. The sun purifies, that's why I love sun dried clothes, it purifies it. Now some of these can be expensive and so you can always visit the, you call it the thrift store here, the second hand shop and, I know my grandsons when they come to visit I've got a suitcase full of clothes for them because so often they come with not enough clothes. When little boys pack their own clothes because their parents are so busy, what comes isn't always the most appropriate or not enough, so I just go to the secondhand shop and I've got a great pile of clothes for them. I even find that you can get some nicer cotton clothes in the thrift shop compared to the, the new clothes, so make sure it's all natural fibre. So number 4, we're getting to number 4 and that's sleep 8 hours. 8 hours for adults, 10 hours for children. As long as the lights are low at night and you have your main meal more in the middle of the day, eat lightly at night and have soft music and read a nice sleepy story, you can usually get the children into bed early. It's a good idea to no technology when the sun goes down. When the sun goes down your brain and your eyes know that and it's winding down for sleep, so if the eye see the technology that just wakens everything up. So adults, if you're not used to 8 hours sleep a night, I've got some good news you can retrain the brain and you can get used to it. And once you start experiencing these longer hours of sleep, you you will be convinced you will feel so much better. So the sleep's important because that's where the body is recharging, that's where it doubles its healing powers. Number 5 is exercise. Now the exercise, probably the best exercise for anyone with psoriasis is swimming in the ocean, nice and cool. As you warm up, you've got your nice cool water on you because If you do the high intensity interval training out not in the water, say in an exercise bike or out running up hills, As your body heats up the psoriasis gets really, really itchy, so if possible find a creek or a dam or Unfortunately, the swimming pools of today often have a lot of chlorine in them, the salt water would be, would be the best, So if you cannot swim and you have no access to the pools, my suggestion is maybe the exercise bike or the rebounding because the body must exercise for it to have enough oxygen to be able to heal effectively your whole body, and then straight after your exercise just have a 10 minute cold shower and that'll just cool that skin, that'll cool that skin right down. So the the next one is diet. So then then the question is, well, what do we eat? One man said, you've just taken away all our food! We have oatmeal for breakfast with milk on it and we have toast with peanut butter on it. What are we gonna eat? Well, there are some other grains that aren't as well known which are very nice. A very nice porridge alternative is the millet, but remember 1 millet to 4 water and that makes a nice soft porridge. If you're not an early riser you could put it in the crock pot overnight, and then you wake up in the morning and the millet's ready, quinoa is another gluten free grain that you can use, buckwheat, not everyone's excited about buckwheat like the Polish are, so I'll leave it up to you, and rice, rice is very safe, it's one of the lowest allergen foods there is, is rice, and if your family is not used to brown rice you could do half white rice, half brown rice and get get them slowly used to it, but if the brown rice is cooked enough it is soft, so ideally if you're doing a rice cooker, saying, what is it, 40 minutes, I think it cooks, turn, it'll go off by itself, don't touch it for another hour, that second hour that that'll soften that grain right up because it's like in a little oven. If you don't think it's hot enough, you can when it's off, you can put some blankets on it and keep it

