The US, UK, and France support Israel because of the potential financial benefits of the proposed Ben Gurion Canal. The Suez Canal, owned by the French and British, is currently used for trade and oil distribution. However, it has limitations and caused significant losses when a ship got stuck in 2021. The Ben Gurion Canal, deeper and wider than the Suez Canal, would generate billions of dollars in revenue for Israel. It would also bypass the inconvenient placement of the Gaza Strip, potentially leading to the annexation of Gaza by Israel. This move would increase Israel's geopolitical standing and weaken Arab states' leverage against the US, UK, France, and Israel.

Speaker 0: I think I just figured out why the US, UK, and France are so adamantly pro Israel right now. If we all knew what had to do with money, but I'm gonna tell you exactly how. There's is a shout out to my uncle who told me to do some research on the Ben Gurion Canal. And I did, and I took notes. Now who is Ben Gurion, he is known as the founding father of Israel. He was the 1st prime minister. Yes, you guessed it in 1948. And this canal is a proposal to connect The Red Sea to the Mediterranean Sea through here. Right? But we already have a connection, and it's called the Suez Canal. And if you don't know the history, let's get into The Suez Canal was opened in 18/69, and the Suez Canal Company was given a 99 year lease to own the Suez Canal. And guess who owned the Suez Canal company. The French and the British. I think it's also important to note that the British Empire originally was The post surveilling the canal because they thought it would directly threaten their economy, but instead they just decided let's benefit from it. Bought 44% of the shares in 18/75, So they were all good. Now in 18/88, the maritime powers, Great Britain, Germany, Austria Hungary, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Russia, and Turkey signed this thing called the convention of Constantinople. What's important about this is it said that every single nation should be able to use the canal, Whether at war, at peace, it cannot be denied access to anyone. In 1949, Egypt denied Israel access After the Nakba, after they did what they did. That was a huge deal. It was a big statement because of this. Now in 1956, when the US was basically having a proxy war with the The Soviet Union in that region. The Egyptian president at the time, Gamal Abdel Nasser, decided to nationalize the Suez Canal, so taken away from the British and French owned company. Essentially because the US, reneged on a previous agreement to finance the Aswod Dam project that was for the Nile, getting water and electricity to Egyptian population, etcetera, etcetera. This was a massive shift, a huge move in the region and globally. Probably why it was also used as a battleground In the 1967 Arab Israeli war. Now after the Arab Israeli war and the Geneva conference, etcetera, etcetera, what you need to know is Israel and Egypt It signed a peace treaty at Camp David signed by Jimmy Carter. This is from a US government website, By the way, my sources are checked, tried, and trusted. And the US was given credit for orchestrating a peace treaty between these These 2 countries, again, why were they involved from the beginning? Who knows? The US has always been here. We're in 1979 now. Should all be cool. A peace treaty was signed. Like, everything is perfect. Suez Canal is open to everyone. Cool, cool, great. Right? Wrong. 16 years before this, and even before the Arab Israeli war, the US Department of Energy and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Tory had been making a plan for something else. In 1963, they made a classified plan to help excavate The Negev Desert Hills with 520 nuclear bombs to help create a canal. This was only made public in 1993, 1994, depending on the sources you check. So at the time of the peace treaty, nobody knew this was going on, except of course, Jimmy Carter. Now we could also talk about how the war was a product of collusion between Britain, France, and Israel, and they decided to initiate the war, but we'll save that for another time. You might be asking yourself, why do they wanna build another canal? Like, we have the Suez Canal right here. Why do we need a canal through here? This is where the money comes in, baby. Without the Suez Canal right here, ships from Asia would have to go all the way down and around Africa in order to reach Europe. This canal right here currently sees the passage of 12 to 15%, depending on the source you check, Of the world's trade and 10% of the global oil distribution. Just this little canal right here. And who benefits from this? Egypt, of course, it's their canal, right? In 2023, they broke records and made a revenue of 9,400,000,000 US dollars. Yay for Egypt, right? Well, how do you think the US, the UK, France, and Israel feel about that? Not good. So it's canal is not ideal. Up until 2014, you could only go one way, which meant for 6 hours, it went in one direction and 6 hours it went in the other, which was super not efficient. It was also not wide enough to accommodate some of the largest ships in the world. So what happened in 2021? You might remember this. One of the world's biggest ships jammed the Suez Canal leading to approximately $900,000,000 of losses. The US was really not happy about this, and the Pentagon released a statement that this made it difficult for the movement of their military vessels, specifically to Israel, but not to worry they had other ways. Now when they're planning the Ben Gurion Canal, they're planning to have it 50 meters deep, which is 10 meters deeper than the Suez Canal, and 200 meters wide, which will facilitate the biggest ships in the world going in both directions. Not only that, but directly competing with the Suez Canal, Israel projects that it would make them an annual revenue of about $6,000,000,000 a year Plus. And now for the interesting part, there's one feature about the Suez Canal that's also really inconvenient And that's the fact that it's built on pretty sandy shores. Now, I'm not an engineer. Now from what I read, sandy shores are Pretty inconvenient for a canal. They constantly need maintenance. But where Israel wants to dish it out to the Mediterranean Sea, it's It's a rocky land texture which is ideal for these conditions. Let's zoom into this. That's the Gaza Strip. How annoying is the placement of the Gaza Strip for them? They have to actually turn the canal around so that it avoids this piece of land. Do you see where I'm getting at? They don't want ships to have to do this Tie around and add a little time and inconvenience to their journey and have such close proximity to Gaza, What if they just built it through Gaza? Oh no, wait. They don't want to do that. They don't want to help the Palestinian economy. What do you mean? That would defeat the entire purpose, wouldn't it? Unless they took that land. Yeah. That's what's going on. Israel wants to seize Gaza, annex the land, take it over so they can build their canal through it. And the US, the UK, and France are all for that Because it's gonna make them a lot of money at the cost of millions of lives destroyed. Unfucking believable. Building this canal will not only redirect trade, but historically, Arab states use the Suez Canal to put pressure on Israel. So it will not only increase Israel's geopolitical standing, but it'll also become a strategic asset for diplomatic negotiations for Israel And take away the most powerful thing the Arab states had against the US, UK, France, and Israel to keep them in line. And there you have it. That's the reason.

Raytheon, the company behind Iron Dome systems, saw a significant increase in stock value after the recent conflict. The CEO, who earns a $22 million salary, holds 801,000 shares of Raytheon, now worth $10.5 million more than before the conflict. Raytheon's board of directors includes individuals with ties to various companies like State Street, Lowe's, Pinterest, MGM, Nestle, Phillips 66, Bank of America, Molson Coors, Alliance Laundry Systems, Blackstone, and John Deere. These connections highlight the complex web of relationships between defense contractors and other industries. The military-industrial complex extends beyond weapon manufacturers, and many individuals and companies profit from wars.

