Amber McReynolds, a key figure in election administration, is facing scrutiny for her involvement in pushing for mail-in voting before the pandemic. She worked closely with Jocelyn Benson in Michigan to change election laws. McReynolds also lobbied for permanent inclusion of voters on early ballot rolls, regardless of residency status. Concerns have been raised about her ties to organizations like CTCL and The Elections Group. Additionally, her role in evaluating states' voting logistics during the pandemic has raised questions about potential bias. The National Science Foundation's involvement in election-related matters and its funding of various initiatives have also come under scrutiny. These revelations highlight the need for transparency and accountability in our electoral processes.

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

💥The first state to issue an arrest warrant for Amber McReynolds (USPS) will be heroic.💥 (And that may soon prove to be a hotly contested race.) 💥In Michigan, she worked directly with Jocelyn Benson (January 9, 2019) and begged Michigan to join the ERIC voter system. A week later, Benson announced MI’s new membership into the ERIC program. 💥ONE MONTH LATER, Jocelyn Benson names her to an “Executive Committee”, which also included David Becker (lol), to immediately get working towards changing Michigan election laws to more “vote-by-mail” favorable elections laws within the state. 💥REMINDER — This is months before COVID had showed up and we even had any logical justification for pivoting so heavily towards large scale mail-in voting all of a sudden.💥 Imagine that.😒

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

We’re just getting started on this f’ing operative, but I’ll leave you with a few Twitter gems for the time being. Be back shortly.✌️ PS: These tweets are chilling AF when you consider what we know now and the overall implications here. Especially the part about a certain recorded GA phone call. (Which I don’t think the public even knew existed yet.) Haunting.🫢

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

She also had some legendary Arizona takes you won’t wanna miss.🙄 💥McReynolds lobbied hard to keep voters on the “early ballot voter rolls” PERMANENTLY, as long as they’d ever registered for it just once. Lol. (This is regardless of whether or not a voter could be confirmed still living in AZ.) 💥As you might’ve guessed, she was also one of the dozens of Hobbs’ supporters who actually exist, and is every bit as insufferable of each of them too. 💥Hey, look, she even included some solid defamation of Kari Lake BEFORE THE MIDTERM elections happened.🤦🏻‍♂️

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

More Arizona gems, just in case you weren’t convinced who she really is yet.😒 (This operative lunatic makes high-level decisions regarding our mail. Not joking.) https://t.co/CLciXFjWwY

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

We now pause from our regularly-scheduled expose’ to bring you this brief clip from the official @EACgov website. Watch it in its entirety, then save the video to cold storage. It will be useful in the future towards our efforts of completely eradicating both the @EACgov and the entire “Sector Coordinating Council” embedded within our elections. 💥Pay especially close attention to the players involved and the funding sources disclosed here.💥

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

It’s literally the same Bolshevik Revolutionist bullshit every time. Every. Single. Time.🤦🏻‍♂️ Oh, look! There’s CTCL too! As luck would have it, Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein was simultaneously both a GRANT ADVISOR for CTCL (Zuckerbucks) and the WISCONSIN STATE LEADER for the NATIONAL VOTE AT HOME INSTITUTE. There’s nothing too bad about that, except for… well… the fact that it’s ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL AS F***!!!🤬🤬🤬

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

“NOT FOR PUBLIC RELEASE… VAH Scale Plan” (f’ing lols) 💥Yeah, this document can be better translated as “we deliberately conspired and poured intensive research and resources towards determining exactly how to successfully subvert the elections administrations processes and gain unilateral control of elections within each individual state, where possible.”💥 (This traitorous merc can get totally rekt.)

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@EACgov Ties to The Elections Group, you say? Gosh, that’s gonna be a REAL big f’ing problem for her (and everyone else involved). Why? Lol, I have a present for y’all in my next tweet. Hang tight for a moment.😏

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

💥Here’s a summary from our recent forensics report on the state of Wisconsin’s elections network. And as you can see, The Elections Group (http://elections.group) is all up in their shit. (Also lol at the Ukraine, Taiwan, Pakistan, etc. domains there in WI’s elections network. I’m sure that’s legit lmao.) 💥But wait, on the 2nd image we see pings for at least FOUR different exploits of vulnerabilities within Wisconsin’s elections network, based on the OTX Pulse Records.🤯 (WTF???) 💥With our upstanding pals at The Elections Group right there keeping a watchful eye from inside the network, how could something this possibly have happened? 💥Welp, the 3rd image is an excerpt from a network forensics report we ran on The Elections Group, and we found AT LEAST 10 different high-risk (malicious) hash programs embedded within The Elections Group domain. 💥💥One of those hashes is highlighted by a red border on the 3rd image, and then analyzed with Alien Vault’s OTX in the short video clip embedded at the bottom right.💥💥 (Take a gander at the entire video.) 💥Holy. Shit.🫢🫢🫢

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

Below is a behavioral summary breakdown of that same malicious hash file from the short clip in the previous tweet. Unreal.🤬 Next, remember this is just ONE of AT LEAST 10 malicious programs embedded within The Elections Group domain. (Is it starting to sink in yet?) My God.🤯

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

Lol, you sound like I don’t give a shit. (You don’t matter.)

