Now this is an unbelievable and quite complicated story involving universities, the government, something called EIP, election integrity partnership, The New York Times, and videos that we've produced, Facebook, USA Today, it's a complex, Penrose stares of propaganda, A self fulfilling prophecy, but it's very important that you follow along because this It's the playbook that they're going to use in the 2024 election. On September 29, 2020, the Election Integrity Partnership, A joint undertaking of Stanford University and the University of Washington published a blog post regarding a video report by Project Veritas that alleged unlawful voting This is where taking place among the Somali American community in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This video I've talked about hundreds of times, that's the video where the guy had all the ballots on his lab. There was also a video of money exchanging hands. On September 29th, the EIP blog post described that video report as making quote false Fiable claims that were debunked without factual support, misleading, and disinformation. Remember those quotes Because there was a series of lawsuits that were filed against the New York Times and EIP that I filed when I was Veritas and we'll get to that Later, the EIP was created on July 27, 2020, just 2 months earlier, and describes itself as a quote, coalition of research entities focused on supporting real time information exchange between the research community, elected officials, government agencies, civil society organizations, and social media platforms. The EIP's purported purpose is detecting and thwarting election related misinformation and disinformation. Four entities that comprise EIP are the Stanford Internet Observatory, the University of Washington Center For Informed Public, Graphica, and the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab. Now when the New York Times writer, Maggie Astor, published her 1st defamatory hit piece on September 29th, she relied heavily on this blog post from EIP I just told you about. The metadata of which demonstrates that Maggie Astor must have received that in advance. That means that EIP coordinated with The New York Times and helped her basically write her front page article. The article was used by independent fact Checkers in USA Today and Facebook to say the video is false. Facebook, which worked with USA Today, subsequently banned the video. So let's go to that New York Times article first paragraph, quote, deceptive video was probably part of a coordinated disinformation campaign according to researchers at Stanford University. According to experts, these experts were relied upon by The New York Times to make their playing. Now Maggie Astor was referring to this blog post written on September 29th, hashtag ballot harvesting amplification. Then last week, now November 2020 3 Jordan Broke in his report that EIP stakeholders included the federal government would submit misinformation reports. EIP would analyze the report and find similar content across platforms. EIP would submit the report to big tech often with a recommendation on how to Censor. Now we've learned that EIP was working with the Department of Homeland Security, a division called CISA, C I S A, which basically means that EIP is an arm of the federal government. The report lists us as one of the accounts being targeted my name specifically. And by the way, who is affected by all this? You. You lose out on valuable Truthful information because social media platforms gave in to this unelected, unaccountable secret group and removed critical information from the web. When you went to the Polls are when in for a 3rd booster shot. You didn't have all the information you needed to make an informed decision, and the federal government was responsible for all of that. A lot of other important voices were also censored. Seth Dillon, even the Babylon Bee, a satirical website, was targeted. Even this straight Forward tweet by a lawyer named Harmit Dhillon was censored by Twitter at the request of the Election Integrity Project. So whose idea was this? Well, Well, it was the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency or SAISA teamed up with Stanford and other universities during the height of the pandemic to monitor online speech and flag any post they deemed as mis or disinformation. The social media platforms then deleted that content or worse Banned the user. Now in terms of Sisa, one of the emails Jordan found was from Alex Stamos to Stanford University. Hey, Kate. He left the company because he disagreed with how Facebook handled Russian disinformation. Again, Facebook being the company that banned this video that we did after the New York Times piece in conjunction with Stamos. Self fulfilling prophecy or what I call a Penrose Stairs of propaganda. Alex Stamos teamed up with the SAISA director a few years ago. So let's go back to this New York Times article, and I know this is in the weeds, but this is important. This is exactly what they're going to do this coming year. Astor's omission of half of the entities involved in EIP is significant. Graphica was one of the entities involved. They're a data analysis business funded by Angel Investor Capital. It advertises its quote patented technologies and groundbreaking analytical capabilities in service of disinformation and analysis as well as digital marketing. Graphic advertises its ties