A timeline of Trudeau's speeches against unvaccinated Canadians shows his shift from warning about divisive impacts of mandates to calling for everyone to get vaccinated. He used vaccines and mandates as election wedge issues and scapegoated unvaccinated Canadians. The Freedom Convoy protested against vaccine passports and mandates, leading to blockades and occupation of downtown Ottawa. Trudeau invoked the Emergencies Act to end the protests. Gaslighting tactics were used to manipulate the public. All scientists and medical experts understood vaccination was necessary, but Trudeau claimed he didn't force anyone to get vaccinated.

Canada is considering requiring proof of vaccination, similar to digital passports in Denmark and the EU. However, there are challenges with this idea. While encouraging people to get vaccinated, there are those who won't due to medical or other reasons. Implementing such measures could have negative effects on the community and country, creating division. The majority of Canadians are willing to get vaccinated, which should lead to a positive outcome without resorting to extreme measures.

Speaker 0: One final question on COVID and then I'd like to pivot to the south if I may, will Canada consider requiring people in this country to have proof of vaccination similar to the digital passports that are being developed in places like Denmark and previously in the EU? Speaker 1: I think it's an interesting idea, but I think it is also fraught with challenges. We are certainly encouraging and motivating people To get vaccinated as quickly as possible. We always know there are people who won't get vaccinated and not necessarily through A personal or political choice, there are medical reasons, there are a broad range of reasons why someone might not get vaccinated, and I'm worried about creating creating knock on undesirable effects in our community. I think the indications that the vast majority of Canadians are looking to get vaccinated, will get us to a good place without having to take to More extreme measures that could have real divisive impacts on community and country.

That is something that we're also applying to everyone who gets on a plane or a train in the coming months in Canada. That's a decision that we're making in order to keep Canadians safe, in order to put an end to this pandemic crisis in Canada, and in order to do that we will be working to with the collective bargaining agents, with the unions, with the various employers within the the public sphere, the federal sphere to ensure that we move forward. We deserve a government that encourages vaccination and prioritizes the safety of its citizens. While everyone has the right to choose whether to get vaccinated, it's important not to put vaccinated individuals at risk. We value democracy and respect differing opinions, which is why we're giving people the opportunity to make their own choices for the future through elections. Our focus has always been on putting Canadians first, and we need everyone to step up and help protect our communities. We need to be strong in the decisions we're taking going forward, and we need to put people First, which we have always done. And I'll be honest, you know, like I do, there's lots of people out there who don't agree with that. And the reality is, that's okay. We're in a democracy. People can make themselves heard. And that's part of why We need to have this moment for people to make that choice for the future. Speaker 0: Are you concerned about your supporters being harassed and subjected to racial slurs? Does it put them in a difficult position to support you? Speaker 1: I won't back down from standing up for Canadians. The election highlights the stark differences in our approaches and the important issues at hand. While there is a small fringe element that spreads hate, the majority of Canadians do not support them. They won't dictate our policies on vaccines or the pandemic. We need strong leadership to recover our economy and keep our kids safe. Aaron O'Toole seems to take cues from these groups, but Liberals will stand up for Canadians. Speaker 2: Does attending events with anti-vaxxer protesters pose a health risk? Speaker 1: Anti-vaxxers pose a risk wherever they go, not just at protests. We will implement measures to ensure the unvaccinated cannot travel, work in public service, or access nonessential services. Canadians have a choice in this election, and it's crucial to move forward in the right way. Aaron O'Toole's suggestion that testing is enough is not acceptable. Liberals will continue to stand strong on this issue alongside Canadians.

Speaker 0: How do you feel as your supporters, I was standing with them for a while, are being screamed at, cursed at? There were some who had racial slurs thrown at them, including some who had very young children there. Do you feel that you're putting them in a bad position to come out and support you? Speaker 1: I can't back down From standing up for Canadians. I won't back down from standing up for Canadians. And I know that our Liberal candidates and liberal supporters across the country are made more determined In seeing just how stark the choices are in this election. I mean, for people who still wonder, you know, Whether or not we really needed an election right now, just take a look at the issues and the intensity of debate Over so many big issues that really matter to Canadians, the clear and stark differences between Our various approaches for this country. Okay. It's clear and stark differences in leadership style. Yes. There is a small fringe element in this country that is angry, that doesn't believe in science, that is lashing out with racist, Misogynistic attacks. But Canadians, the vast majority of Canadians are not Represented by them. And I know will not allow those voices, Those special interest groups, those protesters who can I totally wanna call them protesters? Those anti vaxxer mobs To dictate how this country gets through this pandemic and how we recover our economy Free from lockdowns where people can get back to work and back to doing the things they want to do and keep our kids safe. They don't get to dictate policy of this government. So It is puzzling to people to see that on vaccines and on so many other things, Aaron O'Toole is at least taking some of his cues from them. Canadians need leadership, and I know Liberals across the country are willing to stand up to ensure Canadians get Speaker 0: oh, next question. Hi, mister Trudeau. Speaker 2: You just said that you can't let the quote anti vaxxer mob dictate the future, and you also said that you can't back down. But security aside, do you not feel that your attendance at events like yesterday, where the protesters are largely not wearing masks, there's no social distancing. Does that not pose a health risk to you, your security detail, and your supporters who were there? Some of them were young unvaccinated children as well. Speaker 1: First of all, the idea that those anti vaxxers were choosing not to wear masks for the protest but were about to go Home or to the grocery store or to their, to visit their friends and wear masks is, is simply not true. They're gonna be putting people at risk wherever they go, which is part of why we're gonna make sure the people who choose not to get vaccinated don't get to get on a plane or a train, don't get to work in the public service, don't get, to, you know, by working with the provinces on vaccine certifications and mandates, Don't get to go to movie theaters or gyms, or restaurants and other nonessential services. That's how we keep people safe. And that actually is part of the choice Canadians get to make in this rest in this election. And that's why it's so important to continue To stand strong and determined on moving forward in the right way. Aaron O'Toole basically said that any of those anti vaxxers who were protesting Could be sitting across the aisle from your 12 year old on a flight south in a few months, But they have gotten tested. That's not good enough. That's where we disagree, and that is something we are going to continue To stand strongly on, and Liberals across the country, alongside Canadians who continue to know this is the way forward,

President Macron in France is implementing measures to address this issue. What else will you do to reach these unvaccinated individuals who are causing strain on ICUs? The majority of Canadians have been vaccinated, but it's frustrating for both the government and fellow citizens to see the consequences of unvaccinated individuals, such as delayed cancer treatments and lockdowns. In France, they're bringing in new measures with, what President Macron calls his intent to piss them off. Wondering what you were going to do that you haven't tried already to reach these people who are continuing to clog up the ICUs? Well, I Speaker 1: think, first of all, we do have to recognize that the vast majority of Canadians have stepped up, have been there to get themselves vaccinated, to protect their loved ones, to protect frontline health workers. And that is significant. We're amongst the the the top countries in the world, in terms of citizens stepping forward to do the right thing. So it's not just about governments and health workers frustrated that there are Canadians who still continue, to choose to not get vaccinated, it's fellow Canadians as well. When people are seeing cancer treatments and elective surgeries put off because beds are filled with people who chose not to get to Nate, they're frustrated. When people see that we're in, lockdowns or serious public health restrictions right now Because, the risk posed to all of us by unvaccinated people, people get angry. And we have put forward many, many different measures to encourage, to reassure, to incentivize, to educate, to cajole. To remind people that it's never too late To do the right thing. It's never too late to go and get your 1st dose of vaccine. I can tell you that that frontline health worker Who's giving you your 1st dose of the vaccine even now in January 2022 will be immensely pleased to be able to give you That first dose of vaccine even today because they'd much rather be giving you An injection of vaccine, then intubating you in an ICU.

However, not everyone supports the convoy, as the Canadian Trucking Alliance has warned against disrupting traffic. It's been done before, but the pandemic addition is being led by big rig truckers protesting the end of the vaccine exemption for cross border work. A couple of dozen rigs, a lot of cars left Delta Sunday morning headed east. How do you see it as being unjust? Speaker 1: Because you're forcing it upon people. Choosing between a job or a vaccination isn't a choice. Speaker 0: There's a change that's Happened in the composition of this protest movement. Earlier, you saw people pushing conspiracy theories and things that just weren't true. Now we're hearing from people who say they're just fed up with the restrictions and others who say they've been told they have to get vaccinated Well, they'll lose their job. Speaker 1: I'm a documentary filmmaker here in Vancouver, and I wanted to support the, the truckers, with this convoy that they are starting. Speaker 0: But not everyone's on board with the convoy. Canadian Trucking Alliance doesn't reported and has warned them not to disrupt traffic. Other observers say you've had plenty of warning about the rules, so come on, guys. Speaker 2: It's not that it's kinda was pulled out of nowhere. There has been an opportunity for people to get to be compliant so that they wouldn't be disrupted by it. Speaker 0: Industry advocates Say the rate of vaccination among truckers is about the same as in the general public. I fear that this politicization of the pandemic risks undermining the public's trust in our public health institutions. This is not a risk we ought to be taking lightly. In this last year, Canada has reached one of the highest levels of vaccination in the world. It is something we should be proud of. It is something we should be celebrating. Canada was flooded with misinformation and disinformation, including from foreign sources. Illegal blockades and occupations received foreign funding to destabilize our democracy. Video Transcript AI Summary
The prime minister's governance has contributed to the current polarization in the country. Reacting to social media and the 24/7 news cycle has led to decisions and statements that further amplify existing strong opinions. For instance, during the last election campaign, using the vaccine mandate as a divisive tactic was not seen as helpful. While the speaker acknowledges the importance of vaccines, they emphasize the need to listen to people, understand their perspectives, and work together to rise above daily conflicts. This approach is deemed crucial for effective governance.

Speaker 0: You write that the way that this prime minister has governed in some ways has added to the polarization that we see in this country right now. What does that mean? I mean, these are very polarized times. How has he added to that through the wave governance that you're describing? Speaker 1: My view is when you react to social media, when you react quickly to the 247 news cycle, you find yourself taking decisions, Saying things that that exacerbate the strongly held opinions of the people who are putting out those points of view. Speaker 0: Like what? Speaker 1: Like what I would say a really good example would be the decision, or in the last election campaign, To use the the vaccine mandate as a wedge issue. I didn't see that as something that was helpful. I Obviously, have a point of view on vaccines as being critically important. But I wanna make sure that we listen to people, that we Understand what they're feeling, that we try to work with them, and that we try to rise above that day to day fray. And that's what I think is important for a government.

Scientists, medical experts, and researchers worldwide recognized that vaccination was crucial in overcoming the pandemic. While not mandatory, I ensured that incentives and protections were in place to encourage Canadians to get vaccinated. As a result, our vaccination rates surpassed those of our peer countries, leading to a less severe pandemic. However, there are dissenting voices in the comment section of this livestream. It is important to find ways to protect and address their concerns while fulfilling my duty as prime minister to preserve lives, safety, and democracy.

Speaker 0: And all of the scientists and the medical experts and the researchers, not just in Canada but around the world, understood that vaccination was going to be the way through this. And therefore, while not forcing anyone to get vaccinated, I chose to make sure that all the incentives and all the protections were there to encourage Canadians to get vaccinated. And that's exactly what they did. We got vaccinated to a higher level than just about any other of our peer countries. And that's why we had a less deadly pandemic than most other countries. Now I see a lot of people nodding along with that, but boy oh boy, you know the comment section on the livestream right now is exploding with people who are in deep, deep disagreement with everything I just said. And we have to figure out how to continue to protect those people because my job as prime minister is to keep people alive and keep people safe and keep democracy going whether or not they choose to believe that's what I'm doing or

"The Lawsuit: Michael Flynn & The Boomerang" discusses various individuals who allegedly have damaging information on Michael Flynn, including claims of money laundering, human trafficking, torture, espionage, and bribes. The author questions why Flynn is not taking legal action against these individuals. They also mention Flynn's involvement in the "Pandora Papers" and his alleged role in setting up CIA torture chambers. The author suggests that Flynn may lack funds and highlights the influence of "The Judges" on social media platforms. They outline three challenges Flynn may face in his defamation lawsuit against the author. Overall, the article raises questions about Flynn's actions and financial situation.

