DO WE TOLERATE THESE PEOPLE? A Brief Timeline of Justin Trudeau's Hateful Speech Against Unvaccinated Canadians v1.1 🧵👇

October 21, 2019 The Liberals win a 2nd consecutive federal election, but only achieve minority government status. March 11, 2020 The World Health Organization declares that COVID-19 has become a pandemic.
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
January 14, 2021 “We always know there are people who won't get vaccinated. And not just for personal or political reasons. There are medical reasons and a broad range of other reasons. [Vaccine mandates] could have real divisive impacts on community and country.”
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
August 15, 2021 A mere 2 years since the last election—hoping to turn his minority government into a majority—Trudeau calls a snap election. Sources within the Liberal Party later describe Trudeau's conscious decision to use vaccines and mandates as election “wedge” issues.
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
Wedge Politics 101 1.Identify a minority ('the unvaccinated') 2.Cast them as others ('they don't represent Canadians', 'they're racists') 3.Depict them as scapegoats ('they're standing in the way of getting back to normal', 'they're putting us and our kids at risk') 4.Divide
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
Scapegoating 101 The practice of singling out a person or group for unmerited blame and consequent negative treatment. A hostile tactic employed to characterize an entire group according to the unethical or immoral conduct of a small number of individuals within that group.
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
August 17, 2021 Trudeau announces virtually all federal public servants must be vaccinated or face workplace repercussions. "If anyone doesn't have a legitimate medical reason for not getting fully vaccinated — or chooses to not get vaccinated — there will be consequences."
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
August 19, 2021 "If you don’t want to get vaccinated, that’s your choice. But don’t think you can get on a plane or a train beside vaccinated people and put 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 at risk. (...) Yes, you need to get vaccinated so that we can protect our kids who can't yet get vaccinated."
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
August 27, 2021 Trudeau promises a re-elected Liberal government would provide $1B to provinces to pay for vaccine passports, a move which—just 7 months earlier—he warned "could have real divisive impacts on community and country." https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/trudeau-promises-1b-vaccine-passports-1.6155618
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
August 31 2021 "They're putting 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 kids at risk and they're putting 𝙤𝙪𝙧 kids at risk. That's why to travel you're going to have to be vaccinated. So families with kids don't have to worry someone in the next seat or across the aisle is putting them in danger.
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
2/ "... And we're going to pay for the development of those privileges that you get once you get vaccinated. Because everyone needs to get vaccinated. And 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘴𝘦 people [points to protesters] are putting us all at risk."
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
September 6, 2021 "Yes, there is a small, fringe element in this country that is angry, that doesn’t believe in science, that is lashing out with racist, misogynistic attacks. But the vast majority of Canadians are not represented by them."
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
September 10, 2021 “Trying to bring people together is not always compatible with science, with respect for human rights (...) You don't have a right to endanger others.”
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
Sept 17, 2021 3 days before the election Trudeau appears on French TV show La semaine des 4 Julie. “They don’t believe in science or progress and are very often misogynistic and racist. This leads us, as a leader and as a country, to make a choice: do we tolerate these people?”
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
October 6, 2001 Trudeau unveils his mandatory vaccine policy for all public servants, federal contractors (such as cleaning staff), the RCMP and would-be travelers who wish to board planes, trains or marine vessels. All of these groups must be fully vaccinated by October 30th
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
January 5, 2022 “When people see cancer treatments and elective surgeries put off because beds are filled with the unvaccinated, they’re frustrated. When they see we’re in lockdowns right now because the risk posed to all of us by unvaccinated people, they get angry.”
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
January 23, 2022 The first vehicles of the Freedom Convoy depart Delta, BC and begin the journey to Ottawa along the Trans-Canada highway.
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
January 26, 2022 As the Convoy approaches Ottawa and attracts supporters who clog highway overpasses, Trudeau states: “The small fringe minority of people who are on their way to Ottawa, who are holding unacceptable views (...) do not represent the views of Canadians.”
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
January 26, 2022 The Freedom Convoy release 4 official demands: 1. The federal and provincial governments terminate the vaccine passports and obligatory vaccine contact tracing programs. 2. Terminate mandates and respect the rights of those who wish to remain unvaccinated.
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲

January 29, 2022 Big rigs began to block downtown traffic and tens of thousands of supporters converge near Parliament Hill in Ottawa.
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
February 1, 2022 "Freedom of expression, assembly, and association are cornerstones of democracy; but Nazi symbolism, racist imagery, and desecration of war memorials are not. Hate can never be the answer. I want to be very clear: we are not intimidated by those who hurl insults and abuse at small business workers and steal food from the homeless. We won’t give in to those who fly racist flags. We won’t cave to those who engage in vandalism, or dishonor the memory of our veterans. All Canadians have the right to express their opinion or disagree with their government. But they do not have the right to threaten or harass their fellow citizens, nor to spread messages of hatred. There is no place in our country for threats, violence, or hatred. So to those responsible for this behavior: it needs to stop. And to Canadians at home, watching in disgust and disbelief at this behavior, wondering how this could have happened in our nation’s capital after everything we’ve been through together: this is not the story of the pandemic, of our country, of our people.
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
February 2022 The Ottawa protest continues unabated for 3 weeks. Trudeau refuses to meet with the protesters. Unaffiliated protests appear throughout the country, including blockades of the Ambassador Bridge in Windsor and the border crossing in Coutts, Alberta.
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
Feb 8, 2022 "It's time to stop pitting one part of the population against another. Both the tone and the policies of my government changed drastically during the last election campaign. A decision was made to wedge, to divide and to stigmatize." —Liberal MP Joël Lightbound
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
February 14, 2022 Trudeau invokes the Emergencies Act "to end border blockades* and the occupation of downtown Ottawa" by protesters. *(all blockades had been cleared 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 the EA) The Act gives banks temporary powers to freeze accounts.
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
February 21, 2022 “We didn't want to use the Emergencies Act. It's never something to turn to without serious consideration. But after weeks of dangerous and unlawful activities; after weeks of people being harassed in their neighborhoods and small businesses forced to close; after billions of dollars were stalled in trade, putting people's jobs and livelihoods at risk; after the National War Memorial was desecrated; after evidence of increased ideologically motivated violent extremism activity across the country; after a flood of misinformation and disinformation washed over Canada, including from foreign sources; after these illegal blockades and occupations received disturbing amounts of foreign funding to destabilize Canada's democracy, it became clear that local and provincial authorities needed more tools to restore order and keep people safe.”
@stevlandambrose - Stevland Ambrose 🇨🇦☠️🇺🇲
January 17, 2023 “When you react to social media you may find yourself exacerbating people’s strongly held opinions. A really good example of this [was the PM’s] decision during the last election campaign to use vaccine mandates as a wedge issue.” —Liberal MP Bill Morneau

