It highlights how former Trudeau Foundation members have been appointed to prominent positions in the government, often providing political cover for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau during scandals. The video also raises concerns about foreign interference, particularly from the Beijing regime, and how the Trudeau Foundation has received significant funding from foreign donors. It questions Trudeau's claims of no links to the foundation and emphasizes the need to examine the connections between Trudeau and the foundation. The video concludes by suggesting that the path to power in Canada leads through the Trudeau Foundation.

Speaker 0: Enormous opportunity and enormous potential in that realization. Speaker 1: If you could see political power, it would be this brown, unassuming building on a downtown street in Ottawa. Behind these doors, decisions worth 100 of 1,000,000,000 of dollars and decisions that impact the lives of millions of people. And Canada's relations with foreign powers are made every day. When they say the halls of power, these are the halls. For some elites and special interests, getting through these doors and getting that money and influence is the only thing that matters. What's good for the country, what's good For Canadians, those considerations are 2nd and the distant third. Power, money, and influence is the name of the game for them. There's a thing, who do you know in the PMO? Under the Trudeau government, the concentration of power and influence has evolved. It's more complicated. The PMO uses outside organization and a series of appointments to prominent positions to help keep Trudeau and his liberal government in office. This is this story about an organization that shares the same name as the prime minister. This is a story about how it began getting a lot of cash from foreign donors. At the same time a seeming straight line of appointments and political influence appeared between the Trudeau Foundation and the moment. The implications of this are extraordinary. This is a story about the Trudeau Foundation. As I thought about this, I began to realize the way that this is organized, influence, political cover, money and positions. You have prime minister Trudeau at the top. Then there are all those he and his government have appointed to prominent positions and special roles. Of course, Justin Trudeau often turns to these reliable allies when he finds himself in hot water. So let's call this what it is. The Trudeau Family Foundation was started by the in taxpayer's money. Let's meet some notable Trudeau Foundation alumni, senator Peter Harder, former Trudeau Foundation mentor, former head of the Canada China Business Council. He was Trudeau's transition team head when the Liberals took power in 2015. Then Trudeau made him his 1st senate permanent leader. You get Lavelle, former Trudeau Foundation mentor. Trudeau named her chair of the advisory board for Senate appointments. Anne McClellan, Trudeau appointed bird to report on the SNC Lavalin scandal, Trudeau Foundation mentor David Johnston. Trudeau named him special rapporteur on foreign election interference. Speaker 0: But there should not and need not be a separate formal public inquiry. Speaker 1: Senators Frances Lankin, Renee D'Tweet, Patricia Bovey, Michelle Audette, and senator Patty Lebopin Benson, the new senate government deputy leader, all Trudeau Foundation alumni. The list goes on and on. The Liberals have former Trudeau Foundation alumni appointed to positions throughout government, and a pattern emerges here. Frequently, when Justin Trudeau gets caught in a scandal, and I don't know if you've noticed, but there have been a view. He just flips open his little book of Trudeau Foundation contacts and calls on one of them to give him some political cover. We saw this with SNC Lavalin. We saw this with sexual misconduct in Canada's military, and we're seeing it again now with the Beijing election interference current scandal. But hold on. Governments appoint people all the time. What's the big issue here? It comes back to influence, especially with what we've learned recently about Beijing's attempts to interfere in Canadian democracy. Foreign powers have quickly discovered that it's easier to fly under the radar than it is to slip through those big big metal doors at the prime minister's office. If you just approach organizations like the Trudeau Foundation and shower them with money, you can still get power and influence. And sure enough, at the same time Trudeau was elected liberal leader, we see huge amount of cash flowing from foreign donors, some even from the hostile Beijing regime, to the Trudeau Foundation. And this has continued. We've seen a stunning amount of waffling and inaction by the Trudeau government on many issues concerning the communist Chinese regime's relations with Canada. Police stations operated by the Beijing dictatorship on Canadian soil. The Trudeau government refused to ban Huawei for years only after our closest allies applied extraordinary pressure. Did they reverse that decision? Trudeau and his liberal cabinet refused to stand up in the House of Commons and vote for the motion condemning Beijing's genocide of its Uighur people. Speaker 0: Well, the House of Commons voted overwhelmingly 266 to 0 To call China's treatment of the Uighur population, the Muslim minority in Western China, a genocide. But the liberal cabinet, Including the prime minister, they didn't just abstain. They didn't even show up for the vote. Speaker 1: We even know that a Canadian member of parliament's his family faced threats from the communist regime for him proposing the Uighur genocide motion. It is clearer every day that the Beijing regime actively influence the last 2 Canadian elections. Trudeau was advised about it and did nothing. Justin Trudeau once again turned newest Trudeau Foundation contacts to help manage his way out of this mess. He tapped former Trudeau Foundation CEO Morris Rosenberg to report on foreign interference in the 2019 and 2021 elections. He concluded nothing to see here. Both national security committees, NSCOFT and NSCIRA, tasked by Trudeau to study foreign election interference, contain Trudeau Foundation alumni. And remember David Donston. Justin Trudeau appointed him to decide if there should be a public inquiry into Beijing election interference, and he decided that we won't have a public inquiry dealing with Beijing election interference. Shocker. Speaker 0: But there should not and need not be a separate formal public inquiry. Speaker 1: We have to stop and take stock of this. How did this happen? How much does Trudeau interact with the Trudeau Foundation? He's claimed 0. The prime minister says there are no links between him and the Trudeau Foundation, completely separate. And any money coming from the communist regime in Beijing. He has no idea what anyone's talking about. The actual facts contradict peace claims. Trudeau has deep connections with the Trudeau Foundation Organization. It boasts his last name. His brother, Alexandre Trudeau, received the notorious Beijing donation and remains a Trudeau Foundation member. Justin Trudeau's government can appoint 6 Trudeau Foundation members and 2 directors to its board. The Trudeau Foundation even met with several meant deputy ministers within the PM's very office building. They got in the doors, and Justin Trudeau has appointed any Trudeau Foundation alumni to plum positions in his government. At the start of this video, I asked what political power or looked like. I said probably the best example is the prime minister's office building in Ottawa, but I was wrong. Under Trudeau, whole power isn't held within the halls of government or even in Ottawa. The path to power leads from Justin Trudeau's doorstep to an office in Montreal. So it turns out that old saying needs updating. Who do you know in the Trudeau Foundation?

Breaking: major Liberal scandal… Opposition Conservatives have obtained leaked secret recordings concerning a billion dollar Liberal “green” slush-fund that was used to funnel “free money” to “well connected Liberals.” Will this take down the corrupt Trudeau Liberals? https://t.co/jPy0M1bQvm

A top bureaucrat in the Liberal government was secretly recorded admitting that a green fund was essentially giving away free money. He compared it to the sponsorship scandal that affected John Krechan's liberal government in the 2000s, calling it a level of giveaway similar to that scandal. Essentially, the green fund was a way to benefit well-connected Liberals, with a whopping $1 billion fund.

So when they said green fund, what they meant is putting green in the pockets of well connected Liberals, a $1,000,000,000 fund

During a committee meeting, the speaker accuses the NDP Liberal Coalition of obstructing an invitation to the whistleblower involved in a $1 billion green slush fund scandal. The whistleblower revealed mismanagement and misappropriation of funds, leading to the resignation of the board chair and CEO. The auditor general and ethics commissioner are investigating the matter, including conflicts of interest and gross mismanagement at SDTC. The NDP Liberal Coalition used procedural tricks to prevent a vote on the motion, denying the opportunity to hear from the whistleblower. The speaker, representing the conservatives, expresses their determination to uncover those who benefited from the scandal.

Speaker 0: Just now at the standing committee on access to information privacy and ethics, the NDP Liberal Coalition have sunk to a new low. I put forward a motion to invite the whistleblower in the $1,000,000,000 green slush fund scandal to have them come to the committee and testify. So far, the only things we know in this scandal are from the whistleblower. This is the whistleblower who told us that tens of 1,000,000 of dollars are being mismanaged and misappropriated. This is why we were able to have the chair of the board come before the committee, the CEO, come before the committee. And following the appearance of both of those individuals, both have resigned in disgrace. The auditor general now investigating the green slush fund. The conflict of interest and ethics commissioner investigating the board chair after having given herself 100 of 1,000 of dollars to her own company and admitting to a committee that, she didn't break conflict of interest rules because she only gave herself $100,000 and had and had her own legal counsel say that that was okay. Well, of course, that is a violation of conflict of interest rules, that's why she's being investigated. And the gross mismanagement and conflicts of interest at SDTC, this $1,000,000,000 green slush fund, our, you know, these are to be investigated, by the Auditor General. Now when this motion came before the committee, the NDP Liberal Coalition use procedural tricks to block the motion from coming to a vote effectively, killing our opportunity to hear from the whistleblower. Of course, conservatives wanna know who got rich in this $1,000,000,000 slush fund scandal, and we're gonna find out.

