Speaker 0: These are not academics. These are government cutouts. I'm gonna say that again. These are not academics, certainly not in any classical sense that matches any definition that you probably associate with an academic. These are government cut outs.
They are self aware that they are government cutouts. The government itself is self aware that the universities are government cutouts. In fact, the head of EIP, the Election Integrity partnership. The head of the 120 person censorship consortium partnered with the Department of Homeland Security even described his university and EIP writ large as a government cutout.

This is not because CISA didn't care about disinformation, but at the time, they lacked, both kind of the funding and the legal authorizations, to go do the kinds of work that would be necessary to truly understand how election disinformation was operating. So because of the feedback, and the ideas from these, this group, we were able to pull together pretty quickly a project between these 4 different institutions to try to fill the gap of the things that the government cannot do themselves. The head of the entire EIP consortium with Stanford, UW, Graphica, and the Atlantic Council saying that CISA, the censorship sub agency within DHS, wanted to do this counter misinformation work, which as you will see is just straight up censorship work, that's it. It's not research, it's mass flagging and programming the algorithms to tune you out of existence. And he is saying, the federal government, CISA, wanting to do this, expressed an interest in doing this, but they knew that it was illegal, they lacked the legal authorizations, and so EIP was set up to fill the gaps of what the government could not do itself.

The Biden administration magically gave them $3,000,000 of your taxpayer funding to upscale them for censoring the 2022 midterms in 2024. The number 2 guy at, Boys Town, father James Kelly, He molested a bunch of kids in upstate New York, and then the Catholic church, in its infinite wisdom, moved him to Boys Town where he molested a bunch of other kids. And then eventually, they moved him to a prison in Las Vegas.
So I think that Kelly was a compromised pedophile and that he gave King et al access to the boystown kids. And then I and then I've got, I've got a paper trail between Boys Town and Lawrence e King, one of the the primary pimps of the Franklin scandal network. So there's a lot of connections there. And at Boys Town, they're being taken care of. You know?
They're being fed well. They're they're getting a good education. A lot of them want to stay there because it's the safest place they've ever been. And a predator like father James Kelly knows that. And it just it gives him carte blanche to to prey on kids.
How how how did this network work? There were 2 primary pimps, Lawrence e King and Craig Spence. King King and Spence were in Southeast Asia during Vietnam. King was in Thailand with a top security clearance. I don't know exactly what he was doing, but he had a top security clearance.
And Spence was an ABC reporter in Vietnam. Now and they both came from working class, blue collar families. And I'm surmising that both of them got busted molesting kids in Southeast Asia, and that's where they returned. Because as soon as they came back to the United States, their careers just became it was like a skyrocket. Lawrence c King became the manager of the Franklin Credit Union and went from, like $17,000 a year to making 1,000,000.
I mean, a lot of that was ill begotten. And Craig Spence went from, ABC correspondent in Vietnam to a major power broker in Washington DC as soon as he got back. And Craig Spence would have these huge parties at his place. He's he's very much like the Epstein character in the Franklin scandal. He His house was wired for audiovisual blackmail.
And, what would happen at those parties is It would be like a bunch of power brokers would be invited. You name I mean, it was a who's who of Washington DC in the 19 eighties We'd go to Craig Fence's place. And, and then maybe at 10 or 11, something sexually inappropriate would happen, or someone would fire up a joint or break out a line of coke or or whatever. And the people that were, you know, didn't want any part of that would leave, but the people that wanted to be part of that would stay, and then his entire house was wired for artificial blackmail. So if you stayed, you got blackmailed.
That was it. I remember a book called Confessions of a DC Madam, The Politics of Sex, Lies and Blackmail with Henry Benson. He had grown up in Southwest West Virginia in a very religious home. And he was gay, and he had to repress that. And he ultimately became a funeral director, mortician, and moved to Washington DC for his mortuary fortunes.
