What you eat is who you are. Listen! https://t.co/JKtzZ6CwaA

Video Transcript AI Summary
Cut out these 5 things from your diet today: sodas, even sugar-free ones contain phosphoric acid that harms your teeth and bones; sugar, a pro-inflammatory food that contributes to metabolic syndrome and diabetes; processed meats, linked to an increased risk of cancer; and palm oil, an unhealthy saturated oil that is difficult for your body to process. Instead, switch to iced teas and other beverages, reduce your sugar intake, opt for healthier fats, and avoid processed meats.

Speaker 0: You need to stop eating these 5 things immediately today. This is important. So stay tuned. Number 1, sodas. That's true. Sodas. Now many of you think, well, okay. I drink my sodas with no sugar. Doesn't make a difference. Even sugar free sodas contain phosphoric acid. And phosphoric acid is terrible for your teeth and for your bones. It leaches calcium out of your bones, increases the risk of osteoporosis. Ladies, this counts for you, And it's generally terrible for your health. Sodas are bad. Switch to iced teas and other things like that. Second thing, Sugar. Cut back on sugar. It's in everything we eat these days, but you've got to be mindful of it. Sugar is one of the most pro inflammatory foods out there. You cut down your sugar, you will significantly delay the onset of metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and many other health concerns, right? Number 3, processed meats. That is correct you guys. Those salamis, hot dogs, bacon, they've actually been risk linked to cancer. The risk of cancer, including colon cancer, skyrockets with more servings of processed meats per day, per week, per month. Cut them out. Not good for you guys. Really important. This is a key. Next one, palm oil. What's palm oil? Palm oil is one of the most unhealthy saturated oils that's out there. Your body has a very hard time processing it, Unlike unsaturated fats which can actually be healthy, saturated fats and oils are dead

The TRUTH about packaged ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿฅ•BABY CARROTS!๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿฅ• https://t.co/NTVt36e4Qz

Video Transcript AI Summary
In this video, Harmony debunks the myth of baby carrots. She explains that the packaged baby carrots we commonly see are actually processed carrots. Real baby carrots are small with skins on them. The processed carrots are made from large, long carrots that are scraped and treated with chlorine bleach, which can be unhealthy and cause them to become slimy quickly. Harmony emphasizes the importance of eating carrots with their skin on and encourages viewers to become her best friend by liking and following her.

Speaker 0: Harmony here, and I'm gonna talk about the myth of baby carrots. There's no such thing as a baby carrot that's in a package like that. If you want baby carrots, this is what baby carrots look like. They look small. They got Skins on them. These are processed carrots. Okay? When you process a carrot, you have to scrape off all of the outside, And they're really big, long carrots that they're growing now, so they can get lots of these. They have to process them in chlorine bleach, which means that it's not too good for you and they get slimy quick. And the reason is they don't have skin on them. So baby carrots, real baby carrots, have skin on them. Artificial, they're not really artificial, but but baby carrots, they come in a package like this. Guess what? They are not grown that way. This is how carrots grow and what they look like. O m g's. I love my carrots with a skin on them. You should too. And guess what? Become my best friend. Like and follow.

AR E YOU EATING MOLDS? ๐Ÿฆ  https://t.co/DMcwgAVEgM

Video Transcript AI Summary
Toxins, particularly mold, can contribute to weight gain. They can be found in various foods, including coffee, peanuts, and corn. The mold that used to grow on corn now grows in the soil due to glyphosate. Interestingly, corn contains a mold toxin bound to sugar, making it difficult to detect. Industrial cows are given a compound called Ziranol, which concentrates mold toxins, to help them gain weight on fewer calories. If humans consume meat treated with these estrogenic compounds, they too could potentially gain weight on fewer calories. Understanding where these toxins hide is crucial in avoiding them.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Toxins make you chubby. You need to avoid them. You gotta avoid them in your coffee or peanuts. The crazy thing is when I donate mold, I'm 7% body fat, and I used to weigh ยฃ300. This is what talks in studio. These molds are hiding in all kinds of grains. What other areas is this mold hiding in food? Here's one you would never think of, corn. The mold that grows on corn used to grow on the corn. Now it grows in the soil because of glyphosate. It's in the corn bound to a sugar, so it doesn't test as mold toxin. Big food only cares about making food cheaper. You wouldn't know this, but pharmaceutical companies concentrate mold toxins is into a compound called Ziranol that they give to industrial cows. Get this. They get fat on 30% less calories. They do this to save money on feed. What's gonna happen if you eat meat that was treated with highly estrogenic compounds from mold. Could you get fat on 30% less calories? Well, yes, you could. Estrogen makes you fat. Just knowing where it hides is the trick.