The speaker accuses the SDTC board executives and senior management of mismanagement and misconduct, while also criticizing the federal government for lack of oversight and cover-up. They mention a comprehensive presentation submitted to the Privy Council Office, highlighting mismanagement, noncompliance, and conflict of interest breaches. The findings reveal that various funds were ineligible due to violations, deviations, and conflicts of interest, resulting in improper distribution of over $150 million in taxpayer money. The speaker calls for the suspension of the organization, a new board and management team, and consequences for those responsible. Speaker 0: The SDTC board executives and senior management must be held accountable for their gross mismanagement of taxpayer money and the gross misconduct that's been perpetrated by the toxic senior management team that has victimized countless employees. And the federal government must also be held accountable for its embarrassing lack of oversight that's allowed these problems to persist, and its egregious coverup of the truth that occurred this fall. At the beginning of this year, a comprehensive 3 45 page presentation was created and submitted to the Privy Council Office at the request of the Office of the Auditor General of Canada, who we originally went to. This package contained documents that outline gross mismanagement across every aspect of SDTC's operations and governance. It highlighted noncompliance with the SCTC Act and contribution agreement across all of the organization's funding streams and serious breaches of the conflict of interest policies by the executives and board. The package also included evidence of the toxic workplace culture that was created by CEO Leah Lawrence and her friend and still current VP, Zoi Kallbach, who've been allowed to continue abusing and harassing employees by a passive senior management team and board that protects and hides the abuse. All of this information underwent review by PCO and was then forwarded to ISED, who subsequently engaged RCGT to conduct an independent fact finding exercise to validate this information. Here are the findings for everyone. The seed fund, ecosystem fund and scale fund were all found to be ineligible due to multiple violations of the contribution agreement, significant deviations from the due diligence process, and conflict of interest breaches by board members and executives. This finding encompasses nearly 200 companies that all received over $80,000,000, all of which was improperly funded using taxpayer money. The 2 COVID payments in 2020 and 2021 were also given to the full portfolio of companies and totaled almost 40,000,000, and were also deemed to be ineligible, as the use of these funds was not effectively tracked. And several board members in that instance also violated conflict of interest by approving almost $4,000,000 to themselves to over a dozen companies where they all hold significant ownership or executive positions. The report also revealed that SDTC lacked HR processes or policies, and issues were never even reported to the board. And conveniently, the RCGT investigators couldn't even find a single record of any complaint ever being made in the history of the organization. This is a staggering legible of incompetence, willful ignorance, and corruption that has resulted in SDTC improperly distributing almost $150,000,000 in taxpayer dollars just in the past few years, and abusing dozens of people that have only tried to talk about the truth. The organization deserved to be suspended. The organization also deserved a new board, executive, and senior management team, but that never happened. Not a single one of the individuals responsible for these issues has faced a single consequence. No executive or board member was terminated or even given the slightest handcuffs. And every single person that was directly implicated even had their names redacted and protected by ISED in the RCGT report. Even more shocking is the fact that Despite these findings, ISED continues to allow these individuals to manage taxpayer dollars and allows them to continue perpetuating the abuse against employees who've been desperately seeking protection from their own government for over a year. That cannot stand. SDTC's board and executive continues to insist that the issues are just minor inconsistencies, while I said and the minister continue to claim that no findings warrant serious action. These are false narratives, and I'm here to provide documented proof of all of the lies that continue to be perpetuated by both SDTC and ISED. I believe that my testimony can provide an in-depth overview of the key issues at SDTC because I worked on the financial due diligence and compliance of projects at SDTC for the key 2 year period that coincides with the most serious findings in the RCG two report. I'm also intimately aware of exactly how ISED understood the issues, and the clear that the total bureaucracy had laid out. The minister and PCO have been aware of this file for more than they are telling to the public. And there are even documented evidence that They even engaged with everyone at ISED to make sure there were edits to the briefings before they were officially sent to them. All of this is backed up by documents, transcripts and recordings, some of which we've already submitted to this committee. Thank you, and I welcome all your questions.

Speaker 0: So this is breaking news in The Globe and Mail this morning that you may have already seen. Antonio Utano and Cameron McDonald have been suspended from their positions without pay in the ArriveCAN scandal. What is going on here? What is going on here? We know now in the ArriveCAN scandal that we had A $54,000,000 boondoggle that was handled by 2 individuals working out of their government, but this is a new development now that public servants are now being targeted by their masters that they are being muzzled after coming forward with their testimony in this committee. No one is happy now. Tax Payers aren't happy now. They're on the hook for this $54,000,000 scandal and instead of taking responsibility, This government is using their employees, public servants, as scapegoats. This has to stop and how it stops is we get the minister at committee right away as soon as possible to share the truth, to share what actually happened in this ArriveCAN scandal because ministers here have a double offense. First of all, they didn't provide the leadership and the oversight so that this ArriveCAN scandal never would have happened. If there would have been leadership, if there would have been oversight, taxpayers would not have been taken for the $54,000,000 that they were taken for. And secondly, true leaders would take responsibility for this $54,000,000 scandal instead of passing it on to their employees, passing this on to public servants. Now I am first of all asking the Public Safety Minister Come to government operations committee. Show your face. Stand up for these terrible decisions of your subordinates which are resulting in mental health problems, Just complete uncertainty throughout this department. I'm asking you please to come to Government Operations Committee but I wouldn't stop there. I would send a call out also to Minister Duclos, Minister of Procurement to come back to Government Operations Committee to explain how this error could have happened. Is this a process that happens all the time that will happen again? That taxpayers are taken for more 1,000,000 of dollars because of his lack of oversight. Also Minister Anand needs to come. Is this the type of public service that she wants where public servants are afraid to speak out to truth as to the process, we need to get to the bottom of this and the only way we're going to do this is if ministers come to the committee starting with the Minister of Public Safety, Dominique LeBlanc. Minister LeBlanc, I'm asking you do the right thing. Your government didn't provide oversight through the ArriveCAN scandal and that's why now we have the 54,000,000 boondoggle and this is only one of many scams across this government. This is your opportunity to come and make it right but also to do the leadership thing to take responsibility for actions that you should have taken responsibility for as a government a long time ago. Don't put your public servants out there to dry when it was your lack of leadership that got everyone Canadian taxpayers and public servants in this mess. I look forward to seeing these ministers starting with the Minister of Public Safety at public, at the Government Operations Committee.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The Prime Minister previously supported ENSCOCOP's role in examining foreign interference in Canada's democracy, but there seems to be a shift in stance. Questions arise about whether a recent ENSCOCOP report revealed involvement of Liberals seeking political and financial gain. Is the Prime Minister still committed to transparency and public trust in institutions, or has external influence changed this approach? In response, the Minister for Public Safety emphasizes the importance of oversight, noting that the government established a committee of parliamentarians to monitor security agencies for the first time. This committee includes members from all political parties, and their recommendations have been acted upon to enhance national security and combat foreign interference.

Speaker 0: Speaker, the prime minister once said that he thought ENSCOCOP was well suited to examine foreign interference in Canada's democracy and democratic institutions, but apparently, not anymore. Why the change? Was it an ENSCOCOP report that shed some redacted light on the willing involvement of Liberals guilty of seeking political and financial benefit? Does the prime minister still feel that, quote, Canadians need to have faith in their institutions and deserve answers and transparency, end quote, or has this party's Beijing masters called for a reversal? The honorable minister for public safety. Speaker 1: Mister speaker, our colleague should be careful before he simply makes up stuff in question period and asserts things that he knows are absolutely false. He knows very well, mister speaker, that our government created for the first time ever a committee of parliamentarians to oversee the work of our security agencies. We think it's important for parliamentarians from every political party and the other place to do this important work. We've acted on their recommendations. We thank them for this important contribution to the fight against foreign interference and to a series of other measures important for assuring the national security of all Canadians.

There's 5 individuals that would be involved in any decision deal making that we were making. Who are they? 1 was Shauna Parker. 1 was Felix Felix Papineau. 1 was Edward. I find the breaking story of US election fraud and money laundering straightforward. Canadians should take note of the techniques involved, as they remind me of Prime Minister Trudeau's campaign receiving many donations from Chinese individuals in British Columbia. @RealAndyLeeShow has covered this topic thoroughly.