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

Don’t worry, she shilled hard for Georgia and Dominion Voting too.🤦🏻‍♂️ She even cited Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Matt Masterson, Zelensky, CISA and Issue One (David Becker org that’s actively gone after J6’ers in collusion with FBI).🤦🏻‍♂️ https://t.co/zbMqsZ6iIv

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

💥Huge shout out to @bjm1203 for the “NOT FOR PUBLIC USE” docs from Amber McReynolds! Fantastic find! Please give him a follow!🔥🔥🔥

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@bjm1203 Ah, yes. It appears Amber McReynolds wasn’t the only asset the CIA had in Michigan’s elections.🤣

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@bjm1203 And of course, she’s part of this latest collection of election-fixing merchants.

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@bjm1203 Hey, there she is, right alongside Jennifer Morell of The Elections Group. Imagine that.😒 https://t.co/JS2wVOkdl4

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@bjm1203 Something something democracy, yada yada Bullshitvik Revolutionists

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@bjm1203 Speaking of The Elections Group… Here’s something important I didn’t notice yesterday because I was too distracted by @KevinMoncla putting @AngryFleas in a body bag. Look at the people in this email exchange Kevin references in his image.🤔

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@bjm1203 @KevinMoncla @AngryFleas Everybody please say hello to one of Maricopa’s most embarrassing “expert witnesses” against Kari Lake in her election lawsuit… Ryan Macias of The Elections Group. I shit you not. What a time to be alive. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 https://t.co/i2g8kS9kLP

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

Ryan Macias is the dwarf who snuck into Arizona’s forensic audit of the 2020 elections to try and sabotage it. He did THAT by lying to security and staff on site about having press/media credentials and wanting to do interviews. 💥REMEMBER — These are totally honest people and they’d NEVER steal elections or commit ANY crimes they believed they could conceal behind the guise of “proprietary” trade secrets or “privacy laws” protecting your data.

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

💥Ryan Macias is also part of the National Task Force for Election Crises mentioned above. As is disgraced former CISA operative, Matt Masterson. (McReynolds,a renowned elections expert, loves to cite Masterson’s tweets.) 💥Something else I just noticed, it looks like MICHAEL CHERTOFF was recently added to the task force as well. Mr. PATRIOT ACT himself (lol). (I’m guessing things were getting a bit too hot for everyone over at Bolshevik HQ with all the incriminating info coming out. Seems they finally decided to bring in the big guns.) The 2nd image below is the original screenshot I embedded when I first wrote about this task force of election-stealing lunatics back in May of this year. The 3rd image is what shows up if you click the link to their site today.

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

💥We’ve already discussed how Amber McReynolds worked with certain (mostly battleground) states JUST BEFORE the pandemic in the United States to encourage them to adopt a wholesale “vote-by-mail” approach to our elections. 💥But have I mentioned how incredibly vested Amber McReynolds is/was in the COVID RESPONSE and its unfathomable influence on the administration of our 2020 elections?😳 💥She was in charge of a National evaluation of all our our states’ voting logistics for “safely” conducting elections during a pandemic and implementing “voting at home” methodologies. She even placed states into categories ranked for worst (1 star) to best (5 stars) based on laws, digital voter registration apparatuses in place and the magnitude of voter verification security methods each state used. As you might have guessed, the more traditionally conservative your state is, the fewer stars you were given. Progressive states, and/or those states with corrupt operatives largely in control of elections administration processes were given the most stars. (California, Colorado and Hawaii were each given 5 stars lol. Arizona was given 4 stars.) 💥There should be AT LEAST a dozen or more states with warrants already outstanding for this woman’s arrest.💥 💥Save this document to cold storage: https://actionnetwork.org/user_files/user_files/000/043/699/original/NVAHI_50_State_Policy_Analysis.pdf

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

💥Oh yeah, she was one of the biggest lobbyists for states to join the ERIC system AND for them to BE REQUIRED TO DO NCOA VOTER DATA CROSS-CHECKS. (NCOA is from USPS, which is also her lol) 💥She also pushed for states to REQUIRE RISK-LIMITING AUDITS (RLAs), which are expressly designed to never find anything nefarious and limit the risk of bad actors being exposed. Requiring the use of RLAs is also done to prevent states from being allowed to look further behind the curtain, per the lack of an express authority to do so by law. 💥Also lol at that “require signature verification” line item too, since it’s now apparent that it absolutely DOES NOT MATTER to them that the “process” was done honestly, thoroughly and was applied equally to every legal vote that was cast and requires it. I mean, we all know that conducting such a process for only 30-40% of all the ballots and then saying “f*** it, we’re just clicking through before the signature verification screen even fully loads” apparently still qualifies as having been an acceptable “signature verification process”.🤣 (See Maricopa 2022 for a textbook example of this.)

