It's time for a real conversation to be had. Y'all need to think about what you've learned to date and how you plan on reacting if/when this occurs. For the record, I, along with several accounts you know, are being threatened by legitimately awful people who have anointed themselves as the Anon police. Basically, if you think about it, digital terrorism is what they're engaging with. They seek to intimidate, threaten, dox, break up marriages and relationships, get people fired, and legitimately put people in harm's way simply to satiate their sick pleasure. Sadly, there are people like this in the world, but it is what it is. Of course, it makes sense that they'd go after the larger accts to try and blow things up (Division over Unity). Their goal, and they will fail, is to drive a wedge between us. I simply don't think they understand that we've forged bonds that transcend whatever they throw at us. Just know ahead of time that they know who are because we're just avg folks who never took precautions to create a faux identity. LONG POST ON JPROOF AND UNCENSORED AI (UAI) You've seen the battle raging online over JPROOF and UAI. Here are my lengthy thoughts. First: Yesterday's Twitter Debate Over JPROOF & The Allegations That Stew Peters Committed Fraud ▪️My position previous to the space: Earlier this summer, I spent time looking at the evidence against Stew & JPROOF and was initially convinced that there had been malfeasance. Since then, I have been supporting the campaign to expose JPROOF & Stew Peters. I saw sufficient grounds to dissociate myself from him and his operation. I wanted nothing to do with it. By the end of this evaluation, you'll see that my position hasn't changed. ▪️The Space Itself: I thought team Lucas Gage came prepared with many receipts to back up their several allegations, with varying degrees of convincing power on the audience. Stew seemed to have an explanation for virtually all of the accusations, but it must be noted that he himself didn't present receipts as they did. We were simply asked to trust his explanations. I found his answers to have varying degrees of believability. He didn't necessarily win me over in total, but I thought some, maybe many, of his answers were plausible. Several people in both camps spoke, with "expert" allies of each side taking predictable stances for or against. ▪️Results: I believe team Lucas succeeded in demonstrating that Stew & his team made mistakes and that the whole management of JPROOF was riddled with incompetence & confusion. However, I'm not sure that they succeeded in proving to the audience that Stew acted with overt malice or premeditated determination to commit fraud & scam people. Having said that, I'm not positive he didn't, and they did succeed in making me pretty suspicious, just as they had earlier in the summer. I'll put it this way: Would I bet money that Stew is innocent? No, I would not. Would I bet money that he's for sure guilty of all counts as charged? Also, no, I would not. Simply put, I'm just not certain one way or another. I realize I just don't know enough or am expert enough in crypto. But I'm very suspicious. ▪️Conclusions: What I am sure of is that Stew has needlessly told lies about Lucas and his family. Lies that I know for sure to be false and am certain Stew also knows to be false. I understand he was fighting back against Lucas's JPROOF accusations, but rather than keep the focus on the allegations, Stew smeared Lucas & his family. Therefore, I don't trust him and can't take his answers in the space at face value. That tips the scales for me. As Lucas said, "Stew came up, he said what he did. If you believe Stew now, that's on you." I echo that. Everyone has laid their cards on the table as much as they're going to be laid on the table. We've now had the best hearing we're going to get. What each person decides to do from here onward regarding JPROOF is on everyone individually. ▪️Final Note: After hearing from 3rd-party spectators and supporters of both camps, I can sympathize with the wide range of final opinions on this. As I'm not sure any definitive "kill shots" were landed by either side, I won't begrudge or attack anyone for taking the side they end up taking. However, as I said for my part, I don't trust Stew and won't be taking his side. Your use of JPROOF or association with it or Stew Peters is now on you.