And everything was going really well for him. He was working as a funeral director, and he was making a lot of money at this gay escort service. And then he got a call from Craig Spence, that CIO asset. And and they and then King and Spence would have Henry come to Spence's home, and they would pressure Henry to give him children, and he wouldn't do it. He said, you know, I'm not I'm not gonna I want no part of that.
Craig Spence used to get gay escorts from Henry Vincent. He ran a gay escort service. And we're talking in the mid 19 eighties, Craig Spence was spending $25,000 a month on gay escorts for him and his buddies. But Spence started to ask Henry about his life. You know, where did you grow up, and what college did you go to?
So and then Spencer started asking him about his escort service and how he ran his escort service, and, and then All of a sudden, Spence stood up and he motioned him, and, and Spence went into a closet, And behind the closet was this, this compartment, and then behind the compartment was a room, and it was all monitors. And Henry was there next to Spence, and then Spence hit a couple of buttons, and then Henry is there on a monitor talking about his escort service. And Spence basically said to him, I blackmail people. You're blackmailed. So that was how Henry got indoctrinated into that.
But to his credit, he would not get them children. He just wouldn't, he wouldn't do it. And that Ultimately, I think we had to lead led to his demise, because the Department of Justice came after him pretty hard. Was there any justice served? There are none none whatsoever.
That Franklin network, no one got, indicted for molesting any children. And then there was a DC grand jury that covered it all up. Basically, Spence had killed himself. He's like Epstein. There's people that on the Internet that speculate that Spence was murdered.
I I think Spence was told either you kill yourself, or we'll kill you. You can pick the time and the place if you kill yourself, because his suicide was pretty bizarre. He was in the Boston Ritz Carlton dressed in a tuxedo, and he overdosed on an antihygressed called Nertriptyline. But anyway, so there were all these articles about blackmail going down by the Washington Times, and then the Washington Post was covering up for the government, saying that there was no black male. And, but Henry Vinson, the guy was just running a gay escort service, and he was indicted on a 46 count RICO indictment.
So the government made a deal with him. If you talk, you're gonna spend 295 years in prison. If you keep your mouth shut, we'll just send you away for 5. So he ultimately kept his mouth shut. And it's amazing, because I needed, He was a very important interview for me when I was doing the Franklin scandal.

But I've been trying to say this for 2 years in small, tiny bite sized pieces. The intel that originally came down wasn't supposed to get out and it did.

You got people on this app and everywhere else trying to get clout. They were doing it back then when it first dropped. Want to write books, want to take a seat in congress, thinking they're gonna get something special. And the way they did this by asking you in the form of questions was centered on somewhat of a game style to where if you get the question right, they're gonna put it up there. You're gonna be acknowledged, and you're gonna be seen as special.
And anybody that doesn't agree with you is gonna be seen as stars, all of that. That's been going on since the very beginning, guys. This has been going on since Bible times. There's always corruption. It's nothing new.
And the late greats were talking about this. When you guys were told that you're watching a movie, it doesn't mean that what's happening isn't happening. What that actually means is that everything's a movie, that the leaders are actors. Okay? They're all in on it, and they're watching you dance on the stage of the scripted play that they're playing out upon you.
They don't care. They do see you less than insects, and, that's the way it's always gonna be. The big goal here was to keep you distracted so that in the background, they could get done what they needed to quickly so that you would be too busy going down the rabbit holes. What was supposed to happen is you were supposed to look behind the curtain. Right?
Wizard of Oz. But that got infiltrated to keep you going down the rabbit holes. The holes that lead to somewhere that can't be proven because the news can simply put out an article 5 years later, and it's future proof's past. Right? But when you write the script, of course, you're able to do that.
And yet somehow people got thrown off by thinking that there's time travelers involved. And, yes, there is certain things running. But when you control the entire Earth, you can make a news story come out 5 years later because it's right on queue. And I wonder how many people would realize that this system is running in the background with nobody operating the ship. Right?