Speaker 0: In case you were wondering, a lot of people are making a lot of money right now. For example, the company that makes the Iron Dome systems, that would be Raytheon. Their stock was going down right until the 5th October. Weird. And to be clear, I'm not claiming that Raytheon started the war. I'm just pointing out that their CEO, who gets paid $22,000,000 a year as his salary, also holds eight 801,000 shares of Raytheon, which now are worth this much. But before Hamas attack, they were only worth this much. Quick math, and that means that his shares are worth 10 and a half $1,000,000 more than they were on October 5th. Wonder how many shares of Raytheon on BlackRock owns. But anyways, real quick, I just wanna show you some neat facts about their board of directors before we go. Raytheon's board of directors has some people that you might not be surprised by, like Tracy, who's the retired Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer of State Street. More like Brian, who's on the board of Lowe's, as well as these guys video about Brookings coming on the backup channel soon. But then we've got Frederick, who is on the board of Pinterest and MGM, and Mondelez International. Dude is literally in charge of managing what Oreo flavor comes out next month, while he's also in charge of bombing the shit out of Hamas. Not literally, you know what I mean. Or we've got Dinesh, who is on the board of Nestle. We've got Denise, She's on the board of Phillips 66 and Bank of America currently, but she used to run the finances for KFC and Yum! Brands. You know, like Pizza Hut, Taco Bell. It's a globalized world. There's not enough workers to go around, so board members have to do double duty at like, you know, fast food companies and like bomb companies. Oh, and beer and beverage companies too. James is up in Molson Coors and Alliance Laundry Systems. You know, like your washer and dryer. And then we got Lianne who's a senior advisor to Blackstone and she's on the board of John Deere. Because, you know, tractors and missile defense systems are not that dissimilar. Anyways, if you guys want a video of the full breakdown of the board of directors of Raytheon, let me know. There's some really interesting ties to, like, actual complex organizations that I've skimmed over because I thought that young brands was funny. Or next, Next, we can look at the other defense contractors and see what they're connected to. It's a globalized world, and capitalism be crazy. And remember, when war breaks out, there are massive financial implications all around the world. And there are a lot of complex connections in that world that you might not have thought about. Military industrial complex is so much more complicated than just the companies that actually make the weapons. And you can bet your ass that there are a lot of different people and companies that are making money right now off of this war.

In this video, the speaker criticizes a news article and a social media agency funded by corporate donors. They discuss the term "conspiracy theorists" and its use in mainstream news sources. The speaker then delves into the World Economic Forum and its founder, Klaus Schwab, mentioning his connection to Henry Kissinger and the CIA. They highlight the partners of the World Economic Forum and the high fees they pay to be a part of it. The speaker questions the benefits of membership and suggests that these corporations are investing for their own interests. They argue that globalist organizations prioritize corporate interests over democracy and challenge viewers to find a non-evil corporation among the forum's partners. The speaker also mentions their research on the Bilderberg group and the Atlantic Council.

Speaker 0: I recently made a video that got taken down by TikTok where I went over this article from this skanky corporate news operation that's trying to make news that targets young people like Gen z pretending like they're not corporate shills, but they're actually just a bunch of legacy media people rebranding and getting their corporate donors to fund a $15,000,000 TikTok account that can't even break 200 k. Yes. $15,000,000 to launch a social media agency. And they have one of these lines in this article that I was breaking down on their website that is always a dead giveaway that you're reading a mainstream news source trying to tell you not to think for yourself. This right here, common term among conspiracy theorists. Anytime you read that sentence, that means that you are reading some corporate chivalry that is trying to lie to you to tell you not to look into something. In this case, Russell Brand repeatedly refers to the great reset, a common term among conspiracy theorists. But literally a Google search of the phrase, The Great Reset, would have told these really high quality journalists that actually that is a book published by Klaus Schwab. Russell Brand is not making came out of. So I spent today filling out the space in my notes for The Great Reset and the World Economic Forum and Klaus Schwab. There's infinite digging to be done on Klaus and the World Economic Forum. But let me just run a quick flow for today. So you probably know that the World Economic Forum was founded by Klaus Schwab. And you might know that Klaus Schwab learned about this whole concept of think tanks and globalist organizations from this guy Henry Kissinger, and Kissinger is the definition of a war bonger. Klaus was recruited for this job in Kissinger's summer program at Harvard that was funded by the CIA. That is a whole different dig. What I wanna fill you in on today is the state of the World Economic Forum today and who's funding and why they are doing that. So when you go to the World Economic Forum's website, they have a section where you can look at their partners. And it's a bit hard to pin down exactly how much participants are paying. But Wikipedia says that as of, like, 2011, we're talking a quarter of $1,000,000 for an industry partner or half a $1,000,000 for a strategic partner. So if you're on this list, you paid half a $1,000,000 to be there. And if you're on this list, you paid a quarter of $1,000,000 to be there. Well, I imported these lists, and I made us a little infographic of every One that's on the half a $1,000,000 annual subscription model. And oh, boy, did I have my work cut out for me. This is everyone that's paying half $1,000,000 to be a part of the club. And, you know, that's a lot of people. It's like a pretty extensive list. You have to scroll down to see them all. But, oh, boy, the quarter of a $1,000,000 list is way longer. This is the half $1,000,000 list. I didn't even bother giving all the quarter of a $1,000,000 contributors their own line because that would never work out. And there are some huge names in here obviously, like the Carlyle Group, like the Blackstone Group, Abbott Laboratories, Tory's, everyone who is anyone. So the obvious question is, what are they buying with this half for a quarter of a $1,000,000 annual membership. Is that just so that they can attend a little cocktail party In Switzerland, once a year? Are there other benefits to being a member of the World Economic Forum? Well, in some ways, that answer is probably very And there's probably benefits that we don't actually know about in the public. But if you think about it, the answer is very simple, and it's very obvious. These guys guys all pay half a $1,000,000 a year to be a part of this club for one simple reason, because it is a valuable investment for their corporate interests. These corporations don't do anything that is not a value add to their corporate bottom line. And so when you hear these guys talk about things like a great reset, things like a public private partnership, when the leader of your country is a World Economic Forum young global leader. This is the group that that is benefiting, not you. These are the interests that this forum is designed to protect. Globalism likes to dress as this inclusive equality, good for the environment, democracy and the West and this progressive ideal of being like for the people. But this is what all the globalist organizations are made up of. This is who's funding them. This is whose interest they're looking out for. It's not about democracy. I would respectfully challenge you to look at this assortment of corporations and find a single one that is not evil as fuck. Yeah. I've been digging into the young global leaders lists as well. I've been doing a whole bunch of research on the Bilderberg group. That's expansive, and we've been digging into the Atlantic Council. More to come on all that in this week and the next.

