The speaker discusses the current state of the Federal Reserve note and argues that paper currency always crashes. They suggest transitioning to Treasury dollars, which Ronald Reagan had printed. They claim that the Federal Reserve does not have the gold that should back the US dollar. The speaker warns that if the country remains with the Federal Reserve note, it will lose its military might and standing. They mention that many countries are no longer using the dollar in international trade. The speaker also talks about their experience at Yale Law School and how the World Bank has been hijacked by a group called the Network of global corporate control. They accuse this group of state capture and usury. They explain that they have not been removed because they have followed the rule of law.

Speaker 0: What is going on right now with our Federal Reserve note? What is going on right now is that paper ispaper currency never works. It always crashes. And we are just at the moment that we have the time to convert that to Treasury dollars. And this is exactly what, what Ronald Reagan was trying to do when he did a study and he found out that a 100% of our income taxes are leaving the country and going to the bankers. That's what John F. Kennedy was doing and John F. Kennedy, he had accessed the wealth of the world and the gold that we're supposed to have. The Federal Reserve does not have the gold that the United States is supposed to have backing its dollar. That gold is there, but it's not gonna be backing the Federal Reserve note. And so we have got to transition very quickly to the real currency in the United States. And Ronald Reagan printed that currency. It's there waiting for us and we just simply have to exchange it, very simply. And- and we will not, have any economic dislocation. Otherwise, you better believe this country is not gonna have any more military might. If we stay with the Federal Reserve note, we will have lost our standing completely. As it is right now, the Federal Reserve note is no longer what's called international reserve currency. That means that the countries are using other currency in their international trade. The BRICS countries, Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, that's 25% of trade. They're not using the dollars with their own trade and a 133 developing countries, that's the group of 77, they've announced that they're not going to be using dollars in their international trade. Now one of the things getting back to, what I was doing at Yale Law School, between my junior and senior year, I wrote a paper on how that coalition of the developing countries called the G77 was, was developing. I went to the U. N. Between my junior and senior year in, at Yale, and I wrote a 200 page paper on that. I think that was also one of the reasons I was brought to the World Bank by Ibrahim Shehada. He was, an Egyptian lawyer who had been the General Counsel of OPEC, that's the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, and, he might have realized that, that I was somebody who was very interested in the real mission of the World Bank now the World Bank has been hijacked. It's been hijacked by, a group that is called the Network of global corporate control. It is, a group that was studied by 3 mathematicians at the Federal Institute of Technology, and they found out that this group controls 40% of the assets of the 43,000 companies on the capital markets. And, what it does is it takes the same directors and puts them on interlocking boards. So they have 10 times their economic might. And they didn't think anybody was going to find out about them, but we did. And this group has come into the World Bank and it's also come into the United States and it's done something called state capture. It is buying off the politicians. What they do is they print dollars and they spend them to buy the politicians. They get to keep the difference between the amount that it costs to print the dollars and the face amount of the dollar and then to add insult to injury, they charge us interest on country debt. That's called usury. That means that people are working 3 months out of the year to pay the bankers on a scam. They have no right to keep that seniorage and any president that tried to end that scam, that's what happened to Abraham Lincoln. That's why he was shot. So any president that tried to end that scam, was sent off and people have said, well, Karen, if if they can get rid of presidents, how come you're still around? And the reason is, first of all, because I have just been following the rule of law. It wasn't very easy to get rid of me. And frankly, the problem isn't something that I've invented. It's a real problem. So if you get rid of me, you haven't gotten rid of the problem. You have just exposed the problem. And they were trying to cover it up, so it wasn't going to help them.

Congress is set to pass a lengthy bill disguised as disaster relief for hurricane victims, but it includes pay raises for members and expanded federal health benefits. The bill is filled with special interests and funding for projects like a new stadium in Washington, D.C. It also renews the Global Engagement Center, linked to censorship efforts. This last-minute push aims to keep these details hidden from the public. It's crucial to have outsiders hold Washington accountable, so reach out to your congressman to express your concerns.

Speaker 0: Congress is about to pass a bill that blows away your taxpayer money, but they made it over 1500 pages long so you wouldn't read it. I did you a favor. I read it for you. It's supposed to be about keeping government operations open and providing disaster relief aid to hurricane victims, which I'm sympathetic to. If you read the bill carefully, it contains pay raises for members of Congress, and I'm not making this up, an expansion of their federal health benefits. It contains all kinds of special interests and pork funding, including opening up a new stadium in Washington DC. It renews the Global Engagement Center, which is a key node of the censorship industrial complex. And the worst part is, they didn't want you to know about any of it, and that's why they made this a last minute jam job. The reason I'm coheading Doge is I think we need outsiders to bring actual accountability to Washington DC. So feel free to call your congressman and let them know how you feel about it.

I recently uncovered some alarming information about USAID. After investigating their finances, I faced threats and denial of access to important databases, raising concerns about their transparency. I discovered that instead of the claimed 30-40% of their budget going to overhead, the real figure is actually 50-60%. This means that over half of the funds intended for aid programs are being wasted on bureaucracy and unnecessary expenses. It's crucial for Americans to demand accountability and consider a full audit of USAID. What are your thoughts?