How long could it run before you realized that, we're just kinda automatically doing these things? Is there anybody sitting there? Anybody running it? Or is it AI? But I don't think we're ready to have that conversation yet.
AI was involved in this program, and there are some people that were involved as well. But the main goal here was to tell you to share memes, and there's a reason for that. It wasn't to wake up the other side. That was to cause division with the other side to see you as crazy. Why they wanted you to share memes was that so people from the earlier time, 2017, when they started figuring it out and falling off, newcomers would come in and buy into the bullshit.
I'm not saying that all the intel was wrong, but it was mix 6040, they said. And what happened is people started focusing on the wrong stuff. You were told to expand your thinking and look at the maps, but instead people focused on the markers. And nobody actually figured out the map but a very small few. Speaker 0: Guys around. I don't know how they steered it at 8 knots right into the the foundational element of the bridge. They could have dropped anchor. They should have backup systems. You say there may be something that here's the other thing that's concerning me.
Why they run to the mic? You have McCabe on this morning on on at Sunrise on CNN saying it's not terrorism. It's not terrorism. It's not it might not be terrorism, but why do you come to the mic right away? These are the type we need facts.
We need empirical evidence. We need an investigation. What what is your investigation telling you?
Speaker 1: Well, I have a better question for you, Steve. Why are you coming to the mic telling the country that it's not terrorism when your own intelligence, agencies are telling you it is? And I know they are because I didn't make this up. These are not my words. Right?
I'm talking to people who are on the inside, some who are on active duty, some who are retired, and everyone literally from critical infrastructure in Department of Homeland Security to the intelligence agencies, they know there's no other it it's there this is a cyber attack on a critical infrastructure corridor for the United States. This is, you know, for those people who think this is just a river, this is in Baltimore, what does this matter? You don't know anything about what you're talking about. This the I ninety four corridor on the eastern seaboard is literally what connects the north and south. And when I talk about hazardous materials, right, this is a brilliant, well planned strategic attack on one of the most important supply chains in the United States of America.
The only other one is in the Western side in California. That's the only one that's busier. And what you have does, you you now have shut it down. And when I talk about hazardous materials, what are we talking about here? This is refined fuels.
Right? This is propane gas. This is diesel. This is fuel. This is flammable materials.
This is oversized loads, nitrogen, chemicals. Everything that you need for your economy to move has literally just been shut down for 4 to 5 years. And and how did they do it? They knew that they had to target 1 of 2 main anchor points on that bridge. There are 2 load bearing pylons that any structural engineer can identify that are on the end of each side of the bridge.
These are the ones that are thicker and stronger than anything else on that bridge. And when you hit one of those pounds, when you take that out, the reason you see so much of that bridge collapse instantly is you just bought 50% of the span of that bridge coming crumbling down. And what you don't see beneath the surface of the water sea is absolutely catastrophic. It is a structural nightmare and a logistical nightmare because you have the entire bottom part, the concrete part of that bridge, and you don't know the extent of the structural damage to that, and you won't know it until you pull all of that infrastructure out of there and you get to look at it. And so you're talking 3 to 5 years at best, and what you're talking about here is probably building a new bridge.
So what you have effectively done now, you've shut down the I 95 cargo that's above ground. So now you're gonna have to go north to New York. You're gonna have to go south to North Carolina, and your and your your trucks, your hazardous materials are gonna have to go around Baltimore now. They're not gonna be able to go through it. And what else did you do?
You shut down the sea corridor, the shipping corridor, because now the port is shut down. Right? And so all those tankers that are out at sea that have hazardous materials on them, those are gonna have to all be rerouted. And why can you not move hazardous materials through the tunnel? Why is this such a big deal?
Because they created that bridge because hazardous materials, for example, oversized loads. They don't fit in the tunnel system. Yeah. And there's other, loads that are so dangerous that you they require, a, they require a permit. It takes time to get a permit.