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

Welp, “coordinated subversion of the greatest country in world history on behalf of its worst people” seems like a good gig, if you can get it. (You don’t have enough contempt for this woman yet. Not even close.😒) https://t.co/o1W3WpNgsq

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

Oh.😳 Now I see why they replaced David C. Williams with Amber McReynolds.🤦🏻‍♂️ (Hey, there’s CBRE again too lol.) https://t.co/vmLd8IT24R

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

If you’re wondering who CBRE is, they’re a commercial real estate firm tied to Boston Consulting Group and some very large lending/financing firms. They are also HEAVILY VESTED in the outcomes of elections (and elections lawsuits) in places like Maricopa County, AZ and Harris County, TX.

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

They’re also tied in with Dade Phelan’s CIA-linked mafia and his family’s investment company based in Texas.

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

💥Oh btw, we caught CBRE in real-time as they (and others) were tinkering around Maricopa County’s official website and elections records during Kari Lake’s lawsuit back in May. Like, as the trial proceedings were going on. Not kidding. 💥For some reason, my quote tweets have recently been extremely shitty at embedding in such a way that provides readers with any kind of meaningful preview of what the embedded tweet includes. (Imagine that.) So for that reason, I added a screenshot of exactly what I’m referring to below. The image represents several of the unauthorized entities we identified diving into and out of Maricopa’s election network as we were monitoring the traffic. A link to that situational thread as it was happening is at the bottom of this tweet.

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

💥HEADS UP: If you’re not currently following my guy @_KrisHunter_, what are you even doing with your life? Do that now. And turn on notifications. 💥Kris is the executive chef and mastermind behind our cyber/digital/network forensics reports. Our work wouldn’t be possible without him. Period. 💥He’s one of the greatest patriots in America, while also being one of our most valuable, lethal savages in this fight against the globalist Deep State. 💥He’s also handsome AF and (if the price is right), a potentially eligible bachelor, ladies.😎 (Go ahead and make your mental notes.)

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

Hey, it’s the National Science Foundation! Remind me, what was it we recently caught them doing that they had no business being involved with?🤔 Oh well. Maybe it’ll come to me. 💥Anyways, check out this neat report they recently published on Election Science! 💥Hey there’s Amber McReynolds again! Right alongside her is Ericka Haas, one of the only two PAID employees David Becker reported in ERIC’s financial filings. Let’s see what this report is all about… 💥Welp, they lead right off with “…election conducted during a RAGING pandemic” and piggy-back right into “…false rumors and misinformation about the integrity of the election… of course, culminated in the US Capitol riot on January 6, 2021.” Oh. It’s THAT kind of report again. Classic. (🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣) 💥The next few pages details many of the usual suspects — universities, government agencies and elections hardware/software that we all now know to be hilariously compromised piles of shit. 💥It specifically recognizes these winners: -CEIR (David Becker) -The Lafayette Group (Ryan Macias, Matt Crane) -The Elections Group (Macias, Jennifer Morell, etc. -NVHI (Amber McReynolds) -CTCL (“Zuckerbucks”, Tiana Epps-Johnson, Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein, etc.) -Democracy Works (lol) 💥And to top it all off, we finally learn who those cringey “STAKEHOLDERS” are that we keep hearing about: -Carnegie Corporation -Democracy Fund -German Marshall Fund of the US -Hewlett Foundation -Joyce Foundation -Knight Foundation -Newmark Philanthropies -Pew Charitable Trusts (😳) (lol, yikes) 💥Save this to cold storage: https://nsf-gov-resources.nsf.gov/2021-12/Election%20Science%20and%20the%20Improvement%20of%20Election%20Administration%20in%20the%20US%20Workshop%20Report_2122039_June%202021_Final_508.pdf

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

Oh, yeah. Now I remember.😏 💥The National Science Foundation is also believed to be funding the state of Georgia’s lawfare campaign currently being waged against President Trump. @CanariesBlue has the goods on it.🔥

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

Oh, gosh… Looks like they also funded the recent shooter in North Carolina who worked at UNC, helping Ralph Baric create COVID and cover up its origins too! Nbd. 😳😳😳😳😳 I’m sure that’s just a coincidence. (Holy. Shit.) https://t.co/FjyH7aEqMB

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

Oh. 💥NSF and CISA and Hunter Biden.🤦🏻‍♂️ Because of course that’s what’s going on. (Help America tear it all down.) https://t.co/l286r0gtRx

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

This is all part of the National Science Foundation’s “Convergence Accelerator” program. It appears the NSF collaborated with the Swedish Research Council and Vinnova, a Swedish agency focused on innovation.🤦🏻‍♂️ All participants in the NSF Convergence Accelerator’s “Election Science Workshop Series” are all listed below. Most of these names will be familiar to you and increasingly relevant going forward.😏

Taxpayer-funded NGOs facilitating the Biden Administration's migrant crisis are cashing in, pulling in billions of dollars. Endeavors, Inc. spent $533,000 on music therapy and horticulture classes. Global Refuge's CEO saw her compensation increase to $520,000, while Southwest Key Programs' CEO makes over $1 million. The NGO has faced issues, including employee misconduct. The NGOs are expanding in size as more unaccompanied children cross the border.

