Speaker 0: So what are we seeing here? Well, take a look. We see in close neuropharmaceuticals and organic toxins. What's new about this is the in close nature of this. Increasingly, we're not seeing these things as weapons of mass destruction against gross aspects of the population.
Although certainly many neuro weapons such as Sarin gas and VX and other forms of neurotoxic agents can be leveraged against large groups of people, but that's messy. More specifically perhaps might be targeting individuals on a level that allows either direct attribution or covert engagement with non attribution. Let me give you an example of what I mean. So this gentleman is the leader of some group, a political group, a social group, a combative group. And under the veil of a white flag, he and I now have to have some kind of a caucus, a meeting.
And during that meeting, what I do is I lace the rim of his drink, or his pen, or his seat or something in his immediate environment with very, very low dose drug or toxins that are going to affect his stability. They may affect the way his brain works. And as a consequence of that, they can affect the functions of his brain, his thought patterns, his relative emotionality and the behaviors that go along with that. 1 of 2 things might happen. He might be completely incapacitated as a consequence of this, Or he may change his level of capacity and engagement so that he went into the meeting thinking, I hate this guy.
This guy is my enemy. He walks out of me going, I love this guy. This guy is great. Now what could happen if in fact this is a gentleman who has charismatic, financial, elected, or dictatorial power. It may be that his followers will then follow him blindly.
He came into the meeting as a leader of those followers who were bellicose, who are volatile, who are violent and aggressive. He comes out of the meeting, he tells them to change their behaviors, and they do. Or I could sever the trust. By now, he leaves this meeting. He's espousing a very different philosophical stance and orientation.
And his followers no longer adhere to his precepts, his tenets, or his lead. And I fractured the relative arrangement of trust, engagement capability that he fostered, leaving that population disrupted and vulnerable to intervention, to a coup d'etat, to a junta, to some type of insertive reassumption of leadership. You see how this can work? Furthermore, I can use this very tactically. Some of these agents allow me to assemble the agent on-site and not have to stockpile it, which allows me to take the components of this agent into and out of a country relatively covertly, Target a specific individual, change or eliminate that individual with very little attribution and trace and be able to leave prior to any attribution.
Think Novichok. Or I could assemble very small quantities of this that would then allow a specific intervention Characteristically in a place that would not allow such an intervention, think of the use of a derivative of v x in an airport. But I could do more than that. I could also incur much broader type of ripple effects. And one of the ways I could also do that is what's called high morbidity neuromicrobiologic agents.
It's a real fancy way of saying neurobugs. But high morbidity neurobugs, I may not want to kill a lot of people. In fact, arguably, I may assume what is sometimes referred to as the seller Mallon mantra. For those of you who may be Fans or students of military history, you may remember that Celler Mallon, Wing Commander Celler Mallon, was a South African who flew with the Royal Air Force during the 2nd World War. And he became well known during the Battle of Britain for shooting up German airplanes, but letting them limp hold, particularly bomber aircraft.
And they would ask, sir, Mallon, oh, wing commander, why didn't you shoot that plane down? And his adage was simple. Better to have that plane return home With wounded crew who are spinning up their lungs, 1 dead crewman that they had to attend to and therefore divert their missional capability while in flight, then shoot them down because the psychological effect will be rippling and devastating. This is sometimes referred to as the Malin effect. What can I do?
I can use a particular bug that I may be able to now modify through the use of gene editing technique that is ubiquitously available and fairly easy to use To take a bug that was previously relatively benign and non pathogenic and make that bug virulent, pathogenic, dangerous. And then what could I do? I could introduce that bug in key sites, Des Moines, Seattle, Tampa, Newark, Houston, I'd get a few people sick. I'd do it on an airplane, do it at an airport, do it at a sporting event, Do it on Black Friday. And then what I would do is I would take credit for that, but I want to make sure that at least part of the symptomatic constellation Was not only neurological, was profoundly psychological.
Agitation, debilitation, sweating, stomach problems, sleeplessness, cardiac problems, things that are very, we call, top down neurological in their effect, brain to body and body to brain in the bottom up cascade. And in fact, this is far more ubiquitous than I let on.
These are only the first cases. I've let these buggies go all over the country. And your early warning signs are agitation, anxiety, Worry, sleeplessness, stomach problems, heart problems. What have I done? I've rippled the sheets of the worried well.
At first blush, I get every hypochondriac running to their physician. But at 2nd and 3rd blush, I get those individuals who begin to become worried that they may have been exposed to this, that the children may have been exposed to this, that their loved ones, their kin, their kids may have been exposed to this. Of course, the physicians, the CDC, the public health service comes back and says, no. No. That's not what's going on.