to big tech. Its website notes that it provides services for Fortune 5 100 companies who rely on Graphika for purposes that include, quote, disinformation detection, leading Silicon Valley platforms to use our platform to Discover and investigate disinformation campaigns. In fact, Graphica's website provides a case study of its disinformation detection work for Facebook. Accordingly, Graphica's continued profits depend on the continued public concern about the existence of online disinformation across social media platforms. Also, Graphica advertises its EIP affiliation on its website. That includes hosting a link to EIP's report titled, the long Unfused misinformation and the 2020 elections. As with the earlier blog post, New York Times writer, Astor, used After defamatory article, the EIP report alleges that the project Veritas ballot harvesting reporting was mis or disinformation. This report Sites the defamatory New York Times article. The video's ballot harvesting claim was not well supported. As Maggie Astor of the New York Times Scribed several days later, the video claimed through unidentified sources and with no verifiable evidence that representative Ilhan Omar's campaign had collected ballots illegally. The Biden connected Ukrainian energy company, Brisma, is also a major contributor To the Atlantic Council, there are substantial Facebook ties to at least 3 of the 4 components of EIP based upon our knowledge today. Facebook is one of the Atlantic Council's biggest donors. Facebook is a major customer of Graphica. And former Facebook chief security officer Alex Stamos is not Only one of the authors of the EIP blog post, there's his name that he writes this long blog post about me and our video. He advertises his role as the founder of Stanford Internet Observatory on the website of his cybersecurity business, Krebs Stamos Group, KSG. Like Graphica, Stamos also has a profit making interest in magnifying concerns about alleged disinformation. So going back to 2020, we sued the New York Times for defamation for the article calling the Minnesota video deceptive and disinformation. The New York Times defense was that their statements in the article, quote, were unverifiable expressions of opinion and not actionable and cannot be defamatory. Now this was despite the fact that Maggie Astor was writing for the front page of The New York Times, and The New York Times admitted in their answer to our lawsuit that Astor is not an opinion writer and is indeed a political reporter. That was actually a New York Times admission responding to our lawsuit. So we won our motion to dismiss the judge in Westchester, New York saying quote Speaker 1: Defendants argue that their statements Describing Veritas' video as deceptive, false, and without evidence were mere opinion incapable of being judged true or false. However, If a writer interjects an opinion in a news article and will seek to claim legal protections as opinion, it stands to reason that the writers should have an obligation to alert the reader that it is opinion. The articles that are the subject of this action called the video quote, Deceptive, but the dictionary definitions of quote disinformation and deceptive provided by defendant's counsel certainly apply to Pastors and Shoe's failure to note that they injected their opinions in news articles as they now claim. Speaker 0: The judge noting the complete irony of an article about disinformation that fails to mention in the article that what they're saying is an opinion, which is then used as evidence to go ban a video because it's not factual. Complete contradiction. Now the EIP blog post that I talked about earlier describing the video report as false survival claims that were debunked about factual support, misleading disinformation, all those buzzwords in that article. So we decided to sue Election Integrity Project because we can't Sue the article at The New York Times without also suing the basis by which the article was based upon. The New York Times Scaping accountability by saying, well, this is just what the experts say. So we sued the expert in Washington State, Stanford, University of Washington, they moved to dismiss the lawsuit, arguing that the statements about myself and Veritas are not actionable because they are, quote, not Factual statements not capable of being proven true or false and because the academic researchers' statements, quote, lack Precision. This is how these institutions are able to escape accountability under the libel laws. May of 2022, Federal judge in the Western District of Washington State granted Stanford University of Washington's motions to dismiss on all of those reasons. The judge concluded that readers of Stanford and the University of Washington's analysis would have expected to encounter the analysis reflected the author's Subjective biases, including mischaracterizations and exaggerations. The federal judge agreeing that there were mischaracterizations and exaggerations, And thus, the statements that we took issue with were not actionable because they were, quote, not capable of verification or reputation by means of objective Proof. So when the federal judge's order dismissing our lawsuit, he knows that the statement that our video had been debunked is incapable of being proven true or false. This is a federal judge talking about this. Mischaracterizations and exaggerations are part and parcel of this Subjective and