The Lawsuit: Michael Flynn & The Boomerang Mark Milley 🤡 James Matiss 🤡 Michael Flynn 🤡 What's going on with all these soft supposed veterans who are basically TV generals getting in their feelings? You are not going after Lin Wood? You are not going after William Anderson? You are not going after Adrian J. Wells? You are not going after Mike Gills? All of these people have more damaging info on you that links you to these things below. • Money Laundering • Human Trafficking • Torture • Espionage • Bribes I haven't even begun to post 5% of what these gentlemen have on you. Are you going to sue me because I posted their research on my page as well? Michael Flynn you should feel embarrassed. Mike Gill has revealed to the public your role in the "Pandora Papers". He also follows my page. Why are you not trying to refute those claims? Adrian J. Wells has named you as the individual that assisted and helped set up CIA torture chambers that he was a victim of. And you are not going after him? You want me to lawyer up based on an opinion that basically no lawyer has ever successfully filed against anyone on Twitter/X that you somehow miraculously think you will pull off? 🤣 What's wrong? You usually have goons to take care of the dirty work for cheaper. Wait.... "I think I know what the problem is". You do not have any money do you? This is probably why you had to start the "Reawaken My Bank Account Tour". M. Flynn, I am pretty sure you ate familiar with Nigel Farrage right? Did you know his bank account was frozen? Did you know the people who are responsible for that follows my account? I want you to meet "The Judges" aka (@ROYALMRBADNEWS). Did you know they are directly connected to four Monarchies? They basically control quite a few continents. To be quite honest they are basically the reason I have been trending for the past week or so. Did you also know they have access to the servers on both Gab & Twitter/X? They are basically Zeus. Do you think Elon Musk controls this platform? No! Do you think Linda Yaccarino controls this platform? No! Do you think "The Judges" control this platform? If the answer is no, change that to a yes. Did you know "The Judges" are responsible as to why we no longer see alot of Pedos in Hollywood walking around? Michael Flynn I know exactly why you have a donation box at every tour stop. You right, it is "The Deep State". But it's not the one that Raymond Red Reddington is after in "The Blacklist". Do you know how expensive defamation suits are? You are basically asking your lawyer to do mental gymnastics around all the bureaucratic grammatical red tape there is to prove beyond what is deemed as an opinion in the court of law. Why do you think these types of lawsuits are so rare to win? Then the other hurdle is you have to prove it came from me. Goodluck with that. M. Flynn you do know I have lawyers who follow me right? You do know I show them my post before I make them public right? Now that you have brought attention to my post about why you were pardoned you have inadvertently caused alot people to take a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th look. Otherwise they would have just moved on from the 1st viewing and forgot about it. Michael Flynn I will say this. "The Judges" do not like threats. I think it's best we all play nice while in their backyard. The Olu. Remember when Ogiame Atuwatse III was spotted in London with world leaders? Guess what that meant for The Judges? That they have direct access to all those leaders. Yes, that includes yours truly. The Olu are the reason you will not see any wars between any African countries. The Shadow president of both Nigeria & Ecowas controls Africa military. Who is in direct contact with The Judges'. Donald Trump knows all about them I presume. 3 Problems you face with the lawsuit. 1. Defamatory Statement: The plaintiff (You) must demonstrate that the defendant (Me) made a false and defamatory statement. This statement must be one that could harm the plaintiff's reputation. Didn't you already get Court Martialed before? I bet your fans do not know about that. 2. Falsity: The plaintiff (You) needs to prove that the statement made by the defendant is false. Truth is generally a defense against a claim of slander. So how are you going to prove this without exposing more damaging info that has yet to be shared as a follow-up from that last post that caused you emotional distress? Because that info is actually supported by documentation as well. 3. Damages: The plaintiff (You) must demonstrate that they suffered actual harm as a result of the defamatory statement. This harm can be in the form of financial loss, damage to reputation, or emotional distress. Again how are you going to prove you lost money from a job you no longer have? When you hired Sydney Powell you had to settle for her because you couldn't afford a better lawyer. And we already know she's silly for committing fraud trying to expose voter fraud. M. Flynn, you think I don't know you do not have any money? You might as well ask "The Judges" for a loan because it's more than likely they are the ones responsible for why you can't access any funds outside those donations. That entire tour ain't nothing but 3 Card Monte on wheels. This is not your average account you are dealing with. Shout out to the Olu. Kingdom of Warri. Thug-Life Baby. 😎