Speaker 0: Breakfast might be, millet with, coconut coconut milk on it and maybe some raspberries or strawberries or blueberries, all the berries or or pear. And on top of that, in fact, we're going to come to medicine. We'll come to medicine in a minute. There is some mentsen that you can use that will certainly help with the healing process. But let's finish the diet. We've done breakfast, so here's breakfast. Now we're going to do lunch. So what do we have for lunch? Ideally your main meal is at lunch. Always a salad, just choose the things you love. Also vegetables, they can be baked, stir fried. I had a beautiful lunch yesterday, it was a whole lot of veggies just baked. That's delicious. And the protein. The protein's important. So the protein can come in the form of legumes, so that's chickpeas, lima beans, black eyed beans, cannelloni beans. I was talking to a lady recently, there's just her and her husband, I said, you probably only have to cook 3 legume dishes a week. I don't like to keep anything more than 2 days So cook it this day. Yes, you could eat it the next day but not the 3rd day. So let's, I said to this lady, what you're cooking is enough for 6 people so keep enough for tomorrow and freeze the rest and after 2 weeks you're going to have a lovely selection of legume dishes in the, in the, in the freezer, maybe by the 3rd week you don't even have to cook because you've got those excess in the freezer, make them taste magnificent, you can get a vegan Indian cookbook and not all Indian food is hot, my husband doesn't like hot so I don't usually cook hot or hot foods but I always have cayenne pepper on the table so if you like it a bit warmer you can put the cayenne pepper on. You've also got soy, make sure it's organic, make some nice things with the tofu and also, nuts and seeds. They can be ground and they can be mixed with, gluten free breadcrumbs, grated carrot, and onion, again and made into a loaf or made into little burgers, so your nuts and your seeds. So there's your protein. Your protein's very important because the fats are important because the membrane around every cell in the body is 50% fat. So what about supper, you call it supper, So supper, ideally, is best savory because a high sugar diet can feed the irritation from eczema so even a lot of fruit can feed that because fruit has a lot of lot of glucose in it, So supper, sometimes you will all you may need is a herb tea. If you've got teenagers, you'll have a right on your hand if you only serve herb tea at night, so for the teenager it might be a smoothie and that smoothie ideally is made with the coconut water or almond milk or organic soy milk and in that you might put what I'm going to be listing here as medicine is the chia and the flax. And the reason why these are part of the medicine is because they're high in an essential fatty acid called omega 3. And omega 3 is a very thin oil and it comes out and nourishes the skin internally, so the so that's medicine but it can be very nice on your smoothie, it can also be nice sprinkled on your breakfast, so you might have your millet or your quinoa or your rice, some coconut milk. If you want sweetener, You're best to stew up some apple or have apple sauce, the Granny Smith apples, they don't really need, there's your sweetener and then have fruit on top and then sprinkle ground flax over that and chia over that, that's a breakfast that will take someone quite a few hours and yet those omega 3s are nourishing the skin internally, and it can go in the smoothie as well and maybe in the smoothie you'll put some pear or some berries, maybe a little bit of protein powder, For children, you want it like. For adults, you want it like. For the teenagers, they might want a little bit more so you you play with that. If the person has a smoothie and they sleep well, it's good. If they have a smoothie and they're a bit uncomfortable in the stomach, well, the next night we we might do just the herb tea or just a herb tea or a soup. The soup is great to have at night. You might only have to cook soup twice a week, keep enough for the next day and freeze the rest, that could be just vegetable soup, maybe vegetables with a few lentils in it. So you can see supper is light because when you go to sleep your stomach needs to sleep and when you go to sleep and your stomach's sleeping then you've got more energies in the body to do the nighttime revamp, revive and heal. Water, water is vital, water keeps the skin supple and the rule of thumb is, to ยฃ50 one quart, so that's 4 glasses to 50 pounds so for a 100 pound person, they should be having 2 quarts, so that's a good rule of thumb and that also helps to know how much the children should have and when you have that water also salt, so your whole salt which is your Celtic salt, it, Himalayan salt is not far behind that over the day, little by little by little over the day. Just in case you didn't catch this one earlier, I wake up in the morning, I have half a glass of water, I go to the bathroom, I have half a glass of water, I pray, I have another half glass of water, I get dressed to have an can you see what you're doing? By the time I go on my morning walk or my morning exercise, I've usually had at least 3 glasses, and when I get back, I have another glass. So that's I usually aim for 4 glasses before breakfast, which I can. As a rule, I wake at 5 and eat at 7 so it's easy. And then I don't drink again probably for about 2 hours after I've eaten and then I've got a few hours before I have lunch at about 1, 1:30 and then I have a couple of glasses after lunch mid afternoon, late afternoon because if I have too much water I don't want to be up at the night. So that's that's just me and so I usually average, I'm a ยฃ100, so I average 2 to 2 and a half quarts a day. So if you're not used to drinking water, start slow and little by little build it up. So the 8th law is trust in divine power. What Matthew found is that when He was in debt and he had a family to feed and life was a little bit stressful. His eczema got a lot worse. So it's important to daily trust that God gave us this body with an inbuilt ability to heal itself, and it'll heal itself when you give it the right conditions. I share this with you because I have seen so many people conquer their eczema by these, by these simple, simple things. So if you've got stress in your life, remember what God says in 1st Peter 5 verse seven, it says cast all your care upon him for he cares for you because he has a way through every situation, We've just got to trust him and don't forget that in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 the bible says in everything give thanks. Thank God for every single thing that's happening in your life and that helps to alleviate stress. And, love the moment, It's called the power of now. Love where you are right now because you're never gonna have this moment again. And when you love the moment, past pain fades and future worries don't seem so bad. God says I've just given you today and tomorrow I'll give you another day, and that can certainly help to relieve stress. So trust, trust in God, he is able. The bible says in Jude 24, unto him who is Able. He is able to keep you from falling and present you even faultless before his father's glory with Seeding joy. What beautiful promises we have. Take them, hold onto them, and make them your own. So What I wanted to show you in this presentation is how you can use those 8 laws and apply them to just about everything that's happening in your body and specifically we wanted to look at eczema and psoriasis. So let's go over to medicine again, so this is internal, This is internal medicine, so your internal medicine definitely is the food that you eat, Hippocrates said let food be your medicine and medicine be your food, so the 3 essential food groups are fiber, we've got a lot of fiber

The speaker discusses the skin as the largest organ of elimination and its role in getting rid of waste. They mention that certain diseases like psoriasis and eczema can affect the skin's ability to eliminate waste effectively. The speaker suggests that allergies to dairy and wheat can contribute to these skin conditions and recommends alternatives like goat milk formula and almond milk. They also mention the importance of investigating other factors like chemicals and mold in the environment. The speaker emphasizes the need to be cautious about what we put on our skin and mentions examples of people who experienced health issues due to exposure to chemicals. Finally, they briefly mention the lack of FDA regulations for baby lotion and share a recipe for homemade body butter and rice water.