biased blog post that was created. The judge saying that, quote, readers of the EIP blog post are prepared For the authors to be giving their opinion about election fraud, now I don't think that's actually the case. I don't think that most people that reading this In The New York Times have any idea about the mischaracterizations and exaggerations, they take it upon face value that these Experts, we don't know who Alex Stamos is. We don't know the genesis of these statements, mister federal judge. He also says, quote, a reasonable inference to be drawn from the complaint is that readers of the EIP blog post would have had some awareness of the allegedly left weaning biases of the authors. So Thomas s Zilli, US district judge, concluded the statements in EIP published were not actionable as a matter of defamation law, and the case was dismissed. So we intended to appeal that to the 9th Circuit, and then I was removed from Project Veritas. As to The New York Times lawsuit, what's the deal with that? Well, that went to The New York Court of Appeals, which is the state Supreme Court in New York, and there it sat With The New York Times arguing in their motion, replying to us that, quote, neither the words deception, that was the word that Astor used to By our reporting, nor the word verifiable has a precise meaning that is readily understood. Can't make that Shit up. The New York Times lawyers are arguing in the New York Supreme Court that words don't have meaning. But somehow, Words do have meaning according to them because they're using them to help ban our videos and make the case that we are a threat to democracy. It's like a case out of Orwell's double thing. An EIP, Stanford, CISA, DHS, Stamos, and Maggastro. By the way, Maggastro Scrubbed her identity off the Internet presumably because she doesn't want me to ambush her with a microphone. All of this seems predicated on there being some truth Also, it has to the verifiability of our investigative reporting. And yet they're trying to escape accountability in the court of law by saying that What they are saying cannot be verified. And of course, it costs 1,000,000 of dollars for us to pay all these lawyers that help file all these motions. And Veritas has run out of money paying all those lawyers after I left, and I believe the lawyers are owed money. Now this is a developing story. Speaker 1: Recognize that the law allows Facebook, Twitter, and other private companies to moderate content on their platforms. And I support the right of governments to communicate with the public, including to dispute inaccurate information. But government officials have been caught repeatedly pushing social media platforms to censor disfavored users and content. Often, these acts of censorship threaten the legal protection social media companies need to exist, section 230. Speaker 2: So supreme court striking down today a lower court ruling that found the Biden White House and other federal agencies likely violated the first amendment by pressuring social media companies to censor or remove posts and accounts they didn't agree with. Stanford Medical School professor doctor Jay Bhattacharya was part of that lawsuit and learned via the Twitter files that Matt Taibbi and others put out there that his account had been slapped with a, quote, trends blacklist label for daring to counter doctor Fauci and others about what he saw as harmful COVID era lockdowns. Doctor Badacharya joins me now. It's been great to have you with us today, doctor. And, you know, we all followed very closely, your prescriptions during COVID, which were very different than the lockdowns that were instituted all around us. And you sought to get your, great Barrington proclamation out there and the information that you had about the harmful effects of all these lockdowns, and then you got slammed with this trends blacklist that took you down. What is your reaction to this decision by the Supreme Court today, which would not really was not in your favor, clearly? Speaker 3: Yeah. So we lost 6 to 3. The reasoning that the Supreme Court used was that we we lack standing. Speaker 2: Mhmm. Speaker 3: That's a very, very important reasoning set of reasoning because what it says is that in order to in order to for the first amendment to work, you have to be able you have to prove that the government went to the social media companies and said, censor Jay. What it allows then the government to do is to go to social media companies and say, censor the people saying that closing schools harm children. Censor people that say that, there is immunity after COVID recovery. Censored people that say that there are people that were vaccine injured. Right? And then the government can just say do do that, but so they can threaten the social media companies. And, apparently, the supreme court thinks that that is consistent with the American First Amendment. Essentially, in effect, the First Amendment is a dead letter because the supreme court has said that there's no one who who has standing unless they're specifically called out, to stop them from violating the first amendment via proxies, you know, that is via the social media companies. Speaker 2: So Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch were among the dissent, and the majority opinion was written by justice Amy Coney Barrett. And she says what you just said. The plaintiffs rely on allegations of past government censorship