CHRYSTIA FREELAND’S BANK EXEC CONVERSATIONS RE FREEZING PROTESTOR BANK ACCOUNTS, LABELLING AS TERRORISTS FOR FREEZING, USING THE CANADIAN MILITARY, RESTRICTING MONEY MOVEMENT, ETC February 13, 2022 Deputy Prime Minister - DPM Minister of Finance - MOF EMAIL: Subject Readout banks call Email From: Tyler Meredith - Lead Economic Advisor to Justin Trudeau, Chrystia Freeland and Bill Morneau To: Leslie Church - Chief of Staff of DPM and MOF Alex Lawrence - Director of Communications for DPM and MOF Fares Nathoo - Office of DPM and MOF, Director of Issues Management and Parliamentary Affairs Shannon Zimmerman - Office of DPM and MOF, Director of Operations and Senior Advisor Anthony Laporte - Office of DPM and MOF, Director Strategy and Outreach Bud Sambasivan - Deputy Director to DPM and Finance Minister David Hurl - Office of DPM and MOF, Director of Policy A very productive call, with some helpful advice in a few places on framing about the financial system as a whole. Anthony- you may want to see the DPM's exchanges with the new CEO of REDACTED DPM: Let me start by saying all options are on the table and we take very seriously what is happening. Want your inputs on what we might do. Will start with REDACTED, and thank you to REDACTED for what you did this week. REDACTED: Canada's reputation is at stake. Iam very proud of the Canadian banking system this week, we have responded well. But if you have information on particular people we need a way to share that information. The big hole in our financial system is these platforms, which are effectively money service businesses that are not being regulated as such. DPM: And what would you need for us to do on that? REDACTED: I am told that this is a Public Safety lead but if you list them as people subject to sanctions (i.e. as if they are terrorists) we could act swiftly. But we likely need new rules to deal with this kind of situation, especially to regulate the platforms too. What we did on Friday was precisely because of what our AML systems were able to identify. BUT we are taking a big reputational hit, lots of backlash on social media for it. Fox News is telling people to take their money from us. We need your help to find a better way to communicate with Canadians. DPM: Iam very prepared to come out and speak about this. This is an attack on democracy. We need to educate Canadians about this. REDACTED: This also highlights why we need to be concerned about balanced approach between open banking as offense for innovation, while also shoring up our defences. If we are going to respond here, this cannot be just about the banks. It has to be about all of the financial system. There are 6,000 different businesses they could use to move funds in Canada. Canada's reputation is indeed at risk. We need to show the world proactively that we won't let this happen again and that our trade corridors will remain open. We should think about putting the military in place to keep the border crossings moving even after the protestors are removed. To send a clear signal. DPM: Couldn't agree more with those points. We must make clear that 1) we will resolve this 2) we won't let this happen again. Sabia: To your point P e r s about thebroaderfinancial system, what could that mean? REDACTED: Need to include everyone in what you do, not just banks. REDACTED: I am very concerned about the banking system being seen as a political weapon of the government. W We can’t politicize the banks. DPM: Explain that. REDACTED: If we are directed to close accounts, etc. that could be seen by critics as the sector being used as an arm of the government. A few points to keep in mind: Need to start talking about post-pandemic economics. 90%+ of Canadian adults are vaccinated yet we have the greatest restrictions in the OECD. Because of that we are getting lots of questions about what is happening in Canada. Need to show a plan for how to remove restrictions. @RealChadEros - Chad Eros
REDACTED: We need court orders to act. We had identified an individual who is an organizer who had several hundred thousand dollars move into their accounts, we flagged it to Fintrac and started work on a court order and because of the delay of 4 hours, the money was withdrawn before we could stop it. DPM: Was the problem there because of a gap in the current system or because it moves too slowly? REFACTED hours was too long. The problem is AML is focused on finding bad money turning to good. This is about good money turning to bad. As REDACTED said, if we listed them as terrorists we could move fast. And let's be clear, they will eventually all move to crypto. The money has to go somewhere. If we list them as terrorist we could act more comprehensively. REDACTED: To REDACTED’s point we at REDACTED don't even have acourt order yet. We just filed. REDACTED: PayPal and Stripe are big unregulated parts of the system as payment processors. Need to bring them into the regulated system. We have spent billions to work on AML. But the key is having the info to find people. We need to find a wayt to share info. Perhaps we can all build a utility model to share that between government and institutions. REDACTED: Agree with my colleagues. The reputation at Canada is at risk. Just spent a lot of time in the US last week, and we were being called a "joke" by people. I had one investor say "I won't invest another red cent in your banana republic in Canada". That adds to an already tough investment perspective on Canada. In terms of economic impact, we see this stuff cutting GDP by 10 basis points per week in Q1. US already doing better because of lack of restrictions. If you labelled these guys terrorists we could act quickly. We need to bring the privacy commissioner in proactively. This is a national crisis you need to act immediately. DPM: You all need to know, I think this is indeed a crisis. It is a threat to our democracy and to peace, order and good government. I care about privacy but I also care about restoring order in our society. All options are on the table. This is not just a job for Finance, but since the economy has been hit we are very much involved. Please tell everyone you talk to that we will resolve this, and we will not let this happen again. To REDACTED: If the investor you speak of is American, tell them we are not like the USA who had people literally invade their legislature. If they are a Brit, remind them of Brexit. If they are French, remind them of the Yellow Vests. If they are German, look at how badly they are handling Russia right now. Our report card looks not to shabby. And we have come through COVID well. We have avoided so many more deaths and the economy is strong. To REDACTED: I am very resolute in ending this occupation of our democracy. But I will never support negotiating with those who hold our democracy hostage. No good thing comes of that. Let us all live in the truth- the trucker mandate was also imposed by the USA. And the vast majority of restrictions were imposed by provinces, by Conservative governments. Don't be confused that this is about a public policy issue. You don't shut down the Ambassador Bridge because of a public policy view. We have to ensure Canada doesn't enter a post-COVID, January 6th spiral. I hear you all on the importance of talking about this as the financial system, not just banks. I hear you on your concerns about open banking. We all must act as leaders right now. We are considering all options, some of which in normal times would be seen as draconian. And you've all highlighted some ideas we are already looking at. Sabia: We will not take you by surprise, we will keep you updated before we do anything and make sure you are comfortable and that it is implementable. Continued…
@RealChadEros - Chad Eros
DPM: Thank you to all of you. You've done a lot for Canada during COVID. And it matters a lot to me, that as part of our western democracy, we have a banking system in Canada that is anchored by banks owned by Canadians, headquartered in Canada, and that we can get on a call quickly on a Sunday afternoon like this to respond to threats. Canadian "Democracy" (Hunger Games): - The King of England owns 90.3% of Canadian lands - There is a housing crisis - You can only own an interest in an estate, not land - You can't vote for the Prime Minister - You can't vote for Canadian Senators who are appointed by the Prime Minister. They introduce laws to be approved as law and can, and do, block bills by elected officials from becoming law - You can't vote for the Premier - There is no way to impeach a Canadian Prime Minister or any politician, Federal or Provincial - The Governor General, the King's representative appoints the Prime Minister - There is no law or constitutional provision to require the leader of a political party to be the Prime Minister, or to even be an elected official. Constitutionally, the Governor General could appoint anyone they want. - The Governor General appoints Lieutenant Governor Generals to preside over provinces in their legislatures. - Provinces were carved up to make Canada more manageable by the Federal Government. Besides perhaps Quebec they were not formed by self determination the way individual self determining states are. - Canada doesn't have a capital city, it has a National Capital region that includes Ottawa in Ontario and Gatineau in Quebec. Government workers there continue to grow exponentially. There are currently 151,936 Federal workers in the NCR out of a total 274,219 in Canada representing 55% of government workers. - The average public service employee makes $125,300 per year. - Based on this tax payers send the National Capital Region $19 billon per year or $52.2 million per day. - These workers, were encouraged by Ottawa based lawyers, to sue Canadian COVID Mandate Protestors and donors that gave to the protestors, despite fundraiser funds never being delivered to the protestors due to multiple court orders and bank freezes prohibiting the distribution. - Four protest fundraisers raised approximately $14.75 million. Could argue $25.25 million if count the first that raised $10.5 million but was shut down. Only around a million was used or distributed. $5.5 million is frozen to make it available for National Capital Region residents to take in a lawsuit against protestors. - The lead plaintiff of the lawsuit is a Chinese Canadian federal government worker that expressed political ideological views for suing Canadian protestors. During the protest a police complaint was filed against her apartment complex for reigning marbles and eggs down on protestors as they peacefully marched with a City permit on day one of the protest. She complains that protestors were hostile to her after this. - The lead lawyer suing protestors, who has a history of supporting and participating in certain protests, called for the never before enacted Emergency Act (War Measures Act) to be invoked four days into the protest. - Law makers, the Deputy Prime Minister/ Finance Minister colluded with bankers to freeze government protestors and dissidents' assets and bank accounts by labelling them terrorists. They also suggested using the military. - There is a growing "freedom fighter" industry predominantly focused on Charter Rights and Freedoms, fighting criminal charges, fines, and lawsuits. - The First Bill of Rights only applied to the Federal Government - The Charter of Rights and Freedoms applies to all forms of government but has a notwithstanding clause that allows governments to violate Charter Rights and Freedoms for up to 5 years at a time - Governments also get around abiding by Charter Rights and Freedoms by paying businesses, unions, non-profits, charities and private individuals as agents of the government that don't have to abide by the Charter. These organizations could be designated as agents for taking funding, but no lawyers seem interested in pursing arguing this in court, further deteriorating Canadian's rights and freedoms. - There was a large contingency of Western Separatists who organized the United We Roll Western Oil and Gas protest in 2019 who also organized the Freedom Convoy 2022 resulting in a protest in Ottawa. Unfortunately they were too aggressive in ostracizing those not on their inner separatist circle while seeking to control communications and fundraising. They predominantly support their inner circle. Some refer to this as "infighting" when in actuality it is not, since most people were never in that inner circle. - The exclusivity, secrecy and hyper ambition of the separatists is unfortunate as there is phenomenal merit to Western Separatism. - Canada's borders are wide open. in 2022 The federal government let in 1 million immigrants which single handedly grew the population by 2.7% - Multigenerational Canadians have consistently been told the world is overpopulated and government funded news agencies encourage Canadians to have less kids. - The Federal Government justifies mass immigration due to low birth rates and an aging population - Many Canadians express in one way or another their belief that new immigrants, who are protected under the guise of anti racism and anti hate, are foot soldiers against multigenerational Canadians that whish to hold the government accountable. - Dissent from multi generational Canadians is often called racist regardless of whether issues have anything to do with race. This likely divides new non European decent Canadians from others and detours them from learning from multi generational Canadians what the real issues are. - Have fun in the Canadian Hunger Games as we serve the National Capital Region! - GOOD BYE