But I get back on the Internet, and I say, oh, don't you listen to that. That's fake. That's false. Your government knows what's going on. They can't do anything about it and they can't treat you.
They're going to end up quarantining you. How many people would I need to affect? We modeled it, somewhere between 12 and 2 40. What would be the effect? Hang on, folks.
Within 41 to 45 days, we would crash the United States public health system. Crash it. In so doing, I render the United States infrastructure vulnerable, either there or elsewhere. See the ripple effect? See the disruptive effect?
I can disrupt an individual from the level of their cell to their system and disrupt individuals on a variety of levels from individuals all the way up to the social fabric. And that social fabric may go even further. It may be geopolitical. I need you to think just for a moment, if you could, Why would it be of any value at all to affect, disrupt and disable individuals who are U. S.
Embassy personnel in Havana? When did it happen? What was happening? What would be the benefit in fracturing a growing economic, political and social trust in that part of the world. Who would benefit?
What would be the long term effects, for example, of at least indicating that U. S. Embassy personnel and foreign service personnel are vulnerable to these types of threats. Could you in fact pair the threat with some type of condition stimulus? So now what you're able to do is to evoke a response in the worried well.
I only offer possible suggestions for your speculation and your consideration, if you will. We can even go further. One of the newest developments is that nano particulate matter can be stabilized for distribution. If You're not aware what nano particulate matter is, it's that matter which exists on a scale of 1 times 10 to the minus 9th, very, very small, smaller than a cell. And we can manufacture materials that have discrete properties that can be controlled by virtue of bioengineering in their physical chemistry.
To auto aggregate, to be able to aggregate in particular areas based upon their biological and or chemical sensitivity. But now we go 1 step further. Most recently, just a few weeks ago, it was announced that you could then aerosolize nano materials. And go 1 step further, I can create small robotic units, controllable robotic units at the nano scale and that these 2 can be aerosolized to create a nano swarm of biopenetrable materials that you cannot see, that can penetrate all but the most robust biochemical filters that are able to integrate themselves through a variety of membranes, mucous membranes in wherever, mouth, nose, ears, eyes, can be then uptaken into the vascular system to create clumping, can affect the vascular system of the brain or can directly diffuse into the brain space, and these can be weaponized. And they can be done in such a level that their presence is almost impossible to detect.
And as such, the attribution becomes exceedingly difficult to demonstrate. How much of this material would I need? Take a look. This is the front of my pen. This amount of nano material, if be able to maintain and deliverability and aerosolization, could in fact affect all of you or based upon where I come from New York City, all yous.
Look at this. Look at this. I'm carrying that material. Would you see it? Would I have to lug a giant weapon into the room?
No, I wouldn't. And what if, in fact, I utilize some form of an unmanned aerial device or unmanned ground devices delivery vehicle, something like a drone or a bug? Could I do something with that? Could I also utilize a whole host of devices to be able to affect individuals close in, for example, during interrogations, during social engagements, during human terrain team engagements, or more remotely, in a room, in a theater, in an airplane, in a bus, in a store, in a mall.
The answer is increasingly yes. So this then represents for us both a challenge and an opportunity. The challenge is that increasingly what we find is that neuroscience and technology is relatively easy to obtain. Many of the things that I've just spoken to you about are viable and obtainable directly to the consumer or directly to the scientist. We also know that many of the products that are available direct to consumer can be easily modified to create things that have a much higher weaponization potential.
But more than that, We also recognize that there are dedicated efforts on the part of nation states and even groups of non state actors and increasingly virtual nations that are using virtual currencies to fund research efforts in these areas. I'd like to think that I'm a smart guy talking to a bunch of very intelligent individuals. But let's face it, we're not the only smart people in the world. And if we're thinking this way, there are plenty of other people who are thinking this way too.

A Review of Wireless Body Area Networks for Medical Applications
Recent advances in Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) technology, integrated circuits, and wireless communication have allowed the realization of Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs). WBANs promise unobtrusive ambulatory health monitoring for a long period of time, and provide real-time updates of the patient’s status to the physician. They are widely used for ubiquitous healthcare, entertainment, and military applications. This paper reviews the key aspects of WBANs for numerous applications. We present a WBAN infrastructure that provides solutions to on-demand, emergency, and normal traffic. We further discuss in-body antenna design and low-power MAC protocol for a WBAN. In addition, we briefly outline some of the WBAN applications with examples. Our discussion realizes a need for new power-efficient solu-tions towards in-body and on-body sensor networks.

