The Tubbs Fire in Northern California destroyed over 1,000 homes in October 2017. The fire appeared to jump from house to house and even reached the freeway, melting cars with intense heat. Despite the fact that aluminum alloys require temperatures higher than a typical forest fire to melt, the cars were severely damaged. PG&E, responsible for 16 of the fires, faced billions of dollars in damages and potential bankruptcy. A utility bailout bill was passed to protect PG&E and its shareholders. In November 2018, the Camp Fire started with similar anomalies and was even more devastating. Some speculate that these fires could be an attack, while others point to UN Agenda 21 and proposed no use areas. Homeowners face difficulties rebuilding due to regulations and insurance policies. The commission's responsibility is to protect and manage all water resources in the state. One water is a holistic perspective, similar to how Hawaiians traditionally managed water. Water was revered as a manifestation of Agad and Akua Kain, and this reverence and reciprocity were crucial to their worldview and well-being. However, over time, we have started to view water as something we use rather than something we revere. To reconnect with our traditional values, we need to let water connect us instead of dividing us. True conversations about equity are necessary for sharing water.

Speaker 0: The commission is responsible, per per our authorizing statute, to protect and manage all water resources in the state. One water is, like, taking it and looking at it from a holistic system perspective. And that's not any different than how Hawaiians traditionally manage water. You know? In in essence, We treated it and native Hawaiians treated water as one of the earthly manifestations of Agad and Akua Kain. And so that reverence, for a resource and that reciprocity in relationship was something that was really, really important to our worldview and well-being, right, and living in an island and isolated from other civilizations. And so I think where it shifted to today or over time is that we've become used to looking at water as, like, something which we use and not necessarily something with that we revere as that thing that gives us life. Right? I mean, to me, it's a shift in value set. And if we can start to really look at how we as humans in an island, can reconnect to that traditional value set. So really, my motto is always like, let water connect us and not divide us. Like, we we can share it, but it requires True conversations about equity.

Had we sounded the siren that night, we're afraid that people would have Gone Mowka. And if that was the case, then they would have gone into the fire. And so that is the reason why our protocol has been To use WEA and EAS. By the way, I should also note that there are no sirens, malka, or on the mountain side where the fire was spreading down. So even if we saw the sun, it would not have saved those people on the on the mountainside.

Maui Police Shut Down Placards Program Hours After Launching by “Powers that Be” Maui Police: “There are powers that be… I’m not sure the reasoning. Alls I know is that the order has come down to shut down the distribution of these placards” https://rumble.com/v38bgjp-hawaii-fires-maui-police-stunned-at-orders-to-shut-down-placards-set-up-to-.html

Volunteers and community members are working hard to transport donations to the survivors in Wailuku. However, the placard program at Keopulani Park, which was meant to grant access to West Maui, became chaotic with long lines and arguments. Some individuals still have loved ones trapped and in need of essential items like medicine. Disorderly conduct at the mayor's office led to the suspension of the placard program. Access to West Maui is still possible through the back road, but many feel unsafe due to its poor condition. Overall, the situation remains challenging for those affected by the disaster.

Speaker 0: I'm outside War Memorial Gymnasium here in Wailuku where volunteers and community members are desperately trying to get these donations that you see behind me on the flatbeds, inside the containers, under the tent and on the ground here out to the survivors. And that's a big Reason why the county established that placard program at Keopulani Park, which is just down the road. The idea was that certain Individuals would receive a placard and that would give them access into West Maui, but it was chaotic. People were arguing and the line kind of cars stretched for miles, and people desperately waited in line for hours. Speaker 1: The fact that they're making it difficult for us to try and go back to where We're from it's just hard and unbelievable. I mean, I still have loved ones that's trapped. For example, my dad. My dad's still there and he refuses to come out, but there's certain things that he still needs that we need to get to him specifically, Make medicine. Speaker 0: Then suddenly, we heard there was a report of a disorderly conduct at the mayor's office. Police rushed into the county building. Shortly after, MPD issued a statement saying due to the overwhelming demand from nonessential individuals and non Maui residents who have flooded the distribution areas, they are suspending the placard program. Officers started driving around and notifying everyone on their loud speakers around 10:20 that the placard program was abruptly called off. Random community members walked up and down the street. Speaker 2: Up. I wanna go back to my home, but these guys are killing us. I'm like, what? Like, I don't understand why they can't get Yes. Speaker 0: Access is still available to West Maui residents and essential resort personnel in Tim Lahaina through Kahakuloa. We call that the back way. However, a lot of individuals I spoke with in the line today say that they don't feel safe driving that back road because they say it's extremely red. Speaker 2: We retract a damage that can, scrape the, and the last time. I can't do that every day. Speaker 0: Reporting in Wailuku, Chong City, this Hawaii news now. Speaker 1: Crazy.

I can't believe you Speaker 0: just walked up on me. I'm doing a live right now, and everyone loves fish, and everyone's texting me and emailing me and commenting me, how's fish? Like, seriously. You're like the number 1 guy people wanna know about. Speaker 1: Oh my god. Bro, are you okay? Yes. I knew you would be okay, by the way. Yeah. I think I was the last person to make it out of out of line. Speaker 0: Really? Can you tell your story, man? You Yeah. Time? You feeling alright? Or I know it's middle of the day and it's hot. Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, I went to, Safeway late, because the wind was blowing, so I wouldn't be able to leave that night, and electricity was off. And so it took me about an hour and a half. A little louder because Speaker 0: the wind just a little louder fish. Took me about an hour and Speaker 1: a half to just get some orange juice. And so it was about 4 o'clock, and I went out and I saw the fire. And it was you couldn't even see gateway because it was covered with smoke, and everyone's standing around just looking. And I said, I think we should get out of here because of the speed of this wind. It could be here in 2 minutes. And Speaker 0: So about what time was this at? By the way, if you guys don't know who this is, this is Fish. He's been Sitting next to Cheeseburger in Paradise, selling the most awesome stuffs, right, for years. He's a, He's like a legend, and everyone loves fish, and fish loves everybody, but he's one of the wisest person people that I know. He's not homeless, he's houseless by choice, by the way. Anyway, Fish, continue. Speaker 1: So I went around back to Front street and there was all the cars were lined up, but none of them were moving. And I walked all the way from Safeway to the chart house. Not 1 car has moved. And I was wondering what was stopping the traffic. There was a policeman. And I got to the end and I looked up north. There were no obstructions. Was no reason to keep those cars Are Speaker 0: you serious? Speaker 1: I'm serious. It's a heart attack. And I I said, what are you doing? He goes, well, I'm under orders to keep them here. And I said the fire is is right around Safeway. It's gonna hit Front Street. You know, these people gotta get out of here. And he said, I'm following orders. No way. And I saw I just kept walking. Maybe he knows something I don't, you know. So and I keep walking down the highway, And I looked behind, no cars are coming out. I walked all the way to Waikuni Beach, still no cars coming out. And I started hearing boom, boom, boom. And There are people screaming and stuff. You're saying Speaker 0: they were blockaded in by the police at the end of Front Street? Yeah. Like, where that restaurant is? Speaker 1: With the chart house. Speaker 0: With the chart house was, I should say. There there was a blockade there, and they could not go any further. Speaker 1: I walked The hell? I walked all the way from Safeway to there, not 1 car had moved. And people walking in front of me. The people in the cars are saying, would you like a ride? And they go, oh, okay. And they'd get in. They asked now to No. You'd be better. Get out of here. You know? It's and, but they just well, we were told to evacuate by car. Okay. So I just kept walking and I got all the way to, like I said, the city center and then I started hearing all the explosions and there was no one walking behind me or on bicycles or anything. And I just Dude, that is unbelievable. I had no idea, you know, till the next day when I walked down there to or what has happened. I just oh my Speaker 0: So did you did you go up north to your place? Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaker 0: Yeah. And then you just hunkered down for the night? Yeah. And then you came down to front street or the fire because I know the fire burned right above your your place. Did it get Speaker 1: did it Speaker 0: get close to you? Speaker 1: It got to the, civic center right where the tennis courts are at, All around through there, and that's where they stopped. Wow. Wow. Speaker 0: So if people here wanna help you, do you have I know you're not Speaker 1: are you online? Do you have a Venmo? Do you Speaker 0: have any kind of Online account of any kind whatsoever, nothing. So guys, if you want to help fish directly, Lahaina fire fund, and then put fish in the comment section, And every donation that comes in will go directly to fish, so there's a way you can make a comment, just put the fish and we'll make sure he gets every penny, since he doesn't have, you know, They are not tracking. There is 1 guy they are not tracking on planet Earth, trust me. So anyway, what's happened since? What can you tell us? Part of this channel is to tell people what's actually going on on Maui. Developers in a meeting with the governor discussed building homes in Lahaina without going through the permit process. However, their focus seemed to be on fast-tracking development rather than helping the people. The conversation revolved around getting rid of permits to take water from streams and prioritize Westernization over preserving the culture and place. This poses a challenge in the long road to recovery.

