This is a layering CGI glitch and this proves that this video, which was seen all over the world over and over and over again year after year is a CGI rendering. Thus, it's not an amateur witness video. It's a fake. And this is one of many, many faked videos put out by the news media.

The investment banker notes that the Bank of International Settlements "is the central bank of central banks in Switzerland and operates above the law...[as] they have sovereign immunity and enjoy it in many respects and they can receive and hold money secretly [and] can keep money on their balance sheets secretly." Effectively, Fitts says, the U.S. government buying those shares "made their relationship with the BIS much closer..." The investment banker goes on to note that in October 1995 a budget deal in U.S. Congress "basically crashed and burned" and "it was then that...the president of one of the largest pension funds said to [her], 'They'—whoever 'They' is—have given up on the country and are moving all the money out starting in the Fall." Fitts says it was that Fall, October 1997, "when money started to go missing from HUD, as well as the Department of Defense." As of today, Fitts says, "there's...$20 trillion between 1998 and 2015 missing from DOD and $1 trillion missing from HUD." "The other thing that started to happen when that money started to go missing...was what I call the Great Poisoning..." Fitts adds. "Literally, it was the next month after the budget deal crashed that OxyContin was approved and the HUD predatory lending started and the pill mill started and really, the targeting of the low-income neighborhoods started, including the roundups coming from the private prison movement." "Undocumentable adjustments then skyrocket[ed]," Fitts adds. Then, in 2015, the DOD financials came out and "it was the greatest missing money in one year [ever]. The DOD was missing $6.5 trillion in a year..." At that point, Fitts says, Dr. Mark Skidmore, who was a professor and expert in budgeting at Michigan State University, thought she "must be wrong" because "the Department of Defense can't be missing 10-plus times its total budget in a year." Lo and behold, when he investigated the DOD's financials, he found that "actually, [she] was right." Fitts subsequently asked that Skidmore have his students do a complete survey "of all the financial statements in all the years from fiscal 1997 to 2015." He and his students got the total missing money to $21 trillion. They subsequently published a report in 2017, at which point Skidmore and Fitts discovered that "the amount of money missing from the U.S. Treasury was the same amount as the total debt of the United States." Cut to 2018, and Fitts notes that during the theatrical hearings held during the appointment of Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court, Congress—including both the Senate and the House, Republicans and Democrats—along with the Trump White House "got together and issued a policy called Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board Statement 56." (Fitts refers to it as FASAB 56 or, phonetically speaking, 'Faz-B 56.') Speaker 0: And let me give you the history. In, 1994, the New York Fed and the Federal Reserve bought shares in the Bank of International Settlements. The Bank of International Settlements is the central bank of central banks in Swede in Switzerland and operates above the law. They have sovereign immunity and enjoy it in many respects, and they can receive and hold money secretly. They can keep money on their balance sheet secretly. So the Fed bought shares and and made their relationship with the BIS much closer in 1994. In 1995, a budget deal, basically crashed and burned in October, and it was then that one of the largest pension funds the president of largest pension fund in the country said to me, they, whoever they is, have given up on the country and moving all the money out starting in the fall. And it was that fall, October 1997, when money started to go missing from HUD as well as the Department of Defense. As of today, there's 21 there's $20,000,000,000,000 between 1998 and 02/2015 missing from DOD, and 1,000,000,000,000 missing from HUD. The other thing that started to happen when that money started to go missing, Poly, was what I call the great poisoning. So literally, it was the next month after the the the budget deal crashed that that the that OxyContin was approved and the HUD predatory lending started and the pill mills started, and really the targeting of the low income neighborhood started, including the roundups coming from the private prison movement. And so undocumentable adjustments then skyrocket. Coming into 09:11, we had been working with a reporter in Washington who was writing story after story about the missing money, and we had a huge spread coming out in Insight magazine, the cover story going to all the congressional and senate offices talking about what was then 3,300,000,000,000.0 missing and demanding accountability, including who were the private corporations and banks running all those payment systems. And we expected that story. It was gonna be run on 09/15/2001. That Monday, so the day before 09:11, Donald Rumsfeld gave a press conference at the Department of Defense. And he announced that the the Department of Defense was missing $2,300,000,000,000, and we assumed he was trying to get ahead of our story. Well, we know that