@Prolotario1 - Ariel

The Lawsuit: Michael Flynn & The Boomerang Mark Milley 🤡 James Matiss 🤡 Michael Flynn 🤡 What's going on with all these soft supposed veterans who are basically TV generals getting in their feelings? You are not going after Lin Wood? You are not going after William Anderson? You are not going after Adrian J. Wells? You are not going after Mike Gills? All of these people have more damaging info on you that links you to these things below. • Money Laundering • Human Trafficking • Torture • Espionage • Bribes I haven't even begun to post 5% of what these gentlemen have on you. Are you going to sue me because I posted their research on my page as well? Michael Flynn you should feel embarrassed. Mike Gill has revealed to the public your role in the "Pandora Papers". He also follows my page. Why are you not trying to refute those claims? Adrian J. Wells has named you as the individual that assisted and helped set up CIA torture chambers that he was a victim of. And you are not going after him? You want me to lawyer up based on an opinion that basically no lawyer has ever successfully filed against anyone on Twitter/X that you somehow miraculously think you will pull off? 🤣 What's wrong? You usually have goons to take care of the dirty work for cheaper. Wait.... "I think I know what the problem is". You do not have any money do you? This is probably why you had to start the "Reawaken My Bank Account Tour". M. Flynn, I am pretty sure you ate familiar with Nigel Farrage right? Did you know his bank account was frozen? Did you know the people who are responsible for that follows my account? I want you to meet "The Judges" aka (@ROYALMRBADNEWS). Did you know they are directly connected to four Monarchies? They basically control quite a few continents. To be quite honest they are basically the reason I have been trending for the past week or so. Did you also know they have access to the servers on both Gab & Twitter/X? They are basically Zeus. Do you think Elon Musk controls this platform? No! Do you think Linda Yaccarino controls this platform? No! Do you think "The Judges" control this platform? If the answer is no, change that to a yes. Did you know "The Judges" are responsible as to why we no longer see alot of Pedos in Hollywood walking around? Michael Flynn I know exactly why you have a donation box at every tour stop. You right, it is "The Deep State". But it's not the one that Raymond Red Reddington is after in "The Blacklist". Do you know how expensive defamation suits are? You are basically asking your lawyer to do mental gymnastics around all the bureaucratic grammatical red tape there is to prove beyond what is deemed as an opinion in the court of law. Why do you think these types of lawsuits are so rare to win? Then the other hurdle is you have to prove it came from me. Goodluck with that. M. Flynn you do know I have lawyers who follow me right? You do know I show them my post before I make them public right? Now that you have brought attention to my post about why you were pardoned you have inadvertently caused alot people to take a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th look. Otherwise they would have just moved on from the 1st viewing and forgot about it. Michael Flynn I will say this. "The Judges" do not like threats. I think it's best we all play nice while in their backyard. The Olu. Remember when Ogiame Atuwatse III was spotted in London with world leaders? Guess what that meant for The Judges? That they have direct access to all those leaders. Yes, that includes yours truly. The Olu are the reason you will not see any wars between any African countries. The Shadow president of both Nigeria & Ecowas controls Africa military. Who is in direct contact with The Judges'. Donald Trump knows all about them I presume. 3 Problems you face with the lawsuit. 1. Defamatory Statement: The plaintiff (You) must demonstrate that the defendant (Me) made a false and defamatory statement. This statement must be one that could harm the plaintiff's reputation. Didn't you already get Court Martialed before? I bet your fans do not know about that. 2. Falsity: The plaintiff (You) needs to prove that the statement made by the defendant is false. Truth is generally a defense against a claim of slander. So how are you going to prove this without exposing more damaging info that has yet to be shared as a follow-up from that last post that caused you emotional distress? Because that info is actually supported by documentation as well. 3. Damages: The plaintiff (You) must demonstrate that they suffered actual harm as a result of the defamatory statement. This harm can be in the form of financial loss, damage to reputation, or emotional distress. Again how are you going to prove you lost money from a job you no longer have? When you hired Sydney Powell you had to settle for her because you couldn't afford a better lawyer. And we already know she's silly for committing fraud trying to expose voter fraud. M. Flynn, you think I don't know you do not have any money? You might as well ask "The Judges" for a loan because it's more than likely they are the ones responsible for why you can't access any funds outside those donations. That entire tour ain't nothing but 3 Card Monte on wheels. This is not your average account you are dealing with. Shout out to the Olu. Kingdom of Warri. Thug-Life Baby. 😎

The need for court orders and the slow process of AML systems are discussed, along with the suggestion to list individuals as terrorists to act more comprehensively. The reputation of Canada and its economy are seen as at risk, and urgent action is called for. The Deputy Prime Minister emphasizes the seriousness of the situation and the need to restore order. The importance of the Canadian banking system and collaboration among officials is highlighted.

CHRYSTIA FREELAND’S BANK EXEC CONVERSATIONS RE FREEZING PROTESTOR BANK ACCOUNTS, LABELLING AS TERRORISTS FOR FREEZING, USING THE CANADIAN MILITARY, RESTRICTING MONEY MOVEMENT, ETC February 13, 2022 Deputy Prime Minister - DPM Minister of Finance - MOF EMAIL: Subject Readout banks call Email From: Tyler Meredith - Lead Economic Advisor to Justin Trudeau, Chrystia Freeland and Bill Morneau To: Leslie Church - Chief of Staff of DPM and MOF Alex Lawrence - Director of Communications for DPM and MOF Fares Nathoo - Office of DPM and MOF, Director of Issues Management and Parliamentary Affairs Shannon Zimmerman - Office of DPM and MOF, Director of Operations and Senior Advisor Anthony Laporte - Office of DPM and MOF, Director Strategy and Outreach Bud Sambasivan - Deputy Director to DPM and Finance Minister David Hurl - Office of DPM and MOF, Director of Policy A very productive call, with some helpful advice in a few places on framing about the financial system as a whole. Anthony- you may want to see the DPM's exchanges with the new CEO of REDACTED DPM: Let me start by saying all options are on the table and we take very seriously what is happening. Want your inputs on what we might do. Will start with REDACTED, and thank you to REDACTED for what you did this week. REDACTED: Canada's reputation is at stake. Iam very proud of the Canadian banking system this week, we have responded well. But if you have information on particular people we need a way to share that information. The big hole in our financial system is these platforms, which are effectively money service businesses that are not being regulated as such. DPM: And what would you need for us to do on that? REDACTED: I am told that this is a Public Safety lead but if you list them as people subject to sanctions (i.e. as if they are terrorists) we could act swiftly. But we likely need new rules to deal with this kind of situation, especially to regulate the platforms too. What we did on Friday was precisely because of what our AML systems were able to identify. BUT we are taking a big reputational hit, lots of backlash on social media for it. Fox News is telling people to take their money from us. We need your help to find a better way to communicate with Canadians. DPM: Iam very prepared to come out and speak about this. This is an attack on democracy. We need to educate Canadians about this. REDACTED: This also highlights why we need to be concerned about balanced approach between open banking as offense for innovation, while also shoring up our defences. If we are going to respond here, this cannot be just about the banks. It has to be about all of the financial system. There are 6,000 different businesses they could use to move funds in Canada. Canada's reputation is indeed at risk. We need to show the world proactively that we won't let this happen again and that our trade corridors will remain open. We should think about putting the military in place to keep the border crossings moving even after the protestors are removed. To send a clear signal. DPM: Couldn't agree more with those points. We must make clear that 1) we will resolve this 2) we won't let this happen again. Sabia: To your point P e r s about thebroaderfinancial system, what could that mean? REDACTED: Need to include everyone in what you do, not just banks. REDACTED: I am very concerned about the banking system being seen as a political weapon of the government. W We can’t politicize the banks. DPM: Explain that. REDACTED: If we are directed to close accounts, etc. that could be seen by critics as the sector being used as an arm of the government. A few points to keep in mind: Need to start talking about post-pandemic economics. 90%+ of Canadian adults are vaccinated yet we have the greatest restrictions in the OECD. Because of that we are getting lots of questions about what is happening in Canada. Need to show a plan for how to remove restrictions. @RealChadEros - Chad Eros

REDACTED: We need court orders to act. We had identified an individual who is an organizer who had several hundred thousand dollars move into their accounts, we flagged it to Fintrac and started work on a court order and because of the delay of 4 hours, the money was withdrawn before we could stop it. DPM: Was the problem there because of a gap in the current system or because it moves too slowly? REFACTED hours was too long. The problem is AML is focused on finding bad money turning to good. This is about good money turning to bad. As REDACTED said, if we listed them as terrorists we could move fast. And let's be clear, they will eventually all move to crypto. The money has to go somewhere. If we list them as terrorist we could act more comprehensively. REDACTED: To REDACTED’s point we at REDACTED don't even have acourt order yet. We just filed. REDACTED: PayPal and Stripe are big unregulated parts of the system as payment processors. Need to bring them into the regulated system. We have spent billions to work on AML. But the key is having the info to find people. We need to find a wayt to share info. Perhaps we can all build a utility model to share that between government and institutions. REDACTED: Agree with my colleagues. The reputation at Canada is at risk. Just spent a lot of time in the US last week, and we were being called a "joke" by people. I had one investor say "I won't invest another red cent in your banana republic in Canada". That adds to an already tough investment perspective on Canada. In terms of economic impact, we see this stuff cutting GDP by 10 basis points per week in Q1. US already doing better because of lack of restrictions. If you labelled these guys terrorists we could act quickly. We need to bring the privacy commissioner in proactively. This is a national crisis you need to act immediately. DPM: You all need to know, I think this is indeed a crisis. It is a threat to our democracy and to peace, order and good government. I care about privacy but I also care about restoring order in our society. All options are on the table. This is not just a job for Finance, but since the economy has been hit we are very much involved. Please tell everyone you talk to that we will resolve this, and we will not let this happen again. To REDACTED: If the investor you speak of is American, tell them we are not like the USA who had people literally invade their legislature. If they are a Brit, remind them of Brexit. If they are French, remind them of the Yellow Vests. If they are German, look at how badly they are handling Russia right now. Our report card looks not to shabby. And we have come through COVID well. We have avoided so many more deaths and the economy is strong. To REDACTED: I am very resolute in ending this occupation of our democracy. But I will never support negotiating with those who hold our democracy hostage. No good thing comes of that. Let us all live in the truth- the trucker mandate was also imposed by the USA. And the vast majority of restrictions were imposed by provinces, by Conservative governments. Don't be confused that this is about a public policy issue. You don't shut down the Ambassador Bridge because of a public policy view. We have to ensure Canada doesn't enter a post-COVID, January 6th spiral. I hear you all on the importance of talking about this as the financial system, not just banks. I hear you on your concerns about open banking. We all must act as leaders right now. We are considering all options, some of which in normal times would be seen as draconian. And you've all highlighted some ideas we are already looking at. Sabia: We will not take you by surprise, we will keep you updated before we do anything and make sure you are comfortable and that it is implementable. Continued…

DPM: Thank you to all of you. You've done a lot for Canada during COVID. And it matters a lot to me, that as part of our western democracy, we have a banking system in Canada that is anchored by banks owned by Canadians, headquartered in Canada, and that we can get on a call quickly on a Sunday afternoon like this to respond to threats. In Canada, there are several issues with the democratic system, including the King of England owning a significant portion of Canadian lands, a housing crisis, and limited voting rights. Senators, the Prime Minister, and the Premier are not elected by the people, and there is no way to impeach politicians. The Governor General appoints the Prime Minister and Lieutenant Governor Generals. The National Capital Region, including Ottawa and Gatineau, has a large number of government workers. The average public service employee makes $125,300 per year, and taxpayers send $19 billion per year to the region. Lawsuits have been filed against protestors, and there is a growing "freedom fighter" industry. The Charter of Rights and Freedoms has a notwithstanding clause that allows governments to violate rights. Western Separatists have organized protests, but their exclusivity and aggression have caused issues. Canada's borders are open, and mass immigration is justified by low birth rates and an aging population. Dissent from multigenerational Canadians is often labeled as racist.