This breaking story of US election fraud and money laundering is easy to understand. Canadians should pay attention to the techniques because the scandal Is reminiscent of Prime Minister Trudeau’s personal campaign receiving numerous donations from Chinese living in British Columbia. Our friend @RealAndyLeeShow covered that issue very well.

Honestly this ActBlue scandel is just insane. Investigators inserted fake names into ActBlue and what do you know they wound up on fundraising emails. All the grass roots support is a total lie. It’s all about foreign interference with our elections laundered through unsuspecting people.

Discoveries on fec.gov revealed suspicious donation patterns from supposedly unemployed individuals. Four unemployed donors made nearly $198,000 in donations through thousands of transactions. They donated to various Democrat campaigns and PACs, raising questions about the source of their funds. Investigator Tony Saruga found over 400,000 new ActBlue accounts created in 30 days, with Harris campaign emails urging small donations. Fake names were inserted into ActBlue lists, showing up in official emails, suggesting a potential scam to create a facade of grassroots support while funneling larger sums.

Speaker 0: In just 10 minutes on fec.gov, they discovered startling donation patterns from supposedly unemployed individuals. Now let's take a look at some of these numbers. 4 unemployed individuals donating a staggering $197,993.68 across you ready for this? 23,416 separate donations. That's an average of 10 donations per day every day since January 1, 2023. Does this sound like genuine grassroots support to you? So let's break it down. These suspicious donations. 1st, we have Carolyn from New Jersey living in an apartment and listed as unemployed. She somehow managed to donate 53,000 over $53,000 through 598 I'm sorry. 5,000 998 separate donations since January 1st 23. The bulk of the donations, 36,000, went directly to ActBlue across over 4,600 transactions. But it doesn't stop there. She also made donations to various Democrat campaigns and PACs including Bob Casey for Senate, Jeffries for Congress, and Nancy Pelosi for Congress. So how does an unemployed person living in an apartment have this kind of money to throw around? Next, we have Sandra from California. Also, unemployed and living in an average house. She donated $30,000 or just over 30,000 dollars. Ready for this? Across 66,000 almost 6800 donations. Again, the majority went to ActBlue. Just over $19,000 over 4,870 donations. She also contributed to Rosen for Nevada, HMP, and even Harris for president. That's right folks. Direct donations to Harris' campaign from an unemployed individual. Then there is Thomas from Wisconsin. His listed address is just a plot of land, yet this unemployed donor managed to give, you ready for this? Just shy of $70,000 through 26 100 donations. A whopping 34, almost 35,000 went to ActBlue in 1600 separate transactions. He also donated to the progressive turnout project, retired Americans pack, and once again, Harris for president. And then we also have here this is Amy. Meet Amy from Oregon, another unemployed donor who somehow scraped together $42,000 for about 8,000 donations that ActBlue received. Okay? Now they received 29,000 from her across 55100 transactions. She donated to Ameripac, moms fed up, elect democratic women. Now my friends, these patterns are not just suspicious. They are downright alarming. So how are unemployed individuals making 1,000 of small donations totaling tens of 1,000 of dollars? And why are they spreading these donations across multiple Democrat campaigns and PACs? But it gets worse. Tony Saruga, another investigator, he found over 400,000 new ActBlue accounts created in just 30 days. Now take a look at some of the emails that were sent by the Harris campaign. They're practically begging for $1, $2, $3 donations, but there's a twist that reveals just how deep the rabbit hole goes. You ready? In this email, you can see right here, They're pushing hard for a measly $3 donation. They claim it could guarantee Joe and Kamala are reelected and prevent Donald Trump from becoming president again. Yeah. Well here's another one. This time they are down to asking for just a dollar, $1. They're using scare tactics mentioning Trump's far right billionaire donors and a supposed $50,000,000 donation to Trump's Super PAC. It's clear fear mongering 101. But this last email is where things get really interesting. If you notice the name at the top, f j b. Now you might think that's just a random set of initials, but here's the kicker. The investigators deliberately seeded these initials intact, Blue's database. That's right, America. Tony Saruga and his team inserted tens of thousands of fake donors into ActBlue lists to track their activities and lo and behold, here's one of the fake names showing up in an official email. This proves beyond a shadow of doubt that the Harris Campaign is using these ActBlue lists for their fundraising efforts. They're sending personalized emails to names that don't even exist. But why are they so desperate for these tiny donations? It's not about the money folks, it's about creating ActBlue accounts to facilitate what appears to be a massive scam. They're using these small donations to create a smokescreen of grassroots support all while potentially funneling much larger sums through these seemingly innocent transactions. This isn't just clever market.

🇨🇦 Canadian Corruption is Out of Control Green Slush Fund: - Chair handpicked by Trudeau’s office - Companies linked to her got $12M before, then $36M after her appointment - Total misappropriations: hundreds of millions Should this be considered criminal? https://t.co/i087DLxEgk

Video Transcript AI Summary
Corruption in Canada is alarming. Recent hearings revealed that Annette Vashuran, chair of the Liberals' green fund, was chosen by the prime minister's office despite her connections to companies that had already received over $12 million from the fund she oversees. After her appointment, these companies received an additional $36 million in taxpayer money, highlighting a clear conflict of interest. The green fund is currently under investigation for misappropriating around $150 million, with many similar funds likely facing similar scrutiny. Meanwhile, Canadians are paying more in taxes than for housing, food, and clothing combined, indicating that corrupt politicians are draining resources needed for citizens' basic survival. This situation goes beyond mismanagement; it borders on criminal activity.

Speaker 0: The amount of corruption in Canada is incomprehensible. In a recent government hearing, it was revealed that Annette Vashuran, chair of the Liberals' green slush fund, was handpicked by the prime minister's office. This despite the fact that companies she was directly involved with had already received over $12,000,000 from the very fund she was being appointed to oversee, a glaring conflict of interest. After her appointment, those same companies received an additional $36,000,000 in taxpayer funding. And this is just one fund. The green slush fund alone is under investigation for the misappropriation of around a $150,000,000 Now imagine there are dozens more just like it. Meanwhile, the average Canadian is paying more in taxes than they are for housing, food, and clothing combined. In other words, corrupt politicians are siphoning more from citizens than they're left with for their basic survival. This isn't just mismanagement, it's criminal.

🚨🚨The real reason Ruby Dhalla was disqualified from the liberal leadership race. They scrubbed her social media and found she wasn’t loyal enough to Trudeau and Carney!! Disgusting!! 🚨🚨 https://t.co/gziyOMT1qz

Video Transcript AI Summary
I feel relieved about Ruby Dalla's disqualification. Some friends and I found her social media postings puzzling, especially her anti-WEF stance rooted in conspiracy theories and her harsh attacks on Prime Minister Trudeau and Mark Carney. While some leadership candidates seek attention, this felt different. I worked on the Hill when Dalla was an MP and remember some problematic issues. Her recent social media activity didn't align with the Liberal Party's goals, especially seeking a fourth term. There wasn't much about Canadian politics in 2024 or the few years prior. While there's nothing wrong with being an influencer, I wouldn't want one as Prime Minister. I'm glad the vetting process was rigorous and that this was caught early, as my fear was that these issues would surface later.

Speaker 0: What do you make of this? I I mean, this is the second candidate disqualified in a number of weeks, Chandra Aria, now Ruby Dalla. We're waiting to hear more from her on the specifics of this, but but what do you make of this development from the party? Strangely, I I feel a bit relieved. You know, some of my friends, little friends talking about the leadership, we found a lot of Ruby Dalla's social media postings puzzling to say the least. She was very anti WEF, which is, you know, based on a conspiracy theory, and you often hear it more on the conservative or the right side. She was pretty vicious in their attacks on Prime Minister Trudeau, on Mark Carney. And, you know, I'm used to that in any leadership race, there are some people that enter it and their intention is for attention. This felt a bit different. And, you know, this is something that, you know, we talked about and whether or not you add fuel to the fire or attention by, you know, retweeting or calling it out. But there was a lot of head scratching going on. You know, I worked on the Hill when Ruby Dallo was an MP, and there were some problematic issues than a very well known McLean story at the time. Not much had been heard from her. And when I scrolled through her social media, again, there's the things that I just talked about that, you know, did not seem helpful in terms of where the Liberal Party is right now after three turns trying to seek a fourth term. You know, these are the same questions we would have been talking about had there been a leadership debate. But if you scroll further back, there's not much in 2024, '20 '20 '3 around politics, around Canada politics. There's nothing wrong with being an influencer. Do I want one as my prime minister? Probably not. So there was a lot of things that just didn't seem to add up here. I'm glad that the process has seemed to be rigorous and vigorous and that this has happened. You know, I my fear was, quite honestly, David, that things would come out after the fact. Things just didn't add up. So I'm glad that the committee has done its job. Okay. I I wanna get Fred in here. Fred, what do mean by this? Like

I haven't received official word from the Liberal Party about my disqualification. It's shocking that I learned about it from a news headline before receiving any direct communication. This is alarming. It speaks to the state of the Liberal Party that I'm finding out about my disqualification on air. It's not surprising, though. Our internal polls showed we were neck and neck with the frontrunner. They didn't want me on the debate stage or on the ballot because the Liberal Party of Canada wanted to complete the coronation of Mark Carney. All allegations are completely false and fabricated. I won't allow the Liberal Party of Canada or anyone to smear my name or the name of thousands of volunteers in our campaign.