wasn't true. The next day, 09:11 happened. James Corbyn has a wonderful video called nine eleven trillions where he describes how many of the offices that were blown up at the Pentagon and the World Trade Center related to securities and other financial operations, very much connected to the money that was disappearing. In fact, we were told that the office at the Pentagon that was blown up, or one of the offices, was the location for the Office of Naval Intelligence Research Group that was investigating the missing money. And so the rest is history. The Patriot Act had passed, and then the DOD got huge appropriations, and nobody really cared about the missing money. So let me go back to the chronology again. So fast forward, Carolyn and I kept tracking the missing money and kept tracking and tracking. And then in 02/2015, the financials came out and it was the greatest missing money in one year. The DOD was missing 6,500,000,000,000.0 in a year. And I started to talk about it publicly. You know, I kept talking about it, but needless to say, nobody was really picking up on it after James Corbett made that great video. And, and so doctor Mark Skidmore, who was a professor, expert in budgeting at Michigan State University, heard me and he said, oh, wow. She must be wrong. It can't possibly you know, the Department of Defense can't be missing, you know, 10 plus times its total budget in a year. And so he went to the financials on the on the DOD website and discovered, actually, I was right. There were 6,500,000,000,000.0 of undocumentable adjustments at the army and the Department of Defense. And so he called me and he said, is there anything I can do to help? And I said, yes. We've never done a complete survey of all the financial statements in all the years from fiscal nineteen ninety seven to 02/2015, would you get some of your students and do a complete survey? And sure enough, he did. And to his shock and amazement, I had the number up to 12,000,000,000,000. He got it to 21,000,000,000,000. And interestingly enough, Polly, when he published his big report in 02/2017, again, up at missingmoney.solari.com, what did we discover? We discovered that the amount of money missing from the US Treasury was the same amount as the total debt of The United States. On the books of The United States, when doctor Skidmore published that report, there's $21,000,000,000,000 missing from the US government, and there was $21,000,000,000,000 of outstanding debt. And I'll explain why that's important in a second. A lot of pressure was brought on the Department of Defense to produce audited financial statements. Once again, they refused. And when they refused remember the Kavanaugh hearings? Do you remember, Polly? Yes. Yes. Yes. Okay. Okay. During the Kavanaugh hearings, the senate, the house, republican and democrats, and the Trump White House got together and issued a policy called Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board statement 56. They're moving all the money out starting in the fall. He said, you've gotta get to Nick Brady. Nick had been my I had been a partner at Dillon Reed, and Nick had been the chairman of Dillon Reed before he became secretary of treasury. And at that point, Nick is out but, you know, sort of involved. Anyway, he said, you've to get to Nick and let him know it's not hopeless. This can all be turned around. And I thought he meant we, the pension funds, have been instructed to reinvest equity and reallocate our equity into the emerging markets, which made sense because they had a much higher growth rate. What I didn't realize then was and I realized shortly thereafter, in October of nineteen ninety seven, that's the beginning of the 1998 fiscal year, huge, enormous amounts of money started go started disappearing from the US government. And literally, by the time of nine eleven, there was 4,100,000,000,000.0 missing from DOD and HUD. And if you remember the day before nine eleven, Donald Rumsfeld stood up and basically said he he did a press conference, he said there's 2,300,000,000,000.0 in undocumentable adjustments last year at DOD, we're missing money, and it's worse than terrorism. And then, of course, I was working with a reporter on a huge story that would have published that Friday after 09:11 about the missing money. We'd been working on it for over a year, and she'd done nine stories. I'd helped her do nine stories because we were trying to get the general accounting office. Now now they call it the general accountability office. But we we were trying to get both congress and the g a GAO to do something about it and to try and stop it. And, anyway, as you know Speaker 1: Yeah. Priority has changed. Right. For reasons that we still don't understand. There was Speaker 0: Oh, I understand. Yeah. Well Well Speaker 1: I don't think the average person the average person, I think, sort of thinks, well, maybe there were 19 guys from Saudi or I Speaker 0: call the Patriot Act the the Control and Concentration of Cash Flow Act because what one of the things that happened after nine eleven if you look at the history of the black budget and sort of secret financing that the government uses for secret and classified projects, that pot of money had grown and grown and grown, and it had become very dysfunctional to try and get that money. Mortgage fraud, I believe, was one of the biggest sources, and that's why what I was doing sort