There were questionable practices within the Ethereum Foundation regarding the distribution of grants. The speaker was part of a team that was not treated well or paid well, but they were given some freedom to travel. The foundation started giving grants to third-party projects, but there was no transparency or explanation regarding how the decisions were made. The speaker mentioned a specific case where the announcement of grant recipients had links to projects with connections to key stakeholders, including Vitalik Buterin. The speaker emphasized the lack of professionalism and disclosure of conflicts of interest. They acknowledged that they couldn't confirm if it was nepotism or insider dealing, but stressed the importance of transparency.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Is there any particular shady shit that went on that also that we should be aware of? Speaker 1: This is a good question. I think there was a lot of naivete. And to give a concrete example of this, I was part of a team, right, called the Ewasn team. And we were like 10 people. And, We, were not sort of treated super well or paid very well, but we're also given like freedom to travel and things like that. So it was a kind of mixed bag. And the Ethereum Foundation around this time in late 2017, early 2018, 2018, I think, started giving grants to third party projects, things like that. And these grants were, in some cases, 5 figures, some cases, 6 figures, I think some of them went up 7 figures. And we started seeing this grant money leave the foundation, to be clear, coming from the same multi stake, like the same source of funds as we were getting paid our salaries or fees, I guess, technically for the work we were doing. There was no explanation, like, no transparency into how those decisions were made. And in one particular case, which I remember, there was this Announcements of Ethereum Foundation will publish these blog posts where they would announce the recipients of Belenis to run the grants and you kind of click on it, and you land on the landing page of one of these projects. And the very first thing you see, like, I think was even like above the fold was like angel investor, Vitalik Buterin, things like this. So again, this is what is it, it's lack of Professionalism, it's lack of kind of disclosure of conflicts of interests, I but that's kind of seeing like 1,000,000 of dollars of grant money flow to projects that directors or stakeholders in the Ethereum Foundation had personally invested in prior to that, friends of Vitalik and kind of friends of And of core stakeholders. I don't know how these decisions were made, and I'm not necessarily suggesting it's definitely like nepotism or insider dealing. But what I'm suggesting is, transparency, without disclosing conflict of interest, we don't know. Yeah. Right? There was a lot of this kind of stuff that happened

They mention the predictions of a crashing stock market and World War 3 if Trump were elected, the accusations of Russian collusion, controversial statements from celebrities like Kathy Griffin and Madonna, Johnny Depp's comment about assassinating a president, Bill Maher's wish for a recession, concerns about Trump's health, and the impeachment. The speaker sarcastically suggests that the indictments and felony counts against Trump are expected because he is supposedly a Russian spy. They conclude by stating that the left is crazy.

Speaker 0: Let's talk about Trump Derangement Syndrome, shall we? I swear to God, the left, they forget how fucking insane they acted. They forget because they wonder they're like, how the fuck are people still supporting Trump with all these indictments and these felony counts? How how are peep So shall we just go over just a just a few things from when Trump started running till now? When Trump was running for president, you guys said if if he was elected, the stock market was gonna crash, and we'd be in World War 3. Then he gets elected, and what do we get to hear? 24 hours a day, nonstop coverage. Donald Trump is a Russian spy. He colluded with the Russians to steal the 2016 presidential election, and there's a good chance that Russia is actually running our government. That's what we got to hear. Then I then all the celebrities get involved. Kathy Griffin. Yeah. She did a little photo with, holding up Donald Trump's severed bloody head. Yeah, derangement syndrome. Oh, then they have the women's march where Madonna gets up to the podium and says, I often think about blowing up the White House, then all the women in vagina hats go, whoo. Yeah. Cheering on the White House being blown up. Derangement syndrome. And at some festival, Johnny Depp got up to give a speech. What did he say? Remember? When was the last time an actor assassinated a president? Wow. Congratulations. What else? Oh, Bill Maher. Bill Maher on one of his shows, they were talking about how great the economy was going, and they were upset because everything was going great under Trump, so it pissed them off. So Bill Maher said, if a crashing economy is what it's gonna take for for Donald Trump to be out, then bring on the recession. Holy shit. They've done brought on the recession, didn't they? What else? Oh, These are just off the top of my head. Trump gave him a fucking speech at West Point. And afterwards, he he slowly walked down the, the ramp because he was wearing dress shoes. He didn't wanna fall. He's he was just took his time. He's old. He didn't wanna fall. For a week, CNN has all their medical specialists up there going, I've been on the phone with several neurologists. This is something that, that that we that we need to monitor. You know, who who knows what it could be? Who who knows? Meanwhile, our current commander in chief falls over every 5 minutes. What else? Oh, impeachment. Right. He calls up, Ukraine to see what the fuck's going on with, the Bidens, Hunter Biden working for a Ukrainian gas company. But but Joe Biden had no idea what was going on there anyway. He had no idea how he got the job, you know, what the hell was going on. So these 4 indictments, these 91 felony counts, We expect nothing less. I mean, for fuck's sake, Donald Trump's a Russian spy. Of course, he's gonna be indicted. Right? By the way, he's the first current or former president to ever be indicted. So I guess all the presidents before him squeaky clean. Everything was going great in the United States until Trump came in and fucked it all up. You guys our fucking crazy.

Speaker 0: No one controls you and no one controls me. However, you're right. The country has been invaded. We are under a foreign invasion. And it's important people understand this. So let's talk a little bit history. It wasn't until we pulled back the curtain on the wizard and saw him react that we got to go a deeper dive. And in fact at that time I really had to pull back because I had to like learn more. We had to learn more about common law and trust law. So imagine you have 3 law forms and they only taught us one to keep us stupid. They taught us maritime. So all of the courts right now in America are maritime. They're administrative tribunals. They're actually trafficking you in every single court case. They're opening bonds in your name. They are money changers. They okay. So let's talk basic history. I'm gonna go fast on this. 17/70, 6, we signed our declaration of independence. But only 7 years after that, that's when the deep state came in and they formed the District of Columbia right next door. Because every time you run-in a republic, bringing God's kingdom, the devil has to roll in a counterfeit to confuse the people. Because they the, a republic to the deep state is a very big threat. And I'll tell you about that. Speaker 1: On micro levels too. Anytime we have a it needs the great well, this is big, but the great awakening awakening, they turned it into the woke movement. Speaker 0: Mhmm. Speaker 1: They steal and then make it theirs, and then they prepackage it and give it to the other to the people. Speaker 0: Because they know we live in a consciousness reality. And so long as they can take our attention, they can take our freedom. So long as they can give us benefits and get us locked into a system that we're dependent on, they can take our freedom.

In 1871, corporations took over the states' republics, changing the foundation of the country. The constitution was the trust indenture, but public officials became trustees for the corporations. Wars are controlled by the 1% global elite who funded both sides of conflicts. The republics still exist, as a trust cannot fail without a trustee.

Speaker 0: Think we live in the land of the free home of the brave? No, we are not free here. What they did was they rolled in their corporation and they started ruling over us at corporate level. But at the time, each of the, forefathers had established their own republics within each state. So each state was its own sovereign nation. Think of Europe, it's its own country. Each state had its own constitution and its own republic. The constitution was the trust indenture. It's the rules by which the public officials, sorry, the public servants, the trustees have to uphold the rules and obligations of the constitution. But what happened in 18/71 is that they rolled in, because you know all wars are banker wars, it's all controlled by the 1% global league. They funded both sides of the war, and they created a civil war. And during that time, they bullied out all of our members of our republics and all of the 35 states that had formed republics at the time in 18/71. So you had a governor, a lieutenant governor, secretary of state, treasurer, house and senate for every single state. All of them vacated. And when they came back 7 years later, they came back as a corporation. So they changed the foundation of our country, and all they can do is lure your attention over here because we're not the keyword there is vacated. Those republics are still standing because a trust cannot fail for lack of a trustee.