Did you know (watch for yourselves) - The Canadian Federal Government DENIES freezing Canadian protestors bank accounts? They say it was the sole decision of banks and financial institutions to freeze assets and deny services based on information provided to them by the RCMP. According to Isabelle Jacques Assistant Deputy Minister, Financial Sector Policy Branch, Department of Finance: “In addition, the order required financial service providers to determine on a continuing basis whether they were in possession of a designated person's property and to disclose to the RCMP or CSIS the existence of such property and any information they could have had about associated transactions.” Watch https://parlvu.parl.gc.ca/Harmony/en/PowerBrowser/PowerBrowserV2/20220503/-1/36971?Embedded=true&globalstreamId=20&startposition=1046&viewMode=3

LEAKED and buried in Emergency Act Evidence - Communication from OPP officer on RCMP letterhead regarding freezing of bank accounts and denial of services - Indicates to banks and financial institutions their “duty to determine” under the “Emergency Economic Measures Order.” - Beside my picture there’s nothing about me except I am a director of Freedom 2022 Human Rights and Freedoms, no allegations of crimes or wrong doings. - Beside otheres’ pictures includes political associations and activity. - This letter seems to let banks be the decision maker about whether to freeze accounts and deny services - Why is the Ontario Provincial Police communicating on RCMP letterhead?

Dozens of Ottawa protestors file several lawsuits seeking tens of millions of dollars from the government, RCMP, banks, and others over the Emergency Act invocation that was ruled unconstitutional. Over the last week, dozens of individuals who were arrested and had their bank accounts frozen have filed multiple lawsuits seeking tens of millions of dollars in damages. The lawsuits include Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Deputy Canadian Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Chrystia Freeland, the Attorney General of Canada, RCMP, banks, and many others, over the invocation of the Emergencies Act—a move that has recently been declared unconstitutional by Federal Court Judge Justice Mosley. Edward Cornell, a retired Canadian soldier, and Vincent Gircys, a retired OPP officer along with 18 others, have filed a lawsuit in Ontario Superior Court against Justin Trudeau, Chrystia Freeland, the RCMP, banks, and several others, seeking $2 million in damages each. Edward Cornell and Vincent Gircys are the two men who became the main applicants in the case against the Canadian government that Justice Mosley ruled in favor of, finding the government's actions unconstitutional over the invocation of the Emergencies Act and the freezing of bank accounts. Clayton McAllister, who is one of the 20 applicants in the lawsuit, spoke with The Canadian Independent and said he was one of the first protestors to be arrested after the Emergencies Act was declared. He said he lied down on his back in the snow in front of a swarm of officers before he was arrested. Clayton says he was "arrested, then taken into a paddy wagon and left in it for 8 hours, then driven out of town and dropped off at a gas station with my cellphone only at one percent." He also says "Police took my keys to my truck, which was parked downtown Ottawa, so I had no way to get my truck. Then two days later, I watched them on TV smash the windows to my truck, and after that, all my bank accounts were frozen." Tamara Lich and her husband, Dwayne Lich, have together filed a lawsuit in Alberta’s Court of King's Bench against His Majesty the King and the Attorney General of Canada, seeking $2 million in damages over the freezing of their bank accounts. Daniel Bulford, a former Royal Canadian Mounted Police intelligence officer and sniper who was part of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s security team, has also filed a statement of claim in Alberta’s Court of Queen's Bench against His Majesty the King and the Attorney General of Canada, seeking $2 million in damages over the freezing of his bank accounts. Thomas James Marazzo, a former military officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, who had his bank account frozen, has launched an individual lawsuit against His Majesty the King and the Attorney General of Canada, seeking nearly $2.4 million. Joanne Cyr Walsh, a senior citizen, has filed a $1.1 million lawsuit in Toronto's Ontario Superior Court against His Majesty the King and the Attorney General of Canada. The Canadian Independent spoke with Joanne and she said, “I am a senior. I was arrested and publicly humiliated. My arrest was captured live on CBC, and it's costing tons of money in legal fees and traveling costs. It is time-consuming and prevents me from earning income as an artist.” She says her bank account was not frozen. Just over two years ago, on January 29, 2022, the Freedom Convoy truckers and protestors descended on the nation's capital in Ottawa to protest COVID-19 mandates and restrictions. Truckers rolled in with horns blaring, guided by police, to park their vehicles out front of the Parliament building and throughout various downtown Ottawa streets. The city of Ottawa became a hot spot for weeks, bringing together thousands of Canadians in frigid temperatures who were sick and tired of the government's mandates and restrictions. On February 7th, 2022, ten days after the Freedom Convoy arrived in Ottawa, residents of the city filed an emergency injunction against the truckers over loud noise related to the constant honking of horns. Superior Court Justice Hugh McLean ultimately granted the injunction for 10 days but also ordered that the truckers and protestors could “remain at liberty to engage in a peaceful, lawful, and safe protest.” Four days later, on February 11, 2022, the Ontario government declared a state of emergency over the protest in Ottawa and another protest that had emerged at the Ambassador Bridge in Windsor, Ontario, blocking portions of the Canada-United States border. Two days later, on February 13, 2022, the protest and partial border blockade at the Windsor border were cleared by police after Superior Court Chief Justice Geoffrey B. Morawetz granted an injunction filed by the Automotive Parts Manufacturers Association and the City of Windsor. The injunction granted “Police or designated agents authorization to remove any vehicles, personal property, equipment, structures, or other objects that impede or block access to the Ambassador Bridge and approaching roadways.” Chief Justice Morawetz’s also ordered that protestors could “remain at liberty to engage in a peaceful, lawful, and safe protest, that does not impede or block access to the Ambassador Bridge and approaching roadways.” The following day, on February 14, 2022, after the Windsor, Ontario border blockade was cleared, the federal government invoked the Emergencies Act against peaceful protestors in Ottawa. This led to an army of police descending on Ottawa, civilians being injured, arrests being made, vehicle seizures, and the freezing of Canadian citizen’s bank accounts. Two years later, on January 23, 2024, news headlines around the world broke after Federal Court Justice Richard G. Mosely ruled on a case brought by several Canadian citizens and civil rights organizations against the government over the invocation of the Emergencies Act and the freezing of Canadians' bank accounts. The ruling found that the federal government's invocation of the Emergencies Act and the freezing of bank accounts was unconstitutional. Justice Mosley excluded three applicants from the case—Kristen Nagle of Canadian Frontline Nurses, Jeremiah Jost, and Harold Ristau—stating that they lacked standing to challenge the case because they were not directly impacted by the Emergencies Act. That left two individuals whom Justice Mosley agreed were directly impacted by the Emergencies Act: Edward Cornell, a retired Canadian soldier, and Vincent Gircys, a retired OPP officer, along with the two civil rights organizations—the Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) and the Canadian Constitution Foundation (CCF)—who assisted the applicants in litigating the case. Ultimately, Mosley ruled that the government's invocation of the Emergencies Act exceeded its legal powers and found that the government violated Canadians' Section 2(b) Charter of Rights, which gives all Canadians the “freedom of thought, belief, opinion, and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication.” Justice Mosley's decision was based on evidence that the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) did not consider the protest a national state of emergency, a requirement for invoking the Emergencies Act. Mosley also ruled that the government's freezing of Canadians' bank accounts violated Canadians' charter rights under Section 8, which states that “everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure.” The Canadian Independent will continue to monitor these lawsuits and bring you any developments along the way.

