Judge Joe Brown tells Kwame Brown that Joe Biden is a huge racist. https://t.co/t6VOaunXdH

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker states they don't like Trump but didn't vote for his opponent, whom they call a "racist dog." The speaker recalls hearing Joe Biden say in 1972 that "Negro children are like roaches" who would "infest" schools, and that "Negroes were animals" who turned streets into jungles. The speaker claims Biden and Senator Eastland had a plan to put "Negro animals in zoos." The speaker asserts the 1981 crime bill, which stipulated five years for one rock, was worse than the 1994 crime bill because it abolished federal parole due to actions by Biden, Dennis, and Eastland.

Speaker 0: I don't particularly like Trump, but I'm not against him. I did not vote for that damn fool that they had running against him, that racist dog, what I heard the first time in 1972 when I was doing an intern thing at a DC think tank when he was out there with James O. Eastland, John B. Stennis Fauber's came in from Arkansas. That's the fool who said they'd never integrate the Little Rock High School. They had Wallace there who was wheeled in and they had Byrd, former Grand Dragon of the Klan, And they were talking about this young man who had a stupid looking duck to you like he was back in the nineteen fifties was the last true yellow dog. Dixiecrat and they were talking about. Joe Biden who got up there and when the speech he gave, I mean, I was really offended. I heard it right outside the State Capitol Building in Dover, which was a rundown, ransackled old house, two fifty years old. And he said Negro children are like roaches. If they're allowed to integrate the schools, they will infest them and they will never be gotten out. Negroes Who said that? Joe Biden said that? Yeah. I heard it. Saw him. He said Negroes were animals, and they turned the streets into jungles. And he and senator Eastland had a plan where they could put all of these Negro animals in zoos. Now we talk about the 94 crime bill. That wasn't shit. The 91 was bad. The 81. Was really bad. The 81 was the one where one rock got you five years which due to some other stuff Biden and Dennis and Eastland did. It wasn't five years with parole. They abolished federal parole. So, you get five years, you get sixty months, and you get released with all good and honor time at fifty six months from federal custody. And then there was that was the '81 when then there was a 79 and the '77. So

Biden's letters, obtained exclusively, reveal his strong opposition to mandatory school busing for integration. He wrote that his bill aimed to stop court-ordered busing, with support from Mississippi senator James Eastland, known for his resistance to desegregation. Biden sought Eastland's help in bringing his anti-busing legislation to a vote and asked for his participation in floor debate. While some argue that Biden's stance on busing should be explained, it is not seen as disqualifying.

Speaker 0: Exclusively obtained some letters written by Biden himself. They strongly opposed mandatory school busing. It was designed to achieve integration and a more equitable place. On March 25, 1977, Biden wrote, my bill strikes at the heart of the injustice of court ordered busing. It prohibits the federal courts from disrupting our educational system. Biden sought and received support from Mississippi senator James Eastland, the democratic chairman of the judiciary committee and a leading symbol of southern resistance to desegregation. He frequently spoke of blacks as, quote, an inferior race. Edge. Eastland and others were partners on several of Biden's anti bussing bills. On June 30, 1977, Biden wrote, dear mister chairman, I want you to know that I very much appreciate your help during this week's committee meeting in attempting to bring my anti busing legislation to a vote. Then in 1978, Biden again asked Eastland to put his anti busing bill before the full senate, writing, your participation in floor debate would be welcome. Most busing programs in America were later abandoned Please stop. After bringing more hardship and equal opportunity to all students. Ronnie Dunn is a professor at Edgeland State University who co wrote the book, Boycotts, Busing and Beyond. He says Biden's opposition to bussing is not disqualifying, but warrants explanation. Speaker 1: Those letters, I find somewhat surprising given, senator Biden's or vice president Biden's current position, and potential candidacy for the presidency and his position as a liberal. Edu those are issues that he's obviously going to have to, answer for. Well, the fact that he would edu Solicit the support of, staunch, segregationists, James Eastland as well as Jesse Helms, edu introducing legislation as opposing busing at that time.