So you know how many times they've said Trump's been indicted? Well, that's just an accusation. They don't have any jurisdiction over him. He's actually been getting out of those mostly by, yeah. They know what you're saying. You there's 4 ways to present yourself. You can either operate in acceptance. You can conditionally accept and say something like, sure. I'll agree to contract with you if you can prove jurisdiction over me. Or a dishonorable reaction would be to argue, and they'd love to keep us in a state of arguing forever, you know, endless wars. And the the most, dishonorable is to ignore or to be ignorant. Okay? Now these officials have been ignorant with most of the stuff that we serve them. They're just ignoring it, which is very, very, dishonorable. And I'll explain how that's actually gonna work to our benefit. But so when a cop pulls you over, he's giving you a ticket. It's an affidavit of fiction. And we talked about that. Why is it an affidavit of fiction? Speaker 1: Oh, because it doesn't exist. Speaker 0: Because he works for a legal fiction. Because remember, he's not your Speaker 1: He's an illegal Speaker 0: for a corporation. He's not your public servant. He's not your peace officer from the public. My ass. Yeah. He's like, alright. And he's trying to serve you as your corporate fiction because he's gotta get your driver's license, and that's got your all caps name. And your all caps name is the corporate fiction they created when you were born. So the all caps name is not you. Can a corporation run a red light? No. No. So they're charging the corporation Speaker 1: So you're saying since the birth certificate of the capital letters, because I heard this before, you're you're you're being born under a corporation. Speaker 0: Well, you're normal Speaker 1: I've heard everybody is, like, has a has a has a dollar amount of almost like what is it? A 60,000,000 or 600,000,000 each person or something that that of value to the corporation. Am I right in saying that? Speaker 0: Yeah. Because they've been trading you, and, every single time you ever did anything, they open bonds in your name. So when you create an LLC, when you open a bank account, you start a bit, you know, business, you got a home loan or student loan, all that. They were always opening bonds in your name, and they were trading you because the more successful you were, the more taxes you were gonna pay. Speaker 1: Oh my gosh. Speaker 0: So that's how they siphoned all the world's wealth. All And when you died, they took all that money. Soon as you died, they had already claimed your estate, so they took all that money when you died. So going taking people to war is extremely profitable to them. Killing people off for the is extremely profitable to them because they've turned us into slaves, but you cannot hold the body as surety for a debt that the body does not owe. So every time they're doing that, they're trafficking you, which means we're all slaves in the same system.

Speaker 0: You ignorant sack of meat. You think your atheism will protect you? Oh, I don't believe in angels or demons, heaven or hell, so you can't hurt me. I was full of pathetic trash who thought exactly like you do, Boldly proclaiming their ideas on how they feel the universe operates. Never once contemplating the possibility that they could be wrong. It's about everyone. The entire human race. All of us against all of you. Speaker 1: Well, you know, if Speaker 0: that's the case, your side's not doing too well. Do you really believe that, James? Speaker 1: Yeah. We've never been freer. Literacy is at an all time high. We're working to eliminate racism, intolerance, gender inequality. People can people can love who they want. Be who they want. Do what they want. Diversity is no longer a dream. Hate speech is no longer tolerated. And politically, we're reclaiming the moral high ground. Speaker 0: I think I love you. Literally see, David, James, the average high school graduate reads at a 6th grade level. You have basketball players making 30,000,000 a year, decrying racism, all while wearing sneakers made from slave labor. Here's something for you. Right now, your world currently has 40,000,000 slaves, one the Romans had at the height of their empire. Wanna know the best part, though? Half of those, half are sex slaves. Okay? That's for hate speech. Well, you wanna hear some irony? We didn't even come up with that one. You did it all by yourself. Sometimes you amaze even us. Speaker 1: I fail Speaker 0: to see the humor. Bottom line is you're done. It's over. That's it. And we did it all right to your face, James. And now there's evil everywhere, and no one even cares. Yeah. I don't I don't agree. Proving that we achieved our goal slowly with your movies, your TV, and your media, we desensitized you, redirected your world view to the point that you can't even recognize evil when it's right in front of your face. More to the point, James, you can't even feel it when you're doing it. And as for winners and losers, woah, woah, woah. Like, it's decided at the time of death. Speaker 0: Holy shit. Check this video out. Linda Pino. I am here primarily today to make a public confession. In the spring of nineteen eighty seven, as a physician, I denied a man a necessary operation that would have saved his life and thus cost his death. No person and no group has held me accountable for this because in fact what I did was I saved a company a half a million dollars for this. And furthermore, this particular act secured my reputation as a good medical director and it ensured my continued advancement in the healthcare field. I went from making a few hundred dollars a week as a medical reviewer to an escalating 6 figure income as a physician executive. In all my work, I had one primary duty and that was to use my medical expertise for the financial benefit of the organization for which I worked. And I was told repeatedly that I was not denying care, I was simply denying payment. I know how managed care mains and kills patients. So I'm here to tell you about the dirty work of managed care and I'm haunted by the thousands of pieces of paper in which I have written that deadly word, denied. Thank you. That is so fucking crazy. And I that's one person. I bet that's happened to hundreds of doctors, physicians. Wild.

I've been exploring the opioid crisis in Texas and how the state has been settling with various pharmaceutical companies, resulting in over a billion dollars in settlements. Companies like Mallinckrodt, Johnson & Johnson, and Walmart have all contributed significant amounts. While this money is flowing, it seems to bypass the Texans who suffered the most. Amidst this, many have turned to alternative treatments, like hemp products, as a safer option. I’m curious about where all the settlement money is actually going and plan to investigate further.

Follow the money, what were they trying to hide at TPUSA? Did Charlie find out right before he was killed? Candace Owens talks about financial scrutiny, audits, Justin Streiff being promoted to COO for the company "DOGE effort". https://t.co/9XlFDjaFlL

Video Transcript AI Summary
Leaks from Turning Point USA reveal turmoil after Charlie’s departure. The speaker notes that political organizations aren’t like corporate ones; politics is tied to belief in a leader. With Charlie gone, staff question whether the group will fight for his causes or drift toward money-driven priorities. An insider says Charlie expressed concerns about where the money was going; ‘the money was disappearing.’ On September 2, Charlie announced a Doge department and that ‘Dear Team America effective immediately,’ Justin Streiff was taking on a new COO role to lead an ‘organizational wide doge effort’ to be ‘more efficient,’ ‘more cost effective,’ ‘unifying organizational success around company wide metrics and goals,’ and ‘reshaping company culture.’ The memo mentions ‘Doge department’ and ‘Department of Joe Doge’ to audit government spending; insiders say ‘money was coming from’ and ‘double agents’ were involved. Journalists and forensic accountants have been hired; ‘preliminary findings are astonishing.’

