From a nurse friend of mine: I can attest to this NICU nurse. I NEVER consented parents when I gave them the Hep B vaccine or Vit K on the first day of life. On the contrary if they refused I would have to make them sign a consent that they were going against the recommendations. But as labor and delivery nurses we questioned why it was necessary a one day old baby needed the hep b vaccines. No pediatrician could give us a good answer. So my best way of consenting parents without getting in trouble was to have the parents ask all the labor and delivery nurses if we gave our children the hep B vaccine when making their choice. And the answer was always NO. We knew it wasn't right because it didn't make sense if parents were Hep B negative. I would ask the question if they were concerned about their newborn babies going out and having unprotected sex and the answer was no. It never made sense to us nurses. We were just being forced to do what was protocol.

Speaker 0: In an April 16th interview with Polytomi, doctor Paul Thomas explained how the American Medical Establishment incentivizes pediatricians to fully vaccinate their young patients and finds them if they don't, vaccinations that have been proven to cause more death and harm than the diseases they are said to be preventing. Speaker 1: Well, as other practices started kicking people out of their practices if they weren't following the CDC schedule, I was getting more and more families who didn't wanna do any vaccines, which was fine with me. So we took an entire month of every single billing sheet. And on every visit, on the back of that, our providers would mark off what vaccines we recommend according to the CDC schedule, families could decline them, and then our billing department, insurance company by insurance company, vaccine by vaccine, we looked at how much money was being lost for vaccines that were refused, just the admin fee. So there's 3 main ways you make money off of vaccines in pediatrics. Number 1 is the admin fee. And you get about it depends on the insurance company. Every contract's different. But I would average it out to say about $40 for the first antigen and $20 for each subsequent antigen. So let's just say a 2 month well baby visit. There's a DPT. That's 3 shots, 3 antigens. HIB, Pravnar, d hep b, Polio, Rotavirus, 6 shots, 8 antigens, about $240. Thank you for giving those shots. Multiply that by the fact that I was getting 30 to 40 newborns per month. They're coming in repeatedly at 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15, 18 months, and age 2. So we looked at the admin fee loss and from my practice that was billing at that time about 3,000,000 gross, we were losing $1,000,000 over $1,000,000 in vaccines that were refused. So you cannot stay in business if you're not giving pretty close to the CDC schedule. It just doesn't pencil out economically at all. Let me tell you about the other two ways we make money from vaccines. One is the markup that's that's small. They don't allow a lot of profit on vaccines as far as markups, but they do this thing called incentives or bonuses, and it's called a quality bonus. Well, in pediatrics, one of the main quality measures is how well you vaccinate. Isn't that interesting? It has nothing to do with how healthy your kids are. Like, when I studied my vaxxed versus unvaxxed patients, the unvaxxed were so incredibly healthy. They rarely got sick. They rarely would end up in an emergency room or in a hospital or with any chronic condition. So being unvaxxed results in very healthy kids who don't use a lot of medical dollars. Every health system should want that, but it's reversed. It's all flipped. It's bizarre. You're supposed to have had your kids up to date about 80% of them by age 2. Guess what percentage of my population was at fully vaccinated at age 2? 1%. The goal is 80%. So Doctor. Paul gets an F minus. Basically what that means is, not only do I not get paid the normal amount for everything else we do in the office, I get dinged maybe 10 or 15% off of those RVUs, relative value units that are ascribed. Everything you do in medicine is given a value. If you do very well on your quality measures, vaccinator, you may get an additional 10% on everything you do in your office. That's huge. SIDS is Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. When you hear the word syndrome, it means we don't know what it is. We don't know what causes it. SIDS when that infant died relative to when they got a vaccine. In one dataset, 97% were in the first 10 days after the vaccine. For the 6 other studies, a couple of them showed that 50% of the deaths happened in the 1st week, but 75 to about 90% of those deaths are happening in the 1st week after vaccines in all these studies. We've known this for decades. The countries that have the most infant vaccines have the highest infant mortality. Guess where the U. S. Stands? We are number 1 in infant vaccines. We are number 1 in industrial countries for infant mortality. There's a document 450 page legal document that has tables showing for every single disease for which we have a vaccine, there are more deaths from the vaccine than there are from the disease for which we have that vaccine. They misreported her injury in the 12-15 year-old children's vaccine trial, because if it were reported, that would have represented a far worse outcome than the covid harms to those 1000 children, which were of course negligible, and therefore the benefits of the vaccine to those healthy children, which were of course negligible. This is true especially considering that most children were naturally immune by that point. Pfizer lied and that lie presented a completely distorted image of what the outcome of the trial was, leading to Pfizer fraudulently securing further contracts, as well as the eventual inclusion of the COVID shots in the children's vaccine schedule. That inclusion, in turn, due to the provides Pfizer with liability shielding due to the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) of 