Speaker 0: And then with cows, people have this fear that cows are taking a lot of water. They use 10 bathtubs full of water, their cow burps, their cow farts, all the carbon that's put into the air Mhmm. And that they take a lot of land. Speaker 1: When we manage cattle with regenerative agriculture they're actually the single best way to Sequester carbon from the atmosphere into the soil because by grazing off our plants and bringing the animals in, we're managing a solar panel. Our grass is a solar panel, it needs to be green and growing so it can capture sunlight and pull carbon from the air and put it into its roots, but those plants will Stop doing that if they get too tall or if they get too short. And so what we do with our cows is they come in, they graze those plants off, so they reset it, they prune that solar panel so it doesn't get too tall, And then they leave and it rest and that graze rest recovery is actually a cycle of pulling carbon from the air into the plant roots And then when those plants get grazed they actually release that carbon into the soil and in turn pick up water and other minerals from Soil microbiological activity because our soils are living and alive instead of dead and sterilized. And so that cycle actually builds health and year after year we're pulling more carbon From the atmosphere, putting it into our soil, which then produces more healthy soil, which then produces more grass, which then allows us to graze and produce more cattle. 70% of the earth's land is land that is not suitable for tillage, which is to say you it's in arable. It's just grassland, and you can't do anything else with it. And so if you just say, well, we're not we're not gonna do cattle anymore or any grazing livestock, you've completely given up the ability to produce food on that acreage And you've lost your single best tool to actually restore that land. There are groups out there that have done these same principles in the desert And transform completely desert landscapes into something that looks like just beautiful and lush. It's it's incredible. Cattle Can be a tool to heal that. And in terms of water and addressing that, they do drink a lot of water. However, they're drinking that water and then they're spreading it out on the fields as they graze. That water then filters down through the healthy soil and returns to those same aquifers and it actually is a system that helps, increase soil life and activity Because the cows, by drinking that water and then spreading that water on the fields, are actually like continually watering the fields and they're not as reliant on rain water. And so that cycle actually builds health and builds ecology deep into the soil and there's no net loss of water in that system Because it's a closed system as they're grazing and moving along. Even methane, you know, people say, well, they, you know, they burp and they release methane and it's greenhouse gas. Here in the last few years it's actually discovered that if you take a field that's been regeneratively grazed with cattle for several years, that soil has microbes in it that break down methane. They didn't think there was a microbe that could handle methane. As it turns out, they do and when they measure the total amount of them it turns out That the microbes in that soil that support, say, a 100 cows are actually capable of breaking down the methane from way more than a 100 cows. It's all how you take care of it in management. They can be a tool of the structure. They can be a tool of life. Mhmm. It really just comes down to how you care for them.

Mencken, there's sound reason for believing that Einstein will not hold up in the long run. We'd be cultivating other planets by now. Right? And then people who say, oh, you're just jealous of him or oh, it's because he's Jewish. And, you know, true brilliant people couldn't stand him and they viewed him as a crack box a crack pot and a liar and a plagiarist because he was. And Einstein criticized scientists he felt threatened by true geniuses like Erwin Schrodinger, quantum theory, Werner Heisenberg, Hilbert Planck. He was actually the jealous one who was attacking all these. But he he was propped up as the archetype of brilliance, genius in science, the smartest man alive, and he was a Jew. Right? So we actually right now, our food is becoming less nutrient dense, and our soil is becoming so nutrient depleted Mhmm. With the monocropping. So we have this problem. Right? We have a problem where we're all getting metabolically dysfunctional, where rates of everything are going up, because our food is poison, I believe. Speaker 1: Did you see the study about earthworms? No. I So people have been saying forever, like, this is bad for the soil, and there's all kinds of bacterial reasons for it. They just discovered that at levels 300 times below the allowable level, it causes seizures and earthworms. Our entire food web is based on earthworms and soil, but the EPA doesn't measure any pesticide or herbicide effect on any insect except honey bees. Honeybees don't touch soil ever unless they fall down. So they're saying it doesn't cause harm, but every creepy crawly that lives in dirt that makes life, that makes forests rich, they're all based on that. And if levels 300 times below what's allowed causes earthworm seizures, that means even if there's no spray where you are, your worms are already sick, which means your soil is sick, which means the food from your garden will have less minerals. This is a big