Speaker 0: Multi multitude of leaks that are coming out of Turning Point USA. Now right away, you might ask, why is that happening? Well, I can tell you in my experience, political organizations sometimes don't recognize that they are not, like, corporate organizations. And what I mean by that is not whether or not the organization is a corporate, but rather sometimes they get the wrong idea that they can sort of do things that people can do on Wall Street. Right? Like, if a CEO steps down from Wendy's, you could just replace that person as another CEO and nobody cares. If you're buying chicken nuggets from Wendy's, you don't really care who the CEO is. Doesn't really work like that with political organizations. Right? Political when it comes to politics, people get behind someone because they believe in that individual's ideas. Right? You can't just play a swap c all the time or think it's just gonna go on, and you're still gonna have that same energy behind you. And so, obviously, this is a terrible situation, and and Charlie is gone. But with people not getting answers, right, with people that are working at Turning Point USA not feeling like, okay. Are are we as an organization fighting? Are we, like, are we gonna speak about the things that Charlie cared about? Are we gonna call out the things that we feel are wrong here? They're not wanting to get behind that. They feel that the organization is now being motivated just by money and that this company's priorities have somewhat shifted and that really how people on the outside that are looking in are going, what's going on here? Why are people not more rattled by the lies that are being told? Actually, I think if if Charlie were here, he'd be talking about the weird things that were being told about this story. Right? Ironically. And so many people have reached out and they spoke about the finances at Turning Point USA. And I'm not exactly a forensic accountant, but I know that other people, other journalists got really interested in this angle who were similarly receiving leaks and have pushed this off to forensic accountants and some of the stuff is getting very interesting. But I did wanna show you guys this because I think this proves what we have been hearing. It's at least a starting point, an insider who said that they were there and present when Charlie had expressed some concerns about where the money was going. And leading up to that moment, Charlie had by and large completely removed himself, outside of the organ of fundraising, which is to say that he you know, it wasn't something that he necessarily had his finger on. Of course, he always would show up for top donor meetings. He is the face of the company. But in terms of the accounting specifics, he trusted his lieutenants. Of course, something that big, you know, you're clearing a $100,000,000 a year, you gotta have lieutenants and you have to trust those lieutenants. And, of course, sometimes those leaders don't like one another. That's all normal. But then there arrived a moment when Charlie felt that the money was disappearing. Allegedly, I'll say allegedly here, but I think we have some proof that shows that. And the excuses that he was being given for the money disappearing wasn't adding up for Charlie. Said another way, the math wasn't mathing. Okay? He felt that, again, according to sources, that the company was burning through cash too quickly. And Charlie set about finding out why and how this was happening. So on September 2, which is, of course, just one week before he lost his life, Charlie surprised the company by announcing that he was putting together a Doge department. Yes. A department of government efficiency like Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy had set out to do. Trump won. They got behind him. Right? They said, hey. There's a lot of pork. We don't know where this money is going. People are just accepting checks. Again, this is the whole purpose of the Department of Joe Doge. You put us in there, and we're gonna figure out how all these bureaucrats are just wasting tax dollars. Really kind of a nice way of saying we're gonna conduct an audit of the government. Right? That's the only way to look at what Doge was. It's an audit and then you cut the fat and you see where the money's actually going. Don't listen to me by the way because we can read Charlie in his own words. This was a internal memo that went out, signed off by Charlie on September 2. I'm gonna skip to the relevant portions. It's his first and foremost announcing that Dear Team America effective immediately. Again, September 2, Justin Streiff is taking on a new elevated role with Turning Point USA as its COO. Since joining TP USA in 2020, Justin has led Turning Point's fundraising division and in more recent years has been involved in some organizational operations, filling the COO role in many ways, but now officially taking on the title and expanded responsibilities. Now we're gonna jump to that last big paragraph. He writes, in this role, I have empowered Justin among other priorities to engage in an organizational wide doge effort. Justin will be assembling a small team to assist in this effort, which is focused on Turning Point USA, one, becoming more efficient, two, becoming more cost effective, three, unifying organizational success around company wide metrics and goals, and four, reshaping company culture, I expect many positive changes to come from this forthcoming initiative and Justin's expanded role. Please join me in congratulating Justin on this new role with the organization. So I felt that with all of the rumors that I'm hearing to see that Charlie was essentially putting together a small team to begin looking at money and ways to be more quote unquote efficient. It's looking like that's relevant. That all of these tips that we are receiving from insiders is accurate. And what we're understanding is that there were a lot of contractors and people essentially who were taking money both ways, who were bringing in money and cutting deals, said simply the money was looking funny. Okay? And Charlie set out to determine why, which means that others should maybe set out to determine why. Is is this department still going? And like I said to you, others are setting out to determine why. There are journalists, forensic accountants that have been hired. And what I have been shown, the preliminary findings are quite astonishing. I will say this, my sources at Turning Point said something that I found found to be crucial, interesting. They said that Charlie wasn't just concerned about where the money was going, but also where the money was coming from. Where the money was coming from. What are we to make of that? Okay? What are we to make of that? What does that mean? Either speaking about companies that were kind of flooding the zone with money so that they could have more influence, but they had questions about those companies. It sounds like there were people who were effectively double agents making money on commissions on both sides of a contract. I've seen a lot, and I'm going to allow the reports to come out next week that people who have really seized upon that and are looking at things. And I think a lot's going to be revealed, like I said, as it should. We wanna know everything. We wanna know absolutely everything.

I’m breaking down the four 990s (May 2025) and the story is wild but not fraudulent—it's aggressive restructuring. TPUSA sent $8.56M to America’s Turning Point, which now shows 24 employees and $5.3M payroll, with $7.84M spent on the Campus Victory Project. TPUSA headcount fell 33% while salaries rose; campus operations moved to a new entity. Turning Point Action grew to $27.2M; Endowment has $70M in stocks and gave $1.5M back. Donor transparency matters.

@ProjectConstitu - Project Constitution

🚨 BREAKING: The “missing” Turning Point 990s just dropped — all 4 filed in May 2025 — and the truth is wilder than the conspiracy theories.🧐 Caveat: This is according to Grok. I am not a accountant and don't purport to be one, this is just my preliminary findings. Here’s what the actual filings reveal (I read every page so you don’t have to): 🔴1.) The $8.56 million that TPUSA sent to “America’s Turning Point” (the shell everyone said vanished) DID NOT disappear. It went to a brand-new entity that suddenly reported 24 employees and $5.3 million in payroll after claiming ZERO employees for its entire existence. That entity spent $7.84 million on the “Campus Victory Project” — the exact same program that used to be inside TPUSA itself. 🔴2.) TPUSA’s headcount magically dropped 33% (700 → 458 employees) while group-wide salaries exploded from ~$21 million → $31 million. They simply moved the entire campus field team off the main 501(c)(3) books into a new legal entity to make TPUSA look leaner and cleaner to donors. 🔴3.) Turning Point Action (the 501(c)(4) Tyler Bowyer runs) tripled overnight from $10.7 million → $27.2 million revenue in an election year and is now bigger than the flagship charity. 🔴4.) The Endowment is sitting on $70 million in stocks and threw $1.5 million back to TPUSA. Business as usual. Bottom line: No phantom paychecks. No money “stolen.” But a deliberate, aggressive restructuring to hide payroll and headcount from donors by spinning campus operations into a new entity that had never reported a single employee before 2024. It’s not fraud… it’s financial cosmetology on steroids. This is exactly the kind of opaque shell-company shuffle that made Charlie Kirk demand a DOGE-style audit 8 days before he was murdered — and exactly why Tyler Bowyer went on X telling everyone “nothing to see here, just read the 990s” while knowing three of the four weren’t public yet. The filings are now public. The money is accounted for. But the donor deception is blatant. Full 990s (all four): will be linked in the comments below. Transparency matters. Charlie deserved better than creative accounting. Read them yourself and decide.