@RealJoePortman - Joe Portman

🚨 SHOCKING: Senator Joni Ernst Says USAID Threatened Her After She Exposed Massive Waste—Up to 60% of Funds Spent on Overhead! 🔥 Senator Joni Ernst just pulled back the curtain on USAID, and what she found is outrageous: 1️⃣ Threats & Cover-Ups – When she and her team started digging into USAID’s finances, they were threatened and denied access to key databases. Why is a government agency hiding from oversight? 2️⃣ Massive Waste of Taxpayer Money – USAID originally claimed 30-40% of its budget went to “overhead” (rent, salaries, and even entertainment expenses). But Ernst found out the real number is actually 50-60%! That means over half of its funding never even reaches the aid programs it’s supposed to support. 3️⃣ Where Is the Money Really Going? – Instead of helping people, USAID appears to be funneling billions into bloated bureaucracy and lavish perks. This is our money, and Americans deserve answers. Why is a federal agency using intimidation tactics to avoid accountability? And why aren’t more people talking about this? Do you think USAID needs a full audit ASAP? Drop your thoughts below! ⬇️

Today marks a troubling moment in America as we face a constitutional crisis. The actions of Trump and Elon Musk threaten the power of Congress, undermining taxpayer interests and essential services. The American people deserve representatives making decisions, not an unchecked executive. USAID is crucial for global health and security, and attempts to dismantle it jeopardize lives worldwide. The budget for USAID is minimal compared to the Pentagon's, yet its impact is significant. Eliminating USAID would weaken our national security and empower adversaries like Russia and China. Support for USAID is vital, especially in rebuilding infrastructure in Ukraine amidst ongoing conflict. We must fight to preserve this essential program for the safety and strength of our nation.

Speaker 0: It is really, really a sad day in America. We are witnessing a constitutional crisis. We talked about Trump wanting to be a dictator on day one, and here we are. This is what the beginning of dictatorship looks like. When you gut the constitution and you install yourself as the sole power that is how dictators are made. What Trump and Elon and all of their crudies are trying to do is take away the constitutional power of congress. We get to decide. We have the power of the purse. We get to decide where money is allocated, and it's the executive's power to make sure that that money gets to where it needs to get. When we talk about civil servants being let go, what we are talking about is not saving money. It's essentially saying they can get paid while they're home and their work doesn't get done on behalf of the American people. Right. Right. It is us, taxpayers, who are being ripped off. Speaker 1: That's right. That's right. Speaker 0: It is us taxpayers who are not getting the resources that we paid into. Yes. So I ask the American people, do you want people at home and getting a paycheck and not providing services to you? The answer is no. Do you want the executive making the only decisions in this country, or do you want the elected representatives that you sent to Washington making those policies? I am exceptionally upset about USAID. I lived in a refugee camp for four years as a child surviving civil around the world rely on, And it is our soft power. Oftentimes, people interact with our country through the military. That does not create love for us, and it certainly does not keep us safe. When the world Speaker 2: The government hears Alex Jones, who has the largest audience in the country, bigger than any of the, networks, the biggest megaphone in the country. Speaker 0: The deep state hates Alex Jones with a vengeance. Speaker 3: Alex Jones is the most extraordinary person I've ever met. Speaker 1: Elon Musk. Elon Musk, you didn't create USAID. The United States Congress did for the American people. Right. And just like Elon Musk did not create USAID, he doesn't have the power to destroy it. And who's gonna stop him? We are. We're gonna stop him. Elon Musk, you may have illegally seized power over the financial payment systems of the United States Department of Treasury, but you don't control the money of the American people. The United States Congress does that under article one of the constitution. And just like the president who is elected to something cannot impound the money of the people. We don't have a fourth branch of government called Elon Musk, and that's gonna become real clear. This illegal, unconstitutional interference with congressional power is threatening lives all over the world. I'm hearing from my constituents who work for USAID and USAID contractors in Maryland, in Washington, all over the world, and they're telling us that this is a killer in terms of their cutoff of HIV and AIDS preemption. It's a killer in terms of anti malarial education. It's a killer in terms of all of the efforts to shut down global viruses. Now I don't know what Elon Musk's intentions are. I don't know what Elon Musk's motivations are. I don't know what his purposes are, but they've got nothing to do with what has been lawfully adopted by the people of The United States Of America through the Congress of the United States. We're gonna defend USAID all the way. And I wanna say finally this. I've heard some murmurings in support of this outrageous, scandalous illegal maneuver that they just need some time to do some studies for evaluations. Well, I've heard from multiple constituents working in USAID that they have removed all evaluations from the USAID website, and they have shut down immediately. As of right now, all of the evaluation, evaluations taking place of USAID efforts all over the world. This has nothing to do with evaluation. This is about termination and obliteration of the major foreign aid programs of The United States Of America, all of which together total less than $40,000,000,000. We have a Pentagon budget of $900,000,000,000. The Pentagon budget is where the defense contractor, Elon Musk, who became the richest man in the world off of our money, he collects his payments from, and now he's trying to shut down USAID. We're not going to allow this to happen. It will not stand. Speaker 0: My colleague from the great state of Virginia, congressman Eugene Vindman. Speaker 1: Thank you. Speaker 3: My name is Eugene Vindman. I spent twenty five years in the army defending this nation wearing the uniform. And each and every one of those days, we worked with our partners at USAID to keep this country strong and safe. If we wanna zero out the budget, 1% of the budget of this country $40,000,000,000, we better look at double or tripling the military budget. Because without that soft power around the world, we are making ourselves weaker. We're making our adversaries and allies stronger. We step back and we create a vacuum. You know who steps in? It's Russia. It's China. It's our adversaries from around the world. So from a standpoint of national security, the work that you all are doing out here at USAID, many of you, my constituents, we have over 55000 federal government employees in the Seventh Congressional District. District. I thank you. I thank you for your hard work. We've got some tough times ahead, but congress and the American people are behind you. And let me just put put one concrete way that we are actually damaging our national security. Right now, every single day, Ukraine is taking the brunt of Russian attacks on on infrastructure. USAID programs are actually rebuilding the infrastructure, the electricity infrastructure. If this administration wants to bring peace to Ukraine, you don't do that by eliminating the support for the infrastructure in Ukraine. You do that by applying pressure to Russia and not just to Ukraine. So my message is we support you at USAID. This is a matter of US national security. Democrats, my colleagues, we're gonna fight like hell to make sure that we preserve our national security. Speaker 4: Boy, Michael Bloomberg is so upset that it came out that his gun control group are the ones behind the onion and the lawsuits and all of it, trying to shut down Infowars. And remember back in Nov. 0, they said they owned it, tried to kick us out of the building. The judge overrode it. It wasn't true. It was a hoax. But a lot of people still think they own Infowars or Infowarsstore.com, and so it's really hurt sales over 70%. So if we don't get funds in at Infowars store, we will shut down. Now even if they're successful and we're beating them right now, it'll take a month and a half or so for that to happen. So right now, in Feb. 0, you are able to get all these products delivered to you very, very quickly, all the fan favorites, all the classics, x two, vitamineral fusion, body's ultimate turmeric formula. It's all there, ladies and gentlemen. Also, Brain Force Ultra, an incredible fast acting nootropic with no letdown, VasoBeats, so good for your heart, your whole cardiovascular system. I’ve uncovered significant concerns regarding USAID, which many now view as a major fraud operation. Investigations reveal mismanagement and corruption, such as $1.14 billion spent in Haiti without results, $74 million in Cuba disappearing, and millions wasted in Afghanistan on nonexistent health projects. Additional funds have been allocated to questionable initiatives worldwide, including $40 million to a Wuhan scientist linked to COVID-19. The evidence suggests that much of the funding is misappropriated, fueling outrage and calls for accountability from leaders like Trump and Musk.