Speaker 1: Scientists can switch on cells in this mouse's brain simply by switching on a light. The light activates nerve cells, which make the animal walk in circles. This neat trick is also a powerful new tool. Using light to control the behavior of cells is teaching us about everything from how we wake up to how we learn. This is optogenetics.
It's the ability to target specific neurons in living, moving animals that makes this technique so powerful. In this fly, a different light sensitive system is used to target just 2 out of 200,000 neurons. These neurons govern an escape response, the reflex that makes the fly flee as you move in to swat it. Here, a flash of light activates the neurons, making the fly jump and spread its wings. It can't take off because it's trapped in a petri dish.
These mouse heart cells have been engineered to beat in time to pulses of light.
Speaker 2: In optogenetics, what we're doing is we're putting molecules that convert light into electricity into neurons, the cells of the brain. Then when we shine light on those neurons, light gets converted to electricity and allows us to turn on or off those cells. The goal here is to find a way to control the electrical activity in some cells and not others in the network. To do that, we had to turn to the natural world. It turns out that throughout all the kingdoms of light and plants and funguses and bacteria and so on, you can find photosynthetic or photosensory molecules that convert light into electricity.
So we borrow these molecules from nature, and then using tricks from the field of gene therapy, we can put them into neurons. Now these molecules can convert light to electricity, and they do it just in the neurons that we want to control and not all their neighbors. So we can deliver these molecules to some cells and not others, and then we shine light on the network. We can turn on or off that subset of the cells. If we can turn on or off a set of cells that's embedded within this dense matrix, we can figure out how do they contribute to a behavior.
For example, if we can turn on a set of cells, we can figure out what kinds of behaviors can it initiate. If we can turn off a set of cells, then we can delete it momentarily and figure out what it's necessary for. So far, optogenetics has had a lot of impact in the scientific world, but it hasn't been used in any human patients yet. There are a couple of reasons why. One is that it requires a gene therapy to deliver the gene that encodes for these light activated molecules into the body.
Currently, in the US, there are no FDA approved gene therapies.

It's not just a question of trying to figure out what makes the brain tick in the way it's built. It's can we get in there to affect the ticking and talking, and by affecting the way that brain is built and the way it functions, influence in ways that are kinetic and non kinetic the attitudes, beliefs, thoughts, emotions, activities, and relative vulnerabilities and predispositions. The more I know about you and the more I know about the way your brain works as individuals, groups, communities, even populations, the more I can utilize non kinetic means such as informational means of narratives, iconographies, semiotics, to influence your emotions and your behaviors. We can do this subliminally through computer images. We can do this more liminally through the types of engagements, interactions that we engage through psychological operations and informational operations.
We can go further than that as well. We can also utilize these interventional technologies in those ways that may able to directly affect the brain. Probably the one that you've heard about most recently, most contemporously in the literature, is the possibility to use some form of directed energy to affect physiology peripherally and also to affect the physiology and health of the brain. And there are a number of countries that have developed initiatives and agenda towards developing just these types of things, the United States included. The more we understand the specificity of the brain on a very granular level, the more we're able to derive and develop particular types of drugs that not only can enhance and optimize the performance of our people, but can also be used to mitigate, militate, and in some cases, manifest profound morbid changes in their people.
In other words, against the hostile other. We can go further to implant certain brain machine interfaces. These are many of the DARPA programs that you may hear of now. The idea here is to put minimal sized electrodes in a network within a brain through only minimal intervention to be able to read and write into the brain function in real time, remotely. The United States is not alone in such effort.
So how then can we use these elements as weapons? And we can do that in a number of ways. We can militate their behaviors and their thoughts in some ways just to make them more amenable to what we do, the idea of positive weaponology. Or we can, in fact, mitigate, and in some cases, completely nullify their capability, will, or engagement to fight. If we combine those two definitions into 1, what you'll find is those agents that will either change individuals' thoughts, vulnerabilities, volatility to violence and aggression, or incur morbidity, dysfunction, and or mortality in such a way as to then mitigate the engagement altogether.
So, in other words, this can also be weaponized against others. And this is where we get into the idea of novel neuro weapons. Once again, this is not necessarily new, but the momentum of this dimension of the field has accelerated as a consequence of increased understanding of the brain and increased capability to develop tools and techniques to access and affect the brain. We see in close neuro pharmaceuticals and organic toxins. More specifically, perhaps, might be targeting individuals on a level that allows either direct attribution or covert engagement with non attribution.