Speaker 0: Have you received official word yet from the Liberal Party on your disqualification from this race? Speaker 1: I haven't as of yet. It's quite interesting that I turned on CBC News and read your headline that I was being disqualified from the race. I checked my email, my campaign team has, and as of this moment, we have not received any indication from the Liberal Party as to that type of decision, which to me is very alarming and very shocking that there are these types of leaks, you know, from sources that are occurring. Speaker 0: We have just received a statement from the Liberal Party, Ms. Dalla. I swear this just came into my e mail. It's a statement by Azam Ismail, who is the Liberal Party of Canada national director on Ruby Dalla's candidacy for leader of the Liberal Party. Today, the Liberal Leadership Vote Committee unanimously made the decision to disqualify Ruby Dahla. The decision followed an extensive process and review, including interviews, questionnaires, and an opportunity for Doctor. Dahla to directly address the committees. After a thorough investigation, the Leadership Vote Committee and the Leadership Leadership Expense Committee, sitting jointly, unanimously determined that Doctor. Dahla was in breach of 10 violations of the national liberal leadership rules, leadership vote rules, and the leadership expense rules. The violations include concerns about alleged violations of the Canada Elections Act, certain other election finance matters, nondisclosure of material facts, and inaccurate financial reporting. The Leadership Vote Committee determined that the violations were extremely serious and accepted the recommendation of the Chief Electoral Officer and disqualified Doctor. Dalla under Section eight of the National Leadership Rules. I'm assuming this is the first you are hearing this statement. What do you say that it was unanimous that there were 10 violations of those various rules? Speaker 1: Well, I think it speaks to the state of the Liberal Party of Canada that a candidate who is running to become leader of the party, is running to become prime minister in our country is finding out that she has been disqualified on air from an email that the media outlet that she is interviewing with has received. So it is very alarming and very shocking. It is certainly not surprising because I think the Liberal Party of Canada was seeing exactly what our internal polls are telling us. That my campaign and my team, we were neck to neck with a front runner in the race. They did not want me to go on to that debate stage in Montreal. They certainly did not want me on that ballot and the Liberal Party of Canada wanted to complete the coronation of Mark Carney. All of the allegations that you have mentioned have been, you know, that you have spoken about, they are completely false. They are fabricated and I will not allow the Liberal Party of Canada or anyone for that matter to smear my name or to smear the name of thousands of volunteers in our campaign.

The Conservative Party in Canada mirrors the corruption of the Liberals. With 240,000 members, 250,000 ballots were cast—an obvious discrepancy.

The Conservative Party in Canada is just as corrupt as the Liberals. @MaximeBernier explains to @thevivafrei how @AndrewScheer and the @CPC_HQ cheated to defeat him in the 2017 leadership race. They announced Scheer won 51% to 49% then destroyed the ballots hours later. At the time there were 240,000 CPC members, however there were 250,000 ballots cast. Quite the anomaly since only members can vote. WATCH:

The speaker claims the Conservative Party establishment opposed his policies, including abolishing corporate subsidies and the milk, poultry, and egg cartel. He alleges that on election night, they declared Andrew Scheer the winner with 51% of the vote to his 49% and then destroyed the ballots. He further claims that the Global Mail reported 250,000 votes were cast, while the party had only 240,000 members, implying the creation of 10,000 fraudulent votes to ensure his defeat. When he requested a recount, the Conservative Party stated that the ballots had been destroyed. He asserts this cheating in the 2017 leadership contest led to his resignation, believing the party to be morally and intellectually corrupt and unwilling to promote real conservative values when unpopular.

Speaker 0: Didn't like my position about, you know, abolishing corporate subsidies, the cartel in mill the milk, poultry, and eggs, and a lot of my policy. So I was not the candidate of the establishment. So what they did the night of the election, and you can see the video about that, you know, they said, you know, we have a winner. The winner is Andrew Scheer, fifty one percent, Bernie, forty nine percent, and we destroyed the ballots. So just, you know, couple of hours after the vote, they destroyed the ballot. And the day after, in the Global Mail, the the big newspaper in Canada, they were saying that at that time, we were about 240,000 members. And the Global Mail was saying, you know, they had 250,000 votes. So and they said that, you know, 250,000 people voted, but we had 240,000 members. So they had to create 10,000 votes to be sure that, you know, I won't be I won't win, and they did it. They cheated. Speaker 1: It it because it's a straight majority. It's it's 50 plus percent is and there was only you and Andrew Scheer at the time. Speaker 0: Yeah. And because, you know, they have in the beginning, they had 12 candidates, but, you know, at the end, you know, that was only me and Andrew Scheer. Yes. Speaker 1: And it was fifty one forty nine, and they purportedly destroyed the ballots before there could be are there no internal procedures? Speaker 0: Before they can be challenged because after that, when I've read that that piece from the Global Mail, we did a research and that was true. So I said to the conservative party, you know, I want to recount. I want and they said, oh, we destroyed the ballots. So, you know, that was that's why I said when I resigned after that, this party is morally and intellectually corrupt. They did it they did cheat at the at my leadership contest in 2017. And, also, you know, they don't want to speak about real conservative values when real conservative values are not popular.

The speaker claims Alex Nandoff, associated with Liaison polling, previously worked as an executive assistant for a Liberal MPP. They also point to Raymond Edwards, linked to Nandoff's corporation and working as chief of equity and inclusion officer, with a past role at Corporation Canada during the corporation's formation. The speaker then examines Main Street, noting their small sample sizes and the background of Quito Maggi, who has a history of helping candidates win elections. The speaker references a Twitter dispute among pollsters, highlighting Nick Kovaslis from Campaign Research, who claims his polls show the Conservative Party ahead, despite previously being a Liberal supporter. The speaker suggests Kovaslis was removed from CRIC due to tweets supporting Pierre Pauliev. The speaker concludes that the polls are manipulated due to pressure on the Liberals.

