The Biden administration has directed funds, even from FEMA, to support illegal immigration, such as providing luxury hotels in New York. Despite executive orders to halt this, money continued to flow, even recently. The administration is now reportedly upset that this funding has been stopped.
The incentive to maximize the number of illegals is tied to voter acquisition. Considering the high probability of them voting Democrat, this policy looks like a giant voter importation scam. The CBP One app facilitates flying people in, bypassing any need for border walls. A contract for this app was given to someone in London. By flying illegals into swing states, where victory margins are thin, the political landscape is set to drastically change. The hope is to get them green cards and then citizenship.