Speaker 0: Long term? I just came from a meeting run by the governor. All these developers we're talking about Forget the permit process. We're going to build homes not in Lahaina and make these homes available. You know what the truth of that is? They like fast track their development. They're not fucking helping the people over here. There was not 1 conversation in this meeting about the people. Every conversation that was had, every developer that came up then talked about what they could offer was about getting rid of the permits so that they can steal water from our streams, they can fucking fast track Westernization development and forget about the culture and place, That's going to be our hardest journey in this long road to recovery.

Land Grab Efforts Confirmed by Residents Immediately after Fires! The speaker expresses concern about people taking advantage of the situation in Maui after a disaster. They mention that instead of being able to grieve and process what's happening, the people of Maui have to deal with others trying to buy their land. They call out investors and realtors for contacting families who have lost their homes and offer to buy their land. They urge victims to get the names of these individuals and businesses so they can be exposed. Another speaker emphasizes the need to prevent corporate entities from buying up land in Maui and urges state leaders to create policies to protect the local community. They stress the importance of keeping locals in the area and preventing further displacement.

Speaker 0: It, my cousins. Okay. So it's breaking my heart right now because this one topic is all up in my feed. And if I know social media, I know algorithms, and I know that sometimes it's not in the people's algorithms that need to hear it most. And I'm not saying it's you, but I could use your help to help the algorithm for the people that need to hear it, you know, some of us be preaching to the choir over here, and I know that when people come in like this, it's the masses like us that hold them accountable that maybe will spark change. And so my topic is for the people of Maui who instead of being able to just grieve, being able to process what's going on, being able to be there for their mental health, being able to locate the still yet missing people. Being able to even return back to Lahaina and and figure out the damage done. Some of them get adrenaline still rushing to their bodies. They don't even know the damage that's physically done to them while trying to escape. Instead, what they gotta worry about right now and put all of the rest aside is these people coming in and trying to buy up their land, their the it just happened, and people are trying to come in and be land vultures, and are you even kidding, guys? You would think that this, like, is is mental, but this is actually really happening to the people Speaker 1: I gotta tell you guys, I am so frustrated with investors and realtors Calling the families who lost their home, offering to buy their land, how dare you do that To our community right now, if you are a Kalamai. Sorry. Had a little bit poor reception right there. If you are a victim And they are calling you, please get their name people keep calling me. Sorry. Get their business name so we can put them on blast. This is some Pilau heva shit happening right now. I am so frustrated hearing since yesterday that multiple families that I know personally were reached out and offered money from investors and realtors, shame on you. Shame on you. If you are a Maui realtor contributing to that, karma's gonna come and get you. K. That is pilau. And if you are a realtor and they are calling you investors are calling you to represent them, I hope you have dignity and aloha and compassion to turn them away and tell them off. And I need you guys to do me a favor and get their name and their business name, and we're gonna put them on blast. That is some Pilau. Please spread the word. If you're a victim and they are reaching out to you, DM me their name, business, try to get as much information out of these guys And send it to me. And if you are a victim, trust that we are gonna rebuild Lahaina. Please don't don't. I know it's hard and like it might Speaker 2: Hello, everybody. Finally, again, coming here with some News. Of course, some updates and something that needs to be addressed. Even though it might be a little bit soon, this needs to be addressed right away because I see the potential for this to be happening very quickly. If you wanna make something go viral, this is the one to go to go as viral as possible Because we need to make sure that we keep our people here. Now, obviously, some homes have, Not some homes. Majority of the homes have been decimated, especially for the local community. And a lot of people are already struggle to get by day to day. Now with their home gone, obviously, once they claim insurance, say, they've, you know, got in a $600,000 loan for their home and property, it's probably more than that. But just as an example, now their home is only worth maybe 300,000. That means they have another $300,000 to pay off on top of their loan. They're not gonna be able to to pay those things most people don't have jobs anymore. And they're gonna have to work even harder to just sustain themselves for this period and and then try and rebuild a home, and and all of this. So there is a massive opportunity for land grab from corporate entities That don't have nothing to do with the Lahaina community. Anybody outside out of state gonna try and come in and buy homes. I can already see this potential for happening. So this is the one thing that we need to get as much coverage on as possible. And that is to urge our state leaders like our our governor and our mayor and any other state leaders that can have a say in this to make sure that our lands cannot be sold to anybody else. There this this has to I cannot stress this one enough. Yes. It may be a little bit soon. People are still, Still struggling out there, but we need to urge our leaders Create policies now because those things do take time. We need to start looking into policy right now, right this second to make sure that Nobody can just come in and start buying up our place. You know, we need to keep as much locals in this place. As much Hawaiian as possible Because people are very even displaced so much. A lot of people have to have to have moved off of island. Have moved to Las Vegas, Utah, California Because they can't afford it here. We don't need anybody else to leave us. We need to make sure that we can keep our people here. So we need to blow up the governors, Mayor's office and demand that we create policy to make sure that our people can stay here. That is I cannot stress enough. Outside of

Over 1,000 people are still unaccounted for in the aftermath of a devastating fire in Maui. Search and rescue teams, along with 41 dogs, have covered 85% of the impacted area, but the remaining 15% could take weeks to search due to the need to remove floors and structures in larger buildings. The intense fire may make it impossible to recover the remains of some victims. Many of the deceased are believed to be children who were left at home because schools were closed. The governor acknowledges that some sirens were broken during the fire and admits that climate change is a reality, with more frequent and severe emergencies occurring.

Speaker 0: More than 1,000 are unaccounted for, about 10.50. It will take several weeks still. Some of the challenges are gonna be extraordinary. As you reported, 85% of the land of the impact zone has been covered now by what amounts to an army of search and rescue teams and 41 dogs. So 85% of the land's been covered. Now, we go into the larger buildings, which require peeling back some of the floors and structures. That last 15% could take weeks. We do have extreme concerns that, because of the temperature of the fire, the remains of those who have died, in some cases, may be impossible to recover meaningfully. So, there are gonna be people that are lost, forever. And right now, we're working obviously with the FBI and everyone on the ground to make sure that we do what we can to assess, who's missing? Speaker 1: That is hard to hear, governor. I know a local AUI official said a large number of the dead may have actually been children who were left home that day because schools were closed, many of them alone or with their grandparents. Is that the case? Speaker 0: That is possible. That's that's what we're sharing, here internally. That is possible that There will be many children. This is the largest, catastrophe and disaster that's ever hit Maui. Probably, it's ever hit Hawaii outside of, wartime events. So, we just thank everyone in the world for reaching out and supporting us through all of the re you know, the ways that they can. Right now, we are trying to make sure everyone is sheltered, and we began to get all the federal resources we can to make life in some way livable for the survivors. That's where we are at the moment. Speaker 1: You know, the National Weather Service had issued a fire watch For your state, August 6th, a few days before the fire hit. With the siren system, you said to CNN on Monday and again on Tuesday that you believe Some of the sirens were broken. When did you learn they weren't fully functional? Speaker 0: We assess every siren across the state on the 1st of the month, and then we ask people to update them and fix them to their abilities. You know, I of course, I, as a person, as a father, as a Doctors, I wish all the sirens went off. The challenge that you've heard, and it's not to excuse or explain anything. The challenge has been that, historically, Those sirens are used for tsunamis. That's when I came to Hawaii 23 years ago, was told when I was living down near the shore. So it's usually tsunamis and hurricanes. For perspective, we've had 6 fire emergencies this August. We had 6 fire emergencies between 1953 and 2003. That's how how fast things are changing. I know that there is debate out there whether we should be talking about climate change or not. Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaker 0: Well, let's be real, world. Climate change is here. We are in the midst of it, with a hotter planet and fiercer storms. And you asked the question, I'm coming back to it right now, Do I wish those sirens went off? Of course, I do. And I think that the answer that the, the emergency administrator from Maui who's resigned said was, of course, utterly unsatisfactory, to the world. But it is the case that that we've historically not used. Those kind of warnings are