EXCLUSIVE: I spent four months investigating the web of NGOs facilitating the Biden Administration's migrant crisis. These taxpayer-funded groups are pulling in billions of dollars and lavishing themselves with salaries and bonuses. Here's how they're cashing in. 🧵

@Maddie_Rowley_ - Maddie Rowley

Endeavors, Inc. was awarded a $1.3 billion grant to run a shelter for unaccompanied migrant children in Pecos, Texas. In 2021, they spent $533,000 on music therapy and offered "horticulture classes."

@Maddie_Rowley_ - Maddie Rowley

Global Refuge’s CEO, Krish O'Mara Vignarajah, former policy director for First Lady Michelle Obama, saw her compensation increase from $244,000 in 2019 to $520,000 in 2022.

@Maddie_Rowley_ - Maddie Rowley

Southwest Key Programs' CEO, Dr. Anselmo Villarreal, makes over $1 million, their chief strategist makes $800,000, and the head of operations makes $700,000. Its total payroll was $465 million in 2022. The NGO has been plagued with issues--including employees sexually assaulting migrant children in its care.

@Maddie_Rowley_ - Maddie Rowley

As more unaccompanied children have crossed the border, the NGOs continue to expand in size. Global Refuge had 75 employees on staff in 2019, and by the end of this year will have a staff of 700.

I want to highlight the local NGO BAKERRIPLEY in Houston, which saw its revenue grow from $365 million in 2019 to over $603 million in 2022. I found concerning details in their financials, including an offshore account in the Cayman Islands and a CEO salary of nearly $445,000. An audit revealed almost $1 million was overpaid in a rental assistance program, yet only 1% of applications were reviewed. Additionally, BAKERRIPLEY collaborates with Catholic Charities for immigration services, raising questions about the use of taxpayer funds.

🧵Let me introduce you to the local based NGO BAKERRIPLEY based here in Houston, Texas. In 2019, prior to the pandemic the revenue was $365,768,968 million In 2022, the revenue blossomed to $603 MILLION

Marissa Hanson addressed the mayor, stating that 264,000 criminal cases, including 4,017 sexual assault cases, were suspended due to lack of personnel and defunding of the police, and that one victim committed suicide. She claimed the city spent $35.6 million on murals while Abby Cayman manipulated crime data. Hanson urged Cayman to resign and implored Mayor Whitmire to investigate the emergency rental assistance program, stating that an audit found over $1 million was misappropriated in the first six months. Hanson claimed Baker Ripley has an offshore bank account in the Grand Cayman Islands. Councilmember Thomas stated that NGOs involved in the program were hand-picked and transferred money back and forth, charging administrative fees, resulting in recipients receiving little of the intended funds. Hanson stated that DEI studies were thrown out by PFM group consulting groups. She alleged the money is there, but it was stolen and misappropriated, and called for an investigation into the NGOs and program leaders, claiming to have proof of misappropriation.

Speaker 0: Marissa Hanson. Okay. Mayor, I will see you here, and it's a glad I'm glad to have someone with common sense now running our city. 264,000 criminal cases were put into suspense due to lack of personnel, and defunding of the police. 4,017 of them were sexual assault cases. 1 of the girls has committed suicide. Last year, the city of Houston spent 35,600,000 on murals and cultural affairs, while you, Abby Cayman, lied to your constituents over manipulated data and crime stats from the 1 safe program. Claiming police response time was a misnomer. I urge you to resign from your position for dereliction of duty and showing fealty to your party instead of your constituents' safety. Secondly, mayor Whitmire, I implore you to start an investigative committee into the emergency rental assistance program. I audited the Guidehouse audited the program. The 1st 6 months, they found that over $1,000,000 had been misappropriated. I still have not received the final report, but they continue to give 100 and 100 of 1,000,000 of dollars into this program to Baker Ripley. And then when I went into their 9.90, I found that they had an offshore bank account in the Grand Cayman Islands. Why does an NGO have an offshore bank account in the Grand Caymans? You raised the new issue. And it was Tiffany. Weren't you part of the emergency rental assistance program? Council member Thomas. Yes. Council member Thomas. Okay. And the NGOs that I have seen from were all hand picked on the board of directors, and they were all transferring the money back and forth to these NGOs and charging admin fees. So by the time it got to the people, they are getting $0.01 like $0.10 to the dollar of what they were really supposed to be going to. And then let's not mention all of the PFM group consulting groups that were having DEI studies thrown out. And now you guys want to raise our taxes? The money is there, and it was stolen and misappropriated. And there should be an investigation looked into these NGOs, and to the members that headed these these programs because where there's smoke, there's fire. And I have all of the proof for it. I have the 990s. I have the 501s. I have I have all the board members. I have it all. I've been investigating this for 4 years, and this is no different than what foreign terrorist organizations do overseas. And if it wasn't

I discovered that billionaire Jack Dangermond, founder of ESRI, donated $165 million to the organization. ESRI was also involved in the Covid-19 Tech Taskforce. I've developed a new tool for tracking nonprofit leadership and USAID grant flows. You can search by Principal Officer, locate organizations by EIN or name, and see all linked principal officers in one view. The tool allows you to trace USAID funding from various NGOs. The data is sourced from IRS Form 990s, and I've provided guidance on how to interpret the numbers. There are some minor CSS issues to resolve, and I'm working on adding features like graph downloads and hyperlinks for better citation.