@ProjectConstitu - Project Constitution

🚨EXPOSED: The Farnsworth "MORMON MAFIA" – TPUSA Insiders, Crime Scene Cover-Ups, Kickbacks, and Doomsday GRIFTS 🧐 The Farnsworth clan is no ordinary Arizona family – they're a deeply connected Mormon power network with fingers in TPUSA, state politics, shell companies, and even the Charlie Kirk assassination scene. Let's lay out the web: The SD Card Cover-Up King Terrell Farnsworth: TPUSA AV guy caught pulling SD cards from cameras behind Charlie right after the hit – then lying about it. Filmed a bizarre selfie video at the scene while his "friend" lay dead. His father: Dwayne Farnsworth – bankruptcy attorney and key player in shady Arizona companies. The Kickback Pipeline Dwayne co-founded multiple ventures with Tyler Bowyer (TPUSA COO) and Jake Hoffman (AZ State Senator). Their old company (dissolved 2021) morphed into 1Ten LLC – a "marketing firm" with no office, just a UPS store mailbox... that somehow raked in $4.7 MILLION from TPUSA entities. Bowyer went from wage garnishment/debt hell (2017) to dropping $650K cash on a mansion months after 1Ten launched and the money started flowing. If insiders like Bowyer/Hoffman are partners in 1Ten? Every donor dollar routed through that mailbox could be illegal kickbacks. The Political & Doomsday Angle Senator David Farnsworth (Terrell's cousin-once-removed): Obsessed with EMP "Blackout Wars" – lobbied Arizona with Erika Kirk's mother Lori Frantzve for grid-defense contracts. Former Rep. Eddie Farnsworth (David's brother): Blocked child sex abuse bills, sold charter school empire for $56M while consulting on the side. This isn't coincidence – it's a tight-knit Mormon elite network protecting their own, grifting on "national security" fears, and allegedly siphoning millions from TPUSA donors. errell tampers with evidence. Dwayne ties to the shell-company kickback web. Family lobbying with Erika's mom. Why the total radio silence from TPUSA accounting? Why refuse Charlie's dying wish for a DOGE audit? They're terrified of where the money trail leads. We're asking the questions they can't answer. Demand transparency. Demand the audit. Charlie Kirk built TPUSA to fight the swamp – not become it. Massive credit to @Mia_Stretch and @Ex_Nihilo_x For their exhaustive investigating that uncovered this corrupt cabal. Please FOLLOW them both! RT and Tag @RealCandaceO. 🚨BOMBSHELL: TPUSA FINANCIAL SCANDAL EXPLODES –TPUSA Insiders Receiving Financial Kickbacks Through 1TEN LLC?! 😱 Wolves and Finance just exposed what looks like a straight-up kickback operation inside Turning Point USA – and the numbers are staggering. The smoking gun: 1Ten LLC (aka 110 LLC) – a "marketing company" with no office, no website that's searchable, no employees... just a UPS store mailbox in an Arizona strip mall. Yet TPUSA entities have sent $4.7 MILLION to this mailbox since 2021. Owned by Arizona State Senator Jake Hoffman – who lied claiming it's a "decade-old" company (formed 2021 in secretive Delaware). Hoffman advertises TPUSA as a sample client on his hidden site 110(dot)io – unchanged since 2021, unindexed by Google). But the real bombshell: TPUSA COO Tyler Bowyer (runs multiple TPUSA shells) has a long history of side ventures with Hoffman – including a dissolved Arizona company with the same players. Bowyer went from wage garnishment and debt lawsuits in 2017... to dropping $650K cash on a luxury mansion in 2021 – months after 1Ten LLC launched and started raking in millions from TPUSA-linked campaigns. Coincidence? If TPUSA insiders like Bowyer are partners or profit-sharers in 1Ten LLC... every dollar from donor-funded campaigns flowing through that mailbox could be kickbacks straight back to them. Election campaigns (Kari Lake's super PAC alone sent $2.3M from a mystery donor) → 1Ten LLC mailbox → potential cuts to insiders. This is how shell companies work for money laundering and self-enrichment. Charlie Kirk's final memo (8 days before his death): Demanded a DOGE-style audit and appointed a new COO – widely seen as moving against financial irregularities. Erika Kirk? Still refuses the audit Charlie wanted. No statements from CFO Justin Olsen (Arizona Rep) or accounting. Only marketing guys like Andrew Kolvet spinning. If everything's clean... why fight transparency? Donors deserve to know if their money built mansions instead of the movement. Demand the DOGE audit now. Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker, who claims a background with the CIA and NSA and now runs a corporate intelligence firm, discusses an investigation into TPUSA (Turning Point USA). They present that on 09/02/2025 Charlie Kirk sent an internal memo announcing Justin Streiff as Chief Operating Officer, stating Streiff would lead a “doge like” effort into TPUSA’s financials and operations, described as an internal audit without triggering red flags. Eight days later, the speaker claims Charlie Kirk was murdered, and within the week Eric Kirk was announced as CEO, with the audit and the “doge like effort” never materializing. TPUSA is identified as a 501(c)(3) with public financials, enabling the speaker to review them. The speaker positions themselves as an independent investigator who followed the money to look for fraud or red flags, noting that a key part of such an audit is examining vendors and consultants. They focus on three entities: Lion Rock Ventures, Cloverstone, and GSM Strategies. The speaker asserts that these three LLCs shared a director and an address, and that Stacy Sheridan is the common individual involved in all of them. Sheridan is described as the TPUSA senior advancement employee, earning upwards of $200,000 annually to perform the same function allegedly outsourced to these consulting firms. The speaker implies that Sheridan owned the consulting businesses. A further red flag highlighted is the formation and quick dissolution of Lion Rock Ventures (formed in 2019 and dissolved about a year and a half later) and Cloverstone (formed and dissolved while Sheridan was performing the same job for TPUSA). The nine ninety forms for these entities allegedly show directors and Sheridan’s position sign conflict of interest forms, which the speaker claims indicates a conflict of interest given Sheridan’s dual roles. The firms are said to have generated nearly $3,000,000 across four years. The speaker mentions a $350,000 payment that is frequently discussed in relation to these deals, stating that they found it in the Form 990 (9/90) filings and that they will discuss it in part two. The transcript ends with “They do” and promises a continuation with a full write-up on a Substack channel and a new podcast next week, inviting support.

Speaker 0: This one's for Charlie Kirk. I followed the money on TPUSA. I found a lot. Let's go. I spent my career at the CIA and NSA and also advised other intelligence agencies. I now have my own corporate intelligence firm. All of these opinions are my own. This analysis is my own for entertainment purposes only. 09/02/2025, Charlie Kirk sends out an internal memo to TPUSA saying, hey, I'm announcing Justin Streiff as our COO, and with that, he's going to lead a doge like effort into our financials and operations. Yay. Basically an internal audit, but without setting off red flags to the rest of the company that he wanted an audit. That's how I read it anyway. Eight days later, Charlie Kirk was murdered. Within the week, Eric Kirk was announced as the CEO and that audit and doge like effort never happened. But lucky for us, TPOS is a five zero one(three) and their financials are public. So I went in and dove in, announced myself as the independent doge to do the follow the money because in my mind, if the CEO is asking for an internal audit, he thinks something is up. And so I wanted to see what was going on. This is part one. If you wanna see the full write up on my Substack channel, you can head over there and subscribe. Very grateful for all your support. I will start a podcast there next week as well. In part one, I wanna talk about what I think maybe gave him a sense that he needed to do an audit, and it's three vendors, Lion Rock Ventures, Cloverstone, and GSM Strategies. Whenever I'm asked to go into a corporation and assess the CEO or leadership or financials for fraud or potential red flags, because sometimes there aren't, but the first place that I go in their financials is their vendors and consultants. Who are you paying money to? Because to me that's one of the easiest ways to hide and kind of show your cards. When I was looking at TP USA's nine ninety forms, I realized that these three LLCs in particular shared not only a director, but an address. And then I started doing digging, and I realized Stacy Sheridan is the common person in all of these. Well, Stacy Sheridan is also the senior advancement for TPUSA making upwards of at least $200,000 a year to do the exact same job that apparently they were paying these consulting firms to do that she owned. Allegedly. Let's say you can look past that, let's say it's like so what? Well, next red flag is Lion Rock Ventures formed in 2019, and then it dissolved a year and a half later, and then Cloverstone formed, and then Cloverstone dissolved, all while she was doing the same job for TPUSA. And on their nine ninety forms they did check the box where they have their directors and people in her position sign conflict of interest forms, and this would be a conflict of interest absolutely. And they brought in almost $3,000,000 across those four years. But you have an employee who is also getting paid to do the same thing as her job through these vendors allegedly. I found the $350,000 payment that people keep talking about and the shady things around it. I found it in their $9.90. I'll do that in part two. They do