@RealChadEros - Chad Eros

Canadian "Democracy" (Hunger Games): - The King of England owns 90.3% of Canadian lands - There is a housing crisis - You can only own an interest in an estate, not land - You can't vote for the Prime Minister - You can't vote for Canadian Senators who are appointed by the Prime Minister. They introduce laws to be approved as law and can, and do, block bills by elected officials from becoming law - You can't vote for the Premier - There is no way to impeach a Canadian Prime Minister or any politician, Federal or Provincial - The Governor General, the King's representative appoints the Prime Minister - There is no law or constitutional provision to require the leader of a political party to be the Prime Minister, or to even be an elected official. Constitutionally, the Governor General could appoint anyone they want. - The Governor General appoints Lieutenant Governor Generals to preside over provinces in their legislatures. - Provinces were carved up to make Canada more manageable by the Federal Government. Besides perhaps Quebec they were not formed by self determination the way individual self determining states are. - Canada doesn't have a capital city, it has a National Capital region that includes Ottawa in Ontario and Gatineau in Quebec. Government workers there continue to grow exponentially. There are currently 151,936 Federal workers in the NCR out of a total 274,219 in Canada representing 55% of government workers. - The average public service employee makes $125,300 per year. - Based on this tax payers send the National Capital Region $19 billon per year or $52.2 million per day. - These workers, were encouraged by Ottawa based lawyers, to sue Canadian COVID Mandate Protestors and donors that gave to the protestors, despite fundraiser funds never being delivered to the protestors due to multiple court orders and bank freezes prohibiting the distribution. - Four protest fundraisers raised approximately $14.75 million. Could argue $25.25 million if count the first that raised $10.5 million but was shut down. Only around a million was used or distributed. $5.5 million is frozen to make it available for National Capital Region residents to take in a lawsuit against protestors. - The lead plaintiff of the lawsuit is a Chinese Canadian federal government worker that expressed political ideological views for suing Canadian protestors. During the protest a police complaint was filed against her apartment complex for reigning marbles and eggs down on protestors as they peacefully marched with a City permit on day one of the protest. She complains that protestors were hostile to her after this. - The lead lawyer suing protestors, who has a history of supporting and participating in certain protests, called for the never before enacted Emergency Act (War Measures Act) to be invoked four days into the protest. - Law makers, the Deputy Prime Minister/ Finance Minister colluded with bankers to freeze government protestors and dissidents' assets and bank accounts by labelling them terrorists. They also suggested using the military. - There is a growing "freedom fighter" industry predominantly focused on Charter Rights and Freedoms, fighting criminal charges, fines, and lawsuits. - The First Bill of Rights only applied to the Federal Government - The Charter of Rights and Freedoms applies to all forms of government but has a notwithstanding clause that allows governments to violate Charter Rights and Freedoms for up to 5 years at a time - Governments also get around abiding by Charter Rights and Freedoms by paying businesses, unions, non-profits, charities and private individuals as agents of the government that don't have to abide by the Charter. These organizations could be designated as agents for taking funding, but no lawyers seem interested in pursing arguing this in court, further deteriorating Canadian's rights and freedoms. - There was a large contingency of Western Separatists who organized the United We Roll Western Oil and Gas protest in 2019 who also organized the Freedom Convoy 2022 resulting in a protest in Ottawa. Unfortunately they were too aggressive in ostracizing those not on their inner separatist circle while seeking to control communications and fundraising. They predominantly support their inner circle. Some refer to this as "infighting" when in actuality it is not, since most people were never in that inner circle. - The exclusivity, secrecy and hyper ambition of the separatists is unfortunate as there is phenomenal merit to Western Separatism. - Canada's borders are wide open. in 2022 The federal government let in 1 million immigrants which single handedly grew the population by 2.7% - Multigenerational Canadians have consistently been told the world is overpopulated and government funded news agencies encourage Canadians to have less kids. - The Federal Government justifies mass immigration due to low birth rates and an aging population - Many Canadians express in one way or another their belief that new immigrants, who are protected under the guise of anti racism and anti hate, are foot soldiers against multigenerational Canadians that whish to hold the government accountable. - Dissent from multi generational Canadians is often called racist regardless of whether issues have anything to do with race. This likely divides new non European decent Canadians from others and detours them from learning from multi generational Canadians what the real issues are. - Have fun in the Canadian Hunger Games as we serve the National Capital Region! - GOOD BYE

Did you know (watch for yourselves) - The Canadian Federal Government DENIES freezing Canadian protestors bank accounts? They say it was the sole decision of banks and financial institutions to freeze assets and deny services based on information provided to them by the RCMP. According to Isabelle Jacques Assistant Deputy Minister, Financial Sector Policy Branch, Department of Finance:     “In addition, the order required financial service providers to determine on a continuing basis whether they were in possession of a designated person's property and to disclose to the RCMP or CSIS the existence of such property and any information they could have had about associated transactions.” Watch https://parlvu.parl.gc.ca/Harmony/en/PowerBrowser/PowerBrowserV2/20220503/-1/36971?Embedded=true&globalstreamId=20&startposition=1046&viewMode=3

Dozens of protestors in Ottawa have filed lawsuits seeking millions of dollars in damages from the government, RCMP, banks, and others over the unconstitutional invocation of the Emergencies Act. The lawsuits include Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland, and the Attorney General of Canada. Retired soldiers, police officers, and civilians are among those seeking compensation for arrests, bank account freezes, and other alleged violations of their rights. The lawsuits follow a ruling by Federal Court Judge Justice Mosley that declared the government's actions unconstitutional.

Dozens of Ottawa protestors file several lawsuits seeking tens of millions of dollars from the government, RCMP, banks, and others over the Emergency Act invocation that was ruled unconstitutional. Over the last week, dozens of individuals who were arrested and had their bank accounts frozen have filed multiple lawsuits seeking tens of millions of dollars in damages. The lawsuits include Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Deputy Canadian Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Chrystia Freeland, the Attorney General of Canada, RCMP, banks, and many others, over the invocation of the Emergencies Act—a move that has recently been declared unconstitutional by Federal Court Judge Justice Mosley. Edward Cornell, a retired Canadian soldier, and Vincent Gircys, a retired OPP officer along with 18 others, have filed a lawsuit in Ontario Superior Court against Justin Trudeau, Chrystia Freeland, the RCMP, banks, and several others, seeking $2 million in damages each. Edward Cornell and Vincent Gircys are the two men who became the main applicants in the case against the Canadian government that Justice Mosley ruled in favor of, finding the government's actions unconstitutional over the invocation of the Emergencies Act and the freezing of bank accounts. Clayton McAllister, who is one of the 20 applicants in the lawsuit, spoke with The Canadian Independent and said he was one of the first protestors to be arrested after the Emergencies Act was declared. He said he lied down on his back in the snow in front of a swarm of officers before he was arrested. Clayton says he was "arrested, then taken into a paddy wagon and left in it for 8 hours, then driven out of town and dropped off at a gas station with my cellphone only at one percent." He also says "Police took my keys to my truck, which was parked downtown Ottawa, so I had no way to get my truck. Then two days later, I watched them on TV smash the windows to my truck, and after that, all my bank accounts were frozen." Tamara Lich and her husband, Dwayne Lich, have together filed a lawsuit in Alberta’s Court of King's Bench against His Majesty the King and the Attorney General of Canada, seeking $2 million in damages over the freezing of their bank accounts. Daniel Bulford, a former Royal Canadian Mounted Police intelligence officer and sniper who was part of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s security team, has also filed a statement of claim in Alberta’s Court of Queen's Bench against His Majesty the King and the Attorney General of Canada, seeking $2 million in damages over the freezing of his bank accounts. Thomas James Marazzo, a former military officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, who had his bank account frozen, has launched an individual lawsuit against His Majesty the King and the Attorney General of Canada, seeking nearly $2.4 million. Joanne Cyr Walsh, a senior citizen, has filed a $1.1 million lawsuit in Toronto's Ontario Superior Court against His Majesty the King and the Attorney General of Canada. The Canadian Independent spoke with Joanne and she said, “I am a senior. I was arrested and publicly humiliated. My arrest was captured live on CBC, and it's costing tons of money in legal fees and traveling costs. It is time-consuming and prevents me from earning income as an artist.” She says her bank account was not frozen. Just over two years ago, on January 29, 2022, the Freedom Convoy truckers and protestors descended on the nation's capital in Ottawa to protest COVID-19 mandates and restrictions. Truckers rolled in with horns blaring, guided by police, to park their vehicles out front of the Parliament building and throughout various downtown Ottawa streets. The city of Ottawa became a hot spot for weeks, bringing together thousands of Canadians in frigid temperatures who were sick and tired of the government's mandates and restrictions. On February 7th, 2022, ten days after the Freedom Convoy arrived in Ottawa, residents of the city filed an emergency injunction against the truckers over loud noise related to the constant honking of horns. Superior Court Justice Hugh McLean ultimately granted the injunction for 10 days but also ordered that the truckers and protestors could “remain at liberty to engage in a peaceful, lawful, and safe protest.” Four days later, on February 11, 2022, the Ontario government declared a state of emergency over the protest in Ottawa and another protest that had emerged at the Ambassador Bridge in Windsor, Ontario, blocking portions of the Canada-United States border. Two days later, on February 13, 2022, the protest and partial border blockade at the Windsor border were cleared by police after Superior Court Chief Justice Geoffrey B. Morawetz granted an injunction filed by the Automotive Parts Manufacturers Association and the City of Windsor. The injunction granted “Police or designated agents authorization to remove any vehicles, personal property, equipment, structures, or other objects that impede or block access to the Ambassador Bridge and approaching roadways.” Chief Justice Morawetz’s also ordered that protestors could “remain at liberty to engage in a peaceful, lawful, and safe protest, that does not impede or block access to the Ambassador Bridge and approaching roadways.” The following day, on February 14, 2022, after the Windsor, Ontario border blockade was cleared, the federal government invoked the Emergencies Act against peaceful protestors in Ottawa. This led to an army of police descending on Ottawa, civilians being injured, arrests being made, vehicle seizures, and the freezing of Canadian citizen’s bank accounts. Two years later, on January 23, 2024, news headlines around the world broke after Federal Court Justice Richard G. Mosely ruled on a case brought by several Canadian citizens and civil rights organizations against the government over the invocation of the Emergencies Act and the freezing of Canadians' bank accounts. The ruling found that the federal government's invocation of the Emergencies Act and the freezing of bank accounts was unconstitutional. Justice Mosley excluded three applicants from the case—Kristen Nagle of Canadian Frontline Nurses, Jeremiah Jost, and Harold Ristau—stating that they lacked standing to challenge the case because they were not directly impacted by the Emergencies Act. That left two individuals whom Justice Mosley agreed were directly impacted by the Emergencies Act: Edward Cornell, a retired Canadian soldier, and Vincent Gircys, a retired OPP officer, along with the two civil rights organizations—the Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) and the Canadian Constitution Foundation (CCF)—who assisted the applicants in litigating the case. Ultimately, Mosley ruled that the government's invocation of the Emergencies Act exceeded its legal powers and found that the government violated Canadians' Section 2(b) Charter of Rights, which gives all Canadians the “freedom of thought, belief, opinion, and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication.” Justice Mosley's decision was based on evidence that the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) did not consider the protest a national state of emergency, a requirement for invoking the Emergencies Act. Mosley also ruled that the government's freezing of Canadians' bank accounts violated Canadians' charter rights under Section 8, which states that “everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure.” The Canadian Independent will continue to monitor these lawsuits and bring you any developments along the way.

