We need to address the rising violence in America by punishing drug dealers and users more severely. While drug use may be down, drug-related violence is still a major issue. The current lack of police, prosecutors, and judges is allowing many criminals to go free. The president's plan does not allocate enough resources to combat this problem, so we need to triple the commitment to law enforcement to effectively tackle the issue.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Has to join us in making a significantly greater commitment to these 6 areas to stem the rising tide of violence in America. And that's what it is, violence. 1st, we have to join together to ensure that drug dealers are punished swiftly, surely, and severely. In the line with what the president is calling for, we have to hold every drug user accountable. Because if there are no, no drug users, there would be no appetite for drugs. There'd be no market for them. Let's take a look at what the real problem is. It's not just how many people are using drugs as the president said, the number of people using drugs, cocaine in particular is down in our country. That's true. But the violence associated with drugs is spewing out all over America, and that's terrible. I know it's hard to believe, but this very day, violent drug offenders will commit more than 100, 000 crimes on this day alone. And the sad part is it that we have we have no more police in the streets of our major cities than we had 10 years ago. And what the president proposes won't help much. What he proposes is no increase over what the congress has already approved last year. In a nutshell, the president's plan doesn't include enough police officers to catch the violent thugs, not enough prosecutors to convict them, not enough judges to sentence them, and not enough prison cells to put them away for a long time. That's why right now, 6 out of every 10 criminals who are arrested on drug charges have their cases dropped. That's why we think the president should triple triple the commitment that he's made tonight for police, prosecutors, and judges for our cities and our states.

Speaker 0: The $2,100,000 spent to move the accounting center from the courthouse in Media, Pennsylvania, which has been something that has been done for for decades, to the Wharf in Chester, Pennsylvania. Let me explain to you the layout of the accounting center. It is in the middle of a huge parking lot, which sits back on Seaport Drive next to loading docks. It has multimillion dollar connections to the company Power HRG and Super Youth Park Soccer Stadium. The accounting center was on the 1st floor in which there were multiple places to bring in ballots in and out of elevators in many rooms in which workers had access. I was there for 3 straight days. What became of concern was the backroom which had had no observers, no line of sight or transparency into the process. There was no cooperation, complete resistance from election night and every day after. It took until our lawyer got an injunction to get into that backroom in which pre canvassing was transpiring. Even with an injunction which was a joke, we were granted 5 minutes every 2 hours, and the setup was sitting in a chair 20 feet from any physical ballot. I truly wish I had enough time today to to recreate what I witnessed and felt during those moments. But we did not gather here today just for me and my experience, but rather a collection of experience experiences from Americans like myself. What I hope to achieve is for the public to understand is what we is that we have stuck our necks out, have been intimidated, threatened, bullied, has spent countless hours away from our families, friends, and jobs. We have signed affidavits under penalty of perjury, which should be consideration enough to know that this is a very serious issue. I'm here for one thing only and that is to speak the truth. This is not about party. This is about my country. Every American deserves transparency, truth and be able to question those in power without fear of intimidation, bullying or backlash. I hope this committee takes action if needed, and justice will be swift to anyone involved in fraudulent activity. The republic is angry, disgruntled, tired, beaten up, and ready to defend this country.