I could also incur much broader type of ripple effects. And one of the ways I could also do that is with what's called high morbidity neuromicrobiologic agents. It's a real fancy way of saying neurobugs. But high morbidity neurobugs. I may not want to kill a lot of people.
In fact, arguably, I may assume what is sometimes referred to as the Sailor Malin mantra. I can use a particular bug that I may be able to now modify through the use of gene editing technique that is ubiquitously available and fairly easy to use to take a bug that was previously relatively benign and nonpathogenic and make that bug virulent, pathogenic, dangerous. And then what could I do? I could introduce that bug in key sites, but I'd want to make sure that at least part of the symptomatic constellation was not only neurological, it was profoundly psychological. Agitation, debilitation, sweating, stomach problems, sleeplessness, cardiac problems, things that are very top down neurological in their effect, brain to body and body to brain in the bottom up cascade.
I can disrupt an individual from the level of their cell to their system and disrupt individuals on a variety of levels from individuals all the way up to the social fabric. And that social fabric may go even further. It may be geopolitical. We can even go further. One of the newest developments is that nanoparticulate matter can be stabilized for distribution.
If you're not aware of what nanoparticulate matter is, it's that matter which exists on a scale of 1 times 10 to the minus 9th. Very, very small. Smaller than a cell. And we can manufacture materials that have discrete properties that can be controlled by virtue of bioengineering in their physical chemistry. To auto aggregate, to be able to aggregate in particular areas based upon their biological and or chemical sensitivity.
But now we go one step further. Most recently, just a few weeks ago, it was announced that you could then aerosolize nanomaterials. And go one step further, I can create small robotic units, controllable robotic units at the nano scale and that these 2 can be aerosolized to create a nano swarm of biopenetrable materials that you cannot see, that can penetrate all but the most robust biochemical filters, that are able to integrate themselves through a variety of membranes, mucus membranes, and wherever mouth, nose, ears, eyes can be then uptaken into the vascular system to create clumping, can affect the vascular system of the brain or can directly diffuse into the brain space, and these can be weaponized. And they can be done in such a level that their presence is almost impossible to detect. And as such, the attribution becomes exceedingly difficult to demonstrate.
But let's keep going. Could I also utilize a whole host of devices to be able to affect individuals close in? For example, during interrogations, during social engagements, during human terrain team engagements, or more remotely, in a room, in a theater, in an airplane, in a bus, in a store, in a mall? The answer is increasingly yes. The idea here is, can we utilize neuroscience and technology?
And if the answer is yes, we can, should we? And if the answer there is we already are and there are some domains and dimensions by which use should be advocated for example, non lethality, least harm, doing less harm than other forms of interventions and engagements that are currently in use, being able to mitigate individuals' capacity or willingness to engage in volatility In other words, improving the capacity for individuals to gain capability to get along? Well, perhaps there's some value there.

I was a firefighter paramedic out of the city of Sacramento, retired, former trainer for public and government agencies on bioterrorism. John Hall, who's been a guest on your show previously here in Austin, Texas in 2010. And we were discussing a topic of about a phenomenon that would not only happen to someone who was close to him, but also happened close to me.

Speaker 5: Correct, correct. And so what the phenomenon was is we had United States citizens who were experiencing these strange acute sounds. They said a signal was being directed at them, followed by short term long term memory loss.
Speaker 8: And that's even been to the California news. Like this is this is this is in the news.
Speaker 5: Correct, recently. Followed by vertigo, nausea, vomiting, and more specifically, an electrical reverberation throughout their body, which is now defined as buffeting. And just last year, the Department of Homeland Security held a hearing in which a gentleman by the name of Colonel Greg Egren gave testimony that this phenomenon was happening on our homeland. First, said in 2016, it started with our diplomats in Havana, Cuba.
Speaker 8: So this is recognized.
Speaker 5: Exactly. And then it started happening to see best of our best in the CIA, the best of the best in the FBI. And now it's happening to congressional members. And that's what's peculiar about this. The US government is only acknowledging that this is happening to federal employees.
But Doctor. Hall and I have been covering this topic since 2010. And how it came about is Doctor. Hall said that, I asked, why isn't anything being done for these people? And he said, because they're being railroaded into the mental health industry and forced institutionalized or forced medicated.
So I said, so how do we take these subjective complaints and turn them into objectivity? Something that's measurable, something that we can touch and feel. And so he was doing on a minute scale what was called RF testing. And he was utilizing a device called the JM 20 Pro, which I'll show your audience here in a little bit. And then he was finding positive results.