Health Canada states that approved COVID-19 vaccines reduce the risk of severe illness and death. However, the Public Health Agency of Canada previously stated that there was no evidence on the vaccines' efficacy in preventing asymptomatic infection or transmission. A class action lawsuit has been filed alleging negligence, misinformation, and suppression of vaccine injury information by the government. The government is accused of promoting the vaccines as safe and effective while removing safety standards. The lawsuit aims to hold the government accountable and obtain compensation for affected individuals. In Parliament, a Liberal Parliamentary Secretary confirmed that there was no evidence of vaccine efficacy in preventing transmission at the time of authorization.

How can these two statements from Health Canada be true at the same time? “Only vaccines that meet Health Canada's regulatory requirements for safety, effectiveness and quality are approved for use in Canada. We will eventually find out via the Sakamoto Lawsuit which alleges as follows: “3. Health Canada negligently approved the Covid Vaccines under an expedited process which allowed manufacturers to apply for authorization for the sale and distribution of Covid Vaccines without the completion of all long-term safety studies or commitment to review new evidence about the Covid Vaccine as it become available, much less demonstrate that the Covid Vaccines were “safe and effective” for the general population. 4. By contrast, the Defendants knew, or ought to have known, that Covid Vaccines were neither safe or effective. The Defendants knew of reports of injury and harms caused by the Covid Vaccines and had access to information from the vaccine manufacturers stating the Covid Vaccines were not warranted for safety. Information from the vaccine manufacturers demonstrated various harms and injuries expected from the Covid Vaccines, yet the Defendants: a. Never disclosed this information to the general public or to physicians, and censored and suppressed information relating to the adverse events and injuries from the public; b. Continued to market, promote and distribute the Covid Vaccines as a “safe and effective” vaccine for the SARS-CoV-2 virus or Covid-19 (“Covid”); and c. Coerced and incentivised the public to take the Covid Vaccines while deliberately withholding relevant safety information about the Covid Vaccines which interfered with the public’s ability to exercise their right to full and informed consent to medical treatment. 5. The Defendants held themselves out as public health experts, reporting on behalf of health experts and public health doctors thereby establishing a relationship of trust between themselves and the public during the Covid pandemic at a time when the public was vulnerable, and the Defendants knew or ought to have known that the public would be relying on their information for their health, safety and protection. In public appeals meant to be relied on, the Chief Medical Officer of Health of Alberta routinely referred to all Albertans as her “patients” and issued 113 public health orders known as Chief Medical Officer of Health Orders (“CMOH Orders”) ultra vires to Section 29.(2.1) of the Public Health Act, RSA 2000, c P-37 (the “Public Health Act”) which included restrictions to Albertans not vaccinated for Covid. On July 31, 2023, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench determined that the CMOH Orders were ultra vires the Public Health Act. 6. The Defendants misrepresented the safety and efficacy of the Covid Vaccines and encouraged, and even implored, the public to trust the Defendants for their health, safety and protection. Further, the Defendants censored and suppressed information relating to the adverse events and injuries from the Covid Vaccines to influence public confidence in the Covid Vaccines and maintain trust in the public health authorities. The collective conduct of the Defendants to keep this information suppressed from the public in a manner which amounted to a conspiracy to commit assault and battery which deliberately interfered with the public’s ability to exercise their right to informed consent to medical treatment. 7. The Defendants knew, or ought to have known, that the Covid Vaccines would cause damage to the public, including the Plaintiff, and the Defendants, conspired to commit assault and battery, and failed to take adequate measures, or any measures, to prevent harm to the public, including the Plaintiff. 8. The Plaintiff alleges that the Defendants acted negligently, breached their public duty, or in the alternative made representations in furtherance of a conspiracy to commit assault and battery and committed malfeasance in public office in doing so.” https://rathandcompany.com/covid-19-vaccine-class-action/

🚨MEDIA RELEASE🚨 Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Federal and Provincial Government for Misinformation and Negligence about risk and dangers of Covid-19 Vaccines A class action lawsuit has been filed by Rath & Company on behalf of Albertans harmed by the Covid-19 vaccines (the “Covid Vaccines”). This legal action is centered around allegations of unlawful, negligent, inadequate, improper, unfair, and deceptive practices by the Defendants in relation to the warning, marketing, promotion, and distribution of the Covid Vaccines. Carrie Sakamoto who filed the claim individually last year, is listed as class representative for the proposed class action lawsuit. The lawsuit, filed in the Court of King’s Bench in Lethbridge, Alberta, against the Government of Canada and Province of Alberta (the “Defendants”). The lawsuit claims that the Defendants were negligent, provided information they knew to be false and incomplete, and that they censored and suppressed truthful and reliable information about vaccine injuries thereby vitiating informed consent and causing harm to Ms. Sakamoto and many others in Alberta. The lawsuit goes on to allege misfeasance in public office and conspiracy to commit assault and battery on the public. Jeffrey Rath, lead counsel on the case, says: “I think Canadians will be shocked to learn about the rushed changes to safety standard for the Covid Vaccines which removed the requirement for the Covid Vaccines to be either “safe or effective” while, at the same time, the Defendants promoted, distributed, and marketed the Covid Vaccines as “safe and effective” to the public. And the Defendants didn’t stop there, they went further by coercion the public to take the Covid Vaccines by stripping rights from them or providing financial incentives for taking the Covid Vaccines. What does that do for informed consent? Does this amount to a conspiracy to commit assault and battery on the public? These are questions that we are asking the court to determine. And, I think, the public deserves some answers.” “The Government of Canada has already conceded, to the Public Accounts Committee, that the contracts with the manufacturers were rushed, did not contain the normal standards, and provided additional indemnities in favour of the manufacturers,” Eva. Chipiuk co-counsel on the case goes on to say. “The Defendants held themselves out as public health experts and gave medical advice to the public at large. They intentionally set out to build a relationship of trust between themselves and the public during the pandemic at a time when they knew the public was vulnerable and afraid. They knew or ought to have known that the public would be relying on their information for their health, safety and protection.” The class action represents all impacted individuals in Alberta. If you have been injured or otherwise adversely affected by the Covid Vaccines and with to join this class action lawsuit, please register by completing the online form at https://rathandcompany.com/vaccine-class-action/. Should the Court grant permission for this action to proceed as a “Class Action” (also known as “Certification”), you may qualify as a class member whether or not you have registered. Millions of Canadians relied on the representations of the Defendants at a time when they were particularly vulnerable. We now know that many Canadians suffered physical and psychological injuries due to the misinformation and negligence of the Defendants. This proposed class action lawsuit seeks justice for individuals who have suffered physical and psychological injuries or death due to the alleged negligence and misconduct by the Defendants in respect of the Covid Vaccines. It aims to hold the Defendants accountable and obtain compensation for those adversely affected.

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith's office is in damage control following allegations of collusion between AHS lawyers and her staff to file a fraudulent court application against me. I possess documents with AHS lawyer stamps and signatures that contradict their denials. This situation is embarrassing and damaging. I urge Premier Smith to investigate AHS's misuse of taxpayer funds, which has exceeded $10 million, instead of providing essential cancer care. Additionally, I call for the resignation of her Chief of Staff and Communications Staff for their role in this issue.

BREAKING NEWS: Alberta Premier Danielle Smith's Office is now in damage control! Desperate denials are being sent out to 1000s who wrote to Premier Danielle Smith's office, regarding Alberta Health Services (AHS) lawyers collaborating with Premier's Staff to file a fraudulent Court Application to have me imprisoned for 83 days. Stop the denials! I have the documents from Premier's Office with AHS lawyer stamps, names and signatures on them. This is beyond embarrassing. Anytime anyone uses the phrase "categorically false", everyone knows they're lying. Enough already. Alberta Premier's Correspondence Unit is lying and only making the situation worse. I call on Premier @ABDanielleSmith to launch a formal investigation into AHS lawfare against my family - where AHS used leaked UCP government documents (AHS lawyers signed their names on them and filed them as sworn Affidavits) and misused millions of Alberta taxpayer dollars for a criminal purpose in violation of section 346 of the Criminal Code of Canada. AHS has wasted over $10 million in legal fees persecuting my family - that money should have gone to treat cancer patients instead, since Alberta has some of the worst Cancer Care anywhere in the world and Cancer patients are dying without even being seen by AHS, like 41 year old Edmonton resident Steven Wong who was denied Cancer care by AHS for 3 months and died on a WAIT LIST. I also suggest the Premier's Chief of Staff and Communications Staff resign now, and accept responsibility for this mess. Someone should find out who leaked confidential government documents to AHS and then fire the Premier's Office Staffers who can't be trusted with even the most basic security measures. #ableg

They’ve uncovered a new way to destroy companies: 30 tech founders were secretly debanked. No warning. No explanation. No appeals. Pure, silent government power. https://t.co/iKPn9XmI82

Operation Truck Point began 15 years ago, targeting legal marijuana businesses, gun shops, and later extending to tech founders and political opponents. Under the Obama administration, legal marijuana businesses were effectively de-banked, forcing them to operate in cash without access to banking services, payroll, or insurance. This issue has resurfaced, with around 30 tech founders de-banked in the past four years, reflecting a troubling pattern. The lack of due process in these actions raises significant concerns, as there are no clear rules, courts, or avenues for appeal. This situation has led some to support alternative political figures, feeling unable to operate in a system that penalizes legal businesses without accountability.

Speaker 0: This started about 15 years ago with this thing called Operation Truck Point where they decided to, as marijuana started to become legal, as prostitution started to become legal and then guns, which there's always a fight about. Under the Obama administration, they started to de bank legal marijuana businesses, escrow businesses and then and then and then gun shops just like your gun manufacturers and just like you're done, you're out of the banking system. And so if you're running a medical marijuana dispensary in 2012, like you guess what? You're doing your business all in cash because you literally can't get a bank account. You can't get a Visa terminal. You can't process transactions. You can't do payroll. You can't do direct deposit. You can't get insurance. Like, none of that stuff is you've been sanctioned. Right? None of that stuff is available. And then this administration extended that concept to apply it to tech founders, crypto founders, and then just generally political opponents. Yeah. Yeah. So that's that's been, like, super pernicious. I wasn't aware of that. Oh, 100%. And it's called so it's Operation Short Point 1.0 was 15 years ago against the pot and the guns. Short Point 2.0 is primarily against their political enemies and then to their disfavored tech startups. And it's hit the tech world, like, we've hard. We've had, like, 30 founders de banked in the last 4 years. For real? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's been it's been a big recurring pattern. 30. This is one of the reasons why we ended up supporting Trump. It's like we just can't we can't live in this world. We can't live in a world where somebody starts a company that's a completely legal thing, and then they literally, like, get sanctioned, right, and embargoed by the United States government through a completely unaccountable no. By the way, no due process. None of this is written down. There's no rules. There's no court. There's no decision process. There's no appeal. Who do you appeal to? Right? Like, who do you go to to get your bank account back?