Speaker 0: But I watched CNN today, and they had the presidential debate, the US presidential debate. And maybe some of you saw it. And if you did, well, it was amazing. It was amazing on every level. But what was especially amazing was afterward they went to the panel of assembled democratic operatives posing as journalists, all of them were, like, shocked to discover that Joe Biden has dementia. Like, they couldn't believe it. What? Oh my gosh. He's noncompass matters. No way. Are you serious? I'm thinking of myself. What year is it? 2024 ish? Middle aged people identify with that? Okay. 2024, people are saying. It was 2019 that I heard from a friend of mine who's friends with his sister, Val, that the family was very upset because Joe has dementia and he's running for president. And, well, I sent this on TV, by the way, at the time, and it was denounced as a racist or something. I mean, everything in the United States, like, that's just like the all purpose term for shut up. Racist. I was like, I think he's white. Shut up racist. Okay. Anyway, but, but she his sister had told a friend of mine, like an actual friend of mine, 1 of my neighbors, that the family was upset and that his son sadly had passed away. By the way, not in Iraq fighting a war for freedom, but of cancer. I don't think he's aware of that. But sad, and that the family was convinced he needed to kind of get it out of his system by running for president, but of course, no one's getting white and make Joe Biden the nominee because we had Pete Buttigieg for that. Who's now it's a joke, but at the time they're like people are gonna love Pete Buttigieg. He's incompetent, but he's gay. Great. And then people are like, what? No. So they had to, go to Joe Biden, and he actually became the nominee and then somehow became the president. And but it was obvious the whole time that he had no idea where he was, and that it was cruel, and that his grasping, horrible wife who, like, poses as a doctor was pushing this so she could go to state dinners. And everyone knew this. Like, there's not 1 person who didn't know this. And when you travel outside our borders, you know, people are always so nice about other people's countries. Like, they don't attack you to your face. And, obviously, I'm the most American person who's ever lived. And I love my country, and I'm gonna die there and would die for it without even thinking. That's how much and I mean that. So everyone wants to be polite to you about your country. And when like, if I ever went to New Zealand, I wouldn't mention Jikinde Adherne or what you know what I mean? That would be rude. I wouldn't say, like, oh, that retarded girl with the teeth, is she here? You know, I wouldn't. That would be no. I wouldn't. Because that's not something a guest says. Right? You're in someone else's you know, you're having dinner at someone's house, like the food is appalling. What's so good? You know what I mean? But even given the high standards of politeness offered to foreigners in foreign lands, Everywhere I've traveled around the world for the past 3 years and there's been a lot of countries, people are like, so Joe Biden, how is he? Really? Well, I think he has dementia. He certainly does. Like, everybody knows. Everybody knows because they have I can't remember the the Internet And it has video on it, and it takes about 15 seconds to determine the leader of the most powerful country in the world with this mass nuclear arsenal involved in 2 simultaneous wars doesn't know what day it is, and that's really scary. But if you come to the United States and you're in the media envelope, this, like, fake world created by this disinformation specialist who run our media, that's never mentioned at all. It's like everyone pretend it would be it would literally be like everyone pretending Jikind Adern is like a legitimate person, which they may have done in New Zealand. I wasn't there. You know what I mean? When people say, oh, it's the prime minister. What? It's ridiculous, actually. But everyone sort of plays along like it's not happening. And this isn't it is the whole emperor's new clothes story is based on this phenomenon, which is a very human phenomenon. But for the media today to be like, wow, we just got the diagnosis. This is shocking. He can't run for president. Kind of either they're really stupid, like too stupid to breathe unaided or they're liars. They're truly dishonest. They're hiding the obvious from you, and I'm betting on the latter, but even more amazing was the response to that. So remember that our media are not just observers of reality or describers of reality, people who bring you the story first on the scene. No. They're, you know, they're the gate gatekeepers to reality. You don't know what the world looks like except through them. Like, they are the pipeline through which all information flows. In the United States, they're political actors. They work for for a political party in effect, if not officially, but they all work for the Democratic Party. And the Democratic Party, and I think this is probably true here, has 1 mission this season which is to save democracy which is gravely imperil you may have heard by Vladimir Putin who was ending our democracy somehow. And don't laugh. What are you? You you Putin lovers? Anyway yeah. Okay. That's fine. I don't care. It's not my president. You can love anyone you want as far as I'm concerned because I believe in, you know, the autonomy of man. You can can have your own opinions. But the point is, in my country and probably here, the self described mission of everyone in the media is to save democracy. And democracy simply defined is the the idea that the people own their country. You know, it's their country, and they hire people to represent them. But fundamentally, they are shareholders in this enterprise. They're owners. They're not surfs. They're not renting it. This isn't a rental car. It's your car. You change the oil in it because it belongs to you. Right? And that's what citizenship is. And so in a democracy, know, you don't have to do everything the majority wants every moment. But over time, if what you're doing bears no relationship to what the majority wants, then you know for a fact it's not democracy. And, you know, you can try to convince people of things. You can say, well, you know, you want this, but I think you should want that and here's why. But you can ignore them or else it's not a democracy. It's an oligarchy. And you see yourself as the owner and they're the the tenants, the serfs, the renters. And you can just do whatever you want, and it doesn't matter what they think. So that's the most anti democratic attitude possible. Right? That attitude is the enemy of democracy. And all of a sudden today, these defenders of democracy, like, well, I mean, obviously, Joe Biden's got Alzheimer's, and he's super unpopular. He can't win. Therefore, we need to replace him. And it's like, wait a second. He was already elected in the biggest landslide ever. I don't know if you knew that. Like, he got over a 1000000000 votes, you know, in our country. He got more votes than black Jesus. And because he's just so unbelievably popular, people just love Joe Biden. It was a landslide, literally a landslide in 2020. And that gives him the authority to do whatever he wants whether you like it or not because so many of your neighbors voted for him. You don't know their names, but it happened. Okay? It happened. It's sort of like COVID deaths. You never actually met anybody who died of it, but millions did die. Everybody voted for Joe Biden except you, so shut up. So he has this mandate, this moral mandate to do literally whatever he wants, import 30, 000, 000 people illegally and you're not allowed to say anything about it, racist. And yet, at the same time, and then Democratic primary voters just just like the other day in our system, the members of the party vote for their nominee. He's elected by his own party. People actually went to the polls, cast a ballot for him. But all of a sudden, because he might not win against the orange man, we need to take his job away from him by force and let the donors put someone in there who can beat the orange man because that's democracy. And that made me start to think for the first time, maybe we're defining the word democracy a little differently. Maybe you've got a different understanding of what that means. Maybe you think democracy is when we do exactly what you and 8 of your friends want. That's what you think it is. Whereas I think democracy is when you do the will of the majority over time.

