DE SAMENWERKINGSOVEREENKOMST TUSSEN DE VLAAMSE REGERING (JAN JAMBON) EN HET WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM De Vlaams regering is al meerdere jaren lid van het WEF. Wie hiertoe het initiatief heeft genomen is tot nader order niet geweten. Eind 2021 heeft Jan Jambon, namens de Vlaamse regering een samenwerkingsovereenkomst voor 3 jaar afgesloten met het WEF waardoor haar status geëvolueerd is van gewoon lid tot " associative partner ". Deze overeenkomst heeft NIET het voorwerp gevormd van enige stemming in het Vlaams Parlement. Het is binnenskamers geregeld. In 2022 betaalde de Vlaamse regering 175.763,87 euro jaarlijkse lidmaatschapsbijdrage aan het World Economic Forum (WEF) en 27.000 Zwitserse Frank (ongeveer 27.300 euro) als deelnameprijs aan de jaarlijkse bijeenkomst van het WEF in Davos. Dezelfde sommen zijn betaald in 2023. Niet onbelangrijk om te vermelden is dat de Vlaamse regering in 2021 geen ledenbijdrage heeft betaald maar wel 171,5 miljoen euro geschonken heeft aan het WEF. De vlag van het WEF hangt uit aan de gevel van de Vlaamse regering. Dit zegt genoeg. Op 19 september 2022 heeft parlementslid Sam Van Rooy ( VB ) de hierna volgende parlementaire vraag tot Jan Jambon gericht ( zie origineel document in de link in de bijlage ) schriftelijke vraag nr. 425 van sam van rooy datum: 19 september 2022 aan jan jambon minister-president van de vlaamse regering, vlaams minister van buitenlandse zaken, cultuur, digitalisering en facilitair management Betreft : Wereld Economisch Forum (WEF) - Samenwerking De minister-president woonde in de week van 23 mei samen met federaal premier Alexander De Croo en federaal vice-premier Petra De Sutter de befaamde bijeenkomst plaats van het Wereld Economisch Forum (WEF) in het Zwitserse bergdorp Davos. Daarover bevraagd in het Vlaams Parlement zette de minister-president in de verf hoe hij in Davos veel bilaterale ontmoetingen had met bedrijven die een substantiële tewerkstelling in Vlaanderen vertegenwoordigen. Hij evalueerde zijn aanwezigheid dan ook als “zeer positief”. Het zal de minister-president niet ontgaan zijn dat het WEF en Davos ook het voorwerp zijn van heel wat controverse. Het WEF is een lobbygroep die in 1971 werd opgericht door de Duitse econoom Klaus Schwab en is bij het brede publiek inderdaad vooral bekend van de jaarlijkse meeting in Davos waar de wereldelite verzamelt, met bekendheden, politici en multinationals. Het WEF wordt gefinancierd door multinationals die topbedrijven zijn in hun industrie of land en een leidende rol zouden kunnen spelen in het vormgeven van de toekomst. Het Forum wordt geleid door een directieraad en een raad van toezicht. Bij sommige mensen bestaat er een ongerustheid dat al te veel fundamentele beslissingen over onze toekomst in werkelijkheid de facto een resultaat zijn van informele afspraken binnen de schimmige structuren van het WEF, waarbij deze organisatie zelfs stilaan de allures begint te krijgen van een soort wereldregering die in grote lijnen onze toekomst uitstippelt, onze eigen beleidsmarge steeds smaller maakt en dus onze democratie uitholt. Door WEF-mensen zelf en deelnemers wordt er gesteld dat het WEF louter een forum is tot uitwisseling van ideeën. Anderzijds kan niet ontkend worden dat vanuit het WEF toch wel een zeer specifieke agenda wordt nagestreefd. Ik verwijs bijvoorbeeld naar het boek 'The Great Reset' van Klaus Schwab, waarin wordt gesteld dat de coronapandemie de katalysator zou moeten worden van een volledige transformatie van onze economie en onze samenleving. 'The Great Reset' had overigens het thema moeten worden van de bijeenkomst in Davos in 2021, die werd afgelast als gevolg van de pandemie. Van een neutraal forum tot uitwisseling van ideeën is dus de facto geen sprake. Er wordt wel degelijk een welbepaalde economische en maatschappelijke agenda nagestreefd, namelijk de globalistische. Bij wijlen worden er in het kader van het WEF ook zeer angstaanjagende ideeën verkondigd die misschien geen standpunt zijn van het WEF als dusdanig, maar waaraan het WEF dan toch wel een forum biedt. Ik verwijs naar het artikel ‘Welcome To 2030: I Own Nothing, Have No Privacy And Life Has Never Been Better’ van WEF-‘Young Global Leader’ Ida Auken, waarin wordt gesuggereerd dat het verdwijnen van privacy maar een klein offer is in een gelukkige bezitloze toekomst, evenals naar het recente pleidooi van de Australische eSafe-commissaris, die ter gelegenheid van een panelgesprek in de rand van het WEF pleitte voor het herdenken van bepaalde fundamentele rechten, zoals de vrijheid van meningsuiting. De vraag is bovendien wiens belangen het WEF precies behartigt en of die belangen ook overeenstemmen met die van onze eigen bevolking. Niet alleen zijn de sponsors van het WEF multinationals, ook genereert het WEF onmiskenbaar een kosmopolitische, geglobaliseerde elite zonder nationale loyauteiten, die landsgrenzen als obstakels ziet, etnisch-culturele diversiteit promoot en mensen van over heel de wereld louter als onderling inwisselbare consumenten beschouwt. Omdat iedereen belang heeft bij transparantie over het WEF en Davos, deze vragen. 