It’s clear who’s in charge, and it’s not President-elect Donald Trump. Shadow President Elon Musk spent all day railing against Republicans’ CR, succeeded in killing the bill, and then Trump decided to follow his lead. https://t.co/feDiAXe8yp

The Democrats are gearing up for legal battles against Trump's administration, starting with a federal lawsuit filed by Kel Mcclanahan’s National Security Counselors to halt Elon Musk's DOGE. This comes just minutes after Trump took office, with claims that Trump created DOGE through an executive order.

An order has been established to create the Department of Governmental Efficiency (DOS) to ensure timely implementation of policies. This initiative addresses delays in governmental processes, which can take months to approve. Recent examples highlight the slow response to rulings, such as a Supreme Court decision made six months ago that remains unaddressed. The treatment of individuals involved in the January 6th events has been harsh, with significant sentences handed down. There is ongoing consideration regarding the sentences of two Washington police officers who faced jail time for their actions during that incident, and there is a desire to provide them with leniency.

Speaker 0: This is an order creating and implementing the Department of Governmental Efficiency known as DOS. K. That's a big one. Is he on us gonna get out of the West Lien office? No. He's getting an office for about 20 people that we're hiring to make sure that these get implemented. We have a problem in this country. He's not an executive order. It doesn't get done for 6 months. As an example, when we allow the j six hostages to go out, it might not be approved in under the old days by for 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 6 months. You know, they had a good ruling for the Supreme Court, and it's like nothing happened. That ruling was 6 months ago. You know that. And it was like they didn't have a ruling. They've been treated very unfair. The judges have been absolutely brutal. The prosecutors have been brutal. Nobody's ever treated people in this country like that. Mister president, are you committing the sentences of anyone who assaulted the police officer on January 6th? Well, we're looking at 2 police officers, actually, that Washington police officers who who went after an illegal and things happened, and they ended up putting them in jail. They got 5 year jail sentences. You know the case. Yes, ma'am. And we're looking at that in order to give them a, we gotta give them a break.

The corrupt politicians “protesting” outside the USAID building are the ones getting money from USAID. That’s why they’re there – they want your stolen tax dollars!

@KanekoaTheGreat - KanekoaTheGreat

BREAKING: Rep. Jamie Raskin blasts Elon Musk outside USAID HQ, declaring that Democrats will block DOGE from eliminating government waste and fraud. "Elon Musk, you didn't create USAID." "He doesn't have the power to destroy it, and who will stop him? We are!" "We don't have a fourth branch of government called Elon Musk." Meanwhile, the U.S. is $37 trillion in debt—and Americans elected President Trump, who promised to empower Elon Musk and DOGE to cut wasteful spending.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Elon Musk did not create USAID; that was established by the United States Congress for the American people. He also does not have the authority to dismantle it. We will prevent him from doing so. Although Musk may have gained control over certain financial systems, he does not control the money of the American people—that power lies with Congress under Article 1 of the Constitution. Just as the elected president cannot withhold public funds, there is no separate branch of government led by Elon Musk, and this distinction will become increasingly clear.

Speaker 0: Elon Musk, you didn't create USAID. The United States Congress did for the American people. Right. And just like Elon Musk did not create USAID, he doesn't have the power to destroy it. And who's gonna stop him? We are. We're gonna stop him. Elon Musk, you may have illegally seized power over the financial payment systems of the United States Department of Treasury, but you don't control the money of the American people. The United States Congress does that under article 1 of the constitution. And just like the president who is elected to something cannot impound the money of the people, we don't have a 4th branch of government called Elon Musk, and that's gonna become real clear.

I pointed out that Judge Kollar-Kotelly, who sentenced a pro-life protester to prison, is now blocking Trump's administration from altering the Treasury Department's payment system. DOGE is entirely blocked, with Treasury officials only having 'read-only' access. This situation hampers the government's functionality. Additionally, the DOJ lawyer involved is the same one linked to a $2M settlement for Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. The depth of the swamp is concerning, and I urge the President to continue draining it.

@amuse - @amuse

DOGE: 81yo Judge Kollar-Kotelly is the same judge that sentenced 75yo pro-life protester Paula Harlow to two years in prison. Now she's blocking Trump's administration from making changes to the Treasury Department's payment system. DOGE is blocked completely and Treasury officials have 'read-only' rights. This means that, if Trump's team follows the rules, no one can pause, delete, or add a payment. This is no way to run a government. Also, the DOJ lawyer handling the case for the Trump administration is the same one that was involved in the case that provided a $2M settlement to Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. The swamp is deep - keep draining Mr. President.

🇺🇸DEMOCRATS PUSH BILL TO BLOCK ELON FROM TREASURY ACCESS—CALL IT AN 'ECONOMIC COUP' House Democrats, led by Rep. Sydney Kamlager-Dove, introduced legislation to block Elon from accessing Treasury records, claiming DOGE is attempting an "economic coup." Kamlager-Dove: "No one thought Trump would give Elon access to Social Security data, medical records, and payments. This is unacceptable." A federal judge has already blocked DOGE from obtaining certain Treasury payment records. Source: FOX 11

I find it outrageous that Judge Paul Engelmayer has not only barred Elon Musk and Doge from Treasury systems but has also excluded the Secretary of the Treasury. This decision was made without citing any law or allowing the Trump administration to present its case in court. I believe this ruling should be reversed immediately, and I think higher courts should prevent Engelmayer from hearing any future cases involving the Trump administration.

@SenTomCotton - Tom Cotton

Outrageous. Obama Judge Paul Engelmayer didn’t just bar @elonmusk and @doge from Treasury systems, he barred the Secretary of the Treasury himself. Without citing a single law or even allowing Trump admin to appear in court! This outlaw should be reversed immediately and Engelmayer should be forbidden by higher courts from ever hearing another case against the Trump admin. https://www.wsj.com/us-news/law/federal-judge-blocks-elon-musks-doge-from-treasury-system-e0f1e55c?st=QQJrvW&reflink=article_imessage_share

BREAKING: Desperate To Stop The Trump Agenda, Democrat Leaders Have Openly Announced A Plan To Shut Down The Federal Government In Hopes Of Ending Elon Musk's DOGE Investigation » WATCH/SHARE THE LIVE X STREAM HERE: https://t.co/V4RESKnwj3 https://t.co/whAah9AmNK