You know, Hawaii is such a beautiful place, And we want to make the most of living here and be part of the community and be involved with things in the community. And but however, it is difficult with all of this going on. It's really tough. Speaker 0: So how are you able to deal with all of this? I know that your independence from the Russia is coming up. Mhmm. So how do you balance all of this? I mean, with with all this going on over there, with the war continuing, and just, you know, your your people living here taking shelter. Speaker 1: Mhmm. Well, what helps is knowing that we're doing something to help. And so, with the independence date, it's the 32nd anniversary of the break from the USSR, Where Ukraine regained independence, they previously had independence, but were taken over by USSR as were many other countries. And celebrating well, we don't like to use the word celebrate, but observing, this day. The Actual date is August 24th is the official, date, but we're having it on the 26th, August 26th. This is Saturday, so more people can attend. And we're inviting the public to come and participate with us. We're raising funds for Ukraine. And as I said, Knowing that you're helping helps to alleviate some of some of the pain because you you have something, you know, proactive to do to help. And so we're raising funds, a portion of which will go to Maui because, we have friends on Maui too. We are part of this community, and we feel the pain Of what's happened there as well. Speaker 0: So what events are unfolding in Ukraine right now? Because I know that you have your pulse in the country? Speaker 1: Mhmm. So, you know, various cities are getting bombed. And the The terrible disaster that we're still reeling from and actually we would like to send, funds to the villages affected by, the Russian bombing of the dam back in June, not only did it flood, areas to the south, But it it actually flooded the Dnieper River, which then flooded more villages further. And so, it caused a terrible humanitarian disaster. And and prior to this, Russians had also removed pumps from wells that were north of this. So even those who were not directly affected by the flooding are now finding it difficult to get water or to get water to help others. And so they're very, very worried about, you know, coming up with the winter when water freezes. Speaker 0: While so what can people in Hawaii do, plus just in America, to help? So, Speaker 1: What we'd like to do is, as part of not only helping by fundraising, come and participate in our event because Because it's an event where we celebrate our culture as well. The Ukrainian people have a beautiful, vibrant culture. It's wonderful you know character dances and color and and you know music and we're having a lot of artists It's actually coming, to this event. So definitely better than last year and, professional dance performances and music and, we have locals as well coming and performing music and musicians and, we have food. We have, Ukrainian food being prepared right there and also baked goods, art. We have things directly from Ukraine. Crane. So some beautiful little arts and crafts that have come directly from Ukraine and actually even Ukrainian candy. Speaker 0: So Wow, you're creating candy? Wow, that sounds that's I love candy. So this year, I know that last year was the first year. And so this is going to be so tell us how it's going to be different for those who did enjoy last year? Speaker 1: Okay. So, it's bigger and better. Speaker 0: Bigger and better. Speaker 1: We have yeah, we have more food, more games, more crafts. We have a lot more participation as well, which is fun. So we have things planned for example, Ukrainian Zumba where people can get up and join in. We have a special, Ukrainian dance teacher who's going to lead that. We have things for the to participate in, sort of simple jewelry making and things with the Ukrainian theme and, yeah. It's just, it's very family friendly. It's, it's in a bigger area than last This year, it's right, on Magic Island, right in front of, the parking lot there. So big open area. Speaker 0: Okay. So right there. That's what I wanted to

The flames were coming over the buildings and landing on their vehicles. They had to break traffic laws by driving on sidewalks and going against police instructions. Eventually, they managed to escape and reach their home. They thought they were safe until a neighbor warned them to evacuate. The speaker mentions that sirens were not used to avoid confusion with a tsunami warning. The roads were blocked off, forcing everyone onto Front Street where the embers continued to pose a threat.

This is Suspect AF! 🚨The Police Chief John Pelletier Got a 23% + Pay Raise After 6 Weeks of Employment — Weeks later, his Personal Secretary, Terry Jones Dies JOHN PELLITEIRS PAY RAISE: Pelletier was offered the Police Chief job over four other Qualified Lahaina residents & was paid $158,851 salary. John started his job on December 15, 2021. After six weeks on the job, he told the The Maui County Police Commission that he wanted a raise. The Police Commission not only granted his request of $195,000, but above & beyond by approving a $205,800 salary. Which equates to a $46,949 pay raise! 🤯 Reportedly, there was a great deal of tension in the department around this time & the Lahaina community because they felt like John Pelletier didn’t deserve it or prove himself to earn such a pay raise. Why was the MPD so adamant on hiring an outsider over four qualified internal Lahaina residents? Why did the Police Commission unanimously grant his request & pay him more? TERRY JONES DEATH Weeks after all of this, Terry Jones, longtime MPD employee (32 years), died….. chasing a “purse snatcher” and crashed into a tree. Terry was the first person John Pelletier hired and she worked as his private secretary. Is this somehow connected? For clarity, they said they caught the “purse snatcher” Robert Nelson. https://www.kitv.com/news/crime/maui-police-announce-arrest-in-case-that-resulted-in-mpd-secretarys-death/article_9b137ee6-b174-11ec-9b60-4fa44ebcd261.html They said he confessed to his involvement with breaking into Terry Jones' vehicle and the theft of her purse. “He provided investigators with verifiable details of the break-in” How very convenient, if you ask me… How often does a criminal of petty offenses confess to things that would land him in prison much longer? Is it just me, or does death seem to follow John Pelletier? Maui County's new police chief, John Pelletier, has requested a $40,000 raise due to the high cost of living in Hawaii and the fact that he is making less than two assistant chiefs. Pelletier, who took a pay cut when he left his previous position in Las Vegas, currently earns $159,000 a year. However, his assistant chiefs, who are not appointed by the county, earn more than him. Pelletier believes his salary should be increased to $195,000, a 23% raise. The police commission not only agreed, but also suggested a higher salary of $205,000. Some residents believe Pelletier should prove his worth before receiving a raise, but the commission supports him. The final decision will be made by the salary commission on February 11th.