as evidence that future censorship is likely, but they fail by and large to link their past social restrictions to the defendant's communications and platforms. I I understand, you know, that that you disagree with that, and I would just remind everybody about the the Twitter back and forth. We can put some of these up. But, with the government and Twitter basically saying, you know, we're concerned about these. We'd like you to take them down, and then the response was, you know, handled. So this weekly meetings that we heard about. What are your concerns about this decision, and do you think it can be rectified in the future? Speaker 3: So the government essentially acted like a like mob bosses. That that's exactly what the what the appeals court said. They was like they likened it to Al Capone threatening the social media company's very existence if they didn't comply at the census orders. They were not acting voluntarily. They were acting under duress by government. The government essentially acted to protect itself from criticism, valid criticism about its own misinformation, and it did it silently behind the screen scenes. The dissent in this was actually quite sensible. Essentially, what it says, this is a green light for the government to censor. And the government will take it that way because it's there's no standing for people to sue and say, look, you're not allowed to censor. The First Amendment no longer has a a a viable presence in the the the courts of this nation under under this ruling. And if if, if you can't use past violations of the first amendment as evidence of potential future violations, what could you use? It doesn't make any sense. The the reasoning of the court here makes literally no sense. It's saying, like, look, they yes. They they did censor me in the past, but who knows if they will in the future? And we shouldn't enjoin them from stopping from essentially abiding by the first amendment in the future. It's a very disheartening day for this country. Speaker 2: Yeah. You know, you, wrote a lot of your thoughts on COVID and the Wall Street Journal and other places, and people got to read them. But when they found their way onto, Twitter and other social media accounts, they were they were slapped with this label. And doctor Fauci says, show me a school that I shut down. I never told a school to shut down. And now we see the the just continuing damage on our children across this country as a result of these these actions, which I know you were very much against. Now let's take a look at some of these numbers. 4 unemployed individuals donating a staggering $197,993.68 across you ready for this? 23,416 separate donations. That's an average of 10 donations per day every day since January 1, 2023. Does this sound like genuine grassroots support to you? So let's break it down. These suspicious donations. 1st, we have Carolyn from New Jersey living in an apartment and listed as unemployed. She somehow managed to donate 53,000 over $53,000 through 598 I'm sorry. 5,000 998 separate donations since January 1st 23. The bulk of the donations, 36,000, went directly to ActBlue across over 4,600 transactions. But it doesn't stop there. She also made donations to various Democrat campaigns and PACs including Bob Casey for Senate, Jeffries for Congress, and Nancy Pelosi for Congress. So how does an unemployed person living in an apartment have this kind of money to throw around? Next, we have Sandra from California. Also, unemployed and living in an average house. She donated $30,000 or just over 30,000 dollars. Ready for this? Across 66,000 almost 6800 donations. Again, the majority went to ActBlue. Just over $19,000 over 4,870 donations. She also contributed to Rosen for Nevada, HMP, and even Harris for president. That's right folks. Direct donations to Harris' campaign from an unemployed individual. Then there is Thomas from Wisconsin. His listed address is just a plot of land, yet this unemployed donor managed to give, you ready for this? Just shy of $70,000 through 26 100 donations. A whopping 34, almost 35,000 went to ActBlue in 1600 separate transactions. He also donated to the progressive turnout project, retired Americans pack, and once again, Harris for president. And then we also have here this is Amy. Meet Amy from Oregon, another unemployed donor who somehow scraped together $42,000 for about 8,000 donations that ActBlue received. Okay? Now they received 29,000 from her across 55100 transactions. She donated to Ameripac, moms fed up, elect democratic women. Now my friends, these patterns are not just suspicious. They are downright alarming. So how are unemployed individuals making 1,000 of small donations totaling tens of 1,000 of dollars? And why are they spreading these donations across multiple Democrat campaigns and PACs? But it gets worse. In this email, you can see right here, They're pushing hard for a measly $3 donation. They claim it could guarantee Joe and Kamala are reelected and prevent Donald Trump from becoming president again. Yeah. Well here's another one. This time they are down to asking for just a dollar, $1. They're using scare tactics mentioning Trump's far right billionaire donors and a supposed $50,000,000 donation to Trump's Super PAC. It's clear fear mongering 101. But this last email is where things get really interesting. If you notice the name at the top, f j b. Now you might think that's just a random set of