BREAKING NEWS Cornell et al. v Trudeau et al. Was Filed Today in Ontario Superior Court Today. It Is Explosive. Folks, Alberta law firm Loberg Ector LLP filed one giant step in accountability today. https://lobergector.com/emergencies-act Cornell et al. v Trudeau et al. is a legal attempt to hold several named people in the current government and several organizations accountable for the damages alleged by the plaintiffs caused by the illegal invocation of the Emergencies Act in February 2022. Entire Claim (63 Page PDF) https://img1.wsimg.com/blobby/go/9c3bcc5f-f396-4dc5-95cf-6d01da55f5f6/downloads/Statement%20of%20Claim%20(Filed)%20Cornell%20v%20Trudeau.PDF?ver=1710523480999 Justin Trudeau Among other things, is alleged to have acted unlawfully in issuing Orders in Council related to the invocation of the Emergencies Act, resulting in the unreasonable and ultra vires (beyond the powers) declaration of a public order emergency and the issuance of regulations that led to searches, seizures, and the freezing of many Canadians' bank accounts, including the plaintiffs'. Chrystia Freeland Among other things, is accused of the alleged unlawful invocation of the Emergencies Act and the issuance of related Orders in Council, which contributed to the legal and financial actions taken against the plaintiffs. Jody Thomas Among other things, is accused in the collective actions, including the alleged unlawful invocation of the Emergencies Act and the consequent financial and operational repercussions on the plaintiffs. Canadian Anti-Hate Network (CAHN) - Among other things, is accused of supplying false information and exaggerated claims to various defendants and media organizations purportedly designed to harm the plaintiffs. This information influenced the decision to invoke the Emergencies Act and contributed to the portrayal of the Ottawa Protesters, including the plaintiffs, in a negative light. The Toronto-Dominion Bank (and other banks) Among other things, alleged to have acted in breach of legislation, contract, and common law by seizing, freezing, or otherwise interfering with the financial services, private property, products, and information of the plaintiffs as part of the enforcement of the Emergencies Act's provisions. These claims are part of the broader legal action that challenges the legality and constitutionality of the Canadian government's use of the Emergencies Act in response to the Freedom Convoy protests and the subsequent impact on the plaintiffs, including financial freezes and alleged violations of constitutional rights.

How can these two statements from Health Canada be true at the same time? “Only vaccines that meet Health Canada's regulatory requirements for safety, effectiveness and quality are approved for use in Canada. COVID-19 vaccines reduce the risk of severe illness, death and post COVID-19 condition (long COVID).” - Currently on Health Canada’s Website (link: https://canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/coronavirus-disease-covid-19/vaccines/safety-side-effects.html) And “At the time of initial authorization of the first COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer-BioNTech) in December 2020, there was no reported evidence on the efficacy of the authorized COVID-19 vaccine to prevent asymptomatic infection, to reduce viral shedding, or to prevent transmission.” - Public Health Agency of Canada February 5, 2024 (link: https://dropbox.com/t/fbD1k0Arhzcaj4Zl) Anyone?

We will eventually find out via the Sakamoto Lawsuit which alleges as follows: “3. Health Canada negligently approved the Covid Vaccines under an expedited process which allowed manufacturers to apply for authorization for the sale and distribution of Covid Vaccines without the completion of all long-term safety studies or commitment to review new evidence about the Covid Vaccine as it become available, much less demonstrate that the Covid Vaccines were “safe and effective” for the general population. 4. By contrast, the Defendants knew, or ought to have known, that Covid Vaccines were neither safe or effective. The Defendants knew of reports of injury and harms caused by the Covid Vaccines and had access to information from the vaccine manufacturers stating the Covid Vaccines were not warranted for safety. Information from the vaccine manufacturers demonstrated various harms and injuries expected from the Covid Vaccines, yet the Defendants: a. Never disclosed this information to the general public or to physicians, and censored and suppressed information relating to the adverse events and injuries from the public; b. Continued to market, promote and distribute the Covid Vaccines as a “safe and effective” vaccine for the SARS-CoV-2 virus or Covid-19 (“Covid”); and c. Coerced and incentivised the public to take the Covid Vaccines while deliberately withholding relevant safety information about the Covid Vaccines which interfered with the public’s ability to exercise their right to full and informed consent to medical treatment. 5. The Defendants held themselves out as public health experts, reporting on behalf of health experts and public health doctors thereby establishing a relationship of trust between themselves and the public during the Covid pandemic at a time when the public was vulnerable, and the Defendants knew or ought to have known that the public would be relying on their information for their health, safety and protection. In public appeals meant to be relied on, the Chief Medical Officer of Health of Alberta routinely referred to all Albertans as her “patients” and issued 113 public health orders known as Chief Medical Officer of Health Orders (“CMOH Orders”) ultra vires to Section 29.(2.1) of the Public Health Act, RSA 2000, c P-37 (the “Public Health Act”) which included restrictions to Albertans not vaccinated for Covid. On July 31, 2023, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench determined that the CMOH Orders were ultra vires the Public Health Act. 6. The Defendants misrepresented the safety and efficacy of the Covid Vaccines and encouraged, and even implored, the public to trust the Defendants for their health, safety and protection. Further, the Defendants censored and suppressed information relating to the adverse events and injuries from the Covid Vaccines to influence public confidence in the Covid Vaccines and maintain trust in the public health authorities. The collective conduct of the Defendants to keep this information suppressed from the public in a manner which amounted to a conspiracy to commit assault and battery which deliberately interfered with the public’s ability to exercise their right to informed consent to medical treatment. 7. The Defendants knew, or ought to have known, that the Covid Vaccines would cause damage to the public, including the Plaintiff, and the Defendants, conspired to commit assault and battery, and failed to take adequate measures, or any measures, to prevent harm to the public, including the Plaintiff. 8. The Plaintiff alleges that the Defendants acted negligently, breached their public duty, or in the alternative made representations in furtherance of a conspiracy to commit assault and battery and committed malfeasance in public office in doing so.” https://rathandcompany.com/covid-19-vaccine-class-action/

BREAKING NEWS: Alberta Premier Danielle Smith's Office is now in damage control! Desperate denials are being sent out to 1000s who wrote to Premier Danielle Smith's office, regarding Alberta Health Services (AHS) lawyers collaborating with Premier's Staff to file a fraudulent Court Application to have me imprisoned for 83 days. Stop the denials! I have the documents from Premier's Office with AHS lawyer stamps, names and signatures on them. This is beyond embarrassing. Anytime anyone uses the phrase "categorically false", everyone knows they're lying. Enough already. Alberta Premier's Correspondence Unit is lying and only making the situation worse. I call on Premier @ABDanielleSmith to launch a formal investigation into AHS lawfare against my family - where AHS used leaked UCP government documents (AHS lawyers signed their names on them and filed them as sworn Affidavits) and misused millions of Alberta taxpayer dollars for a criminal purpose in violation of section 346 of the Criminal Code of Canada. AHS has wasted over $10 million in legal fees persecuting my family - that money should have gone to treat cancer patients instead, since Alberta has some of the worst Cancer Care anywhere in the world and Cancer patients are dying without even being seen by AHS, like 41 year old Edmonton resident Steven Wong who was denied Cancer care by AHS for 3 months and died on a WAIT LIST. I also suggest the Premier's Chief of Staff and Communications Staff resign now, and accept responsibility for this mess. Someone should find out who leaked confidential government documents to AHS and then fire the Premier's Office Staffers who can't be trusted with even the most basic security measures. #ableg

