About 3 years ago, they did this over in San Jose. I noticed that this traffic went up to Sacramento, California, at least a good portion of it, and it turned into the largest homeless encampment at that time. Now that's what I thought was going on with this over in San Francisco. However, about 4 days ago, I noticed that the population of homeless at Sacramento evaporated also. Their stuff remains, but every single one of them is just magically gone. Same thing with San Francisco. Now here's the thing. We have to find those people. We absolutely have to find those people. Because, again, if you and I both are the only homeless people that I know of that are around, Then that means that they were targeting churches, shelters, food banks. They were even using the EBT system, and I could prove it because about 2 weeks ago, California cut off my food stamps. I've been back and forth with them on the phone trying to get that done. And then then since I got this news about San Francisco, I gave it up because it made me realize that that is how they're finding us. They're triangulating and making sure we vanish. Now again, up here in Chicago where I happen to be, the homeless population did the same damn thing. Where are they? Where is everybody? But it's not as seamless as the public would hope. County permitting requirements and weather delays have slowed down the process. Speaker 1: We got to get the victim in the home. And, logistically, it it has been tough. The weather has not cooperated at all, but that can't be an excuse. Speaker 0: Philip Barrier says 10 families in Avery County need trailers. And so far, FEMA has only delivered 2. Speaker 1: And I hear about them being deployed every day. They're just not deployed to Avery County.