Speaker 0: 6 weeks into his job, Maui County's new police chief could be getting a sizable bump in pay. Speaker 1: The county's police commission wants to give him even more than he requested. Harben Gutierrez has our top story tonight. Ben? Speaker 0: John Bellatier has been on the job since December 15th. He told the Maui Police Commission that he would like a $40,000 raise, not only because of the cost of living in Hawaii, is also making less than at least 2 assistant chiefs on the force. Speaker 2: As chief of police. Speaker 1: With the county of Maui. Speaker 2: For county of Maui. Speaker 0: John Pelletier took a pay cut when he left as a captain in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to become Maui County's police chief. Speaker 2: I haven't worked an 8 hour a day yet. I don't know what an 8 hour a day is yet. I don't think that a police chief will ever work in a in a hour a day. Speaker 0: Pilatere is paid nearly $159,000 a year, down from the 171,000 he made in Nevada. But 2 of his assistant chiefs who aren't appointed by the county are making more than him and the deputy chief. He says because he's not paid overtime, it's also a lower hourly wage. Speaker 2: If I'm working approximately 60 hours a week, which is basically average right now, I'm making what a lieutenant on the department makes. They won't get coverage on the show for contract but depending on when they promoted and different things, that's the salary that they have. Speaker 3: When you're people that are below you, are making more than the leaders. It sets up a funky dynamic and I can't imagine how that is. Speaker 0: Maui County's police chief is the 2nd highest paid in the state behind Honolulu's $205,000 followed by Hawaii and Kauai counties. Pilacher believes his salary should be increased to $195,000, a 23% raise. Commissioners not only agreed, they believe he's worth even more. Speaker 3: But I do think we need to go above that 195. I just don't think that's high enough. I would go like 205. Our chief took the job knowing what the salary was. Speaker 0: Hana resident Claire Carroll believes Pelletier should prove his worth before asking for more money. Speaker 3: I would appreciate if the commission would give him at least 6 months before considering any pay raises. Speaker 0: But Pelletier has the commission's support. Speaker 4: The harder they work, it should be the more you get. And in this particular case, He's working very hard and doing a lot of things that we that we wanted him to do. Speaker 0: The police commission unanimously approved that 205 $1,000 salary for the next fiscal year. The salary commission, which actually sets the amount, may take up that recommendation when it meets February 11th. Ben Gutierrez.

Maui Fires- The Smoking Gun? 💨 JUST Last month, Hawaii Governor Josh Green signed an emergency housing proclamation on July 17, to “address the housing shortage”…. The order suspended a half dozen state and county laws, primarily focusing on land use, historic preservation and environmental review. The measure invokes a state law giving the governor broad power to suspend laws that impede a response to emergencies such as natural disasters or the coronavirus pandemic.  Lahaina was a historic town & we just had an “Emergency Natural Disaster” occur… It sounds like Governor Josh Green just set the stage for investors & real estate firms to come in & build with little to no regulations or restrictions. https://www.civilbeat.org/2023/07/hawaii-gov-takes-dramatic-action-to-solve-housing-crisis-but-is-he-going-too-far/

Operation Blue Roof and the FEMA Self Help Program both provide temporary roof protection for homes damaged during severe weather. Operation Blue Roof uses a 10mm thick rolled polyurethane sheeting with fiber reinforcement, installed by a contractor overseen by the Corps of Engineers. It is tear resistant, UV resistant, fire retardant, and 100% waterproof. On the other hand, the FEMA self-help tarps are thinner and less resilient, measuring 20 feet by 25 feet with grommets for tie-down. These blue tarps are used for minor roof repairs. Speaker 0: Operation Blue Roof and the FEMA Self Help Program, while similar, use 2 different materials. Both programs help reduce further rain damage to homes and provide temporary protection for the roofs of residential structures damaged during severe weather. The sheeting for Operation Blue Roof are installed by a contractor, overseen by the Corps of Engineers according to certain specifications. The material is a rolled polyurethane sheeting with fiber reinforcement. It's 10 millimeters thick and measures 20 feet by 100 feet. It's used for major impacts to roofs. The sheeting is a 100% waterproof. It is also tear resistant, UV resistant and fire retardant. The FEMA self help tarps are installed by the homeowner. The material is thinner and not as resilient as Plastic sheeting. It typically measures 20 feet by 25 feet with grommets to allow for a tie down solution. These blue tarps are used for minor roof repairs and are more of a patch solution. To sign up for the program, you can call 888 RoofBlue. A fire in Lahaina and Kula has caused a water supply issue on the island. The water is not safe to drink, even after boiling. Government-provided potable water is making people sick. To address this, Unjected and Infuse are sending emergency hydration satchels with amino acids and glutathione to supplement the survivors' hydration needs. The satchels don't require water. They will be delivered to the supply docks in Kihei and distributed to the Westside and Kula. Updates will be provided once they arrive. Prayers and blessings for Maui are appreciated.

Unfortunately we're finding out that the news is even worse than it's leading on now due to these terrible fires that we've had in Lahaina as well as on the other side of the island in Kula. We're experiencing now an issue with the water supply. We're being told that the water is not safe to drink. Is also not safe after boiling, which is quite frightening. And we don't know how long that these actions are going to be lasting on the public. We're also hearing that the potable water being brought in by government officials is making people ill for whatever reason. They're experiencing fevers, chills and other ailments from drinking this portable water that's been left. So I really urge you guys to please, please be careful on ingesting this water and where you're getting it from and in response to this issue that we're having on the island injected the wellness company and the upcoming company, Infuse. They're going to be sending out emergency hydration satchels that don't require water, they're going to have amino acids, glutathione and everything that these survivors of these fires are going to need to supplement themselves, of course, and providing some vital all hydration that they need, so they're not being dehydrated, going long since without safe water the drink. So I would love to let you guys know that these are on their way to the island. We're so grateful for Infuse sending that and halting their other distribution to make sure that's possible. As soon as they arrive on island, I will be sure to keep you all posted. We're going to be bringing them down to the supply docks in Kihei, where they will be making their way to the Westside. And as well, I will be taking them over to Kula to anybody who may need them. So thank you so much for helping our little island home, and please send all of your prayers and blessings to MAUI.

Maui residents suspect the Democrat governor's emergency housing proclamation before the fires was a ploy for rich developers to profit, leaving them evicted. Meanwhile, FEMA workers are undergoing a course on white supremacy, adding to the struggles faced by the devastated community.

Maui residents say they’re being evicted so landlords can cash in and they’re highly suspicious of the Democrat governor of Hawaii signing an emergency housing proclamation 3 weeks before the fires. They say rich developers are the ones winning here, not them.. To make matters worse, FEMA is having their workers do a course on white supremacy, while Maui residents grapple with all they’ve lost and a county that failed them

Hundreds of Americans, including many children, are missing after the Maui fires. While the search and rescue mission continues, FEMA workers are being instructed to focus on diversity training, including a 3-hour course on equity and white supremacy. Meanwhile, Hawaiians are being evicted from their homes, seemingly to benefit developers. The emergency housing proclamation signed by the Democrat governor of Hawaii, Josh Green, has raised suspicions among residents, who believe it was a gift to developers. The residents fear that wealthy individuals like Zuckerberg, Oprah, and Bezos will take advantage of the devastation and turn Maui into a smart city, pricing out the middle class. The federal, state, and county governments' response to the tragedy has been lacking, leaving residents frustrated and searching for answers.