Gluten is Glue.. Must Watch๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ https://t.co/RoTb6fOGNX

Video Transcript AI Summary
Gluten is compared to glue because it acts as a binding agent. It can cause mucus build-up in various parts of the body, leading to sinusitis, arthritis, and bronchitis. The speaker suggests fasting for three days with only water to cleanse the body when mucus is present. They recommend starting with a fruit fast before gradually eliminating bread, meat, and root vegetables from the diet, as these foods can be difficult to digest.

Speaker 0: Gluten. Gluten is glue. You ever seen the flour you made the paper mache? Mhmm. You put a little bit of water with flour, that's glue, homemade glue. It's the exact same thing that bread is. It's glutenous, so it glues everything, and it turns to mucus. Mucus in the face. What do they call it? Sinocitis, mucus in your joints, arthritis, mucus in your lungs, bronchitis. I'm not a medical profession, but just water, clean it out. Your body is telling you, when you felt that mucus come up, it's like, uh-oh. Fast. You should be fasting 3 days water on it. Stop eating. What kind of fat? Like like like not even water or like Whatever you can do. Yeah. So I always suggest when people start guar tasting. Start on a fruit fast. Okay. And listen, bread and meat and and a lot of the root vegetables, they just don't move through you.

The real truth about salt https://t.co/5DZfRVwHO8

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker explains that table salt found in supermarkets is dangerous and suggests using Celtic salt or Himalayan salt instead, as they contain 82 minerals. They specifically highlight the presence of three types of magnesium in Celtic salt. The speaker then discusses how magnesium helps hydrate the body by allowing water to enter cells. They recommend placing a crystal of Celtic salt on the tongue, followed by drinking water, as a quick way to hydrate. They also mention that many people are dehydrated despite drinking water, as it doesn't reach the cells. The speaker suggests gradually consuming water throughout the day and keeping Celtic salt by the bed for optimal hydration.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: The table salt on the supermarket shelf is actually a dangerous salt. We need to be taking salt into our body the way it's found in nature, with all the other minerals. Celtic salt and Himalayan salt contain 82 minuteerals. So Celtic salt. And you can usually buy it at the Health Food Shop. 82 minuteerals. Where are the other 10? There in such pico proportion that's barely measurable that it's inevitable that some are lost in the, evaporation process. But hey, eighty two's pretty close to 92, isn't it? And that Celtic salt has 3 Magnesiums. It has magnesium bromide. It contains magnesium sulfate and magnesium chloride. Magnesium is a water hungry molecule and that's why that salt is usually quite moist. Now, let's go to the CBD and have a look at what happens here. This is the cell. Now, the cell has a bilayer membrane around it. And the way to get water into the cell is by taking magnesium. So when you take a crystal of Celtic salt on your tongue, already your mucous membranes are absorbing the minerals in, into the blood. The blood takes that magnesium to the cell. You drink your water and that magnesium pools the water inside the cell. It's a water hungry molecule. That's the quickest way to hydrate the human body is to Mumbodi, is to put that crystal of Celtic salt on your tongue, do a little chomp and then drink it down. Many people are sick because they're dehydrated, and yet some of them are drinking a lot of water. And the water's going straight through. The water is not getting inside the cell. That's why the best way to have your water and beside my bed I have a little bit of that Celtic salt. I wake up, I have the Celtic salt, I have half a glass of water, as I said, I get out of bed, I have Another glass of water. The best way for your body to utilize that water is to have little by little by little by little by little. And at the beginning of every one of your 8 glasses have that Celtic

In a test, hot lava was poured on the aerogel, and it was found that the aerogel protected the person from the heat. Even though the lava was still very hot, the person could touch and hold the aerogel without getting burned. This is because aerogel does not transfer heat quickly.

You can see here that it completely blocks out the heat from a bunsen burner, keeping this flour alive on top. So I wanted to test this out myself. 1st, I'm going to Pour hot lava on the aerogel, and then I'm gonna try to touch the aerogel while it's under the lava, and see if it protects me from the lava. Okay. The tile is under the lava. Did you dispatch it? Now the lava is not even red hot anymore, but it's still extremely hot. You can see how it just lights this match on fire, but you can see that I can still easily I touch the aerogel, and it doesn't burn me at all. I can also even grab the aerogel, stick it in a red hot furnace, and then dump it out and hold it in my hand. Even though it's extremely hot, it doesn't burn me because it doesn't transfer the heat fast enough.

Our diet has shifted from natural to highly processed, with added sugar, highly processed grains, and seed oils being new additions. Added sugar has increased significantly in the last century, particularly for children. Highly processed grains lack fiber and nutrients, turning into glucose bombs. Seed oils, like car grease, were introduced in 1909 as a cheap alternative to healthy fats. This change has led us to consume inflammatory fats instead of anti-inflammatory ones.

