HPV vaccine- shared by Mom. "Caution!!!! LONG, but informative post. A lot of my friends have kids the same ages as mine, (Cami is 13) and this most definitely is something you should be aware of, and is absolutely a matter of life and death. (Call me dramatic, I don’t care. I know what we have been through and I can tell you, the nightmare is very real.) I’m sitting here at Riley Hospital, writing a post I never thought I’d be making. The last 10 months have been an absolute nightmare, and I think it’s time to tell our story, to try and prevent someone else from going through what we have. In January, 2020, we went for a doctor visit because Cami had previously had strep throat over Christmas vacation, and we wanted to make sure it wasn’t coming back. (Repeat strep test came back negative) Cami was laughing and joking with the dr and nurses caring for her that day. It came up that she was due for her 2nd HPV vaccine and we were asked if we wanted to go ahead and get it done since we were already there. I asked her and gave consent, and the nurse came and gave her the injection. Within seconds, our whole world changed. Before Cami got up from the exam table, she told me she didn’t feel very good. Knowing that sometimes that happens, we just got up and went on our way. By the time we got to the elevators, Cami could barely walk, and had to sit down in the elevator. By the time we got to the hospital lobby, she could not make it to my truck, I had to come and pick her up at the doors. The next 2 hours were pure hell. She started having chest and stomach pains, couldn’t walk, or stand at all, and was having trouble breathing. I called the dr office and let them know I believed she was having a reaction to the shot. They told me, that wasn’t something they had heard of, but if it persisted to let them know. At that point I had had enough. I had Jesse carry her to the truck and I took her straight to the ER. They ran tests and did bloodwork, but kept telling me she was fine. Everything looked fine. I told them she was NOT FINE, that this all started with the HPV injection and I was told “it shouldn’t be that.” “She’s hyperventilating and just needs to calm down.” 😳😡 She was still struggling to breathe and we were both terrified. Her Blood pressure was up and down and she was still struggling with standing anytime she tried to walk. Anytime she would stand, she would get weak and almost pass out. They said she was dehydrated and ended up giving her 2 bags of fluid and ran a bunch of tests. (She was FINE in the dr office a few hours ago, mind you..) After 6 hours, we were released with no answers and just told that she was hyperventilating and needed to take deeper breaths, calm down and come back if not better in a couple days, and referred her to a pediatric GI doc for her stomach/chest pain. Things did NOT get better. She couldn’t stand longer than a couple minutes without almost passing out, and couldn’t walk from one end of the house to the other. I decided to take her to Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital ER, to get a second opinion and prayed for some answers. After another 6 hours in there, and many tests run, they believed that she had POTS syndrome, and suggested for us to do a tilt table test ASAP, and to see a pediatric cardiologist. We saw the cardiologist at witham and they confirmed needing the tilt table test to get a gauge on what was happening. We went for the tilt table test and it was confirmed that she had POTS syndrome. During that test, her BP dropped to 60/30, and just scared us both more. We were referred to a pediatric cardiologist at that point to arrange more tests to see what was going on. We started a treatment plan, with hopes that she would feel better. They said that they believed The injection “zapped the connection between her brain and her adrenal system, depleting her sodium levels.” We were given a treatment plan and sent on our way with high hopes." "By this time, it was March and we were still not seeing any improvements. School became a huge obstacle, because not only was she struggling physically, she was also struggling mentally, as all of her progress she had previously made, was set back. She was in 6th grade, and had almost worked her way out of needing an IEP, and was sitting in with the high school band at performances. She was getting dizzy and lightheaded in class, and her resting pulse rate would get so high that the school wasn’t comfortable with her being there, since the equipment couldn’t register her pulse being that high, understandably! At this point, she was struggling to remember her flute fingerings and wasn’t able to retain information or keep a train of thought. She was having issues at school making it through the day and her teachers could definitely tell she was struggling. I called her pediatrician and asked for more help, Because she just wasn’t getting better. She was in constant pain and nothing was helping her. It was like having a newborn again. She couldn’t sleep, and was in excruciating pain at night. Nothing helped. At her GI appointment, at Riley, there were more tests and after finding nothing wrong in that department, we were back to the drawing board. No one had any explanation as to why this was happening to her, other than receiving the HPV shot. Another call to her pediatrician for help. We were referred to Riley Rheumatology, Riley Neurology and Pain specialist team, but available appointments were months out. At this point, Cami can’t attend school, stand for more than a few minutes, she wasn’t sleeping or eating like normal, and was just miserable. When your child tells you, she feels like she’s being ripped apart from the inside, you make some waves and make things happen! More phone calls to get into Riley ASAP. Riley Neuro and Rheumatology appointments all had thorough checkups/ tests, and