Speaker 0: The largest organ of elimination is the skin. Your skin has millions of little mouths. If you were to look at it under a microscope, you'd see all the tiny little holes. Doctor. Kellogg, very famous doctor, he's of Kellogg's Cornflakes fame, although I think that he would nearly die if he could see what Kellogg's cornflakes are made of today, it didn't Quite have the sugar in it that he had in his. But he wrote many books on health. He was the medical director of one of the largest natural hospitals in America, Battle Creek, 1,000 beds. So he wrote many books on it. He called the pores of the human body millions of little sewers. Why did he call them millions of little sewers? Because they give off Waste, they're an organ of elimination. Have you ever had a white shirt on, especially on a hot day when you're perspiring a lot, and the collar is brown? What's the brown? It's dirt. Where did the dirt come from? Inside of you. So the skin is a very effective organ of elimination. To be an effective organ of elimination, it has certain needs. It requires you to allow your skin to breathe. It's 2, sadly, very common diseases today called psoriasis and eczema. Eczema is usually the name given for a baby or a child. And psoriasis is usually the name given to the skin disease in the latter years. When I say latter years, I don't mean The elderly years, I'm probably meaning, lesser past teenage years. So getting into the 20s, 30s, 40s, it's often called psoriasis. And I've seen many people suffer extremely with this. And again, we need to know why. Because remember, Newton's 3rd law of motion, that to every action, there is an equal and an opposite reaction. So as I go through this presentation, Looking at some of the causes, I'm gonna be using a couple of stories of people that have come across my path, and the factors that came together to cause their psoriasis. And I'm also going to be, as I weave through this story, Show you how they totally conquered it. Did you hear that? Every case of psoriasis, eczema that I have come across, they have been able to conquer it. But I think what we'll do is we'll begin with the babies. So if a baby has psoriasis, I begin to investigate. I talked to the mother, and I say to the mother, is the baby bottle fed? And if the baby is bottle fed, I inquire as to the type of milk the baby's on. And if the mother says it's on a cow's milk formula, then my suggestion is to change over to a goat's milk formula. I don't know about other countries, but I know in Australia, You can buy some very nice goat milk formulas. In fact, I think 3 of my grandchildren were raised on the goat milk formulas, So you can get some very good ones. So go over to the goat milk formula, because an allergy to dairy is one of the big factors in the skin diseases. And if the mother is breastfeeding, then I inquire to the mother if the mother's having dairy. Another factor can be wheat, the hybridised wheat. We looked at that in an earlier lecture, how the wheat was hybridized in the 1950s. So, created a structure in the protein or the gluten part of the of the wheat that is very, very difficult to fully break down for the body. And if it's not fully broken down by the body, it gets into the blood, then antibodies are created and you get This whole reaction in the body, and it's one of the contributing factors to eczema. So I'll give you the story of 1 lady, and she said, Yes. I I am having wheat. Yes. I am having dairy. Refined sugar? She said, no. I don't have refined sugar. Peanuts? Peanuts can be another factor. So I suggested she have the almond milk instead of the, peanut butter. So almond butter instead of peanut butter, and almond or organic soy milk instead of dairy milk. And for the wheat, I said, initially, it would be good to go off all bread. Now, once the baby's eczema is conquered, you could start with the ancient grain breads. But initially, to stop all breads. Bread. So she can eat rice, she can eat millet and buckwheat, there are many grains she could eat. After 1 month, The mother sent me a picture and the baby still had patches of eczema on it. The baby was about 8 months of age. And I said, please keep going. Please don't give up because a slice of bread can be out of your body within 24 hours, but the effect can remain for even up to 2 months. At 2 months, I get an email with photographs of a baby with no eczema. She said, thank you so much, I didn't realize, and of course most people don't realize it. And there are ladies that are breastfeeding their babies, and they're eating dairy, and they're eating weed, and their baby doesn't have eczema. I find that when a situation arises in the body, there can be many factors, many factors. That's Why, these 8 laws are used as the investigators. Are they having fresh air? And another lady told me that her baby developed eczema when they went into a new house. And when we investigated in the house, the little cot where her baby slept, There was black mold. Now it wasn't there when she prefers to put the cot there, but they found out there was a leaking tap behind the wall. And because the cot was nestled into the corner and had the bedding in there, they they never saw it. Another lady told me that her baby developed eczema after they moved into a new house, and the baby was always sick. So I suggested that they go to the real estate and find out if the house was sprayed. Sometimes houses are sprayed with strong chemicals just before the person moves in, and she found that that was the case. And the baby felt it more than anyone because the baby was crawling down down on the floor. And the baby had no eczema until they'd gone into that house. So that's fairly a fairly obvious connection. So it could be chemicals, it could be mould, these can be contributing factors. Definitely, there's usually an inherited factor. But remember, genetics loads the gun, but it is lifestyle that pulls the trigger. So you could have a whole family move into into a house that has just being sprayed with, chemicals not long before. And the crawling baby will feel it more because they're crawling on the floor. And the parents didn't realise the danger because they thought, wow, this is a great floor, it's a wooden floor, which means that it will be healthy, but then one also has to investigate where there are chemicals in the in the lacquer that was used to paint the floor. So There are many factors that come in, that's why we should all be private investigators investigating why these things are so. So let's move on to the adults. But before I go on to the adults, I'll just have 1 more story. And it was a guest that came to our Health Retreat about 3 years ago, she said, my grandson had eczema, and my daughter took him to A pediatrician, and this pediatrician was known to be more on the natural side. He wasn't ready to do drugs like others may be. And and the pediatrician said to her daughter, remember the daughter of the guest that was with us, Stop the wheat, dairy, refined sugar, peanuts, and oats. Isn't it nice to hear that there are pediatricians So we're recognizing the role that the food has to play. She said, my son totally recovered from his eczema. And that, she said, that's as you have just explained, it took about 2 months. If the baby doesn't recover in 2 months, then you would investigate A mold factor or a, a chemical factor could could come into Speaker 1: The FDA's, Authority over the safety of baby lotion. 1st, can the FDA, require a review of baby lotion for safety before it comes to market? No, Can the FDA require the manufacturer not to use a toxic ingredient, for example, formaldehyde, in its baby lotion? No. Is the manufacturer required to register with the FDA before selling its baby lotion? Speaker 2: No. Speaker 1: I think my first statement is becoming truer. Once the baby lotion comes to market, can the FDA require Safety information about the baby lotion? No. If the baby lotion has caused bad reactions, in the babies, Can the FDA require a recall? No. If the manufacturer is aware of the baby's bad reactions, Would the manufacturer be required to report that to the FDA? No. Well, I think everybody's paying wrapped attention here. In the, in our country today, could, Cosmetic products for sale to use on children or infants with unknown ingredients and no safety review. If the product is dangerous, the FDA would not be able to require a recall. You already said that. And, obviously, we need to, I think, empower the FDA, to do more to Protect Americans. I mean, given all the nose that you just So Speaker 2: the house is officially out of body butter. So I'm just gonna whip us up a fresh batch Real quick, because we don't use that store bought lotion and stuff, I like to know what's seeping into my skin. This mango butter is so fire, y'all. And then I'm use the last of my calendula oil that I have. Oh, look how creamy that texture is. And I love the mango butter in the summer, in the spring, the warm weather because it's so light airy and fluffy, look at that. Yes. And then I'm gonna add some essential oils to make it smell real good and for the healing properties. We do not use fragrance oil over here, Only essential oils. And look at this. Oh. We should be good for for a minute. Now, this is just for personal use, but you can get your freshly made body butter on the web So Speaker 0: be careful what you're putting on the skin because It can inhibit its ability to breathe, and it can also inhibit its ability to throw off waste. And the skin also absorbs, another reason why we should be careful what we touch. I was consulting with a lady, was only in her early 40s who'd had a stroke. So I was immediately intrigued, why did she have a stroke? She's a chemist or a pharmacist. And she was from one of the Caribbean islands. And she said she mixes all the tablets up together with bare hands. So the chemicals from the from the tablets, they're all going into her hands. The same thing happened, I met a vet once, a vet nurse, and she did the same thing, and she had major liver problems. You see, the skin absorbs, so one must be very careful as to what one touches and also what one puts on their skin. Speaker 3: I'm gonna show you guys my grandmother's recipe on how to make her rice water. We get 2 cups of rice, 2 cups because I'm gonna make a lot. You wanna get cold water and rinse. The 1st rinse, you're not gonna keep, so you wanna kinda rinse that really good. And then pour that out. Rinse and pour it out again. This is your 3rd rinse. This is what we're gonna keep. And then I'm just gonna kinda squish it around a little bit with my hands, kinda like getting the rise, and kinda like you're washing it with your hands. And You're gonna do this for just a few seconds, maybe a minute. I like to kinda get my water to be, like, a little cloudy. And then you don't have to let it soak. My grandma said that she did not ever let it soak overnight or 10 minutes. They just did this, and then they poured it into A bowl and used it because they didn't really store it back then. Now you're gonna pour it into a mason jar or whatever jar that you have to store it.