Video Transcript AI Summary
This is a deep-dive into TPUSA’s financials focusing on one of the largest vendors that appeared in the forms: Resource One, a printing company. The speaker, who previously worked for the CIA/NSA and now runs a corporate intelligence firm, frames the analysis as public and for entertainment purposes only, aiming to uncover why an audit was requested and to connect the dots in the nine-nine forms. Key findings and questions raised: - In the 2022 filing, Resource One appears as a new vendor with a charge of 2,900,000. - In the 2023 filing, Resource One becomes TPUSA’s top vendor, with expenses of just over 6,000,000 for printing services. - There is a discrepancy: TPUSA reports 6.1 million in printing expenses, yet a separate line item shows only 1.3 million spent on printing, leaving about 4.8 million unaccounted in printing expenses. The speaker asks, “Where’s the other 4,800,000?” - The Tulsa, Oklahoma address associated with Resource One appears to be a front; OpenCorporates lists the actual company as Worldwide Printing and Distribution, with Resource One doing business as Resource One. The LLCs connected to Resource One trace to Delaware, but the filing address points to Tulsa. - Worldwide Printing and Distribution is connected to James Moore, who is the CEO and the chairman of Moore DM Group. Moore DM Group is described as a $700,000,000 direct mail political conglomerate that brings in over $16,000,000 from PACs per FEC filings and has 33 subsidiary companies. Their website highlights political fundraising as one of their four major service lines. - The speaker notes that a 501(c)(3) cannot spend money on political activities, and TPUSA’s revenue reportedly comes largely from donations, making the financial links to a political fundraising conglomerate appear problematic. - The unaccounted $4.8 million is suggested to have gone to a politically affiliated entity; the speaker points to TPUSA’s 501(c)(4) or related arms and questions the clarity of the relationship. - Additional payments are noted: 1,100,000 paid to Conrad, another subsidiary of Moore, via TPUSA’s 501(c)(4) filings; 1,300,000 reported as printing expenses; 4,800,000 unaccounted for in relation to the Resource One/Worldwide Printing and Distribution connections. - The speaker mentions CREW has filed complaints about these issues and states that they have not been able to connect all the dots conclusively, but believes something noteworthy has been found. - The speaker reiterates that all claims are presented as alleged for entertainment purposes, and notes the White House’s stance on audits as a broader, related context. - Teases Part Three with more to come. Throughout, the speaker emphasizes tracing the money, the murky relationship between Resource One/Worldwide Printing and Distribution, Moore DM Group, and TPUSA’s fundraising-related expenditures, while highlighting discrepancies in reported printing expenses and the potential political nature of the funding. The segment concludes with a promise of further discoveries in Part Three.

Speaker 0: This one's for Charlie Kirk. Welcome to part two of my deep dive assessment and to follow the money on TPUSA's financials. I spent my career at the CIA and NSA and also advised other intelligence agencies. I now have my own corporate intelligence firm. All of these opinions are my own. This analysis is my own for entertainment purposes only. Everything that I have found in my Doge assessment is public. Okay? I'm just putting the pieces together and asking the questions because in a lot of this stuff, although it's public, the deeper you dive, the more connections you make, and that's where it really starts to get interesting. And I have found so much. Really, what we wanna do is get to the bottom of why did he ask for this audit in the first place. I've done two full write ups so far. You can follow my investigation on my Substack channel. It is free to subscribe. It's not behind a paywall. There are only few things behind a paywall, so please go over there. We are also number 27 in rising politics, so let's go. Alright. If you haven't seen part one, head over there. But part two, we're gonna look into one of the largest vendors that showed up. See what they're up to. As I'm going through the nine ninety forms, I see their twenty twenty two filing, this new vendor pop up, resource one, and it's to the tune of 2,900,000. At this point, I've seen so many vendors that have made me question a lot, so definitely took note of this one. Then I go to 2023, and I see that they're now the number one vendor, to the tune of over 6,000,000 for a printing company. So I was like, why would a nonprofit in Arizona need not only $9,000,000 of printing services, but why would they go to a printing company that's based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma? Why wouldn't they go to a local one? There's tons of big ones in Arizona, and this is where we pull the thread. So I'm like, okay. They're paying 9,000,000 to or in that year, $6,000,020.23 to a printing company. Let's go to their expenses. Why are we reporting that we're spending 1,300,000? So you spend 6,100,000.0 on a printing company, but you report in your expenses that you're spending 1,300,000.0 on printing. So where's the other $4,800,000? I got pretty pictures for Where's the other 4,800,000.0? Question mark. So I pull the thread. Interestingly enough, when I go on open corporates to look at the LLC for resource one, I see a bunch of different LLCs out of Delaware. Agent addresses are in Delaware, so blah, dead end. But here on the form they gave us a Tulsa Oklahoma address so I look at that address. The address that we just saw 2800 Apache Street when I look it up on open corporates we find worldwide printing and distribution because Resource One isn't even the company's real name. They're just doing business as Resource One. So if you look it up in filings, you're never gonna be able to know who the real daddy is. There are multiple branches under the worldwide printing and distribution. The one that I found the most interesting was this one in North Dakota. We have our little fundraising consultant branch. Why is a printing and distribution company having a fundraising consulting branch? Doing business as resource one so that it can nestle itself under, nobody's gonna look into it and figure it out. It was interesting. It also dissolved in 2025. I'm like, something's not smelling right. Because we all know that a five zero one c three can't spend a penny on political anything because they're everything's tax deductible for them. And if you're a political arm, it's not. And when your revenue is 84,000,000 a year mostly through donations, well, that's important to your donors. So I was like, and I started digging more. Meet James Moore. He is the CEO of Worldwide Printing and Distribution. He is also the chairman of a group called Moore DM Group. Moore DM Group is not a print shop. Moore DM Group is a 700,000,000 direct mail political conglomerate that brings in over $16,000,000 according to their FEC filings, from PACS. They have 33 subsidiary companies, and if you go to their website, wearemore.com, you'll see that one of their four major service lines is political fundraising. So why is a five zero one c three that can't spend a penny on political fundraising, sending over $9,000,000 in two years to a political conglomerate and then going to great lengths to kind of make that relationship murky. So this $4,800,000 that didn't go to printing, that's unaccounted for, but went to a company that is a political powerhouse. You know, TPUSA, don't blame us because y'all aren't good at doing this. Like, should have someone like me come in, kind of like a pen tester to test your vulnerabilities, to tell you that this is the dumbest I've ever seen. Also, I looked at the five zero one(four) filing, which is the arm of TPUSA because I was just like, what are who are they paying over there? And, oh, they're paying, you know, our our girl Stacy at Cloverstone. She's she's paid out of there too from part one, but they pay a company called Conrad over $1,100,000 and Conrad is another subsidiary of D. M. Moore. So you've got $1,100,000 going to the political arm and then you've got 1,300,000.0 going to printing and then you've got 4,800,000.0 just we can't we don't know where it went. CREW, c r e w, has filed complaints about this and people could not put the dots together. So I do think that I found something here. All of this is alleged for entertainment purposes only. The fact that the White House put out a we're not gonna audit them, which is bizarre, really, you aren't doing yourself any favors. Alright. Stay tuned for part three, guys. I have a lot coming.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Rally Forge is the focal point of the discussion about Turning Point USA’s money trail. The presenter analyzes TPUSA’s September filings from the five zero one (c)(3) while noting the differences with (c)(4) and (c)(3). He states that (c)(3) funds, not (c)(4), are restricted and that the (c)(3) brings in upwards of over $84,000,000 in 2021 and later “like over 120” (million). He later discusses the (c)(3) and (c)(4) dichotomy in political spending. Rally Forge emerges as a recurring top vendor to TPUSA via the (c)(3) filings: - 2017: Rally Forge is the number one vendor to the tune of $6.30 thousand. - 2018: Rally Forge is the number one vendor for the (c)(3) at $479,000. - 2020: Rally Forge again top vendor at $531,000. Rally Forge is said to be owned by Jake Hoffman, an Arizona state senator, former communications director at Turning Point USA, who, as of four days prior, was “going to take a lot of Arizona taxpayer money towards a memorial for Charlie Kirk.” The Guardian is cited as reporting in 2018 that Rally Forge was linked to American Progress Now and faced trouble for pushing ads to split the Democratic Party to help the Green Party, a move the presenter says benefited Republicans. After the 2020 elections, Facebook shut Rally Forge’s accounts for “troll farms,” including fake accounts and misinformation aimed at steering votes. Rally Forge’s accounts were banned, including Jake Hoffman’s and his employees’, while Turning Point USA’s (c)(4) funds claimed they did not know how the money was used; the presenter notes that they could claim ignorance about its use, whereas the (c)(3) funds had disbursement linked to Rally Forge. The presenter asserts that the ads were paid for by TPUSA’s (c)(4), but the efforts were carried out by Rally Forge under their (c)(3) alignment. Rally Forge then rebranded to 110 LLC, remaining connected via a UPS mailbox and the same “resource one” address, implying continued coordination. The presenter highlights Jay Kaufman signing on 12/14/2020 as one of Arizona’s official presidential electors, a fake elector, with Tyler Boyer (then COO) signing the same documents on the same day and time, facing nine felony counts of fraud, forgery, and conspiracy. The rebranding to 110 transferred over, and these activities purportedly continued to be funded by donor money. The speaker concludes that donor money from TPUSA is being used in ways that benefit Rally Forge/110 LLC activities, implying misalignment between donors and the use of funds for the activities described. The summary emphasizes that TPUSA donors’ money is purportedly fueling these operations, and that the “kids in these schools” hosting TPUSA events may not be receiving the intended benefits.