🚨USAID EXPOSED: The Single Largest Criminal Fraud Operation in Human History The public’s outrage over USAID corruption is now at scale and mainstream. USAID has been fully exposed as a left-wing money laundering criminal organization. Here’s what our researchers were able to find when looking into their expenditures and why President Trump and Elon Musk must shut it down: - Haiti: Post-2010 earthquake, $1.14 billion was spent on a port and power plant project promoted by President Bill Clinton. The project never built anything. - Cuba: A 2006 audit showed $74 million in “democracy promotion” funds vanished without oversight. - Afghanistan: Millions squandered on health scams; hospitals never built. - Nigeria: Chemonics, a major USAID contractor, was linked to a subcontractor's overbilling scandal. Hundreds of millions lost. - COVID 19 Funding: USAID sent over $40MILLION in taxpayer money to a scientist located in Wuhan to do gain of function mutations. This directly led to the creation and release of COVID-19 - $2.5 MILLION to DEI in Serbia - $70,000 onan Irish DEI musical - $47,000 on transgender operas in Colombia - $32,000 on a trans comic book in Peru - Iraq: $20M for an Iraqi version of Sesame Street to promote LGBTQ Agenda - Egypt & Tunisia: $56M for “tourism” - Jordan: $40M for “schools” - Vietnam: $11M to fight “trash burning” - Central America: $27M for deportee gift bags. - Trump Lawfare: $27M to fund left wing prosecutions of populist political opponents around the globe, including Donald Trump. Patently illegal. And countless billions more. Here’s the thing: The majority of this money never went to the “projects” they claim to be promoting. It’s just pure money laundering from your tax dollars into deep state left wing activists. USAID is likely the largest fraud operation in human history. Trump and Elon are ending it. Watch who cries the hardest about it — they’re the true criminals.

“There is no USAID project on God’s green earth that is honest.” Former State Dept. official @mikebenzcyber exposes how the U.S. uses USAID to topple foreign governments and covertly influence other countries: https://t.co/AaAd80G5j3

Video Transcript AI Summary
Donald Trump has empowered Elon Musk to address perceived waste in government agencies like USAID, which operates independently of elected officials. This agency is often seen as a facade, with its projects serving dual purposes that align with U.S. foreign policy interests. Historical scandals involving USAID include controversial actions in Afghanistan and Cuba, raising concerns about its operations. The CIA's past misuse of public health initiatives for intelligence work casts doubt on USAID's integrity. The potential exposure of classified information at USAID poses risks to U.S. national security and could damage diplomatic relations, leading other nations to favor adversaries like Russia and China. The lack of transparency about USAID's activities could result in significant international repercussions, undermining U.S. credibility and economic interests abroad.