Hereโ€™s the benefits of Black Seed Oil. Must Watch๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ https://t.co/x9oIl1NkI0

Video Transcript AI Summary
Black seed oil has a wide range of health benefits. It can help with asthma, hypertension, diabetes, pain, inflammation, and has antimicrobial, antifungal, antiviral, and antibacterial properties. It also has anticancer effects, as it can cause cancer cells to commit suicide without harming normal cells. Black seed oil mimics a hormone called somatostatin, which inhibits the growth of cancer cells. It is also an anticonvulsant, provides neuroprotection against oxidative damage in the brain, and protects against kidney disease. Additionally, it acts as a diuretic, helps with dermatitis, supports the immune system, and relieves gas. Overall, black seed oil is beneficial for various health issues.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: About black seed, it's quite interesting. It's been around for a very long time in many cultures. They actually found these black seeds present in the ancient Egyptian tomb of the pharaoh, Tutankhamun, which is King Tut. So the properties of this oil in black seed is quite extensive. So let's go to the list. Asthma, hypertension, diabetes, pain, inflammation, antimicrobial, antifungal, antiviral, antibacterial. Number 7, anticancer. The anti, phytonutrient called Phymaquinone, it actually causes the cancer to commit suicide without creating any problem on normal cells. It's called apoptosis. There's a study which I'll list below. Apparently, black seed is a significant inhibitor of solid tumors in mice. Now, the other mechanism of how it deals with cancer, which is quite interesting, it's a somatostatin analog. Now, let me explain what that means. An analog is something that mimics something. And somnostatin is a hormone that lowers or inhibits growth hormone, insulin and glucagon. But the black seed oil was the only natural somatostatin analog that I could find out of a database of thousands and thousands of natural remedies. So this right here will create an anti cancer effect because it blocks certain pathways that allow the cancer to get its material, its raw material to grow. Then we get to number 8, anticonvulsant. So if someone has a seizure, this could help them. Number 9, neuroprotection. So if there's a lot of free radical damage or oxidation going on in the brain, black seed can help counter that. So it's a powerful antioxidant. Alright. Number 10, it can protect against kidney disease, like a kidney problem from having diabetes or a kidney problem that is developed from a person taking Tylenol, antibiotics, certain steroids, being exposed to lead, mercury, cadmium, aluminum and even morphine. So black seed oil is very, very protective on the kidney if someone is is in a situation where they have to take certain medications that have a lot of side effects. It's also a diuretic. It can also help to inhibit dermatitis, which is a skin problem. Can help support the immune system by increasing phagocytosis, which are the cells that gobble up and clean up infection. It is anti gas. So in summary, black seed pretty much handles about every single problem that you may experience. Thanks for watching.

Speaker 0: Pasture oil and cayenne pepper for aches, pains, inflammation, warts, moles, age spots. I'm gonna show you right now how I make this simple mixture and also how I make it with turmeric. So as you probably know, turmeric, cayenne pepper are very anti inflammatory, and so is castor oil. So if I'm just making a one time use, I'm gonna go ahead and use about 3 pumps of the castor oil. I love this brand because it's organic. It is hexane free cold pressed, and it also has a pump, which I love. You can use up to a half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper. You can make this with cayenne pepper alone, the castor oil and cayenne pepper. I have these all over my house. It's a great anti inflammatory rub. I also make castor oil and turmeric. Turmeric also has amazing anti inflammatory properties. Castor oil and cayenne pepper does stain. Turmeric stains even more than the cayenne pepper, but the benefits far outweigh the staining. That's for sure. So this is the cayenne pepper, castor oil mixture right here. Now you can go ahead and put this on a castor oil pack. You can just put it on your skin by itself for inflammation and just rub it in an area that's inflamed. You go ahead and put it on an age spot, a mole, a wart. Again, these 2 together, whether or not it's castor oil and cayenne pepper or castor oil and turmeric, Our really anti inflammatory, really antibacterial, antimicrobial. Give it a try. Put it on some areas of inflammation. If you try this, let me know. I'd love to hear your results.