Speaker 0: Our food has gone from a natural to a predominantly highly processed diet, and we have added 3 ingredients that did not exist a 120 years ago into our diet. We have added added sugar. It's gone up a 100 x in a 100 years, particularly for kids. Added sugar wasn't really a thing a 120 years ago. That's gone up exponentially. It's the foundation of our food as we all knew. Highly processed grains. Highly processed grains were invented in the early 1900. These are new inventions. The processing, as we all know, takes out the fiber, takes out the nutrition. The fiber blunts the glucose impact. These are weaponized. These basically turn our glucose bombs. And then, of course, you know, seed oils. Seed oils were emitted in 19 09 as an industrial byproduct, you know, from Rockefeller and the oil, the industrial work they were doing. This is like car grease, basically. Yeah. And this is much cheaper than good fats, but we never ate. We used to be almost predominantly, right, anti inflammatory fats as you talk about a lot. Now we are eating inflammatory cheap processed fats.

Speaker 0: So the right way to wash your strawberries is not with vinegar, but with baking soda. Studies have shown that vinegar only removes up to 56% of pesticides. Baking soda on the other hand removes up to 96% of pesticides. This strawberry washing debate was revived by an image of a strawberry microscope featuring yucky looking dust mites and I have bad news. According to the Scientific American blog, Americans eat up to ยฃ2 of maggots, flies, and other bugs each year. So not just your strawberries apparently. We've got a bowl with 4 cups of water, a teaspoon of baking soda. Give it a stir. This method works with organic and non organic berries. You're gonna let this sit for 5 to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you're gonna rinse these under cool water. Look how gross that water is. Transfer to a paper towel. To make your berries last even longer, you can store them in a glass container with a paper towel lined at the bottom. Place those berries in there. And with this method, your berries can last up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

And I could be taken off the air and I could be put in prison for doing this because the Federal Trade Commission, the United States Federal Trade Commission said that I can only say things that are the truth. Oh, and who determines if what I say is true? We do, they said. I said, but a lot of this is opinion. No. No. No. We have fact checkers. Okay. So when I said that talcum powder causes cancer, all of your fact checkers said that that was a lie when I said that 12 years ago. Now we know it's true. Now it's actually been proven to be true. Guess what? It was proven to be true then. I I gave you the documentation and the substantiation. Just like the ingredients in sunscreen can cause skin cancer. Okay. They may be banging down the door right now to arrest me because I'm they're watching a show. Alright. So 10 foods you should never eat. If you stay away from these few foods, alright, never eat 10 foods you should reduce the amount you eat. Isn't that better? It's not all or nothing. At least reduce. Number 1, corn. Well, the American Corn Association is gonna sue me. I know. I can't hear you right right away. Corn. Stay away from corn. Why? Because almost all corn, specifically in America and Canada, but also around the world, almost all corn is now produced from Monsanto seed, which has been genetically modified and or is a hybrid corn, which means it's manmade, which means it's been processed. The corn was specifically developed by Monsanto to be fed to cows to make them put on fat very quickly and grow very fast. So if you're interested in keeping trim, if you think, you know, I I put on weight easily, corn is getting you fat because you're you're nothing but a a piece of cattle. And the more corn you eat, just like the more corn, a cow eats, the fatter you get and the faster you get fat. That's what the corn was specifically manufactured to do. It's not real high it's not real heirloom original as nature intended corn. Monsanto corn, which is almost all the corn you can find, is making you fat. It's putting massive amount of fat on you. It's making you get bigger. It's putting on massive amounts of weight. Plus, you are it causes allergic reactions to all types of varying degrees. So anything that has the word corn in it, corn syrup solids, High fructose corn syrup. Corn starch. Corn meal. Corn flour. It's not hard. You look at the ingredients. If it has the word corn in there, stay