1. Met wie had de minister-president tijdens de recentste bijeenkomst in Davos gesprekken? Graag de volledige lijst. 2. Behalve Davos, welke andere structurele contacten heeft de Vlaamse Regering nog met het WEF en via welke kanalen verlopen die? Graag de volledige lijst van contacten die er al geweest zijn sinds het aantreden van de minister-president. 3. Beschikt de minister-president over de lijst van Vlamingen of Vlaamse bedrijven (of Belgen of Belgische bedrijven) die lid zijn van het WEF en de bijdrage(n) die zij daarvoor betaald hebben? Zo ja, graag die lijst. Zo niet, acht hij het in het kader van de transparantie nodig die lijst te kunnen voorleggen en zal hij die alsnog opvragen en aan ons communiceren? 4. Welke politici - parlementsleden, ministers, staatssecretarissen en andere - zijn lid van of hebben banden met het WEF? 5. Is de Vlaamse (of de federale) regering - in Davos of daarbuiten - op enigerlei manier bindende afspraken aangegaan met - of in het kader van - het WEF? Zo ja, welke? 6. Welke betalingen heeft de Vlaamse (of de federale) overheid eventueel al gedaan aan het WEF, en welke betalingen zullen eventueel nog worden gedaan in de toekomst? Graag het jaartal, het bedrag en de reden voor deze betaling. 7. Is de minister-president in het kader van de Davos-bijeenkomst of elders in het kader van het WEF engagementen aangegaan om een bepaald beleid uit te stippelen of bepaalde concrete beleidsdaden te stellen? Zo ja, welke? Zo niet, heeft hij de indruk dat er op een of andere manier van hem gevraagd of verwacht werd/wordt een bepaald beleid uit te stippelen of bepaalde beleidsdaden te stellen? Interpreteer 'beleid' als zeer ruim, ook als 'in grote lijnen'. 8. De minister-president evalueerde zijn aanwezigheid in Davos als zeer positief, aangezien zijn contacten voordelen zouden kunnen hebben voor onze economie en tewerkstelling. Dat is wellicht correct, maar acht de minister-president het anderzijds niet problematisch dat deze contacten gebeuren in het kader van het WEF, dat geen neutraal forum is maar een lobby-organisatie die een specifieke, globalistische agenda nastreeft, waarbij de indruk wordt gewekt dat deze agenda gesteund wordt door de minister-president? Zo niet, waarom niet? 9. Acht de minister-president het gebrek aan transparantie over Davos niet problematisch en acht hij een actievere communicatie over wat er daar precies gezegd en afgesproken is niet noodzakelijk, om verkeerde indrukken te vermijden? 10. Welk toekomstig beleid zal de Vlaamse Regering voortaan nog voeren of welke houding zal ze aannemen in verband met het WEF? 11. Mocht de Vlaamse Regering alle banden met het WEF doorknippen, wat zouden volgens de minister-president dan de gevolgen (kunnen) zijn? Jan Jambon heeft deze vragen als volgt beantwoord : ( = enkel relevante punten, zie volledig origineel document in de link in bijlage ) 6. Ik kan me enkel uitspreken over de betalingen van de Vlaamse overheid aan het WEF. Tot en met 2020 werd er jaarlijks 55.000 euro besteed aan het WEF. Dit bedrag omvatte zowel het lidmaatschap als de deelname aan de jaarlijkse WEF-bijeenkomst in Davos. In 2021 werd er niets betaald omwille van de coronapandemie. Tijdens de coronapandemie herzag het WEF zijn lidmaatschapsstructuren, waardoor Vlaanderen geen klassiek lid kon blijven. Sinds 2022 is Vlaanderen associate partner van het WEF. De lidmaatschapsbijdrage hiervoor bedroeg 175.763,87 euro en een gelijkaardige factuur wordt verwacht voor het lidmaatschap van 2023. Het associate partnership biedt het voordeel dat Vlaanderen doorheen het jaar aan meer activiteiten kan deelnemen en bovendien wordt er binnen een thematisch platform, Shaping the Future of Trade and Investment, gewerkt aan projecten. Die activiteiten en projecten leveren extra zichtbaarheid op en bieden de kans om beleidsmatig bij te leren en bij te dragen. De deelname aan de jaarlijkse WEF-bijeenkomst bedroeg 27.000 Zwitserse Frank voor 2022 en dit is opnieuw de deelnameprijs voor de editie van 2023. Volgens Jambon is het “de missie van het World Economic Forum om de staat van de wereld te verbeteren”, maar die missie blijkt politiek correct en woke te zijn: het WEF heeft een ideologische agenda van inclusie, diversiteit, open grenzen en klimaat- en CO2-hysterie. Jambon beweert dan wel dat “het WEF ons niet vraagt om een specifieke agenda na te streven”, maar hij voegt er wel aan toe dat zijn “deelname aan de Davos-bijeenkomst kan resulteren in beleidsinitiatieven”. Volgens Sam Van Rooy lijkt het er dan ook sterk op dat de Vlaamse regering de globalistische doelstelling van het WEF zoveel mogelijk volgt in ruil voor toegang tot het WEF-netwerk van multinationals, banken, journalisten en ngo’s. Om die reden heeft hij geëist dat de Vlaamse regering het Vlaamse betalend WEF-lidmaatschap opzegt: “Het uitwisselen van ideeën en het aantrekken van investeringen zijn op zich uiteraard lovenswaardige ambities, maar dat moet niet gebeuren in de context en onder auspiciën van het WEF, een lobbygroep die een globalistische agenda nastreeft