Speaker 0: Hundreds of Americans are still missing after the deadly Maui fires. Many of the missing, children. The Hawaii Electric Company Trump trapping Americans inside the inferno. And FEMA officials have been staying at 5 star luxury resorts. But it actually gets worse. The Free Beacon discovered that FEMA, in the middle of all of this around the clock search and rescue recovery mission, is telling their workers to focus on diversity training. FEMA is having workers do a 3 hour course on equity in the middle of the disaster recovery. The course teaches them how white supremacy is ingrained in nearly every system and an institution in the U. S. It tells its employees that the US is rooted in extreme, extraordinary violence and says that employees must acknowledge that the systemic racism and oppression exist. So while Hawaiians are missing kids and are prevented from seeing their scorched homes, FEMA officials are staying at the Four Seasons and taking a 3 hour course on white supremacy. I hate to tell you, but it actually gets worse. Hawaiians are being evicted from their homes comes so landlords can cash in. Speaker 1: We've been receiving call after call of people who are being asked to be evicted by their landlords. People who are being displaced during a time of emergency when their house was like the only house standing in their neighborhood simply because the owner of The House realized that their investment is no longer a sound investment. Speaker 0: Why are people getting evicted if their homes didn't burn? Well, this is interesting. Less than a month before the fire, the Democrat governor of Hawaii, Josh Green, signed an emergency proclamation concerning Hawaiian real estate. Speaker 2: To my knowledge, this was the 1st emergency proclamation in the country that didn't have a preceding incident. This was just from my knowledge was just to streamline development on Maui, and it is allocated Eros who's unelected, who can trump every single thing that you do. They're meeting with developers, private, private land owners and not a lot of community. Speaker 0: Maui residents say this is highly suspicious. The emergency housing proclamation was declared weeks before the actual emergency created a housing emergency. This emergency proclamation has been described as a gift to developers. The residents are apoplectic because of all the emergency powers. They go to a housing czar and residents get no say. Company. Now the residents think developers, government officials, and all those billionaires have bought up land in Hawaii, like Zuckerberg, Oprah, Bezos are gonna take advantage of the devastation. Speaker 3: We busted our and this is what we get. Nobody called us. Comes. Our phones didn't work from 5 in the morning. The fire was not 10 o'clock when I went to work, the fire was still there. There was no water. Tell me if that's a coincidence. No water, no warning, and everybody talking about Home. The satellite city before the fire. Lahaina gonna be the 1st satellite city. Well, hey, Jeff Bezos, you got what you wanted. Oprah, you got what you wanted. And the guy who owns or not, you got what you wanted. That's all over. Speaker 0: Many of the Maui residents are worried that their town is gonna be turned into a smart city, a tech hub where wealthy people work remotely, massive data is collected and middle class people are priced out. Primetime has no idea what's going on. The governor of Hawaii calls this all a conspiracy theory. But when all of these tragedies and mishaps converge, it leaves vulnerable people searching anywhere for answers. Representative Diamond Garcia is a member of the Hawaii House of Representatives. Pump. Alright, Diamond, tell us what people are thinking here. Speaker 4: Well, the fact is people are confused. It's been 3 weeks, Jesse, and there's not been any clear answers. I mean, these people have lost everything, their homes, their families, their loved ones, their children, And they're crying for answers. They need answers. And unfortunately, the response from the federal, state, and county governments has been pretty quiet. When asked what the death count was for children, the answer was, I don't know. When asking FEMA and calling FEMA for more resources, They get the voicemail. So people are frustrated here in Hawaii. And it's really sad to see this kind of federal response. Speaker 0: So if you have Real Estate, probably the most expensive in the entire country. And there's a lot of poor people in Maui. There just are. And then a fire comes through and just rips sit to shreds and developers are licking their chops. Is this why people are so concerned, especially when the fire water wasn't, ready or, you know, wasn't given to the firefighters and all of these things keep adding up. Speaker 4: Absolutely. The fact is, just days after the fire burned down the entire town of Lahaina, Realtors and developers were calling residents who lost their homes and offering to buy their properties. So people immediately caught on to what was going on. And it looks like right when this happened, the developers came down like vultures and tried to take their property. Speaker 0: Oh, it's unbelievable. Unbelievable. This guy, Green, who runs this island, I hope he does the right thing because we're going to hold him to account. And I mark my words, we're going to hold this guy to account. Diamond, thanks as always. Tell everybody in Maui, we send our love.

Biden's FEMA Administrator, Deanne Criswell, disappoints Lahaina fire victims with a mere $700 aid per person. With a population of 13,000, that's just $19 million in total. Meanwhile, Biden seeks $23 billion for Ukraine, leaving residents bothered. This amount is insulting in Hawaii, where the cost of living is high. Many locals lost jobs due to the closure of Maui, leaving them with no income. To make matters worse, FEMA officials are staying in $1,000/night resorts. Residents were also deceived by false promises of support. Countless people have lost everything.

@iluminatibot - illuminatibot

Biden FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell says FEMA has NO plans to provide more than $700 worth of aid per victim of the Lahaina, Hawaii fires. Given the population of Lahaina was 13,000, that's ONLY $1.9 MILLION TOTAL. Meanwhile, Biden's pushing for another $23 BILLION for Ukraine. I've spoken with a myriad of residents that are very much bothered by that fact. $700 in Hawaii is almost NOTHING, as everything is much more expensive. It's insulting, and is less than one week's pay for most residents. Because the government told tourists "MAUI IS CLOSED," so many of these folks have been laid off and no longer even have an income. COUNTLESS PEOPLE HAVE LOST EVERYTHING. To top it all off, FEMA OFFICIALS ARE STAYING IN $1,000/NIGHT RESORTS ON MAUI. - FEMA also LIED to residents of Maui from day one, as they promised support for those economically displaced as well.

Residents of Maui are facing numerous challenges. Lahaina is heavily fortified with police and military checkpoints. Shutdowns have left many impoverished and jobless, pushing them towards bankruptcy. Federal aid is difficult to obtain. The government's lack of transparency is concerning, as they refuse to disclose the number of missing or deceased children. The official count of missing individuals keeps changing, raising suspicions. Shockingly, residents are being arrested for trying to visit their own homes. Determined to uncover the truth, a team of locals and journalists is being assembled. What is the government hiding? Why do they continue to deceive the people of Maui? Good morning again from Maui, where residents are being ROYALLY screwed by local, state, and federal governments. There are COUNTLESS important issues to note, but here are just a handful: 1. The town of Lahaina is being INCREASINGLY fortified, and there are police & military checkpoints at literally every corner 2. Residents are starting to become literally impoverished due to all the shutdowns. 3. The government has put TENS OF THOUSANDS of people out of work and countless people are about to be forced into bankruptcy. 4. Federal aid is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get. 5. THE GOVERNMENT STILL WON’T DISCLOSE THE AMOUNT OF CHILDREN MISSING OR DEAD. 6. The “official” number of people missing keeps changing and seems to be based on TOTAL LIES. 7. RESIDENTS ARE LITERALLY BEING ARRESTED FOR ATTEMPTING TO VISIT THEIR OWN HOMES. — MARK MY WORDS: We WILL get to the bottom of all this. I’m putting together a team of local residents & journalists to make it happen. WHAT IS THE GOVERNMENT HIDING? WHY DO THEY KEEP LYING TO THE GREAT PEOPLE OF MAUI? *** I want to know YOUR thoughts, and and what YOU want to know about the situation on the ground here on Maui.

$700 is being sent to the families of Lahaina, which amounts to $1,900,000 for the 13,000 residents. Additionally, $40,000,000,000 has been allocated for Ukraine, making the total for Ukraine around $140,000,000,000. It is questioned why it is easier to support Ukraine compared to rallying for America, considering that both are part of the United States of America.

Speaker 0: But I will say this, I saw that $700 is gonna be sent to the families of Lahaina. Now I just did some quick math, Pete. There's about 13,000, was about 13,000 residents of Lahaina. Times $700, that's $1,900,000. I think this week we announced another 40,000,000,000 for Ukraine. I'm not sure where we are at this point, Pete, but I believe it's something like a 140,000,000,000 total for Ukraine. And last I checked, this is the United States of America, as is East Palestine, Ohio. So I don't know why it's so hard, comparatively, to rally for America and so easy comparatively to support Ukraine.

The rebuilding in Lahaina, Maui after the fire has not started despite being 5 months since the incident. Instead, colorful kids' paintings have been put up, but no actual rebuilding has taken place. Residents are struggling with mortgage payments and eviction notices, while insurance companies delay providing compensation. The lack of progress is frustrating and unacceptable. Additionally, there is no assistance being offered to the affected residents, and it is speculated that BlackRock is waiting to build their smart city instead of prioritizing the needs of the community.

Meanwhile, people still have to pay mortgages and are getting eviction notices even though their house burned down and they haven't gotten money from the insurance company yet because they're dragging their butts. Ridiculous.