bloodwork, and Cami was cleared in their respectable departments. That meant no answers, and another referral to Riley Pain Management. A 3 hour appointment with 5 incredible doctors has led us to today. Doctors that are certain that all of this was caused by that HPV shot. There literally is no other explanation for what has happened to my Cami Mae. We went from having one pediatrician that she saw once a year, maybe twice if she got sick, to now having a total of 11, and she is a Riley kid. I thank God for this hospital and the doctors and nurses that have helped us along the way. Cami was just taken back by her pain management team/surgical staff to do an intercostal nerve block to try and alleviate her pain. Pain that was caused by an injection that is supposed to help kids. This is only step one, in what could be a very, very long process to get her back to “normal”, if that ever happens. This is not supposed to happen. I in NO way blame her pediatrician OR the nurse that administered the injection. In fact, I adore them both for all they have done for her, and the people in the office that have pushed us along to get us where we are today. Cami went from a healthy, active child, who loved to play softball, and playing outside to a child that can’t swing a bat. This injection almost killed her. As a parent, it’s the hardest thing in the world to have to go through. This injection is NOT required for children to attend school. It is NOT mandatory. Your body can heal itself if you do indeed get HPV. I am in no way telling you to not vaccinate your kids because as parents, we want to protect them in any way we can. But, I am BEGGING you to research all of the negative side affects that it brings with it, and to SHARE THIS POST!!!!!! I truly believe that if I hadn’t taken Cami to the ER as fast as I did the day she got that shot, that she wouldn’t be here right now. "

The last 10 months have been excruciatingly awful. I know it’s a long post, and I just hope you made it this far. Please research this injection. Do your homework and search for the really bad things. Turns out, they CAN happen to you, or your child. If I have prevented even one of you from going through what we are, I’ve done my part, for now. Please say a prayer for Cami, and her medical team. We are so incredibly ready for this nightmare to be over. I just pray that there is indeed an end in sight and that she’s not permanently affected by this. I have never really been one to question “modern medicine” until somewhat recently. When you work in healthcare, you mostly just assume that everything is research-based, done with purpose, and done for the ultimate good of the patient. “First, do no harm”, right? I think having my own child and realizing the gravity of my decisions regarding his care have made me dig very VERY deep into the research behind what has come to be second nature to the majority of us: vaccines." "I am not a crazy, emotionally-driven person. I think anyone reading this knows me well enough to appreciate that about me. My husband will tell you that I research things to death – it’s true. I don’t watch TV and I couldn’t care less about what Hollywood celebrities have to say about any topic. I never was even interested in the autism aspect/argument, and that is not at all what led me to start looking into vaccine research. It was actually one of my best friends who is a critical care pediatric nurse practitioner – she was always in favor of vaccines, worked in cardiac ICU and oncology units in reputable children’s hospitals and thought it was crazy not to vaccinate your kids. Flash forward to today and none of her children are vaccinated. She is one of the smartest, most well-read and well-researched people I know. She has written medical journal articles and has contributed chapters to medical textbooks. She does NOT make decisions without a great deal of research, thought and prayer. So when she did a 180 on vaccines, I listened. And I began to research on my own." I went from spending 14 years of my nursing career giving vaccines to my patients and thinking parents who didn’t vaccinate were irresponsible and crazy, to now recognizing the great harm that is being done to our children by the vaccine industry. Autoimmune disease, asthma, eczema, food allergies (especially peanut), seizure disorders, learning disabilities, chronic ear infections, allergies – all these health issues are running rampant in our kids. I witnessed countless occasions of vaccine injury in the NICU, and the truly disturbing part is that it is considered “normal”. We would vaccinate babies and then inevitably that night or the next day the baby would have increased apnea spells (they would stop breathing), they would require increased ventilator support, they’d have more feeding difficulties or higher amounts of gastric residual/vomiting. The doctors were never surprised. This was just an expected response to vaccination. This was the standard in every NICU I worked in (that would be 6 different NICUs all over the country). I also never ONCE, not in 14 years, observed a doctor giving true informed consent to parents regarding vaccinating their baby. It was our job as the nurse to get the parents to just sign the consent form after handing them a printed off sheet from the CDC which was strongly biased toward vaccination. If you were told the truth that your baby could stop breathing after getting vaccines, would you perhaps question it? Or at least ask to postpone until they are older? If you as a parent aren’t 100% certain that the medical intervention you are giving your child is safe and healthy for them, then you have the right (and the responsibility) to say no. Ask to wait. Ask to delay until you research further. You can always vaccinate later. You can never UN-vaccinate. Every state allows for vaccine exemptions for your child to attend public school. Most allow for religious or conscience exemptions (47 states) in addition to medical exemptions. I am not demanding that you stop vaccinating your kids. I am simply urging you to question. Do your own research. Find sources that aren’t bought and paid for by the pharmaceutical industry. Make sure there aren’t conflicts of interest. "