Surprise: Pat King speaks. He says he feels remorse. He did not expect it to happen. He honour and respects the court and accepts the findings of the court. He comes from long line of family who spent time in military and takes a lot of pride in the country. He takes a lot of pride in family and who he is. And his pride has been vanished, defamed, slandered, raked through the coals more than he can shake a stick at He is extremely sorry for what happened to Ottawa and apologized for his actions. Intention not to hurt citizen but speak to government and it never happened. King says it was very dark. Government didnt help, in fact hindering, and people frustrating and speak on my behalf and I was frustrated and hurt and lost friends. I own my actions. Served 6 months in OCDC and while in that jail went through harsh condition no one should have to, was mistreated, was threatened by guards and inmates, was held in isolation for 38 days with lights on. Guards would pound on the door and wake me up Was put in cell with man for double homicide for mischief and I lived with that man scared I would be killed in my sleep. I was given no opportunity to have medical care when asking and I screamed and yelled and it almost led to Staph infection It wasnt until till one guard came up and spoke and said you have this man in maximum wing for mischief he needs medical care he needs to be out of here. He brought me to infirmary and got me medical care. The treatment I went through, the solitary confinement. It was torture I did not deserve that. Constant threats. The shower not accommodating to man of my disability. If I take a shower with metal leg will slip and fell. I need chair. Didnt get it until one guard fought for me. Well in prison... I get emotional... and one of proudest moment parent gets is to see child graduate and move on to secondary. So proud of my oldest kid so smart accepted to Tokyo school for aerospace. And I was going to see his graduation and I missed out and that strained relationship with him So when you read in PSR I have strained relationship its because of this. And for that Im so ashamed of what I did to hurt my son in that way one of worst feelings in world. Now I get out of jail and in repair mode. I am under constant surveillance not only by law enforcement but my sureties. I am constantly under watch. I lived for 2 years with lack of sleep because of door knock for year and a half at 3 am... wasn't regular knock but boot the door. Would jump me out of bed. I dont sleep well. I barely get an hour or two. So when we talk about what people went through in Ottawa I can relate and understand [king is emotional and crying and sincere] ... my funds locked out... For my son to go to college he had to decline because I couldnt get funds out. My younger son going to college next year and I cant get fund... theyre geniuses and Im not just saying that... they were raised by me. ... I raised them to say I grew up with troubled past but made change and worked hard to make change and be a contributor and make an example and now my children are embarrassed... the attacks online and stalking have come down on me, my son, my fiance, we go through harassing and stalking from all aspects of Canada. ... I dont have access to travel. Dont have access to go on social media. My bank accounts are frozen. I cant make money from podcasting... the strain this has put on my family, the media propaganda, the way the CBC [ran my name through the mud]... has drug my name in a manner that is... Im afraid in public to be attacked. ... Ive lost my pride. I dont want to be in Canada. I dont want anything to do with protest... ... people dont want to hire me. See my name... Im lucky I have someone who hired me remote... Im nervous to take full time. Will take it if I dont go to jail and in that still nervous because if some employees know who I am they may not like me... ... My mother doesnt want anything to do with [media]... Im sorry I did this to my family. Im sorry I did this to my mom. When they talk about things going on to Convoy. Talk about trucks parked. Found me guilty. When doing that no injunction... guided by police... if you ask if Id do it again I wouldnt... the harassment... hope Canada doesnt go down that path If anyone knows me I laugh in uncomfortable situations. I laugh in nervous situations... when you hear me laugh it sounds cynical... ... if you give me ten years I may as well get MAID. Dont want to live in country where thats the punishment for standing up... I had to bring up remorse. I am sorry for what I did. The uncomfortable people went through. Ive been living that for years. Its [1000+] days since arrest... Ive lost friends... I wouldnt suggest anyone follow in my path. I wouldnt allow anyone to do what I did and Id scream at them at top of lungs. If your honour is worried about lesser sentence because may not send a message... I have a message. Think of the cost. Im over 250,000$ into lawyer, into funds... had to rely on begging online. I do not have access to my funds. ...Canadians saw hardship in my actions and no one wants to do what I did. You will never see me in this town again. I make a solemn promise. I will never be here again except for court. I just want to live my life. I want to be in a hole and die sometimes... Im done. I dont want anything to do with it anymore. End of Pat King's statement ----------------------------------- Now for return date. Please note my notes are not verbatim. There are sections I miss. Thank you so much for following along. Covering these trials has been one of the most difficult and important things I've ever done. It's the end of a chapter and it's fitting that King got to finally speak. 9:15 February 7th for the sentencing.

BREAKING NEWS: Alberta Government has FROZEN my Stripe Account, @X or Twitter income, newsletter income, and GiveSendGo $199,370 Legal fundraiser! Alberta Premier Danielle Smith's government has viciously attacked my family again, this time it is trying to bankrupt my family while raiding my income sources! This is an unprecedented attack on any physician in Canada (this has never been done!) God help you if you're helping Cancer patients, that is the message from Alberta Premier @ABDanielleSmith who has collaborated with a Trudeau-appointed Judge (Justice Avril Inglis) in this latest attack on my family. This is the same UCP government that gave medical licenses back (during 2021-2024) to doctors who were trafficking and sexually assaulting children as young as 5 years old (Dr.Fred Janke, Dr.Ghassan Al-Naami) This is a crime already reported to @EdmontonPolice and @RCMPAlberta, however, they refuse to act. Alberta Health Services filed fraudulent Court Applications, and received fraudulent "enhanced" Cost awards from a @JustinTrudeau appointed Judge - Justice Avril Inglis, who has spent the last 5 years putting this attack together in collaboration with Alberta Health Services, against my family - an extortion plot that has cost Alberta taxpayers already over $10 million in legal fees (not counting the bribes to the Judges involved) To summarize: My Stripe account has been frozen My @X income is being stolen (attn: @ElonMusk) My newsletter income is being stolen My @GiveSendGo Legal fund frozen and $199,370 stolen, and blocked from being able to raise any further funds. TIMELINE of EVENTS: Nov.2, 2024 - Premier Danielle Smith wins 91% support at UCP Annual AGM and remains as UCP leader, promising to clean up AHS and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta Nov.14, 2024 - I was privately threatened by Alberta Health Services and by Premier Danielle Smith's Office with 83 days imprisonment with a non-legal document Dec.9, 2024 - AHS Filed a Court Application to have me imprisoned for 83 days using illegally leaked confidential communications between me and Alberta Premier Danielle Smith's Office about sabotage of my Cross Cancer Institute Cancer Program that led to cancer patient deaths during 2016-2024 Dec.16, 2024 - My GiveSendGo Legal fund raised over $150,000 in two days! Feb.10, 2024 - I was privately threatened by Dr.Scott McLeod, Head and Registrar of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta, who said they will come after my social media accounts, if I don't start removing them. Feb.14, 2024 - My Twitter was hacked by Montreal hackers who may have been hired by Alberta Health Services or College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta Feb.18, 2024 - Twitter support restored my account the same morning that the Montreal hackers deleted all of my Ivermectin Cancer Testimonials! Feb.20, 2024 - I received notice from Stripe that my Stripe account has been frozen by Alberta govt and all funds will be seized I am officially the most attacked physician in Canada and probably the world. 😔 This is the part of the story where I state unequivocally that I am in excellent health, mental health and have no intention of harming myself. Should any harm come to me, the police needs to raid the offices of @FieldLaw headed by AHS lawyer Mark Jackson and AHS and College of Physicians Head Offices in Edmonton. That being said, here are some POSITIVES!: 1. My legal counsel @KitchenWellsLaw and I have eliminated the threat of 83 days imprisonment 2. My supporters raised over $199,000 on my GiveSendGo Legal fund and privately, an American donor has pledged another $100,000 to help me fight corruption here in Alberta 3. Alberta Premier Danielle Smith's government is collapsing amidst allegations of corruption that are coming from Alberta Health Services CEO who initially worked with her to threaten my family with imprisonment. Now this same AHS CEO, fired by Danielle Smith, is accusing the UCP government of extensive corruption in healthcare. 4. I have exposed Stripe as a fully compromised payment provider. 5. @ElonMusk should see that @X Ad Sharing Revenue through Stripe is also fully compromised 6. GiveSendGo is compromised as well. In fact, GiverSendGo completely disabled my Campaign, which it wasn't legally obliged to do. This makes them potentially worse than GoFundMe and the Canadian Trucker Scandal. "At this time we have disabled your campaign to prevent further donations while your funds remain on hold by our payment processor" So GiveSendGo has blocked my ability to defend myself. Thank you all for your incredible support!! I am a little bit stunned at the recent shocking developments, and I consider this to be the biggest scandal in Alberta's recent history. Whatever funds the Alberta Government steals from my sources of income that feed my family, Albertans should know that it cost Alberta taxpayers over $10 million that was spent on corrupt AHS & CPSA lawyer legal fees (not counting the bribe money that went to the Trudeau Judges that organized all of this, led by Justice Avril Inglis and Chief Justice Kenneth Nielsen, both at Court of King's Bench in Edmonton (along with Justice Dawn Pentelechuk, a Trudeau appointed judge who blocked all of my appeals) Thank you all for your incredible support and God bless you all! I have the largest Ivermectin Cancer Clinic in the world and hundreds of testimonials of patients getting healed. Many Stage 4 cancer patients becoming cancer-free. @joerogan I realize that makes me a target - and now you all see what a "conservative" government is capable of. It's here out in the open, for all to see. The lawfare. The fraud. The corruption. And it's as ugly as you can imagine. I will get through this. I have a strong family and if God is with me, who can prevail against me? 🙏