away from it. Unless you like being a fat pig. Then eat more. Cornflakes. Corn puffs. Okay. Number 2, artificial sweeteners. The two main ones are aspartame, which is called NutraSweet, and sucralose. Where are artificial sweeteners? Well, number 1, you find them in diet sodas. Why should you even avoid it? These fall into a category called excitotoxins. This is the best part. The number one reason people consume food with artificial sweeteners is because you've been lied to and manipulated and brainwashed. Here's what you think. I'm not gonna say you're stupid because you've just been fed bad information and you stupidly believe it. So so here's here's why people well, I want a diet Coke or a diet Pepsi. No calories. I'm trying to lose weight. Here's what studies have shown, and I've been talking about this for 25 years. Kevin was right, Fido. You take 2 people. 1 person drinks regular Coca Cola with sugar in it as the sweetener, not not the high fructose corn syrup. A Coca Cola with sugar, which comes from the sugarcane. Another person drinks Coca Cola with no sugar, no high fructose, but an artificial sweetener like aspartame. This person who's drinking the diet is consuming a lot less calories a day. This person is drinking more calories. Guess what happens after 30 days? The person drinking the diet soda gains weight. So the first thing the the first reason you wanna avoid artificial sweeteners is it makes you gain weight. And the reason you're consuming is you think it's no calories and you think it's good for weight loss. It isn't. It does the exact opposite. Number 2, it's chemically addictive. It's there was a this actually was on the front page, I think, of Time Magazine. It was on the cover. The it was called the new crack because researchers have determined that artificial sweeteners are so ridiculously incredibly addictive. They couldn't believe how addictive it was because it affects the neurotransmitter activity and the serotonin levels in your brain. What does this mean? This means artificial sweeteners like sucralose and aspartame make you anxious, stressed, and depressed. So why would you wanna consume it? Clearly, artificial sweeteners are in diet sodas, but they're in diet anything. And if you see the words no sugar, time out. It's a marketing ploy. They want to convince you that it has less calories, and it has some type of artificial sweetener. The two main ones. Now there's another one called saccharin, which isn't around very often. And quite frankly, that isn't as bad, but it's still bad. But aspartame and sucralose stay away. Where else do you find them? Here's the best part. I mean, this is the scary thing, and this is why I started the world's best nutritionals and organics company, because every company out there selling nutritional products, food supplements, food bars, nutritional bars, protein shakes, nutritional shakes. You see all these people, you know, they're all healthy, and they're drinking this green powder in a glass jar, and they're going, oh, it's so good. Oh, it's so healthy. It's got vitamins and minerals, and it's got all this stuff. Yeah. And it's got sucralose in it, an artificial sweetener, which is making you depressed and fat and causing cancer. And these people know it, but they don't care. They just wanna sell you the product, and they know that if you drink this, it's gonna be tasting like you're eating grass. Here, would you like some grass? Come on over my house. I'm gonna give you some some juice from my grass. I I mowed the lawn and I turned it into juice, but it's got chlorophyll in it. It's very good for you. It's very alkalizing here. I know it smells like grass because it is grass, and it tastes like grass because it's grass, but it's good for you. Who's gonna drink it? So I gotta put something in there so that you don't throw up. So I put sucralose because I don't wanna put sugar or high fructose corn syrup because then the calories go up. And from a marketing standpoint, they know that people look at the nutrition part of the label for the calories. So they put in stupid things like sucralose and aspartame. You look at your food bar. You look at your protein bar. You look at your protein shake. Any type to look for the sucralose, high fructose corn syrup, or aspartame. It's everywhere. Stay away. Number 3. Alright. So number 3 is something that you all eat. People eat it all over the world. It's pork. And it's funny because I was having breakfast with Danielle a couple weeks ago. We're at this breakfast place, and there's these 2 guys over here. They were having a