2/ What is Uncensored AI? Uncensored AI (UAI) is a real company, with real investors, who have put their own real money into this project. It's not fake. It's not vaporware. It's not a ponzi scheme, or an entrapment or phishing scam, as some have alleged. And no, it hasn’t received any money from Peter Thiel or any other venture capital firms, either. Finally, it was not conceived or built in order to support some alleged JPROOF pump-and-dump scam. The UAI model is built on a real LLM. It's an "off-the-shelf", white-label foundational model that is being continuously trained with UAI’s own proprietary process and dataset in order to be UNCENSORED. The affiliate badge program UAI operated through Twitter Gold Check verification was a routine marketing and sales strategy. In fact, UAI was spending over $5,000/month to affiliate over 80 accounts covering politics, pop culture, entertainment, sports, business, finance, etc. It was trying to cover the entire spectrum of general human interest. Why? Because it's UNCENSORED. There was no abuse of this program nor any violation of TOS. Anyone with a legitimate organization can get a gold check and affiliate other accounts without any limits that I’m aware of. There's nothing suspicious or abusive about this. All accusations to the contrary are simply ignorant of these facts and result from false assumptions. UAI is a darn good product. It’s easy to use, looks good and delivers fast results. And it’s uncensored! It’s a simple concept that occupies a nice niche somewhere between the uselessness of highly-censored MS Copilot drivel and the increasingly-censored Grok/ChatGPT encyclopedics. I’m pleased with its current progress and am looking forward to what it will ultimately become as we strive to continuously improve it.

3/ My Initial Involvement with UAI JD Sharp, one of the founders of UAI, saw my early enthusiasm for AI--and knowing of my passion for fighting the information wars, reached out to me in December 2023. As an early proponent of building AI tools without censorship, I was both excited and intrigued at this early vision & effort to deliver something uncensored to the masses. He broached the idea of me helping the project and maybe providing me some equity at some point as compensation for future services rendered. Thereafter, and throughout 2024, I consulted on the project. Once the beta version went live around January 2025, I was an early tester and began promoting the service for several months—helping train the model & build public interest while UAI continued working out enough bugs to take it live. I was never paid anything for this, only told that "maybe we'll be able to get you some shares at some point. That’s my plan." That's it. Nothing was guaranteed at first. The payment for my involvement was only ever premised on the possibility of getting shares, not even getting the shares themselves. We never even discussed how many shares or what they’d be worth. Everything was built on our mutual word and trust. True to his word, JD eventually compensated me with some shares in March 2025 for my support and services rendered. I was then compensated with a few more shares in exchange for my continued promotion & support of the product going forward once we went live. In all, I hold a 0.35% ownership stake in the company. About 1/3 of 1 percent. I was given a UAI affiliate badge here on Twitter and continued promoting the brand. At this point, these shares are not liquid or convertible to any cash payout. IOW, the compensation for my services is still premised on future returns and profits for the company that have yet to be realized. But as the company and JD have so far delivered on their promises to me and UAI is growing with more satisfied customers every day, I believe it will all be worth it. I’m not being used or exploited. I fully expect that as we raise money and increase our valuation, these shares will materialize and I’ll be paid as we pass scheduled liquidity events. JD has been straightforward, open, and honest with me and delivered on every promise so far. No deception. No fraud. No subterfuge. To this point, I have not received any monetary payment as such. I don't get any money or extra shares for making posts. I don't receive any extra compensation for people who subscribe as a result of my efforts. Everything is premised on the promise of some future return, as of yet unrealized—but expected—for the shares originally granted me. There is nothing unethical or dishonest about this. It’s just plain good old-fashioned business.

4/ The Controversy So what’s with all the controversy? The controversy stems from Stew Peters being one of the 81 people who received a UAI affiliate badge. Peters is a long-time friend of JD Sharp, one of the main owners and founders of UAI. But as noted, there are still open & unresolved questions for many, leaving a dark cloud hanging over Stew Peters and JPROOF. Some people are absolutely convinced Stew defrauded them out of thousands of dollars. Others are not sure, but suspicious. Others haven’t looked into it closely enough, or simply don’t understand crypto enough, to have an informed opinion. Up to this point, I’ve completely supported the hard position towards Stew Peters as I stated above. I supported the lawsuit and SEC complaint against JPROOF. I still do. I’ve reached out to JD on numerous occasions to let him know I don’t approve of Stew’s involvement and that I think UAI would be better off without associating with Stew or JPROOF. JD disagrees as even after yesterday’s space, he is still not convinced that Stew committed fraud. It also doesn’t help that many have been relentlessly attacking JD and UAI, neither of which has committed any fraud. JD is a long-time friend of Stew, has never had a bad experience with Stew himself, and likes the idea of UAI being associated with the first ever crypto to be censored like JPROOF has been. Brand synergy. I ultimately disagree with this strategy, but I understand his reticence to outright sever ties with his friend Stew over circumstances he doesn’t deem to be proven.

