Speaker 0: Ladies and gentlemen, friends and family, Owen Shroyer here, and, yes, it's official. I have been released from federal prison. And, man, do I have a lot of stories to tell? And, obviously, I will be telling you these stories over the course of the coming days. There are a lot of big and fun interviews that I have coming up. I will be making another statement later today as well on the Alex Jones Show and we got a lot of exciting stuff in the very near future but I just wanna take this time to thank everybody for your prayers. Thank everybody for all the mail and the books that you sent me. I was able to read 15 books in my 47 days in prison. The Jordy of my time spent in lockdown, if you can believe that. But I believe God wanted me to have this experience. I had to see the full prison experience because I learned a lot and I've realized that there's some things that we've been missing when it comes to fixing our country and so I'm gonna be talking a lot about that but there was one particular Bible verse that stuck out to me when Paul and Silas were in prison and they talked about praying and the prayers, shook the foundations, and caused an earthquake that caused the prison doors to be open so that they could get out, and I believe that happened to me not only once but twice. Your prayers shook the prison doors open so that I got out of the special housing unit known as the shoe on the inside or confinement. It's the prison inside the prison and then your prayers. Once again, caused the earthquake that opened the prison doors for me to be released today after serving 47 days of my 60 days. I will tell you, freedom is great. The one thing I learned immediately, never take anything in your life for granted because you never know when it can all be ripped away from you. But the fresh air, the open world. I'm back, and I'm ready to go.

That's even in the title. It's all over the place. It's a big victory for justice for the j sixers, but it's a great upholding of the rule of law because the Biden administration, the Garland Justice Department, they weaponized this statute. They totally misinterpreted it. They abused their prosecutorial discretion, and the Supreme Court smacked it down. Speaker 1: But that's that's the the point the part of the matter is their abuse of this and their their knowing abuse of the system. They knowingly went and did this. This is Andrew Weisman. That if 1 of my law students came up with it, I would say, like, oh, you know, oh, you're very clever. You're trying to use the text of the statute, but come on. You know remotely that's not what the statute is intended to do. You're forgetting about these 2 canons that I just described. Yeah. You're forgetting about the fact that this was designed to plug a specific loophole. You're just trying to use the statute in a cynical and results oriented way to go after people who you think you should be able to put on the hook. There were open barricades. There were no signs telling people they weren't allowed to be there, and I literally walked into a crowd of 100 of people. And at that moment, that is when according to the DOJ, I committed my first felony. Felony? Felony. Speaker 0: Because you engaged in a protest. Speaker 1: They said that I was standing on restricted grounds. Okay. And they gave me a felony charge for that. I shot a video outside the building for 8 minutes and I uploaded that video to Twitter and two and a half weeks later the FBI raided my house, put me in handcuffs and took me to jail. I sat in jail for several days before I found out that I was facing multiple felonies for shooting that video outside of the capitol and a misdemeanor charge. So this is what they're doing to people. They're overcharging them. They're putting them in this horrifying position where it's you against the federal government in the district of DC and you can either go to trial and they'll get a 100% conviction rate. That's what the government's gotten so far. Mhmm. Or you can take their plea deal. And when you take their plea deal, they write your confession. They say what you did. Mhmm.