Kareem Jean-Pierre is addressing the scrutiny on Vice President Harris regarding her record, especially as she seeks to distance herself from President Biden's unpopular economic policies. While Harris is part of the Biden administration, there are indications she wants to separate her image from Biden's economic challenges. President Biden believes his policies are effective and is optimistic about avoiding a recession. However, as he approaches the end of his term, Harris's future plans remain unclear, though announcements are expected soon.

And we also got a sense from White House officials about the way that things might be going as vice president Harris looks to distance herself from president Biden's economic record. Axios is now reporting that she is hoping to distance herself from president Biden's unpopularity on the economy. Can you blame her? Speaker 1: Do you know this is the Biden Harris administration? Are you aware that this is the Biden Harris administration? She is indeed the vice president. Speaker 0: But if the president's policies on the economy were working or if they were popular, would he still be the king? Speaker 1: Literally just had this the chair of the CEA here who laid out a pretty pretty robust, point by point about the economy and what has happened under the Biden Harris administration. Speaker 0: President Biden himself today said he thinks his policies are working. He wants the press coverage to reflect that there is going to be a soft landing and there's not gonna be a recession, but ultimately, he is on his way out. Harris wants to take over. She just hasn't told us exactly what she plans to do if she wins. We are told to expect that at some point this week, Martha. Speaker 1: Yeah. My

Video Transcript AI Summary
An undercover video alleges Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are running the White House under Joe Biden. Tyler Robinson, special advisor to the administrator of the US Small Business Administration, claims he reports to the chief of staff, who reports to SBA administrator Isabel Guzman. It is claimed that Guzman indirectly campaigns for Biden by visiting battleground states and promoting the Biden economy. This may be a violation of the Hatch Act. The speaker claims Roger Stone predicted Ron Klain would be brought in and report directly to Obama. The speaker also claims that Obama has a mansion with huge walls around it, which the Washington Post called his new White House. The speaker further alleges that most of Biden's executive orders and bills are auto-penned, with only two signatures appearing to be authentic. One of these was Biden's resignation letter, which Pelosi allegedly dismissed as not being authentic.

