Some of these children are part of recycling rings. They are used as pawns in order to get single adults into the United States Under the disguise of a family unit. According to a Florida grand jury report, in February 2019, Belkin Adania Martinez Perrada, a Honduran mother of 4 agreed to a scheme to rent 3 of her 4 children ages 6 months to 12 years to 3 different Honduran men so they could pass through the Texas border as families. After apprehension, Children are held in top secret compounds run by private government contractors in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security. A few compound locations across the state of Texas include El Paso, Pecos, Eagle Pass, Carrizo Springs and many more across the Rio Grande Valley.
These compounds are highly secure and resemble concentration camps. This compound in Pecos, Texas is double fenced with guard towers and floodlights. Why is this level of security needed for a compound that only holds children. Other compounds have been established in former shopping centers. Southwest Key programs, an NGO that shelters illegal alien children and escorts them to their sponsors, holds children in repurposed Walmart centers.
Southwest Key Programs commonly referred to simply as Southwest Key is an NGO with a checkered past. In 2018, Southwest Key employee Fernando Magaz Negrete was charged with child molestation After sexually assaulting a 14 year old girl at a Southwest Key facility, in 2019, A Southwest Key employee was sentenced to 19 years in prison for sexually abusing children and exposing them to HIV. While children are held in these compounds, the Office of Refugee Resettlement, also known as ORR, works to establish contact with the sponsor of each child. Under the Biden administration, ORR has eased sponsor vetting procedures in order to expedite the child pipeline. On March 31, 2021, ORR issued field guidance number 11 ending the background check requirement for Category 2 sponsors, The type of sponsor for almost 50% of children.
It is known to federal and state governments as well as ORR case managers That many of the so called sponsors are in fact human traffickers. In a 2016 congressional report, it was admitted that children Are brought into the United States by human trafficking rings and that the United States is a source, transit and destination country for men, women, transgender individuals and children both US citizens and foreign nationals subjected to sex trafficking and forced labor. In a report published on September 6th 2023 by the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General, it was admitted that DHS may unknowingly release migrants including children to potentially unsafe conditions or smuggling operations. Finally, in a report filed by a Florida grand jury in March 2023, it was found that an employee of ORR was fired for reporting a case of suspected human trafficking of over 100 unaccompanied alien children shipped off to a single house in Texas to a government hotline because her ORR superiors refused to investigate the matter. Once ORR has vetted the sponsor, children are escorted by government contractors from holding facilities into the hands of their sponsor somewhere in the United States.
A couple of the contractors involved in this step include Southwest Key and MVM. MVM is a private security contractor founded by 3 former Secret Service agents. The company has been granted $369,500,000 in order to provide staffing and resources necessary to arrange travel and escort for unaccompanied children in ORR custody. After 9/11, MVM was contracted by the NSA and CIA to provide armed security in Iraq. More recently in 2018, MVM won a contract to conduct research for the FBI's high value detainee interrogation group, A program implemented to conduct overseas interrogations of terrorists.
This same company is now conducting a domestic child escorting operation. Every morning at Macallan International Airport, white vans drop off masked children With masked agents who escort them through the airport onto an airplane and into the hands of their sponsor. Jimmie Gardner, 57, was arrested in Tampa on Friday and charged with human trafficking for commercial sexual activity (victim less than 18), lewd or lascivious touching of minor 16 or 17 years of age by person 24 years of age or older, and a misdemeanor count of battery. In 2023, correctional hearings, health and human services, Javier Becerra and director of office of refugee resettlement, Robin Marcos forced to admit that their agency had no contact with over 85,000 UACs. They were lost. What did DHS HHS and ORR do to correct this humanitarian disaster? Nothing. In fact, all 3 agencies created further policies and procedures to increase the efficiency of moving UACs from the border to the interior of the United States to unknown and unvetted sponsors.
Unaccompanied children were being handed off to total strangers, then they disappeared into the darkness of labor and sex trafficking. I served in the United States Border Patrol for twenty four years until I retired as a deputy patrol agent in charge in San Diego sector. I worked under five presidential administrations and only one president secured the border, president Donald Trump.
Border Patrol agents went from working and being supported by the greatest border president in American history to the worst, president Joe Biden. My last year in the border patrol was Joe Biden's first year in office. On his first day in office, I watched in disbelief as 94 executive orders cascaded down from Washington DC, obliterating every immigration policy that had been provided, the most secure border in America's history. Border Patrol agents were forced to carry out unconstitutional orders that violated every law in the Immigration Nationality Act. President Biden, through Department of Homeland Security secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, created policy out of thin air, ignored federal immigration law, and facilitated the largest mass invasion into America that the world has ever seen.
The United States Of America will have spent hundreds of billions of dollars in four years to fund the needs of over 50,000,000 illegal aliens that populate our nation. They charged up to $40,000 per victim. They used Zelle to transfer over $7,000,000 over the course of this scheme and I believe had profits cash of over 18,000,000. And it's just not the southern border. In Vermont.
And US attorney Drescher is here with us. Indicted Norma Lorenzo, a woman who allegedly worked with Canadian co conspirators from Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico and El Salvador. Children were transferred to private residences other airports. And in 2023 according to CVP parts of Vermont and New York started seeing unprecedented traffic from illegal aliens. Law enforcement officers operating in these areas encountered aliens from 97 different countries, including China, Pakistan, Iraq Iran.

Behind the operation drugged unaccompanied children coming into our country giving them THC so they would be asleep when passing through customs. One of the children to the hospital. Since President Trump took office, Joint Task Force Alpha has charged 56 defendants, including convicting a monster who attempted. To bring in Indian nationals into our country. In sub zero weather through Canada in the middle of a blizzard this was a family of four.
This family was eventually found dead in a blizzard with the father holding the three year old little boy wrapped in a blanket with his glove covering his child's face, trying to save his life. In June, we arrested a Canadian American citizen in New York for charging a thousand dollars for every illegal alien he smuggled over the St. Lawrence River into our country. One of the boats capsized, killing a family, including two children under the age of three. A few weeks ago, we convicted a coyote in Texas.
A coyote, of course, is someone who transports illegal aliens across state lines for money. In Texas we charged him for charging $30,000 for every 10 illegal aliens that he could get across the re get to the Rio Grande. He got an additional $30,000 for every 10 illegal aliens that made it across the Rio Grande alive. That is why we are now expanding Joint Task Force Alpha. It has five steps we will now cover the task force will now cover our northern border in Canada of course.
And all of our maritime borders. Our incredible partner again at DHS Christy Noem and I are expanding this to include our DEA ATF and FBI agents to this task force to give us even more manpower we will receive more. Resource to prosecute these cases. And key figures in cartel human trafficking and transnational criminals. We will strengthen our collaboration with for and law enforcement throughout this world to protect not only their citizens but ours and return these criminals to American soil for prosecution.
Under president trump we have coordinated and more closely with our U. S. Attorney's offices to protect unaccompanied children being smuggled into our country from exploitation. One of the task greatest accomplishments has been demonstrating how dangerous human smuggling and trafficking are for those being transported. For those who are considering paying to be smuggled into The U.
S. It is not safe for you or for your families these coyotes are coordinating with terrorist organizations. Collecting money from them to bring families and unaccompanied children into our country these operations are getting people killed. Let me be clear if you smuggle human beings you will be found you will be prosecuted and you will be brought to justice. It doesn't matter where you are it doesn't matter what our borders are the limit of where our country ends and another begins.