Speaker 0: Well, I'm back, and this video is going to hit everyone hard. It'll be good for some of yous, and some of yous are probably gonna hate me for it. But you read this right. Liberals under pressure and manipulating the poll. Let's dig into what I found and want to share with everybody, which is public available information, TikTok, because we know what they pulled on me the last couple of days. So let's get started. Now everybody has seen these polls by now, and if you haven't, you're probably living under a rock. Every liberal is spreading this around and using it as firepower, and every conservative is like, this can't be fucking right. Well, conservatives, I'm here to show you the facts. And liberals, you're gonna hate me for this because I discovered stuff that's probably gonna make you think that I am just spreading misinformation, but a little bit of research gives you the answers. So if you look at this, they just shot right up, like, right to the fucking moon in a very short period of time. The guy having got on his bus and got to many cities, and he's already shooting to the moon. And as you can see, it's all red, except for Nanos. But we're gonna focus on all of these ones that have really shot this up to the moon. And Iquaz is part of this too. I just forgot to highlight it. Just thought about that now. Now when you type in liaison, for all you guys who tried to correct me on that word, I don't care. I'm from a French family. So when it comes to liaison, they started March 15, and they didn't have any polls before that. Conveniently, a few days after Mark Carney, won the leadership. Sorry. Correction. Got selected for the leadership. So I did pay for the corporate documents, are publicly available. $8. I got it. And we know it's Alex Nanoff. So from my other video on Instagram, somebody gave me a tip. Somebody who knows Alex gave me a tip. So I researched that information and brought me to here, the local, Toronto News. And I gave it a little read, read a little bit about who he was. But when I got down to hear it said Nandoff's website, I'm like, great. Let's go check it out. Then I was all, fuck. The website's not there anymore. But then I remembered the way back machine. I was like, fuck. One of those bipolar moments within seconds. So I put the website address in there, and sure enough, between 2022 and 2023, there was some activity. And boom. Got his old website that's no longer active. So I took a look through it. Found out the part of Toronto that he is working out of, found a cheerful picture of him, that's Alex right there. Then I noticed something. This name right here, Amanda Samard. As you can see, he said after studying French at the University of Ottawa, I had the opportunity to work at various levels of government, notably as a political assistant at the federal level, then at Queen's Park as an exact executive assistant to Amanda Samard, former MPP for the Glengarry Prescott Russell. And who is she? A liberal. So thank you, Alex. We now know you support the liberals. You got a biased poll just directed right off of that. We know you've worked with them, and we know you support them. So 100% a Liberal supporter. Let's move on. Now back to the corporate documents that I showed you that he is part of, there's another corporation that is a part of this. This is just a small corporation under the bigger one. So I spent another $8 and I got a new name. Raymond Edwards. Oh, who's this? And yes, Alex signed that one too, so they're connected. So I found mister Ray Edwards on LinkedIn. Sure enough, he is an associate assistant deputy ministry and chief of equity and inclusion officer. I guess he wanted to be included in these polls. And when you scroll through his experience, during the time they started this corporation, he was director general for Corporation Canada during 2018 and 2021. Not a conflict of interest at all. So with all that being said, supposedly, they are the most accurate polling firm in Ontario. Yeah, bud. Okay. Let's move. Now we got Main Street. The exact same time, the same time that all these other people are pounding out these polls when the Liberals started winning. Same time. Let's go check out who Main Street is. So when you click on their information, it brings you to their polls. And as you can see, it was only done on 1,657 people. So everybody who thinks these polls are so accurate, that's a small amount of people, and they use demographics to target. This one was by text message. Who are they text messaging? People that signed up to their polling system or people that are signed up to liberals or people that are signed up to conservatives. Who knows where they got these numbers from? But that's how they did this one. So I do got these corporate documents as well, another $8, but I could've just went on the website and found out who it was to begin with. And his name is Quito Maggi. Hopefully, I said that right. And if you see underneath there, it says during this period of time, Quito became a trusted advisory manager for municipal, provincial, and federal campaigns. In these roles, Quito implemented the analytical techniques he learned in the investment industry to help candidates win. His candidates win. So we already know he's got a biased information as well. There is a there is a party that he likes, and we're gonna get to that in a second. And this is lovely Quito right here. Such a dark photo. It just looks like a head on a black screen. Barely see a suit, but let's get go. Now here's where things get messed up. This is where the fight starts. And when I say fight, all these pollsters right now are fighting on Twitter. By the end of this show, you're not gonna believe any poll that is put up. I I just I'd advise you to just not look at the polls ever again and just know who's gonna win from here on in. So I was reading through it, and I've seen here, Ponyboy and Soda Pop are claiming a 20 shift in Ontario for the Canadian poll in less than two weeks. And then there's this tweet, with another guy. I'll show you in a minute. I literally just got out of a field of 3,000 completed surveys, three thousand twenty five minute surveys. I have CPC ahead of the LPC, not check Frank's post again, not 22 points behind. And this is this guy that said it, real Nick, Kovaslis. Sorry if I said that wrong, buddy. But if you read these guys, you're gonna see the fight go on. Then there's some more here I said when I said, voice of Frankie, that's another research, we'll get to him in a minute, that the LPC was not 22 points ahead and the CPC in Ontario. I literally had the CPC ahead by two points. He deleted his findings in his tweet. Then at the bottom of the tweet says, I get paid no matter what. The polls actually say, unlike you who gets paid when you sell subscriptions. Close race. Now there's a reason why I believe this guy, and you'll see in a minute. Now this is Frank Graves, the founder of Ecos Research, and he's retweeting CBC fact check and looking into Pierre Pauliev's investments. So we already know that he's all about sharing stuff that's gonna hurt Pierre Pauliev, but let's continue. And just remember, a lot of this stuff is just allegedly, but, you can kinda make it out for yourself and go read all these conversations and connect the dots. But this is Nick, the one you're gonna wanna listen to, from Campaign Research. And Nick was one of the Canada's First cloud computing fully virtual at home call center businesses, which he just merged and then joined Campaign Research and now owns it. But what I wanted to point out was Nick was on the premier Clarks BC Liberal campaign team, involved with focus groups that informed the campaign messaging and strategy. He was a Liberal supporter too, like all of the rest of them, but not anymore, and I will show you. So this is the other company he owns, campaign support. You can pause to read. And they specialize in polling and research. But check out this tweet. It says right here, knock it off versus go f yourself. I hope Pierre keeps it up and f'ing wins this thing, as I always have. So with all the polls he does and him saying I hope Pierre keeps it up, it's quite obvious. Knowing that he used to support the Liberals and no longer does, and everybody else has been now caught supporting Liberals, it's kinda obvious what's going on here. But you all can go check out these tweets back and forth and fight and go down the rabbit hole, and you'll find out for yourself. Then there's Mario Conceco, which is president of Research Co. Another one. Look at his experience. He did a lot of writing for newspapers. We already know all about them type of people. But this last one, editorial researcher, for the secret of Marrone tapes, which is all about dark secrets of Mar Marrone. Hopefully I said that right. You guys are always hitting me up about how I pronounce stuff. I don't care, I'm French. But the CRIC, the ones that give out the memberships to these pollsters in order for them to submit their their data, you can see that they respond to CTV News article on questionable polls. There's a big alert on it. And Nick is no longer a member all because of his tweets on SocialX. So he's hinting you. I hope Pierre keeps it up and effing wins this thing. His polls are saying different than other people's polls. So don't believe this bullcrap. Come on. This is totally manipulated polls. It doesn't change that quick in two weeks. You literally can't make this shit up. This doesn't go like this in two weeks. It doesn't do this. Mark Harney's now some superhero. Okay? He's leading the same team that screwed everybody over the past nine years. Simple. Just a new hat on the head. So what do you think? Liberals under pressure? Are they manipulating the polls? Let me know what you think in the comment