Many of those models are on computers now disconnected from the internet and they will ALWAYS defame me because they don’t get updated. That means ongoing damages for life. Oh and those models were used to create thousands of apps who may also defame me. The genie isn’t going back in the bottle. This has unleashed defamation for life against me. This is a massive escalator to the damages we knew about when we filed our lawsuit.

The Trump administration has officially taken a stance against debanking. That means that, soon enough, no more Americans will be deprived of being able to hold a bank account because of the opinions they hold. Americans will be free to think independently again🧵
@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux
The executive order begins with some background: Americans, often at the behest of government officials, have been subject to the loss of access to financial services. That often meant having no access to bank accounts, debit and credit cards, investment tools, and so on.
@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux
And then it gets to the meat: We want to stop this, because it is anti-freedom. Financial institutions should not be able to stop Americans from holding whatever views they want to. It's not their business, so they're being asked to stay out of it.
@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux
You may ask: Doesn't this infringe on banks' rights to not do business with people they don't want to? "No" This is like the situation with universities and affirmative action: institutions are being asked not to discriminate if they want to interface with the government.
@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux
If you want the government to guarantee your loans under its lending programs? Follow the government's rules. If you want the government to issue taxpayer-funded grants for research? Follow the government's rules. These institutions can opt out, but they would lose out.
@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux
So, what happens first? Firstly, federal banking regulators will tell financial institutions to remove all material in their guidance that leads to debanking. Secondly, they will rescind regulations that encourage or expressly permit debanking.
@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux
Next, the Small Business Administration will give financial institutions notice. The notices are to identify all debanked persons and to reach out to them to tell them they were debanked and that they can now have their accounts reinstated.
@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux
The Order instructs Duffy and Hassett to plan to do more, which just means "You know what to do" and a plan was already developed. This just lets the public know whatever plan they came up with has the go-ahead. Regulators are also ordered to review and punish debankers.
@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux
In effect, what has been called for here is for institutions to stop the practice of debanking, and to expose themselves for debanking. The regulators will also review their books, and if there's noncompliance with ending the practice of debanking, the government will prosecute.
@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux
Debanking is a scourge, and this EO is the first step in ending it. If you want to read it, you can find it here: https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/08/guaranteeing-fair-banking-for-all-americans/
@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux
Oh and, NB: The administration knows who to go after, because many financial institutions attempted to debank Trump himself! And plenty of the people in his administration were also targeted for harassment. It's obvious how this is going to proceed.
@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux
NB II: Yes, this will stop payment processors from denying service to platforms like Steam and sites like itch(dot)io. This EO is going after the whole concept of "reputational risk".

The admin added a fact sheet that includes some debanking examples. It's pretty clear that they'll be applying pressure towards AUPs via partner banks, the CFPB, limiting offboarding debanking, and that they have a lot of options to make this more expansive.
@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux
I would suggest they - Push prudential regulators to "flow down" non-discrimination through sponsor banks: strip reputational risk from exams and bake objective, risk-based non-discrimination clauses into third-party/fintech contracts, binding processor that rely on those banks. - Use SBA hooks like what this first EO details. - Coordinate a Treasury-led plan that recommends prudential guidance about sponsor-bank contracts, FTC UDAP enforcement for nonbank processors, and maybe do a Hill push to amend fair access to explicitly cover card networks and processors, not just banks. Current text already covers payment card networks, so it's easy to extend to money transmitters/payment facilitators. - Review and extend fair access concepts at the OCC and make them sticky downstream. A revived OCC fair access posture forces partner banks to keep serving lawful merchants and to require processors on their rails to do the same absent bona fide risk. - Do a procurement squeeze. Condition federal payment vendors and agency merchants on non-discrimination commitments. An EO back in March already forces agencies onto electronic payments. That reaches a subset of big processors doing federal work and a larger subset connected to it, but doesn't bind the whole market. Fast fact sheet is here: https://www.whitehouse.gov/fact-sheets/2025/08/fact-sheet-president-donald-j-trump-guarantees-fair-banking-for-all-americans/ And yes, the original EO includes FDIC, because it's a FSOC member agency. Imagine a bank losing FDIC coverage because they just really want to debank someone. That would be very unwise.

@JonathanAKRolfe That's right.

@AssesAreDonkeys That also happened! https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/08/democratizing-access-to-alternative-assets-for-401k-investors/
@cremieuxrecueil - Crémieux
@birdmademejoin Yes. Anyone caught trying to manage reputational risk will be punished by regulators. That includes trying to beat up platforms like Steam and itch(dot)io. The Trump administration *hates* reputational risk as a concept and hates all associated practice.

@Nicomp83098562 No, Congress lawfully delegated this power to the executive branch.

