I just spent an hour or so listening to a video from 1988 about the origins of AIDS and all I could do was shake my head in disgust. Disgust that there are evil people in this world who will do anything and everything for power and control. Then I think, these people were actually brilliant because they were able to distract millions of people so that they wouldn’t have time to keep an eye on the folks who you think will do you no harm. All I can say is that while we have been living our lives, they have been plotting our demise.

Speaker 0: Now if you address the question of eradicability of a virus, in other words, what makes a virus eroticable? Is it possible to get this virus out of humans once it's running there? In 1970, Frank Fenner wrote an article about the eradication of smallpox. It's published in the progress of medical virology. Frank Fenner's a, who was at the time at the Centre For Resource Environmental Studies, the Australian National The university in Canberra.
He's a world renowned virologist, and he wrote the following. He said, under prerequisites for eradicability? In other words, what is required to get the disease out of humans? Quote, One can virtually rule out the possibility of worldwide eradication of an infectious disease if any any of the following criteria obtained? One, the agent grows in wild animals or birds, so it has an animal reservoir.
Now if you believe that AIDS came from monkeys, which I don't, or if you believe it came from sheep or cattle, which I do, either one, there's an obvious animal reservoir. So that would preclude eradocability. 2, the agent persists in the infected human being for years and their recrudescences. So the AIDS virus existing over 14 years or longer and having a slow viral progression, obviously, makes number 2, second factor for noneradicability. 3, the disease has multiple serological types.
In other words, there are many variants to the AIDS virus. We have already discussed that and shown there are approximately 9,000 of the 4th different AIDS virus possible, which makes third Criteria for eradicability voided. And 4, the necessary degree of social cooperation cannot be obtained, quote, as with the human venereal diseases? In other words, if the disease is a sexually transmissible disease or a venereal disease, Then you cannot eradicate it from humans once it's running because you cannot obtain the degree of social cooperation necessary for eradication. So not only does AIDS violate one of these 4 criteria, it violates all 4.
So once we have AIDS running in humans, it appears to be that's gonna be here for a very long period of time along with all of its relatives, h t l v 1, 2, 4, 5, and 1 look alike? So we have a tremendous problem facing us, not just a problem of the AIDS virus alone?

And it occurs to me that if only a small portion of what you've been saying is true, that we as Americans have been, frankly, led down the Primrose path by those in power who have been giving us information regarding the AIDS epidemic. What you've actually said is that the AIDS epidemic not only did not come from the green African monkey as we've been told. What in fact was, The epidemic itself was started in the '70s in Africa, and coincided almost directly with a smallpox a vaccination program that's sponsored by the World Health Organization. Every AIDS virus isolated to date is different. Again, if you made this virus or were responsible For a spread or had something to do with its spread, are you gonna tell anybody? I think the answer is obviously no.
Speaker 0: Well, I I agree with that. I mean, that that assumes though that there, are either a very small number of individuals running the show or that, you're a very extraordinary person. Because there there is no one else saying this.
Speaker 1: Well, that's not correct. There are many other people saying it. In it has been it's been actually, it's been discussed worldwide. It's only been recently that this question has been discussed in this country. Doctor John Seale of the Royal Society of Medicine had said that the virus appeared to be man made in a sense long before we did, but he couldn't exactly construct how that may have occurred.
We sort of gave him maybe the information on how the viruses could have been recombined to produce a new AIDS like virus. Jacob Siegel, an East German biologist who said that the virus was constructed at Fort Detrick in a biological warfare project. Again, if the virus is its own constructing agent and the virus could have arisen in any laboratory at any time, more or less, since the development of human tissue culture, which arose in 1951 with the death of Henrietta Lack, every laboratory in the world is suspect. And of course, that makes all the scientists very nervous because they're gonna they they say, well, I mean, I don't it surely didn't come out of my lab.
Speaker 0: So in essence, you're talking about a, Chernobyl of molecular biology in a sense.
Speaker 1: Exactly correct. Actually, if you look at the predictions in testimony before Congress, the actual predictions was that a Chernobyl accident, or a Three Mile Island accident was predicted by a physicist to be something like 1 times 10 to the minus 18th.