en dus geenszins kan beschouwd worden als een neutraal forum daarvoor”, aldus van Rooy. Jan Jambon is daar niet op in gegaan. Meer nog, het is nooit op de agenda van de Vlaamse regering geplaatst voor debat en stemming. NVA & HET WEF ( en de rol van Jan Jambon, Bart De Wever en Zuhal Demir ). JAMBON : Jan Jambon is ondertussen bijna 64 en heeft niet lang meer te gaan (pensioen op 67). Jan heeft informatica gestudeeerd en is lang een gewone burger geweest, zoals wij. Van 1984 tot 1992 was hij accountmanager bij IBM. Nadien heeft hij geen enkele job langer dan 2-3 jaar gedaan. Van 1993 tot 1996 heeft hij gewerkt voor SD Worx, (een sociaal secretariaat) en is hij opgeklommen tot regiodirecteur van Antwerpen. Van 1996 tot 2000 heeft hij gewerkt voor de klantendienst van VUM, uitgever van De Standaard, Het Nieuwsblad en Het Volk. Van 2000 tot 2021 heeft hij gewerkt voor Creyfs interim met de opdracht om de omzet in de Antwerpse regio te doen stijgen. In 2002 maakte hij de overstap naar de financiële sector en werd hij plots algemeen directeur van de Bank Card Company, de uitgever van de kredietkaarten VISA en MasterCard. In 2005 is hij volledig overgestapt naar de politiek. Op 8 december 2005 heeft hij in Brasschaat een lokale afdeling van NVA opgericht en werd hij na de verkiezingen schepen van financiën en lokale economie in de gemeente Brasschaat. Op 28 juni 2007 werd hij parlementslid in opvolging van Kris Peeters. In de Kamer was hij van 2008 tot 2014 N-VA-fractieleider. In 2014 werd hij opgenomen in de regering-Michel I, waar hij vicepremier en minister van Veiligheid en Binnenlandse Zaken, belast met Grote Steden en de Regie der Gebouwen werd. Met de regeringscrisis rond het VN-migratieverdrag viel de regering-Michel I en kwam op 9 december 2018 een einde aan het ministerieel mandaat van Jambon. Weet u nog? Jan werd vervolgens opnieuw Kamerlid en nam zijn rol als burgemeester vanaf 2019 weer op. Bij de federale verkiezingen van 2019 was hij NVA-lijsttrekker in de kieskring Antwerpen. Hij werd herkozen in de Kamer en zetelde er tot begin oktober 2019. Op 12 augustus 2019 werd bekend dat hij de onderhandelingen voor de vorming van een nieuwe Vlaamse Regering zou gaan leiden. Jambon nam daarmee de plaats in van zijn partijvoorzitter Bart De Wever, die tijdens de verkiezingscampagne kandidaat-minister-president was. De regering-Jambon werd uiteindelijk begin oktober 2020 gevormd met Jambon als minister-president. Daarnaast werd hij ook bevoegd voor Cultuur, Buitenlands Beleid en Ontwikkelingssamenwerking ( kortom, alle belangrijke functies ). Had Jan de vereiste kennis en ervaring om al die functies te vervullen en Vlaanderen te leiden ? Neen. Totaal niet. Wil hij zijn toekomst vrijwaren en tijdens zij mandaten zoveel mogelijk persoonlijke contacten opbouwen ? Natuurlijk wel. Op enkele uitzonderingen na, zit niemand in de politiek voor het algemeen belang; ze vegen enkel voor eigen deur. Vandaar dat Jan samen met een paar andere Vlaamse akolieten ( waaronder Tine Verstraeten - Groen ), in navolging van Alexander De Decroo en zijn partijgenoot Quickie, vanaf oktober 2020 de vloer van het WEF en navolgend DAVOS is beginnen plat lopen, de Vlaamse regering lid gemaakt heeft van het WEF, een 3jarig contract heeft afgesloten met WEF waarvoor hoge jaarlijkse bijdragen worden betaald en als toemaatje, de Vlaamse regering in 2021 onder de auspiciën van Jambon 17 miljoen euro geschonken heeft aan het WEF. DE WEVER : Bart zou Bart niet zijn als hij niet in de voetsporen van Jan Jambon en co zou treden en in zijn hoedanigheid van Burgemeester de stad Antwerpen zou omtoveren tot een 15-minuten stad. Om het WEF te plezieren. Niet de burgers noch ondernemers, die onderworpen worden aan absurde parkeerregels en strenge controles op alles wat beweegt. Bart heeft geschiedenis gestudeerd en is best wel een clevere gast die echter uit eigen belang de verkeerde kant gekozen heeft en verworden is tot een eerste klas volksverrader, zoals Jambon en co. DEMIR : Uiteraard kon Zuhal Demir niet achterblijven. Om het WEF en Ursula te behagen heeft zij de Vlaming met allerlei nieuwe wetgeving de nek omgedraaid. Demir is een voormalige advocate die meer brood zag in de politiek. Zij heeft het beroep van advocaat slechts kort uitgeoefend. Demir kan niks of toch niet veel anders dan hoog van haar toren blazen. Zij laat al het werk - waarvoor zij de eer opstrijkt -doen door medewerkers die nu toevallig ook op de Vlaamse of Federale lijst prijken. Arrogant is Demir daarentegen des te meer. En, uiteraard ook fervent aanhanger van het WEF wier vlag uitgehangen is aan de gevel van de Vlaamse regering. Het WEF is " een partner." Niet wij, maar zij. Als NVA de scepter terug in handen krijgt in de Vlaams regering en - God geve - de Federale regering, zijn we gezien en zal het volk zich dit ferm beklagen. Het zal nog veel erger worden dan wat we de afgelopen 4 jaar hebben gezien. Mark my words. NVA is haar vele beloften nooit nagekomen, liegt dat het kraakt en verraad het volk. Dit gaan we niet belonen met een verkiezingsoverwinning. Het is genoeg geweest.