5/ My Continued Involvement With UAI JD Sharp has not treated me in a fraudulent manner. He has not treated anyone I know of in a fraudulent manner. The business itself has not treated anyone in a fraudulent manner. UAI has not defrauded any of you or any of its users. It is providing a real service to real customers who are either satisfied or not. It has real shareholders it is beholden to. I think UAI is making a mistake in associating with Stew Peters and JPROOF. I’ve told them that explicitly. They’re quite aware of my feelings on this matter. And because of the respect they have for me, and even for their most strident detractors, they are 100% okay with me publishing my opinions on the matter. They aren’t censoring me or asking me to hold back. In fact, I’m opening the hood in a way that is traditionally frowned upon. As Queen Elizabeth II often held: “never complain, never explain.” I’ve violated this in spades. It shouldn’t need to be said, but obviously I don’t agree with everything JD Sharp or other people with the UAI affiliate badge tweet. And they don’t agree with everything I tweet. There will always be various fights and disagreements between such a large and disparate group of people. But that’s the point, it’s UNCENSORED. I still stay involved because I think it’s worth having an uncensored AI service that’s ultimately on OUR side. And I think that I have a good opportunity to help make a difference with it, regardless of Stew Peters. UAI spans a much greater footprint than Twitter. Some of the largest UAI investors aren’t even on this platform. It’s important to keep that in perspective. Will any of this JPROOF fight matter in 1, 2 or 3 years? I doubt it, and I’m looking at the long-term here. UAI is so much bigger than Stew Peters or JPROOF. I could walk away, but what would that accomplish? It would go on without me, and then you wouldn’t have someone like me on the inside. Walking away now only hurts me—which by extension hurts us and the movement. Those who demand I walk away from my own interest and influence in UAI have no skin in this game and are merely demanding that I cut off my nose to spite my face to assuage their own desires and egos. If you’re wary of Stew Peters and JPROOF, DON’T INVEST IN JPROOF. I myself am not invested in JPROOF. I’ve been very consistent about this. As I stated above, I wouldn’t bet on Stew’s innocence or guilt either way—but I have pretty strong suspicions and he’s certainly a liar. If you don’t like that UAI affiliated with Stew Peters, then don’t use UAI. If you don’t like that I still work with UAI even though it’s associated with Stew, feel free to unfollow me and cease interacting with my content. OBVIOUSLY. That’s your prerogative. We all fight the fight the way we best see fit. As for me, I will continue to work to minimize and/or eliminate any influence Stew might have with UAI. But rest assured, UAI has not itself perpetrated any fraud, nor does Stew have any managerial control or oversight at UAI. He doesn’t guide the project or control it in any way. And for as long as I’m involved, I’m determined to keep it that way, which is just another reason for me to stay. Finally, I have secured assurances that if charges end up being filed against Stew, or if he’s convicted, then UAI will obviously at that point dissociate itself. It’s not the hard position I’d like them to take right now, but it is reasonable from UAI’s perspective, given that nothing has been iron-clad proven against Stew at this point. So if you want to get back at Stew, end his affiliation with UAI, and take down JPROOF, the best way to do it is to prevail with the lawsuit and SEC complaint—both of which I support. I’ve now shown you all my cards. I’ve been completely transparent. Probably overly so. Again, I’m proud of what we’ve been able to deliver with UAI here at the outset. I’m excited about the initial splash we’ve made. The results are getting better all the time. I’m grateful to JD and the team at UAI for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this and help build something that has the potential to deliver a real impact. It’s a great product that the average person can trust to open the door to greater understanding without the manipulation and censorship inherent in the other major models. Go look into it and give it a try. Or not.

I've done the best I can with the knowledge and support that you've given me. But I know my limitations. I would not place my hand on a Bible and swear either way. That is not an attack on you, it is an admission of my own shortcomings. However, that is why I: 1. Have strong suspicions there was malfeasance 2. Want nothing to do with Stew 3. Support the SEC complaint and lawsuit 4. Encourage others to not be involved in JPROOF 5. Haven't badmouthed or denounced you, but been supportive of you. You came prepared and performed well.