Speaker 0: Who would you Speaker 1: say is the most powerful person at Speaker 2: the White House? Jeff. Jeff is the Speaker 3: most powerful person at the White House? Speaker 4: Other than, like, the president-in-law. There's probably, like, five or six people that work for Jeff Biden, and I've worked for him thirty years. One of them is Ron Clay. Ron worked for Biden when he's, a senator. There's a guy named Steve Rachey. He's, like, a senior adviser at the White House. Anita Dunn. Yeah. She's a senior adviser at White House. Jean Sperland. Jean Sperland. He's an he's economics guy. Economics guy. Oh, his sister. Biden's sister. She, like, runs the Biden Foundation. They're the people that run his different department. If they put her on his desk, like, maybe he's a he's a prophecy. Speaker 2: So the I feel like Speaker 5: Barack Obama's still very, like, involved. Speaker 6: No. He Speaker 7: is. Yeah. Hillary was being interviewed. Speaker 8: And she said, I still talk to the White House every day. Speaker 4: She has people that are, like, super close to her that are still, like, senior people in the White House. Speaker 9: So who is she talking to Speaker 5: in the White House? Speaker 4: Probably near Tandon. Speaker 2: I hope that Hillary is still involved behind the scene because No. Speaker 4: She Speaker 6: is. Treasonous Barack Obama, and that's what comes up. He was the key. And Hillary Clinton were running the White House under Joe Biden. Obama is very involved, says Tyler Robinson, special adviser, the administrator of US Small Business Administration, working directly as a deputy to the chief of staff, Ron Klain, who Roger Stone said, if they steal the election twenty twenty, it'll be Ron Klain. Who works for who? Barack Obama. Speaker 4: And he says in this long eighteen minute undercover video, he says, well, you know, basically, you gave it to Ron Klain. Speaker 6: He was the president, he says. And he he and he he said, but this person was also like the president. They you know? But they didn't have to give it to Biden. They did whatever they wanted. Alright. I'm tempted to play this entire O'Keefe Media Group eighteen minute investigation. But definitely, I'm gonna post it at InfoWars right now and at RealAlex Jones, so you can go watch it and listen to it for yourself. But it's insane that we had Roger Stone on four and a half years ago, right before they stole the election, over and over and over again saying this is how they would do it, naming the exact names. He predicted that they'd bring in Ron Klain and others that would report directly to Obama. He talks about Obama getting that big mansion with huge walls around it that even the Washington Post called his new White House. I mean, basically, you've seen Democrats brag that Obama basically ran things. You've seen the famous footage of over and over again of Biden at White House events and nobody wants to talk to him. Everybody's talking to Obama. So, if you had to pick one person that was like the president of the senate or the speaker of the house in this oligarchy, this this this committee they had, it was Obama. And and it's literally everything Roger Stone said before they even did it. We've gotta have our archivists go back and find Roger in those interviews. He probably said it he probably talked about it 50 times in the last four and a half years. Gotta get Roger on tomorrow because, I mean, this is just stunning because we knew this, but then to hear it from the deputy chief of staff and to watch him say it, it just pisses me off. And how they stole the election and then persecuted Trump and persecuted the American people and cut our energy off and sold us down the river and came after me and put Owen in prison and just I'm sick of it. These people are pathetic, disgusting criminals. And they they they admit. They've they've they've had big journalist groups months ago go, and they scanned all of the executive orders and bills he signed and presidential memorandums, thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of them, and they found two signatures that look like they're the real Biden signature. It's a they didn't even they didn't even put a few extra signatures into the auto pin, which you can load an auto pin in with, you know, a hundred signatures if you want, and it just does different ones. Different variants, the same one. No. It's the exact same one. But I I just say 99% because that's quicker Speaker 4: than Speaker 6: explaining. They found two that weren't auto pinned. You know what one of them was? The resignation from being the presidential candidate of the Democrats that Biden did. That Pelosi later came out, remember, and said, oh, yeah. I saw that letter and knew it wasn't him and said, this is wrong. Who did this? And she starts laughing because they get out ahead of things with their official story. Oh, I don't think this is Biden. This is wrong. I'm not the person that made him resign. He disappears in a medical emergency in Vegas. It's on the local news. He's taken to the hospital, then he disappears on Air Force one to Delaware. A week later, there's this resignation, and then eight days later, he stumbles around the tarmac. I'm gonna get all these clips together. We've got to do a special report on this like today. Definitely by tomorrow we're gonna have it because I remember all these clips, so do you. And I'm just sitting here fuming just when I think I can't get any more pissed off at these people. I mean, the arrogance, the the chutzpah, the bravado, the hubris, the recklessness, the but but again, do they ever get in trouble for any of it? No. And and and look, I don't wanna just attack Johnson for no reason. Okay? But he's got his issues, but Trump likes him and okay. Whatever. But Johnson, we now know, knew for a year that Biden wasn't the president and and wasn't signing these bills and didn't know they banned the natural