@DataRepublican - DataRepublican (small r)

The data comes from IRS Form 990s and is aggregated for analysis. Here's how to read and understand the numbers: 🔹 Gross Receipts → Pulled from Page 1, Box G of IRS Form 990. 🔹 Contributions → Pulled from Part VIII, Line 1f of IRS Form 990. 🔹 Taxpayer Funds → Pulled from Part VIII, Line 1e ("Government Grants"). 🔹 Individual Grants → Pulled from Schedule I of IRS Form 990. Only a curated subset of larger nonprofits is included, so the "Grants Given" totals may not match exactly with Schedule I. Instead, they add up to the total grants in the dataset I compiled for each EIN. I use the most recent available tax years for these graphs. For example, Freedom House doesn’t have a public 2023 Form 990 yet, so the data includes a mix of 2021, 2022, and 2023 filings, depending on what’s available.

@DataRepublican - DataRepublican (small r)

CSS is a little funky - @watilo will fix it when he's available.

@watilo And also @watilo will add back in the graph download button. He had a dental emergency.

@DataRepublican - DataRepublican (small r)

@watilo I'll try to add hyperlinks to the Schedule I from Propublica for easier citing. The grants are all real.

Wow! This sure is misleading AF…. you do realize people can just go to the website where all of this is listed and see exactly how money flows from the USAID to organizations, right? We can also see that the specific org both Lara and Flynn, and all these people actually, is the last one in a flow of money that leads through no less than 15 other orgs/agencies and even investment banks. At the top of each funding flow, it literally says: “Funding is fungible, meaning USAID dollars DO NOT DIRECTLY FLOW INTO these NGOs in a literal sense. Instead, the money moves through multiple layers, with various entities handling and redistributing it. Rather than focusing solely on individual grants or making definitive statements for how NGOs benefit from USAID, it’s more important recognize the broader pattern of funding distribution and influence, and getting rid of the layers of inaccountability.” By the time it got to Americas First, which is where your compensation numbers come from, it had flown through so many other groups/agencies/investment funds, the funding effectively has no connection to USAID, which is the exact point the website posting this info is making: far reaching Influence without any accountability. It says absolutely nothing about Americas First or any of the officers named in your little screen shot. Period. It took me less than 3 min to figure this out. I’ve been looking into International Relief and Development, now Blumont, which has significantly profited from taxpayer money, primarily through USAID. Despite its nonprofit label, it has a troubling history of financial mismanagement, including excessive executive pay and questionable spending on lavish events. Former USAID employees frequently transition to IRD, raising concerns about conflicts of interest. Reports suggest that IRD's projects in Iraq and Afghanistan often lacked oversight and accountability, leading to allegations of fraud and ineffective use of funds. This situation reflects broader issues in humanitarian aid, where bureaucratic interests may overshadow genuine public benefit.

@JoshWalkos - Champagne Joshi

🧵 Another contractor who’ve made their money from taxpayers that’s little known to the public is International Relief and Development, now Blumont. By 2011 over 80% of its $500 million annual budget was sourced from USAID, becoming one of their largest “nonprofit” contractors.

@JoshWalkos - Champagne Joshi

However, beneath its philanthropic facade lies a history of financial mismanagement and exorbitant executive compensation. A WaPo investigation found that between 2008 and 21012 Dr. Arthur B. Keys Jr., IRD’s founder and CEO, along with his wife, Jasna Basaric-Keys, who served as COO, reportedly pocketed a combined $4.4 million in salary and bonuses. Definitely no conflicts of interest there.🙄 Source: https://archive.is/757Zb

@JoshWalkos - Champagne Joshi

In 2015, revelations emerged that IRD had billed the U.S. government a staggering $1.1 million for staff parties and retreats at exclusive resorts. Source: https://archive.is/s3kDg

@JoshWalkos - Champagne Joshi

IRD routinely hired individuals who previously worked for USAID, including former acting administrator Alonzo Fulgham. By 2014, at least 19 former USAID employees had joined IRD, some of whom were previously responsible for overseeing the organization. “Former USAID employees are not supposed to take part in programs in which they had responsibilities at the agency, and IRD said, like other contractors say, that these former staffers were hired for their “expertise,” not their “connections,” but that’s pretty hard to imagine, especially when some of those going through the revolving door were high-level USAID administrators.”