Originally, Butch and Suni were only supposed to spend eight days on the International Space Station, but a catastrophic failure with Boeing’s Starliner capsule turned it into a 270-day nightmare. America’s healthcare system is collapsing and hemorrhaging billions—and two of the country’s top health officials are stepping in to stop the bleeding. At the heart of the crisis are two programs: Medicare and Medicaid. But as Dr. Mehmet Oz, the new Administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, explained in a recent address, these safety nets have become ripe for abuse. Oz pulled back the curtain on one of the biggest schemes taxpayers have never heard of. “The fraud, waste and abuse is in three different categories,” he said. “The fraud, which, by the way, we find quite a bit of. There's about $14 billion we've identified with DOGE of folks who are duly enrolled, wrongly, in multiple states for Medicaid.” The scam sounds almost too simple to be real. A person moves from New Jersey to Pennsylvania, for example, but never officially updates their enrollment. As a result, both states bill the federal government for that one person’s Medicaid coverage. And no one catches it. “Yeah, you live in New Jersey but you moved to Pennsylvania and, you know, which state gets your Medicaid? Turns out both states collect money from the federal government.” It’s not limited to state lines. According to Oz, many people are simultaneously enrolled in Medicaid and in subsidized insurance exchanges—something that should never happen. “A lot of times within a state you'll have someone on Medicaid and in the exchanges, again $14 billion just in that regard alone.”