Speaker 0: The $2,100,000 spent to move the accounting center from the courthouse in Media, Pennsylvania, which has been something that has been done for for decades, to the Wharf in Chester, Pennsylvania. Let me explain to you the layout of the accounting center. It is in the middle of a huge parking lot, which sits back on Seaport Drive next to loading docks. It has multimillion dollar connections to the company Power HRG and Super Youth Park Soccer Stadium. The accounting center was on the 1st floor in which there were multiple places to bring in ballots in and out of elevators in many rooms in which workers had access. I was there for 3 straight days. What became of concern was the backroom which had had no observers, no line of sight or transparency into the process. There was no cooperation, complete resistance from election night and every day after. It took until our lawyer got an injunction to get into that backroom in which pre canvassing was transpiring. Even with an injunction which was a joke, we were granted 5 minutes every 2 hours, and the setup was sitting in a chair 20 feet from any physical ballot. I truly wish I had enough time today to to recreate what I witnessed and felt during those moments. But we did not gather here today just for me and my experience, but rather a collection of experience experiences from Americans like myself. What I hope to achieve is for the public to understand is what we is that we have stuck our necks out, have been intimidated, threatened, bullied, has spent countless hours away from our families, friends, and jobs. We have signed affidavits under penalty of perjury, which should be consideration enough to know that this is a very serious issue. I'm here for one thing only and that is to speak the truth. This is not about party. This is about my country. Every American deserves transparency, truth and be able to question those in power without fear of intimidation, bullying or backlash. I hope this committee takes action if needed, and justice will be swift to anyone involved in fraudulent activity. The republic is angry, disgruntled, tired, beaten up, and ready to defend this country.

The speaker argues that the issue of busing is not about north versus south but rural versus urban. They believe that busing in urban areas does not make sense due to integrated facilities but segregated neighborhoods. They predict that young black leaders will support their stance and that pushing busing will set back the civil rights movement. The speaker emphasizes that only federal courts can determine constitutional violations in school desegregation cases and that specific intent to segregate must be proven before busing can be ordered.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: We keep talking about this thing as being north versus south. That's not the issue. It is rural versus urban, and most of the busing that's taking place to date is taking place in rural areas, whether be administratively ordered or court ordered. Now we're moving into applying the same standards to urban areas, and it is a standard that doesn't make sense. It doesn't apply. It doesn't hold. We're moving from trying to in this in in in urban areas, we've had integrated facilities, but segregated neighborhoods. And in rural areas, we've traditionally had integrated neighborhoods but segregated facilities. And they've applied the same standard and the same test. So this north south thing is not really the issue as professor Nathan Glaser at Harvard has indicated, as doctor, Armour of the Rand Corporation, as James Coleman, as I just tell 3 days of hearing 22 days of hearing in judiciary committee on another bill I have beyond this that deals with busing. And there is uniform opinion of those who testified that it is not a north south, it's an urban rural question, a distinction. But no matter what your intent, there are going to be those who say it's a it's a segregated thing. It's a it's a question of of race and that you have set back the movement of desegregation of schools. How would you answer that? The way I answer that is I predict that the young black leadership of America will overwhelmingly decide with me. I predict that in 1980 84, my position will be totally vindicated by the sociologist and by the civil rights after you know, I come from that side of the track. That's where I'm from. I was a defense lawyer. I handle civil rights cases. I sat in on route 40. I mean, I you know, I'm not I'm not from the other side of this, and I happen to think that the one way to ensure that you set the civil rights movement in America further back is to continue to push busing because it's a bankrupt policy. And that's that's that's that's why I think I'll be vindicated. I don't I don't include myself with pro or anti busing force. I think the only group that can determine whether or not constitutional violation existed, the federal courts of the United States of America. No one else has that right. Secondly, a federal court of the United States of America determining a violation of the constitution with regard to school desegregation cases must find that there is a specific intent to segregate before they can order bussing. That I abide by, that I legislate by, that I hold by, and they're they're the standards we should repair to. It's difficult to establish intent, but it's clearly possible. Factually, it can be established. The court has the Supreme Court 8 to 0, 8 to 0, ruled yesterday that they must find that. And you very well know as covering this area as long as you have that there is there are legal standards by which you bring in burdens of proof to establish whether or not there was a specific intent.