Video Transcript AI Summary
The Democrats' potential government shutdown to block the current administration's actions is a serious consideration. We're facing a constitutional crisis due to illegal actions, and I won't support funding that allows this lawlessness to continue. A shutdown is a last resort, but necessary if they won't govern responsibly. The globalist system is collapsing, and the current administration is dismantling its institutions and philosophies. This is a revolution, a new power structure, and while I don't agree with everything, this is largely what I would do to counter a depopulation plan. The left is disintegrating; they're losing elections and panicking. The public is awakening. Democrats are plotting to shut down the government, not just spending bills, but through sabotage. This isn't about fighting over who steals the most; it's about dismantling corrupt systems. My platform, Infowars, is under attack. Lawfare and attempts to shut us down have caused financial issues. Speaker 0: My next question, because your colleague, Jeff Merkley, basically said he's prepared to try to shut down the government over some of these sledgehammer actions that he's seeing by Elon Musk. Are you prepared to shut down the government to join Democratic colleagues who wanna stand in the way of keeping the government open? Speaker 1: Well, you have to look at what the Trump administration is doing right now. They are simply trying to they are Speaker 2: simply trying to they are simply Speaker 1: trying to dismantle the government. So, yes, look, if we have to take steps to be able to hold them accountable, use the leverage that we have to force it, I cannot support efforts that will continue this lawlessness that we're seeing when it comes to this administration's actions. And for us to be able to support government funding in that way, only for them to turn it around to dismantle the government, that is not something that should be allowed. Speaker 0: So just to be clear, senator, you are open to voting yes to shut down the government. So make this point. Speaker 1: This is on them. This is about whether or not they can get the votes. They are the majority. And if they cannot govern, then then, you know, that's for the American people to see. But I worked in government. I worked through multiple government shutdowns. I would be the last person to wanna get to that stage. But we are at a point where we are basically on the cusp of a constitutional crisis, seeing this administration taking steps that are so clearly illegal. And until we see a change in that behavior, we should not allow and condone that nor should we assist in that. Speaker 2: Senator Clearly illegal. Like they said, deporting illegal is illegal. Of course, it's not. Clearly, too many can have a baby. Clearly, there's no x and y chromosomes. I've got all these top Democrats in all these video clips, strategist, senators, deep staters saying we're screwed. There's no way to stop Trump and Musk. Oh my god. What are we gonna do? I mean, just panic buttons. Beep beep beep beep. This is over the top. Then we've got the globalist handlers and operatives saying, oh, don't worry. We we know what we're gonna do. We're gonna crash the stock market, and, boy, they're moving to do that right now. We're gonna get into that. And then you've got senator Andy Kim and other Democrat leaders saying, oh, we're just gonna do a government shutdown. And we don't just mean we're not gonna fund the government. Everything they've been saying Trump's gonna do. Oh, must be in the Social Security system will crash it. They're saying they'll crash it on purpose, and they're gonna have walkouts, protests. Great. Most of these people don't even do any work there, but, you know, sabotage goes along with that. We are now twenty days, four hours, six minutes, thirty seven seconds into the second incredible administration of president Trump. This is a 100% real revolution. This is absolutely a new power structure. This is 100% a different philosophy and a new system or new order to the old new world order. Does that mean that everybody being brought in as an angel? No. Does that mean I agree with everything Trump wants to push? No. But in general, are myself and Ron Paul and many others aligned with Trump? Yes. And is Trump decimating and dismantling and destroying and dominating the globalist, their institutions, their operations, and their minions. Irrevocable devastation of not just their systems, but the philosophies and the demoralization and the post industrial antihuman death cult, antihuman eugenics system. Yes. I'd have to say what Trump is doing is about 97% of what I would do, and I would never imagine he'd be that aligned when he actually launched into government. This is a totally supercharged Trump compared to eight years ago. I mean, just it is it is so amazing. And as I've said a thousand times, there's not just evil in the universe. There's good as well. And and this globalist system was bringing us to absolute design collapse, a hellish dystopic mad scientist run depopulation plan to reduce world population by 2045 officially by 90%. In their other official documents, they say no real humans left by 2047, only cyborgs, New York Times, NBC News, Club of Rome, statements, and they mean it. Stuff they said to do in the sixties, by the eighties, they had done. Something they said in the eighties, they'd have done by the February, they got done. Almost all of it. They said by the year 2,000, there'd be a virus released that would help bring in a global government based around World Health Organization. They did it. They said once that happened in 2020 with the launch, they and they said this decades before. We've covered it. Made films about it. They would then, by 2030 have basically everything collapsed, and you know nothing and be happy and, you know, eating bugs. And you and and so the agenda was so hellish, and it and it counted on administratively, corporately, governmentally rolling out incrementally, but that it it it because it was incremental and because it was academic and because it was complex, it was done all these different parts, but but together constructed like an erector set or Legos, they thought the public wouldn't be sophisticated enough to understand it or ever deal with it. Well, good luck. The public's not really stupid. They're just distracted. The public can learn everything about how a football game works and all the players and all the little factoids, but they don't wanna know about how the federalist system works or about agencies or about history or about philosophy or about military history because they they think it's boring. They don't know it's super exciting, and then it gives you incredible power in the real world. What's the Bible say over and over again? My people perish for lack of knowledge. Well, if you've got knowledge about playing a video game, that doesn't ever really help you in any way, does it? If you've got knowledge about basketball, maybe if you're one of a few thousand professional basketball players, you do okay. If you've got knowledge though about being a plumber, you can make a good living off that. The general public can get that job. There's a lot of those jobs needed. Being a farmer, that's something definitely you can apply or or or being an artist who's has talent. I mean, that's the that's the human system. And and the globalist wanna get rid of a system based on humans, by humans, for humans. They wanna bring in this posthuman globalist world. And their their biggest downfall was that they gave all these speeches or all these books and admitted they were doing it. And then I would sit there and go, look what they're doing here. And they go, shut up. It doesn't exist in the New York Times. I mean, just even twelve, thirteen years ago, they had New York Times headlines going, what is globalism? Why does Alex Jones make up this term? They were calling themselves globalist fifty years ago. That's where we get the term. The John Birch Society was calling them globalist forty years ago when I was 11 years old reading their magazine. And now you hear the press secretary and the president and Musk and all them calling them that. That's and Vladimir Putin, that that that's what they are. Excuse me for using their own damn name. So and how you know my name is Alex Jones, and my mama and daddy named me that. I mean, they named themselves that. They're not internationals. That's the old term of all the world working together and world traveler. That's completely different. The international man. I mean, that that that was kind of their PR move with it. No. No. No. Globalism means big corporations with key governments manipulating and waging war on the nation state, creating power blocks and centralizing power. So that said, let me give you the big news. The left is in absolute total disintegration mode. I have all these clips and all these headlines with top Democrat leaders saying, we don't know what to do. Trump and Musk are unstoppable. There are populist awakenings everywhere. We're losing every election all over the world. People are seeing right through us now. It's an exponential awakening. When the public goes, oh, you mean it's cool to know about how the world works? Yeah. This morning, I went with my oldest daughter to the gym. We worked out, and we went in the sauna. Sometimes it's full, sometimes it's not. It was full. Big sauna. Full. Probably, like, 12 people in it. One person was having a stand. And there about twenty minutes. About five minutes in, people start, hey, Alex. What do you think about this? What do you think about that? And, yeah, we first of all, yeah, we're talking about the Super Bowl. That's all dumb. Right? Alex bread in the circus. So couple of the guys are asking me questions. Couple of the women are asking me questions. People are saying this. People are saying that. Hey. We watched your daughter on the show with you, son. Oh my gosh. She's right here. You didn't notice? And and then they asked me questions about Doge and the and the what was happening with USA and the rest of it. And my daughter sometimes just gets embarrassed. You know, she's she's she's 20. But and she agrees with my politics. I mean, she's great, but she's still sometimes, you know she goes, dad, come on. And one woman starts clapping and goes, yeah. We don't wanna hear it. And I'm like, okay. I'm like, these people are asking me questions, and and I I understand we're only supposed to talk about football, but that's why we got this position. Do you like trillions of your tax money being stolen? The woman just looked down. I was nice about it. But but but see, women particularly the couple of the women were asking questions. When but but we all know this particularly on average, they're the ones that think it's bad to talk about bad things that are happening, like you're farting in church or something. No. We need to admit bad things are going on. That's very positive so we can fix them. Like, if a high wind blows by in a storm and blows a bunch of the roof off, and you say to your wife, honey, we gotta, I guess, get repair people in here, fix the roof ourselves, get an estimate, or when the next time it rains, we're gonna be flooded. And, of course, your wife doesn't say, that's negative. We don't really need to fix the roof. No. Yeah. Let's fix it. So that attitude of the of of my daughter and that other woman is the problem. And I'm not putting Charlotte down on her to death. And she apologized after. I said, you have to apologize. But but I just made the point about if I was painted up at the team's colors when whoo eagles or whatever, it'd be like, that's a good American. But I'm just quietly talking, answering people's questions. And, oh, don't talk about the government stealing trillions of giving it to themselves. No. No. No. No. No. Just just just stay quiet about that. Well, revolutions aren't quiet. Unless you're a globalist, bureaucratic one that sneaks around behind the scenes and then creeps into culture and wages war against the nation's existence itself because it's planning to completely take it over and roll it into a global government and a and a tyranny to make sure the people that they've secretly taken over the economic system and bureaucratic system never figure it out and take back their rightful control. So it was Barry Goldwater, the great senator that said, sometimes silence isn't golden. Sometimes it's yellow. But the good news is, we said about 12. There was 12 in there and people came and went. About eight of the people were listeners, and we're talk and a couple of we're talking about listening to the yesterday's show, the the Saturday show. Now you think the globalist like that? Eight people out of 12 in a sauna. And I don't say that because my show's big. Aren't I great? No. No. No. No. There's great shows out there reaching I mean, yesterday's Saturday show has, like what was it? Like, seventeen, eighteen million live viewers. A hundred million of the clips. I looked this morning, more now. Not counting all the radio stations and other systems it was on. Yeah. That was me and a little crew of six people. Five people. We had a smaller crew here today. The globalist can't withstand that. Now I'm gonna move into everything now. I want people to think about philosophy here. Democrats plot strategy in shut get down. Fight against Trump. Not a lot of good options. We are figuring it out. Democrats struggle to keep up with Trump's dizzying pace. US Democrats call for more aggressive tactics against Trump and Musk. We're going to be the opposition. Democrat leaders say, Trump seems to be unstoppable. Other headlines. So they're getting crushed, and this is the key. There's a lot of keys. This was really key. For the last sixty, seventy years of just incredible corruption, it was going on before, but there's metrics and studies. It got a lot worse for World War two. We were now the big superpower and had