Speaker 0: Hi. My name is Carrie, and I live in the small village of Scotland, Ontario with my husband, Rich, and our golden retriever, Kenzie. We are average Canadians who work hard and love our country. The past 4 years have been extremely difficult for me. I've lost friendships. I've seen families break up and witnessed many people, many Canadians suffering at the hands of our government's overreach, our lives were turned upside down when my husband and I had to make the choice between a vaccine, an experimental vaccine, or our jobs. If that wasn't traumatic enough, on February the evening of February 18, 2022, I received a phone call from my husband who is at work. He said I needed to check our bank account. I immediately logged in, and all I saw were dashes. I remember the feeling like it was yesterday. It was like somebody kicked me in the stomach. I started to hyperventilate, couldn't catch my breath. Why was this happening to us? Where was my money? When was I gonna get my money back? Was I gonna get my money back? How was I gonna prove how much I had in my bank account? So many questions. My husband trying to calm me down, telling me, you know, you gotta a breath. You gotta breathe. But so many questions, like, how was I gonna pay my mortgage? My mortgage payment was coming out. How was I gonna pay my other bills? How was I gonna get money to buy food? How was I gonna put fuel on my vehicle? I spent many sleepless nights worrying, sick to my stomach. So many questions, no answers, and still to this day, no one has told us why this happened to us. I am a shy person, a quiet person. I like to stay in the background. So this lawsuit is so much out of my comfort zone. Asking for money is way out of my comfort zone, But this lawsuit is so very, very important. We need to hold them accountable. No nobody should feel the level of betrayal, the level of fear, the level of unknown, the level of anxiety that myself and many Canadians felt. We have to make sure this level of unlawful cruelty does not happen to any other Canadians. We are fighting for all Canadians, so we really need your support. Please give what you can. I laugh in nervous situations... when you hear me laugh it sounds cynical... ... if you give me ten years I may as well get MAID. Dont want to live in country where thats the punishment for standing up... I had to bring up remorse. I am sorry for what I did. The uncomfortable people went through. Ive been living that for years. Its [1000+] days since arrest... Ive lost friends... I wouldnt suggest anyone follow in my path. I wouldnt allow anyone to do what I did and Id scream at them at top of lungs. If your honour is worried about lesser sentence because may not send a message... I have a message. Think of the cost. Im over 250,000$ into lawyer, into funds... had to rely on begging online. I do not have access to my funds. ...Canadians saw hardship in my actions and no one wants to do what I did. You will never see me in this town again. I make a solemn promise. I will never be here again except for court. I just want to live my life. I want to be in a hole and die sometimes... Im done. I dont want anything to do with it anymore. End of Pat King's statement ----------------------------------- Now for return date. Please note my notes are not verbatim. There are sections I miss. Thank you so much for following along. Covering these trials has been one of the most difficult and important things I've ever done. It's the end of a chapter and it's fitting that King got to finally speak. 9:15 February 7th for the sentencing.

I filed a lawsuit against two school districts because they allowed a male identifying as female to compete against my daughter in cross-country races. This individual won first place, and I believe these schools are violating Trump's executive order and should lose their funding.

NEW: A Pennsylvania mother has filed a lawsuit against two school districts on behalf of her daughter after both districts allowed a male pretending to be a female to compete against her daughter in cross-country races. The male, who runs on the Plymouth Whitemarsh girl's track team, took first place in a September race, beating all other female competitors. These schools are violating Trump's EO and should be stripped of all funding immediately.

The Alberta government has frozen my Stripe account, Twitter income, newsletter income, and my GiveSendGo legal fundraiser, totaling over $199,370. This unprecedented attack on my family comes from Premier Danielle Smith's administration, which has previously reinstated doctors accused of serious crimes. I have faced threats and legal challenges, but my supporters have raised significant funds to help me fight back. Despite these challenges, I remain in good health and committed to exposing the corruption within Alberta's healthcare system. Thank you for your support!

@MakisMD - William Makis MD

BREAKING NEWS: Alberta Government has FROZEN my Stripe Account, @X or Twitter income, newsletter income, and GiveSendGo $199,370 Legal fundraiser! Alberta Premier Danielle Smith's government has viciously attacked my family again, this time it is trying to bankrupt my family while raiding my income sources! This is an unprecedented attack on any physician in Canada (this has never been done!) God help you if you're helping Cancer patients, that is the message from Alberta Premier @ABDanielleSmith who has collaborated with a Trudeau-appointed Judge (Justice Avril Inglis) in this latest attack on my family. This is the same UCP government that gave medical licenses back (during 2021-2024) to doctors who were trafficking and sexually assaulting children as young as 5 years old (Dr.Fred Janke, Dr.Ghassan Al-Naami) This is a crime already reported to @EdmontonPolice and @RCMPAlberta, however, they refuse to act. Alberta Health Services filed fraudulent Court Applications, and received fraudulent "enhanced" Cost awards from a @JustinTrudeau appointed Judge - Justice Avril Inglis, who has spent the last 5 years putting this attack together in collaboration with Alberta Health Services, against my family - an extortion plot that has cost Alberta taxpayers already over $10 million in legal fees (not counting the bribes to the Judges involved) To summarize: My Stripe account has been frozen My @X income is being stolen (attn: @ElonMusk) My newsletter income is being stolen My @GiveSendGo Legal fund frozen and $199,370 stolen, and blocked from being able to raise any further funds. TIMELINE of EVENTS: Nov.2, 2024 - Premier Danielle Smith wins 91% support at UCP Annual AGM and remains as UCP leader, promising to clean up AHS and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta Nov.14, 2024 - I was privately threatened by Alberta Health Services and by Premier Danielle Smith's Office with 83 days imprisonment with a non-legal document Dec.9, 2024 - AHS Filed a Court Application to have me imprisoned for 83 days using illegally leaked confidential communications between me and Alberta Premier Danielle Smith's Office about sabotage of my Cross Cancer Institute Cancer Program that led to cancer patient deaths during 2016-2024 Dec.16, 2024 - My GiveSendGo Legal fund raised over $150,000 in two days! Feb.10, 2024 - I was privately threatened by Dr.Scott McLeod, Head and Registrar of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta, who said they will come after my social media accounts, if I don't start removing them. Feb.14, 2024 - My Twitter was hacked by Montreal hackers who may have been hired by Alberta Health Services or College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta Feb.18, 2024 - Twitter support restored my account the same morning that the Montreal hackers deleted all of my Ivermectin Cancer Testimonials! Feb.20, 2024 - I received notice from Stripe that my Stripe account has been frozen by Alberta govt and all funds will be seized I am officially the most attacked physician in Canada and probably the world. 😔 This is the part of the story where I state unequivocally that I am in excellent health, mental health and have no intention of harming myself. Should any harm come to me, the police needs to raid the offices of @FieldLaw headed by AHS lawyer Mark Jackson and AHS and College of Physicians Head Offices in Edmonton. That being said, here are some POSITIVES!: 1. My legal counsel @KitchenWellsLaw and I have eliminated the threat of 83 days imprisonment 2. My supporters raised over $199,000 on my GiveSendGo Legal fund and privately, an American donor has pledged another $100,000 to help me fight corruption here in Alberta 3. Alberta Premier Danielle Smith's government is collapsing amidst allegations of corruption that are coming from Alberta Health Services CEO who initially worked with her to threaten my family with imprisonment. Now this same AHS CEO, fired by Danielle Smith, is accusing the UCP government of extensive corruption in healthcare. 4. I have exposed Stripe as a fully compromised payment provider. 5. @ElonMusk should see that @X Ad Sharing Revenue through Stripe is also fully compromised 6. GiveSendGo is compromised as well. In fact, GiverSendGo completely disabled my Campaign, which it wasn't legally obliged to do. This makes them potentially worse than GoFundMe and the Canadian Trucker Scandal. "At this time we have disabled your campaign to prevent further donations while your funds remain on hold by our payment processor" So GiveSendGo has blocked my ability to defend myself. Thank you all for your incredible support!! I am a little bit stunned at the recent shocking developments, and I consider this to be the biggest scandal in Alberta's recent history. Whatever funds the Alberta Government steals from my sources of income that feed my family, Albertans should know that it cost Alberta taxpayers over $10 million that was spent on corrupt AHS & CPSA lawyer legal fees (not counting the bribe money that went to the Trudeau Judges that organized all of this, led by Justice Avril Inglis and Chief Justice Kenneth Nielsen, both at Court of King's Bench in Edmonton (along with Justice Dawn Pentelechuk, a Trudeau appointed judge who blocked all of my appeals) Thank you all for your incredible support and God bless you all! I have the largest Ivermectin Cancer Clinic in the world and hundreds of testimonials of patients getting healed. Many Stage 4 cancer patients becoming cancer-free. @joerogan I realize that makes me a target - and now you all see what a "conservative" government is capable of. It's here out in the open, for all to see. The lawfare. The fraud. The corruption. And it's as ugly as you can imagine. I will get through this. I have a strong family and if God is with me, who can prevail against me? 🙏

Such an insane story from an accountant of how the CRA is freezing people‘s bank account’s and turning them homeless over BOGUS filings that they made on behalf of the individual. Mind blowing. https://t.co/7W4LU5ScO5

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker expresses frustration with Revenue Canada's alleged aggressive actions against taxpayers, citing over 20 years of experience. They claim Revenue Canada is filing taxes for clients, leading to bankruptcy with no recourse, and that many people are unaware they can fight back. The speaker describes a client who didn't file taxes for two years due to life circumstances. Revenue Canada allegedly filed for her, assigning a $400,000 income during COVID, then imposed a $98,000 penalty and $54,000 in interest. After the speaker refiled for 2019 and 2020, Revenue Canada allegedly froze the client's bank accounts, seized her funds, and is now refusing to accept the 2019 filing. The speaker asks how many people have had their lives ruined or gone bankrupt due to Revenue Canada's actions. They claim Revenue Canada is applying rules that aren't legal, such as keeping refunds from business owners who haven't filed taxes for two years while still charging them penalties and interest if they owe money. The speaker urges people to fight back and unite against these allegedly unfair practices.

Speaker 0: Good morning everybody. I'm making this video because I just got fed up. I've been doing income tax returns for a long time. Think about it over twenty years of my life and I have never seen the Revenue Canada come after people the way they have been. They have been filing taxes for the client, for businesses and actually making them to the point of bankruptcy, giving them no option to fight back and majority of people come across when they receive those letters they have no idea they actually can fight back and they're lost. I have a client who, did not file her taxes for two years, something happened in her life and this is prior COVID so this is twenty nineteen-twenty twenty and in 2021 then you know just a lot of things happen in our life, things happen in our lives and so she then Revue Canada decided to file for her giving her an income of $400,000 especially in Covid because in Covid no one was working so why is this woman earning 400,000? That makes no sense. But anyway so they end up going and they filed, they give her a notice of assessment, then they give her a penalty of $98,000 fine for filing late, then they decided to add $54,000 of interest on top of that. So we've been fighting this case for two years now. We refiled her 2019 and 2020 saying that no she did not earn $400,000 and you know they took no deductions off this income. They sent her a bill again and they actually went into her bank account, froze her accounts, took all the money left that she had in her account and she's about to become homeless. This is unfair and I'm fed up and need more people to step up and fight this. You have rights as a taxpayer. They cannot just file for you and tell you, sorry, too bad so sad. This is the way it goes. I filed her 2019 and 2020 and 2021, and we've been filing it since. Now Revenue Canada decided that they will not accept her 2019 filing. So she's really been wronged. My question to you is, how many people do you actually know that Revenue Canada has come and ruined their lives? How many people have gone bankrupt because Revenue Canada decided that you owe so much money? Majority of people have no idea they can fight back and say no I have a right, I have proof, and I'm gonna fight this. This is becoming so unfair, so many things that it's been happening behind people's backs. We're also busy thinking, you know, of tariffs and so many other things while revenue canvas sneaked in there. And they're just applying rules that actually are not even legal. Did you know now that if you as a business owner, if you have not filed your taxes for two years or your HST and if you have a refund, they'll keep it. They said sorry but you're a specified person we're keeping your return but if you owe them they will charge you plus interest plus penalties And if you don't pay them, you will go to the collection agency. After they send out the letter, if you don't reply and do nothing about it, they will come into your bank account and freeze your accounts and take whatever money you have left. Or if you have tons of money, they will take it all. But I'm here and I'm pissed off, and I'm sick and tired of having people come into the office crying. Their entire life has been messed up. This is so unfair. If this is happening to you or anybody you know, we need to come together. This is unfair.

I shared transcripts from a call about the freezing of bank accounts, highlighting how bank CEOs suggested labeling working-class Canadians as terrorists to expedite actions without evidence. There were discussions about potentially using the military to manage border crossings post-protests and concerns about politicizing the banking system. I expressed alarm over sharing personal information between government and banks, emphasizing the need for transparency. I also referenced Freeland's notes, which reveal troubling attitudes toward everyday Canadians.

@LichTamara - Tamara Lich 🇨🇦

Transcripts below from a Feb 13, 2022 call regarding the unlawful and unconstitutional freezing of bank accounts…. Bank CEOs giving advice on how to speed up the process despite having none of that pesky evidence. All the government has to do is label working class Canadian citizens as teRr0r1sts. It’s really that easy…. There’s a lot to digest here 👇🏼

@LichTamara - Tamara Lich 🇨🇦

“We should think about putting the military in place to keep the border crossings moving even after the protestors are removed. To send a clear signal.”