To improve vision and address eye problems like floaters and pressure, it is important to focus on the lymphatic system. A high fruit diet, particularly berries, helps to liquefy and move the lymphatic system. The liver and kidneys also play a crucial role in eyesight, so it is important to take care of them. Cleaning the head of excess mucus, using an eyesight formula, and cleansing the entire body, including the gut, are recommended. Additionally, practicing Qigong tapping around the eyes and using sound frequencies can promote healing. Special eye exercises, such as the Bates method, can also strengthen eye muscles and improve eyesight. It is possible to heal the eyes with these approaches.

Speaker 0: If you want to improve your vision, if you want to improve your eyes, if you have eye floaters, eye pressure, there's a way to fix it. You don't need to necessarily treat it only, you can fix it from the root level. The root level from for all these problems is your lymphatic system is stagnated. Your lymphatic system is your immune system. It's a system that removes waste from your 100 kilo lung cells. It's a system that removes waste from your eyes. When this waste accumulates and you don't remove it properly, it's going it's going to affect your eyesight. So the first step in fixing your eyesight is recognizing the great lymphatic system And what moves the lymphatic system? Yes. A little exercise can help, but when the lymphatic system is stagnated, as is the case with eye problems, we need the fruits and to to help you liquefy and move the lymphatic system. So the 1st step in healing the eyes is going to be a high fruit diet, High in the berries, bilberry, blackberry, any kind of berries fantastic for your eyes but more importantly, they help with the lymphatic system. Your liver is very important to your eyesight. Okay. Poor liver, poor eyesight. Your kidneys have a direct relationship to the eyes as well. Without good kidneys, you you have poor eyesight, so fix your kidneys. You also want to clean your head of the excess mucus accumulated there. You want to take steps with a eyesight formula, wash your eyes twice a day. I have a formula called the eyesight formula. It has bilberry, eyebright, red raspberry, all has golden seal and marshmallow in there, fantastic for your eyes, use it twice daily. Also, ingest it but put a few drops into a eye cup wash from the still water and wash your eyes. Next, you want to take steps to cleanse the entire body including the gut. I mentioned the liver, I mentioned the kidneys, but the gut, If you do this and give a little bit of time, your eyes will start to improve. Also, more importantly, make sure you excise your eyes. You wanna do Qigong tap into the eyesight. There are areas around the eyes you can tap. This will push blood flow to the eye and help it heal. It will also open the energy pathway so that the body can heal itself, heal the eyes. So do some Qigong tapping, very important. Okay? Use sound frequency. There are certain frequencies you can use for the eyes that will help with the eyes to regenerate and heal. Sound frequency very very important. Okay. So we have the the dye change, we have the herbs, we have the therapeutics. If you do all that, your eyes start to improve. Just a little bit of time, okay. There are also special eye exercise you can do, in in or look it up. It's called the beats exercises. You do this exercise daily and Strengthening your eye muscles. These subjects were applying rosemary oil on their scalp 2 times a day every single day for 6 months. And the improvements in hair growth happened at the 6 month mark. So the message is, yes, you can use it, but you have to be very consistent. If you just add a couple of drops to your shampoo, it's not gonna do anything. Speaker 0: If your hair is thinning, you have bald spots, or you have alopecia, make sure you save this video so you don't lose it. Alright. Let's talk about the 3 main ingredients that we need to help alleviate some of these problems. Number 1 is tea tree oil. It's all about unclogging the hair follicles. The antimicrobial properties in tea tree oil helps conduct a way better environment for the hair to grow and unclog on the scalp. Number 2 is grapeseed oil. This is where you get your moisturization from. Grapeseed is really rich in antioxidants and the moment that it hits the scalp, it goes crazy for the moisture that it's going to produce for you. Last but not least is peppermint oil. You want to increase the depth of the follicle in the scalp and you also want to increase circulation within the scalp. And what does that primarily the best? Peppermint oil. Now what I need you guys to understand is the root cause to a lot of this is hormone dysfunction or let's just say hormone imbalance. Especially in a lot of women, you'll see a failing thyroid or ovarian function start to diminish and dwindle down. Reasons why these 3 herbs really really help in this situation. And once again I say, this does not fix alopecia and it doesn't fix these hormonal problems but it helps in endocyst as a supplementation to get you right back on track. So what's the miracle product that aids in all of this? For real, I really want to take the time to make something that's universal for all hair types. It helps out what anti problems that we have and then it's all natural and organic. So do yourself a favor and type oil, o I l, in the comment section and let's get you started. But the most important factor is Jesus is king. I love you guys. Have a great day. And see you in the comment section.

Having severe eczema is terrible, with weeping, scaly sores causing constant discomfort. Eczema results from mucus exiting the skin, the body's main way of eliminating waste. White rice, sugar, pasta, pizza, and cheese are common triggers for eczema flare-ups.