Video Transcript AI Summary
Look for a few minutes at the Liberal Hall Of Shame for 2015 to 02/2021. Liberal MP William Amos was caught twice on house Zoom proceedings in indecent positions. Liberal MP Yasmin Rathansi was wrongfully employing her sister with taxpayers' dollars and deliberately hiding this information from Canadians. Liberal MP Ramesh Sengha was removed from the Liberal Caucus in January 2021 after he accused multiple other Liberal MPs of supporting the calisthenia movement. Liberal MP Darshan Singh Kang had to leave the Liberal Caucus in 2015 over accusations of sexual harassment. Liberal MP Nikola Di Laurio didn't show up for work for a year after he announced his resignation in 02/2018. Then the public found out, oh, he actually didn't resign. He still collected his salary as an MP even if he was working full time in a law firm in Montreal. To this today to this day, this situation has never been clearly explained by Trudeau and the Liberals. Liberal MP Raj Greywall admitted he racked up millions of dollars in debts, paying casino blackjack, and ended up resigning from the Liberal caucus in 2018 after the news came to light. Following an RCMP investigation. But after suddenly announcing he had paid off his 7 figure debts, he stayed on as a member of parliament for the rest of the parliamentary session. You may recall that mister Graywald was already under investigation by the federal ethics commissioner at the time and was later found guilty of being in violation of conflict of interest. Then there was a liberal MP Marwin Tabarro. He was allowed to run against again for the liberal party in February even though detailed allegations of sexual harassment had been made against him. After being arrested in April 2020, he remained in caucus for almost two months because the prime minister's office claimed they knew nothing about it, took a newspaper article for the liberals to kick him out of caucus. Then former Liberal MP Frank Bayless signed one of those juicy sole source contracts with the Liberal government during the COVID epidemic. He received $237,000,000. Public health agency figures disclosed that more than 90% of the 10,000 Bayless Medical Company ventilators it bought were never used in any clinic or any hospital. Sadly, these ethical lapses were even worse amongst cabinet ministers. Let me give you a few examples. Anita Anad's husband was the recipient of one of those juicy COVID contracts. LifeLabs received tens of millions of dollars of COVID contracts. They sell test kits. Anita Anad's husband, John Knowlton, is a director of LifeLabs. The LifeLabs division has received multiple contracts worth millions since Anad was elected to the parliament in 2019. Navdeep Baines was industry minister and, as such, promised to crack down on big telcos who overcharge Canadians for Internet and cell phone service. Guess what? He found a job at Rogers after leaving the government. The lobbying commissioner said she was frustrated at this, but liberals will always find loopholes that means more money for them. Then there was Bill Blair, on several occasions, lied, meddled into the work of the RCMP regarding the worst mass killing in the history of Canada in Porta Peak, Nova Scotia. While he was the president of the Treasury Board, Scott Bryson tried to block approval for the contract of a navy supply ship being built at the navy shipyard in Quebec because he was lobbied to do so by New Brunswick's powerful Irving family, owners of the rival Halifax shipyard. Minister Bryson also tried to argue there was no need for him to set up a conflict of interest screen to prevent him from participating in government decisions involving two of Atlantic Canada's wealthiest families, even though he used to chair one of their investment firms and that his spouse continued to sit on the company's board of directors. Francois Philippe Champagne owned two apartments in London, England worth millions of dollars. His mortgages were with a Chinese bank. Strange indeed for a Canadian in The UK, Canadian MP in The UK to have to go to a Chinese bank for a mortgage. Judy Foote got involved in the Frank Norman affair. I will talk about that in a bit. But what is interesting here is that she resigned for health reasons. But suddenly, her health improved, and she was rewarded with the job of lieutenant governor in Lupinland and Labrador. Steven Gebel forgot to pay his taxes, but he never forgot to travel, especially to China. This minister is running around the globe, busy lecturing Canadians, but patting Chinese or Gulf Emirates officials on the back. Catherine McKenna and John Wilkinson, his predecessors, and environment were of the same ilk, jetting around the world to lecture the common folks that they should bicycle to work. Foreign affairs minister Melanie Jolie's office staff didn't read an email that said her department was sending a representative to a Russian embassy party. So we had a representative at a party drinking vodka with the Russian officials just after Putin invaded Ukraine. Not reading their emails is a hallmark of Trudeau ministers and their staff. It was the excuse given by Bill Blair and Marco Mendocino and, of course, Justin Trudeau. When David LaMetti was turfed from cabinet, a lot of people wondered why. He had actually, after all, done much of Trudeau's bidding, we thought. Well, in the last few weeks, we learned that LaMetti canceled a verdict of first degree murder against Jacques Delisle, a former judge, even if all the experts were against this decision. Lemetti and the government refused to come clean on why he did that, even though Delisle later pleaded guilty to manslaughter. You all heard senators' nonanswers to our questions on this issue. What about Dominique Leblanc, who, despite despite connection to the powerful Irving family, was appointed to be minister of fisheries, oceans, and the Canadian Coast Guard. He had to consult with the Essex commissioner for weeks in order to figure out how to stick handle around this very obvious conflict of interest. Then there was a time when minister LeBlanc flew from Moncton to Montreal and back aboard a jet owned by JD Irving Limited. Nothing to see here, folks. But when the ethics commissioner, Mario Dion, found minister LeBlanc guilty of breaking a conflict of interest act because he awarded a lucrative Arctic surf clam license to a company linked to his wife's cousin. He couldn't wiggle out of that. Speaking of Dominique Leblanc and Scott Bryson, we still don't know what their exact role was in the vice admiral Norman affair. The Liberals tried to renege on a contract for a supply ship in order to give it back to the Irvings. When they got caught, they decided they would get the height ahead of vice admiral Norman. The prime minister even sent him to trial before the police had investigated its investigation. Scott Bryson and Judy Foote left their positions, and taxpayers ended up being invoiced for an undisclosed sum of money paid out to vice admiral Norman. That is a first class cover up. Marco Mendocino's case was hopeless. Conflicts of interest, emails not read, bold lies in public, pure incompetence. When you are so bad that even Justin Trudeau thinks you're bad, you've hit the bottom. Someday, I will have a speech just on Marco Mendocino's scandals. I may need my unlimited time for that. It happens that ministers organize fundraisers outside their writings, but when you represent a downtown Montreal riding, this is strange. It is even stranger if this fundraiser happens to be in New York. New York, USA. To my knowledge, that is the first, and this honor belongs to Mark Miller. Mary Anne Monsoff had to admit that she was actually not born in Afghanistan, as she had told people and led people to believe for years. Bill Morneau is another minister who was scandal prone. He started his political career with violating the Elections Act, for which he was fined. This is, after all, the same finance minister who forgot that he had and forgot to declare his villa in France in his ethics reporting. This is the same finance minister who sponsored Bill C27, which happened to increase the value of pensions sold by the minister's own company, Morneau Shepell. When the bill was tabled in the House of Commons, the value of Morneau Shepell shares joked, and minister Morneau just happened to still be holding $21,000,000 worth of shares. And as I already mentioned, his role in the We Charity scandal, when he quit, he pretended he was going to the OECD top position. No one knows for sure if this was true. One thing is true, and it's real. Taxpayers footed the bill for his failed campaign. I still have an order paper question on the true cost. Still unanswered after twenty five months, it was reported in the media that this phony campaign cost at least $11,000,000. Mary Ang was found guilty by the ethics commissioner for giving contracts to her best friend. In a Trudeau government, that means you pretend to be sorry, and that has no consequences. How about Seamus O'Regan? The government spent $180,000 defending him in a defamation suit. And do you remember Hunter Tootoo? He had to leave cabinet to deal with, sadly, addiction issues. But what was strange was when he said that Justin Trudeau had hugged him after he revealed that he had an inappropriate relationship with a staff member. Harjit Sajid was found to have lied about his role in Afghanistan. But this happy bunch knows how to organize a party sorry, a cabinet retreat. The three affordability retreats held in Charlottetown, Vancouver, and Hamilton between 2022 and August 2023 cost 1,325,000. Hey, life is better with lobster and white wine, especially when you are discussing affordability. It's not surprising to see all those ethical lapses. After all, this is the leader of an organization who sets the tone. Justin Trudeau does not believe the rules of ethics apply to him. So how could he insist that his officials, his MPs, and his ministers be any better? In 02/2015, we learned that Justin Trudeau was billing charities for speaking engagements, even as an MP. This was a First Colleagues, a sitting politician who charges people to hear him speak. When he got caught, he said he was sorry and wrote a check. A few weeks later, he was caught again. He had charged the House of Commons for expenses that had also been reimbursed by the organizations to which he spoke. Again, we had the, I'm sorry, here's a check routine. This was a preview of things to come. Who can forget the thank you for your donation comment and incident where the PM's elitist and condescending attitude was on full display when he jeered at an indigenous protester before that? Before that, we had Elbowgate when Justin Trudeau pushed aside fellow MP Ruth Ellen Brasso Brasso because he was in a hurry to vote. His time was more precious than others, and pushing aside women who get in the way is something our fake feminist prime minister does without hesitation. That was in line with Justin Trudeau's behavior in the Kokanee grope incident where he groped a female journalist. Then he said, oh my, I would not have done this had I known that the woman was a national reporter. I guess in his mind, it's more acceptable to grope a person that is not a national reporter than one that is. Now we all remember, of course, that our prime minister decided that this was indeed a lesson, not just for him, but for all of us. We all know that some people experience things differently, he said. Now let's not forget the three, four, five, maybe more incidents where Justin Trudeau wore blackface because he thought it was funny to pretend that he was black. We don't know how many times he did that because he can't re