1986 (42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to 300aa-34). This law shields Pfizer of liability from that vaccine for injuries in *any patient*, so long as it is in the childhood schedule and it is also considered safe for pregnant women. If this isn't investigated thoroughly, nothing will ever be, but of course the story goes way too deep for it to ever be investigated properly. Speaker 0: Mister Siri, can you tell us about Maddie DeGary? Was she was she a participant in one Speaker 1: of these trials, and how was her case reported? Maddie DeGary, who we represent her and her family, was one of only about 1100 children in the Pfizer 12 to 15 year old COVID-nineteen vaccine clinical trials. Pointed out earlier, you need to have a separate trial for children. When Pfizer reported after her second dose, she suffered a serious injury. She was in the emergency room. She had a cascading, adverse reaction. She went she ended up in a wheelchair with a feeding tube. And the fact that the vaccine caused an injury, it happened. It's tragic, but injuries from products happen. But here, what hap what's even what here the real, incredible part of this story is that when Pfizer reported her injury, they reported it as functional abdominal pain. We know that from a foyer production we had to fight to get. We then told the FDA in 4 separate letters, hey. Pfizer did not fully inform you about Maddie DeGary's injuries. She's in a wheelchair. She has a feeding tube. The only thing they told you is she has functional abdominal. She has a tummy ache. After 4 letters, over a 120 days later, they finally responded. And what did the FDA say? They told her to file a VAERS report. She was in the clinical trial of VAERS, which, by the way, she had already done months earlier. We then sued the FDA for all their communications regarding Matty D'Aurea in the Southern District of Ohio Federal Court. And when we finally got those documents, here's what we found. The FDA did finally ask Pfizer about Mady DeGary, but it was only after somebody who's very, very wealthy emailed Janet Woodcock about Maddy DeGary. She then asked doctor Peter Marks, and then Peter Marks asks that, you know, request be sent to Pfizer. Pfizer responds, and this is the first time as far as we are aware that Pfizer ever tells the FDA about Matty D'Ares' injuries. And when you read the narrative that was provided to the What what what was the response to the FDA or Peter Marks when Speaker 0: he found out that they had misled them? Speaker 1: He seemed unconcerned. And my understanding is he said, well, they reported she had a serious stomachache. So, you know, they reported that she had a serious injury. It was basically a whitewash. He he sat, as I ex I would expect, as a partner with Pfizer defending them for their misconduct. He should have been outraged. He should have said, why didn't you report this? Irrespective of whether you thought it was related, you had an obligation to tell us of all injuries. We decide later what to do with the data, but you got to report it. They didn't report it. I'm not aware of any penalty, any issue with Pfizer about it. And when you read the internal email chain, which is part, by the way, in our in the document we submitted, we have a link to all those emails. You can read them yourself. Pfizer's paid principal investigator says he doesn't, quote, feel, feel, that's what he writes, that the vaccine caused the issue. And it appears that Mark's just Speaker 0: Whether the vaccine caused the issue or not, can you throw somebody out of a trial and not repre not say what happened to them? And the Speaker 1: It corrupts the entire process. You you're the idea is is that you have a new product. You don't know what how it affects the human body. So you take in all harms that occur after vaccination. You report all of them. The causality assessment happens afterwards, potentially. But you bring them all in, and it should, as I pointed out earlier, be a statistical comparison. Speaker 0: The most urgent invention in the world right now is a vaccine that prevents you from getting COVID 19. What vaccines do is they teach your immune system about the pathogen. This is the coronavirus, and this shape on its outside is called the spike protein. It grabs on to the cells in your body that have a particular receptor and get that cell to make billions of copies of this virus. The first time that you're exposed to this virus, it takes literally days for your immune system to realize that it's a bad thing. So how do we get the immune system to go faster? Well, the idea of a vaccine is to give you an exposure to something that looks like this, so you're getting your body to make a lot of antibodies that can take these viruses and actually kill them. There's over a 100 different efforts making many different types of coronavirus vaccines. So how do you make a vaccine? Usually, you're injecting at least part of the shape of the virus. Sometimes you do the whole virus, but it's attenuated so it doesn't multiply too much. Sometimes you take the virus and you kill it. You won't get sick because they're not duplicating. What's typically done is you just take either a piece of the virus or just the spike, that thing on the surface, and you put it on something else. So there's no risk at all of causing the disease. One final way that's new and is promising is called the RNA vaccine. With RNA and DNA, instead of putting that shape in, you put instructions in the code to make that shape. So the Gates Foundation, along with a great number of partners, are looking at these different efforts. We've never created a new vaccine in less than 5 years, so this is urgent, and it's gonna require incredible collaboration. It's gonna have to go to 7,000,000,000 people. So I am optimistic that one of the vaccine efforts will give us vaccines in the next 18 months, and we'll make sure that it's produced in volume and that it's accessible to everyone in the world. Know, Speaker 1: it's That's startling, I think, for a