@JoshWalkos - Champagne Joshi

Employees who left IRD were asked to sign confidentiality agreements stipulating that they could be sued for making disparaging remarks about the organization. Such practices potentially violate whistleblower protections and hinder transparency. Source: https://www.devex.com/news/us-afghanistan-watchdog-looks-into-ird-confidentiality-agreements-83435/amp

@JoshWalkos - Champagne Joshi

Their financial transformation is staggering. IRD’s annual revenue ballooned from a modest $1.2 million to an eye-watering $706 million. Over the years, the nonprofit amassed $1.9 billion in grants and cooperative agreements—mostly from one source: USAID.

@JoshWalkos - Champagne Joshi

But there’s more to the story. Former government auditors and ex-employees claim that in the perilous war zones of Baghdad and Kabul, IRD managed hundreds of millions in taxpayer funds with “little meaningful oversight” from USAID. Source: https://www.brookings.edu/articles/four-ways-usaid-must-reform-its-procurement-practices-the-tip-of-the-iceberg/

Four Ways USAID Must Reform its Procurement Practices; the Tip of the Iceberg Recently, the Washington Post published two articles about leading USAID contractor International Relief and Development (IRD) that capture the dysfunctional character of how the U.S. Government implements international development policy through outside contractors.  In this post Steven Koltai recommends four ways to improve to improve U.S. development policy. brookings.edu

@JoshWalkos - Champagne Joshi

In Afghanistan, IRD’s involvement wasn’t any cleaner. One agricultural program started as a $60 million initiative to boost wheat production and morphed within three years into a $470 million project its impact on stability as murky as the program’s financial trails. “The cooperative agreement was broadened at the urging of the military and Richard C. Holbrooke, the then-special envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan. It was transformed from one that funded a program that helped farmers grow wheat into one that bought farm tools and paid numerous laborers for a series of small jobs, including the clearing of canals, to help stabilize the southern Helmand and Kandahar provinces of Afghanistan.” USAID news releases lauded the program as an alternative to food handouts and said it was stabilizing those provinces in Afghanistan. But auditors criticized the project, and Eikenberry said it spent too much money and had questionable impact. “Once the decision was made, we threw efficiency out the window,” he recalled. “Some of the districts were awash in cash. The projects were not properly scaled, and they were overly ambitious.” Sources: https://archive.is/757Zb https://2012-2017.usaid.gov/node/50906

@JoshWalkos - Champagne Joshi

Then came the road-building project: a $317 million effort in southeastern Afghanistan designed to connect villages and create jobs. With 900 miles of road planned, the project became mired in delays, security challenges, and allegations of “kickbacks and bribery.” “Three years and nearly $270 million later, less than 100 miles of gravel road have been completed, according to American officials. More than 125 people were killed and 250 others were wounded in insurgent attacks aimed at derailing the project, USAID said. The agency shut down the road-building effort in December.” Source: https://archive.is/FokRX

@JoshWalkos - Champagne Joshi

One can’t help but see IRD as a microcosm of a larger problem: the transformation of humanitarian endeavors into sprawling bureaucratic projects where accountability is elusive and self-interest often trumps the public good. A 2024 congressional research service report states: “Of the $181.5 billion in foreign assistance obligations for projects by USAID from FY2013 to 2022, NGOs implemented $109.8 billion (60%).” So over a period of 9 years your taxes were used to enrich “non-profit’s” most of which are in your country. All with abysmal oversight with rampant fraud and abuse. Let me repeat that: $181.5 billion in 9 years. Just take a moment and think about how that money could have been spent to help fix the immense problems this country faces instead of being given to an Aid-Industrial-Complex used for statecraft and personal enrichment. In the final days of the Biden administration, a $50 million grant was awarded to the Tribal Energy Consortium, a nonprofit led by Roger Fragua, who has a questionable financial history. The Trump administration has since launched an investigation into this funding. Fragua also runs the Flower Hill Institute, which shares an address with the Consortium and has faced audits revealing significant financial mismanagement and conflicts of interest. The USDA has received a corrective action plan from Fragua's group, but concerns remain about the potential disbursement of the grant.

@gekaminsky - Gabe Kaminsky

EXCLUSIVE: In its final days, the Biden administration awarded $50 million to an obscure nonprofit whose leader has a history of self-dealing and financial mismanagement, documents show. Now, the Trump administration has launched an investigation and not yet disbursed the funding, officials shared w/ me.🧵

@gekaminsky - Gabe Kaminsky

The $50M grant — from the Department of Energy — was approved on Jan. 13 for the Tribal Energy Consortium. It is a 501(c)(3) charity on Indian tribal land focused on energy and mineral development.

@gekaminsky - Gabe Kaminsky

IRS records show the charity’s leader is Roger Fragua, a former Enron Corporation manager and consultant who wears different hats.

@gekaminsky - Gabe Kaminsky

Fragua is also the founder and executive director of the Flower Hill Institute, a charity on tribal land that, in fact, shares a mailing address with the $50 million awardee and Fragua’s LLC, Cota Holdings.