Speaker 0: If you simply eliminate seed oils, processed sugars, and processed milled grains and flours, you're essentially not eating any processed foods, and your health will improve. End of story. People realize how hard it is to do that because that's in everything. They took 2 groups of people. You'll love this one. And they put them in a metabolic ward. They control everything these people eat. One group gets entirely unprocessed food, like like beef and vegetables and fruit, no processing. The other group gets processed food, cookies, cakes, whatever. They give both groups of people the same amount of calories on the tray, and they try to match the presented food for fiber, salt, sugar, caloric density. So the presented food to these people is almost exactly the same. This is an ad lib study, which is the perfect recreation of what happens in the natural world. People could say, I'm still hungry. I want more, or I'm good. The people who had the unprocessed food ate about 500 calories less per day and lost ยฃ2 over 2 weeks. The people who had the processed food ate 500 more calories per day and gained ยฃ2 over 2 weeks. So why are these people hungrier? We know that processed food is not as satiating as regular food. It makes you hungry. Because it's been engineered to do so. It's been engineered to do so.

The secret to weight loss? https://t.co/4tOuwSiKBz

Video Transcript AI Summary
Billions are spent on ineffective weight loss products annually. Livestock farmers know the secret to weight loss: providing essential minerals to animals. When minerals are removed, animals overeat due to deficiencies, leading to weight gain. This triggers a switch in the body to store fat as a survival mechanism. Obesity is linked to mineral deficiencies, not excess calories. By supplementing with essential minerals, cravings decrease, leading to natural weight loss. Exercise exacerbates mineral loss, making weight loss challenging. Proper mineral supplementation and exercise can lead to rapid weight loss without effort. It's time to address the root cause of obesity and prioritize mineral intake for weight management.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: In this country, 1,000,000,000 and 1,000,000,000 of dollars even around the world is spent on weight loss stuff every year, which is ineffective. Every year, there's a new company, a new product, a new approach. I mean, look at Oprah, look at Kirsty Allen. They lose weight, they gain weight, they lose weight, they gain weight. There's something that's fundamentally wrong here. The great irony of this situation is livestock farmers, livestock producers in this country have known the secret to weight loss for 70 years. And let me line it up for you because it's so simple that your heads are gonna spin off of your shoulders and you're gonna fall out of your chair. So here it is. If I'm a cattle owner and I have a 500 head of cattle and it's time to sell them at market, I need to fatten them up. How am I gonna do that? Well, it's quite simple. During their life, I've given them a nutritional pellet that I add to their hay into their feed. And that nutritional pellet contains all of the essential nutrients that that nutritional pellet contains all of the essential nutrients that that animal's body needs in order to grow and be strong and be healthy, and to provide offspring that don't have birth defects and offspring that are healthy, and reduce the veterinarian bills to almost nothing in order to increase and maximize my profit. It's really quite simple. So, a livestock farmer gives the the cow a nutritional pellet its entire life to keep it nice and healthy. And then 1 month or so before it's time to sell the cow to market, they remove the nutritional pellet from the feed. Now what happens? When you remove the nutritional to pellet from the feed, the cow becomes minerally deficient deficient. Yeah. Because there aren't enough minerals in the hay. There aren't any minerals in the hay. They were in the nutritional pellet. Now you remove remove those. So now the cow develops a mineral deficiency. When a cow develops or any animal develops a mineral deficiency, they, exhibit a curious behavior that's called pica or cribbing. That's when they start to eat everything in sight. You've seen dogs eat grass. You've seen dogs or cats eat dirt. Horses will chew on this the wood of their stall. Interesting. Cows will do the same thing. They'll eat anything in sight because their body knows that they need something, cow will only eat so much hay. You could have a mountain of hay in front of a normal, healthy, neutrified cow, and they would only eat so much. They'd get full, and they would stop. Alright? But when you withdraw the minerals from the cow's diet, they develop craving that's insatiable. They know they need something, but their mind doesn't know what it is. So they consume more calories, more calories, more calories in the futile attempt to gain whatever it is that they're missing. Right? So a cow starts to eat 50%, 60%, 70% more hay than it normally does and puts on fat like nobody's business. Now an interesting thing happens. When this situation persists for a number of days, and I forget the actual number of days. I think it might be 10 or 11. A switch in the central nervous system gets flipped. And the cow or the human or the animal, it doesn't matter what species this is, folks, by the way. Okay. They know where you're going. And this is what we're getting at. Right? A switch in the central nervous system gets flipped, and the animal thinks that it's living in a time of famine because it's been consistently under neutrified. There's been no minerals in the tank, no minerals in the tank, no minerals in the tank. What the heck is going on? Right? Yeah. So the cow or the the the the animal's body then starts to turn everything that they eat into fat because they believe that to guard against the future, and that's exactly what happens with humans. Obesity is a deficiency disease. It is not a disease of excess. You do not eat more calories than you need to because you weren't loved by your father or your parents got divorced or, you grew up in a poor neighborhood or you just got fired from your job. Certainly, all of those things can be factors, but we are driven to consume more calories than the body needs because we are suffering from an undiagnosed mineral deficiency, period. We're developing pica or cribbing. Our body is craving food in the vain attempt, the futile attempt to fulfill the mineral need, which will never happen from eating food. Because if the soil doesn't have the minerals in it that we need, the tomato doesn't have the minerals that we need, and we eat the tomato when we develop a deficiency disease, period. So this is an easy fix. This is very and and then, right, after this has happened for a long enough period of time, everything that you eat, your body turns into fat. I mean, you can just look at, you know, a piece of chicken and get fat. Right? And this is why it's very hard for people to lose weight even if they're exercising. Exercising. Mhmm. Right? They'll exercise, which makes them sweat more, which makes them lose more minerals. And so after exercise, they're hungrier than they were before exercise. More depleted. That's right. Because they're more depleted. So around and around we go, and, you know, we force ourselves to eat a calorie restricted diet or whatever, and then 3 months later, it comes right back because the mineral deficiency that causes the whole thing has never been satisfied. But it's an easy fix. When you take the proper vitamin supplementation that gives the body all 60 minerals that it needs, and there are 60 of them. There are 60 essential minerals that the human body needs to intake every day. When you give the body those 60 minerals, guess what happens? Within about 3 days, your cravings disappear, you start to eat half as much as you did before. You're satisfied. And then when you've done that for about 6 or 7 days, the switch in your central nervous system gets flipped the other way and you start burning fat. Now if in a situation like this, once you're you remineralize the body and your stores are back to normal and you exercise, that's a deal breaker, and that's the game changer. That's the the the cat's meow. That's the icing on the cake, and that changes everything. And that's when people experience unbelievably rapid weight loss. Their body comes back to a normal healthy weight, and they're not even trying. You don't have to portion control your food anymore because you're just not hungry. You know when to stop eating. And then if if you take Risto's advice and my advice about what types of foods to eat, even better. And ironically, you know, it's crazy when you think of it, but the livestock farmers know more about weight loss and weight control than any doctor in the United States, and that's a tragedy of biblical proportions because, obesity is rapidly rocketing to the number one disease problem in the United States, and it's a big problem. You see 10 year old kids, you see 8 year old kids, and they weigh a ยฃ100, and your heart wants to break. And it's not because their parents don't know any better, because their parents doctors aren't telling them this. Their parents doctors aren't telling this because their parent doctors aren't training clinical nutrition period. They don't know. We know. Now you know. Now it's time to do something about it. Remineralize, flip that switch, burn fat without even trying.

