🚨 Ten Dietary Health Tricks Your Government Doesn’t Want You to Know The food pyramid isn't healthy—eating the way the government wants you to will make you sick. Share and bookmark the following life hacks: 1. Red meat isn't bad—it's actually extremely healthy when the meat is game or beef from a permaculture environment. Unlike the Omega-6 to Omega-3 fatty acid ratio of 30:1 found in industrial soy-fed beef, permaculture or pasture-raised beef has an Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio of about 3:1, which is highly beneficial. All studies claiming that high consumption of red meat can lead to colon cancer have focused on industrial meat, leading to this bias. This point further proves the adage, "You are what you eat." 2. Omega-3 isn't just one type—most dietary omega-3 comes in the form of ALA (found in olive oil, etc.), but what you need are EPA and DHA. Your body cannot synthesize sufficient amounts of EPA and DHA; thus, they need to come from your diet. High levels of these two fatty acids are primarily found in fatty, wild-caught seafood and are extremely important for brain function and anti-inflammatory purposes. Consume it at least twice a week or supplement accordingly. 3. Wheat is bad for you—the government's food pyramid is based on carbs in the form of bread, pasta, rice, and potatoes. Especially harmful is industrial bread, which contains a high level of gliadin, a protein that can lead to malfunctioning tight junctions in your gut. JFK JR For anyone dealing with cancer(s)... Here are a few helpful tips: 1st, don't have them "test" the tumor. Tumors are the body's way of protecting us from allowing the CA cells to traverse the body and mutate healthy cells. Once it's punctured for "testing", the cells travel and the beasties cause more issues. (Why not right? It's a $ making racquet.) 1A. CANCER IS A PARASITE. Start the Ivermectin (dosage 1am1 pm by bodyweight) & Fenbendazole (dosage 1 222mg pill/day for 6 days, skip the 7th to let the renal system rest). 2nd, STOP ALL SUGARS. Cancer is not human cells, it's a candida albicans fungus infection. The body then responds and tries encapsulating it. The two things combined is what we refer to as a tumor, though the fungus aspect of course isn't acknowledged officially. The fungus is naturally present but suppressed by a healthy immune system. The fungus is adaptive however, it develops resistance to many antifungals quickly, so weaker antifungal compounds can be ineffective unless given in a wide spectrum, several compounds together. Sodium bicarbonate is perhaps the most effective treatment, because it's both very potent, and the fungus can't adapt and develop resistance. In most cases, it has to be applied directly at the cancer site, meaning minor surgery is required. Video 1, 3 and 4 cover this treatment. Iodine tincture is perhaps the most effective treatment for skin cancer, treating it completely in as little as 1-2 weeks (it needs to be applied many times every day). The 2nd video is a testimony for this treatment working. Amygdalin, also called "Vitamin B-17", can be very effective by just consuming the sour apricot kernels containing it. You can overdose and die with this one, so it has to be done with absolute care. Amygdalin holds onto a sugar, cyanide and benzaldehyde molecule, deactivated so harmless. After consumption of the amygdalin, it's slowly broken down, releasing the toxins over time; this isn't a problem if only consuming a few kernels a day, because the toxins break down too. People start with 2-3 per day, some eventually and gradually upping the dose to 10-15. Cancer emits an enzyme that immediately unlocks the cyanide and benzaldehyde molecules from the amygdalin at the cancer site (they work synergistically, amplifying the effects of one another), making it toxic to the cancer and only the cancer, unless you consume too much, in which case the natural slow breakdown of amygdalin into toxins will harm you. It's important to avoid sugar with this treatment, because the cancer will prioritize eating free glucose; if there isn't a lot available, the fungus wants to eat the yummy sugar with cyanide attached to it instead. Plants contain antifungal compounds called phenols. There's many different kinds, all slightly different in effect, and widely differing in effectiveness. Some plants are especially potent in these compounds, so extracts from them can be effective for treating cancer. Consuming phenol-potent berries, nuts etc. can be effective too (and have wonderful other effects), and helps prevent cancer taking hold in the first place. This is most likely a full-spectrum case, where you can't just consume one type of phenol and have it work; the fungus will develop resistance. Rick Simpson is known for his Rick Simpson Oil (RSO), an isopropyl extract of cannabis, that is well known for being effective for treating cancer.