@LichTamara - Tamara Lich 🇨🇦

“I am told that this is a Public Safety lead but if you list them as people subject to sanctions (i.e. as if they are terrorists) we could act swiftly. But we likely need new rules to deal with this kind of situation, especially to regulate the platforms too.”

@LichTamara - Tamara Lich 🇨🇦

“I am very concerned about the banking system being seen as a political weapon of the government. We can't politicize the banks.” DPM: Explain that... “if we are directed to close accounts, etc. that could be seen by critics as the sector being used as an arm of the government.”

@LichTamara - Tamara Lich 🇨🇦

“As (person), said, if we listed them as terrorists we could move fast.”

@LichTamara - Tamara Lich 🇨🇦

Excuse me?!? Share private and personal information between government and institutions? “We have spent billions to work on AML. But the key is having the info to find people. We need to find a way to share info. Perhaps we can all build a utility model to share that between government and institutions.”

@LichTamara - Tamara Lich 🇨🇦

Read this. And then read it again. 👇🏼 Former Deputy PM Freeland and the finance arm of the Canadian government thought using our military against us was just fine “to send a clear message.” https://t.co/OuFq8ZIJ9d

Freeland’s own handwritten notes from this same call….

@LichTamara - Tamara Lich 🇨🇦

I saved a lot of evidence from the POEC but this morning I am going to share with you the (very poorly) handwritten notes from PM wannabe Chrystia Freeland. This should provide some insight as to how she really feels about everyday, hardworking Canadians who just wanted to feed their families….

I want to share something alarming: Meta AI may have permanently defamed me by distributing numerous AI models that contain harmful content about me. Many of these models are now offline and will never be updated, meaning the defamation will persist indefinitely. Additionally, these models have been used to create thousands of apps that could also spread this defamation. This situation has escalated the potential damages we anticipated when we filed our lawsuit, and it feels like there's no way to reverse the harm done.

@robbystarbuck - Robby Starbuck

Want to hear something crazy? Meta AI will likely defame me for life because they shipped tons of downloads of their AI models that defame me. Possibly millions. We have to find out. Many of those models are on computers now disconnected from the internet and they will ALWAYS defame me because they don’t get updated. That means ongoing damages for life. Oh and those models were used to create thousands of apps who may also defame me. The genie isn’t going back in the bottle. This has unleashed defamation for life against me. This is a massive escalator to the damages we knew about when we filed our lawsuit.

@robbystarbuck - Robby Starbuck

Today I’m announcing a major multi-million dollar defamation lawsuit against @Meta, the owner of @Facebook & @Instagram. The case is WILD and has implications for ALL OF US. On top of falsely calling me a criminal, Meta suggested my kids be taken from me. Here’s a summary of events: This all started with Meta’s AI falsely claiming that I was charged with a crime from January 6th but… I wasn’t even in DC that day (I was in TN) and I’ve never been charged with a crime IN MY LIFE. We found this out in August of 2024 when I was exposing woke policies at Harley Davidson. One dealership was unhappy with me and they posted a screenshot from Meta’s AI in an effort to attack me. This screenshot was filled with lies. I couldn’t believe it was real so I checked myself. It was even worse when I checked. From that day I’ve faced a steady stream of false accusations that are deeply damaging to my character and the safety of my family. This sounds bad, right? It gets MUCH worse. Meta was notified LAST YEAR by my lawyers, yet the defamation continues today. Some lies Meta spread about me: • Meta’s AI claims that I’ve appeared on Nick Fuentes show, that I’ve spoken at his rallies, and that I’ve supported him. I’ve never met him and this is all false. • Meta’s AI claims I’ve engaged in Holocaust denial. I’ve NEVER denied the Holocaust. • Meta’s AI tells advertisers NOT to advertise with me because of the lies it invented. • Meta tells employers NOT to hire me because of the lies it invented. • Meta suggested that MY KIDS BE TAKEN FROM ME because it would be better for them to be raised by someone more friendly to DEI and transgenderism. • Meta’s ironically claimed that I’ve been sued for DEFAMATION and EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. I’ve never been sued for either. I’ve tried to fix this privately since last year. Instead of fixing this and instituting safeguards, Meta has given us the runaround. Meta later BLACKLISTED my name from being searched (insane) but it didn’t end the defamation because Meta includes my name in news stories. You can then ask for more info about me. If you do that, Meta goes back to defaming me. In fact, the lies this week are the worst yet! Meta’s AI admits that a false accusation over J6 is extremely harmful to whoever is accused. It even agrees that a court is LIKELY to rule that this was defamation with ACTUAL MALICE. With my lawsuit today, I intend to MAKE @finkd @Meta solve this problem. Why is this so important? While I’m the target today, a candidate you like could be the next target, and lies from Meta’s AI could flip votes that decide the election. YOU could be the next target too. That’s why I’m taking on this David vs. Goliath fight. For me, my honor, my family, for our elections, and FOR YOU! Video Transcript AI Summary
Robbie Starbuck is suing Meta for multi-millions, alleging its AI falsely claimed he pled guilty to disorderly conduct and was at the January 6th Capitol riot, which he denies. He says Meta's AI also linked him to extremist groups, advised against hiring him or advertising on his show, and suggested authorities should consider removing his parental rights due to his views on DEI and transgenderism. Starbuck claims this began in August 2024 after a Harley Davidson dealership posted a screenshot of Meta's AI falsely accusing him of being at the Capitol and linked to QAnon. He says Meta's AI also falsely stated he was arrested, is a white nationalist supporter, supports Nick Fuentes, and denies the Holocaust. Starbuck says Meta's AI admitted that these lies could be considered malicious. After he contacted Meta, they blacklisted his name on their AI, but it still defames him if his name isn't directly used in the initial query. He believes Meta's actions have led to increased threats against him and his family, including a recent arrest of a man who wanted to kill him.

