The federal communications act congress needs to amend section two thirty which provides immunity to tech platforms right now for what happens. Right? If you listen to what Mark Zuckerberg said, for example, when he testified before congress, he was like, listen. If you called twenty years ago or thirty years ago, if you called somebody to give them a to issue a bomb threat, you didn't sue the bells. They were just the platform through which the conduit through which or the platform through which, you know, the person made the threat. I'm not responsible for the threat. Right? These tech platforms are not guaranteed under the constitution. They're just not. They're private companies. They can use their user agreements to kick people off to deplatform. They did.
