URINE TEST This person took a urine test on 16th October in Durham. This was two days (48hours) after a grid was laid over Newcastle to the north. Approximately 20-70% arsenic is excreted before the 48 hour cutoff so the test was done slightly after that. Therefore initial levels may well have been higher. The person had walked their dog twice, once each day for an hour, 14th and 15th. They used the company Cerascreen for the urine test. https://cerascreen.co.uk It is not necessary to test. Symptom set of arsenic poisoning includes frequent urination and possibly headache, dehydration. Anxiety, breathing difficulties, respiratory irritation and stomach upset can also be present. Please note that whilst the grid and the test occurred between 48-72 hours of each other, it is of course not conclusive proof that the grid caused the arsenic reading. However, given the regularity of the appearance of these grids, and subsequent positive hair tests, simultaneous and post grid reported symptoms and of course Owen Mog (IG) dust test, it is becoming much harder to ignore a possible correlation, particularly in areas that are not normally flight paths.

After completing a preliminary analysis of Arthur Stone’s @ArthurSton74344 lookup and breakdown of Kevin McKernan’s cryptic “99 New Genes Behind A Wall”, it looks like only 54 or so of the gene numbers led to an actual sequence. Of those listed genes, there appear to be a lot if genes involved with RNA polymerase, a protein needed for some viruses to replicate like CoronaVirus. My initial reaction to reading Arthur’s annotations is “Cytokine Storm”. Remdesivir and Paxlovid also are involved potentially with RdRp. I could be completely wrong, but those are my initial impressions. I also think this has the Alachua Alchem Russian Ukrainian fingerprints of an old bioweapons program now finally “revealed”.

Transcriptomic regulations of heat stress response in the liver of lactating dairy cows - BMC Genomics The global dairy industry is currently facing the challenge of heat stress (HS). Despite the implementation of various measures to mitigate the negative impact of HS on milk production, the cellular response of dairy cows to HS is still not well understood. Our study aims to analyze transcriptomic dynamics and functional changes in the liver of cows subjected to heat stress (HS). To achieve this, a total of 9 Holstein dairy cows were randomly selected from three environmental conditions - heat stress (HS), pair-fed (PF), and thermoneutral (TN) groups - and liver biopsies were obtained for transcriptome analysis. Both the dry matter intake (DMI) and milk yield of cows in the HS group exhibited significant reduction compared to the TN group. Through liver transcriptomic analysis, 483 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were identified among three experimental groups. Especially, we found all the protein coding genes in mitochondria were significantly downregulated under HS and 6 heat shock proteins were significant upregulated after HS exposure, indicating HS may affect mitochondria integrity and jeopardize the metabolic homeostasis in liver. Furthermore, Gene ontology (GO) enrichment of DEGs revealed that the protein folding pathway was upregulated while oxidative phosphorylation was downregulated in the HS group, corresponding to impaired energy production caused by mitochondria dysfunction. The liver transcriptome analysis generated a comprehensive gene expression regulation network upon HS in lactating dairy cows. Overall, this study provides novel insights into molecular and metabolic changes of cows conditioned under HS. The key genes and pathways identified in this study provided further understanding of transcriptome regulation of HS response and could serve as vital references to mitigate the HS effects on dairy cow health and productivity. bmcgenomics.biomedcentral.com

Challenges associated with the development of novel antibiotics underscore the urgent need to develop alternative treatment strategies to combat bacterial infections. Host-directed therapy is a promising new therapeutic strategy that aims to boost the host immune response to bacteria rather than targeting the pathogen itself, thereby circumventing the development of antibiotic resistance. However, host-directed therapy depends on the identification of druggable host targets or proteins with key functions in antibacterial defense. Protein Kinase R (PKR) is a well-characterized human kinase with established roles in cancer, metabolic disorders, neurodegeneration, and antiviral defense. However, its role in antibacterial defense has been surprisingly underappreciated. Although the canonical role of PKR is to inhibit protein translation during viral infection, this kinase senses and responds to multiple types of cellular stress by regulating cell-signaling pathways involved in inflammation, cell death, and autophagy – mechanisms that are all critical for a protective host response against bacterial pathogens. Indeed, there is accumulating evidence to demonstrate that PKR contributes significantly to the immune response to a variety of bacterial pathogens. Importantly, there are existing pharmacological modulators of PKR that are well-tolerated in animals, indicating that PKR is a feasible target for host-directed therapy. In this review, we provide an overview of immune cell functions regulated by PKR and summarize the current knowledge on the role and functions of PKR in bacterial infections.