The Maui Wildfires occurred 5 months ago, causing ongoing suffering for the people of Maui. The situation is as follows: insurance adjusters are unable to take pictures of damaged homes, hindering insurance payouts. The city is not approving permits for rebuilding. Banks continue to charge mortgages, leading to people falling behind and facing the possibility of losing their land. Is this an example of "building back better"?

@Travis_in_Flint - 🇺🇸Travis🇺🇸

The Maui Wildfires happened 5 months ago and the people of Maui are still suffering. The Biden administration is actively helping the banks steal land from these people. Here’s where it stands: - US government won’t allow insurance adjusters to take pictures of visit homes, so they can’t approve insurance payouts to people who lost homes. - The city won’t approve a single permit so people can rebuild. - The banks are still charging a mortgage, and people are falling behind and the banks are going to take possession of the land. Is this building back better?

The government of Hawaii has released a heavily redacted sign-in sheet from Maui's Emergency Ops Center during the Lahaina fire. They are hiding the identities of 20 out of 38 people who signed in, including important officials like the US Coast Guard. Questions arise about who made the decisions that led to deaths and blocked exits. Maui County has refused to respond to inquiries. Experts believe the records are not only censored but also incomplete. The released pages include redacted names from various agencies.

🚨 MASSIVE RED FLAGS: HAWAII GOVERNMENTS CENSORING WHO WAS CONTROLLING MAUI FIRE RESPONSE 🚩 After 5 MONTHS of fighting with the government, they've released a HEAVILY redacted sign-in sheet of Maui’s Emergency Ops Center for the day Lahaina was incinerated. THEY'RE HIDING 20 OF THE 38 PEOPLE THAT SIGNED IN. WHY? ❗️ Some of these identities are extremely important such as US Coast Guard officials, who didn't bother rescuing anybody that fled to the ocean for SEVERAL HOURS. Why can’t the people of Maui know WHO made the decisions to block the exits resulting in the deaths of COUNTLESS people? WHO WAS HOLDING UP RESCUE RESOURCES FOR THE TOWN? Maui County so far has REFUSED to respond to any inquiries regarding who was in charge that day. Weirdly enough, out of 38 people that signed in that day, 24 never signed out, including Mayor Richard Bissen, Hawaiian Electric reps, Maui fire & police, and others. Experts are saying this is a HUGE red flag, saying these records are not just censored, but they're also INCOMPLETE. WHAT ARE THEY HIDING?

Joe Rogan questions the allocation of $175 billion to Ukraine while neglecting to provide $5 billion to Maui. The author highlights the disparity between the assistance given to those affected by the fire in Maui and the significant funds allocated to Ukraine. They suggest that this discrepancy may be due to a larger agenda of land acquisition. The author also points out various concerning incidents during the crisis, such as the decision to keep power lines above ground, the malfunctioning alarm system, the water supply being turned off, and police allegedly directing people towards the fire. The author concludes by labeling these incidents as "unfortunate things."

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

Joe Rogan asks how we have $175 billion to send to Ukraine but NOT $5 billion to send Maui. People who lost their homes to the fire got a measly $700 while we “accidentally” allocated an extra $6 billion towards Ukraine. So, why did they abandon Maui? Because the whole thing is a giant land grab. That’s what Joe Rogan, Jimmy Dore, and many Maui residents think. It's truly odd how: • Decisions were made to keep power lines above ground despite the known risks. • The alarm system malfunctioned during the crisis, failing to alert residents in time. • Firefighters faced challenges as the water supply was inexplicably turned off. • Police reportedly turned people back into the path of the fire. “These are all just unfortunate things.”

Speaker 0: The playbook is keep the people distracted and divided. That's always been the playbook. And then while we're in the middle of these international conflicts that are baffling to everybody involved, And you're wondering how they have all this money to do that, but they don't have any money to address all the problems that we have. How about the people in Maui? Imagine being a person Speaker 1: in Maui that lost Speaker 0: their home. They give you $700, and then you still can't rebuild. It's a year later. Nothing's been built. Speaker 1: And at the blink of an eye, they give a $100, 000, 000, 000 to Zelensky and and Speaker 0: But even worse, they accidentally sent Ukraine 6, 000, 000, 000. They sent an accidental 6, 000, 000, 000. So then we looked up, like, how much would it cost to rebuild every house that got destroyed in the fire? 5, 000, 000, 000. Speaker 1: So they Speaker 0: could have done that. Speaker 1: Why wouldn't they do that? Speaker 0: Why wouldn't they do that? Why wouldn't they do that? I don't understand. Those people are devastated. And then there's all this talk about, like, taking over that land and Speaker 1: Well, you go to Maui. I was in Maui, and you see people have, put graffiti on the side of buildings saying this is a land grab. Speaker 0: Yeah. Speaker 1: You see that a lot. Speaker 0: It is a land grab. It's a pretty transparent land grab. Right? It's happening in front of our eyes, and no one's doing anything about it because it's 5 hours in a jet across the ocean. And we're watching this shit take place where these people and, first of all, just horrible mismanagement of water rights, horrible mismanagement of power lines, the fact that they have horrible winds, crazy winds there, and they've had these fucking power lines that are above ground. When I lived in California, my fucking lines were underground. They figured it out there. How come they didn't figure it out on Hawaii? How much money could have been saved if they just put the power lines underground? Speaker 1: It was so unfortunate that their alarm system malfunctioned. Speaker 0: Yeah. How about that? Speaker 1: And that the water got turned off so the firefighters Speaker 0: They wouldn't let them turn the water on. There's people the the water's a very valuable commodity there. The whole thing is fucking insane. Speaker 1: And that the cops are turning people back into the fire. Is this it's Speaker 0: just these are whole thing is insane. I’m discussing the disparity in federal aid between California and places like Maui and western North Carolina. FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell emphasizes the commitment of the federal family to support recovery efforts. However, it feels like a political maneuver, with implications that BlackRock is influencing land deals in Maui and western North Carolina. Meanwhile, Los Angeles is receiving full recovery funding, raising questions about the fairness of these decisions and the motivations behind them.

🚨Here is the WHY California is getting the aid it needs from Joe Biden while Maui and western North Carolina were abandoned.🚨😡 FEMA Administrator Deanne Criswell says they’re apart of “The Federal Family”. You hear that, it’s a Democrat Mafia.. “We wanna make sure that we are doing everything we can as a federal family to support them on this recovery journey”. - Maui (BlackRock needed the land): $700 loan and no building permits, thanks for the land - Western North Carolina (BlackRock needed the land): $750 loan and we would like to buy your land for pennies on the dollar - Los Angeles: 100% of the recovery costs.

Biden has committed to a 180-day, 100% match on recovery funds, raising questions about how this can be guaranteed with only 10 days left in his administration. This practice is common among administrations to address immediate needs after major disasters. The president has the legal authority to allocate these funds for recovery efforts. It's important to recognize the catastrophic impact on affected communities and ensure that the federal government does everything possible to support their recovery journey.

Speaker 0: Biden committed to a 180 days of 100% match on on recovery funds. It how just, technically, how is he able to commit to 6 months when he's only gonna be in office for 10 more days? Is that locked in or could that change if the next administration has a different idea? Speaker 1: You know, this is a practice that many administrations, have utilized to help support the immediate needs, in the the response to one of these major catastrophic disasters. And what we want to be able to do is recognize the catastrophic impact of that, and the president has the authority through the statute, through law, to be able to commit this amount of funding to support the recovery efforts. I would hope that we look at this, as I think Corinne said earlier, that these are communities that have had a catastrophic impact, and that we want to make sure that we are doing everything we can as a federal family to support them on this recovery journey.

I raised some pressing questions about MrBeast's involvement with FEMA and the United Cajun Navy during Hurricane Helene, highlighting the troubling timeline of events and the lack of response for victims in Western NC. I pointed out connections between key figures, including Todd Terrell and Frank Avallone, suggesting a network of influence and potential corruption. I also speculated on MrBeast's background and connections to the intelligence community, hinting at deeper implications. Overall, I’m questioning the integrity of disaster relief efforts and the relationships among those involved.