Speaker 0: Whether you like it or not, Donald Trump has deputized Elon Musk to have this agency that's designed to eliminate waste as the White House sees it. Wasteful spending, unnecessary spending. And so when the people that are part of this effort that Donald Trump has created after he won the election went to USAID, and it's happened in other agencies too, you see almost this physical resistance, like, how dare you come into our realm? You have you don't run us. You're just the elected part of the government. Where this agency that exists, independent of you, where does this mentality come from that they have this right to pursue their own agenda independent of any elected officials or elected parts of the government? Speaker 1: Well, there the the entire agency exists as a carefully constructed lie. And just like, James Clapper and, you know, John Brennan and Leon Panetta. These are these are the holders of the great American, you know, the closet of skeletons of state secrets. And, you don't just hand that over to a random taxicab driver because 51% of the population elected him because he population elected him because he does funny TikTok dances. What I think what I'm trying to say here is, is if you remember the recalcitrance around sharing, sharing intelligence with president Trump, both, in his 2016 presidential run. And then again, in the, in the lead up to the 2024 election, I think what's happening at USAID is, is essentially an echo of that, which is that USAID is supposed to be untouchable. I mean, virtually, there's no USAID project on God's green earth that is honest. If we are irrigating the rivers, you know, the, or irrigating the agricultural fields in a country, it's because we're trying to control the, you know, the the territory there. If we are working on the rip the water supply, it's because we're trying to control the rivers. If we're we're working on famine relief, it's because we're trying to control the food supply and make inroads into the indigenous populations there. If we are helping them write their constitution and go through democratic legal performance so that we can control their their laws. Every single thing USA does is dual purpose. It's dual purpose by charter. They're only allowed to do the the things that advance US foreign policy interest. And we just put a little bow on top of it, and we say, in the process, we're making the world a better place. There because it's, you know, it's going to these humanitarian groups who are administering this thing, which in the process will help US far foreign interests. But the fact is is, you know, the worst scandals in in, American statecraft in the 19 sixties seventies and maybe early eighties were were the CIA. In recent years, the worst, the worst scandals in American statecraft have been USAID, from, from funding the Wuhan lab to, to growing heroin in Afghanistan and irrigating the poppy fields to setting up a fake Twitter in, in Cuba with, an explicit USA document saying that the plan is to have algorithms favoring sports news and hurricane updates. And then once we have enough people switch to get them to hate their government and topple their their government and take to the streets in smart riots, to them even using public health HIV prevention clinics as, as, undercover for, for for USAID workers doing intelligence work to get people to overthrow their governments. And this gets me to another point that I feel remiss if I didn't say it because I've been thinking about it so long and haven't really had a venue to just kind of open open say it. But we do this. Speaker 0: Open and say everything that you want because this is the venue for it. Speaker 1: You recall, you recall how in 2011, the CIA was busted running a fake this this this this this this this this this this this Speaker 0: this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this Speaker 1: this this this this this this this this this this Speaker 0: this this this this this this this Speaker 1: this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this Speaker 0: this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this this Vaccine activists were angry because they had worked so hard to build confidence in vaccines, and it turned out that it was a whole fake plan and designed to get the United States to get data on Pakistanis. Speaker 1: Yes. Right. Had nothing to do with David Petraeus' counterinsurgency manual calling to collect 85% of the country's biometrics. Yep. It was just a. But the fact is is they were they were caught flat busted in that in that situation, with a fake vaccine drive, fake vaccine clinics, and that was 2011. It took them 16 months to issue a written statement, a nonbinding written statement that they would no longer use vaccination work or public health work or public health facilities to do intelligence work out of. So we have a nonbinding written statement from the CIA that took them 16 months of fighting it to issue, to say that we will no longer use our public health facilities as a front for CIA work. Well, given that USAID is CIA, there is no daylight between those those two those two organizations. That is why you see the likes of AOC and Chuck Schumer saying that if Elon Musk gets access to the highly classified documents at USAID HQ, it will put US National Security at grave risk. Well, what is a humanitarian NGO humanitarian aid NGO sponsor doing with so many troves of such highly classified state secrets that it will massively endanger all of US national Security if somebody outside of USAID reads it. That's the sort of thing that you typically would reserve for a CIA or NSA, level document. But the fact is is that's USAID for you and but USAID is not under that obligation that this nonbinding we don't know that when CIA, pledged to not use public health facilities for intelligence work, then the baton wasn't just handed off to its identical twin twin cousin, USAID. And I have an open question. When you look at the fact, for example, that HIV clinics in Cuba and the Western Hemisphere were being used by US as cover for color revolution work, formal cover. In fact, in their, you know, own documents, they said that the HIV program would be the perfect excuse because, Cuban counterintelligence would never think to look there. Well, how many other public health facilities operated by USAID are doing the same thing in Africa, in South America, in Eastern Europe, in Central Asia? And so I guess what I'm getting at here is turning over that level of scandal, it's one it's bad enough if Americans know it, but it becomes an international incident. I mean, one of the things that I ran into at state, Glenn, which you might find interesting is, you know, when we were trying to convince foreign countries to move off of Huawei, what they would turn because it's, you know, it's back channeled by the CCP and Chinese intelligence, we would get hit by the with a counterargument. Well, you want us to use American, you know, IT architecture, but Snowden we read the Snowden files. Speaker 0: Yeah. That was that was part of the big story that we published was that they were, you know, backdooring that same technology. At the same time, they were telling people not to use, the Chinese, companies because they were backdooring it. We were backdooring it. In fact, we were intercepting the the devices that people around the world ordered, opening devices the FBI was, and putting in the technology that would allow us to backdoor that equipment. And of course, that created skepticism while we were trying to convince them not to use, OI and other Chinese companies. Speaker 1: Right. Right. So, you know, the the point that I'm that I'm driving at here is these things the Snowden story is very easy to look at as an American, and and the concern that I think folks in in the blob, folks in the National Security Complex and the international relations complex have is, you know, it's if only Americans learned how bad USAID was and what it was really doing, for example, if that story I just mentioned in Bangladesh, if Americans had full access to everything that that USAID, and its and its spindle groups were doing in all these other, countries, that's one conversation. That's bad enough, but may be tolerable. But the problem is is when other countries learn about this, it becomes a diplomatic incident. It be it becomes something that that harms our standing with partnered nations and with it it it makes neutrals wanna turn to Russia and China instead of the United States because we look like the bad guy. It harms our standing at the UN. It allows foreign countries who may be hostile or neutral to us to hold up these scandals in front of the UN and, and and move international favor against the US, which then can have, trickle down effects on our national security, our our economic, engagements in various countries with, it can sever trust in in countries that we're trying to court, and that then harms the economic interests of all the different private sector companies who draft behind the battering ram of American statecraft.

I have been investigating USAID's humanitarian aid expenditures related to the war in Ukraine for several years. My team faced significant obstruction and misinformation from USAID, which hindered our access to records detailing taxpayer money usage. Partnering with Representative Mike McCall, we initiated a congressional investigation, but USAID only provided limited data. Our findings revealed excessive spending by USAID with minimal data-driven results. Notably, funds were directed to the Wuhan Institute of Virology for dangerous coronaviruses, and there were expenditures for pottery classes in Morocco and tourism in Lebanon, despite State Department travel warnings.