initials, but here's the kicker. The investigators deliberately seeded these initials intact, Blue's database. That's right, America. For example, this page titled obtain your license to drive from the United States here advertises multiple fake driver's licenses in several videos alongside fake Social Security cards and even credit scores. As you scroll through this page, the seller even advertises that his IDs can pass an authenticity check, passing IDs under a black light, revealing a hologram security feature typically applied to real government issued driver's licenses. These fake licenses are advertised for every state, and we've reached out to the owner of this page who confirmed that he could create an ID for us in whichever state that we needed. He then sent us instructions on what information he would need to create the fake driver's license. And by the way, his page is one of many advertising this service across the US. Now you would typically need an ID or Social Security number to work for Uber Eats, for example. So this is one way illegal immigrants can have access to IDs. Or you can go the route of finding advertisements on Facebook pages promoting the activation or rental of Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Instacart accounts. On these pages, migrants can buy an already activated food delivery account or rent one out from another user. One woman posted an image reading rent account for DoorDash in Spanish. We reached out to her to ask her how much she was renting the account for, to which she responded that it was $500. Alongside a driver's license and Social Security number, a bank account is also something a migrant might need to start a food delivery account. Luckily for them, that's also something that can be rented out. On the Latinos in the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn Facebook page, we found someone renting out a bank account for $25 a week. But before migrants can even access illegal work in the US, they need to make it into the country first. And luckily for them, Facebook also allows the advertisement of human smuggling services on their platforms too. One page titled Coyote 502 boasts almost 100,000 followers with this page regularly posting videos of large groups of migrants walking through and being smuggled throughout Mexico. In the comments of these videos, migrants are told they can be brought over from Mexico into the US within 20 minutes. Other migrants who have used the smuggling service post selfies and videos of their walk, and other smugglers comment counter offers promising to smuggle migrants in even faster and cheaper than their counterpart. The Coyote 502 page has also posted videos driving throughout US cities and walking migrants through Sonora, Mexico. On another page called Flee Market of Phoenix, we found a smuggler who advertised his services by posting a video of migrants climbing over the border wall. The page we found him on, by the way, has over 72,000 followers. Now after seeing his advertisement, we reached out to him asking him to clarify his services, to which he responded with el brinco, meaning the jump. He then commented that his service would be fast, easy, and secure, and then he sent us 2 videos. 1 was that original ad of these smugglers hoisting a ladder and bringing people over the border wall, and another advertised the trail he uses, sharing that he could get us over from Mexico into the US in 30 minutes or less. As we continued asking questions, he transferred over from written text to voice messages as a way to discuss his services without putting admissions of illegal activity in writing. He verbally gave us pricing, sharing that it would be 75100 per person, adding that he would give us a $1,000 per person finder's fee for every migrant we referred to him. And again, this is one of many pages advertising these services across the US. Now typically creating or obtaining a fake form of identification or smuggling a human being across the border would be a felony, and working illegally would result in deportation. However, Meta is allowing this illegal activity to take place on Facebook every single day, and these online flea markets can be found in every city and state across the US, even those that don't have sanctuary laws for illegal immigrants.

💥Oh yeah, she was one of the biggest lobbyists for states to join the ERIC system AND for them to BE REQUIRED TO DO NCOA VOTER DATA CROSS-CHECKS. (NCOA is from USPS, which is also her lol) 💥She also pushed for states to REQUIRE RISK-LIMITING AUDITS (RLAs), which are expressly designed to never find anything nefarious and limit the risk of bad actors being exposed. Requiring the use of RLAs is also done to prevent states from being allowed to look further behind the curtain, per the lack of an express authority to do so by law. 💥Also lol at that “require signature verification” line item too, since it’s now apparent that it absolutely DOES NOT MATTER to them that the “process” was done honestly, thoroughly and was applied equally to every legal vote that was cast and requires it. I mean, we all know that conducting such a process for only 30-40% of all the ballots and then saying “f*** it, we’re just clicking through before the signature verification screen even fully loads” apparently still qualifies as having been an acceptable “signature verification process”.🤣 (See Maricopa 2022 for a textbook example of this.)