gas, just one example. And he didn't run out and tell the world, hey, Biden isn't the president, only to the James O'Keefe media group information. And, you know, James said that stuff he broke last week was huge and dangerous. I I I It was big on the prince and his handler and cover up artists, you know, admitting of course, he abused girls and all the rest of it, but this is big. This is huge. This is massive because it's everything we already knew. Just absolutely stunning. Treasonous Barack Obama, and that's what comes up. He was the key, and Hillary Clinton were running the White House under Joe Biden. And he says in this long eighteen minute undercover video, he says, well, you know, basically, you gave it to Ron Klain. He was the president, he says. And he he and he he said, but this person was also like the president. Thank you. But they didn't have to give it to Biden. They did whatever they wanted. You gotta go watch the full report. Here's some of it. Speaker 10: And so what would what's your title? Like Speaker 4: Special adviser. I work for the chief of staff, like, directly. Speaker 2: Oh, you report to the chief of staff. So author's the chief of staff to Guzman. Speaker 4: Oh, yeah. Isabella Guzman. Speaker 2: So she's basically a spokesperson for Biden? Yeah. She's indirectly campaigning for Biden? Yeah. Administrator Guzman said, basically, are are doing going to these critical battleground states Speaker 6: Yeah. Speaker 2: To basically campaign for president Biden. Speaker 4: Anytime we go, we try to visit with a member of congress if they're democrat. The White House was like, yes. Go. Don't invite the other senator because he's a republican. Don't invite the two members of congress because they're republicans. There's a guy named Jeff Sainz. By getting Jeff Jeff's sign off, you're getting the president to sign off. People call him, like, the second most powerful person in Washington. Most times, like, hey. Whatever the size this guy says is what the president says. Speaker 0: Who would you Speaker 1: say is the most powerful person at Speaker 2: the White House? Jeff. Jeff is the most powerful person in Speaker 3: the White House. Speaker 4: Other than, like, the president-in-law. There's probably, like, five or six people that worked for Joe Biden. We have worked for him for thirty years. One of them is Ron Klay. Ron worked for Biden when he's, like, a senator. There's a guy named Steve Rachey. He's, like, a senior adviser at the White House. Anita Dunn. Yes. She's senior adviser at White House. Gene Spurland. Gene Spurland. He's an economics guy. Oh, his sister. Biden's sister. She, like, runs the Biden Foundation. They're the people that run his different part. Speaker 2: Would you Speaker 4: If they put her on his desk, like, me the Speaker 2: to prophesy. It's the problem. So the I feel Speaker 5: like Barack Obama's still very, like, involved. Speaker 4: No. He is. Speaker 7: Yeah. Hillary was being Speaker 2: nagging you. Speaker 8: And she said, I still talk to the White House every day. Speaker 4: She has people that are, like, super close to her that are still, like, senior people in White House. Speaker 9: So who is she talking Speaker 4: to in the White House? Probably Garrett Tandon. Speaker 9: I hope that Speaker 2: Hillary is still involved behind the scene because Speaker 4: No. She is. Speaker 11: Not a week goes by without a news headline about potential medical supply shortages, threats to our infrastructure or power grid. And you remember what they pulled during the last pandemic. Certain medications were mysterious Speaker 6: We'll skip ahead of this ad we didn't cut out. That's fine. And go back to it in a moment. Skip ahead a lawyer for you. But, I'm gonna tie this in after we get to it with what needs to be done. And then, I'm gonna tie it in to Comey and his eighty six forty seven statement about Trump and being taken in by the Secret Service for questioning Friday, the information I have inside baseball. It's all coming up next hour. But now let's go back to, the O'Keeffe Media Group. Speaker 11: The newest subject in our latest investigation into the DC swamp, Tyler Robinson. Tyler is a special adviser working at the Small Business Administration. Speaker 2: You're you're in politics. Right? Oh. Yeah. Okay. How long have you been in politics? Speaker 4: Since, like, 2012. Speaker 10: It's like, what would what's your title? Like Speaker 4: Special adviser. I work for the chief of staff. I'm directing. Speaker 2: Oh, you report to the chief of staff. What's the person? Speaker 4: His name is Arthur. Speaker 2: Okay. The guy? Arthur. Arthur. So Arthur's the chief of staff to Guzman, and then you report to Arthur. Speaker 11: Yeah. Tyler explains he reports directly to a man named Arthur Plews, the chief of staff in the office of the administrator at the SBA, who reports to SBA administrator Isabel Guzman. Guzman was sworn in as administrator of the SBA by Kamala Harris in 02/2021. Tyler says he can't do anything overtly political, but confirms the SBA is indirectly campaigning for Biden and, quote, helping retain members of congress to get reelected. Speaker 2: You're politically appointed. Speaker 4: The miss the administrator is the most traveled member of the cabinet. Like, pretty much every week. Speaker 2: Me a boss? Yeah. Okay. Speaker 4: Pretty much every week, she goes somewhere in the country Yes. And, like, talks to small business owners and gets on local news and says, like Speaker 2: Wow. This is Speaker 4: what the Biden economy Speaker 2: is doing for Speaker 4: you guys in this area. Speaker 2: So she's basically a spokesperson for Biden? Yeah. So she can tell Biden's accomplishments? Speaker 4: She yeah. We can tell their accomplishments. She can't, like, go on stage and be like Speaker 6: or go on Speaker 4: and just Speaker 6: be like, Speaker 4: hey, Joe. Vote for Joe Biden. Like, that's