Speaker 0: I have been on USAID's case for years now, going back several years where I was trying to investigate the expenditures for humanitarian aid primarily when it came to the war in Ukraine. And what my team and I encountered was absolute obstruction and lies coming out of USAID. They did everything possible to stop me from accessing their records to understand where our taxpayer money was going. I eventually partnered with, representative Mike McCall in the house, and we started a formal congressional investigation. And even after that, they really pushed back, only allowed us access to a small amount of data. But what we found was extreme expenditures on the part of USAID with very little data driven results. We have seen money funded, in the Wuhan Institute of Virology through dollars steered by USAID on dangerous coronaviruses. We saw how that turned out. We've seen funding going to Morocco for pottery classes, tourism in Lebanon of all places, even when the state department was advising against travel. I could go on and on and on.

Allegations suggest it operates under the guise of humanitarian aid while influencing elections and supporting political agendas in other countries, including Guatemala. There are claims of a connection between US government actions and child trafficking networks, with organizations like Save the Children allegedly involved. Critics argue that the Biden administration has covered up voter fraud in Guatemala, raising concerns about the integrity of US foreign policy. The Department of Homeland Security is accused of creating partnerships with cartels and NGOs, using taxpayer money to facilitate child trafficking. Overall, there are serious accusations of deception and negligence regarding the treatment of vulnerable children in the US.

Speaker 0: It was USAID that I fear much more than the CIA because the USAID is how CIA gets shit done. Speaker 1: USAID is clearly in the job of trying to bring about regime change. It has secret bank accounts, shell companies. Speaker 0: USA gets 50,000,000,000 a year in US taxpayer money. That's a larger overt fund than the CIA has. Speaker 1: USAID perhaps is the new CIA. Speaker 2: Have we ever tried to meddle in other countries' elections? Oh, probably. This is not just about over there. This is about here. Speaker 3: They have a process, a system by which they destroy other nations, and they use that same process and system in order to destroy The United States. Speaker 0: It's a plot against our own people. Speaker 4: America, what if I told you that the United States government was acting like the world's gestapo? Using organizations like USAID under the pretense of humanitarian aid to topple governments, install politicians, and orchestrate regime changes in third world countries. Speaker 2: I disagree with that as somebody who has helped plan coup d'etat. Yeah. Not here, but, you know, other places. Speaker 5: These are places that are practically entirely run at this point by the CIA and the US State Department, which is, of course, a CIA front. Speaker 0: USAID provides most of the money. Speaker 2: This isn't a giveaway. Speaker 0: The State Department provides the policy vision. Speaker 2: This makes a difference to people's perception of us. Tricky endeavors, whether it's fighting terrorism. Al Shabaab Speaker 0: groups in USAID camps. Or narcotics. Joe Biden's state department is commanding the Taliban to keep the opium flowing. The repression Speaker 2: or resistance to governance. Speaker 0: Those USAID trucks were stopped at the border to Venezuela with fully automatic weapons. Speaker 2: All of those things. Speaker 0: I don't think that's humanitarian aid. Speaker 2: What a difference that makes. And if Speaker 6: we stand for democracy anywhere, we have to stand for it everywhere, including in in Guatemala. Speaker 4: Guatemala. What if I told you that USAID, the state department, and the CIA raided a fraudulent political party and then used that illegitimate party to rig the twenty twenty three Guatemalan election so they could install a list of CIA controlled politicians who would continue to allow them to run the world's largest child trafficking network out of Guatemala. Speaker 0: Nothing to do with that? Speaker 2: Correlation, not causation? Speaker 6: That is absurd. Speaker 2: They didn't deny it, which means that they admitted it. Speaker 4: This is a no question a political shocker in Guatemala. Speaker 1: The US Government, the Biden administration helped covered up voter fraud. Speaker 5: Why Guatemala? Why not some other country? Speaker 1: Guatemala is concerned about child trafficking, the NGOs that are trafficking the children. Jill Biden was the chairman Speaker 3: of the board of Save the Children. Speaker 0: You guys just raided Save the Children. Speaker 3: Guess who stepped in? The state department, US embassy, and USAID. Another coincidence? Speaker 4: America, what if I told you that DHS, under the direct orders of Alejandro Mayorkas, would create a public private partnership with Mexican cartels, and that HHS, under the direct orders of Xavier Becerra, would create a public private partnership with NGOs like Save the Children and Southwest Key programs. And in this quasi public private partnership, they would use your tax dollars to fund the world's largest international child trafficking operation. Speaker 7: As to who we know where they are, that is outside the responsibility of the Department of Homeland Security. Speaker 2: There's nothing but lies. Nothing but lies. Secretary Mayorkas, he acts like none of this ever happens. Speaker 0: It's his policies that caused over half Speaker 2: a million of children being smuggled Speaker 0: in this country. And he also knew who to play Speaker 7: in. HHS places those children. Speaker 6: That's on you. Was that Speaker 0: a question to me? Are you familiar with the sponsors that utilize a strip club as an address? Speaker 2: You shrug your shoulders and then send another batch of kids out to sponsor. Speaker 1: Human trafficking bust at an egg farm. Federal prosecutors call it modern day slavery. Speaker 7: Of course, we investigate cases of of Speaker 0: trafficking. Speaker 2: Another lie.

