It's been a week since they attempted to assassinate me for the 2nd time. If you read on, I'll share the details and why I know they attempted to kill me while running a half marathon in Kansas City. Since the moment they tried to kill me the 1st time, I've not only felt silenced, but watched, tracked, targeted. It had no business going this fast, especially since the road was taped off with Yellow ribbon, and there was no road on the other side.. just a building, a parking lot, and of course a road of a few of us runners in front of it. In total, there were 5K plus participants in one of the KC Marathon events. I was running with a pack of 15-20 people. The MATH of this "accident" happening to me and those around me was less than 0.5%. Coincidence? Here is a photo of the Map of the 3 way intersection in which this Truck approached heading 40+. Here is a view of the street that this truck was going down heading 40+ directly into the Marathoners. On the left is the rock area the truck turned left into, ultimately redirecting it into the middle of the Marathon traffic. When the event happened, unlike many, my first reaction was to run backwards. I knew I had to be cautious, and make sure that there wouldn't be a second attempt. I didn't know what this driver was capable after this incident, so I ran backwards. Here is my GPS proof of that. I didn't come up onto the incident, but rather was at the incident as it happened, which is why I ran backwards. It wasn't until after the Driver was pulled out of the truck, and the marathoners were claiming they were "unconscious" and screamed "Medic" that i decided to approach the truck. Initially, I ran backwards and off to the right taking cautious cover (though the GPS doesn't exactly geo locate this correctly). Once I realized that the threat was contained, I took my phone out to capture somewhat the aftermath of the event, though admittedly, I was shaken and wanting to just get back to running so I could sort it out in my mind. I mean, that's why I run really.. to help sort out this fucked up reality, I stumbled upon one day, one step at a time. The next day, I read a report that came out and claimed it was some old Driver that hit a parked car, downplaying what happened. Its not what happened, but at the same time, nobody, thank God, was hurt outside the Driver. There was no reason for them to make a deal out of something that would make people think the City or Marathon did something wrong. They didn't. But in my case, its important to share that this wasn't some old person who hit a parked car and went to the hospital just to be extra safe. No. This was a driver in a car, at Mile 3.0, attempting to cause harm to at least one marathoner, who drove 40+ towards them into an elevated Brick siding on the side of a road which thankfully sent their truck flying into the marathon traffic at a moment in time in which there was low marathon runner traffic. Chunks of the concrete siding were blasted apart, parts of the Truck were spread throughout the road, the driver was unconscious and pulled out of the Truck, and the tens of marathoners were concerned due to the nature of the impact. They just didn't know the true intent. I'll share the video below since X will only allow 4 photo's. I personally would like to move on from this incident. I'll share my feelings on Ethereum, their evil stained corrupt foundation, and more soon. When, I'm not sure. When the words come. The truth, words, they cannot be rushed. I told you last week I needed to process the events, and I'm still doing so. However, do consider this as me breaking my silence. I do intend to continue to post and share and protect and stand up for the Truth and humanity. I won't be investigating The Dao exploit further, or the Ethereum Foundations involvement. The week leading into it, I was touching on some very risky stuff: exposing the Ethereum Foundations fraudulent behaviors associated with their ICO, Ethereum miners, their role in The DAO exploit, and the CCP. Once the race began, I was able to relax and find the pace I was looking to maintain. That all changed when I hit Mile 3. Right as I finished Mile 3, out of the right corner of my eye, seemingly simultaneously with ears, I noticed a vehicle (Truck) seemingly going 40+ perpendicular to the Marathon traffic. This truck was turning towards me, heading directly into myself and other marathoners at this 3 way stop. This wasn't a 4 way stop. The road the Truck traveled on, ended. It had no business going this fast, especially since the road was taped off with Yellow ribbon, and there was no road on the other side.. just a building, a parking lot, and of course a road of a few of us runners in front of it. In total, there were 5K plus participants in one of the KC Marathon events. I was running with a pack of 15-20 people. The MATH of this "accident" happening to me and those around me was less than 0.5%. Coincidence? Here is a photo of the Map of the 3 way intersection in which this Truck approached heading 40+. Here is a view of the street that this truck was going down heading 40+ directly into the Marathoners. On the left is the rock area the truck turned left into, ultimately redirecting it into the middle of the Marathon traffic. When the event happened, unlike many, my first reaction was to run backwards. I knew I had to be cautious, and make sure that there wouldn't be a second attempt. I didn't know what this driver was capable after this incident, so I ran backwards. Here is my GPS proof of that. I didn't come up onto the incident, but rather was at the incident as it happened, which is why I ran backwards. It wasn't until after the Driver was pulled out of the truck, and the marathoners were claiming they were "unconscious" and screamed "Medic" that i decided to approach the truck. Initially, I ran backwards and off to the right taking cautious cover (though the GPS doesn't exactly geo locate this correctly). Once I realized that the threat was contained, I took my phone out to capture somewhat the aftermath of the event, though admittedly, I was shaken and wanting to just get back to running so I could sort it out in my mind. I mean, that's why I run really.. to help sort out this fucked up reality, I stumbled upon one day, one step at a time. The next day, I read a report that came out and claimed it was some old Driver that hit a parked car, downplaying what