@gekaminsky - Gabe Kaminsky

Here’s why that’s notable: Fragua’s other charity, also a federal grantee, was found through an independent third-party audit to lack internal controls and violate federal rules. Among other issues, it did not test to see if other contractors could fulfill its needs other than a trio of companies tied to its board members — including Cota Holdings.

@gekaminsky - Gabe Kaminsky

Fragua’s Cota Holdings raked in hundreds of thousands from his charity, while it also overbilled the Department of Agriculture for reimbursements, the audit documents say.

@gekaminsky - Gabe Kaminsky

The USDA told me it later received a corrective actions plan from Fragua’s group to address its issues, though tax experts still said these are red flags for the Trump administration to critically investigate before potentially handing the $50M to Fragua’s Tribal Energy Consortium.

They own numerous commercial properties, with an asset portfolio exceeding $790 million. I encourage sharing and commenting on this critical issue.

Independent reporter Fernando Arce exposes First Day Foundation, alleging it receives billions in taxpayer money to shelter unaccompanied alien children through subsidiaries like BCFS and Compass Connections. He claims Compass Connections' director of operations, Sonya Thompson, is connected to First Day Foundation. Arce was allegedly assaulted by a former DPS officer, Andrew Carter, at Compass Connections' headquarters while seeking answers about the money and children's whereabouts. Arce states First Day Foundation spent $250 million on a camp in Torino, Texas, which closed due to abuse accusations, then opened a facility in Carrizo Springs holding 3,000 children. He questions the $8.8 billion in public funding the organization received, according to their IRS forms. Arce highlights a vacant camp run by Endeavors family, another NGO, costing $220 million per year. Arce reports First Day Foundation owns its headquarters and recently purchased a $5 million office building. He notes CEO Kevin Denon earns $1.2 million annually, while other executives earn close to half a million. Arce questions the departure of Compass Connections' CEO, Todd Snyder, after Arce's exposure and mentions Rosa Baez as the current acting CEO.

Speaker 0: Fernando Arce here, independent reporter here in San Antonio, Texas. And behind me is the headquarters for the next 30 NGO I'm about to expose to the world. The name, First Day Foundation. First Day Foundation is one of the largest NGOs that has received billions upon billions of dollars of taxpayers' money. In this here headquarters, you have a web of other non for profit faith based organizations that cater to illegal aliens and the children unaccompanied alien children. Two specific subsidiaries that I want to bring to your attention. First is the notorious BCFS, stands for Baptist Children Family Services, that's been around for years and was one of the first NGOs to receive billions of dollars to shelter the unaccompanied alien children. Now to cover their tracks, First Day Foundation, the last two years, has switched those NGOs to a new NGO and so that the American people and the politician in DC don't catch their dirty tricks. The new NGO that was now responsible and has also received billions of dollars of your tax may payer money is called Compass Connections. Compass Connections. And if you recall, I went to the headquarters two miles from here on sixteen o four to ask the hard questions the American people demand answers to. Where are the where is the money, and where are the children? Was looking for Sonya Thompson, the director of operations there of Compass Connections, and I was thrown out by one of their goons, a former DPS police officer named Andrew Carter. Andrew Carter forcefully me, assaulted me, threw me out of the building, and then was given a promotion after the fact to a new position, with this here foundation, First Day Foundation. And Compass Connections is still receiving money and grants for the unaccompanied alien children. To go back in history a little bit, this year foundation first received its hundreds of millions of dollars, but during the Trump administration and opened up a camp for these children and families over in Torino Torino, Texas, where it spent $250,000,000 of your tax dollars to operate for a year or a year and a half until it was shut down because, accusations of abuse and neglect. Since then, First Foundation turned around and opened up their new camp in Carrizio Springs, Texas. Carrizio Springs, Texas, which I've been to personally along with Ryan Mata, and we were able to catch drone footage of this facility, which is holds 3,000 children. 3,000 children. And so I'm here today to ask these executives here in this building the hard questions that the American people demand answers to. Where would the where did all of them billions of dollars on their public tax forms, their nine ninety IRS forms, the last one that's been made public, There has been public funding for this organization of, get this, over $8,800,000,000, and that's with a b. $8,800,000,000. Your money. And so I'm here to ask the questions of where did the money go? Where did the children go? And the facility did that they currently manage in Carrizio Springs, is it empty? Is it vacant like the one we just found out with their other NGO, Endeavors family, family Endeavors, which is five miles from here? And I've been to their headquarters as well and spoke try to speak to Charles Chip Fulgham, but to no prevail. They won't answer my calls, and they won't meet with me. So I'm here to ask, is there also waste and abuse with your tax dollars now that Doge is spotlighting these NGOs and the waste of endeavors of over $220,000,000 per year for a vacant camp, a vacant camp? I went to the lobby here. I met with the security officers here who were very professional, and I asked for the CEO or any executives to come down and talk with me. Nobody came down to talk with me, and I was basically tone tone told to leave the facility, and get off their prior property. This here beautiful property is recently built and holds about 45,000 square feet feet of triple a office space. First Day Foundation owns this building. They do not lease it. They own it. Interesting fact is just last month in February, First Day Foundation just purchased a historical office building in Downtown San Antonio on McCullough Avenue, another 40,000 square foot office space with parking, valued at $5,000,000. This here building is also valued close to $5,000,000. So my my second question was, how did First Day Foundation, a not for profit organization, how did they actually purchase, these buildings? The American taxpayers demand transparency, and we demand, accountability. The CEO of this here facility, his name is Kevin Denon. Kevin Denon, who takes a forty to fifty hour work week and earns 1.5 excuse me, $1,200,000 a year in the last several years. One point two million, one of the highest paid dirty NGOs responsible for the shelter and services of these illegal aliens in America. His executives also are are making close to half a million dollars. Claudia Oliveira, missus Sonia Thompson, Andrew Carter, and the list goes on and on. Last year, when I exposed Compass Connection, which is a subsidiary of First Day Foundation, they hired a new CEO named Todd Snyder Todd Snyder in September of twenty twenty four. When I reached out to this organization via phone call, they told me that he no longer works for for the organization. So where did Tom Snyder go? Was it because I exposed Compass Connections and they were embarrassed, so he was embarrassed to continue to work with this organization that he resigned, or was he fired? So we like to know what happened to Todd Snyder, who I'm sure was probably making another half million dollars if he stayed in that cushy job. Now the acting CEO as of today is a woman named Rosa Baez. Rosa Baez. I also asked for her at the lobby, and she refused to come down to talk with me. I made several attempts to reach them by phone at no with no answer. They would do not want to communicate. They do not wanna talk with Hernando Arce, independent journalist.