I just shared that Trump is demanding investigations into corruption within USAID, questioning who has profited from the billions allocated. He suggests that USAID has been misused as a slush fund, raising concerns about where the money has actually gone and who benefited while taxpayers were left in the dark. There's a sense of urgency as Democrats seem anxious about the potential fallout. This effort is positioned as a broader initiative to unveil globalist corruption, signaling that a reckoning is on the horizon.

Video Transcript AI Summary
USAID has been criticized for its role in sustaining Afghanistan's heroin supply. The US Institute for Peace, a close USAID partner, advised the Taliban against shutting down poppy fields to avoid economic and humanitarian disaster. Simultaneously, USAID facilitated poppy field irrigation, inadvertently supporting heroin production. This highlights a pattern of using narco-activity as an instrument of statecraft, evident in past support for Mujahideen and similar interventions. Concerns exist that this involvement undermines government legitimacy and erodes public trust. Disentangling this complex web of operations is crucial for establishing a moral foreign policy. The fight to reform this will be ongoing, requiring a moral compass to guide decisions and ensure transparency. The key is to replace harmful practices with responsible actions, potentially through prioritizing domestic industries in crucial sectors.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: There's another thing USAID got in trouble for is when they were, they were they were essentially, sustaining the the heroines the world's heroin supply. 95% of the world's heroin supply, you know, came from came from Afghanistan. Speaker 1: Why were they doing that? Speaker 0: Well, I the so USAID's, one of their one of their close partners, is another USAID adjacent, entity called the US Institute for Peace. Its its office is right next to the state department in in Washington, DC. It gets it it was created by Congress. It gets $56,000,000 a year from taxpayers. And in, last in in 2023, the US Institute for Peace, wrote a a white paper that said, that told the Taliban not to shut down the the heroin, not to shut down the poppy fields because it would create a, quote, economic and humanitarian disaster, that basically I mean, this is this is the state department. They're fully funded by the US state department. They are they are the sort of the policy arm, of, you know, many many of the aspects of USAID. Whereas USAID is 44,000,000,000, they only have 56,000,000, but they they all advance US foreign policy in a cohesive vision for a region, and they're both operating in Afghanistan. So while US Institute for Peace is saying we need to keep the heroin flow flowing, It was USAID who was doing all the the water irrigation of the poppy fields, in order that that allowed that propagation of the heroin to continue. And that gets into, you know, a a darker story around the role of of narco, you know, narco activity and narco gangs as instrument of state instruments of statecraft. You know, this was, you know, the Mujahideen that were pumped up by Zbigniew Brzezinski and our CIA in, you know, in the nineteen seventies and eighties, and they, you know, they were they were being funded by drug money from the golden from the golden crescent and it being laundered into Pakistan banks like the CIA Bank, you know, BCCI, and everyone can read about the Bank of Credit Commerce International scandal and the and and that. But, you know, it was it was narcoterrorism funding, for US backed terrorist paramilitary groups that we were propping up as freedom fighters against the Soviets in Afghanistan. You know, and if you remember seeing the old, you know, Osama bin Laden puff piece, you know, freedom warrior on the road to peace with, you know, when he's back in the Mujahideen days. But what I'm saying is you see this play out everywhere. You know, this was a business, a big part of, you know, how, how right wing capitalist movements were in in Western Hemisphere were propped up against left wing socialist and Marxist, you know, opposition in in the nineteen fifties and sixties, and and you see this run through everything. I mean, think about what's happened with El Salvador. You know? Why did why did, Bukele say that, you know, basically was the first one on x to say that, yeah, USAID is awful. It's gotta go. Countries don't want it. Look at my case. Because USAID was trying to regime change him from there. The Soros groups, I mean, the they all said that his attempts to clean up the drug trade were humanity, you know, were were, you know, humanitarian violations of the rights of drug cartels. Have you seen that that, you know, the the government of Mexico appears to actually be quite, quite happy with the move to abolish USAID? There's a piece of Newsweek about this Trump's strange allies in the in the, you know, in the fight to end USAID, and it's it's the Mexican government. They don't want it either. Well, there what I'm saying is is the scope of our dirty deeds done through USAID and state department grants and through CI covert activity that is only made possible because they're working with assets whose budget is funded by USAID or or budget is funded by state or budget is funded by the National Endowment for Democracy or others. Speaker 1: With Donald Trump returning to the White House, this country has a unique opportunity, maybe our last opportunity to save ourselves from the anti American and anti human left. But our efforts may be stymied by the deep state. That's what happened to the first Trump term, permanent Washington, stands in the way of all efforts to improve the lives of ordinary Americans. And right now, they are scheming to do the same thing to the second Trump administration. They are determined to keep their stranglehold on power regardless of elections, anti democratically. That is a fact. So what do you do to fight them? How do you defeat the deep state? Well, one way you can is by supporting the Heritage Foundation, which is in Washington and understands exactly how it works in such a way that they're a threat and they're under attack. You know who's effective because they're the ones under attack. Heritage has a comprehensive plan to dismantle permanent Washington and restore the country to its democratic foundations. It's important. Visit heritage.org/tucker to learn more and to support this critical effort. And when you make a gift today, you get a free pocket constitution to make certain that you are equipped with the founding principles on your person at all times. It's amazing to read it. Again, that's heritage.org/tucker. Speaker 0: Yeah. A lot of that work is just liaising with assets that are that are there. They don't have that big a budget. USAID is a three times bigger budget than the CIA. And so they depend on working with state department USAID cultivated assets. And so we're gonna have to disentangle this whole spider web in order to form a cohesive foreign policy vision that isn't evil. Speaker 1: And I think that's I think kinda think that's the point, that isn't evil. Because, I mean, in our system I really think in any system, even a a monarchy, the people have to think that in general, the government is, you know, doing things they approve of isn't actively evil, isn't, you know, in business with the drug cartels in Mexico, which our government is, as you know, because there's if the people of a country don't think their own government has legitimacy, like, it can't last very long. No. It just it doesn't last. Right? Speaker 0: Right. Absolutely. Speaker 1: So, are you concerned that when people learn like, what's gonna happen when these stories penetrate that, yes, your government has been paying to wreck a lot of other places and, you know, is working against you using your money. I mean, what it's kind of hard to unknow that. Speaker 0: Right. And thank goodness. You know, the because we're we're gonna need that level of national consciousness about these scandals in order to create the moral buffer against the temptation Right. To be evil again. Speaker 1: Exactly right. Speaker 0: And, you know, so I do think that this is all because because this is this is a this is a dog fight to the bone. We are going to be at every level, at the every year in the budget, there's going to be this fight. I mean, now and, you know, here's the question. How much more does the state department get in the budget? You know, it's it's you had, like, a $35,000,000,000 budget. Now it's getting USAID's forty four billion. But what fraction of that is Trump going to I've been saying here for for for a long time because everyone talks about how USAID is funneling things to left wing causes. And very easy to see that. And we talked about the 97% of employees at USAID who donate to Democrats. But to me, the the the main issue here is the remnant of internationalist Republicans in congress who can form a critical majority block with in the house or in the senate in order to get their way on this issue. Like, you could you could see a situation where their own vested interests, their own constituents are so dependent on either USAID's funding or the results of USAID operations, that they will side with the Democrats in order to in inflict damage on the Trump White House Speaker 1: Of course. Speaker 0: Budget vision. And so that's gonna be a a constant fight, and my what what I'm hoping evolves over the next weeks and months is a moral North Star for America First Nationalist or populist or MAGA or or centrist or simply, you know, reasonable liberal or or center left folks, where you have the current level of American prosperity, you remove that evil in the in the labyrinth of lies, something needs to fill that gap. You know, like, we talked about in the oil and gas spaces, drill baby, drill for for oil. Okay. But now do that for semiconductors. You know, like and now do that for every critical mineral. And and maybe the answer is I mean, the what I've been trying to sell is that if you're going to do the dirty deeds and you do believe they're necessary for statecraft, then there has to at least be an obligation to be honest about them. Speaker 1: Thanks for watching our YouTube channel. We hope you'll subscribe to it. And by the way, you can hit the little bell on there and get notifications every time we produce a video. As a member of Congress, I have to ask, did anyone in USAID get elected to Congress or to the presidency? When you're acting in the shadows and destabilizing nations using race wars, and then advocating that the military does it, you put future generations that would have to fight in those wars in jeopardy. Ultimately, you're operating without any oversight.