@RichardEntuboca - Richard Entuboca

Here’s a few questions nobody has asked yet that will be incredibly important: What did @MrBeast know about FEMA, United Cajun Navy, Hurricane Helene weather modification and the coordinated disaster relief sabotage attacks against Western NC residents and when did he know it? And how involved was Redwood Materials, a battery manufacturer run by “former” Tesla execs with a base in South Carolina? Apparently, United Cajun Navy had already been meeting with FEMA at its National Response Coordinator Center BEFORE Hurricane Helene made landfall in the “Big Bend”, and then first set up shop on the ground in Black Mountain, NC — which is where that psychopathic Black Mountain Mayor Michael Sobol was oddly losing his shit about anybody questioning or even being upset with FEMA about its lack of response, as victims were still sleeping in tents literally 67 DAYS AFTER Western NC had been devastated by Hurricane Helene. (That’s a Cohencidence™️, I’m sure.😒) Oddly enough, come Election Day, North Carolina residents were so inspired by the incredible response to Hurricane Helene that NC voters then decided to *checks notes* vote for Donald Trump and then elect/reelect all the Democrats (Jews) down-ballot who’d handled the response. But things get even weirder… On March 3, 2025, United Cajun Navy weirdly makes a post about having “moved @DataRepublican to a secure location, and mobilizing a special ops team to form a security perimeter.” (wut? why?) But the 2nd half of that post is one of the strangest things I’ve ever seen on TwitterX: “Spring is coming, the swamp dawgs are hungry (and the females are nesting and ornery), so FAFO!🫡💪” *IMPORTANT: Please watch the video below about all the ARMED FEMA agents, how citizens were being offered $2,500 for their land (or nothing), WERE NOT ALLOWED TO REBUILD THEIR HOMES THEY’D LOST and how the INSURANCE COMPANIES were fraudulently DENYING LIFE INSURANCE CLAIMS. *REMEMBER: Masked helicopter pilots were also ROTOR WASHING VICTIM AID/SUPPLY TENTS in Black Hawks allegedly registered to the NC National Guard.

Volunteers have reported a "nefarious" land grab in North Carolina, specifically Chimney Rock, Spruce Pine, and Black Mountain, for lithium and quartz mining. North Carolina houses the largest amount of lithium and quartz mineral rights in the world. Albemarle, an energy company with its main corporate office in Charlotte, North Carolina, made a $90 billion deal with the government. Douglas Emhoff is a top investor, and BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street run Albemarle. The company projects $120 billion in profits from the Chimney Rock lithium mine. The government has blocked roads into Chimney Rock. Residents who lost their homes are offered $2,500 for their land and are not allowed to rebuild. Governor Roy is reportedly buying devastated communities for pennies on the dollar, citing climate change. A FEMA camp with 700 armed agents has been built in Chimney Rock. Reports allege 11,000 body bags were ordered, but the official body count is 220. Insurance companies are allegedly not paying out claims for missing persons because there are no bodies.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: There was tons of volunteers, men and women, from all over North Carolina and Georgia and New Hampshire and Connecticut and different places that had come down to work. But the evidence that I found as I was interviewing people was quite shocking. It's not just a land grab. I know we've heard the term land grab with Chimney Rock, Spruce Pine, Black Mountain, and what they're doing with Albemarle, but it's way more nefarious than we could have ever thought to the point where I I had to tell you leaving here today before I left what really is going on. So it's not just those areas where they have completely collapsed those communities in order for the government to come in and then put their lithium mine and then do their quartz mine as well. For those who don't know, North Carolina houses the largest amount of lithium which is what is used to do the body battery operated cars And because battery electric cars are going to be the wave of the future they know this and it's not just that it's all batteries and they use lithium for other things. But there's quartz up here. It's the largest amount of quartz mineral rights up here in all the world. All the entire world. It's shocking that we would house that much of that mineral there. But they use the quartz for the little computer chips which are used all over the globe. So we're wanting to bolster our chip production here. That's been a big thing in government talking about that because our deals across the sea is not working out. So we are wanting to do the manufacturing of chips here in America and what they need for that quartz and North Carolina houses the largest amount of quartz. So you can kind of see why the government is interested in places like Chimney Rock, Spruce Pine, Black Mountain, Lake Lure, all those areas because that's where the mine is. So with that being said for those who don't know that's what it is. There was a $90,000,000,000 plan put into place by Albemarle. Their corporation office, the main corporate office is in Charlotte North Carolina. Now Albemarle is an energy company. That's what they do. They dig, they drill mines and everything surrounds their company and their mission is energy. Okay, energy production. So they did a $90,000,000,000 deal with the government. Douglas Emhoff, the husband of Kamala Harris is in fact one of the top investors. They are run by BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street. Okay. Those are asset managers here in America that and they are going to make when they put the lithium mine in Chimney Rock One Hundred And Twenty Billion Dollars That's what they projected on their website. Okay? The data, the evidence is all on their website. All you got to do is a little bit of research. Okay? So I'm not telling you some sort of conspiracy theory. It's a real conspiracy. So with them clearing out Chimney Rock we couldn't even get into Chimney Rock. They have blocked off. The government has blocked off all the main roads leading into Chimney Rock. So we couldn't even go and look but we went to places like Swannanoa and all the other places. We've already talked about on some of my lives about weather modification so I don't need to go into the details of that but some of the news of people who lost everything in Burnsville, people who lost everything in Swannanoa was this. Listen to this. The government has come in and they've offered them money for their land. Dollars 2,500 per person to be exact. They will not allow these people to go back on their land, the ones that lived, okay, to go build. They are saying you either take the $2,400.2500 dollars check or you get out with nothing. Are you understanding what I just said? The government is buying the land wholesale everywhere not just chimney rock, not spruce pine, not just where the mine is going to be. They're buying up in Burnsville. They're buying up in Waynesville. Everywhere somebody where they lost their entire home the government is confiscating the land and giving them a $2,500 check. It's a statewide land grab and then the news, the local news, just reported that Governor Roy, good old Democrat, Governor Roy decided that they were going to buy up whole communities that were devastated for pennies on the dollar due to climate change. That was in the local news. So another thing is is that people are wanting they have brought construction companies from all over because the government is not doing it. This is a job for FEMA. If FEMA was actually operating the way they're supposed to be operating they'd be feeding the homeless. They would be building, rebuilding homes, but they're not doing any of that. They built just recently found out from Ann Vandersteel's news and I was going to go see it and we couldn't get in to see it that they have built a large FEMA camp up in Chimney Rock. They're bringing in 700 FEMA armed agents to that camp to stay while they go it through Chimney Rock doing what they're doing for the government. They're not here to help the people and with the government giving them pennies on the dollar for their land the the insanity that's going on here is so highly, number one, unconstitutional, highly illegal, it's criminal. It's criminal behavior coming from none other than the government of the United States. And we the American people have taken it long enough. But here's the thing, the cycles of media that keep people spinning, the news, you know, Operation Mockingbird is going to allow the American public to number one not see the truth of what happened. Not the body count alone. They're saying it's 220. There has already been reports of 11,000 body bags that have been ordered for all of the different areas that were affected. So that's 11,000 dead people allegedly. Okay? I was hearing reports from different areas of 4,000 here, 2,000 here, 5,500 here. The numbers are astronomical that are gone. They're missing. And here's another thing that I found out. Insurance companies for those that survived are not paying out either. You want to know why they were quick to remove the bodies and bulldoze the land in Chimney Rock and in Spruce Pine and all the other areas? Because insurance companies did not want to pay out for the loss of those loved ones. So their loved ones can no longer do insurance claims. So let's say your children lived and you died in the flood. Those children cannot get an insurance claim because without a body you can't get a claim. None of the insurance companies in the state of North Carolina are paying out for these missing people that we know are presumed dead. So the entire these people in Western North Carolina have been number one devastated. Their land is being grabbed out from underneath them and then they're not getting their insurance claims. This is so foul up here. Every major news reporter should be up here reporting on this. Tucker Carlson should do a whole expose on this. The insanity of what's going on, and here's what's gonna happen in America. I promise you this. After the election, the news cycle will spin everything about Trump or Kamala depending on what happens come Tuesday, and everybody in North Carolina in this area that was devastated will be forgotten. And we as Americans cannot allow that to happen. I will continually come up here monthly.

