A whole month of FAMINE in northern Gaza, people started grinding animal fodder to satisfy their hunger, but today even fodder is no longer available. A whole month and UN organizations in northern Gaza have carried out only 10 of their relief missions, many were followed by bombing or shooting as people gathered waiting for flour trucks. Only 10% of the planned fuel arrived. "OCHA" organization data shows that israeli soldiers at checkpoints question the purpose of fuel shipments. They also allow some in but restrict fuel entry to hospitals. Occupation restrictions prevented 45 relief missions from reaching northern Gaza. Also, settlers at Karam Abu Salem crossing have been shutting it down for weeks, blocking aid.