We have testimony from multiple witnesses that Joe Biden was the brand. He knew what his son and brother were doing and did nothing to stop it. That alone makes him complicit in a scheme to make money off of his public service. But he was not just complicit. He was as one of today's witnesses has testified, an enabler of this activity. The evidence of the 2 IRS whistleblowers who came to the Ways and Means Committee has been affirmed by volumes of material provided to Congress by the testimony of others, and even by the Department of Justice, who finally brought charges against Hunter Biden that mirror those called for by the IRS investigators. The evidence obtained shows that, 1, Joe Biden met with his son's business partners on multiple occasions. He used an alias to exchange dozens of emails with his son's bookkeeper. He took official government action that suspiciously coincided with those meetings and correspondence. The connections between Joe Biden and his son's business The connections between Joe Biden and his son's business practices extended even to the Biden 2020 campaign. At the height of the Democrat primary, Kevin Morris, a Hollywood lawyer who met Hunter Biden at a Joe Biden campaign fundraiser, paid off Hunter Biden's tax liabilities because there was, in his words, quote, risk personally and politically. If that matter was not swept under the rug, investigators that were interested in pursuing a potential criminal campaign violation were told to stand down. The Biden family relied on the Biden brand so much that evidence has revealed that Hunter Biden believed that quote, all this stuff, meaning his legal troubles, would all go away when his dad became president. Why did he believe that? Because for years, the Biden family has personally benefited from Joe Biden's position of power. Joe Biden knew this, He did nothing to stop it, and he lied about it. Even call centers was rushed overseas in the 100 of 1,000. How many times do you get to call? I'd like to talk to you about your credit card. Again, you have to start off with what they start off with. There's less than 1% of the population Speaker 4: of of Iowa that is, African American. There is probably less than 4 or 5% Speaker 0: of that is, our minorities. What what is in Washington? Speaker 2: I think it's a vast majority. Speaker 0: Yeah. Speaker 4: So, look, it goes back to what you start off with, what you're dealing with. Speaker 0: If you were, you know, the emperor right now, you you're running the show, what are the things that you would do? Lee Kuan Yew, who most foreign policy experts around the world say is the most the wisest man in the orient. Speaker 11: Hunter once re refused a date because of his own Asian hate. Speaker 12: In the 2019 exchange, his cousin Carolyn offers to set him up with one of her friends to which Hunter replied, no yellow. Speaker 0: But there's one more band member that I want you to meet. Ladies and gentlemen, our vocalist tonight, Michael Jackson. Michael, would you please stand? Speaker 13: First son Hunter Biden repeatedly called his white attorney the n word. Speaker 9: He's a grown man. He is the smartest man I know. Speaker 13: Hunter Biden reportedly wrote to his attorney, quote, how much money do I owe you because, n word, you better not be charging me Hennessey rates. In another message, Biden began a text to his attorney with o m g, n word, and Biden responded at one point with true that n word. Speaker 14: He lied to voters according to The New York Times, quoting aids of of Biden's about having marched in the civil rights movement. Speaker 0: And I got involved in the civil rights movement, just as a kid. I came out of the civil rights movement. I was one of those guys that Speaker 15: sat in and marched and all that stuff. Speaker 14: And The New York Times reports, quote, more than once, advisers had gently reminded mister Biden of the problem with this formulation. He had not actually marched during the civil rights movement. And more than once, mister Biden assured them that he understood and kept telling the story anyway. That is really, really weird. Speaker 3: The Washington Post has given president Biden, 4 Pinocchios. Liar, liar, liar, liar. It's how I describe it. For claiming he was arrested as a teenager while attending a civil rights protest in Delaware. They write, quote, the primary source for this story is Biden. We've learned over the years that he's not always a reliable source. Speaker 7: One chapter receiving fresh scrutiny comes from his earliest years in the senate when he strongly opposed mandatory school busing. It was designed to achieve integration and a more education. What's less known is how he followed the lead of some of the senate's most fervent segregationists. Speaker 0: Working with segregationists on an anti bussing agenda is very, very scary. Speaker 15: 1977, Biden worried that his children would grow up in a, quote, racial, his words, jungle if integration is not done in a, quote, orderly way, whatever that means. Speaker 7: On March 25th, 1977, Biden wrote, my bill strikes at the heart of the injustice of court ordered busing. It prohibits the federal courts from disrupting our educational system. Biden sought and received support from Mississippi senator James Eastland, the democratic chairman of the judiciary committee, and a leading symbol of southern resistance to desegregation. Speaker 0: I think the concept of bussing, which implicit in that concept is the question you just asked or the the statement within the question you just asked, that we are going to integrate people so that they all have the same access and they learn to grow up with one another and and and all the rest is a rejection of the whole movement of black pride, is a rejection of the entire black awareness concept where black is beautiful, black culture should be studied, and a cultural awareness of the importance of their own identity, their own individuality. And I think that's a healthy, solid proposal.