illegal. Speaker 2: So she's indirectly Speaker 4: Yes. Yeah. Speaker 2: Like, campaigning for Biden. Yeah. Yeah. She's indirectly campaigning for Biden. Speaker 4: Yeah. But, like yeah. There's just certain rules for, like, political appointees Speaker 7: Yeah. And Speaker 4: what we're allowed to say and, like, do Speaker 2: You and your boss? Speaker 4: Yeah. What's her name? Isabella Guzman. She's from California. She were born in this area of Pennsylvania, which is a huge swing state. Speaker 2: It's a huge swing state. Yeah. Speaker 4: Got it. Know, a state that Biden needs to win to win the presidency. Uh-huh. And we're not saying, hey. Go vote for Joe Biden. But we're saying, hey. Because we passed this law and no this law that no Republicans voted Speaker 9: for Mhmm. Speaker 4: That only Democrats voted for and Speaker 2: past. Yeah. Speaker 4: You know, we are like, at that time, that trip, we announced that we the administration was investing $5,000,000. This is going directly into that community. Speaker 2: So I tend to help Biden. Speaker 4: There's, like, a it's called the Hatch Act. Speaker 11: Unofficially campaigning for Biden and other elected Democratic officials to small businesses across the nation is a potential violation of the Hatch Act. The Hatch Act mandates the Speaker 6: civil So let's stop right there. Again, it's an eighteen minute report, and and and, you know, keeps focusing on violations of law. But he goes on to talk about Obama and how they're really running it, and how the chief of staff was really in control, and Biden didn't know what's going on. I mean, it's just it's just amazing. ARREST HIM…we already know it was the Marxist from Kenya… “Joe Biden WAS NOT running the show. Our new report EXPOSES how Biden's decline was real and his aides covered it up. Aides didn't even know WHO was operating the autopen to sign official documents and pardons…” https://t.co/nEmgUTtYSh

Video Transcript AI Summary
The transcript centers on a heated discussion about President Joe Biden’s health, cognitive fitness, and who was calling the shots within the White House during his presidency. Key points and claims raised include: - The campaign and public discourse about the president’s fitness or age were prominent, with questions such as “Was the number one issue in the campaign the president's fitness or his age?” and assertions about visibility, including whether “you ever see president Biden in a wheelchair?” While some speakers note aging and physical signs—“I noticed that, you know, he shuffled more,” and “he has more stumbling over words and gasps than he did” — others maintain confidence in his capabilities, claiming he was “on top of things” and that “his mental acuity is great. It's fine. It's as good as it's been over the years.” - There are allegations of a cover-up by insiders. The narrative asserts “new information now on the people in his inner circle and how the cover up actually operated,” with “Senior aids that worked here until just a couple months ago, the beginning of this year, manipulating an ailing president for their own gain.” A figure asks, “How much were you paid for your role in the campaign in 2024?” with the response “Just a little bit short of $4,000,000.” The implication is that financial incentives influenced actions. - Internal discussions about the president’s decline and how it was handled are described as ongoing. “The official word from Biden world about all these new stories is that nothing has been revealed this week that shows that president Biden was anything but effective president.” There is mention of a senior-level discussion about whether the president should have a cognitive exam. - Testimony from Annie Thomas Seen, former senior adviser to Biden, is presented as significant. She “has now taken the fifth,” and the transcript notes “There is now a pattern of key Biden confidant seeking to shield themselves from criminal liability for this potential conspiracy.” She invokes the Fifth Amendment when asked about being told to lie about the president’s health. - There are explosive claims regarding Hunter Biden’s role. One speaker says, “Hunter was driving the decision making for the family. He was almost like a chief of staff.” There are references to an uptick in activity when Hunter Biden was around, and discussions about pardons for Hunter, with the line “Yes. Were you in favor of Hunter Biden getting a pardon?” indicating support for clemency. - The “auto pen” controversy is described. Speakers discuss whether the president’s name was “hand signed” or “auto pen” used for documents, with questions such as “Did he hand sign all executive orders?” and claims that “the auto bin” or “auto pen” was used and that some believed others may have instructed staff to use it. There is mention that some staff “did not know who was operating the Obalon/auto pen,” and that “an executive order” and “memo” details existed but were not definitively known to those questioned. - Media portrayal and public perception are addressed. Some speakers accuse the legacy media of denial about cognitive decline, while others defend the president’s sharpness, noting that this debate is framed by evolving video and audio coverage, including discussions of “cheap fakes” versus real footage. - Additional context touches on Medicare drug price negotiations as a policy objective, with a line about “the ability of Medicare to negotiate drug prices with big pharma,” and the belief that “if we finally beat Medicare” would be a significant achievement. There are repeated assertions that those who knew and understood cognitive issues took control, implying a broader conspiracy. - Throughout, witnesses emphasize that their statements are contextualized within interviews and testimony, with ongoing questions about who was directing the White House and the true state of the president’s health and decision-making.

