💥ALSO NOTEWORTHY — 2 of the first 75 ballots cast (#72 and #75) according to the files showed error messages which read: “Ballot ID not present in database”. ID# 259209 (#72) ID #252063 (#75) Then you check the CVR for the Ballot IDs to be used in-person on Election Day and you notice a “Count 2; Lose 4” pattern in the numeric sequence. What you won’t find, is either of those two ballot IDs from the error message mentioned above. They both fell into the “Lose 4” portion of the numeric sequence. 💥But notice, ballot #72 (ID# 259209, originally) was rescanned with a different ballot ID# (259208) and was then successfully “Cast”, according to the CVR. Why is that, you ask?🤔 Because that Ballot ID fell into the “Count 2” side of the sequential numeric pattern. 💥So, the question becomes — WHY WERE THOSE BALLOTS EVER EVEN PRINTED ON ELECTION DAY TO BEGIN WITH?!?!🤬🤬🤬 (we know why) Oh, BTW… Right after ballot #75 failed, ballots #76-78 were “skipped”, then backed out. #75 and #76 were given seemingly random Ballot IDs and then cast. And that’s when our favorite Ballot ID (#255457) showed back up again and rolled a TURKEY on us (3-in-a-row), to also be counted as ballots #77-79 in the CVR.🤣

The court’s unanimous decision overturns a 4-3 ruling from the Colorado supreme court that said the former president could not run because he had engaged in insurrection during the January 6 attack on the US Capitol. The Colorado decision was a novel interpretation of section 3 of the 14th amendment, which bars insurrectionists from holding office. “We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency,” the court wrote in an unsigned opinion. Congress, the court said, had to enact the procedures for disqualification under Section 3. “State-by-state resolution of the question whether Section 3 bars a particular candidate for President from serving would be quite unlikely to yield a uniform answer consistent with the basic principle that the President … represent[s] all the voters in the Nation,” the court added. But the battle is far from over. #BREAKING Georgia judge tosses some charges against Trump and others in 2020 election case A Fulton County judge on Wednesday tossed out several counts brought against former President Donald Trump and five others in the case involving an alleged attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. The brief order from Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee states that six of the counts in the 41-count indictment returned by a Fulton County grand jury in August must be quashed. Of those six counts, Trump was charged with three of them. Joining Trump in the challenge to the six counts were former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows and lawyers Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Ray Stallings Smith, and Robert Cheeley All had pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against them. Steve Sadow, Trump's lawyer, said the court's decision to quash the counts is the correct one. "The ruling is a correct application of the law, as the prosecution failed to make specific allegations of any alleged wrongdoing on those counts," he said in a statement. "The entire prosecution of President Trump is political, constitutes election interference, and should be dismissed." Eastman's attorney, Buddy Parker, said in a statement that "the court stated clearly the state failed to provide what exactly in the U.S. and Georgia constitutions the defendants solicited the public figures to violate, a clear error. We await the state's position on its intention in moving forward on the remaining charges." Allyn Stockton, Giuliani's local lawyer, said the quashing of the six counts was expected, as "there simply was not enough detail to put the defendants on notice of what to defend against." The judge wrote that the state failed to specify what those violations were, saying the allegations were "so generic as to compel this Court" to quash the six charges.