Ron Rocha confronted George Bergès, accusing him of money laundering through his art gallery by selling Hunter Biden's paintings. Rocha claimed the sales were illegal, questioned the $500,000 price tags, and called Biden a "crackhead, not an artist." He demanded to know who was buying the paintings and what influence they had with the president, asking why the FBI hadn't investigated Bergès. Rocha repeatedly accused Bergès of laundering money and breaking the law, and asked why he felt he didn't have to answer to the people of New York City. Bergès alluded to police presence at Rocha's residence and criticized Rocha for not wearing a mask or having a "COVID ID," and called him a scumbag.

Amber McReynolds, a key figure in election administration, faces scrutiny for her involvement in changing election laws and promoting mail-in voting before the pandemic. She lobbied for permanent inclusion of voters on early ballot rolls, regardless of residency status. McReynolds also pushed for states to join the ERIC system and implement risk-limiting audits. Concerns arise over her ties to The Elections Group and potential security vulnerabilities in Wisconsin's elections network. The article highlights her role in evaluating states' voting logistics during the pandemic and the controversial star rankings given to each state. McReynolds' connections to various organizations and individuals raise questions about potential subversion of elections.

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

More Arizona gems, just in case you weren’t convinced who she really is yet.😒 (This operative lunatic makes high-level decisions regarding our mail. Not joking.) https://t.co/CLciXFjWwY

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@EACgov Ties to The Elections Group, you say? Gosh, that’s gonna be a REAL big f’ing problem for her (and everyone else involved). Why? Lol, I have a present for y’all in my next tweet. Hang tight for a moment.😏

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

Shit.🫢🫢🫢

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

Lol, you sound like I don’t give a shit. (You don’t matter.)

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

💥Huge shout out to @bjm1203 for the “NOT FOR PUBLIC USE” docs from Amber McReynolds! Fantastic find! Please give him a follow!🔥🔥🔥

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@bjm1203 Ah, yes. It appears Amber McReynolds wasn’t the only asset the CIA had in Michigan’s elections.🤣

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@bjm1203 And of course, she’s part of this latest collection of election-fixing merchants.

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@bjm1203 Hey, there she is, right alongside Jennifer Morell of The Elections Group. Imagine that.😒 https://t.co/JS2wVOkdl4

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@bjm1203 Something something democracy, yada yada Bullshitvik Revolutionists

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@bjm1203 Speaking of The Elections Group… Here’s something important I didn’t notice yesterday because I was too distracted by @KevinMoncla putting @AngryFleas in a body bag. Look at the people in this email exchange Kevin references in his image.🤔

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

@DecentFiJC - Jonathan

Welp, “coordinated subversion of the greatest country in world history on behalf of its worst people” seems like a good gig, if you can get it. (You don’t have enough contempt for this woman yet. Not even close.😒) https://t.co/o1W3WpNgsq

Oh.😳 Now I see why they replaced David C. Williams with Amber McReynolds.🤦🏻‍♂️ (Hey, there’s CBRE again too lol.) https://t.co/vmLd8IT24R

They’re also tied in with Dade Phelan’s CIA-linked mafia and his family’s investment company based in Texas.