It costs money to get a permit. It requires an escort. Right? You've seen it on the highway sometimes. You've seen when they you have these massive oversized loads and they've got escorts all around them, these huge convoys.
Well, what do you do on one of the busiest corridors in the United States? You don't shut it down in the day so this can happen. That means you can only move this stuff at night, which automatically impacts the amount of traffic that you can use. The tunnel is going to be overloaded. This is what you call death by a 1,000 cuts.
It is an absolutely catastrophic attack on critical infrastructure, and you cannot see it because the cyber attack is unseen. Just like the attack on 2020 on the voting machines that you cannot see.

I wanna go you just had this big thing with the FBI talking about the what the Chinese Communist Party's cyber hacking unit that they've been monitoring for 10 years, and now they're saying it's out of control. Are your sources telling you that they they feel there's enough information out there that is a cyber attack and is it a state actor or non state actors?
Speaker 1: 100%. Yes. They are saying that this is a cyber attack. You didn't have a terrorist group board the ship and commandeer it and take it over. You had somebody take hack into the systems onboard the ship, the GPS system, and reroute that ship.
They did it in the middle of the night because they didn't want the crew to be awake. They didn't want everybody to be on full high alert. They wanted everybody to be asleep and you trying to wake people up and rouse people because when when I spoke to one individual who knows who has, let's just say he worked in Baltimore for many, many years and was there when that bridge was opened. He knew when he looked at the security camera video of the harbor, the long version, the 7 minutes. He knew from the start of that video when he looked at that ship that it was not in the channel.
You need to be in the channel to make that turn, to have any chance of making that turn. So now you're traveling. That is a river that that flows pretty quickly, Steve, even under normal circumstances. Right? And at a certain point, you're committed.
That ship is heavy. The load is heavy. The the water going at a certain speed. You've got very little room to maneuver. So at a certain point, there was absolutely nothing that they could do to stop that ship from the course that it was on because they were not in control of it, and they had all of these other factors coming into play.
So when when terrorism and counterterrorism experts look at this, when people who know, critical infrastructure, when you know, there's a number of different people that I've spoke to. Saiva people, when they look at it, they know exactly what they're looking at. And so it's extraordinary that anybody could come out now when they haven't had time to do an investigation, when I know for a fact that they're getting people inside their agencies that are telling them what they're telling me, and they're making public statements that completely contradict what anybody who knows this this terrain who knows it. And I don't just mean the physical terrain, I mean, cyber terrain and, and the terrorism terrain and the, you know, and the critical infrastructure terrain and all of that. I mean, I talked to people whose job after 911 was to identify if you were Al Qaeda and you wanted to capitalize on that attack, how would you do it?
They were the people that came up with the the term death by a 1,000 cuts. And what you're looking at now is exactly what they feared terrorist groups would do to to really exploit the advantage that they had after 911 because you are bringing the United States to its knees step by step from within.

When we left behind $80,000,000,000 of equipment in Afghanistan, nobody said we had to do that.
There was no one with a gun to the administration's head saying, get out of Afghanistan by this date. They said, oh, we made a deal with the Taliban. Oh, wait a minute. You made a deal with a bunch of terrorists? You're the world's superpower.
You chose a timeline and you chose an exit that resulted in handing $80,000,000,000 of advanced military equipment to your enemies. Well, what did that do? It reduced the advantage that America had on the battlefield because you narrowed the gap by giving them a technology that spent years, cost the taxpayers 100 of 1,000,000, if not 1,000,000,000 of dollars, to develop. You gave that to your enemies. What did the Taliban do?
They gave it to Russia. They gave it to China. They gave it to Iran. They gave it to whoever they needed to do to reverse engineer it and figure out how to use it. Then what do you have?