Japan are now making Poo Meat https://t.co/bKZZAUEKTO

Video Transcript AI Summary
Japanese scientists have developed a method to create edible steaks from human feces. Mitsuyuki Ikeda and his team at the Okayama Laboratory, in collaboration with Tokyo Sewage, found that sewage mud contains high protein levels due to bacteria. They isolated these proteins and combined them with a reaction enhancer, resulting in synthetic steak. The meat consists of 63% protein, 25% carbohydrates, 3% lipids, and 9% minerals, with added food coloring for a red appearance and improved flavor using soy protein. While some may argue about the science behind it, the choice of what to consume remains personal.

Speaker 0: Just when you think you've heard it all, you hear that they're making your meat out of feces now. Speaker 1: They just made meat from your number 2. Japanese scientists have developed a method to create edible steaks from human feces. Unbelievable? Well, it's happening. Mitsuyuki Ikeda, a researcher at the Okayama Laboratory, collaborated with Tokyo Sewage to address sewage mud excess. They discovered the content in the mud contains high protein due to bacteria. So the team isolated and combined these proteins with a reaction enhancer. Result, synthetic steak. The meat comprises of 63% protein, 25% carbs, 3% lipids, and 9% minerals, And it's visually enhanced with food coloring for a red hue and improved flavor using soy protein. Speaker 0: Ask me if you're even surprised. When they came out with the lab meat, they tell you it's protein. Protein is protein. People come up to my comment section all the time, tell me I don't know science, that chemicals are chemicals, and protein is protein. If that's the case, enjoy it. I'm not gonna eat it. You choose what goes in your body. You choose to be a scientist or not. The choice is simply up to you.

Starbucks being sued for selling fake foods https://t.co/AzcQWBlD3k

Video Transcript AI Summary
Starbucks is facing a class action lawsuit over its fruit refresher drinks, which allegedly lack real fruit and are instead made from artificial flavors and colors. The lawsuit claims these drinks mislead consumers about their ingredients. Starbucks attempted to have the case dismissed, but the judge allowed it to proceed, indicating that the legal process will continue. This situation highlights the importance of being cautious with heavily processed foods, which often prioritize convenience over health. Choosing whole foods instead of processed options can contribute to better health and longevity.

Speaker 0: Starbucks is being sued for selling you fake food. Here's what's going on. The fruit refresher drinks are now under scrutiny through a class action lawsuit that claims that there's a very important ingredient missing, fruit. Instead, these drinks are just made up of chemical soup of flavors and colors to give you the fake sensation of what the names claim they are. So what was Starbucks' reaction to the lawsuit? They tried to have it dismissed. But the judge presiding over the case rejected their dismissal and said that this case is going through, and justice will be served. Let this lawsuit be a reminder to you that heavily processed and commercial foods are not designed with your health as a priority. Stick to whole foods, remove processed garbage, and you will probably be adding years to your life.

Trying Korean Acorn Jelly - Dotorimuk Muchim DELICIOUS https://t.co/ORFKrDqMIV

Video Transcript AI Summary
Hey guys, I'm excited to share a special gift I received during my travels: Korean acorn pudding! This historical dish originated in the Korean mountains as a way to use plentiful acorns. It's made from acorn flour, and I've never tried anything like it. It came with a sauce that smells like kimchi and soy sauce, which you're supposed to pour on top. Taking a bite, it's not very flavorful, mostly like a jelly texture. It's not bitter like a plain acorn would be. The pudding seems to be more for calories than flavor, as the sauce provides most of the taste. Overall, it's pretty good, and I'd definitely try it again. I need to report back on how it is, and I think the person who gave it to me will be happy!

Speaker 0: Hey, guys. Pasty here. So I am in a communal changing room right now, and I have a very special video for you, and I think you're gonna really love it. So just been doing some traveling, and I think you're just gonna love this video, and it I got this as a very special gift. So this is it. It doesn't look like anything special, but it's actually something very interesting. This is a Korean dish, and it's Korean acorn pudding. This is a very historical dish because in the mountains of Korea they invented this dish when there were plentiful acorns to eat. And so this is made out of acorn flour and I've never tried anything like this so I'm super excited. So the gift did come with this little sauce and the sauce is supposed to go like on top of it. It smells delicious! It smells like smells kind of like a little bit of kimchi and a little bit of soy sauce. I'm very excited to try. Now you're supposed to eat the acorn pudding with this sauce. So pour a little bit of sauce on it. I'm not really sure how to eat it, but, one little bite. It's actually not that flavorful. Kinda tastes tastes like very jelly ish. I don't doesn't taste super nutty. Doesn't taste very bitter. Like, you know, if you eat an acorn, like a plain acorn, it will be very bitter. But this doesn't actually taste that bitter, so I don't know what to say. Yeah. It mostly just tastes like like kind of gelatin like, and, yeah, it's pretty interesting. I can really understand why this dish comes with this sauce because the sauce provides most of the flavor for the dish. It seems like this dish is basically mostly for calories and not that much for flavor, and the flavor difference is in the sauce. Okay. So I have to report back to the guy who gave this to me, how the pudding is, and, yeah. It was pretty good. So I'll definitely try it again in the future.