this big bureaucracy that had grown. Nobody watching it. They sent the National Security Act of '47 so the government could operate in secret, the CIA and others. What a recipe for disaster. And then you'd you'd you'd get people in that meant well, like like Nixon tried to cut the bureaucracy and the stealing, and then they just removed him, the most popular president until Trump now. He won with the biggest landslide in the last two hundred years. Nixon was most popular president probably ever. It it with poll numbers, like 80%. I mean, it just when he got reelected. And they just CIA'd his ass, and he certainly wasn't a perfect angel, but he thought he was the president. He was like, yeah. I'm in charge. They're like, for the hell you are. So Kennedy said I'm in charge. He saw that it did him, blew his head off, and he tried to cut the bureaucracy and the stealing. He wasn't into that. And Reagan did. They shot his ass, but he he lived. He got some dumb, but not not as much as he should have. A lot of bad stuff stuck under his nose. And then you know what else happens since then. But but but with Trump, it's the it's the real deal. And so in the past, political parties would would would get into power, and that would just mean their party got more payoffs and more USAID money and more state department contracts their wives and husbands and kids and companies. And as long as nobody tattled on the other people, everybody just, like, the insider trading and all of it. And we're talking incredible theft. You wonder how congressperson, many examples, you know, gets in and is worth a hundred thousand dollars and four years later after two terms is worth $50,000,000. And there's other cases where they get it with nothing and they're worth, you know, a billion dollars 10 years later. It's like, where did you get that money? Well, you do this and now you get that. And so and it's her spouses you gotta watch. I mean, that's really where oh, well, Pelosi's only worth 500,000,000, but her husband, billions. Same thing with Maxine Waters. Well, she's only worth 50,000,000, but her husband's worth 400,000,000. So and and and they had nothing when they got in congress. Nothing. So so here's the key. In the past, they would just fight over who was running the the scam. Now there was a fight in politics, but only over who got to steal the most. With Trump, they're not going in there and just removing the bureaucrats and then putting their people in to the swap trough. They're blowing up the troughs themselves. Elon Musk said, I don't want the government contracts. You know what? I I don't need I don't need a government incentive or rebate that's huge on every electric car sold, but the government puts massive amount, thousands, thousands, thousands, thousands of dollars in. You just get rid of it. I have the best cars. If you want electric, I've got the best. Didn't even ever even ask Trump to keep it. Trump would've done it, and he's given up so much. And the agencies they're cutting out are the ones screwing everybody, harassing everyone, making sure you can't operate in this country competitively. That's what Trump is doing. He's literally making it a level playing field, and he's far from getting there. How many days in are we? Twenty? So but you saw last week how they're gonna come at Trump. Last Monday, we were fourteen, fifteen days in at the press conference. A whole bunch of the press to do corporate reporters like, egg prices are at all time highs. And it's Trump's fault. And then the press secretary goes through, oh, that Biden ordered millions and millions, hundred million chickens killed? Oh, be oh, because of energy being cut off, because of UN agreements to cut off worldwide fertilizer production, on and on and on and on. You know, those chickens eat the grain that's grown with fertilizer. I mean, it it's it's it's all been cut off the food, cut off the energy. It's gonna take Trump a little while to get that going. And if there's sabotage, corporate level, real physical sabotage, which you know is gonna go on, it's all about Trump not being able to get his agenda through. Because his agenda is all about starting the economy back up and growth to get us out of the debt. He knows we can't pay it off now unless we massively expand, which we can do and have done before with innovation. And all this hidden technology the government's got, he's gonna start rolling out quickly. And and and and maybe he has the center of industry and energy and AI and innovation and technology and and rocketry. We already are with Musk. Satellites. So we either expand or we implode. The global started to implode and then rule over the ashes because it's actually hard to be confident and expand. When you have people that are ready to do it, it works. Now it's easier to say there's too many people. We need to cut carbon. We'll all fly around on private jets, but we're we're we're mismanaging things to crush everyone for the betterment of Speaker 0: the world. Speaker 2: No. It's just easier for the lazy, inbred globalist to have that philosophy. All their ancient feudal ancestors were the same. Oh, we keep the little people in squalor and poor because it manages them better. And that's true, but it's also because they didn't wanna innovate and empower everybody because they're threatened by anybody else having success. That's the nature of history. That's not like some philosophy I just think the globalists are engaged in. They admit that. Neo feudalism is what the UN calls the club of Rome plan. It's horrible. Oh, everybody gets free health care. You just when your knee goes out, they give you a cane. Oh, your eyes go out? You'll be lucky if you get glasses. You're not getting eye surgery. Oh, you got lung cancer? No surgery. I mean, that's oh, everybody gets free health care. You just don't get anything. The National Health Service in England, you're going over the flu or cold or can't breathe, they just hand you through a window a bag of aspirin and Band Aids. Seriously. So why is everybody coming down from Canada here? And we've got corporate fascist health care scams. I mean, it's it's horrible too because it's government teamed up big corporations killing competition. Don't shit me wrong. What we've got is not free market. But if you got money, you can still get some health care. So at at least some real health care exists. But it's like Russian roulette what medical facility your doctor you go to. It's like I do your research. You know, it's like a 19 gremlin compared to, you know, a brand new Ford f one fifty. And, you know, the gremlin doesn't stack up. Not all doctors, not all cars are equal. So I'm gonna really launch in all the clips and all the news when we come back, but I just wanted to set the table here. The Democrats are in full panic mode, but they've now come to a consensus and that they are going to try to shut the government down. And I don't mean just shut down spending bills. I mean, they're they're going to sabotage. And I it's the consensus. I have dozens of clips, articles of them saying it from their top podcasters and their strategists to senators. This is what they're gonna do. And, of course, you're like, yeah. We already knew that. Yeah. Exactly. It's obstruct, sabotage, attack. Say, hey. He's been in 20. Yo. Why why aren't everything fixed yet? Well, they first have to cut off the trillions being stolen. It's trillions. They gotta get control of these agencies or the globalists in there will use those agencies to attack the country literally. That's what defunding the police and the fire department not doing fire mitigation. This is all cloud and pivot collapse the country. And then have the welfare state come in with 250,000,000,000 to rebuild LA, and it all goes to Gavin Newsom and Nancy Pelosi. She she he's her nephew. They run California. So they destroy you, and they get the relief money for themselves. And it's a formula. And I told you when the fire first started, I said, it'll declare an emergency, steal all the land, not let you rebuild, announce a fifteen minute city with one building company doing it, all controlled by him paying him. And it's all up all official. He announced it Friday. I didn't predict it. I went I already knew they were building a fifteen minute city there, but nobody would sell. So they just burned their ass up. And then went down the line, didn't fix the systems. Didn't drain the fire reservoir. Didn't cut the brush on purpose. Cut the fire department. Order them to stand down that night. Left the electricity on. So when the trees and all the old brush fell on the power lines, they were supposed to trim around them, and they'd start up a big ass fire and then I went. I mean, hell, this is pretty simple. It'd be like if I came around your house and dumped a thousand gallons of gasoline in your yard and all around your house. I don't strike a match, but I know somebody's gonna start their car, and the fumes are gonna make it blow up, or somebody will be riding their skateboard and go off the curb, and it'll do a spark. Oh, I didn't burn your house down. I just poured thousands of gallons of gasoline all around it. And then if enough of the power lines didn't fall and those high winds were coming and they knew, then they'd have somebody. And you look at the satellite, they all turn the same. Just within minutes. Precision attack. Precision operation. Not incompetence. Precision. Alright. We're gonna come back and go over all. There is so much more. Trump isn't just warp drive crushing the globalists. Stay with us. As you know, the Democratic Party has financed a bunch of lawfare lawsuits against me and had rigged trials where the judges found me guilty and all the rest of it. It's been quite the saga. And then multiple times last year, they ordered the building shut without a court order, and then the federal judge blocked them. That's the US trustee from the judge department that's been involved in my bankruptcy. Well, then they had a fake auction that the judge overrode, and now we're still fighting them, and they're losing in federal court. We should know the fate of Infowars by mid March at the latest. That said, though, when they said they owned us and that we were off the air, people stopped going to Infowarsstore.com, and and rightfully so. If it's if it's been hijacked by them, why would you go buy the products there? Well, now there's so little money in Infowars because the sales of tech, because of their hijacking and tipped to shut us down that The US Trustee could then say there's no money here and order it shut down. Now the good news is we only have a couple of thousand a day shortfall, and we have a lot of the great classic products that are still available there at the AlexJonesstore.com. We're winning, but their hoax that they've taken us over has hurt us. So here are the products that are still in stock, but if we are shut down, it's the last time you'll get them from Infowars. That's the classic x two, the most powerful, incredible iodine out there. The classic vitamin mineral fusion is amazing. Body is the strongest tumor formula out there. 95% of humanoid. We've got the great organic multivitamin. We, of course, got the amazing vaso beats with the nitric oxide, that, boost your heart and your whole body. Then, of course, there's Brain Force Ultra that is a really fast acting clean amazing nootropic. So there's your update. They're discounted. They're for sale, and it keeps us on the air. I know a lot of you already love these products. They're fan favorites. They work really well. So it could be your last chance to get them. Plus, it's easy to keep us on the air. Regardless, I need you Speaker 3: to get the products, and they work really well. I ask that with your verdict, you not only take Alex Jones' platform that he talks about away. I ask that you make certain you can't rebuild the platform. That's what matters. That is punishment. That is deterrence. Speaker 4: Is there going to be a large set of plaintiffs who are gonna be dividing up the corpse of Infowars in the bankruptcy estate. And over the course of that process, that could get very, very dangerous for mister Jones. But we will be at it as long as it takes. And if you're out there right now and you're one of Alex Jones' audience members and you're considering giving him money, I just want you to know that based on the jury's verdict today, it's not a very good bet. Speaker 3: I hope that we never see someone like him again. I hope that with your verdict, he can go away. Speaker 4: But the money is not even really the question for me. The the question is, will this suit be successful at stopping him from being on the national stage? Speaker 2: The very same law firms, the very same Democrat party operations, eight, nine years of law fair against Trump. Now they're attacking Elon Musk. The same people have been after me, and they're starting to lose in court. But their hoax that they took over Infowars caused a lot of people to believe that it was true, so people stopped going to Infowars. People to believe that it was true, so people stopped going to Infowarsstore.com and getting the right products, and now there's almost no money there. We've actually gone into the red. So they may be successful shutting us down. I don't think they will be. They've been caught red handed. So to clear up any confusion, the AlexJonesstore.com is owned by our great sponsor and is helping Infowars and has set up the Alex Jones network. So even we get shut down, we stay on the air. But it looks like we're gonna save Infowars, except everybody thinks the onion and Bloomberg own Info Wars and own the shopping cart, infowarsstore.com, so people aren't going to the store. Yes. It's still in our hands. And even when we get shut down, we're gonna be moving to the other studios. But right now, we could shut down from lack of funds at Infowars. So get the products you love, could be your last chance to get them right now at Infowarsstore.com.