So we were finding some anomaly of frequency around a human person at very specific anatomical points around the human body. So I said, well, I'm gonna call a meeting in Sacramento, California just to see how many people would show up. And I expected maybe a handful. But over a 100 people showed up, and that's when I knew we had something. So we started doing surveys, and I started doing mass testing out in the field with utilizing the JM 20 Pro and collecting the data.
We held the meeting in Davis, California, and 300 people showed up to that first event. And what was interesting in the findings is that most prominently, if you were a Caucasian female in your 40s, recently single, widowed or divorced, highly educated, that this you had a higher propensity of being affected with this phenomenon. Then it was Caucasian males, African American females, African American males, Asians, Hispanics, and it dwindled down from there. That stayed consistent across The United States into the Midwest until I got to Chicago where the criteria of Caucasians and African Americans kinda flipped. And that stayed consistent all the way of the East Coast except for one anomaly.
Up in Virginia, I was asked to come and see about 100 military subcontractors who were having these exact same complaints. And what it led into is that we were taking this data and what I was doing spread globally. And I was invited by a government agency in Europe to come and test some of their diplomats. And they said, if you have any American citizens who you feel strongly that are being affected by this, please bring them with you. And so what they allowed me to do is use a research facility in what is called an anechoic chamber and will demonstrate what that looks like and why that was very important for us to do.

And on page 89, interestingly enough, is a chapter that's called biological processes and control. And in this segment, it talks about utilizing radio frequencies in order to manipulate and control biological process on a human person. And in it, it specifically says the ability to imprint memory sets and erase memory sets, along with causing various physiological responses. So they were talking about maybe even use utilizing these technologies against our foreign enemies.

Speaker 0: So Jesse, maybe you could just kind of take it and since we last spoke, what have you uncovered? And what did you get on film as you've been traveling the world and speaking with these whistleblowers?
Speaker 2: Yeah, well, thanks to show. Worldwide, we have had people with pedigree reaching out and asking to speak with me to see if I can help them with trials and so forth. But what was more remarkable is that we had a MI6 asset reach out and said that he would like to speak with me to disclose this specific topic. And when I spoke to him, I was very skeptical. Because it just sounded so fantastical.
And why would someone, basically, at the CIA level in The Americas, want to come forward and tell us about what he knows. And his story goes as this: He's Oxford educated, background in chemistry, and he showed us all of the documentation to verify that he has been on assignments in The Middle East. He's been on assignments in Somalia. He was the head of operations. And what he disclosed to us is that this phenomenon, the Havana syndrome, AHI remember, in our last show, we talked about the agents, CIA agents, FBI agents talking about hearing these auditory symptoms and our diplomats and some congressional members.
What he disclosed that this is a communication system that not only am I six assets and agents are asked by their superiors to take on. And he says it's a form of synthetic telepathy is how their communication instead of using traditional Dropboxes, or digital assets or other ways and forms of communications. He says, this was the preferred method. And the reason he said that was preferred method because if they were in front of an adversary, or they were being surveilled, that this would be a very, very discreet plausible deniability way of communicating and give exchanging information getting orders and what are they to do next. What he also disclosed is that if an agent does not follow orders, or falls out of line, that it is a multifaceted system, and then becomes a torture device.
And this is what happened to him. And he demanded with his superiors at a certain point in this experience that they stop the communication request to no longer be an asset for MI6. And he went to parliament, and he actually current has currently has a lawsuit in The UK specifically about what had happened to him and his experience.

We're not in the nineteen forties. This kind of technology is Jesse has has noted on on many interviews and in a lot of the the coursework that he is is has been studying and and producing in most of his life. And when I went back and looked at a study and I said, he's absolutely right. And so this also gave more emphasis as to why the results that we were achieving in The UK were happening.
But just think about it this way. We are learning to miniaturize everything in life these days. And what the graphene oxide and the silicon based materials are, are just amplifiers, they're miniature antennas. And there is a article that was published in scientific reports, and it's a terahertz graphene on the stack patch antenna for the future of six gs communications. And in that article, it talks about how this system will communicate in the terahertz range to minute miniaturized implants.
Okay, and this is what he's describing and this is what he's talking about. And unfortunately, he says, during that pandemic year, he was part of given an assignment and to understand this process a little bit more intensely. And he says, unfortunately, this has now been disseminated globally. It's now in our ecosystem. He's talking about this nanotech is in our foundation of our grasses, trees, our air.