But Oz didn’t just sound the alarm—he issued a declaration, which bleeds into America’s illegal alien problem. “The buck stops here.” That phrase is now the rallying cry behind a nationwide crackdown on fraud and waste. "This report is a fresh new approach that really calls for a transformation of our healthcare system from a reactionary system to a proactive system,” he said. “So I could not be more excited about this report.”

"And when we talk about payment reform, we're really talking about how we fund our broken healthcare system,” Makary explained. Instead of throwing dollars at downstream treatments, the report focuses on root causes: poor diet, environmental toxins, sedentary lifestyles, and lack of education. “This report talks about how we fix our broken healthcare system, by getting at the root causes and the ultimate issue that we've not been talking about, and that is the health of the population.” That’s especially urgent, he said, when nearly half of American children are already battling chronic disease. "When you have 40% of our nation's children with a chronic disease, that portends a very expensive system.” But the good news, according to Makary, is that the damage isn’t irreversible. “We can address it,” he said. “There are many things we can do even at the FDA addressing food, which many people forget is the first letter of the FDA is food. It's not just drugs.” The mission now is clear: Stop the fraud, rethink the system, and finally make health—not bureaucracy—the priority.

On 7/3/21 I attended a @POTUS @realDonaldTrump rally in Sarasota Fla. and HANDED @FmrRepMattGaetz my video of FBI agents - one of whom has since been identified as a "FBI special agent assigned to the Baltimore Field Office on J6 - leading the attack on the east side of the Capitol. After I introduced myself and told him what I had just given him, @mattgaetz said, "Thank you, Bobby, that is exactly what I've been saying in the House; that federal agents took part in the violence on January 6th." On 3/3/21, @SenHawleyPress secretary Ben Greunder acknowledged an email I sent to him with links to my video of FBI agents leading the Fedsurrection on the east side of the Capitol on YouTube. Remember, CPAC22 was a "target-rich environment." I handed @HawleyMO a J6 package with the original video, a 3-page written narrative, and my business card, on 2/24/22. I followed up by phone calls to Hawley's DC and district office on 3/18/22 after I had handed him the package, but I was blown off by both offices. "We'll call you back," they said. They never did. Hawley never once mentioned my video while he was "grilling" Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray about the presence of federal agents on J6, even though he knew the images of the federal agents I recorded smashing a window and holding the Columbus Doors open with a pole had never been uploaded to the FBI's database. All he had to do was ask, "Why hasn't the FBI uploaded images or video of these two men who were recorded committing violence on January 6th?" But he didn't. It currently processes the personal and biometric data of some three million citizens and has already chewed through over £300 million in public funds.

(In fact, the total cost of our digital ID escapade so far totals upwards of £700 million when you include the Conservative's digital ID programme, Verify, which was abandoned in 2023... That's a lot of houses.)

When the whistleblower, who worked as a senior civil servant, arrived on the One Login project to set up an information-assurance team in 2022, he encountered complete chaos.

The system was being accessed thousands of times a month by users holding unrestricted “do anything” system-administrator privileges. (And yes, many did not have the security-clearance required to work with such sensitive data.)

Tie this in with past incidences of data misuse and institutional political prejudice and we have a troubling picture.

Worse still, GDS did not require locked-down workstations for either its remote-working staff or the hundreds of external contractors involved in developing the system. In other words, this made it ripe for cyber attack.

But it got worse yet... The civil servant discovered that part of the One Login system was being developed in Romania—a country that researchers at Oxford University have identified as one of the world’s "cybercrime hotspots".

Next come the conflicts. Turns out, the same contractor responsible for developing One Login is the same one responsible for managing its risks. Can a company objectively assess the risks of a system they themselves helped build?

In fact, according to the civil servant, no external provider has conducted a security and risk assessment at all. This would immediately disqualify it for use in other sectors.

To put the danger into perspective: It would take only one user with certain privileges to create havoc—to install a back door into One Login that nobody would spot until it was too late.

Rather than investigate, senior figures quietly reassigned staff from the civil servant assurance team to menial duties. A formal HR complaint was then lodged against the whistleblower, and new officials were swiftly brought in to replace them.

As one digital-identity expert remarked to Orlowski on the scheme's potential dangers: "Imagine if [what happened to M&S] happened to Companies House or the Land Registry"