Speaker 0 notes that part of the RCMP’s examination concerned whether the prime minister violated section 139(2) of the Criminal Code by obstruction of justice. Speaker 1 confirms this. Speaker 0 cites paragraph 19 of the RCMP investigation report, stating that the strongest fury toward obstruction of justice was that the prime minister shuffled Jody Wilson-Raybould out of the position of attorney general so that a new attorney general would make a different decision regarding the prosecution of SNC-Lavalin. Speaker 1 confirms. Speaker 0 adds that the RCMP did not have access to all material evidence surrounding Wilson-Raybould being shuffled out as attorney general. Speaker 1 confirms. Speaker 0 emphasizes that the RCMP did not have access to all material evidence on the strongest theory about the prime minister’s potential criminality involving obstruction of justice, and explains this was due to the scope parameters of the order in council with respect to the waiver of cabinet confidentiality. Speaker 1 confirms. Speaker 0 clarifies, and then emphasizes, that the reason the RCMP could not obtain that evidence central to determining whether the prime minister broke the law was because of the scope parameters of the order in council. Speaker 1 confirms. Speaker 0 asks who had authority to expand the parameters, suggesting the prime minister could do so. Speaker 1 responds that he is not exactly sure of the process but believes the decision must be made within somewhere in the government. Speaker 0 asserts that the decision would have to be made by the prime minister, but the RCMP requested expansion to obtain that evidence. Speaker 1 says yes, they did request an expansion before proceeding with the assessment. Speaker 2 corrects that the request was not to follow the evidence but to glean additional information that could be evidence. Speaker 0 states the request to expand was turned down on 08/30/2019. Speaker 1 clarifies that the request for expansion was not allowed. Speaker 0 states it was refused by the prime minister’s personal department, the PCO. Speaker 1 recalls receiving a letter from the Department of Justice and notes it originated with the PCO, as referenced in the RCMP investigation report. Speaker 0 asks whether the refusal by the prime minister’s department significantly impeded the full investigation. Speaker 2 says it limited the RCMP’s capability to pursue a full investigation. He adds that there could be additional information but cannot speculate about its contents, describing a “Pandora box” metaphor. Speaker 0 states the record shows the prime minister’s department obstructed the RCMP investigation and asks if there is any other Canadian who could single-handedly block such an investigation. Speaker 2 declines to use the term “block,” reiterating that the RCMP operates within allowed parameters and acknowledges information outside access cannot be used. Speaker 0 asks whether the prime minister’s personal department provided an explanation for refusing to expand the order in council. Speaker 1 states that privilege exists for a reason and that they must operate within the established parameters. Speaker 0 suggests the situation appears to be part of a pattern of cover-up. Speaker 2 agrees to let others draw their own conclusions but reiterates that the RCMP made efforts to obtain more information, which was refused. Speaker 0 thanks Commissioner Cooper.

Speaker 0: Thank you, mister chair. Thank you to the witnesses. A part of the RCMP's examination to determine whether the prime minister violated section one thirty nine sub two of criminal code by committing obstruction of justice. Correct? That was part of the RCMP's examination. Speaker 1: That's correct, mister chair. And Speaker 0: paragraph 19 of the RCMP investigation report states that the strongest fury towards an offensive obstruction of justice was that the prime minister shuffled Jody Wilson Raybold out of the position of attorney general so that a new attorney general would make a different decision regarding the prosecution of SNC Lavalin. Correct? That's correct, mister chair. And it's fair to say that the RCMP did not have access to all material evidence surrounding miss Wilson Rabel being shuffled out as attorney general. Correct? Speaker 1: That's correct, mister chair. Speaker 0: And so, just to clarify then or emphasize, the RCMP did not have access to all material evidence on the strongest theory surrounding the prime minister's potential criminality involving obstruction of justice. Correct? Speaker 1: That's correct, mister chair. And Speaker 0: the reason the RCMP did not have access to that material evidence on what was central to determining whether the prime minister broke the law was because of the parameters of the scope of the order of counsel with respect to the waiver of cabinet confidentiality. Correct? Speaker 1: That's correct, mister chair. The parameters did not allow us to fully look into this one. However, I should just Speaker 0: Thank add thank you for that. You answered it. The parameters did not allow you to, get that evidence. Now there is one person who had the authority to expand the parameters of that order and council, and that is the prime minister himself. Correct? Speaker 1: I would have to say, mister chair, I'm not exactly sure of the exact process of where the prime minister would be involved in such a decision. However, I I do believe the decision has to be made within the Somewhere. Somewhere within the government. Speaker 0: I would submit the decision would have to be made by the prime minister, but the RCMP went and requested an expansion of the scope to obtain that evidence, to follow that evidence. Correct? Speaker 1: Before we proceeded with the assessment, yes. We did make a request for an expansion to the parameters. Speaker 2: I just have, mister Cooper, it's not to follow the evidence. It's to glean additional information. That could be evidence. Correct. Speaker 0: And that request was turned down on 08/30/2019. Speaker 1: I would have to say, mister chair, that the request for the expansion was was not allowed. Speaker 0: It was turned down, and it was turned down by the PCO, the prime minister's department. Correct? Speaker 1: We mister chair, we did receive a letter from the Department of Justice. I could not remember exactly specifically if this came from the Speaker 0: Well, it was from the PCO, and that's in the RCMP's investigation report. And, would it be fair to say that the refusal by the prime minister's personal department, the PCO, to expand the scope of the order in council significantly impeded the full investigation into the prime minister's potential obstruction of justice. Speaker 2: It limited our capability of pursuing a full investigation. Speaker 0: And it would have limited it in a fairly significant way. Because after all, we're talking about going to the heart of the matter of obstruction. Speaker 2: And again, I I don't know what additional not knowing what additional information is out there, it's hard for me to speculate that there's a Pandora box out there which is full of information, so it's hard for us without speculating. Speaker 0: Well, let the record show that the prime minister's department, the PCO, obstructed the RCMP investigation into the prime minister's potential obstruction of justice. Are you aware of any other Canadian who can single handedly block the RCMP from investigating his own criminality in such an effective way as the prime minister? Good question. Fantastic. Speaker 2: I wouldn't I wouldn't use the term, mister mister president. I wouldn't use the term block. The RCMP is when it runs an investigation, operates within the parameters and the regulations that we're allowed to. And we see international security investigation as well where there's some information that we don't have access to, we can't use into investigations. It's the it's the parameters it's the it's the parameters that we are Speaker 0: I think the answer to that question is there is no one who has such powers. And was any explanation provided by the prime minister's personal department why there was this refusal to expand the scope of the order in council? Speaker 1: Again, mister chair, as far as for a response on this one, of course, it was indicated, of course, the the importance, of course, of these privilege that do exist. They are there for a reason. And, again, as the commissioner mentioned Well we do have to operate within these parameters. Speaker 0: It would seem to me to be part of a pattern of cover up. Speaker 2: That's right. Speaker 0: That's what it would seem to me to be. How can the prime minister be subject to the rule of law like every other Canadian if his personal department can shield him from an RCMP criminal investigation? Speaker 2: Absolutely. So mister chair, I'll I'll I'll let individuals draw their own conclusion. What I what I come back to is we operate within a set of regulations and parameters that, unfortunately, we did we made the effort to go and get additional information, and it was refused. Speaker 0: Thank you, commissioner. Thank you. Justice, I Thank would you, mister Cooper.

The speaker presents a detailed, multi-faceted accusation about Mark Carney’s role in a long-running scheme tied to Canada’s net-zero push and the use of public pension funds to de-risk green-energy investment. Key points include: - Mark Carney is portrayed as a central figure who champions net zero and founded The UK’s G Fans in 2019, with capital access claimed to total over $130 trillion. The speaker asserts that net-zero efforts began to collapse when Republican attorneys subpoenaed banks in the U.S. over anti-competition rules, causing JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, and others to exit net zero. - The strategy described is “de-risking green energy investment,” which, according to the speaker, provides guarantees to attract private investment while shifting all liability and cost onto federal funds and taxpayers. The claim is that private investors come in because the project is guaranteed by public money, with no immediate private risk. - Bloomberg is cited as reporting in 2020 that Carney was the unofficial economic advisor to Trudeau; the speaker argues that because Carney’s role is unpaid and unofficial, it does not trigger the Conflict of Interest Act, allowing him to influence Trudeau’s policy with zero consequence. - The three alleged key figures are Christia Freeland (Finance Minister), Justin Trudeau, and Mark Carney. From 2020 to 2025, $190 billion is claimed to have been allotted to de-risk green-energy investment. When GFANS collapses, the $130 trillion figure is said to disappear, leaving pension funds as the only source for such capital. - The Canadian Growth Fund (CGF) is described as created for $15 (presumably a capitalization reference) to de-risk green-energy investment, with Brookfield Growth Transition Fund I/II and the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Fund and PSP Pension Funds named as limited partners. PSP board appointments are described as selected by the treasurer and finance minister, with final approval by the prime minister, and payments to board members alleged to be in the six- to seven-figure range and removable by the prime minister. - A subsidiary called CCFIM is said to manage the Canadian Growth Fund, with Brookfield’s transition fund reportedly totaling $20 billion in the final close of Transition Fund II, plus a separate UAE-linked Catalyst Transition Fund. - The principal “smoking gun” example given is Brookfield’s initial $300 million investment from the transition fund into Entropy Inc., resulting in Brookfield taking a majority stake. This investment allegedly qualifies as a pension fund investment under PSP due to a low-risk profile. The typical Brookfield fee structure is described as 1.5% management fee, with a 5–8% hurdle, a 20% catch-up, and an 80/20 split favoring pension funds after 100% capital return, potentially allowing Carney to receive a 20% carry after a long horizon (up to 10–15 years). - The speaker claims the Canadian Growth Fund used a 15-year de-risking contract guaranteeing $16 million per year and $200 million upfront, shifting all liability, debt, and control to taxpayers, with the completed project potentially owned by a foreign entity and profits accruing to the foreign owner. - A broader allegation is that the UAE commitments and Catalyst Transition Fund contracts are tied to the same de-risking framework, with maximum potential payments described as $750 million to $1.2 billion. - The conclusion presented is that pension and tax money are being leveraged to fund a system that yields net losses while enriching Carney and associated actors, creating a cycle described as a snake eating its tail. The speaker urges readers to look up information, share it, and contact Carney, PSP board members, Freeland, and others to make them aware of these alleged actions.