It's in our foods. It's everywhere. And this is why we know and I've been following you Clayton very closely and you've been right on target with this topic. Every single human being out there is now a note. If you have this in you, you are part of the integrated Internet of Things.
We are now synthetic biology in human form.
Speaker 0: And so Edward, we're all we're all part of this node and this six g is just part of it. We're all being interconnected and controlled. I mean, we talk about, like, people hearing voices in their heads. You know, I've I was speaking to a source the other day. I cannot reveal this person, and this person has not come forward.
But talking about, you know, you know, being in Kandahar, being in Afghanistan, witnessing, of course, all of the things that were happening with the CIA. And, you know, for these individuals who were hearing voices in their head later who were sort of CIA adjacent and all of this stuff. It's not it's not like PTSD. Right? This is not just like, you know, you think you're going crazy.
Like, is all intentional.
Speaker 2: Yes. But it does cause PTSD.
Speaker 1: Well, it causes PTSD as Jesse just noted. The gaslighting aspect is really need it needs to be rethought across society because how easy it is for people just to believe someone's gone crazy. They've gone insane. Right. To say something that's shocking to the status quo, very easy to dismiss them as credible, very easy to institutionalize them or, God forbid, put them on, the latest SSRI or or or, you know, venturous drug from pharmaceuticals.
But but I think to the heart of it, you think about this this this capability. You've seen the matrix. You've seen agent Smith. How agent Smith, the the virus kind of, you know, warden inside the system could morph into any individual, any time, as long as, you know, that person was not awake and wasn't cleansed, wasn't, you know, aware of this this matrix. And thus, it it turned every single person into an unknowing agent of of the government's agenda, whether it be to listen or to watch or to, participate in a form, maybe provide information.
But ultimately, the mindset around this is that if you hear something in your head, up until today, even most people wouldn't believe that that there's a change the status quo. But up until today, you think it's just your internal monologue or or maybe the holy spirit. But the change now is the very group that's lied to us about, the USS Liberty, lied to us about foreign interventions, and lied to us even maybe what's happening overseas right now in Iran. They now have the ability to mimic and pretend to be your inner voice. And what can they do?
It would probably even bring into question every mass shooter who's just randomly snapped, randomly gone crazy. Mean, Jesse, actually, before they they went postal or or were activated, I I suppose we'd say he's been in contact with a few of these individuals. The the Navy Yard shooter, for example. Maybe Jesse can share that. An incredible change, I think, for people's perspective.
Speaker 0: Go ahead, Jesse.
Speaker 2: Well, Aaron Alexis did contact me. He was a US soldier, and he was having these exact same symptoms. And he said, I heard that you could help me. And I said, Yeah, I could. But it is a long journey.
We're going to have to do a lot of testing and this is not a quick fix. And I thought he was going to go along with the program and then the following week, he goes and kills 12 people at the Navy Yard. And in the butt of his rifle, he inscribes the letters E L F, extremely low frequency. Now what Edward touched upon is in Project Artichoke, if you look at the outline goals, part of the outline goals was to create unknowing assets, unknowing spies. So if your thoughts are no longer private, what you visualize is no, no longer private, what your brain transmits in the form of EEGs, this telepathic means, nothing is secretive anymore.
You know, people, when I mentioned this analogy, just imagine for those of you who are in a relationship or married and your wife asked if you're, am I fat in this dress? Do I look fat in this dress? You can no longer be polite because you care about her feelings. Your true thoughts are going to be exposed. That is the society that we're heading towards.
And we have to have a serious discussion about this topic. In fact, there is a congresswoman by the name of oh, it's skipping me right now. Luna? Luna out of Florida. She is the chair for the task force on the declassification of federal secrets.
And she is recommending that their next hearing be about a follow-up to MKUltra, because our inferences and what she's disseminating is they are aware about non consensual experimentation that's happening on US citizens today. And the fact is it is and it's legal to do. And this is why we have to have a serious discussion, about this topic.
Speaker 0: So this graphene oxide, when we talk about so if our viewers are watching right now and they're thinking, well, is this in my body? Am I controllable? How is this different than Havana syndrome? Or how if I'm I don't have this in my body, how are they manipulating individuals using this Havana syndrome protocol? Maybe you could help me walk through this and make sense of some of the differentiation there.