A lot of your tax dollars are going to organizations you may have never heard of. The Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening, or SEPs, gets $165 million. The East West Management Institute receives $25 million annually. The National Endowment for Democracy and its affiliates, like NDI, get $167.3 million, while Freedom House gets $93 million. The Tides Foundation, known for being a progressive left-wing dark money machine, also receives tax dollars. Money donated to Tides goes dark, so you can't trace who's giving it. A money trail search on Tides reveals connections to Freedom House, NED, SEPs, East West, and Intra News. These organizations are spreading tax dollars to each other, and then to places like Soros.

Speaker 0: The names that keep popping up, the consortium for elections and political process strengthening. SEPs, where is that? Right here. K. They get a hundred and $65,000,000 of your tax money. Have you ever heard of them? How about East West Management Institute? Because, they're getting $25,000,000 every year. The National Endowment for Democracy and their affiliates like NDI. Right here. Right here, a hundred and 67, 3 hundred and 60 2 million. Then you have Freedom House, which is right here, another $93,000,000. And oddly enough, we notice that the Tides Foundation, our old friends, show up on the chart clearly showing the Tides Foundation is receiving US tax dollars. Now back in the old days at Fox, I showed you the entire purpose of Tides is to be a progressive left wing dark money machine. It is it's money laundering, legal, but money laundering nonetheless. You cannot trace money. Once it goes in, it goes dark. You can see what's coming out, but you don't know who's giving it. Leftist billionaires, organizations, they all donate to Tide specifically so their money can go dark. So why is the Tides Foundation getting tax dollars? Well, maybe this is a one off. Let's do a money trail search on tides and see what pops up. Are they involved in anything else? The Tide Center. Oh, holy cow. Now, this is, again, we're going to find deeper levels here soon. But, this is showing the entire money trail for Tides. On the chalkboard, again, I have a few notable ones. Oh, Freedom House, NED, SEPs, East West, Intra News. Wow. They show up again. USAID is a fraud and a slush fund for left-wing projects globally, with very little being put to good use. This occurs while denying funds to those who clearly need them, with only cents on the dollar reaching those in need. USAID was initially created for humanitarian purposes, but it has been captured by the military-industrial complex, becoming a sinister propagator of totalitarianism and war. The US government, through USAID, has funded things like DEI initiatives in Serbia, gender surgeries worldwide, sex change surgeries in Guatemala, and social media influencers in Ukraine. A member of Congress is allegedly using tactics promoted by a Harvard Ash Center partner and calling on supporters to be "strike ready," promising violent protests. This partner is the nonviolent action lab, and its leader, Erica Chenoweth, uses they/them pronouns and has ties to USAID, the State Department, and the United States Institute of Peace. Chenoweth has lectured at USAID and authored reports on nonviolent resistance, focusing on how to topple dictatorial regimes. Their research analyzes revolutions, concluding that nonviolent resistance is the most effective tactic, not due to moral objections to violence, but because it's empirically superior. Chenoweth has written extensively on topics like how to topple a dictator, the role of violence in nonviolent resistance, and terrorism. The Ash Center, despite deleting its donor list, is reportedly funded by USAID and the State Department. Chenoweth has also lectured at and consulted for the United States Institute of Peace, receiving grants to promote regime change, not just peaceful protest.