Speaker 1: That it would happen. Right. Whereas the chance of a biological accident of this nature was 1 times 10 to the times 14th or basically 10,000 times more likely to occur than either a Chernobyl or Three Mile Island.
Speaker 3: Doctor. Strecker, how can you account for the spread of the AIDS virus in such a monumental amount of cases in countries like Brazil or other parts of Latin America or Haiti.
Speaker 1: Right. Again, I think the Haitian explanation is quite simple. If you look in the, May 11th, Monday, May 11, 1987 article on the front page of the One Times. What's documented there is that at the time of the smallpox vaccination campaign of the World Health Organization in Africa in the mid seventies, 15,000 Haitians were in that program in Africa. They were there working.
So it's easy to see how Haitians may have been contaminated And then move back to Haiti, that could explain the outbreak of AIDS in Haiti.

Speaker 1: I feel that this is so and, is one of the most worrying aspects of the case. I feel it's not only, the origin of AIDS that is in question here, it is the conduct of science towards this hypothesis, which has been one of almost, paranoid rejection, I would say, I think I would not exaggerate to describe it as medical sciences' worst hated hypothesis. And there seems to be a great reluctance the public. And so, I think that's the case. I think that's the case.

And obviously it knocks you off your a sense of fairness to have to admit that this, even might have happened, let alone that it actually did happen. That that should be an important piece of legislation that we get passed, and hopefully, Joe Biden would sign that into law.