And when it weeps, when it becomes, scaly and it weeps, it creates a new sore on whatever it touches. And I'm telling you that there are people with eczema so bad that there is no relief day or night. The reason for that is that mucus, that is mucus coming through the skin. That's mucus. The same mucus found in your lung is coming through the skin. Why? The skin is the largest eliminative organ of the body. Since it can't get rid of through the cold, can't get rid of through the lungs, can't get rid of it through the vaginal tract, can't get rid of it through any of the other channels of elimination. It goes through the skin. The skin is the largest organ of the body, and that's what psoriasis is. It comes from white rice, white sugar, pastas, pizzas, spaghetti, macaroni, cheese, and in particular, cheese. Today, there is more eczema than there ever has been. You know why? Because we are eating more cheese than we have ever eaten. It kind of amazed me the other day when I saw I was listening to a stock market report. And on the stock market report, the craft people sold their candy division. Do you know why they sold their candy division? They said, we wanna concentrate more on cheese. Why? When your skin is off, it's a neon sign letting you know that things are not right in the system. With psoriasis, it's an autoimmune disease. It's a condition where your body's defense system starts attacking your own healthy cells, in this case, the skin. But it's a system wide immune issue that just shows itself in the skin. And where is most of your immune system located? In your belly. More than 70% of your immune system lives in your gut. So when your gut is not healthy, it affects your immune response, which can lead to autoimmunity, which in this case leads to psoriasis. So what causes this imbalance in the gut? It could be anything. Yeast overdose, antibiotic use, a bad virus, a head trauma, a stressful situation, anything that can cause leaky gut and dysbiosis. But once you have the leaky gut, you become hypersensitive to certain foods. Maybe things that never bothered you before are now being an issue. There's plenty of things that can cause this, whether it's gluten, dairy, legumes, or something else, it causes an inflammatory cascade and an autoimmune response in the form of psoriasis if you suffer from psoriasis. This is why creams only work until the next flare up because the point is you have to find the triggers and remove them, and you have to heal your belly with nutrition and supplements probiotics, whatever it takes. Until you do that, your skin won't be healed. I can't tell you how many of my patients have come to me over the years with skin issues. And once we fix the belly, we fix the skin. So if you have psoriasis or other skin issues, focus on your belly. And whether you choose to work with me and my team or another functional medicine provider, make sure you find a guide that can help you through this. I hope this helps. I'll talk to you soon.

It is really important that you focus on those elements that may be affecting your liver. After all, the liver is so important in cleaning, cleansing the blood. So things like, you know, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, processed sugar is such a nasty thing. Dairy grains like wheat, processed foods, try to get past those and go for whole foods. Think about what you're putting in your body all the time and whole foods is the way to go.

I have developed a powerful healing technique that can cure any illness instantly by harnessing the mind's power. Our bodies are designed to heal themselves, and sickness is often self-inflicted. I have been teaching this technique for 45 years to thousands of students worldwide, including medical professionals. By finding your passion and purpose, you can prevent illness and aging. My upcoming class will be one of the largest, with doctors and psychiatrists in attendance. I have experienced many challenges, including caring for my husband who was wheelchair-bound for 25 years.

Speaker 0: I found a way where we could heal instantly, anything, absolutely anything, any disease, any illness, everything. I have them coming with every illness you could possibly think of. I see miracles every day in my office, and they wanted me to teach this method so everybody would know the importance of how you could use your mind. You have no idea how important, how powerful your mind is. You are a great and powerful creature. You should never ever be sick. No aches, no pains, nothing. Because the body is a miraculous machine that's been created and perfected to take care of itself and heal itself if we don't interfere. So that's what I'm trying to show people. If you have an illness or something, you have done it yourself. You make yourself sick. And some of my clients say, what do you mean I don't wanna be sick? But if the mind is that powerful that you can make yourself sick, it's also powerful enough to heal you. We find out why did I do this to myself. And that's what I teach in my technique is how we define this. And I've been perfecting this technique now for 45 years. And I'm teaching it everywhere, all over the world. We have thousands of students now in every country you can imagine. They're all learning it because it's fast, it's quick, and extremely effective. That's why I'm gonna be here this next week. We're having one of the biggest classes I've ever had is going to be this week. A level 2 starts tomorrow, but then we have level 1. We've got about a 120 people in that class. The largest one before that was one in Australia when I had over 90 something. And I have doctors, psychiatrists, all kinds of medical personnel are taking the classes and incorporating this into their practice. You see, I've come a long way since the sixties. But that's the idea is to show people you're more than just a physical body. You have such wonderful capabilities, and now is the time to bring all of this back and to show other people how we can do it ourselves, how you can use the power of your mind. So it's no longer a pipe dream. It is really happening. But they have told me many times through my clients, you find your passion. You find what you're really supposed to do, what you're here for, you don't get sick and you don't age because you're doing what you're supposed to be doing, and you're happy doing it. So it's probably why they said I found what that mission is after raising a family and doing all this other thing. That's why I said I've had several lives in one. You know, my husband was in a wheelchair for 25 years after he was almost killed in the navy and his body was crushed. So we had to get all that behind us and raising