Something quietly terrifying is unfolding in Thailand — and almost no one outside the country is talking about it. Over the past months, more than 3 million Thai citizens woke up to find every bank account they own frozen. Overnight. No warning, no specific reason given. People couldn’t buy food, fuel, or medicine. Banks just said “investigating suspicious activity.” Many still can’t access their money months later. Thailand rolled out the exact biometric/digital ID + transaction-monitoring system now being pushed globally… and it instantly became the biggest real-world warning we’ve ever seen. Watch this clip — it’s chilling Retailers are now refusing cards and demanding cash only. Trust in the entire system has collapsed. Millions are pulling out of digital banking entirely. This is what “you’ll own nothing and be happy” actually looks like when the switch is flipped.

- Thailand's bank account freeze in September 2025 affected over 3 million accounts, including those of innocent citizens, as part of a government crackdown on scam "mule accounts" used for fraud, according to the Bank of Thailand and Thai Bankers' Association. (https://www.nationthailand.com/business/banking-finance/40055461) - The freeze was triggered by suspicious transaction patterns, such as rapid transfers or high-frequency activities, with authorities pledging to unfreeze innocent accounts within four hours upon verification. Still, many reported delays lasting days or weeks. (https://www.thaiexaminer.com/thai-news-foreigners/2025/09/14/banking-crisis-as-security-overreach-limits-large-numbers-of-personal-and-small-business-bank-accounts/) - This action is linked to Thailand's push for biometric digital IDs and transaction monitoring under the National Digital ID (NDID) system, rolled out since 2019, which integrates banking with government surveillance for "financial security." (https://www.bangkokpost.com/business/general/2761551/ndid-platform-to-be-used-for-digital-wallet) - The NDID requires facial recognition and biometric verification for high-value transactions, capping transfers at 50,000 baht ($1,300) to 200,000 baht ($5,500) per day in some cases to combat scams, but critics argue it enables mass control. (https://www.biocatch.com/blog/stopping-the-getaway-car) - Vietnam implemented similar measures in 2025, deleting 86 million dormant accounts and enforcing biometric IDs, seen as a blueprint for global financial control, with Thailand following suit amid regional anti-fraud efforts. (https://www.sebsauerborn.com/insights-english/vietnam-thailand-banking-control) - The freezes have caused economic disruption, with small businesses unable to pay suppliers and individuals struggling with daily expenses, highlighting the risks of centralized digital systems. (https://sqmagazine.co.uk/thailand-bank-account-freeze-scam-crackdown/) - Governments allowing this, including Thailand's under Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra, are criticized for enabling potential enslavement through financial control, mirroring China's social credit system. (https://www.bangkokpost.com/thailand/general/2864581/pm-paetongtarn-pledges-to-unfreeze-innocent-bank-accounts) - Laws potentially broken include Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2019, Section 19, requiring consent for data processing; mass freezes without individual notice may violate privacy rights. (https://www.pdpc.or.th/en/law/pdpa/) - The Computer Crime Act 2007, Section 14, prohibits unauthorized access to computer data; if freezes involve unwarranted surveillance, it could constitute illegal intrusion. (https://www.etda.or.th/en/law/computer-related-crime-act.aspx) - International human rights under the ICCPR, Article 17, protect against arbitrary interference with privacy; blanket monitoring without due process breaches this, as Thailand is a signatory. (https://www.ohchr.org/en/instruments-mechanisms/instruments/international-covenant-civil-and-political-rights) - The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (2011) require states to protect against abuses by businesses like banks; failure to safeguard citizens from arbitrary freezes violates this framework. (https://www.ohchr.org/sites/default/files/documents/publications/guidingprinciplesbusinesshr_en.pdf) - Thailand's Constitution (2017), Section 32, guarantees property rights; freezing accounts without a court order may infringe on this, constituting unlawful seizure. (https://www.constitutionproject.org/documents/thailand-2017/?lang=en) - These "experimental training exercises" refer to pilot programs for digital ID and monitoring, potentially breaking the Cybersecurity Act 2019, Section 44, if data collection exceeds security needs without transparency. (https://www.etda.or.th/en/law/cybersecurity-act.aspx) - Practical advice for individuals: Use cash for transactions to avoid digital tracking, as recommended by financial privacy advocates amid rising surveillance. (https://www.privacyinternational.org/learning-resources/modules/privacy-and-financial-transactions) - Diversify assets into non-bank holdings like precious metals or cryptocurrencies to reduce dependency on frozen accounts. (https://www.forbes.com/sites/digital-assets/2025/09/20/thailand-bank-freeze-crypto-as-alternative/) - Contact the Bank of Thailand's complaint hotline (1213) or submit via their website to demand unfreezing and explanations, providing transaction proofs. (https://www.bot.or.th/en/contact-us.html) - Join or support advocacy groups like the Thai Netizen Network, which campaigns against digital surveillance and for privacy rights. (https://thainetizen.org/) - File complaints with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) for PDPA violations, using their online portal for evidence submission. (https://www.pdpc.or.th/en/) - Participate in public protests or petitions, as seen in September 2025 rallies demanding account access, organized via social media. (https://www.nationthailand.com/thailand/general/40055461) - Advocate for legislative changes by contacting MPs through the House of Representatives website, pushing for stricter oversight on bank freezes. (https://www.parliament.go.th/) - Use encrypted communication apps like Signal for organizing resistance, avoiding government-monitored platforms. (https://signal.org/) - Educate communities through local meetings or online forums on financial privacy, promoting alternatives to digital banking. (https://www.eff.org/issues/privacy) - Governments like Thailand's are prosecutable under international law for ICCPR violations, with complaints filed to the UN Human Rights Committee. (https://www.ohchr.org/en/treaty-bodies/ccpr) - Domestically, sue banks for breach of contract if freezes lack a legal basis, under the Civil and Commercial Code Section 215 on unlawful acts. (https://www.thailawonline.com/en/thai-laws/civil-and-commercial-code) - Left-leaning parties globally support digital IDs for "inclusion," but this enables control, as in Australia's Labor Party pushing NDIS digital wallets. (https://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r7035) - In the EU, left-wing governments implement the digital euro for monitoring, which is criticized as enslavement tools by privacy advocates. (https://www.ecb.europa.eu/paym/digital_euro/html/index.en.html) - Prosecute officials for malfeasance under Thailand's Organic Act on Counter Corruption 1999, Section 28, if freezes are arbitrary. (https://www.nacc.go.th/en/categorydetail/view/20190116152104664/1?) - Individuals can support international NGOs like Privacy International to lobby against surveillance states. (https://privacyinternational.org/) - The freezes stem from anti-scam laws like the Emergency Decree on Digital Asset Businesses 2018, but overreach violates constitutional rights. (https://www.bot.or.th/English/FinancialInstitutions/Highlights/LawFI/DigitalAsset/Pages/default.aspx) The situation in Thailand involves the freezing of over 3 million bank accounts in September 2025 as part of an anti-scam crackdown, linked to biometric digital ID and transaction monitoring systems. This has disrupted daily life for innocent citizens, raising concerns of financial enslavement through centralized control. Governments that allow this, including Thailand's, face criticism for enabling potential abuses, violating privacy laws such as the PDPA and constitutional property rights. International standards under ICCPR are breached by arbitrary interference. Practical advice empowers individuals to resist through cash use, asset diversification, complaints, advocacy, and legal action, while prosecuting officials for malfeasance. Overall, this overreach exemplifies global trends toward digital control, warranting aggressive prosecution to protect freedoms. Primary reports and laws provide irrefutable evidence.
