I think right now Republicans may be sitting back and thinking that black voters or minority voters will vote for them just because what's on the ticket for Democrats such as president Biden. It's such a a horrible option for their city or to continue voting for the same mayors. I think Republicans need a message to actually go out there into these communities and and put out messages to people of colors and showing them What kind of curt conservative policies that can elevate their communities that can, you know, bridge the gap in community and make their actual neighborhood safer?
And I think complacency for Republicans. It's also it's leading to the destruction of our cities as well. So I think it goes hand in hand between Can democrats actually gather together and put someone on the ticket to represent, I guess, the vision for next the next 4 years for cities versus can Republicans actually go out there and do some invest a lot of money into having these conversations, these town halls, and meeting with black leaders and churches I think it has to be a full throated effort if Republicans actually wanna start turning some major cities red.

The numbers show Donald Trump leading in both Georgia and Michigan. In Georgia, a state Biden carried by a very narrow margin in 2020, registered voters say they prefer Trump over Biden by 5%. In Michigan, which Trump won in 2016 but Biden carried in 2020, our poll now showing Trump 10 points up.
Note that a full 10% of those polled in each state say that they wouldn't either candidate. Look. You weren't just a Democratic voter. You were practically a Democratic party operative. So what was the final straw for you?
Speaker 1: I think over the years, it's hard the party has changed from its ideas. I personally view politics as a game of addition. You have to get to 50% plus 1 and unite people all the way around. If you look at the Democratic Party right now, they're out of put people in boxes and label them whether they unite them.
Speaker 0: Do Democrats just not care about the voters that they say they care about?
Speaker 1: I think it's changed over years. Just if you just look at recent races, like, look down in Houston versus Sheila Jackson Lee, for example. This is pretty much a lead of 4 years in the Democratic Party, and her votes were just abysmal around 30%. And it's just people in the Democratic Party, they just do not understand about the needs overall. If you look at today, for example, going up to the capital, the Democrats care more about what's happening in Kyiv and what's going on on the southern border.
They care about more about, just ideological stuff such as Who you are as a, it's more about basically just like, what you are, your gender, your race, your etcetera, than who you are as a person.
Speaker 0: Well, the rot starts at the top. And in a new poll From the Wall Street Journal, 60% of voters disapprove of Joe Biden's economy followed by 64% disapproval of Joe Biden's border. Over half disapprove of Joe Biden's handling of the war in Israel. So, Will, how much is Joe Biden to blame for people like you leaving the Democratic Party?
Speaker 1: I'll be honest. When I supported Biden back in 2015, 2016, I, you know, I was looking at his record over the years, and that's the main reason why I supported, the president. At this point, though, if you look at, just the economy, if you look at where we are as a nation, if you look at where we are as a people, he has not done what he promised to do or Just as he's supposed to do as president. He's supposed to unite us. Instead, he's debriding us, and it's just not at the top as you said, Tyler.

Speaker 1: I I don't know anyone by name, but the thing is even, like, for example, my wife and I, we were talking last night. This is a big decision for myself, and a lot of people in the Democratic party, it's I hate to say they're just afraid of leaving. They're we would think even think of our safety, like, what it's gonna be like just me leaving a party that I worked for 4 years, overall. And you have a lot of people just thinking like that. It's like they think overall, Can I leave the party?
Can I, you know, go across to the other side? And, personally, I'm doing this because I look at the nation overall. We're at a very divisive period. If you look at the polling that you just quoted, it's Just our nation overall, we have to be able to focus and be more united instead of being divided and just focus on on just, party politics, I feel.
Speaker 0: That leads to the final question. Who are you gonna vote for? In the same Wall Street Journal poll, Trump beating Biden by 4 points. Nikki Haley up 17% over Biden. Who's got your vote in 2024?
Speaker 1: It's I think this is the first time since I've been, to be honest, over 20 years. I'm actually undecided. I'm leaning towards Trump, but I'm still looking at, what's gonna happen over the next few weeks, up up in New Hampshire, Iowa.

Speaker 0: Thank you, sir. Thank you, senator. As Ian should indicated, we represent about 12,000 law enforcement personnel across both peninsulas. So I feel like we're in a position to speak for a majority of those who worked that job. The common thread in the room today was the regard for public safety.
Although the Democrat candidate for president has not said as much, it's quite common for all candidates to claim an allegiance to law enforcement and public safety at election time. The truth is it's what you say and do between elections that matter to us, And we've had an opportunity to see what president Trump did as president. We've had an opportunity to see his choice here in JD Vance, and we know that the that's a binary choice. The other choice is not an option to us. The open borders that began in January of 21 changed the number of illegal aliens from entering the country from 300,000 a year to 300,000 a month at the beginning of 2023.
3,000,000 a year. The Trump administration had taken steps to limit those illegal entries by for none less than 500 miles of wall, which, the Biden and Harris administration knocked down portions of and left all the materials laying on the road to, to rot. And then went so far as to sue the state of Texas for trying to build a barrier to guard their own border. The best efforts of Michigan's best in law enforcement are failing. As he indicated, we've had 3 officers shot this year, and they were not in gunfights.
This wasn't an armed robbery, a barricaded gunman. These were traffic stops. These were guys that were not even unholstering their guns when they were murdered. These weren't deaths. These were murders.
Beautiful and prosperous Shelby Township has also been touched by illegal aliens this year, and you've heard some of those, some of those it leads some citizens who are here legally to think that that type of behavior is okay. Nobody surrenders anymore. These cases that we're running into, these aren't all illegals, but they are learning from the illegals. No one surrenders. 70,000 police officers were assaulted last year, physically assaulted.
360 were shot but not killed, and more than 60 were shot to death just in last year. That's not right. Okay. There should be no excuse for that. And eligible candidates for this job are getting more and more, difficult to find.
We have a great candidate for president. We know that because he served as president for 4 years. We were more prosperous and we were safer when he was here. He has chosen JD Vance as his candidate for vice president, and every day, we hear more things to convince us how much better it will be with JD Vance in the chair with president Trump. The Teamsters wanted us members to take a vote to see who we wanted the Teamsters to endorse as president, and we did. On their website, the polls are in. Trump won 59.6%, and Kamala Harris had 34%, and there was others. But then I see on CNN and other places that Teamsters is not going to endorse Trump. You wanted us to do a poll.
We took a poll. We're telling you that Trump should be endorsed by the Teamsters. If you don't endorse him, you do realize that the union is run by your members. If these members get pissed off enough and left, there is no Teamsters Union. In this video, I'll even leave the part out about you losing our pension on playing the stock market after the government and everybody else told you not to do it.
Then the teamsters were bailed out by the government, but instead you wanted a vote by members to see who we thought you should endorse, and we just told you. 59.6% for Trump. Kamala Harris, 34. Balls in your court, Teamsters. Are you gonna endorse Trump or not?