Speaker 0: Panic because it's impossible to cover up the inescapable conclusions of the last few weeks. Let me give you 2 of them. 1st, 1, the hard evidence, mister Goldman and everybody else, now proves that the Biden family is hopelessly corrupt and has apparently engaged in a long pattern of extortion, bribery, influence peddling, and tax fraud, and staggering abuses of power. And number 2, we're highlighting here today that we now know that a growing list of the most important executive branch agencies of the Biden administration are in on it. They've also been corrupted. They've been weaponized to help cover all this up. First family's crimes. When we summarize all this stuff, it sounds like a premise of a dystopian novel or something that's actually happening right now on our watch. This is not conspiracy theories. This is evidence. Our hearing today is to put a spotlight on one more of these incredible avenues as of unprecedented corruption and government cover up. And here again, a federal court has just affirmed all that hard evidence. It proves that the White House, the Department of Justice, and the FBI among other agents

Speaker 0: The reason that there is a housing crisis is that not enough houses have been built. Speaker 1: And that we have 25,000,000 people who shouldn't be here. Speaker 0: Well, I mean, this is the thing. I mean Speaker 1: I think it's both. Speaker 0: I I know you do. I I don't think that many people who look into this agree with you, but about a third of the construction workforce in this country is Hispanic. Of those, a large proportion are undocumented. So how do you propose to build all the housing necessary that we need in this country by removing all the people who are working in construction? Speaker 1: I think it's fair question because we know that back in the 1960s when we had very low levels of illegal immigration, Americans didn't buy houses, didn't build houses. But of course they did. And I'm being sarcastic, of course, in service of a point, Lulu. The assumption that because a large number of homebuilders now are using undocumented labor that that's the only way to build homes, I think again the Speaker 0: country trade is is much much bigger. The need is much bigger. I mean, I'm not arguing in favor of illegal immigration. I'm asking how you would deal with the knock on effect of your proposal to remove millions of people who work in a critical part part of the economy. Speaker 1: Well, I think that what you would do is you would take, let's say, for example, the 7,000,000 prime age men who have dropped out of the labor force, and you have a smaller number of women, but still millions of women prime age who have dropped out of the labor force. You absolutely could reengage folks into the American labor market. This is think To work in construction? Of course, you could. Speaker 0: As long as you put this in the is 4.1%. Most people who unemployment Speaker 1: rate, Lulu, this this is important Speaker 0: to But unemployment most people who don't work can't work in the regular economy. They're in the military. Their parents, they're sick, they're old. They might not wanna work in construction. Speaker 1: The unemployment rate is not does not count labor force participation dropouts. And again, this is one of the really deranged things that I think illegal immigration does to our society is it gets us in a mindset of saying, we can only build houses with illegal immigrants when we have 7,000,000, just men, not even women, just men who have completely dropped out of the labor force. People say, well, Americans won't do those jobs. Americans won't do those jobs for below the table wages. They won't do those jobs for nonliving wages. But people will do those jobs. They will just do those jobs at certain wages. Think about the perspective of an American company. Okay? I want them to go searching in their own country for their own citizens. Sometimes people who may be struggling with addiction or trauma get them reengaged in American society. We cannot have an entire American business community that is giving up on American workers and then importing millions of illegal laborers. That is what we have thanks to Kamala Harris's border policies. I think it's one of the biggest drivers of inequality. It's one of the biggest reasons why we have millions of people who've dropped out of the labor force. Why try to reengage an American citizen in a good job if you can just import somebody from Central America who's gonna work under the table for poverty wages? It is a disgrace, and it has led to the evisceration of the American middle class.

Biden has never told the truth in his entire life.. https://t.co/TCsoRdJq9M

Video Transcript AI Summary
Speaker 0 notes that Biden “may have more explaining to do.” Speaker 1 introduces the topic as arising from taped remarks of Biden during an April campaign appearance in New Hampshire. Speaker 2 recalls self-descriptions Biden offered: that he “went to law school on a full academic scholarship,” being “the only one in my class that have a full academic scholarship,” that he “went back to law school” and “ended up in the top half of my class,” that he “was the outstanding student in the political science department at the end of my year,” that he “graduated with three degrees from undergraduate school and a 165 credits, only a 123 credits.” Speaker 1 states that Biden now concedes he did not graduate in the top half of his law school class, that he does not have three degrees from college, and that he was not named outstanding political science student in college. Speaker 0 reports Newsweek’s version: Biden “actually went to school on a half scholarship, ended up near the bottom of his class, and won only one degree, not three.” Speaker 3 adds: “Joe Biden ranked seventy sixth in the class of 85 at the University of Syracuse Law School. I mean, this guy comes off this whole thing as a flyweight.” Speaker 1 repeats that Biden says Newsweek is right and that his memory had failed him. Speaker 2 fires back: “And I’d be delighted to sit down and compare my IQ to yours if you’d like, Frank.” Speaker 1 repeats: “Joe Biden was victimized by the truth.” Speaker 2 concludes with “Bye bye Biden. He may not know it yet, but I think this is very diff going to be very difficult for him to recover it.” Speaker 0 asks: “Is Joe Biden dead meat? Yes or” Speaker 2 responds: “I think so. Bob?