Speaker 2: Well, remember, the graphene oxide is an amplifier. And what, you know, I'm an independent investigator aside from a company called Human Consciousness Support, Matt Hazen is the CEO to that organization. And when they approached me saying that they were getting specific results regarding blood testing, about excreting this out of the human system, at least bringing it down to levels that were much lower than anticipated, I was very intrigued. So the way graphene oxide works or this nanotech works is you can send an RF emission at a specific frequency range, and it will have a cause and effect. In California, there was a case

But but by the way, you know, I I helped them with a trial study they were doing in The UK where we took we used a control where we took a mean average of what the silicone indicators were and it was somewhere around 1,400. And then they monitored the locations where they came up positive, all lining up exactly how my symptomatic clients have been over prior to that pandemic. And prior to the pandemic, those who were non symptomatic never lit up. But now everyone is lighting up after that post event.
Now, when I went back in two months, I was completely shocked. Never before had I seen areas disappear. So once you lit up in a location, no matter where I took you on this planet, you would always light up in that same area. When I went back, they saw a mean average of 74.6% and it would have been 80 except we had two people, one who had a vaccine injection during the testing process and then one whose lifestyle change, who had a relationship with someone who had the vaccine. So we know it works.
I am pleasantly surprised and that this is right now at least something that we can do to minimize the levels of these graphene oxidizing the silicon based amplifiers that are in you. Now, Doctor. Ghida Basile disclosed that these things were all controlled with RF emissions. And so, mechanism and the reasoning why this was implemented is because they wanted to make sure when we transition to six gs, that they have the maximum means of amplification in order to transmit these frequencies and they're penetrating deeper into the skin. Unfortunately, our President recently accelerated the six gs implementation here in The United States.
And when he was asked about it, he says, Oh, it penetrates a little deeper into the skin. Right? I thought that was really bizarre.
Speaker 0: Yeah. He made a point of Edward talking about the sick g will be able to basically penetrate into the skin. And we won't be able to escape this. Right? So really, the way for us to try to escape this or prevent us from being manipulated by six g is to have this graphene oxide and these other amplifiers maybe out of our blood?
Speaker 1: A 100%. And and and what I would I would say to president Trump if I I get the opportunity to speak to me for a minute is, sir, that could be your skin. That could be your family's skin. And we haven't even had a discussion about the national security implications of a foreign power or a tech mogul or somebody having the capability to essentially remote into someone's brain to see what they're seeing, hear their thoughts, hear what's being said in a room. It's it's not even a microphone hidden in a desk or a wall anymore.
You are the microphone.
Speaker 0: You are the sales tool. Can I that's a great point? You're bringing up a great point because as I was speaking to, you know, a source the other day on a story, he was saying he was laughing at the response of the Venezuelan attack where we were using, you know, we were using this like advanced technology, but it's really like 30 year old technology that we were using when we went in and all of these soldiers suddenly were like bleeding from their noses and they just sort of collapsed. And they were having, like, anxiety attacks and everything else. So this was, like, 30 year old technology that we we were using in Venezuela.
And the source I was speaking to, he said he said he just laughed when he heard about that because the stuff that we have now is just so far advanced. So imagine, as you say, a foreign entity, a foreign power controlling the president of The United States Manchurian candidate style. I mean, this is what we're talking about here. It sounds fake, but it's real.
Speaker 1: A 100%. Yeah.
Speaker 2: If there ever Yeah.
Speaker 1: Go ahead, Jesse. Go ahead.
Speaker 2: If there ever was a national security issue, is it. Because when colonel colonel Greg Eggreen gave testimony at the Department of Homeland Security's hearing on 05/08/2024, he he disclosed that this was taking out the best of our best in the CIA, FBI, and not only our diplomats, and now it's happening to congressional members. But if you ever wanted to have a security breach, this is it. This is the security breach. So then and and president Putin, back in 2010, when I was doing radio, he gave an interview to the Politico, and he said the first superpower to master psychotronic weapons will be the superpower to rule the world.
You know, we profess that we are a democracy. We are a free country. But are we really, if your mind is the last frontier that has been conquered? There is not one single continent on this globe right now that does not have cases of people complaining of age eyes or Havana syndrome today. So let that sink in.
What is the cognitive freedom of your children, your great grandchildren and your genealogy to come? Are they really free? They will believe that it's always been this way and it's okay.
Speaker 0: Edward, when you look at Havana syndrome, what Jesse just pointed out, and there's all around the world people are experiencing this. It's not just people at embassies in Havana, Cuba. Maybe you could talk about some of the differences or similarities between what you uncovered with this MI six whistleblower and maybe Havana syndrome and help us help us navigate that a little bit.