The guy running that program in the state department was playing cards on his computer, and he was ordered to stand down by his superior officers. Speaker 0: I understand why MAGA Republicans resent federal workers. Federal workers are highly educated Americans who until recently had secured jobs doing what they loved in exchange for a middle class life and retirement. They were living the American dream we were all promised as kids. Go to school, work hard, and have the American dream. But for millions of Americans, that dream never came true, leaving them bitter and looking for someone to blame.
So who's to blame? Just look at this chart here for a second. This is the balance of power of Congress over time. After the Great Depression from 1934 to 1996, the entire time Trump claims America was great the first time, Democrats controlled the House for fifty eight out of the sixty two years and the Senate for fifty two out of those sixty two years. And they used those decades of power and control to build labor unions, to guarantee good pay and benefits, to protect your rights as a worker, and to guarantee a safe workplace.
The work Democrats did over those sixty years is the definition of the American dream we have today, and we did it all with a significantly lower economic output because the wealth created from that output was taxed fairly. But Republican billionaires fought it the entire time. And after sixty years of losing, they knew they needed a new war, which is why in the seventies, they created the Heritage Foundation, which then propped up an actor named Ronald Reagan. And they gave him a policy playbook called the mandate for leadership, which was basically the 1980 version of project twenty twenty five. And Reagan immediately went to work for them with the trickle down Reaganomics bullshit that destroyed the middle class and exploded the national debt, with the demonization of the federal workforce, and with new culture wars rooted in class, race, gender, orientation, and religion.
They paired this all with a war on information because they knew none of this bullshit would stick to a well informed electorate. So they came after history books, universities, and news outlets. And they did all of this for one very simple reason. It's cheaper to feed you misinformation than it is to feed you and your family. Now after forty years, millions of hungry, misinformed citizens look at immigrants, homeless veterans, and federal employees as if they're the enemy, all while Republican leaders and their billionaire donors live out their distorted version of the American dream paid for with the wealth generated by the American working class.

Speaker 0: Look what we just found. Over in Istanbul, Turkey. Entrances to underground tunnels. Entrances to the old world. We're told that this is the remains of the Great Palace Of Constantinople.
What we see today, the tunnel entrances, the brick work, this represents the substructure of the Great Palace Of Constantinople. They're telling us that this is the foundation, what was underneath the actual structure. Something was on top of this, saying that it once supported the extensive palace complex above. Stretching all the way from the Hagia Sophia, which we just covered, all the way to the shoreline of the Sea Of Marmara. I believe this was destroyed by the finders in the eighteen and early nineteen hundreds.
I believe that this structure, this massive palace structure, might have ruined the mainstream story hour if we were all able to see it today. I think that it would have been the number one most incredible structure in the entire world. Right here in Istanbul, Turkey, we are all told that it just gradually fell out of use and into ruins over the centuries. This is a massive lie. This isn't a little building that we're talking about.
The Great Palace Of Constantinople covered an estimated two, which is roughly 2,100,000 square feet. 2,100,000. This is more than 35 NFL football fields combined. And there's no mention of what they found or what they took. There's no mention of what was destroyed. Even to this day, less than a quarter of all of the total area covered by the palace has been excavated because it's underneath all of the buildings. And there it is.
Confirmation 100% that we've been correct all along for years now. We're mapping out what's below our feet. We're not speculating anymore. We are proving that the land that we walk on is on top of the old world underground palaces, underground tunnels, their chambers, the rest. And what is the Sultan Ahmed Mosque?
Because we already know that it sits on top of the old world foundation. Oh, you have got to be kidding me. We have a massive old world palace that looks exactly like the Hagia Sophia, where they're literally sitting right next door to each other. They sit 500 feet apart, a two to three minute walk door to door. They face each other.
If you stand in the square, you can see both domes aligned perfectly, all on top of the old world foundation. A foundation that we were told held a 2,100,000 square foot massive palace. So you have to ask because these structures look so similar. Do you believe that these are actually the remains of the overall structure? Are these just little sections of a massive palace that looked like this throughout this entire 2,100,000 square foot land layout?