Today's video discusses the importance of skin health, emphasizing that skin breathes, throws off waste, and absorbs. The speaker shares stories of individuals who conquered psoriasis and eczema by addressing dietary factors like dairy, wheat, and peanuts. For babies with eczema, switching to goat milk formula and avoiding certain foods helped clear their skin. Environmental factors like mold and chemicals in the home can also contribute to skin issues. The speaker highlights the role of lifestyle in triggering skin conditions and encourages investigating all possible factors. Ice and natural remedies like coconut oil and aloe vera can provide relief for itching.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Today we're going to be talking about skin and skin is very important, remember what skin does? We've looked at that in a few other presentation, it breathes which means it cannot be blocked because it's breathing, And apparently, when they painted the model for for the James Bond movie Goldfinger, they had to paint the front part of her gold and film it, wash that off and paint the back part gold and then film her because you can't cover the whole skin or the person will die. It breathes. The skin breathes. So be very mindful to allow your skin to breathe. The skin also throws off waste. Another reason why the skin should be allowed to have as much air and and probably play I suppose as much as possible. So be careful what you're putting on the skin because it can inhibit its ability to breathe and it can also inhibit its ability to throw off waste and the skin also absorbs. Another reason why we should be careful what we touch. I was consulting with a lady, she was only in her early forties, who'd had a stroke. So I was immediately intrigued, why did she have a stroke? She's a chemist or a pharmacist, and she was from one of the Caribbean Islands. And she said she mixes all the tablets up together with bare hands. So the chemicals from the from the tablets are all going into her hands. The same thing happened. I met a vet once, a vet nurse, and she did the same thing, and she had major liver problems. You You see the skin absorbs so one must be very careful as to what one touches and also what one puts on their skin. But what I want to target in this presentation is 2 sadly very common diseases today called psoriasis and eczema. Eczema is usually the name given for a baby or a child and psoriasis is usually the name given to the skin disease in in the latter years. When I say latter years, I don't mean the elderly years. I'm probably meaning latter past teenage years. So getting into the twenties, thirties, forties, it's often called psoriasis. And I've seen many people suffer extremely with this. And again, we need to know why because remember Newton's third law of motion that to every action there is an equal and an opposite reaction. So as I go through this presentation looking at some of the causes, I'm gonna be using a couple of stories of people that have come across my path and the factors that came together to cause their psoriasis. And I'm also going to be, as I weave through this story, show you how they totally conquered it. Did you hear that? Every case of psoriasis, eczema that I have come across they have been able to conquer it. But I think what we'll do is we'll begin with the babies. So if a baby has psoriasis, I begin to investigate. I talked to the mother and I say to the mother, is the baby bottle fed? And if the baby is bottle fed, I inquire as to the type of milk the baby's on. And if the mother says it's on a cow's milk formula, then my suggestion is to change over to a goat's milk formula. I don't know about other countries but I know in Australia you can buy some very nice goat milk formulas. In fact, I think 3 of my grandchildren were raised on the goat milk formulas so you can get some very good ones. So go over to the goat milk formula because an allergy to dairy is one of the big factors in the skin diseases. And if the mother is breastfeeding, then I inquire to the mother if the mother's having dairy. Another factor can be wheat, the hybridised wheat, we looked at that in an earlier lecture how the wheat was hybridized in the 19 fifties. So created a a structure in the protein or the gluten part of the of the wheat that is very, very difficult to fully break down for the body. And if it's not fully broken down by the body, it gets into the blood, then antibodies are created and you get this whole this whole reaction in the body, and it's one of the contributing factors to eczema. So I'll give you the story of 1 lady, and she said, yes I I am having wheat, yes I am having dairy, refined sugar, she said no I don't have refined sugar. Peanuts peanuts can be another factor. So I suggested she have the almond milk instead of the, peanut butter. So almond butter instead of peanut butter and almond or organic soy milk instead of dairy milk. And for the wheat, I said initially it would be good to go off all bread. Now once the baby's eczema is conquered you could start with the ancient grain breads but initially to stop all breads. At 2 months I get an email with photographs of a baby with no eczema. She said, thank thank you so much. I I I didn't realize, and, of course, most people don't realize it. And there are ladies that are breastfeeding their babies, and they're eating dairy, and they're eating weed, and their baby doesn't have eczema. I find that when a situation arises in the body, there can be many factors, many factors. That's why these eight laws are used as the investigators. Are they having fresh air? And another lady told me that her baby developed eczema when they went into a new house. And when we investigated in the house the little cot where her baby slept there was black mould. Now it wasn't there when she first put the cot there but they found out there was a leaking tap behind the wall and because the cot was nestled into the corner and had the bedding in there that they never saw it. Another lady told me that her baby developed eczema after they moved into a new house and the baby was always sick. So I I suggested that they go to the real estate and find out if the house was sprayed. Sometimes houses are sprayed with strong chemicals just before the person moves in and she found that that was the case. And the baby felt it more than anyone because the baby was crawling down, down on the floor and the baby had no eczema until they'd gone into that house. So that's fairly a fairly obvious connection. So it could be chemicals, it could be mould, these can be contributing factors. Definitely, there's usually an inherited factor, but remember genetics loads the gum, but it is lifestyle that pulls the trigger. So you could have a whole family move into into a house that has just been sprayed with with, chemicals not long before and the crawling baby will feel it more because they're crawling on the on the floor and the parents didn't realise the danger because they thought, wow, this is a great floor. It's a wooden floor, which means that it will be healthy, but then one also has to investigate where there are chemicals in the in the lacquer that was used to to, paint the floor? So there there are many factors that come in, that's why we should all be private investigators investigating why these things are so. So let's move on to the adults, but before I go on to the adults I'll just have one more story and it was a guest that came to our health retreat about 3 years ago. She said my grandson had eczema and my daughter took him to a pediatrician and this pediatrician was known to be more on the natural side. He wasn't ready to do drugs like others may be. And and the pediatrician said to her daughter, remember the daughter of the guest that was with us, stop the wheat, dairy, refined sugar, peanuts, and oats. Isn't it nice to hear that there are pediatricians who are recognising the role that the the food has to play. She said, my son totally recovered from his eczema. And that she said, that's as you have just explained, it took about 2 months. If the baby doesn't recover in 2 months then you would investigate a mould factor or a, a chemical factor could could come into play there. What can you do meanwhile? Is there anything you can put on the skin? Well, unfortunately there isn't because it's from the inside. Now a little coconut oil might bring a little relief, Sometimes, aloe vera can bring a little relief. If the baby's itching, ice. Ice is the best. If you scratch an itch it feels good but then after you've scratched it, oh dear it's even itchier and even now hurting and maybe the the skin is broken. But if you

Remember to use ice after sun exposure, especially for those with light skin to avoid worsening eczema. Avoid wheat, dairy, oats, refined sugar, and peanuts due to potential mold contamination. Use biodegradable laundry detergent, wash clothes in natural fibers like cotton, silk, and wool, and sun dry them. Aim for 8 hours of sleep for adults, 10 for children, with a light dinner and no technology before bed. Opt for swimming in saltwater for exercise, or use an exercise bike. Consider alternative grains like millet, quinoa, buckwheat, and rice in your diet.