WOAH 🚨 James O'Keefe just got a Policy Advisor at the US Treasury to admit on camera that Treasury employees ARE DEFYING Elon Musk’s DOGE He even says DOGE and Elon Musk are, and I quote, “Risks to National Security”… WOW (He means risks to their fraud) https://t.co/ktTanMNKLY

Video Transcript AI Summary
As a policy advisor for the Treasury, I work on national security risks, monitoring investments into the US. Recently, Doge gained access to the Treasury to cut waste. I think we're an easy target, and there are people here who don't do much. My colleagues and I are worried about Doge and potential firings. What Elon is doing feels like government-sanctioned harassment. People here think it's not going to fire the right people, it's going to fire the wrong people. Many of us in my office are worried about being fired, especially the new hires. Some people care more about money than the country. I also feel that Doge shouldn't have access to the Treasury due to national security risks. No one knows what they want to do with the system. Giving people access to information creates vulnerabilities.

Speaker 0: Can I come? There are people that I know who've been working for the government for, like, so many years, and they've taken too much. I hate to say it. I know it's been Speaker 1: Meet Nathaniel Johnson, a policy adviser for the United States Department of the Treasury. Speaker 0: Basically, no one's quitting. Everyone's essentially done it. They're at least said, like, you're gonna have an apartment. Speaker 1: The policy adviser for the Treasury declares that what Elon is doing quote, Speaker 0: government sanctioned harassment. Every single federal employee got emailed last Tuesday, Monday, or Tuesday, the policeman said, we're offering you the option to retire. No one has ever done that before. Two, no one thinks it's a baby. It's not gonna do anything, and Speaker 2: it's gonna fire the rocket. Speaker 0: It's like like a government sanctioned capacity. Speaker 1: Nate Johnson says that Doge should not have access to the Treasury Department. He says due to, quote, risks to national security. Speaker 0: It's weird because it's like no one knows what they want to do with the system. Mhmm. This is like what I deal with is like vulnerabilities and risk and stuff like that. That person who has access, you probably shouldn't have access. They could take that information, give it to someone that they should. They could ask them to you. Or they could give it to you for your country. You can be American and you can still give that information away. Speaker 1: I also spoke directly to Nate Johnson. You say Elon is doing this because he, quote, really cares about money more than they do the country. Do you do you think Elon Musk cares more about money than the country? I don't believe I ever said that. Speaker 0: I think that there is a class of people in this country who care more about money than they do. I'm just curious. Okay. Sure. And what you really care about is money. So I'm clear about the classes more even. Speaker 1: Money. Why not speak now publicly? Why not talk to a reporter about the things that you told a stranger? Speaker 0: Again, I'm going to ask Speaker 1: that you do not publish one name. I'm not giving permission. Listen. I'm an investigative reporter. I don't get permission from people. That's not what I do. I'm, again, gonna have to ask if Speaker 0: you please don't name me. Speaker 1: You're asking me to bury a story. Speaker 0: I'm declining to speak to you any further. Speaker 1: I am gonna do this story with or without your permission. Meet Nathaniel Johnson, a policy adviser for the United States Department of the Treasury. Nathaniel specializes in foreign policy at the Treasury on the monitoring and enforcement team. Johnson reviews foreign policy investments into United States for national security purposes and spoke more in-depth about his role to our undercover journalist. Speaker 0: I work for the treasury. I work on a committee that reviews investment into The United States for countries for, like, national security risks. So the one that you top with your dog is, like, the TikTok. So my agency initially was quite, like, reviewing TikTok. This is or it was a national security risk, and it was such a complicated case then. And, Congress decided that they could act fast for somebody. This is it. But that was, like, a very active we do, like, tons of stuff. So I work on the monitoring and enforcement team. And so my job is, like, sort of once again, we've identified, like, a problem or something like that, and it's not too big of a problem. Make you sign an agreement to do certain things that will solve the issue. And then my team basically just, like, watches to make sure that they're actually doing just a Soft drop. Team. And it's a cool job because it's like, I mostly work here, but I get to travel a lot. That's cool. Site visits, like, usually, I keep usually, like, once a month. Speaker 1: Recently, the Department of Government Efficiency, Doge, has gained access to the Treasury Department to cut waste, fraud, and abuse. Nate Johnson, the official from the US Treasury, admits that they are a, quote, easy target there at Treasury, and he knows people in the Treasury, quote, that don't do much. Speaker 0: We should be getting rid of people to go do their jobs, and I I hate to say it. I know a few people who can come. There are people that I know who've been working for the government for, like, thirty years, and they don't do much. It's not gonna do anything, and Speaker 2: it's gonna fire the wrong people. Speaker 0: I think they target us because it's an easy target. Speaker 1: After experiencing four years of a volatile economy, America is facing record inflation and a massive threat to the US dollar. Experts are warning the stock market could crash, and we could be facing a recession. Nate Johnson reveals that people inside the Treasury Department are resisting the efforts of Doge, and now they are refusing to quit digging in their heels. He also says that most of his colleagues believe the offers to his colleagues, giving them the option to retire. Well, Nate Johnson says that, quote, nobody thinks that's legal inside the treasury. Speaker 0: Oh, yep. Which is interesting for two reasons. One, no one has ever done that before. Two, no one thinks it's leaving. I would be very surprised if I'm not that they were also attending. It's like a whole bunch of, like, things gonna have to fire. Oh. Like, you're gonna have to know what the reason the fire is. Speaker 1: The policy adviser for the treasury declares that what Elon is doing is, quote, government sanctioned harassment, unquote, and says the only reason Elon Musk created Doge is because Elon wants more money. Speaker 0: It's not gonna do anything, and Speaker 2: it's gonna fire the wrong people Speaker 0: because they're working on the mechanism. It's it's literally it's like It's it's literally it's like, like, a government sanctioned harassment. Everyone is collaborating. Everyone's gonna get someone out, and it's It's not. Not great for anyone. So, like, everyone in my office who's when only started working last year is worried that they're gonna get fired on time. And what we have been saying is, like, you're gonna be half. Like, our work is important. Congress thinks our work is important. Well, the White House thinks our work is important. The American speaker is important. I think that there is a class of people in this country who care more about money than they do. Constellation, you know, because he's showing that what he really cares about is money. Absolutely. There are open classes, but even more money. Money. You can still care more about yourself than about the country. Speaker 1: In recent months, many of our fellow Americans experienced unprecedented natural disasters and damaged infrastructure, making access to health care essentials impossible at the very moment it was needed. When disaster strikes, being prepared is your best defense. And now I'm excited to share with you the brand new field emergency kit from our friends at the Wellness company. Nate Johnson says that the US Treasury colleagues worried about last Friday, February due to fear of being fired by Doge. Johnson also expresses that Doge should not have access to the Treasury Department, he says, due to, quote, risks to national security. Speaker 0: And it's weird because it's like no one knows what they want to do with the system. Why does anyone need the tax do it of of, like, some random person that makes a certain part of my work group? This is, like, what I deal with is, like, vulnerabilities, risk, and stuff like that. It's like when you give people access to things like that, and it's creates a risk that, like, that person who has access, you probably go shoot them access and take that information You can be American and you can still give that information away. Speaker 1: Now we are talking to many people inside the federal government to get them to go public on the record despite their fears of retaliation, hoping that the heads of these agencies will have their back. More on that soon. And if you're inside the government, you know who to call. Contact us securely on our signal number or send us a DM to any of our accounts. I'm gearing up for @DOGE to expose the fraud in Washington. @elonmusk and 'Big Balls' discovered millions of tax dollars wasted on projects in Kosovo, Egypt, and more. The left and media aren't happy about cutting waste; they're more focused on defending government excess and censorship.

@JesseBWatters - Jesse Watters

Get ready — @DOGE is forklifting the fraud out of Washington. @elonmusk and ‘Big Balls” found millions of your tax dollars going towards recycling in Kosovo and Egypt, a women empowerment hub, voter confidence in Libera, voter turnout in India, and “social cohesion” in Mali. The left and the media aren’t taking any of the waste-slashing well. The media’s not defending the taxpayers — they’re defending our bloated government and German censors instead.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Doge is uncovering massive fraud, triggering panic among Democrats who fear their misuse of power will be exposed. We're talking trillions potentially saved by cracking down on fake identities used to steal taxpayer benefits. Remember when Biden hired 87,000 IRS agents and then had the IRS audit Hegseth? Now, we're auditing the auditors, upgrading outdated software. We're also scrutinizing questionable spending like millions on gender equality hubs, strengthening political landscapes in Bangladesh, and voter turnout in India and Liberia. Why are we spending so much money on other countries' elections? While we're cutting headcount and saving money, the media is busy defending the indefensible like Germany's censorship and wasteful government spending. The left is defending the indefensible and the Democrats have become so toxic that Politico is warning them to stay out of the way.