She was healthy as can be with no known health issues. She was the happiest baby you could ever come in contact with. She lit up the entire room with her smile and contagious laugh. Prior to her four-month old shots, Violet was always smiling, giggling, full of life. She was on track with all of her milestones and there were never any concerns with us or from her doctor. She slept through the night, waking up to nurse one or two times, then back to sleep, and rarely cried. She was a great eater. She and I were always in sync with her needs." My friend laid Lettie down in the rock-n-play and we checked on her every 10-15 minutes because I didn’t have a monitor at her house." I got the call Monday from the school principal that my twins boys, seniors this year, straight A students, taking all the AP classes they could, in the clubs, swim and volleyball team captains, would be expelled if they didn't have the shot (meningitis) before Wednesday. Couldn't get them in for the physicals until mid Oct, but they could get the shot quick Tuesday morning... I didn't want to, but what choice did we have? Homeschooling for senior year didn't feel like the right choice for these incredible boys, so against my gut, we went in Tuesday morning. There's no handout, describing the shot, the side effects, the reason it's needed... none of that info. My boys ask if their arms will hurt later, because they have a volleyball game that night, she said it could but shouldn't be bad, they'll be fine. She pokes them, puts their bandaid on, goes to get their form for school and 5 mins later we are walking out the door. One son is holding open the inside door, the other is holding the outside door as I'm pushing my double stroller with 14mo old (unvaxxed) Twins and suddenly my sons entire body goes stiff, his legs kick out straight to the side and his face hits the concrete sidewalk.... he is having a seizure and I couldn't get to his side fast enough. I couldn't roll him over. His was too stiff and rigid, the Dr gets to his side and says "no worries mom, he just fainted, it must have been nerves, he'll be ok" as my son is coming to, face covered in abrasions, front tooth half missing, 2 holes in his bottom lip and a huge gash in his chin. Then I get in the building to find my other son is reacting as well, they have him laying on the floor in the lobby so he wouldn't collapse too. Hours at the emergency room, he now has 4 stitches in his chin, 4 in his lip and $400 later, our dentist has been able to fix his tooth, for now... it may die and need more work at any point in his life. And we have to see a neurologist next week, with hope to prove the seizure was a cause and effect reaction so that he doesn't lose his recently and proudly obtained ability to drive himself places, his senior year of high school. My boys lives forever shifted in a horrific moment of state mandated threats that went against all my gut instinct. And sadly it seems there's not a whole lot of anything that anyone can do for us. Our pediatrician hasn't even called to see if he's ok. The school says sorry, but our hands are tied. My boys are ok, my son is on the mend and it doesn't appear they have any lasting physiological side effects. But my almost 3 year old has some anxieties about leaving the house now, he was holding my older sons hand before he collapsed, I can't get the image out of my head and it's just wrong... its all just so wrong. "I promised a few people of typing up Levi’s story about losing his severe autism diagnosis… My son is 14 but when he was younger he was non verbal, self injurious, oppositional, defiant disorder, sensory processing disorder, had apraxia and a ton of health issues I honestly thought that my child would be in diapers the rest of his life and I would have to care for him because he was incapable of even communicating basic skills I had him vaxx-Ed according the the cdcs recommendations I was a first time parent and wanted to do everything I thought was right to make sure my baby was healthy After the vitamin k & hep b he developed jaundice. Had pica and ate non food things and his sensory, language, and behavioral issues were very overwhelming We detoxed; we healed up his gut and addressed infections; reduced inflammation in his brain and gut; and removed toxins from products and things in his environment He slowly started to develop speech and at school every year the extra help he was receiving slowly wasn’t needed Now he’s a ‘normal’ 14 year old who doesn’t receive any extra help. A pamphlet was brought home and we read it. It was like one of those commercials we all see every day. Soo...upon the return visit we decided we would protect our beautiful daughter from cervical cancer by letting them administer the Gardasil vaccine. The Gardasil vaccine is a series of 3 shots, not just one. !!! After the first shot we didn't recognize a sudden change in her health. I have 6 of 8 grandchildren who never had a vaccine at all. The oldest(21) had a few before we discovered the horrendous lifelong ailments that these lethal vaccines cause. Ryan was the only one who had the full schedule of vaccines when he was a new born. He was diagnosed with AML leukemia at age 5 months. He went through massive doses of chemotherapy & radiation for 3 years and suffered through 2 bone marrow transplants, only to have damaged skin and lungs, heart, liver and kidneys. He had 2nd & 3rd degree burns on his skin all over his body, and could barely breathe the last few months of his life.
