Speaker 0: Affirmative action and its new version, DEI, are, of course, by definition, forms of anti white racism. White men are at a structural disadvantage in getting jobs and getting contracts and getting into schools. There's kind of no pretending it's anything but what it seems to be, And most people know that. Few people understand just how corrosive this is to the country and to the idea of the country. So the arrangement that America's had with immigrants for over a 100 years has been come to our country because there is opportunity here.
And implied in that is meritocracy. If you work hard, if you have ability, you can ascend the ladder. But affirmative action and now DEI invert that arrangement. New immigrants to this country are told immediately that the people who founded the country, white men, are the problem. They are evil.
So not only does this inculcate racism in our immigrants, which is a terrifying prospect, but it also makes The workplace, hellscape, a sort of corporate Jim Crow structure that degrades everyone and that's inherently immoral. Arvind Krishna is a perfect example of why this is a bad idea. Krishna is an immigrant to this country. He's clearly smart. He clearly works hard.
In over 30 years, he's ascended to the top of IBM. He's now the CEO. But rather than promoting the ideas that made this country great, meritocracy, He has bought in completely possibly because he has to into our racial hierarchy into our form of modern Jim Crow. So thanks to James O'Keefe, the journalist, we know what that looks like on the inside. Here is a video that was leaked to O'Keefe of Krishna, the CEO of IBM telling his employees to hire fewer white men or they will be punished.
Their pay will be cut. Watch this.

Without an exception for for privacy, I could name multiple leaders over the last year plus that were held Conable to the point that they're no longer here at Red Hat because they weren't willing to live up to the standards that we set in this space.
Speaker 0: So in the public conversation, affirmative action, DEI, diversity are described with the language of sensitivity and inclusion. We're just trying to bring everybody in. But in practice, and we now know this thanks to these videos and others like them, in practice, This is an even more vicious form and a much more widespread form of Jim Crow. And obviously, it's incompatible with the existence of the United States of America. So what do we do about it?
Well, of course, the Civil Rights Division's Justice Department is doing nothing about it. They are affirmatively opposed to civil rights. But Stephen Miller is doing something about it. Thank you, Kevin. He's the founder of America First Legal, and he joins us now.
Stephen, thanks so much for coming on. So what how would you describe what we just saw?
Speaker 3: A fascinating, albeit chilling window into the reality of corporate America today. We're all familiar with DEI, diversity, equity, and inclusion. We're broadly familiar with the idea that corporations, universities, as well as Government agencies have established policies to promote or exclude people based solely on race or national origin. But to see it said so bluntly, so matter of factly that you're going to be that you're going to be punished, you're gonna be denied your Career, you're gonna have your money, your livelihood, everything that you've built your entire life taken away from you because you don't establish a specific racial quota system. You have a hypothetical kid who instead of playing every day after school, he went home and he studied.
And when it was time to go to college, He spent all of his time on his test preparation. He did everything he could do, but he didn't get into the school that he wanted to get into. He got into his 6th choice or 7th choice. But when he went there, He worked harder than everybody else, and he didn't go out and party. He didn't go out and drink.
He did everything right every single day of his life, but it was time to graduate. He didn't get the job he was entitled to, the salary he was entitled to. But when he got to that company, then he still he stayed late, And he put off all the things he wanted to do with his life, and he gave up so many years of his productive life hoping that one day, maybe, just maybe, his dreams would be fulfilled. And then somebody came along and said, you are not the right race. You are a straight white male.
You are not getting this job. And in fact, because you haven't promoted people based on this system, Your life is over now. Then maybe that person can't afford to pay for his children anymore. Maybe that man gets a divorce. Maybe his whole life unravels.
How many times does this happen in a year to thousands of people? The system is meant to crush spirits, to break people.

And the more foreign nationals that come in and gobble up health care and education and other government services, do you understand that the country literally becomes less wealthy over time? That all the productivity that is generated by an ever shrinking share of the population that works, that has been here long enough that, you know, they speak English, they have wealth, they have these things, eventually, all of that just gets devoured until no additional wealth, no no marginal wealth is generated.
And then, eventually, the wealth that exists will be devoured until there is nothing. That's how this works.

No one is allowed in or out unless they're escorted by security, and the city says they're prepping for a possible sudden increase in new arrivals. This hotel turned shelter can fit 950 people. Security cameras, personnel guard the area. It's not clear how many people are living there right now.
We do know there were only 5,870 6 people living at one of the city and state's 17 shelter locations. On January 12th, at peak capacity with 28 shelters, the city and state were housing 14,824 people. Just about a month ago, the city was operating at half capacity at its remaining shelter locations, we're told, leaving space for new arrivals that might be bustier during the Democratic National Convention.
Speaker 1: There is a small drop in the numbers, of people coming to Chicago, but definitely, we want to make sure that we have bed available, in case of a surge ahead of the DNC.

You wanna live in this country. You wanna get the American dream, and what you're doing is completely wrong. You're breaking the law.

And the growth of crime here is something critics say is headed to every neighborhood in town if things don't change. And if troops aren't sent in to get rid of these gangs. Because what we're witnessing in this part of town is the end game of every type of crime our leaders continue to defend as nonviolent and victimless.
Like shoplifting, which we've decriminalized in the state and made a nonjailable misdemeanor, which allows repeat criminals to earn 1,000 taking whatever they want from any store in town and reselling it, which you'll see happening on Roosevelt Avenue on practically every street corner with some open air theft markets set up right the stores those goods come out of. But that's far from the only type of crime taking place in that part of town 24 hours a day. Here you'll find everything from illegal food vendors operating restaurant grade kitchens right on the sidewalk, to businesses that look legitimate but sell things they shouldn't and are part of a criminal economy that just keeps growing and growing. Which brings us to the real reason why residents are now demanding that troops come in and get rid of the criminal element in their neighborhood once and for all. The police have been trying to do this for over a year but it hasn't been enough because after they raid a store or a business or a bunch of sidewalk shops, those vendors come back and reopen within hours of the police walking away.
And as you're about to see, this system of constant unrelenting crime is leading to the destruction of a middle class neighborhood, which should be a warning and a wake up call to the rest of this city and the rest of this country. But this raises a big question. Why is this such a problem in only one area of New York and not anywhere else? And why do certain parts of town like this look perfectly fine when we've got others near here where the residents wish they were living under martial law? So here we are in midtown Manhattan, and you'll notice right over here, we've got some police activity going on, but this part of town is completely different than another part of town, which is very close to here.