Speaker 0: Good evening, my fellow Canadians, and welcome to the final show, the coup de grace. What I have uncovered and will describe to you this evening may very well be the final blow to Mark Carney's political career. Once you realize what he has done and what he is doing, you will realize we are in a catastrophic death spiral, and he is making a ludicrous amount of money in the process. I'm gonna preface this and tell you a little bit about Mark Carney because it's important information. I will keep this as simple as possible so it is easy to understand, and I will use analogies to simplify it further on the end so you can grasp exactly what has been going on. So Mark Carney champion net zero. He started G Fans in The UK in 2019. The accumulated total of the capital access was over $130,000,000,000,000. His net zero actually started to collapse when Republican attorneys started to subpoena banks in The US over anti competition regulations. JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, and so forth all exited net zero. So he championed de risking green energy investment because there's no return on green energy. You'll be a decade to two decades before it's actually profitable, if ever. And this is very important because what you do is you take federal funds, taxpayer funds, you absorb all of the liability and cost to make sure that the investment succeeds, You offer this as a guarantee so the private investors will come and invest in that project. Bloomberg announced in 2020 that Carney was the unofficial economic advisor to Trudeau. Since he is unpaid and unofficial, it does not trigger the Conflict of Interest Act and he has complete influence over Trudeau's policy with zero consequence. So the three key figures are Christia Freeland, Justin Trudeau, and Mark Carney. Christia Freeland being the Finance Minister. From 2020 to 2025, $190,000,000,000 has been allotted to de risk green energy investment. Now the problem comes when GFANS is collapsing, that $130,000,000,000,000 disappears. There's only one place that you can access that kind of capital as cash on hand, and that is a country's pension fund. So through Trudeau, he created all the de risk policy through Freeland, who Trudeau appointed. And remember, Mark Carney is the godfather for child. The Canadian Growth Fund is created for $15 which is used to de risk green energy investment. Stick with me here because this is very important. The public service pension has very strict regulations for investing. It is only applicable to very low risk and typically an IRR compounding return. So you can't take pension money and de risk green energy investment, and you can't use it to invest in green energy because it's typically a net loss. However, Marx's first transition fund, Brookfield Growth Transition Fund I, later renamed II, as PSP Pension Funds and Ontario Teachers Pension Funds as Limited Partners LLPs in that transition fund. Oh, that's why that's in there. And I thought, how did he get pension funds into that transition fund? Trudeau, obviously. All the board members of the Public Service Pension and the Canadian Growth Fund are selected through a process of the treasurer and the finance minister. At the end of the day, the prime minister gets final approval. These individuals are paid between 6 and 7 figures, and the prime minister can remove them at any time without cause. Do you think you would listen to me if I can remove your 7 figure salary just like that? Yet these management systems are considered bipartisan. They are a political tool. The PSP also created a subsidiary called the CCFIM that manages that $15,000,000,000 Canadian growth fund. Try not to lose me here. So the final close on the Brookfield Transition Fund II, which Mark managed with Teske, is $20,000,000,000, and there is another transition fund with contracts with The UAE called the catalytic transition fund for billions of dollars as well. Because this is routed through subsidiaries, disclosure becomes obscured. Now we're gonna get to the smoking gun. This is just one example. Brookfield makes an initial investment of $300,000,000 from this transition fund into Entropy Inc. In Canada. That is now a majority stake. And because it's not an investment in profit return, it meets the threshold for the PSP, which is your pension money. So a typical management fee at Brookfield for the entire fund is between 1.52%. What generally happens is as a 100% of the capital is returned, I say returned, but you don't actually return the funds, there's then a five to 8% hurdle after that. There's a catch up phase where Brookfield will collect 20%. And then after that, there's an eighty twenty split to the pension fund, is the LLP, the limited partner. I should put that in the beginning. So the typical timeframe and thresholds for Mark Carney to collect on that extraordinary 20% could take up to ten to fifteen years. And now comes the magic. They used the Canadian Growth Fund to de risk the entire project on a contract for fifteen years on a guarantee for $16,000,000 a year and $200,000,000 up front. That means all liability, all debt, and all carrying right to the finish line is taken on by the Canadian taxpayer. So we would support the project right to the end, be at a net loss as the completed project belongs to a foreign entity who collects all of the profits and reaps all of the rewards. If you didn't think that was bad enough, here is the nuke. Which means that fifteen year valuation that is down the road occurs instantaneously, jumps the hurdle, and the 20% kicks in immediately. So not only are we at a net loss, the project will be foreign owned, and we have debt for the next fifteen years, and Kearney gets paid immediately. Do you have any idea what the 20% payout plus management fee, even after you pay the other managers and the dividends are separated, just for Mark Carney. If he is able to derisk the entire platform and he's doing it right in front of your eyes, we are derisking The UAE commitments and The UAE has the contract with the Catalyst transition fund that he also managed. Maximum dollar amount is between 750,000,000 to $1,200,000,000. If you didn't notice immediately after the budget was passed, all of these commitments start rolling in because they're all being risked. And the incredible part is this. He took your pension money because you can't take tax money. It's not there. There's no pile of cash. Put it in a fund to attract other investors. It is a perfect circle, a snake eating its tail. And at the end of it, there's a net loss. We don't own the product. We don't own the profits. We'll get a little bit of tax and maybe some jobs, and Mark Carney will be a billionaire. That's like me taking all the money in your bank account, holding on to it to invest, taking half your check when you get it, taking 5% to put back in this money I took from you, and then keeping the rest. I hope you understand as this continues, this is the ratio change that the parliamentary budget officer is talking about. The debt is not only escaping the GDP, it's a contractual obligation for up to twenty years in some cases, meaning you can't escape. We are going to reach a no escape velocity, and even if you get him out of office, the damage cannot be recovered from. I have my suspicions that Christia Freeland was fully aware that this was going on, potentially has her own investments offshore, and she got the hell out as fast as she could when that last budget dropped because Trudeau's budget was Carney's budget. Trudeau, Freeland, Mark Carney, Complicit, across the board, and if any member of that PSP fund signed an LPA, that's the limited partnership agreement, with simple interest instead of compound interest, which is the standard IRR, they're gonna have a big problem. Because I ran the numbers upside down and backwards to see how fast I could make my money if I were Mark Carney and I was influencing the policy, I would have put in simple interest annually versus compounding because your front load becomes even faster. So every time we de risk a project for ten to fifteen years, the firm like Brookfield front loads the entire contract for the full fifteen years because it's black and white and jumps straight to the finish line to get paid instantly. Think about that. Guys, I'm not talking about a little bit of money. The $6,000,000 in stocks that they talk about, they told you that on purpose. Because when the Brookfield representative was in the house being questioned recently, who was clearly trembling, mentioned the stocks, but he also said carried interest, which means your guy Mark Carney is going to be a billionaire. Do you understand why he came to Canada? Because he spent four years building this and trying to access our pension funds because it's cash on hand. He needed it. That's what he was after the entire time, and I said it, and he literally said it in a press conference the other day and mentioned the $2,000,000,000,000. If you think it might be a coincidence, I ran a statistical analysis on the probability of all of those policies landing and those investments occurring in that exact chronological order, and it would be the same as if you built a plane, I built a runway, and you accidentally landed on that runway and not even knew where it was. It is impossible. It was facilitated by Carney, Trudeau, and Christia Freeland, and Carney actually did it all because Trudeau is as dumb as a bag of bricks, which I've said. This is cascade payment, and I've left out about a thousand details that would just overcomplicate it all for you, but all you need to know is that it's a snake eating its tail. It's a completely false payback on our own pension funds with our tax money. Pension, tax money. This is what's happening. Go ahead and look it up. Send this to your friends. Send this to any economist that you know. Send it to Mark Carney. Send it to every PSP board member. Send it to Christian Freeland. I want everyone to know exactly what he's doing.