Speaker 0: Even the holiday weekend couldn't slow Doge down. There was a huge exodus over at the National Archives for snickety librarians were getting Doge'd silly. The Dewey Decimal System's next. It was pink slip city at the FDA, Medicare, and Medicaid, and the IRS is on deck. Speaker 1: These are foreign nationals who come into The United States, they use fake Social Security numbers, they use fake identities to steal billions in taxpayer benefits. There's no way to know until Doge gains full access exactly how much money we're talking about. But over a ten year normal budget window, you could be talking about saving over a trillion dollars by clamping down on massive fraud in our tax and entitlement systems, including, again, those carried out by organized fraud and theft rings. Speaker 0: Biden hired 87,000 IRS agents, gave them guns, and were getting ripped off to the tune of a trillion bucks. Because Biden had his sights set on America's real enemy, Pete Hegseth. Right before inauguration day, Biden's IRS audited Pistol Pete. Biden's son's a tax cheat, and he's auditing Hegseth, the incoming defense secretary who doesn't have enough on his plate keeping America safe. So now Elon and Big Balls are going to audit the auditors and upgrade the software because they're using programs from the nineteen sixties. Democrats are hysterical that Elon and Big Balls are opening up the books because they assume Elon will just abuse their power like they did and audit their political enemies. You remember, like, Lois Lerner? And then she fried 24,000 emails so congress couldn't investigate. Democrats leaked Trump's tax returns to Maddow. Maddow's, like, waving them live on TV. That's a felony. And they're worrying about Musk? Democrats are already in prison for doing what they're accusing Musk of. Whose tax returns is he gonna leak? Hunters? He didn't file any. Almost a thousand people have full unmasked access to taxpayer data. 20 of them are student researchers. Basically, interns have access to your tax returns. Democrats don't care. They only care when the guy who has access might find fraud. Like all good detectives, Doge is following the money. Next up on the list, Fort Knox, home to the largest gold reserve in the country, and we go years without sending inspectors in. How much gold does Fort Knox hold? Only one way to find out. This all happening while massive amounts of gold bullion are being flown in from London vaults. It can't all be because judge Janine's going jewelry shopping, can it? Dozers are still sniffing out the bacon. Here's what they found this weekend. 35,000,000 for a gender equality and women empowerment hub, a girl hub where women hang out and pump each other up. Sounds like a sorority. 29,000,000 to strengthen political landscape in Bangladesh. That is so generic. It could be anything. Strengthen the political landscape. It's vague for a reason. Doge says we spent 21,000,000 for voter turnout in India. Now imagine if the Indian government spent $21,000,000 for voter turnout in America, and Trump won. When they do it, it's election interference. When we do it, it's strengthening the political landscape. 1 and a half million for voter confidence in Liberia. What are we doing? Giving pep talks to Africans before they cast ballots? You got this. We got this. It's gonna work this time. Why are we spending so much money on other countries' elections while we're still counting votes in California? Those also found 14,000,000 for social cohesion in Mali. Mali is run by mercenaries and plagued by ancient ethnic warfare. Not to mention landmines, torture, sexual violence, and child marriage. I'm sure that 14,000,000 is just what Mali needs to be socially cohesive. And 2,000,000 to help Kosovo and Egypt recycle. We don't even recycle here. What are we? Just buying them blue bins? We just bombed the bejesus out of Kosovo, and now we're telling them to recycle. A new report says the government's already nearing a trillion dollars in the hole for the year. Democrats should not fight this. Their boys, Bill and Al, were for Doge before Doge was cool. Speaker 2: Mister president, if you wanna know why government doesn't work, look behind you. The answer is at least partly on those forklifts. Is this the way it has to be? Well, the good news is that it doesn't have to be this way. We can cut it dramatically. We can downsize government by 12%, reducing the bureaucracy by 252,000 positions. Speaker 0: Doge is forklifting the fraud out of Washington. So what are Democrats doing? Sheryl Crow says she's selling her Tesla and donating the money to NPR. And RINOs are roaring at Democrats to do something. Speaker 3: So I just like to see somebody wake the hell up and get excited about the fact that your country is under assault. They're bare they're not at the gate anymore. They're in your bedrooms. They're in your living rooms. They're in your businesses. They're got they got your data, dumbass. They got all your stuff. Elon Musk has his tentacles in everything you're doing, not just off of x, but now he's in the treasury department. He's in the labor department. He's in the department of homeland security, and nobody seems to give a damn. So that's all I want somebody to show that they care enough to get off their fat ass and say something about it. Speaker 0: What Steele is saying is the Democrats believe the government's theirs. It's not your government. It's theirs. To them, it's like Doge is auditing the DNC. So this is just another Watergate. They're acting like Trump didn't win the election, and he has no right to run the government. Instead of defending the taxpayers, the media is defending the government. Here's sixty minutes. Speaker 4: People are really scared. I think that, you know, twelve days ago, people knew where their next paycheck was coming from. They knew how they were gonna pay for their kids' daycare, their medical bills, and then all gone overnight. Speaker 2: All gone overnight for Christina Drai and Adam Dubard fired this month in the chaotic shutdown of foreign aid. Speaker 0: They're not looking for competency. They're not looking for if you're good at your job. They're looking for pure loyalty tests. And if you don't give it, you you will be punished. There was no process. Speaker 2: No one explained to them why they were being relieved. Speaker 4: To my knowledge, they received an email. And then if they didn't leave the building, they were escorted out of the building. Speaker 0: These people got generous buyouts. Eight month severance. I'm sorry. But did CVS interview the fired Keystone Pipeline workers? The fired army officers who refused the needle or black Americans who lost their job to migrants? No. That one lady was Samantha Powers' speechwriter. She's no random civil servant. She's the top flack for the USAID chief. Just last week, this same lady told ABC she was pocketing her pride flags. The networks are using the same victim over and over. Speaker 5: Which was in the building. We started we took down our pride flags. We took down I took out any books I felt would be incriminating. No one was talking. We heard they started taking transcripts automatically of all of our Google Meets. We they unplugged the news in the little kitchen galleys. It didn't feel good. And then Saturday, all of the websites went down, and then I lost complete access to my computer. Speaker 0: Sixty Minutes is CBS's premier investigative unit, and they never mentioned the 20,000,000 for Iraqi Sesame Street or sex changes in Guatemala or DEI operas or all the dough spent on failed coups. Never mentioned it. We're 36,000,000,000,000 in debt. We're cutting headcount just like media organizations do to balance their books, just like Clinton and Gore did. Last week, Vance was in Germany and told the chancellor to knock off the censorship and step up their NATO spending. And the American media sided with the Germans and called Vance Hitler. Speaker 6: He was standing in a country where free speech was weaponized to conduct a genocide, and he met with the head of a political party that has far right views and some historic ties to extreme groups. The context of that was changing the tone of it. And you know that, that the censorship was specifically about the right. No. Speaker 7: I have to disagree with you. Free speech was not used to conduct a genocide. The genocide was conducted by an authoritarian Nazi regime that happened to also be genocidal because they hated Jews and they hated minorities and they hated those that they they had a list of people they hated, but primarily the Jews. There was no free speech in Nazi Germany. There was none. Speaker 0: It was illegal to criticize the Nazi government. It was against the law to tell a joke about Hitler, and he had a dumb mustache and one testicle. Couldn't joke about it. Newspapers were shut down. Books were burned. Radio stations were censored. Free speech didn't trigger the holocaust. CBS's crack research team's too busy editing the Kamala interview to learn that. On the same day, CBS celebrated an armed raid in Germany because a guy posted a cartoon. Speaker 8: It's 06:01 on a Tuesday morning, and we were with state police as they raided this apartment in Northwest Germany. Inside, six armed officers searched the suspect's home, then seized his laptop and cell phone. Prosecutors say those electronics may have been used to commit a crime. The crime, posting a racist cartoon online. And it's a crime to insult them online as well? Yes. If somebody posts something that's not true, and then somebody else reposts it or likes it, are they committing a crime? Speaker 9: In the case of reposting, it is a crime as well because, the reader can't distinguish whether you just invented, this or just reposted it. Speaker 0: Germany is letting migrants into the country who are committing gang rape, and they have cops kicking down doors over a cartoon. CBS is defending Germany, a country who started two world wars that cost millions of lives and who tariff our automobiles quite unfairly, I might add. They're defending a country who boos our national anthem, Canada. Trump renamed the Gulf Of Mexico the Gulf Of America, and the media is defending Mexico. The media is defending the IRS. The media is defending cockamamie spending like millions for Egyptian recycling. Trump has the left defending the indefensible. The Democrats have become so toxic that Politico's warning them to just stay out of the way. Quote, despite this intense daily barrage of negative reporting, Trump's drive to slash the size of the US government remains one of his most popular policies, and there's no sign of it stopping anytime soon. Trump's in the driver's seat, and Democrats are getting lapped.

Good afternoon. We're here today to evict Doge and Elon Musk from the Office of Personnel Management and declare that Doge is done. We're fighting to protect the merit-based civil service and the rights, resources, and protections it provides. DEI, or diversity, equity, and inclusion, is under attack, but it truly stands for civil rights. This is an illegal operation, dismantling services important to every American family. Elon Musk spent millions to elect Donald Trump, and now Trump is giving Musk control of federal agencies. We need to expose this corrupt bargain and fight back against this betrayal.