happened. Its not what happened, but at the same time, nobody, thank God, was hurt outside the Driver. There was no reason for them to make a deal out of something that would make people think the City or Marathon did something wrong. They didn't. But in my case, its important to share that this wasn't some old person who hit a parked car and went to the hospital just to be extra safe. No. This was a driver in a car, at Mile 3.0, attempting to cause harm to at least one marathoner, who drove 40+ towards them into an elevated Brick siding on the side of a road which thankfully sent their truck flying into the marathon traffic at a moment in time in which there was low marathon runner traffic. Chunks of the concrete siding were blasted apart, parts of the Truck were spread throughout the road, the driver was unconscious and pulled out of the Truck, and the tens of marathoners were concerned due to the nature of the impact. They just didn't know the true intent. I'll share the video below since X will only allow 4 photo's. I personally would like to move on from this incident. I'll share my feelings on Ethereum, their evil stained corrupt foundation, and more soon. When, I'm not sure. When the words come. The truth, words, they cannot be rushed. I told you last week I needed to process the events, and I'm still doing so. However, do consider this as me breaking my silence. I do intend to continue to post and share and protect and stand up for the Truth and humanity. I won't be investigating The Dao exploit further, or the Ethereum Foundations involvement. So, I started recording. At first I recorded audio only. I wasn't aware I could access wide angle camera lens recording devices or know I could buy them. That wouldn't matter soon, because I would be sent that equipment. I spoke with more than one lawyer who said it was legal to do so, and I was not breaking any laws. Upset that no action was being taken, and that the experiment was continuing, it was advised I reach out to some news stations. My name and contact information was spread to all that you all know of, including the whistleblower one that you see all of the hidden camera recordings posted of. This was 2021. If I have a contract with one of them, the details of the contract cannot be spoken of, due to the nature and contents of the contract itself. I was sent high end undercover recording equipment, multiple types, that were sent fed ex overnight. I was then sent links on how to operate the equipment and other links to shuttle the videos I was recording with audio back to that organization, alongside other documents. Things got worse where I was getting data, for me, when I reported to the federal government. This forced the organization in question to start an internal investigation, but they botched it on many levels, and I video recorded their law breaking that occurred when they even violated the rules of the investigation itself. I recorded for ten months. I was also given the software to record in other ways, like phone calls, zoom meetings, etc. I was then forced out of that area, and it would take a long time for me to find a lawyer who was even willing to take on such a complex federal case. I was told by almost every lawyer I spoke to that it was incredible the data I got out, but that I had and I quote, "touched the third rail." I even have the experiment itself--the protocol. I have it all. It was the beginning of 2022 when I joined Twitter and I was nervous to do so. Someone in these spaces that has quite a following of half a million followers, who had about twenty thousand just two years ago when I joined, was getting death threats and even had his arm broken (now you have to know who that is), who told me to use my real name here, and to keep going, and keep speaking out. I had multiple journalists following me several who still do to this day who have been waiting for me to produce this data. In December of 2021 my case would be accepted by the federal government after it made it through the second round of their legal team. A lawyer would accept my case simultaneously to represent me. The case with the federal government isn't in a civil court where money is being asked for. My case is with the federal government itself. None of the news agencies who I spoke to wanted to take the case because and here's the kicker, the majority said that they won't "shame their own". I recorded them saying that. I have lawyers in emails stating they won't shame their own and that they wouldn't represent me. December 2021 is when the case was accepted. Of course lockdowns were still happening to some extent and many organizations lost employees. I joined Twitter to release those files when the government makes its decision. It will set legal precedent in another area that several of you are tracking regardless if I win or lose. When that case started it was advised initially that I wipe myself from the internet. So I deleted almost all traces of me. Google. People search. I deleted almost everything I could. All my other social media. LinkedIn. I had so many contacts on LinkedIn from biotech it wasn't even funny. Gone in a blink. Facebook. Anything I had written. I went farther into search parameters, and placed requests to have my data and name removed. I became effectively, a ghost. But then I knew I had to come back to release this data. I knew I needed the internet to do so. So when I joined Twitter and I saw people talking improperly about RNA and LNP, I thought oh my gosh here we go, am I going to step into another arena? Is this really happening? This just can't be happening. And then I couldn't believe it. Mice. What the heck is a mouse army? I remember laughing to myself thinking this is bonkers. I initially came here to release data. I can't release data until the federal government makes its decision. No one is stopping me from releasing the files I have. However, I need to give the organization in question who committed what I feel are crimes, the chance to respond to the government with their word against my physical documentation and proof. I need to show what actually happened, but I have to wait for them to respond. This is typical in court cases. You don't show your hand. I have been accused by multiple members of the mouse army, doctors, scientists, podcasters, professors, and others in these spaces of being CIA, NSA, or the like. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I've also been called a baby killer by the same people which is recorded and archived. I've been called the most terrible things over the course of the last year. I was told if I didn't have receipts what I was claiming had occurred did not. Well guess what. And some of them found an old case that is absolutely meaningless trying to point at it as if it is some kind of gotcha moment. I'll give you the gotcha moment right here. I'm a federal whistleblower. I'm not Edward Snowden level but I am a federal whistleblower. And we are going on 3 years now and this case is about to be decided. And it's going to set legal precedent in a huge arena that is one of the primary things being discussed in this current presidential election cycle. I have also speculated that might be why they are dragging their feet on the decision, because this will affect current civil rights cases. The case that I have has multiple components to it and it will impact the law going forward in this country. So when I started getting harassed and abused on this site and defamed by people who said they were my friend, do you know what I did? I gathered evidence. And I've been doing so since at least the last year. I'm horrified and disappointed at the level of abuse that I and others have received here from doctors, scientists, and others who said they were here to protect people. They just covered things up, just like what happened in 2021. Obfuscation These people are no different. There's no demarcation line. I have been fighting for 3 years simultaneously for the vaccine injured, against experimentation on humans, and for multiple levels of civil rights and human rights. Listen to this. The government has come in and they've offered them money for their land. Dollars 2,500 per person to be exact. They will not allow these people to go back on their land, the ones that lived, okay, to go build. They are saying you either take the $2,400 $2,500 check or you get out with nothing. Are you understanding what I just said? The government is buying the land wholesale everywhere not just chimney rock, not spruce pine, not just where the mine is going to be. They're buying up in Burnsville. They're buying up in Waynesville. Everywhere somebody where they lost their entire home the government is confiscating the land and giving them a $2,500 check. It's a statewide land grab and then the news, the local news, just reported that Governor Roy, good old Democrat, Governor Roy decided that they were going to buy up whole communities that were devastated for pennies on the dollar due to climate change. That was in the local news. So another thing is is that people are wanting they have brought construction companies from all over because the government is not doing it. This is a job for FEMA. If FEMA was actually operating the way they're supposed to be operating they'd be feeding the homeless. They would be building, rebuilding homes, but they're not doing any of that. They built just recently found out from Ann Vandersteel's news and I was going to go see it and we couldn't get in to see it that they have built a large FEMA camp up in Chimney Rock. They're bringing in 700 FEMA armed agents to that camp to stay while they go it through Chimney Rock doing what they're doing for the government. They're not here to help the people and with the government giving them pennies on the dollar for their land the the insanity that's going on here is so highly, number one, unconstitutional, highly illegal, it's criminal. It's criminal behavior coming from none other than the government of the United States. And we the American people have taken it long enough. But here's the thing, the cycles of media that keep people spinning, the news, you know, Operation Mockingbird is going to allow the American public to number one not see the truth of what happened. Not the body count alone. They're saying it's 220. There has already been reports of 11,000 body bags that have been ordered for all of the different areas that were affected. And here's another thing that I found out. Insurance companies for those that survived are not paying out either. Because insurance companies did not want to pay out for the loss of those loved ones. So their loved ones can no longer do insurance claims. So let's say your children lived and you died in the flood. Those children cannot get an insurance claim because without a body you can't get a claim. None of the insurance companies in the state of North Carolina are paying out for these missing people that we know are presumed dead. So the entire these people in Western North Carolina have been number one devastated. Their land is being grabbed out from underneath them and then they're not getting their insurance claims. This is so foul up here. Every major news reporter should be up here reporting on this. Tucker Carlson should do a whole expose on this. The insanity of what's going on, and here's what's gonna happen in America. I promise you this. BATTLING SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION EVERYWHERE: @SenWarren, I advocate for strong US crypto regulations. PLEASE go after the bad actors in our space. But the DOJ, SEC, & FBI prosecuted me for 3 1/2 years for a crime THEY fabricated. Despite proving this, the sham prosecution continued under “current” agency heads. Please go after THOSE bad actors as well. I was targeted due to my knowledge of high-level SEC corruption. The government pressured me to inform on other crypto players, regardless of their guilt, which I refused to even entertain. My case was dismissed after proving the FBI, DOJ & SEC colluded to fabricate the crime for which I was being prosecuted. This reflects a broader issue of rogue US government agencies. There's a need for increased oversight & bipartisan legislation to tackle this systemic corruption. If not for my irrefutable proof of my innocence I would have been wrongfully convicted & spent decades in prison, a threat as serious as any in the crypto world. I just received the letter below from the SEC. They admit to already finding at least 14 GIGABYTES of data as a result of my FOIA request. In their words, a minimum of 112 boxes full of papers found by the same SEC who the DOJ in court documents said was not involved in my investigation at all?!?! Their response to my request of documents which they must give me by law?