Although many of the children were healthy and asymptomatic, they had merely tested positive via faulty PCR tests administered through New York's child welfare department who then handed them over to the deadly experiments. Most of the drugs being tested on the children were already known to cause deformities, organ failure, brain damage, and other lethal side effects, and yet the children were required to continue with the drugs regardless of negative side effects. Those administering the drugs were explicitly told that all adverse side effects they witnessed in the children were being caused by the HIV infection and not the drugs. When parents refused to consent to these barbaric trials, children's services took their kids and placed them with foster families or children's homes where participation in the trial would be assured. When the children resisted the deadly drugs, they were brought to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital where plastic tubes were surgically turded into their stomachs, and the deadly drugs they were trying to escape were pumped directly into their bodies.
Once the children died, their bodies were added to a mass grave in Hawthorne, New York, a large pit with astroturf thrown over it. To get around the Nuremberg code, and other laws, the state of New York created a special review board comprised of the hospital stakeholders. One may wonder, other than torturing and killing innocent children, what were they trying to accomplish? They already knew of the negative side effects that these drugs were having on adults. Speaker 0: I'm Kristi Nicola, born July of 1962, rendering me 32 years of age. I was a subject in radiation as well as mind control and drug experiments performed by a man I knew as doctor Green. My parents were divorced around 1966, And Donald Richard Ebner, my natural father, was involved with doctor Green in the experiments. I was a subject from 1966 to 1976. Doctor Green performed radiation experiments on me in 1970, focusing on my neck, throat, and chest.
1972, focusing on my chest and my uterus in 1975. Each time I became dizzy, nauseous, and threw up. All these experiments were performed on me in conjunction with mind control techniques and drugs in Tucson, Arizona. Doctor Green was using me mostly as a mind control subject from 1966 to 1973. His objective was to gain control of my mind and train me to be a spy assassin.
The first significant memory took place at Kansas City University in 1966. Don Evner took me there by plane when my mom was out of town. I was in what looked like a laboratory and there seemed to be other children. I was strapped down, naked, spread eagle on a table, on my back. Doctor Green had electrodes on my body, including my head.
He used what looked like an overhead projector and repeatedly said He was burning different images into my brain while a red light flashed aimed at my forehead. I was taught how to pick locks, be secretive, use my photographic memory, in a technique to withhold information by repeating numbers to myself.
Doctor Green moved on to wanting me to kill dolls that looked like real children. I stabbed Adol with a spear once after being severely traumatized, but the next time, I refused. He used many pain induction techniques, but as I got older, I resisted more and more. He often tied me down in a cage, which was near his office. Between 1972 and 1976, He and his assistants were sometimes careless and left the cage unlocked.
Whenever physically possible, I snuck into his office and found files with reports and memos addressed to CIA and military personnel. Included in these files were project, subproject, Subject and experiment names with some code numbers for radiation and mind control experiments, which I have submitted in your written documentation. I was caught twice, and doctor Green ruthlessly used electric shock drugs, spun me on a table, put shots in my stomach, in my back, dislocated my joints, and hypnotic techniques to make me feel crazy and suicidal. Mitochondrial Toxicity: Long-term use of AZT can damage the mitochondria, the energy-producing parts of cells. This can lead to muscle weakness, fatigue, and lactic acidosis. Gastrointestinal Issues: Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea are common side effects. Headaches and Insomnia Lipodystrophy: Changes in body fat distribution, such as thinning of the face, arms, and legs, with increased fat around the abdomen and back of the neck. Speaker 0: Well, the reason that only one drug has been made available, AZT, because it's the only drug that thus far has been shown in scientifically controlled trials to be safe and effective. It isn't the question of there are lot of drugs around and only one is being released. That's the only one that has been shown to be effective. Well, first of all, it's certainly understandable when you're dealing with a frustrating and very difficult situation such as particularly if you're someone who has the disease or is afraid of getting the disease that things are moving too slow. In fact, we always want things to go more quickly.
If you look at the clinical trials that are going on now, there are a number of drugs that are in clinical trial. Hopefully they will be expeditiously shown to either be safe and effective or will be discarded because they're proven not to be safe and effective. But things are moving along. It's understandable how there's always the perception that things are going slow and I think that just reflects the very difficult nature of the disease and the emotional charged nature of it. Oh, absolutely you can.
You can always make things quicker and that's what we're trying to do is constantly re evaluating, getting outside consultants, re evaluating our own approach approaches that can possibly be changed. We never are complacent to say, yes, this is the best it can be. You can always do things better and that's what we're trying to do. Well, there are a number of drugs that are in trial now. It's difficult to say that one is more promising than the other and that's the reason for the trial to determine if they're promising.
Alpha interferon is one, dideoxycytidine is another, phos carnate, al seven twenty one, all of these are in trial either alone or in combination with AZT. There are several of them now. Well, it's a double edged sword. First of all, the virus can and is being spread heterosexually. That's on the one hand.
On the other hand, it certainly is not spreading in that explosive way that we saw it was spreading through the homosexual population a few years ago. So on the one hand you don't want to be complacent because of that because you know that if you let your guard down and feel that you do not need to be careful, don't have to worry about sexual practices or safe sex or what have you, then what you might see is an increase in cases in the general population. I might point out that the predominant spread into the heterosexual population in this country, in The United States, is predominantly around the HIV drug abusing population and their heterosexual partners. So if you look for example in Manhattan, in South Bronx, in New Jersey or in Miami where there's a high concentration of IV drug abuses, the heterosexual spread is focused in those areas with high IV drug abusing populations. In 1968, Doctor. Gallo was the National Cancer Institute's Project Officer at Litton BioNetics, where new cancer viruses that were descriptively and functionally identical to HIVAIDS were being created and tested. A year later in 1969, Henry Kissinger, while serving as the White House National Security Advisor, selected the option for the use of these bio weapons for the military and by 1970, the United States Defense Department ordered these viruses for use.

He was the first, first presidential candidate in history to actively court the gay vote, I campaigned with him and then many times without him in the Castro up in San Francisco. And that was a time when no politician was going there. Teddy was the only one and then Teddy led the was chair of the Senate Health Committee for 50 years and, his one of his biggest issues was making sure that, that AIDS research was fully funded. He had a a famous battle with Anthony Fauci at that time who was trying to ban, any kind of therapeutic drugs.
He was trying to steer all of the business toward AZT, which was his drug with GlaxoSmithKline, which was then called Viral's Welcome. And there were many most all of the, all of the symptoms, symptomology of AIDS were other diseases that for which there were therapeutic drugs. And Doctor. Fauci was trying to prevent people who were suffering from AIDS from acquiring those drugs and that's why they were then, buyers clubs. You know, the famously the Dallas buyers club.
There were buyers club in all the big cities with gay populations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, etcetera. And they were those were people who were going to foreign countries to buy therapy, illegal therapy to drugs to bring them back to the United States, to give them to people who were suffering from AIDS and who did not wanna get on the AZT regimen, which was killing people.