How The Food Pyramid Was Invented https://t.co/OmllVYh3Np

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speakers are creating a food pyramid to communicate essential dietary information. Bread, cereal (11 bowls a day), and corn syrup (all of it) are deemed essential for the base. Other foods like pasta and Captain Crunch's Crunch Berries are also suggested. For legal purposes, real foods like dairy, meat, fruits (all berries), broccoli, and celery are randomly added. Candy, sugars, and fats are placed at the tip to be eaten sparingly, because "fats make you fat." The group toasts to America's health with seed oils. One speaker refuses to endorse the pyramid as based on science, but then states, "This food pyramid is based on science." A Good Ranchers ad follows, promoting American beef, pork, chicken, and wild-caught seafood, claiming "good protein is the real foundation of happiness." Finally, it is announced that cereal is now part of a complete breakfast.

Speaker 0: Well, guys, I'm not gonna lie to you. Situation is bad. Bad to the bone. Not bad to the bone. That's good bad. I'm talking bad bad. Everybody's getting ill. Speaker 1: Aw, sick. Speaker 0: Not sick ill. I'm talking about bad ill. What I'm trying to say is that we need to pump up the jam. America is less healthy than ever before. That's just real sad. Hope we can find out why. Well, that's why I've gathered you all here today. We have a plan to communicate essential dietary information in a simple, easy to understand format. Speaker 2: Well, is it a maze on the back of a cereal box? Because I feel very strongly that it should be a maze on the back of a cereal box. Speaker 0: I'm sorry, captain. But no. Riddle me this. What is the indisputable most memorable shape of all the shapes? Easy trapezoid. I love trapezoid. Rhombus. Plus it's fun to say rhombus rhombus rhombus. Pooped it. No. No. And captain, that's not a shape. The correct answer that we were looking for was Speaker 1: pyramid. Speaker 0: We are going to release a food pyramid. And that's where you guys come in. We need to come up with all the right foods to put in the right spot. So let's get started. What are the most essential food items that go in the base, the foundation, the very the very backbone of our diet? Speaker 1: Well, diets are very complex and do vary from person to person, of course. But I think we can all agree that some good protein and non processed foods is really the foundation of Excuse me? Speaker 0: Bread is the foundation of of it's the foundation of life. Speaker 1: Sure. Bread can be fine in certain quantities depending on how it's processed, but Speaker 0: Shut up, nerd. How much bread do you think is enough? Something reasonable, Like an entire loaf. Speaker 1: An entire loaf? An entire loaf. Speaker 2: Mateys, mateys, let's not forget cereal. Okay? It's part of a complete breakfast. It's chock full of vitamins a, b, c, and r. You're not even Speaker 1: a pirate. You're clearly themed as a naval officer. Let's just cut to the chase. How much cereal are we Speaker 2: talking about here? Well, nothing over the top. Something reasonable. So like 11 bowls a day. 11 bowls a day? Speaker 0: 11 bowls a day. Captain, it's an honor to serve under your command. It's not even a real captain. Don't disrespect the uniform. Speaker 1: Corn. Corn, while starchy, can be okay in limited quantities. Shut up, Point Dexter. Speaker 0: Let him finish. Thank you. I was gonna say corn syrup. Alright. How much corn syrup? All of it. All of the corn syrup. All the corn syrup? I love Speaker 1: it. That's what I thought. Speaker 0: This is brilliant. Alright. Let's keep spitballing. What do you got? Six cups of pasta. Speaker 2: Captain Crunch's crunch berries. Speaker 0: Crunch itize me, captain. Rise. One person. Speaker 2: Captain Crunch's peanut butter crunch. Zory. Yeah. Captain Crunch's living in the ocean. Red, white, blue crunch. Speaker 0: This is brilliant. But our lawyers have informed me that for legal purposes, we do need to actually include some real foods on the pyramid. So for the interest of time, why don't we just take them and throw them up there completely random? Speaker 2: Dairy. Meat. Fruits. Oops. All berries. Broccoli. Celery. Speaker 1: No. You guys, it's gonna be Speaker 2: Veggies. Speaker 0: Finally, for the tip of the pyramid, everything you should eat sparingly. Candy, sugars, and fats. Speaker 1: Woah. Woah. Hold on. All fats are bad? Speaker 0: Look, fat. Fats make you fat. It's right in the name fat. Now, who wants to toast our creation? I have this fine vintage bottle of seed oils I have been saving for just such an occasion. Don't mind if I away. Speaker 2: Delicious. To America's health. Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I can't endorse this. There's nothing that you can say that can get me to sign off on this farce. I will not, under any circumstances, say that this food pyramid is based on science. This food pyramid is based on science. No one paid me to say this. I will not be taking questions. Well, that video sure was satire, but this offer isn't. You know, the food pyramid was never just a pyramid. It was actually just a box of meat. Good Ranchers partners exclusively with local farms and ranches to deliver 100% American beef, pork, chicken, and wild caught seafood right to your door. Because let's face it, good protein is the real foundation of happiness. Get $40 off at go.goodranchers.com/bforty. Speaker 3: Yeah. Did you follow your nose and complete your mission? Gentlemen, I'm pleased to inform you that we've won. Cereal is now part of a complete breakfast. Speaker 3: Hey, that's great. Speaker 0: When a fly lands on your food, most people think it just starts eating it. But flies actually can't chew like humans. So instead, they sort of puke up a special type of saliva right onto your meal. This saliva contains digestive enzymes that break down your food into a slurpable liquid. The fly then uses its proboscis to suck it up like a smoothie, which is how they consume your food.