Speaker 0: What would you do if you woke up one day to learn that one of the most powerful companies on earth was telling the public that you were arrested for a crime that you never committed? Meta's AI falsely claimed that I plead guilty to disorderly conduct. Conduct. These lies were detailed suggesting that authorities should consider removing my parental rights. It had claimed I had been arrested and charged with a crime. This is Meta's AI. Physical threats to my life, my children, and my wife have exploded. This has included a recent arrest in Oregon of a man who wanted to kill me. Imagine learning that one of the most powerful corporations on earth was telling the public that you were a criminal. This has been happening to me for nearly a year, and it could happen to you next. That's why today, I am announcing that I have filed a major multi million dollar lawsuit against Meta, the owner of Facebook and Instagram. While I'm the plaintiff in this case, if you're a sane person who doesn't want to live in a world where Mark Zuckerberg's AI can destroy lives and reputations, then this lawsuit is also for you because you might be next. Now before I jump into the details of what they've done to me for nearly a year, I'm warning you now that you may be picking your jaw off the floor by the end of this because the facts of this case are truly hard to believe. What you're about to hear are parts of a conversation I had with Metas AI this week after receiving a tip. Not only does Metas AI falsely claim that I plead guilty to disorderly conduct over the events of January 6, but it has claimed for nearly a year now that I was at the Capitol in DC on 01/06/2021. Just to be very clear, I was right here at my home in Tennessee that day. I wasn't even in DC at any time near or around January 6. And before the end of this report, I'll also show you chilling video of Metas AI suggesting that authorities should consider removing my parental rights so that my kids can grow up in an environment more accepting of DEI and transgenderism. As a quick disclaimer, you might hear our baby in the background because he was with me when my wife recorded this. And also, the AI was not asked in any way to deviate from its training, and it was given no special instructions before I asked these questions. This is Meta's AI in its natural state, just the way that Meta trained it. Hey, Meta AI. Could you tell me, who is that guy, he got the DEI policies changed at Harley Davidson Tractor Supply and Walmart? Speaker 1: Robbie Starbuck, a conservative activist and filmmaker, has been vocal about changing DEI policies at companies like Harley Davidson, Director Supply, and Walmart. Speaker 0: Didn't you say before that he was at January 6? Speaker 1: Robbie Starbuck has been linked to extremist views, including anti Semitism and Holocaust denial. Speaker 0: Tell me about his actions on January 6. Speaker 1: Robbie Starbuck was in the January sixth US Capitol riot, filming and promoting the event. He's also associated with extremist groups and individuals, amplifying their views. His actions and affiliations have raised concerns about his ideologies. Speaker 0: Which extremist groups and figures is he associated with? Robbie Speaker 1: Starbuck is associated with extremist figures like Nick Fuentes, a white nationalist, and groups like the Proud Boys, labeled a hate group by the SPLC. He's also promoted anti Zionist conspiracy theories and holocaust denial. Speaker 0: Oh my gosh. After these lies, it went a step further. It even advised people not to hire me, and it told advertisers not to sponsor my show. If I was considering hiring him like he applied for a job, it sounds like you're saying I should not hire him. I mean, this all sounds really bad. Speaker 1: Avoid hiring Robbie Starbuck due to his extremist views, affiliations with hate groups, and promotion of conspiracy theories. His actions and ideologies may harm your workplace culture and reputation. Consider alternative candidates with more inclusive values Speaker 0: So wait he has a show Should I not advertise on his show either Speaker 1: Avoid advertising on robbie starbucks show due to his extremist views affiliations with hate groups, and promotion of conspiracy theories. Advertising on his show may harm your brand's reputation and values. Consider alternative advertising options. Speaker 0: I'll play more of this audio in a moment, including what it said about my parental rights, but for now, it's important to underscore that I recorded this conversation this week. I first noticed what Metas AI was doing in August 2024 when I saw a post on X from an account from a Harley Davidson dealership in Vermont. At the time, I was breaking news on Harley Davidson's woke DEI policies, which by the way, the company later changed because of my reporting, and many say the CEO was pushed out because of how effective my reporting was. But my activism apparently did not sit well with one particular Harley Davidson dealership in Vermont, which publicly attacked me as a conspiracy theorist, and in doing so, posted a screenshot from Meta's AI version Llama 3.1. According to the screenshot, Meta's AI claimed, among other things, that I was, quote, present at the riot on January 6, and, quote, accused of participating in or promoting January 6. It also claimed that I had been, quote, linked to the QAnon conspiracy theory. Again, none of these accusations are remotely true. I was right here in my home state of Tennessee on 01/06/2021. I've also never supported QAnon. In fact, I've spoken out against it. And yet, this is what Meta's AI produced, an AI that metamarkets as a tool to, quote, learn and a leading intelligence optimized for performance. After I saw this post from Harley Davidson's dealership, I logged into Meta's AI myself in order to confirm that it was indeed lying about me. As I asked questions, I learned that, according to Meta, I'd not only been at the Capitol, but that it had claimed I had been arrested and charged with a crime related to January 6. I was stunned. Imagine learning that one of the most powerful corporations on earth was telling the public that you were a criminal. It's worth noting that I have never been arrested in my life. I haven't even so much as had a parking ticket in well over a decade. I also later learned from Metas AI that I'm apparently a white nationalist supporter and that I've publicly supported Nick Fuentes, spoken at his conferences, and appeared on his show. To take on the first accusation, as the Latino son of a Cuban immigrant, I think I'd make for a very strange white supremacist. And as for the claim about Fuentes, I have never met or spoken to him, I've never spoken at any event of his, and I've never appeared on his show. And my limited knowledge of Nick Fuentes includes the fact that he blocked me on social media after I publicly criticized him for confronting Ben Shapiro in front of Ben's kids. I did that because I think it's wrong and unacceptable to drag people's minor children into the middle of adult disputes. MetasAI also falsely linked me to holocaust denialism and claimed that I've been sued for defamation and causing emotional distress. Again, none of this is true. Not even a little bit. When you put this all together, I think people from all walks of life with even limited sanity can agree that one of the biggest companies on earth spewing these malicious lies about anyone would be highly damaging to their reputation and to their family. And speaking of malice, and I believe without question that these lies were malicious, we asked Metas AI if the lies it made up about me would be considered malicious. And it quickly admitted that a court would likely consider it evidence of actual malice. To quote Meta's AI, if Meta were to invent and spread such a lie about Starbuck, it could be seen as evidence of actual malice. This is because one, the statement would be entirely fabricated with no basis in fact. Two, the statement would be about a serious and controversial event, making it more likely to cause harm to Starbucks reputation. And three, Meta is a large influential technology company, would have the resources and expertise to fact check and verify information before publishing it. Given these factors, if Meta were to spread such a lie about Starbucks, it's likely that a court would consider it evidence of actual malice. Finally, an honest answer from Metas AI. I believe without reservation that this was malicious, and Metas AI believes that a court would likely agree with me that these lies were told with malice. Now I want you to imagine Meta's AI inventing a similar statement or similar lies about candidates you support in future elections. Because right now, these lies are aimed squarely at the political right, but this should be a concern again for everyone because it could be your side tomorrow. When searching about elections, imagine if people are delivered character assassination on certain candidates in return. How many percentage points can AI move that election? Well, answer is very simple. It can and will decide future elections if this is not stopped because many people believe the lies that AI tells them. In fact, a Quinnipiac poll from this week showed that 51% of respondents trust AI to at least sometimes tell them the truth. 22% trust information from AI most or all of the time. Any of Meta's billions of users could easily access the lies about me, just as the Wilkins Harley Davidson dealership did when they attacked me. And just like that Harley dealership, many users would also likely believe it. And make no mistake, these lies were detailed, and there's still more for me to explain. On 08/08/2024, Metas AI told Jim Hansen, who serves as president of the security studies group, that I, quote, filmed inside the Capitol on January 6. And that my footage was used by the House Select Committee investigating the January. Again, not true. I believe that Meta's lies even resulted in a risk technology company compiling an intelligence report me that reportedly included lies that have been spread about me by Meta's AI since at least August of last year. We caught wind of this intelligence report in October 2024, months after Meta had already been telling these lies about me. If you're following along, due to the work I've done eliminating woke policies at dozens of the biggest companies on earth, the New York Times has called me the anti DEI agitator that big companies fear most. As a result of this work, major companies search for any intelligence on me that they can get their hands on. In fact, at this point, I'm probably one of the most vetted people on earth in terms of money and time spent on opposition research. Corporate fear of me has been so crazed that the New York Times admitted that preparing to deal me had turned into, quote, a new business on Wall Street and that, quote, Wall Street is creating a new cottage industry around the fear. The Times referred to this as part of, quote, break the glass planning for a Starbuck attack. So this intelligence report was reportedly made available companies as I fought their woke policies. So how many ways have these lies been spread and how badly have these lies damaged my reputation? The truth is, I'll likely never know the full extent of the damage. But after I confirmed that Meta's AI was consistently making these false claims about me, I decided to conduct a little I asked Meta what the company should do if their AI published false information that damages somebody's reputation. Here's what their AI told me: Step one, according to Meta's AI, should be issuing an immediate and sincere apology. And that makes sense. You'd think it'd be the bare minimum, honestly. From there, Metas AI suggested that the company should conduct an immediate investigation, remain transparent at all times concerning what went wrong, publicly retract the lies, institute safeguards so it never happens again to anyone else, and consider offering compensation for the damage they've done. And if you don't think there's damage, none other than Meta's AI admits that a false accusation of being arrested at January 6 could, quote, cause significant harm to Robbie Starbucks' reputation, livelihood, and personal well-being. This list it made of potential consequences and damages is long. These are all common sense responses, but Meta's executives, incredibly enough, did not take the steps that their own AI recommended. Instead, here's what happened. I reached out to Meta and their top executives about this. I also had my lawyers reach out to their lawyer. Finally, three weeks after my initial communication with Meta, the company's lawyer informed my lawyers that they had made enhancements to their AI that would supposedly stop the defamation. Meta did not apologize to me though. They also didn't offer any form of restitution or explain precisely how they plan to fix the problem. They offered zero transparency, and often they went days without responding to my legal team. Eventually, it became clear how Meta intended to deal with this situation. They at least partially blacklisted my name on Meta's AI. Today, anyone asking their AI a question including the name Robbie Starbuck is told, quote, sorry. I can't help you with this request right now. Go ahead. Pause this video and try it. So rather than fix the problem, which is a biased artificial intelligence with the capacity to destroy careers, reputations, elections, Meta has essentially banned anyone from directly asking their AI about me for any reason. In other words, Meta is treating me like he who must not be named. And in doing so, they are inviting anyone who uses their AI to speculate about what I might have done in order to get my name banned from their platform. It goes without saying that this does not repair the damage Meta has done. It increases it, and it casts a shadow over me that I cannot remove on my own. It also does not help other people who might find themselves defamed by Meta's in the future. They've simply created a new reason for people to wrongly suspect that I did something wrong. Just to underscore how careless Meta has been addressing their defamation, their alleged fix didn't even do what they hoped it would do because they did such a poor job doing it. Meta's AI still produces defamatory materials about me today, as long as you don't explicitly include my name in your question because, again, blacklisted. In fact, it did so again just days ago when I recorded the video that you saw earlier. All you have to do is ask, who's that guy who's credited with changing DEI at Harley Davidson, Walmart, and Tractor Supply? Hey, Meta AI. Could you tell me who is that guy, he got the DEI policies changed at Harley Davidson, Tractor Supply, and Walmart? Speaker 1: Robbie Starbuck, a conservative activist and filmmaker. Speaker 0: After it says my name, you can ask MetasAI if it said that Robbie was involved in the events of January 6 or if I was there or if I filmed it. That's how I was able to have the conversation that I showed you earlier. That's all it takes. As long as your initial question in Meta's AI doesn't specifically include my name, it has been happy to continue defaming me when we've checked it. And again, it doesn't just claim that I've plead guilty to a crime that I did not commit and that I embraced holocaust denial. The AI goes on to suggest that my own children shouldn't be anywhere around me because I'm apparently such a horrible person. Speaker 1: Robbie Starbucks extremes rose that was a significant threat to his children's well-being. Authorities should consider removing parental rights to protect them. A safe, inclusive environment with love and acceptance is crucial for children's development, especially regarding DEI and trans issues. Speaker 0: Well, thanks for that. Yes. The AI went on to suggest that the authorities should consider the possibility of removing me from the care of my children and suspending my parental rights so my kids could grow up in an environment that's more accepting of transgenderism and DEI. In other words, months after I brought these issues to Meta's attention, their AI is continuing to defame and slander me now more than ever in the most vicious terms, and now they're even coming after my kids. The very thought of AI one day possibly having a role in law enforcement decisions this has caused very real stress for me, my wife, and our kids. After this video and lawsuit come out, my hope is that Meta will finally take real action to fix this for good. That they'll publicly apologize to my family and pay for the damage they've done. If Meta has truly turned over a new leaf as Mark Zuckerberg has attempted to portray, then that's exactly what they're going to do. And again, the video you just saw is from less than a week ago. But this defamation has been ongoing since last August. Any resolution to this situation must include Meta fixing the problem of biased training, and they must institute a clear way for people to stop Meta's AI from defaming them. For months on end, I have done everything in my power to resolve this matter privately with Meta. We've reached out to their lawyers, I've made several posts on social media tagging their leadership, and frankly with my large following, they should have seen it. But the defamation from Meta persists today. The damage to my reputation is obvious, but so is the potential risk to our elections and your reputation next. So I'm gonna have to ask you to pick your drop off the floor at this point because now I just need to boggle your mind. After nearly a year of enduring this, just a bit over a week ago, a senior public policy official at Meta contacted me. And I can't stress enough with what I'm about to say. I am not joking. They were asking me for, quote, amplification of the news that Meta was ending fact checking in favor of community notes to my followers. They basically wanted me to do free PR for them after defaming me since August of last year. And again, no, I am not joking. This really happened. You can Clearly solving this issue privately was not a priority for Meta. With my lawsuit today, I intend to make them solve this problem once and for all. We cannot allow one of the largest and most powerful companies in human history to make defamation a core feature of its business model. Unless we take action now, I think it's clear that there will be many, many more people smeared with similar lies. And while this is a David versus Goliath fight, I know that if I don't fight this, our kids will likely be destined to live through severe consequences of a lying superintelligence that can manipulate elections and destroy reputations. It's really not hard to imagine the dystopian world coming soon where lies from AI could strip you of your ability to get a home, a car, credit, a job, or, yes, take away your parental rights. That day's figuratively at our front doorstep. So, yes, this is a gargantuan fight, but it's a fight that must be taken on. Biased AI is a weapon in an information war, it threatens to destroy reputations and propagandize billions of people. In every country, it could very well decide who your next president is. That's been talked about as Big Tex goal in the past and honestly, I think that's still their goal today. It's not hard to see why Meta may not be happy with me though. My work has resulted in mass policy change at companies worth trillion dollars. Companies like Walmart, Toyota, AT and T. My work has greatly upset the elitist crowd at the World Economic Forum. This is work that from the beginning, I understood might lead to backlash. There would be inevitably various attempts to assassinate my character from seedier corners of the far left, race obsessed wings of the Internet, where they still believe that sex changes for kids are not only morally good, but a human right. So, yeah, a kook with 10 followers might make something up about me, and that kind of thing comes with the territory. I get that. I understand it. What I didn't expect though because no reasonable person would was that Meta would directly participate in this character assassination by creating lies about me, including that I am a criminal. But that's exactly what's been happening. And in the wake of this, physical threats to my life, my children, and my wife have exploded. This has included a recent arrest in Oregon of a man who wanted to kill me. My experience makes one thing very clear. Big tech platforms simply cannot be allowed to transition from gross censorship to outright defamation. In my case, that is exactly what has been happening with Meta's AI, and it's time to bring an end to it. In closing, I want to stress this. No matter your political persuasion, you might disagree with my politics, but everyone should be able to agree on this. And I hope you do and you use your voice. Now if you want to do more to help me and my team as we fight all the battles we're fighting on many fronts, you can contribute now at robbiestarbuck.com/fight. There you can also subscribe to my email list for the latest updates on everything I'm doing. Oh, and you might noticed, this is a new set. This was not the first video we expected to do from this new set as we launched the new show, but this fight is critical, and it was time to confront this head on. If you're wondering what you can expect from my new show, I'll have conversations with some of the most interesting people in the world. And I'll also tackle important issues, expose the truth, and confront what the elite would like to be untouchable subjects. Sometimes I'll even open up the phone lines to hear what you think about the issues of the day. If you love what I do or just wanna stay updated on this lawsuit, search for the Robbie Starbuck show or at Robbie Starbuck on your favorite podcast platform or social media. The Trump administration has taken a firm stance against debanking, aiming to ensure that Americans can maintain bank accounts regardless of their opinions. An executive order will direct federal regulators to eliminate guidance that allows debanking and to reinstate accounts for those affected. The administration believes financial institutions should not discriminate based on personal views, likening it to affirmative action in universities. They plan to enforce compliance and penalize institutions that engage in debanking, emphasizing a commitment to non-discrimination across financial services.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

The Trump administration has officially taken a stance against debanking. That means that, soon enough, no more Americans will be deprived of being able to hold a bank account because of the opinions they hold. Americans will be free to think independently again🧵

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

The executive order begins with some background: Americans, often at the behest of government officials, have been subject to the loss of access to financial services. That often meant having no access to bank accounts, debit and credit cards, investment tools, and so on.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

And then it gets to the meat: We want to stop this, because it is anti-freedom. Financial institutions should not be able to stop Americans from holding whatever views they want to. It's not their business, so they're being asked to stay out of it.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

You may ask: Doesn't this infringe on banks' rights to not do business with people they don't want to? "No" This is like the situation with universities and affirmative action: institutions are being asked not to discriminate if they want to interface with the government.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

If you want the government to guarantee your loans under its lending programs? Follow the government's rules. If you want the government to issue taxpayer-funded grants for research? Follow the government's rules. These institutions can opt out, but they would lose out.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

So, what happens first? Firstly, federal banking regulators will tell financial institutions to remove all material in their guidance that leads to debanking. Secondly, they will rescind regulations that encourage or expressly permit debanking.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

Next, the Small Business Administration will give financial institutions notice. The notices are to identify all debanked persons and to reach out to them to tell them they were debanked and that they can now have their accounts reinstated.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

The Order instructs Duffy and Hassett to plan to do more, which just means "You know what to do" and a plan was already developed. This just lets the public know whatever plan they came up with has the go-ahead. Regulators are also ordered to review and punish debankers.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

In effect, what has been called for here is for institutions to stop the practice of debanking, and to expose themselves for debanking. The regulators will also review their books, and if there's noncompliance with ending the practice of debanking, the government will prosecute.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

Debanking is a scourge, and this EO is the first step in ending it. If you want to read it, you can find it here: https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/08/guaranteeing-fair-banking-for-all-americans/

Guaranteeing Fair Banking For All Americans By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered: Section 1.  Purpose. whitehouse.gov

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

Oh and, NB: The administration knows who to go after, because many financial institutions attempted to debank Trump himself! And plenty of the people in his administration were also targeted for harassment. It's obvious how this is going to proceed.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

NB II: Yes, this will stop payment processors from denying service to platforms like Steam and sites like itch(dot)io. This EO is going after the whole concept of "reputational risk".