of went to the heart of the problem. But the Patriot Act and that whole process was very successful at moving a lot more money onto the budget. In other words, it made it much easier to get enormous amounts of money for the national security state as a result of what happened. I thought it was all about Muhammad Ada. I had no idea. I just wanna I don't want to let it continue to hang in the air, this question of space. You sort of threw that out parenthetically, but like, I've never heard that before. So you believe going back thirty years that people in the US government and in the finance world wanted money for. Speaker 0: Yeah. It wasn't US government. It was the central banking. If you look at the central if you look at the group of people who meet through the BIS Speaker 1: what's that? Speaker 0: The bank the BIS is the Bank of International Settlements, and it's the central bank of central banks. Speaker 1: Where is that located? Speaker 0: It's in Basel, Switzerland, and, it has 63 of the most powerful, central banks as its members, and the New York Fed and the Fed are both shareholders. They became shareholders in 1994. Speaker 1: In one sentence, what's the what's the purpose of the Bank of International Settlements? Speaker 0: Okay. So there are two things you need to know about the Bank of International Settlements. Speaker 1: I'm not sure my brain's big enough for this, but keep going. It is. Okay. Speaker 0: It has sovereign immunity. Speaker 1: What does that mean? Speaker 0: It's above the law. Speaker 1: It's its own country. Speaker 0: Right. It's its own country. It has its own police force. And, essentially, other than one of its staff being in a car accident or, you know, minor things, no one has the legal authority to move against it. Okay? And that's sovereign immunity. That's number one. Number two, it can move money and hold it on its bank, on its balance sheet and manage money secretly. So if I wanna I'm and I'm grossly oversimplifying. If I wanna steal 21,000,000,000,000 from the US government and park it on the balance sheet of the BIS, it can move it anywhere in the world, and it can keep it on its balance sheet secretly. Speaker 1: Why would there be an organizational first of all, where does its power work? Like, who empowered it to have sovereign immunity in the Speaker 0: right It was created after World War one and and and sort of collected its powers and got going in the thirties, and it was created in theory to manage the reparations of the German government. But if you read the real history, it was because the Bank of England and the central bankers wanted an entity that had sovereign immunity. They wanted to be able to move money secretly. So for example, if you look at what happened during World War two and all the money that was moving back and forth between the Germans and Americans, you know, Dulles was over in Switzerland helping to mesh these all these transfers back and forth. Speaker 1: And thank you for saying that. I want to just go one more time to the space question. So you said that people with power at the central banks decided that we need to sort of colonize space or move towards Did that happen? Speaker 0: So here's what happened. You know, first of all, you've seen a lot of capital centralized into a few billionaires who then reinvest that money in space. So Musk, Bezos, you know. So clearly there's a centralization of capital and a reinvestment. Speaker 1: So the idea of space is what I mean, just biggest possible picture. Why would you be interested in space? I say this is someone who's not. Speaker 0: Right. So so let me give you a couple reasons why. First of all, you're looking for the miners are looking for a variety of different resources. Big economic one is control is most easily implemented by satellites. So you wanna put up a whole ring of satellites that combined with telecommunications can basically help run the control grid. And not just the control grid in the West, the control grid. If you're gonna shift huge amounts of money globally, how are you going to track and enforce that your money is being properly invested? Well, you need a control grid globally. So I I think that's part of it. The last thing, and I don't know the answer to this, is I think there is real concern about geophysical risks. Yeah. And one way to deal with that is to make sure we don't bet the ranch on one planet. Speaker 1: So to that, if we could just linger on that thank you for that. That'll make sense. If we just linger on one question. So geophysical risks. So we've been lectured for, I don't know, thirty years now about climate change. And one of the things I've looked at in the process of looking at where all this money is going is the underground base and city infrastructure and transportation system that's been built. Some of these are a record of some of these are documented as part of the national security infrastructure. I think there are many more. So Speaker 1: In The United States? But from 2021 to 2023, I took one of the smartest subscribers in the Saleer Report Network, And he and I spent two years collecting all the data and all the allegations on underground bases. And then we systematically went through and tried to estimate our guess. This is totally a guess of how many underground bases, both underground in The United States, but also underground under the ocean around The United States.