Eating organic mold? The rabbit hole https://t.co/GDLedi6dhO

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker presents a series of claims about mold, heavy metals, and vaccines, framing them as interconnected health dangers and detox strategies. They begin by describing eating a moldy organic beet and claim that mold was used to make someone allergic to it because โ€œthe mold pulls out the heavy metals.โ€ They state, โ€œMold and parasites eat heavy metals,โ€ and claim that โ€œworms growing in your body to eat the metalsโ€ and โ€œmold growing in your body to eat the metalsโ€ can be found, with healing occurring once heavy metals are eliminated. The speaker asserts that vaccinations contain heavy metals. They then say, โ€œwhatโ€™s also interesting on the mold situation is itโ€™s connected to a spore,โ€ and claim that โ€œif you go to the Cancer Institute, they talk about how spores heal cancer, but I guess they donโ€™t wanna tell people that.โ€ The discussion deepens with the claim that most vaccines also contain yeast, โ€œa form of mold,โ€ which is being injected into the body to make people allergic to it so they canโ€™t eat it to detox the metals. When addressing cautions about food, someone asks about citric acid, described as โ€œthe one to avoid.โ€ The speaker asserts it is โ€œa Monsanto product grown on soy and canola and aluminum,โ€ implying heavy metals enter the body through this product. The speaker then offers detox alternatives for heavy metals, listing: dragonโ€™s blood, organic papaya seeds, fasting, baking soda, borax, spirits of turpentine, cilantro, wormwood, and black walnut. They conclude with a brief historical note: โ€œ1986, they put a rule in place to protect the vaccines,โ€ suggesting it was due to lawsuits that could bankrupt vaccine makers, and sign off with โ€œHave a great day.โ€ In summary, the transcript presents a chain of claims that mold and parasites target heavy metals in the body, vaccines contain heavy metals and possibly yeast, spores are linked to healing cancer, citric acid from Monsanto products is a heavy-metal source, and a set of natural and chemical detox methods is proposed. It also asserts a regulatory measure in 1986 intended to shield vaccine manufacturers from lawsuits.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: So today, we're eating a moldy organic beet because we talked about this yesterday. You were injected with mold to make you allergic to it because the mold pulls out the heavy metals. Think I'm gonna live. Then we find this one. Mold and parasites eat heavy metals. Look at this. You got worms growing in your body to eat the metals, and you have mold growing in your body to eat the metals. Once you eliminate the metals, the body begin to heal. Vaccinations contain heavy metals. What's also interesting on the mold situation is it's connected to a spore, which if you go to the Cancer Institute, they talk about how spores heal cancer, but I guess they don't wanna tell people that. And it gets deeper when you find out that most of the vaccines also contain yeast, a form of mold, which is being injected into the body to make people allergic to it so they can't eat it to detox the metals. Then someone says, what about citric acid? This is the one to avoid. It's a Monsanto product grown on soy and canola and aluminum. Heavy metals going into the body. See what they're doing? So someone might say, don't know if I wanna eat organic moldy berries or anything like that. What can I do instead? Here's some additional heavy metal ways to detox, dragon's blood, organic papaya seeds, fasting, baking soda, borax, spirits of turpentine, cilantro, wormwood, and black walnut. And let's just leave it at this. You know, 1986, they put a rule in place to protect the vaccines? This is why. Because lawsuits, when people find out the truth, could bankrupt them. Have a great day.