Speaker 0: Was the number one issue in the campaign the president's fitness or his Speaker 1: age? Did Speaker 0: you ever see president Biden in a wheelchair? Speaker 2: I do not recall ever seeing president Biden in a wheelchair. And Speaker 3: new information now on the people in his inner circle and how the cover up actually operated. Speaker 4: Senior aids that worked here until just a couple months ago, the beginning of this year, manipulating an ailing president for their own gain. Speaker 5: How much were you paid for your role in Speaker 6: the campaign in 2024? Speaker 5: Just a little bit short Speaker 1: of $4,000,000. Speaker 6: I'm sorry. How much? $4,000,000. You believe that the president should stay in the race. Your own financial stake in the matter was a factor in any way in your vice president? Speaker 5: I I don't believe that. Speaker 4: And when it comes to president Biden's decline, the official word from Biden world about all these new stories is that nothing has been revealed this week that shows that president Biden was anything but effective president. Speaker 2: Yes. I noticed that he was aging in terms of his physical condition. I noticed that, you know, he shuffled more. Speaker 7: But he has more stumbling over words and gasps than he did, you know, at the beginning of the term. Speaker 8: His rhetorical skills were not as strong as they had been, and his speeches were less effective, I thought. Speaker 5: We talked about age. We knew it was an issue, and we tried to design a strategy. We Speaker 0: had a discussion at the senior adviser level about whether the president should have a cognitive exam. Speaker 3: Flashback now to the legacy media's complete denial of the president's cognitive decline. Speaker 9: Start your tape right now because I'm about to tell you the truth, And f you if you can't handle the truth. This version of Biden is the best Biden ever. Speaker 7: His mental acuity is great. It's fine. It's as good as it's been over the years. He is sharp. Speaker 0: He is on top of things. Speaker 8: Do you regret saying that president Biden had a mental acuity? He had a sharpness to him. Speaker 10: I said what I believe to be true. Speaker 8: And you think he was as sharp as you? Speaker 10: I said I had not seen decline, and I hadn't. Speaker 5: He is just fine. How people interpret that is up to them. Speaker 11: We're watching testimony of this woman here, Annie Thomas Seen. She's the former senior adviser to president Joe Biden. She was the third person Speaker 12: set to appear before James Cumber's committee. Speaker 11: She has now taken the fifth. There is now a pattern of key Biden confidant seeking to shield themselves from criminal liability for this potential conspiracy. Speaker 9: Were you ever told to lie about the president's health? Speaker 1: On the advice of counsel, I must respectfully decline to answer based upon physician patient privilege and in reliance on my right under the fifth amendment of the constitution. Speaker 9: Let the record reflect that doctor O'Connor has invoked the fifth amendment right against self incrimination. Doctor O'Connor, did you ever believe the president was unfit to execute his duties as president. Speaker 5: And we can tell you that he will have the same answer with respect to any questions that are asked. Speaker 9: Did any unelected official or family member of president Joe Biden execute the duties of the president's Did Joe Biden, a member of his family, or anyone at the White House ever instruct you to lie regarding his health? Speaker 1: On the advice of counsel, I respect and resigned to answer the questions pursuant to my fifth amendment rights under the constitution. Speaker 13: And if that wasn't shocking enough, Dick Tapper claims Hunter Biden was basically acting like the chief of staff. Speaker 4: Hunter was driving the decision making for the family. He was almost like a chief Speaker 9: of staff. Did you notice an uptick ever when Hunter Biden was around? Speaker 7: Yes. Towards the end, I think he was living with the president. Speaker 4: They were lying not just to the public. They were lying to other Democrats. Have you ruled out Speaker 8: a pardon for your son? Speaker 5: Yes. Were you in favor of Hunter Biden getting a pardon? Speaker 4: Yes. Speaker 9: Did you ever ask Joe Biden if the allegations regarding his son were true? Speaker 14: No. Ian Sams, who was the White House spokesperson, interacted with him two times. Two times. Speaker 15: Well, I think it's really important to to take the sound bite and understand the context. Speaker 12: How Speaker 4: often would you say