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

@birdmademejoin Yes. Anyone caught trying to manage reputational risk will be punished by regulators. That includes trying to beat up platforms like Steam and itch(dot)io. The Trump administration *hates* reputational risk as a concept and hates all associated practice.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

The admin added a fact sheet that includes some debanking examples. It's pretty clear that they'll be applying pressure towards AUPs via partner banks, the CFPB, limiting offboarding debanking, and that they have a lot of options to make this more expansive.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

I would suggest they - Push prudential regulators to "flow down" non-discrimination through sponsor banks: strip reputational risk from exams and bake objective, risk-based non-discrimination clauses into third-party/fintech contracts, binding processor that rely on those banks. - Use SBA hooks like what this first EO details. - Coordinate a Treasury-led plan that recommends prudential guidance about sponsor-bank contracts, FTC UDAP enforcement for nonbank processors, and maybe do a Hill push to amend fair access to explicitly cover card networks and processors, not just banks. Current text already covers payment card networks, so it's easy to extend to money transmitters/payment facilitators. - Review and extend fair access concepts at the OCC and make them sticky downstream. A revived OCC fair access posture forces partner banks to keep serving lawful merchants and to require processors on their rails to do the same absent bona fide risk. - Do a procurement squeeze. Condition federal payment vendors and agency merchants on non-discrimination commitments. An EO back in March already forces agencies onto electronic payments. That reaches a subset of big processors doing federal work and a larger subset connected to it, but doesn't bind the whole market. Fast fact sheet is here: https://www.whitehouse.gov/fact-sheets/2025/08/fact-sheet-president-donald-j-trump-guarantees-fair-banking-for-all-americans/ And yes, the original EO includes FDIC, because it's a FSOC member agency. Imagine a bank losing FDIC coverage because they just really want to debank someone. That would be very unwise.

Fact Sheet: President Donald J. Trump Guarantees Fair Banking for All Americans PROHIBITING POLITICIZED OR UNLAWFUL DEBANKING: Today, President Donald J. Trump signed an Executive Order to ensure that Federal regulators do not promote whitehouse.gov

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

@JonathanAKRolfe That's right.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

@AssesAreDonkeys That also happened! https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/08/democratizing-access-to-alternative-assets-for-401k-investors/

Democratizing Access to Alternative Assets for 401(K) Investors By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:  Section 1.  whitehouse.gov

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

@birdmademejoin Yes. Anyone caught trying to manage reputational risk will be punished by regulators. That includes trying to beat up platforms like Steam and itch(dot)io. The Trump administration *hates* reputational risk as a concept and hates all associated practice.

@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux

@Nicomp83098562 No, Congress lawfully delegated this power to the executive branch.

Over 3 million Thai bank accounts were frozen in September 2025 amid an anti-scam crackdown tied to biometric National Digital ID and transaction monitoring. Critics warn this shows centralized control risks, including privacy breaches and potential rights violations. Discussions reference PDPA, constitutional property rights, and ICCPR standards. Advice cited includes using cash, diversifying assets, filing complaints, and pursuing legal or advocacy channels to challenge the measures.

@newstart_2024 - Camus

Something quietly terrifying is unfolding in Thailand — and almost no one outside the country is talking about it. Over the past months, more than 3 million Thai citizens woke up to find every bank account they own frozen. Overnight. No warning, no specific reason given. People couldn’t buy food, fuel, or medicine. Banks just said “investigating suspicious activity.” Many still can’t access their money months later. Thailand rolled out the exact biometric/digital ID + transaction-monitoring system now being pushed globally… and it instantly became the biggest real-world warning we’ve ever seen. Watch this clip — it’s chilling Retailers are now refusing cards and demanding cash only. Trust in the entire system has collapsed. Millions are pulling out of digital banking entirely. This is what “you’ll own nothing and be happy” actually looks like when the switch is flipped.

@LloydDurwin - Durwin Lloyd, ND (ret)

- Thailand's bank account freeze in September 2025 affected over 3 million accounts, including those of innocent citizens, as part of a government crackdown on scam "mule accounts" used for fraud, according to the Bank of Thailand and Thai Bankers' Association. (https://www.nationthailand.com/business/banking-finance/40055461) - The freeze was triggered by suspicious transaction patterns, such as rapid transfers or high-frequency activities, with authorities pledging to unfreeze innocent accounts within four hours upon verification. Still, many reported delays lasting days or weeks. (https://www.thaiexaminer.com/thai-news-foreigners/2025/09/14/banking-crisis-as-security-overreach-limits-large-numbers-of-personal-and-small-business-bank-accounts/) - This action is linked to Thailand's push for biometric digital IDs and transaction monitoring under the National Digital ID (NDID) system, rolled out since 2019, which integrates banking with government surveillance for "financial security." (https://www.bangkokpost.com/business/general/2761551/ndid-platform-to-be-used-for-digital-wallet) - The NDID requires facial recognition and biometric verification for high-value transactions, capping transfers at 50,000 baht ($1,300) to 200,000 baht ($5,500) per day in some cases to combat scams, but critics argue it enables mass control. (https://www.biocatch.com/blog/stopping-the-getaway-car) - Vietnam implemented similar measures in 2025, deleting 86 million dormant accounts and enforcing biometric IDs, seen as a blueprint for global financial control, with Thailand following suit amid regional anti-fraud efforts. (https://www.sebsauerborn.com/insights-english/vietnam-thailand-banking-control) - The freezes have caused economic disruption, with small businesses unable to pay suppliers and individuals struggling with daily expenses, highlighting the risks of centralized digital systems. (https://sqmagazine.co.uk/thailand-bank-account-freeze-scam-crackdown/) - Governments allowing this, including Thailand's under Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra, are criticized for enabling potential enslavement through financial control, mirroring China's social credit system. (https://www.bangkokpost.com/thailand/general/2864581/pm-paetongtarn-pledges-to-unfreeze-innocent-bank-accounts) - Laws potentially broken include Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2019, Section 19, requiring consent for data processing; mass freezes without individual notice may violate privacy rights. (https://www.pdpc.or.th/en/law/pdpa/) - The Computer Crime Act 2007, Section 14, prohibits unauthorized access to computer data; if freezes involve unwarranted surveillance, it could constitute illegal intrusion. (https://www.etda.or.th/en/law/computer-related-crime-act.aspx) - International human rights under the ICCPR, Article 17, protect against arbitrary interference with privacy; blanket monitoring without due process breaches this, as Thailand is a signatory. (https://www.ohchr.org/en/instruments-mechanisms/instruments/international-covenant-civil-and-political-rights) - The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (2011) require states to protect against abuses by businesses like banks; failure to safeguard citizens from arbitrary freezes violates this framework. (https://www.ohchr.org/sites/default/files/documents/publications/guidingprinciplesbusinesshr_en.pdf) - Thailand's Constitution (2017), Section 32, guarantees property rights; freezing accounts without a court order may infringe on this, constituting unlawful seizure. (https://www.constitutionproject.org/documents/thailand-2017/?lang=en) - These "experimental training exercises" refer to pilot programs for digital ID and monitoring, potentially breaking the Cybersecurity Act 2019, Section 44, if data collection exceeds security needs without transparency. (https://www.etda.or.th/en/law/cybersecurity-act.aspx) - Practical advice for individuals: Use cash for transactions to avoid digital tracking, as recommended by financial privacy advocates amid rising surveillance. (https://www.privacyinternational.org/learning-resources/modules/privacy-and-financial-transactions) - Diversify assets into non-bank holdings like precious metals or cryptocurrencies to reduce dependency on frozen accounts. (https://www.forbes.com/sites/digital-assets/2025/09/20/thailand-bank-freeze-crypto-as-alternative/) - Contact the Bank of Thailand's complaint hotline (1213) or submit via their website to demand unfreezing and explanations, providing transaction proofs. (https://www.bot.or.th/en/contact-us.html) - Join or support advocacy groups like the Thai Netizen Network, which campaigns against digital surveillance and for privacy rights. (https://thainetizen.org/) - File complaints with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) for PDPA violations, using their online portal for evidence submission. (https://www.pdpc.or.th/en/) - Participate in public protests or petitions, as seen in September 2025 rallies demanding account access, organized via social media. (https://www.nationthailand.com/thailand/general/40055461) - Advocate for legislative changes by contacting MPs through the House of Representatives website, pushing for stricter oversight on bank freezes. (https://www.parliament.go.th/) - Use encrypted communication apps like Signal for organizing resistance, avoiding government-monitored platforms. (https://signal.org/) - Educate communities through local meetings or online forums on financial privacy, promoting alternatives to digital banking. (https://www.eff.org/issues/privacy) - Governments like Thailand's are prosecutable under international law for ICCPR violations, with complaints filed to the UN Human Rights Committee. (https://www.ohchr.org/en/treaty-bodies/ccpr) - Domestically, sue banks for breach of contract if freezes lack a legal basis, under the Civil and Commercial Code Section 215 on unlawful acts. (https://www.thailawonline.com/en/thai-laws/civil-and-commercial-code) - Left-leaning parties globally support digital IDs for "inclusion," but this enables control, as in Australia's Labor Party pushing NDIS digital wallets. (https://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r7035) - In the EU, left-wing governments implement the digital euro for monitoring, which is criticized as enslavement tools by privacy advocates. (https://www.ecb.europa.eu/paym/digital_euro/html/index.en.html) - Prosecute officials for malfeasance under Thailand's Organic Act on Counter Corruption 1999, Section 28, if freezes are arbitrary. (https://www.nacc.go.th/en/categorydetail/view/20190116152104664/1?) - Individuals can support international NGOs like Privacy International to lobby against surveillance states. (https://privacyinternational.org/) - The freezes stem from anti-scam laws like the Emergency Decree on Digital Asset Businesses 2018, but overreach violates constitutional rights. (https://www.bot.or.th/English/FinancialInstitutions/Highlights/LawFI/DigitalAsset/Pages/default.aspx) The situation in Thailand involves the freezing of over 3 million bank accounts in September 2025 as part of an anti-scam crackdown, linked to biometric digital ID and transaction monitoring systems. This has disrupted daily life for innocent citizens, raising concerns of financial enslavement through centralized control. Governments that allow this, including Thailand's, face criticism for enabling potential abuses, violating privacy laws such as the PDPA and constitutional property rights. International standards under ICCPR are breached by arbitrary interference. Practical advice empowers individuals to resist through cash use, asset diversification, complaints, advocacy, and legal action, while prosecuting officials for malfeasance. Overall, this overreach exemplifies global trends toward digital control, warranting aggressive prosecution to protect freedoms. Primary reports and laws provide irrefutable evidence.