Speaker 0: So remember the ice so sunshine I'm going to put within reason. The sunshine is important maybe after you've had a sun then you do the ice so within reason. Within reason also, if you've got light skin, of course, you don't want to burn your eczema then it will be even worse, so a little bit of discretion is needed there. Number 3 is temperance. Now temperance means not taking anything into the body that will harm it and taking in moderation the good things. So we're going to look at the nose. There are some things that must be totally stopped and that is wheat. If someone has eczema or psoriasis, I suggest even the ancient grains initially stop And when it's conquered, then go on the ancient grains, but it's best to stay off the wheat. But as my son-in-law Matthew, he says he can handle about a slice of bread 3 days a week. That's about all. But he said that he cannot have it every day. He can have a slice of bread here, and after 2 days, he can have another slice. He will not get a reaction. But if he said if he does it every day, or has more than one at a time, he gets a reaction. Now remember, this is Matthew who's who's conquered it. He's conquered it and now that he's conquered it, he can have a little now and then. But initially, no wheat, no dairy and also no oats and no refined sugar. And one of the reasons peanuts is not good is because they're commonly tainted with mold. In the book The China Study, you know, in his research he found every jar of peanut butter had mold in it had the aflatoxin in it. So they must stop. So the moderation, all good things. So moderation and I would say that the moderation in the foods would happen after the healing has happened. When the person is healed, then they can start to have the ancient grains. And the ancient grains are kamut, enchenhorn, spelt. There may be a few others, but they're the the main ones of the most common. So that must stop and of course absolute no to the chemicals and also no to the molds. Now chemicals have a look at your laundry detergent it's very important that the clothes be washed in a biodegradable friendly washing detergent and don't use very much. Some people even choose just to wash their clothes with sodium bicarbonate. It'll have a wash and then it'll have a rinse and ideally, so we're gonna make a section here on clothes because it's the clothes that touch the skin. So ideally, we want them sun dried. So, yeah, we're gonna have to get some clothes lines out Or you can buy a dryer. I mean, you know, those little racks, that's what I mean by dryer. Put the little rack out in the sun, Sun dried and also biodegradable biodegradable gradeable. Let's hope that spelling's right. So biodegradable soaps. And when I say soaps, I'm referring also to what washes the clothes with. Again, you can if it's too hard to find one that's fine, just use sodium bicarbonate powder. I know in Australia, we can buy 20 kilos for $20. It's 20 kilos for you'd be what about ยฃ40. And also it's of the utmost importance and this is an area a lot of people underestimate is natural fiber. The clothes must be made out of natural fiber. So your natural fibre and I think the obvious ones are your cotton and your silks and your wools, your flax, your hems, but you might not be aware that modal is the cellulose spun from the birch tree and so it's a natural fiber viscose. Viscose is also made from wood pulp and rayon. So these 3 are made from wood pulp. Now some claim that the process of making it has chemicals in it. Well, before I wear anything I buy, I always wash it and I hang it out on the clothesline for the day. The sun purifies that's why I love sun dried clothes. It purifies it. Now some of these can be expensive, and so you can always visit the, you call it the thrift store here, the secondhand shop. And, I know my grandsons when they come to visit, I've got a suitcase full of clothes for them. Because so often they come with not enough clothes, you know, when little boys pack their own clothes because their parents are so busy, what comes isn't always the most appropriate or not enough, so I just go to the secondhand shop and I've got a great pile of clothes for them. I even find that you can get some nicer cotton clothes in the thrift shop compared to the the new clothes, so make sure it's all natural fibre. So number 4, we're getting to number 4 and that's sleep, 8 hours. 8 hours for adults, 10 hours for children. As long as the lights are low at night and you have your main meal more in the middle of the day, eat lightly at night and have soft music and read a nice sleepy story, you can usually get the children into bed early. It's a good idea to note note technology when the sun goes down. When the sun goes down, your brain and your eyes know that and it's winding down for sleep. So if the eye see the technology that just wakens everything up. So adults, if you're not used to 8 hours sleep a night, I've got some good news. You can retrain the brain and you can get used to it. And once you start experiencing these longer hours of sleep, you you will be convinced you will feel so much better. So the sleep's important because that's where the body is recharging that's where it doubles its healing powers. Number 5 is exercise. Now the exercise probably the best exercise for anyone with psoriasis is swimming in the ocean nice and cool. As you warm up, you've got your nice cool water on you because if you do the high intensity interval training out not in the water, say in an exercise bike or at running up hills, as your body heats up the psoriasis gets really really itchy. So if possible find a creek or a dam or unfortunately, the swimming pools of today often have a lot of chlorine in them. The salt water would be would be the best. So if you cannot swim and you have no access to the pools, my suggestion is maybe the exercise bike or the rebounding because the body must exercise for it to have enough oxygen to be able to heal effectively your whole body and then straight after your exercise just have a 10 minute cold shower and that'll just cool that skin, that'll cool that skin right down. So the the next one is diet. So then then the question is, well, what do we eat? One man said, you've just taken away all our food. We have oatmeal for breakfast with milk on it, and we have toast with peanut butter on it. What are we gonna eat? Well, there are some other grains that aren't as well known which are very nice. A very nice porridge alternative is the millet, but remember 1 millet to 4 water and that makes a nice soft porridge. If you're not an early raiser, you could put it in the crock pot overnight and then you wake up in the morning and the millets ready. Quinoa is another gluten free grain that you can use. Buckwheat, not everyone's excited about buckwheat like the Polish are so I'll leave it up to you. And rice, rice is very safe. It's one of the lowest allergen foods there is is rice. And if your family's not used to brown rice, you could do half white rice, half brown rice and get get them slowly used to it. But if the brown rice is cooked enough, it is soft. So ideally, if you're doing a rice cooker, say what is it 40 minutes I think it cooks, turn it'll go off by itself, don't touch it for another hour. That second hour that that'll soften that grain right up because it's like in a little oven. If you don't think it's hot enough, you can when it's off, you can put some blankets on it and keep it.

This was me a 100 days before healing. This is me today. You see, western medicine doesn't address the root cause of the eczema. Steroid creams and DUPIXENT are just masks, band aids.