problem. The people who are doing this, it is my sincere hope that we put them up on charges for crimes against humanity. There is no excuse, and this is why Monsanto tried to change its name. This is why mayor bought Monsanto, and I hope lawsuits bury that company. It is evil, and it needs to be stopped. No evidence to support the claim you can prevent and cure diseases with vitamins and minerals. Doctors say that, experts say that, professors say it, bureaucrats say that, everybody says that. Well, how many ever heard of scurvy? Raise your hand. Sure. You can prevent and cure scurvy with vitamin c. How many of you heard of rickets? Raise your hand. You can prevent and cure rickets with vitamin d. How many of you heard of goiter? You Prevent and cure goiter with iodine and copper and selenium. How many of you heard of anemia? Raise your hand. Golly. Gee. Prevent and cure anemia with iron and copper and folic acid and vitamin b 12. All the essential nutrients are called essential nutrients because if you don't have enough, you get diseases. If you get the disease, you take the nutrient, it goes away. Any doctor, any expert, any bureaucrat, any professor, anybody who says there's no evidence to support the claim and prevent and cure diseases with with vitamins and minerals is a fool, and you don't wanna have a fool for a doctor. That's the last person you wanna have as a fool as a doctor. Right? Speaker 3: In the United States, couch potatoes, people that do not exercise live longer by 10 years than people who exercise regularly. Now, I don't wanna scare you and scare all your clients away. That's not where I'm going with this at all. The reason behind this crazy statistic is, as a population of people, we in the United States are egregiously, totally, and completely under neutrified. And when we are so under neutrified for such a long period of time and then we stress the body more with exercise, it hurts the body because it puts an increased metabolic stress on the body that the body can't handle because it doesn't have the nutrients that it needs because we can't get the nutrients from our food. Right? Speaker 2: These are the positive things that you can do to direct yourself towards reaching a 120 to a 140. And basically, what you wanna do is give your body all of the raw materials it requires to maintain and repair itself. Most of us don't think in those terms. We require maintenance materials just like any machine, if you will, that tractor. Can you run a tractor or a car without coolant and oil? No. You wouldn't think of it. Yet, you know, the equivalent we try to do that for our own body. So let's look at what we need to maintain ourselves and repair ourselves. We need 90 essential nutrients, 60, that's 6 o minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 essential amino acids, and 3 essential fatty acids. And the reason why these things are called essential nutrients is twofold. Number 1, our bodies cannot manufacture them. We must consume them every day either in food or supplements. And number 2, if any one of these essential nutrients is missing for 6 months, 12 months, a year, 2 years, guess what happens? You get on the average 10 deficiency diseases. 10 deficiency diseases times 90 essential nutrients, that's 900 diseases that are preventable with proper supplementation. Honest expectation you have every honest expectation of getting significantly better maybe even a 100% better. So you have everything to gain and nothing to lose by considering it. Speaker 4: My colleague, doctor Wallach sued the Food and Drug Administration a number of years ago to secure something called a qualified health claim. To get a qualified health claim, you have to bring boatloads of medical research to the Food and Drug Administration to support whatever it is that you're attempting to say. You have to have mountains of clinical research to support your claim for health. Doctor Wallach was able to do that. He sued the Food and Drug Administration successfully so that we can say in a public forum, supplementation with the mineral selenium at 200 picograms a day reduces the occurrence of breast cancer by 82%, reduces the occurrence of lung cancer, even if you're a smoker by 30%, reduces the occurrence of colon cancer by 50 something percent, reduces the occurrence of prostate cancer by 60 something percent. There is so much clinical evidence to support the notion that selenium helps you not to get cancer, and it's one mineral out of the 90 essential nutrients that you need.

Speaker 1: A new study just released is now unearthing if the Buckeye State's constitutional carry law impacted gun violence in cities. We thank you for joining us today for NBC four at five. I'm Jarrett Smalley. Speaker 0: And I'm Jennifer Bullock. The study was published today by the Center for Justice Research through a partnership between Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost's office and Bowling Green State University. Speaker 1: I remember back on June 13, the state began allowing citizens to carry a concealed weapon without a permit. The study looked at gun violence in the state's eight largest cities. Six saw less gun crimes after the law changed. The data spans from June 2021 to June 2023. Speaker 0: And one of those cities that saw a decrease was the city of Columbus. Before the law, the rate per 1,000 people of crimes was 10.79. It dropped to nearly nine and a half percent. Other cities that saw decreases are Cleveland, Toledo, Akron, Parma, and Canton.