Is China Somehow Involved in the Hawaii Fires? The affected areas in Hawaii are Lahaina, Kihei, and Maui. Even Maunakea had fires. On January 28, this Year, there were mysterious Green Lasers spotted over the skies of Maunakea. The troubling thing is that there were lots of conflicting reports from NASA the first week where they insisted it was one of their satellites, but it was ultimately declared (“Likely”) a Chinese satellite, Daqi-1/AEMS, a week later. https://twitter.com/SubaruTel_Eng/status/1620210575111327745 This happened almost immediately before multiple Chinese spy balloons were spotted all Over America. The Fact NASA had no clue and said “it’s likely” a Chinese satellite is very alarming. They still to this day only speculate what China was doing. Where there is smoke, there’s fire. https://rumble.com/v28w2ua-suspected-chinese-environment-monitoring-satellite-beams-green-laser-from-s.html

Speaker 0: Only 2 out of the 89 souls lost in the recent incident have been identified so far. Speaker 1: We are finding the remains of these individuals through a fire that melted metal, making it necessary to use rapid DNA testing for identification. All 89 victims are currently referred to as John and Jane Does. We understand the urgency to move quickly, but we also need to ensure accuracy. The remains are fragile and easily fall apart, which is what people were stepping on at the scene. We need time to contain and process the remains before making the 89 notifications. We have already experienced the pain of making 58 notifications and we are not yet finished with the 89. We want to provide the numbers quickly, but we also want to do it right.

Speaker 0: Instead of the 89 souls lost, will 2 have been identified or that's of the recent? Speaker 1: So of the 89 so realize this, when we find these you know, our family and our friends, the remains we're finding is through a fire that melted metal, we have to do rapid DNA to identify them. Every one of these 89 are John and Jane Dokes. And so when you are asking us and we know we've got to get and I love the way our House representative, how she said it, she was so eloquent, we know we've got to go quick, but we've got to do it right. So when we pick up the remains and they fall apart, and so when you have 200 people running through the scene yesterday, and some of you, that's what you're stepping on. I don't know how much more you want me to describe it. That's what you're stepping on. Give us a little bit of time to contain that, please, because we've got to go make 89 notifications. And coming from a place that had to make fifty eight, I understand the pain this is going to take and we're not done with 89. So just understand what this thing is because none of us really know the size of it yet. Everybody wants a number. You want it fast we want it right. We're going to do it right.

M. Kaleo Manuel, the Hawaii water official explains his "philosophy" about water Equity In a livestream debate hosted by the University of Hawaii last year, Manuel described water as a sacred god. “Let water connect us and not divide us,” said Manuel, referring to water distribution on the island. “We can share it, but it requires true conversations about equity…How do we coexist with the resources we have?” A former Obama Foundation leader — part of a program by the former President’s non-profit to help participants with coaching and “practical skill building for social change” — Manuel said he considered water an important tool for social justice. https://rumble.com/v39v8cx-m.-kaleo-manuel-the-hawaii-water-official-explains-his-philosophy-about-wat.html

It's a shift in our values. To reconnect with our traditional values, we need to let water connect us instead of dividing us. Sharing water requires true conversations about equity.

The speaker does not regret not sounding the sirens during the crisis. They explain that sirens are primarily used for tsunamis and are located on the coastline. The public is trained to evacuate to higher ground when the sirens sound. The Hawaii Emergency Management Agency provides guidelines for evacuation on their website. The speaker mentions that alerts can also be received through wireless emergency alerts. They express concern that if the sirens had been sounded, people may have panicked and gone towards the fire. They clarify that there are no sirens on the mountainside where the fire was spreading, so sounding them would not have saved those people.

Speaker 0: Do you regret not sounding the sirens? I I do not. And the reason why and So many people said they could have been saved if they had time to escape. Had a siren gone off, they would have known that there was a crisis emerging. And as we know, so many bodies were found in the ground. You want him do you want him to give you the answer? Or do you wanna I wanna Let him finish let him finish his answer. Sorry. There's a lot of people. Well, you're talking and you're not letting him talk. If you wanna talk, come up here. I'm ready for the answer. Then wait. The sirens, as I had mentioned earlier, is used primarily for tsunamis. And that's the reason why many of them are found. Almost all of them are found On the coastline. The public is trained to seek higher ground in the event that the salmon is sounded. In fact, on the website of the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency, The filing guideline is provided. If you are in a low lying area near the coastline, evacuate to high grounds. In and over to the 4th floor and higher of a concrete building. Alerts may also come in the form of a wireless emergency alert.

This is Chong City reporting for Hawaii news now.

They urge victims to gather information about these individuals and businesses so they can be exposed.

Search and rescue teams, along with 41 dogs, have covered 85% of the impacted area, but the remaining 15% may take weeks to search due to the need to peel back floors and structures in larger buildings. The extreme heat of the fire may make it impossible to recover the remains of some victims. It is believed that a significant number of the deceased may be children who were left home alone or with their grandparents when the fire broke out. The governor acknowledges that some sirens were broken and not fully functional, but explains that historically they were primarily used for tsunamis and hurricanes, not fires. He emphasizes the reality of climate change and the need to address its impact.

The Stand With Ukraine event in Hawaii is celebrating Ukraine Independence Day with cultural booths, musical performances, food, and games. The organizer, Laura Palafax, mentions the difficulties faced by Ukrainians as their cities are bombed. Despite the challenges, they are determined to make a difference and raise funds for Ukraine. The event commemorates the 32nd anniversary of Ukraine's break from the USSR and aims to support both Ukraine and the Ukrainian community in Maui. The recent Russian bombing of a dam caused a humanitarian disaster, and funds will be sent to the affected villages. People in Hawaii and America can help by participating in the event, which showcases Ukrainian culture and offers various activities. This year's event is bigger and better, with more food, games, crafts, and participation. It will take place on August 26th at Magic Island.

Speaker 0: Day. The Stand With Ukraine will mark Ukraine Independence Day locally. This year, cultural booths and displays are bigger with even more arts and crafts for sale from artisans, and there will also be musical performances, food and games with for the keiki. Joining me now to talk more about this is Laura Palafax, and you're helping to organize this. So tell us what is happening. I mean, in the wake of what I just talked about. So much going on with Ukraine, and I know that our hearts are with Ukraine also with, of course, people on Maui. But But tell us, how how are you folks doing here? Speaker 1: Thank you. Every day is a struggle for many people as they have family, and friends that Her cities are getting bombed. And so it's really tough.

Pelletier believes his salary should be increased to $195,000, a 23% raise, but the police commission thinks he is worth even more, suggesting a salary of $205,000.

🚨 The Maui Police Commission revised Hawaii Statute H.B. NO. 1534 to allow the Maui Police Chief, John Pelletier to get a raise… Let that sink in…. This statute allowed both a Chief of Police and a Deputy Chief of Police to BYPASS the Hawaii residency requirement of one year. In a nutshell, they revised this statute just to give John Pelletier a Raise… The same John Pelletier who was the Incident Commander of the 2017 Las Vegas Mass Shooting. Here is a letter on the Maui gov website showing the concern over giving the new Police Chief a significant raise… https://mauicounty.gov/DocumentCenter/View/131719/Written-Testimony_from-Deyna-Puckett_for-Salary-Commission-Meeting-on-2112022_Regarding-the-pay-raise-for-Chief-of-Police-John-Pelletier