Speaker 1: I I think the first kind of similarity I've seen is is the after effect. I mean, I think for many of the people that have been unfortunate enough to be targeted and attacked and have their minds essentially scrambled by by the government or by these these entities that seek to control and manipulate is that the Afro Impacts, they have a really hard time, you know, maintaining relationships. It's almost as if they have been raped or they have been assaulted, and that the person that's done it to them is not only running free but is never going be held accountable. It has an incredibly demoralizing effect. That by itself could be looked as, oh, it's just a mental thing or it's just like you then look to what they've described as the start point.
Now what was unique about the man that we spoke to in The United Kingdom was he, in a sense, think Jesuit grew maybe with this characterization, He volunteered in a sense. He at least agreed to the technology being used. This isn't always the case with many of the victims. They didn't agree. They were just tested on.
They were used. But he agreed because it was part of his job. And I think what we found across many of the individuals is they've found that unanimously intrusive, bad, negative. With the person we spoke to, it was the first person I'd heard actually say that he feels there could be some good from this technology. Now this could again simply be that because of his line of work, maybe it saved his life.
Speaker 0: Maybe Right.
Speaker 1: He was about to turn a corner and there's a guy who was about to ambush him and and the voice was able to come through and warn him. But he spoke about it in a way that was different in that way. The way it's always the same is when they are attacked, when they are abused, when they're they're essentially assaulted, no one is okay with it. Everyone describes it as rape. And the symptoms, the loss of cognitive functions, the, I think one of the I'm thinking now to the way he described it, he passed out.
He passed out. It was so intense. He passed out on his kitchen floor. And we've heard this in so many cases now, especially publicly, with so many, of the survivors from the Havana syndrome attacks now coming forward with their faces shown because all they wanted people to basically have is they're real. It's not a a fabrication.
It's not a fiction. They are real where the experience was real. And I think that is the shared experience of all these victims. They want to be acknowledged. As Jesse's been noting it, there is no way to acknowledge this right now.
Technically, it's completely legal to use this technology because it doesn't formally exist. And I think this is a dangerous place because you could spy on the president of The United States Of America, and there would be no charges brought against you.
Speaker 0: Jesse, can you say we're running out of time here, but I I'm curious, like, the the the machine or the mechanism by which this is controlled? You know, I I I'm picturing sort of like nineteen fifties like a satellite dish, like a parabolic microphone on the sidelines of an NFL game, like being aimed at somebody. Is it done thousands of miles away? Is it done in a in a truck down the street? We've spoken to CIA whistleblowers on our show who suddenly hit with with an attack on he and his wife, intense headaches, and they had been noticing, obviously, trucks parked down the street from their house.
So, yeah, is this from afar, close by? Maybe you can talk about that.
Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, in the Epstein files, he discloses EMF and RF government and military technology being utilized on civilians and he even talks about the cases. He even names a corporation out of Australia and the contact for that corporation that utilizes this type of technology. The bottom line is what is being disseminated right now? Does directed energy weapons on a on a small scale where you can carry around exist?
Absolutely. But the reality is that is a SIOP and it's misdirection. The reality is and in my studies and my contacts in counter surveillance that this is satellite based integrated with cell towers. The FCC just released the distance restrictions on low powered Wi Fi devices. It's completely gone.
So this is all by design. This is all one complete network system. And unfortunately, there's nowhere to go to escape from this. I've taken people down deep down into granite caverns two miles down in a place called Jackson, California, where you can find a lot of these places. And there's no radio transmissions out there.
You can't get cell phone signal. And we're still detecting the signal deep down within the caverns. But so right now, they're trying to misdirect you, make you believe that this is some device, but think about the logistics. There are 10s of 1000s of people globally who are experiencing this. What is the feasibility to have that many individuals out there being paid to aim a device at these individuals?
It doesn't make sense.
Speaker 0: Doesn't make sense.
Speaker 2: And common sense. Yeah. So that's the reality of this. And the bottom bottom line right now is they're only acknowledging this is happening to federal employees. And it's important that everyone understands that our leaders need to now recognize that I have been covering this topic on civilians since 2010, along with a gentleman by the name of Doctor.
John Hall. But if you think you're immune, you're insane yourself, because this is going to happen to someone in your family, your children, your grandchildren, or someone you care about or love dearly, or maybe even a very close friend. No one is immune from this. And this is why it's important. Now is the time.
The window of opportunity is so small right now. We're in a paradigm shift where complete slavery, regardless of skin color, is gonna be on a plateau that we've never ever seen.