lot of people to hear that. Because we've been taught for so long. You're a doctor. I'm a doctor. We go to medical school, we hear this vaccines, obviously. There's so many good things about vaccines. They prevent, you know, life threatening illnesses that we've heard about. But in but in your daughter's case, turned out to be to be a problem. Speaker 2: I wouldn't have believed it till it happened to me. To be honest with you as a doctor, until it happened to me, until I saw the regression, until I saw a normal 18 old toddler descend into autism, I wouldn't have believed it was possible. Speaker 1: The experts that I've talked to, including the head of the, director of the CDC, Doctor. Julie Gerberding says that was a rare case. That is not likely to be the norm or even that's likely to be an exception. What do you say to that? Speaker 2: Well, I think a lot of the media outlets have put out a statement that says rare underlying genetic mitochondrial disease. Now that's five words. Four of those are not accurate in the sense that we know now, we didn't know back in 02/2001, that mitochondrial dysfunction is rare, you know, actually not rare. Two, we don't know if it was underlying or if it was something developed later, although certainly there's some genetic underpinnings to it. And the only word correct is mitochondrial and the difference between disease and dysfunction which we talked about. Speaker 1: Right. So what you believe is that Hannah have some sort of predisposition and then the vaccines tipped her over the edge into developing autism. What is your belief now? Speaker 2: Well, I don't think that vaccines are the only way that you can tip over a child like Hannah to regress and have an encephalopathy and have a regress into autism. There are probably multiple triggers. In my daughter, clearly it was the vaccinations. That was our experience. As far as other families' experiences, it may be different. The other cases that were at Johns Hopkins, there were only a few like Hannah and then others regressed for other reasons. It's not really a known entity. Speaker 1: You know, think the thing that a lot of parents, and I have to tell you, as a doctor, now as a parent too, as you know, have two daughters, so I have a two and a half year old and a 13 old. What does that mean for me, John? I mean, because, you know, I think they're perfectly normal. I mean, seem to me to be in there delightful. And I plan on getting them vaccinated. I got my two and a half year old vaccinated on time. What what advice would you have now having gone through what you've you've gone through? Speaker 2: Well, first and foremost, I am pro vaccine. I'm in favor of safe vaccination. I I'm the last person that wants to see measles or polio come back. I had one of the only cases last year of West Nile induced polio here in Georgia, and it's devastating. I think what a parent needs to do now is, talk with their pediatrician and pediatricians need to actually have a grassroots movement amongst the pediatricians and the AAP to develop safe vaccine schedules for each individual patient. I mean, you and I are physicians and we took an oath to our individual patient. We didn't take an oath for the public health or the greater good. So each pediatrician has to focus on that. Speaker 0: So these are my big issues regarding vaccines and these are the things that I'd like to highlight. Number one: There is no education in medical schools that I am aware of and being an educator at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and Case Western Reserve University, I am not aware of education around vaccines, their contents, safety records, informed consent, or the vaccine injury compensation program. We do not discuss that in 1986 Congress enacted legislation removing all liability from pharma related to vaccine adverse events. What are we taught about vaccines? We are taught to memorize the vaccine schedule. And actually I'm gonna be sitting for my family medicine boards this year and I am sure that I will have to memorize that schedule again in order to pass that exam. But vaccines seem to be absolved from that consideration. Number two, there appears to be a conflict of interest regarding payments to providers for completing vaccine schedules. Corollary to that, which would be number three, patients are being dismissed from practices because of quote unquote vaccine safety concerns. If you bring question about a vaccine and you decide not to vaccinate your child, you may be at risk of being terminated from that practice. Absolutely deplorable and disgusting. Number four, and again to the Bailey family, I'm really sorry, but employers are forcing employees to receive the flu vaccine or face corrective action or job loss. The fact that your dad was six months from retiring isn't a number five. There's a lack of informed consent and I was one of those providers who didn't provide safety sheets before vaccinating. I would tell the parents these are the vaccines today. We're going to give you three vaccines in one leg and two in the other. And then after vaccinating either the child or the adult patient, here's your information sheet. And again, to be completely transparent with you, I had no idea that there was even a mention of the compensation program or a telephone number to call. Absolutely deplorable on my part and I apologize to my patients. Number six, there's a lack of transparency regarding vaccine complications. And worse, you're being shamed as patients for suggesting that you were harmed by a vaccine. If I see a patient in the office and diagnose strep throat and give them penicillin, and either the mom or the patient themselves calls and tells me that they developed a rash, there is zero question. The chart now states they have an allergy to penicillin and will never be given it again. Why don't we believe parents and patients when they tell us they have had an adverse event regarding a vaccine? It doesn't sense to me as a medical professional. I apologize for the being emotional.