Speaker 0: It was a member of congress who has pledged to use these exact tactics and spread them among her colleagues. The very same tactics were, like I said, she's calling on her supporters to be, quote, strike ready and promising that violent protests are coming. That's a direct quote from her. She was speaking to the nation. But to understand who exactly is is funding this, who's behind it, this is a partner of the Harvard Ash Center's nonviolent action lab. Like I said, it's very stochastically terroristic in its namesake in the sense that they really want you to know that they're nonviolent. I'd ask you why are they working overtime to demonstrate that they're so nonviolent. But this is a group who is sort of hosting these training sessions in conjunction with Democrat members of Congress. And the person who leads this entity is someone by the name of Erica Chenoweth. Now she uses theythem pronouns, so do with that what she will, but this is someone who has deep, deep ties to USAID, the State Department, and the United States Institute of Peace. Her resume shows that she has lectured repeatedly at USAID in 2015, '20 '16, and as recently as 2022. She's also authored several reports sort of from this nonviolent resistance revolution, color revolution framework for USAID as the lead investigator and a recipient of several 5 figure grants. Some of these topics, these papers include youth and LGBTQ participation in nonviolent action, struggles from below, human rights struggles by domestic actors, and civil resistance and corporate behavior, mapping trends and assessing impact. But why this character is, I think, so particularly interesting and important is because her entire career is essentially about analyzing the most effective tools, not for protest, but for toppling dictatorial or autocratic regimes. And she wrote this whole long book where they analyze case by case hundreds of revolutions, and they come to the conclusion that nonviolent resistance is the most effective tactic or playbook, not because they disavow terrorism or violent action, but simply because they think it's just empirically a better tactic. Right? What you're talking about is essentially the raw materials from an academic and literature perspective for creating bombs, or maybe in this case, it's more, you know, firebombing. But I just wanna read for the audience just to get a sense some of the books or journal papers that this individual has written, quote, how to topple a dictator, the role of violence in nonviolent resistance, resilient republics, why terrorism does not destroy democracy, the study of terrorism, achievements and analytical challenges ahead. To Bribe or to Bomb? Do Corruption and Terrorism Go Together? And also she wrote the, seminal Oxford Handbook on Terrorism, including participating in panel discussions on events titled, quote, Is Terrorism Ever Legitimate? But I think this one piece of work really articulates the threat of this center, which is, quote, why civil resistance works, the strategic logic of nonviolent conflict. Where I said, the reason why they're disavowing, at least right now, terrorism and violent action is not because they find anything morally, ethically, or principally wrong with it, just because they think it's not an effective tool. And to sort of broaden out this USAID critique, which I think the Mike Benzas of the world have accurately identified, where they essentially identify a regime that they don't like, that's populist. They then say, oh, well, you're autocratic. You're dictatorial. So therefore, we can use outside the system changes. Go after your pillars of support. Well, if you can believe it or not, the ASH Center, which we've actually reported on War Room years ago through a different lens, which we can get into on the Chinese Communist Party funded angle of it. But this group, though, despite the fact that they deleted their web page showing who they're funded by, their top donors are USAID and the State Department. And one last point on Erica Chenoweth, she also has lectured repeatedly at the United States Institute of Peace. She served as a consultant to the United States Institute of Peace from 2017 to 2019 and similarly has authored a host of papers receiving 5 and 6 figure or six, sorry, 4 and 5 figure grants from this now defunct institution to spread, again, not protests, not women's march, not let's celebrate democracy, but full blown regime change. Speaker 1: Natalie, hang right there. I'm gonna hold you into the next break. Two things I wanna say as we go to break here with Modern Day Holy War. Of course, Caroline Levy gave that great interview to Speaker 0: David

International NGOs and UN agencies allegedly lobby in Washington D.C. against vetting policies that would prevent foreign aid from reaching terrorists. USAID effectively self-funds its own external private lobby that asks Congress for more money for USAID. This lobby brings together groups that work with groups that kill Americans. USAID programs have not been aligned with U.S. national security interests and have helped China. USAID pushes much of the world towards China on the green energy agenda and causes resentment through social reengineering. Lobbyists have tried to kill legislation like H.R. 160, which was meant to increase transparency in USAID's funding of overseas organizations and give US Lawmakers the ability to have higher transparency in terror financing investigations aimed at scrutinizing extremist groups. A regulation requiring names of those handling money in terrorist areas to be checked against terrorist databases was overturned by Biden.

One of our co witnesses here worked for them from 2018 to 2023. USAID effectively self funds its own external private lobby that then goes back to congress and asks for more money for USAID. They push people ordinary people, billions of people towards China because of the resentment caused by our social reengineering. Speaker 0: Are we being lobbied by these pro communist China groups currently? Speaker 1: Well, a lot of these countries don't even have to lobby because they get the money anyway like South Africa. Speaker 2: Yeah. And in fact, these lobbyists have come to the house and have tried to kill legislation like h r one sixty, which was meant to increase transparency in USAID's funding of overseas organizations. Speaker 0: Is that a current piece of legislation? Speaker 2: That's from the last session. Speaker 0: Last and give me that number again. Speaker 2: HR one sixty. And what does it do? It was meant to give US Lawmakers the ability to have higher transparency in terror financing investigations aimed at scrutinizing extremist groups. Mister Primark? Speaker 1: We had a regulation before we left in the last administration that anybody who touches money in area in countries where there's terrorists, those names have to go through databases terrorist databases. That was overturned by Biden. Speaker 0: Overturned by Biden.