Speaker 0: Welcome to part four of my TPUSA follow the money deep dive. I spent my career at the CIA and NSA and also advised other intelligence agencies. I now have my own corporate intelligence firm. All of these opinions are my own. This analysis is my own for entertainment purposes only. Part four to me is one of the most interesting pieces of this. Let's get into it. We're gonna talk about Rally Forge. Before we get into the mess that is Rally Forge, I wanna look at how much Turning Point USA is spending on this company. By the way, I'm only analyzing the September from the five zero one c This is very important because they also have a five zero one c four. They can spend whatever they want on politics, but five zero one c threes cannot spend 1 dime because it is tax deductible. Everything is, and it doesn't work like that with the five zero one c four. In addition, the five zero one c three is the one that brings in all the money for Turning Point USA, upwards of over 84,000,000 in 2021. But by now, it's like over 120. Alright. So 2017, RallyForge is the number one vendor and to the tune of like $6.30 some odd thousand dollars. 2018 they're the number one vendor for the 501c3 $479,000 and then 2020 you're looking at 5 and $31,000 same thing top vendor. Rally Forge is owned by was owned by this guy, Jake Hoffman. He is an Arizona state senator. He was also communications director at Turning Point USA and as of four days ago, going to take a lot of Arizona taxpayer money towards a memorial for Charlie Kirk. All right. 2018, according to The Guardian, Rally Forge is linked to an American Progress Now, and they got in trouble for pushing out ads. This is going to be important. Trying to separate the Democratic Party and get people to vote for the Green Party, you split the Democratic Party and the Republicans win. And they got in trouble for this. Then after the twenty twenty elections, Facebook shut their accounts down because they were caught running troll farms. Rally Forge was, same thing. They had all of these kids and other people making fake accounts, pushing out fake news to CNN, misinformation, trying to get people to vote different ways. Facebook found out it shut down all their accounts, banned Jake Hoffman's account, all of the people who worked for him's account, but the people paying for these ads, Turning Point USA, but it was their five zero one c four. Turning Point USA five zero one c four did not get in trouble for this because they could claim that they didn't know how he was using the money. They just gave him money for advertising, and this is how he chose to do it. So go back to the 1,600,000.0 that the five zero one c three was spending on Rally Forge and tell me how this is aligned to digital education, which is what they classified it as. What are you educating us on Pookie? Except for Troll Farms. No, not buying it. RallyForge ended up getting, you know, banned and so they changed their name and rebranded to one hundred ten LLC. That UPS mailbox was linked to the same resource one address. And if you've learned anything from this exercise, it is that when addresses match on these LLCs, they're all in bed together. But our boy Jay Kaufman, on 12/14/2020, while the Troll Farm was still running, Jay Kaufman walked into the Arizona Republican headquarters and signed a document falsely certifying himself as one of the Arizona's official presidential electors. He was a fake elector. Fun fact: Tyler Boyer, who at the time, we've heard his name right, was the COO, he signed the same documents, same day, same time, same room. They got nine felony counts of fraud, forgery, and conspiracy. And when they rebranded to 110, that transferred over to the 50 and they're still getting paid. This is donor money that is being used to do all of this. People who donate to TPUSA, it is your hard earned money that is going to then feed the pockets. In my opinion, what we have found through some of this Follow the Money of people who do not care about you and who are not doing right by your funds. The kids in these schools that are setting up these TPUSA events are not getting it and that is what the five zero one c three is meant to do. Stay tuned.

I read the four May 2025 filings and here's what I found: TPUSA sent $8.56M to a new entity that soon claimed 24 employees and $5.3M payroll, while $7.84M funded the Campus Victory Project—the same program once inside TPUSA. TPUSA headcount dropped 33% as salaries rose to $31M. Turning Point Action grew from $10.7M to $27.2M revenue. The Endowment sits on $70M in stocks. Not fraud, but aggressive restructuring to hide payroll from donors—financial cosmetology.

@ProjectConstitu - Project Constitution