that you interacted with the president in person? Speaker 15: I interacted with him pretty infrequently. I think I met with the president a handful of times during my tenure in White I gotta say that doesn't look anything like the president that I know. When I deal with him, he's sharp. He's asking tough questions. That's the president Biden that so many of us experience every single day. Speaker 4: You know, I think it's missing some context. Speaker 15: I don't. Speaker 14: So it raises serious concerns and serious questions about who was calling shots in the White House. If the White House spokesperson is being shielded from the president of The United States, who was operating the Obalon? Speaker 6: Page, was it an issue for you or for president Biden? Speaker 5: No. It was. Right? It was not a concern. Speaker 9: Do you think president Biden was fully in command that night during the debate? Speaker 2: I do believe that he was fully in command that night during the debate. Speaker 5: I knew it very difficult to get past some of the visual things that were causing people concern about the president's future. Speaker 9: The voters' concerns about president Biden were wrong? Yes. Speaker 8: He often would confuse names. Do you think Speaker 9: it got worse as you knew him? Yes. Speaker 5: Are you sure you're being honest with yourself when you say you have the mental and physical capacity to serve another four years? Speaker 2: Yes. I am. I did not have the experience that it took him longer to answer. Simple question. Speaker 5: He could stumble. He he was a stumble son physically. Speaker 9: What is a cheap fake? Speaker 0: It was something that we did not coin. It was something that the media coined. Speaker 9: Did you or did anyone ever verify if the videos you were talking about were in fact cheap fakes? I believe so. But there were instances where videos were circulated of president Biden appearing confused or Speaker 5: freezing for a moment that were real. Correct? Speaker 0: Not that I recall. Speaker 1: She told you this real video of Biden getting lost in an Italian field was fake. Now she's saying, yeah. My White House was broken, and I'm switching parties. Speaker 8: And was suffering from a cold that really constrained his voice and constrained his his ability to to be forceful in the debate. Speaker 9: Do you attribute president Biden's performance that night to him being under the weather? Speaker 7: That's my assumption. Speaker 12: The ability of Medicare to for the ability to for the us to be able to negotiate drug prices with the big pharma companies. Speaker 9: Had you ever seen him have a cold or a flu before? Speaker 7: Yes. Did he ever behave the way that he did during the debate? Not that I not that I ever saw. Speaker 5: It was clear what he was trying to say. Speaker 12: Dealing with everything we have to do with look. If we finally beat Medicare. Speaker 13: It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired and that took over the auto pen. They stole the presidency of The United States. Speaker 9: Do you know who the people who were actually operating the auto bin were? Speaker 7: I do not. Speaker 9: Do you know any of the actual staff who were using the auto bin? Speaker 7: No. You don't Speaker 5: know their names? Speaker 9: No. Have you never seen a decision memo laying out the breakdown of when the president should hand sign a particular set of documents? Not prior to prep. Speaker 4: Did he hand sign all executive orders? Speaker 2: He did not. He hand signed many executive orders, but he did not hand sign all executive orders. Speaker 9: Can you read your response? Speaker 7: I approve the use of the auto pen for the execution of all the following parties. Thanks, Jay Z. Speaker 9: Did you yourself write this email? Speaker 7: I do not believe I Speaker 14: That auto pin was used excessively, and yet no one can say for certain that Joe Biden was given the orders to use the auto pin. Speaker 15: We've been pretty transparent from the very beginning with providing information as it occurs throughout this process. Speaker 0: That we anticipated that her report was gonna come out and that we didn't feel an entire interview before the Super Bowl talking about classified documents was going to help the cause too much. Speaker 1: I think you can Speaker 14: question the validity and the legality of those pardons and and executive orders, and that's huge. Speaker 8: But, president is absolutely sharp fit on top of his game. Speaker 15: So they're just making up lies to attack the president. Speaker 9: But do you think his mental acuity had declined?