This Speaker 0: is where the rights, the resources, and the protections of the merit based civil service take place. Speaker 2: Right. Right. Speaker 0: It says that on the books. Yeah. It says merit based. Speaker 2: Yeah. So Speaker 0: there's this myth coming from 1600 that there's somehow some discrimination because of so called DEI. Speaker 3: Yeah. But Speaker 0: the government and these employees and these jobs are merit based. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 0: They're not based on race. Speaker 2: That's right. Speaker 0: If anything Yeah. For decades, there has been discrimination the other way around. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 0: Ensuring or not ensuring that people of color and women and veterans and the disabled had a fair shot at one of these good merit based jobs. Speaker 5: Yes. That's right. Speaker 1: And this Speaker 0: is the importance of labor. This is the marriage between labor and civil rights because when we organize, we win. Yeah. When we marry labor and civil rights, we can stand up for all those who have been historically discriminated against in this government. Speaker 6: Yeah. That's right. That's right. Speaker 0: DEI is the new term. Yeah. But DEI really is an acronym that says civil rights. So if you attack DEI, you're attacking civil rights and breaking the law Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 0: The Civil Rights Act of 1964. Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 0: So that is why we are here, the American Federation of Government Employees. Who are Speaker 1: we? ALGE. Who are we? Speaker 0: We're gonna begin our program. We have some very distinguished speakers here today, including elected officials. I'm glad they're here because they understand the importance of this. These ain't cabinet positions. These ain't folks that shuffle every four years. Speaker 3: That's Speaker 0: right. These are regular folk who work every day whose retirements are threatened Yes. By Musk and Doge. Yeah. This ain't x. This ain't Tesla. This ain't SpaceX. This ain't none of his companies. Speaker 2: That's right. Speaker 0: This belongs to the people Yeah. And our taxpayer dollars. Yeah. Right. So we are here to protect them. Let's hear first and foremost from the national vice president district fourteen, Otis Johnson. Speaker 2: Alright. Alright. Good Speaker 5: afternoon, brothers and sisters and junior family. We are here today because we refuse to stand by while the heart of our federal workforce, OPM, is under attack. Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 5: The plan to dismantle dismantle OPM isn't just reckless. It's an all out assault on the merit based civil service and attempt to strip away protections that ensure fairness, diversity, and integrity in federal hiring. Yeah. Let's be clear. This isn't about efficiency. No. This is about control. Yeah. Doge and the forces behind this takeover want to politicize the very agency that protects federal workers. Yeah. Speaker 6: That's right. Speaker 5: They want hiring based on favoritism, not fairness. They want to erase policies that ensure diversity and inclusion, and they want to weaken the very system that makes our government work for the American people every day. Speaker 3: Yeah. But let me Speaker 5: tell you something. AFG isn't going anywhere. No. Speaker 3: Let me Speaker 5: try that again. AFGE isn't going anywhere. Yeah. We fought too hard for far too long to let this stand. We are here. We are strong, and we are ready for this fight. Yeah. The battle has just begun, and we are confident that we will prevail. Speaker 3: Yeah. Because Speaker 5: when working people stand together, we will when we raise our voices as one, we win. Speaker 2: Yeah. We Speaker 5: are fighting not just for today, but for the future of our of every federal worker and every American who depends on a government that works for them. Yeah. So stay strong. Speaker 3: Stand strong. Speaker 5: Stay united. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 5: And let them hear us loud and clear. Yeah. We will not let OPM fall. Speaker 3: No. We Speaker 5: will not be silenced. Speaker 3: No. And Speaker 5: we will win this Speaker 0: here now representing the great state of Maryland, which I'm certain many of the folk who work in this building and perhaps some of you live in the DMV. Don't you? Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaker 0: Please welcome senator Chris Van Hollen, if you're Speaker 3: Good to see you. Alright. Appreciate you, sir. Speaker 7: Are we gonna stop the war on America's workforce? Speaker 4: Yeah. Speaker 7: You bet we are, and I wanna thank AFGE for being here and being the voices for so many federal employees. Speaker 3: Yes. Speaker 7: We're here today to stand with the patriotic federal employees here at OPM and other places around the government. And we're also here to say we will not stand for Elon Musk's illegal operation. Are we gonna stand for that? Hell no. No. We have to shut down this illegal operation. Yes. And they decided to make OPM their sort of headquarters for this illegal operation. Are we gonna evict Elon Musk and Doge from OPM? Yeah. You bet we are. Yeah. We're gonna do it in the courts, and I wanna thank a AFG and all the others who are bringing those cases. We're working with them. Yep. We're gonna do it in congress through every means we have, and I wanna thank the Maryland congressional delegation here. They've been the tip of the spear. You're gonna hear from them. Speaker 2: Yeah. And Speaker 7: we're gonna do this in communities all over the country. Speaker 2: Yes, sir. Speaker 7: Because the word is getting out. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 2: Yes. Speaker 7: And that's what we're all about here is to make sure people know the truth about what's happening. You've probably seen some of these town halls Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 7: Right? In other states and congressional districts where you've got a lot of folks, the members of congress, in this case, Republicans, they can't stand the heat. They can't tell the truth, and they can't answer the questions. Yeah. So they're running away. Yeah. But they're running away from their constituents. Speaker 3: Yes, Speaker 7: sir. Because while we have a lot of great federal employees in this region, 80% of federal employees work outside Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 7: Of this area. Right. Speaker 2: Right. Speaker 7: And what they're doing is hurting the services the critical services those employees provide to every American. Isn't that what they're doing? Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 7: So here's what we have to do to blow the whistle. You all know this, but we need to get the word out. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 7: This is the most corrupt bargain in American history. Speaker 3: Yes. It is. Speaker 7: So Elon Musk spent $280,000,000 to elect Donald Trump. Speaker 3: Yes. Speaker 7: And Donald Trump has given Elon Musk the keys to federal agencies. Speaker 3: Yes. Speaker 7: And they are dismantling services that are important to every American family. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 7: Are we gonna let that happen? No. Hell no. Speaker 2: Hell no. God. Speaker 7: And as Otis said, this has nothing to do. Speaker 3: That's Speaker 7: right. Nothing to do with efficiency. Speaker 2: That's right. Speaker 7: Right? You all know this. Speaker 8: That's Speaker 7: right. If you cared about efficiency, you wouldn't start by firing the inspector generals. Speaker 2: That's right. Speaker 7: Right? These are the independent watchdogs who look out for waste, fraud, and abuse. Yeah. In fact, that's what you would do if you were going to open the door to more waste, fraud, and abuse. Right? Yeah. I you know, we all know that Elon Musk just got another billion billion dollar contract Yeah. Within the next couple weeks. The other reason we know this has nothing to do with government efficiency is they're talking about step two, replacing merit based federal employees with political hacks. That's not about efficiency. That's about political cronyism. Are we gonna let that happen? Hell no. No. So let me just end with this because the word is getting out that what we are witnessing is the great betrayal. Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 7: Yeah. The great betrayal because what Donald Trump promised on day one Speaker 9: Yeah. Speaker 7: He was gonna reduce prices for groceries, for rent, for housing. That's what he said he'd do on day one, cut prices. What's he doing instead? He's bringing Elon Musk in to do the dirty work, to rig the federal government so it works for people like Elon Musk Yeah. And not everyday Americans. Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 7: And in the process, they're trying to make room for tax cuts for billionaires like Elon Musk at the expense of everybody else. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 7: And so we need to make clear to the American people what's happening here. Are we gonna do that or will we make sure our voices are heard? Yeah. We are. And are we gonna shut down this operation and bet Elon Musk? Yeah. We are. Thank you all very much for what you do. Speaker 2: Yeah. Thank you, sir. Thank you, sir. Speaker 0: Let's hear it for senator Chris Van Hollen. Alright. We're gonna hear from some other members of congress. Are y'all are y'all gonna go or you gonna skip this thing tonight? If you decide I'm a put you on the spot. I'm not I'm going. You're not going you're going? Speaker 2: I'm going. Speaker 0: Alright. In the meantime, we're we're we're here Speaker 1: to evict illegal Elon. Evict illegal Elon. Evict illegal Elon. Evict illegal Elon. Evict illegal Elon. Alright. Speaker 3: We're gonna Speaker 0: stay in Maryland representing, Baltimore County, Congressman Johnny Oseski. Speaker 2: Alright. Alright. Alright. Alright. Speaker 10: What's up, AFG? Speaker 2: Hello. Alright. Speaker 10: When we fight. We win. When we fight. We win. When we fight. We win. Because we all deserve better. Yeah. Right. Because we all deserve better. Speaker 4: Yeah. Speaker 10: Our employees deserve better. Speaker 5: Yes. Speaker 10: Americans deserve better. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 10: Yeah. And I'm going tonight because I'm helping to tell the story of one of your own. Speaker 3: That's right. Alright. Okay. Speaker 10: I've got a woman named Katie who's joining me tonight. She was hired under the first Trump administration. She was Speaker 11: hired she was hired Speaker 10: at US Fish and Wildlife to help Maryland farmers. She did such an exceptional job that she was promoted. And so when Elon Musk and Doge, under president Trump's directive, took up residence here at OPM, they said, well, you're probationary. Time for you to go. She did nothing wrong. In fact, she did everything right. Speaker 3: Yep. Speaker 10: Everything right. Speaker 3: Yes. Speaker 10: And now who's penalized? Someone who's given her life in service to this country, to Maryland farmers, to Americans, someone who thought that if she did everything right that this country would take care of her. Alright. And instead, we're turning our backs on her. Yes. So I'm standing with Katie tonight just like I'm standing with our workers today. We're here at Ground 0. This is where Elon set up shop. Speaker 4: That's right. Speaker 10: And I say I say it's time we send Doge and Elon Musk packing. Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 10: Yeah. Because when we fight We will. When we fight We will. When we fight We will. Because we all deserve better. God bless. Speaker 2: Thank you. God bless you. Yeah. You, sir. Alright. Speaker 0: Congressman John Yoshesi, give him another round of applause if you would. Speaker 1: Evict illegal Elon. Evict illegal Elon. Evict illegal Elon. Evict illegal Elon. Speaker 0: Our jobs are on the line. The morale of our workers are on the line, and these are workers and families again, many of whom live in this area. We wanna hear from someone else who represents the DMV in Prince George's County, Congressman Glenn Ivey. Right. Alright. Speaker 6: When we fight We win. When we fight We win. When we fight We win. Speaker 12: And we're winning. We are winning. The tide's turning. Hey. You just heard a few minutes ago. They're afraid to do town hall meetings now. Yeah. Yeah. They're afraid. Now we just did one in Prince George's County on Saturday. AFG was in the house. Right? Right. Y'all showed up, showed out. We had, like, almost a thousand people came out. Almost a thousand people came out, and we're gonna keep going to the people because we know the people are coming with us. Right? Yeah. And we're winning in the courts too. Right? Yeah. Yeah. Because your lawyers are doing a fantastic job. Yeah. Matter of fact, we just got a court opinion against these guys on Friday that put an injunction in place. Right? Yeah. Yeah. Because what they're doing is illegal and unlawful. Right? Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 12: Alright. So the movement continues. We've gotta keep fighting. As you heard a few minutes ago, labor, civil rights, we've done this before. Yeah. We know how to do this. Right? Yeah. We've done it without the White House before. Right? Yeah. Speaker 4: We've done it without Speaker 12: the senate before. Right? Yeah. We've done it without the house before. Right? Yeah. And we took them all back, didn't we? That's right. And that's when Barack Obama got elected. Right? Yeah. Yeah. We can do it again. And it starts tonight. There are gonna be a lot of lies from the White House tonight. Yeah. A lot of lies down from the podium tonight. Yeah. But we know the truth. Right? Yeah. That's right. We know that what they're doing is illegal. Right? Yeah. We know that what they're doing is wrong. Speaker 2: Right. Speaker 12: And we know that we're gonna turn it around and win. Right? Yeah. Because when we fight Speaker 6: We win. When we fight We win. We fight We We win. Speaker 12: Today, we start winning. Speaker 4: Have a Speaker 6: great one. Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Alright. Alright. Thank you, sir. Always. Speaker 1: Who are we? Speaker 13: Who are we? Speaker 0: American Federation of Government Employees, we have descended here upon the office of personnel management to evict Elon Musk. We're gonna bring another veteran of the civil rights movement with us, former president of NAACP, raised in Baltimore, mentored by the hundredth senator Clarence Mitchell junior. Please welcome now congressman who said he ain't going That's right. To hear the the state of fascism speech tonight. It's not no state of the union. It's a state of fascism. Speaker 3: Hell, yeah. Speaker 0: Please welcome congressman Kwaizi Mfume. Speaker 3: You. Yes, sir. Thank you, Thank you, Mark. Speaker 13: Yeah. Let's do one thing if we don't do anything else. Remind America that federal employees are the heart blood of this nation. Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 13: They are men and women all over the country in every state of the union Yeah. Who work hard, who play by the rules, who love their country, who cherish their faith, and who do a nonpartisan job day in and day out to make this country work. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 13: Let's never let people forget that. No. And never let people forget the union that represents them. Yeah. AFGE. Yeah. AFGE. AFGE. I wanna thank you president f Kelly for joining me just a few days ago for a tele town hall where we had just under 10,000 people participate. People are upset because they recognize this is an illegal action. And so you've heard, yes, it will be a legal fight. Yes. Yes. It will be a constitutional fight. Yes. It will be a fight for the heart, the minds, and the souls of men and women across this country Speaker 11: Yes. Speaker 13: Who today are trying to figure out how do I pay the mortgage, how do I buy food, how do I go forward without a job. This notion of getting rid of people without due process is about as anti American as you can ever get. Speaker 3: That's right. You if Speaker 13: even if you work for a snake, a snake would tell you, we're getting ready to take your job. Yeah. We want you to start getting ready to move out. Yeah. We're gonna give you three weeks, four weeks, five weeks, whatever. Yeah. But now, Elon Musk, who really let me just calm myself. I don't wanna say that. Go ahead, sir. So, no, I will not be there tonight. That's right. Elon Musk and Donald Trump are destroying the state of the union. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 13: I don't know why I should be there to sit and listen to him, try to convince me of otherwise. The people in this building and in federal buildings all across this country, they need support. They need help. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 13: And we can't let them down. No. I know the odds look like they're overwhelming, but that's how most fights look. Yeah. We will win this. We will resist this, and we will find a way to unify all over this country no matter what state you're in, no matter what department in. When we fight, we win. Alright. Speaker 0: Okay, ma'am. Against Speaker 3: you, sir. Speaker 2: Yes, I'm Speaker 3: gonna talk to you today. Thank you, ma'am. Speaker 0: Kwaizi Mfume, congressman Kwaizi Mfume, give him another round of applause. Still in the fight, And now, the man of the hour who is our leader. Who are Speaker 1: we? AFTG. Who are we? Speaker 0: AFTG. As we come here today to protect our federal employees who are besieged by Doge and Elon Musk and his teenagers taking over the office of personnel management. And ain't that an insult to 18 year olds just coming. Don't even know just y'all just numbers. Yeah. Not people. Yeah. Not human beings. Just some numbers on a piece of paper. Yeah. That they can try to do something. That that's not that's just not right. Well, these are families. They are faces. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 0: Human beings, families, children. Speaker 3: Yeah. That's right. Speaker 0: Some of us are taking care of our parents. Speaker 1: Yeah. Right. Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 0: Amen? Amen. And then what are we supposed to do when we can't get our retirement? That's just gonna be forfeiting the thin air so we can go up and out of space somewhere. Yeah. Please welcome. We're hear from Claude Cummings in a minute. Claude gave me a CWA jacket. I don't Speaker 6: You look good. I Speaker 0: don't know. I I'm at the AFGE event. I don't have no AFGE. I don't know. Speaker 3: It's on the way. Speaker 0: It's okay. Because I'm just wondering. Claude had to give me a CWA jacket because I don't have no AFGE jacket. Ladies and gentlemen, our brother, he's gonna be joining me and Claude in Selma. This this is the sixtieth anniversary of the Voting Rights Act. There was no democracy in America before 1965 because most of us couldn't vote, including women. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 0: There were no protections for the disabled to get into the voting booth. Yeah. They didn't have rap shit. And now this person comes along and wants to take it all away. So it's important not only for doctor Kelly to be here, but to join us in Selma so we can reclaim our democracy from this fascism. Please welcome the reverend doctor Everett Kelly, AFGE national president. The I think it went out. Check the mic. It just went out. Mic Speaker 3: check. Can we Speaker 14: Fix the sound. Speaker 11: We're getting it. Sound. Speaker 3: Say something. Speaker 0: See if Speaker 3: it came back. Check Speaker 2: one two. Speaker 3: Check one not bad. Mic check? Okay. It's better. There we go. Well, first of all, I'd like to say thank you to national vice president Otis Johnson and to all the elected officials for being here, the labor leaders. And I want you all to just pause parenthetically and give a round of applause for the workers at OPM. Yeah. It's great to be here with all of you today. My name is Eric Kelly. I am the proud president of the American Federation of Government Employees representing over 800,000 federal and DC government workers. Right. Now I just left a press conference this morning where the MERIT Act was introduced by representative, TLIB and, Mac McClivre. Now it's designed to reinstate every wrongfully fired federal employee, and LGE will stand behind this bill. That's right. Now we're here today because there is a job to do, and that job is send Elon Musk and Doge packet. Now, Elon and company like to say that Doge stand for Department of Government Efficiency, but we know that could be further from the truth. Now, truth be told, I don't think Elon Musk and Doge have done one single efficient thing since Trump has been in control of this White House. Or should I say since Elon has been in control of the White House? Because we all know that Elon sits in the big chair. Uh-oh. And Trump sits in the little chair. Speaker 2: Come on. Speaker 6: Come on. Speaker 3: Now, those may stand for many things, but efficiency, it does not. And for these reason, he and his fanboys have got to go. Speaker 5: That's right. Speaker 3: What do you say about that? Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 3: Now, those those stand for disrespect our government employees. Right. Now in my forty four years with AMGE, I have never seen the blatant, disdain, and disrespect for federal employee that we're seeing here today. Now we used to we used to hearing this type of rhetoric from anti worker members of congress and Donald Trump, but mister Twitter finger Uh-huh. Has truly taken things to the next level. Now one would think that the head of efficiency department would spend some time well more efficiently. Right? Yeah. Nevertheless, he sit behind his phone all day spewing hate, lies, making demands on federal employees, hiding behind OPM's email to taunt and traumatize the members. Now is that efficient? No. That's not efficient. He spent his time making insulting means and demeaning and discredit the work that all of you do on behalf of the American people. Having followers to troll and antagonize hardworking employees who simply want to do their job. Speaker 0: Right. Right. Speaker 3: Do we call that efficient? No. No. FGE, no. It is not efficient. If one of you spent your time doing what mister Musk does, you would be disciplined. Right? Speaker 2: That's right. Speaker 3: Now, you you were you if you were going to probationary employee, you would probably be terminated. Speaker 2: That's right. Speaker 3: And that's exactly what we're here to do, to evict and fire probationary employee, Elon Musk Yeah. And his Twitter followers. Yeah. They need to get out of OPM and out of our government. Yeah. Yeah. DOGE stand for disrupt over government e fish effectiveness. Yeah. Mister Musk came into the picture to destroy, divide, and disrupt our government, to dismantle the service. You all performed for the American people, and for that I am proud. He is a puppet master. Come on. And let me tell y'all one thing. God says Come on. I need a prophet that will speak truth to power, not a puppet on a string. Uh-oh. We came here today to speak truth to power. Now, now, now, my memory jogged me correct. Did we elect Elon Musk? No. No. Are we gonna keep playing the twisted little game that he's playing? No. No. Now, I've stated several times. If you wanna find a way to do a job more efficiently, then talk to the people that's doing it. Speaker 11: That's Speaker 3: right. Right? But what I've realized, AFGE, is that Elon doesn't care about efficiency. No. He doesn't care about federal workers, and he doesn't care about the American people. Now before we evict evict mister Musk and Doge from 1PM, our entire government, let me give you approximately five bullet points of how LGE and federal workers are gonna win this war. Speaker 0: Come on now. Speaker 3: Number one. Uh-huh. We're gonna fight back. That's right. Let me hear you say it. We're gonna fight back. We're gonna fight back. We're gonna fight against all of these attacks on our jobs, our dignity, and our unions. That's right. Number two. We're gonna protest. Protest. We're gonna rally. Rally. And we're speak truth to power. Yeah. Against the vision and disruption. That's right. We're gonna, number three, call on congress. Alright. Tell them to do their blame job. Uh-oh. Yes. Uh-oh. Did y'all hear what I said? Yeah. I'm a country boy and I like to say it like it is, blame job. Okay. They need to do their job. Elon Musk don't give a care about no one in this country. Number four, we want them to do their job. Are y'all with me? Yeah. Say do your job. Do your job. Now, number five, we're gonna stand united and we're gonna stand together as one federal government, as one union. We're gonna stand shoulder to shoulder with our fellow civil servant because when you mess with one of us, you mess with all of us. Speaker 0: That's right. That's right. Speaker 3: We're not gonna allow them to divide us. No. Never. We will never be defeated. Now we're gonna let this big and a bully and his followers disrespect and demean us. No. Are we gonna stand together? Are we gonna stay in this fight? Yes. Now it's gonna be tough. But one thing I know, weeping may endure for the night. Uh-huh. For joy. Uh-huh. Joy come in the morning. Come on. Yes. The morning is gonna come. Let me tell you one thing else as I close. Uh-huh. There is an old scripture Uh-huh. That said when the enemy comes in as a flood Uh-huh. I have raised up a standard against it. That standard is a reminder that God had done it before and he will do it again. Will he do it again? Yes. Will we do it? Yes. We will do it. Stand strong. Last two words. Speaker 6: And Speaker 3: I need you all to do it. Take your time. Last two words. Evict. Elon. Elon. Elon. Evict. Elon. Elon. Evict. Elon. Elon. And his puppet masters. Speaker 1: Evict. Elon. Elon. Evict. Elon. Elon. Elon. Evict. Elon. Elon. Speaker 0: Alright. Let's hear it for the national president. Alright. Yeah. Doctor Edward Kelly. We will hear now from the Metro Metropolitan DC AFL CIO President Samuel Epps, my brother. Yeah. Speaker 15: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Afternoon. Good afternoon. Speaker 3: That's what Speaker 15: we need. One day longer, one day stronger. Right? Speaker 2: Yes, sir. Speaker 15: So we're gonna be a lot stronger than they are, and we're do it one day longer. I'm just here on behalf of the Metropolitan Washington Council AFL CIO, Sam Epps, representing a 50 affiliate unions across DC, Prince George's County, Maryland, Montgomery, and Southern Maryland, where where many of you here at AFGE live, work, and have church and worship there. And what we're saying at the Metro Council, we stand in solidarity with you. We will fight across all of our affiliates from teachers to housekeepers to electricians, we are here with you now because we know what it is doing to to you. You're directly impacted, but it impacts all of our communities here. DC just released revenue estimates that they will have to cut $1,000,000,000 by 2028 because of federal workers that are not here working and doing their jobs here in DC. Yeah. Right? And so what we know that is, that'll be Head Start. That'll be teachers pay. Speaker 11: Yeah. Speaker 15: That'll be first responders pay. Right? Hotel workers won't have people staying in the hotels because they come visit you all to get things done with federal government here. Yeah. And so we are standing with you. And our community service agency, the Metropolitan Washington Council has stood up a solidarity fund for impacted Thank you. Impacted federal workers. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 15: And you can go to our website at dclabor.org, and you can access that. We have some criteria, but we are trying to be helpful there with everyone who's impacted by this this this craziness. And what we're gonna do is we're going to evict Elon. Evict Elon. Evict Elon. Thank you. We're in solid air. Samuel Speaker 0: Epps, Mitch Paul and Washington, AFL CIO. Yeah. He he's talking about home rule and statehood. Right. Amen? And what did Trump say? He wants to do away with home rule altogether. Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: So that affects us all too, doesn't it? Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: He's right. We lose Speaker 2: more Speaker 0: per capita Speaker 11: Yeah. Yep. Speaker 0: Because of folk who aren't here. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 0: Yeah. But yet we serve and benefit them. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 0: You know, this is historic. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 0: When doctor Kelly speaks, brother F speaks, and some of the other speakers. Our grandparents, some of them migrated from the South Speaker 2: Yeah. To Speaker 0: go get jobs in Detroit, in Chicago, in Milwaukee, in industry. Yeah. But then some of them came here Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 0: To be civil servants and serve that that way. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 0: And work their way up through the ranks Yes. So that we could finally have in some of these unions, some of these labor unions Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 0: People who represent our great grandparents. Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: We've never had so many women and people of color Yeah. In these positions. Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 0: Like in Everett Kelly Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 0: And like our brother here, this was a big fight, a long fight, we're glad he's here. Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: This means a lot. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 0: To have the president of the Communications Workers of America. It means a lot. Yeah. To be Claude Cummings, to have him in that position. Give him a round of applause. Yeah. Thank you. Speaker 4: Yeah. Thank you. Yeah. We fight. Win. When we fight We win. When we fight We win. And we're gonna win. Let's give president Kelly a round of applause for his leadership. Yeah. And certainly, Mark, we appreciate you. Yeah. So I am here today to let you know the CWA members and retirees have your back. Speaker 2: Alright. Simple as that. Speaker 3: Thank you. Speaker 4: We depend on experienced, qualified fellow workers every single day. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 4: We need an independent OPM to make sure that our fellow workforce remains merit based. Yeah. Donald Trump and JD Vance want to look at voting records instead of resumes Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 4: To decide who is qualified to make sure our water is safe to drink. Yeah. Speaker 3: Right. Speaker 4: To see that our parents' social security gets deposited on time Yeah. To provide our veterans with health care they need Yes. Does that make sense at all? No. Hell no. It does not make any sense. We cannot allow this administration to hand control of our civil service system over to the political appointees at the White House. Yeah. Simple as that. The chaos and confusion that Donald Trump thrives on doesn't help working people one damn bit. That's Not one bit. Yeah. Throwing qualified public servants to the curb doesn't do anything to lower prices or create good jobs or help our kids get a good education. Yeah. Speaker 11: Right. Speaker 4: Do you know who it does help? It helps the people who want to turn every part of our lives into an opportunity for private gain. Yeah. That's what it help. It helps the people who want to rip us off Yeah. And put our taxes in their own pockets. Yeah. It helps the people who who are billionaires, who run huge corporations and look at public services as a money making opportunity. Donald Trump and the billionaires who put him in office think they have answers to no one but themselves. Yeah. But that's not true. Speaker 2: That's Speaker 4: right. Our country belongs to the people who go to work every day Yeah. And who take pride in their jobs. Yeah. It belongs to the people Yeah. Who want the freedom to be themselves Yeah. Who want hope for a brighter future for themselves Yeah. And their families. Yeah. Our country belongs to us. Say that. Our country belongs to us. Speaker 3: Our country belongs to us. Speaker 4: And we're gonna use every tool we have to prevent the billionaires and the bullets from taking control. So I got some questions for you. Speaker 3: I'm going Speaker 2: to answer them. Speaker 3: Are we Speaker 4: going to let them destroy the civil service? Speaker 3: No. Are we Speaker 4: going to let them divide us? No. Are we going to fight? Yes. And we're gonna win because when we fight We win. When we fight We win. When we fight We win. Let's win. Thank you. Bless you, brother. Speaker 0: Claude Claude Cummings, CWA president, now president Cummings and president Kelly. Can I can I announce the surprise? Yeah. So President Kelly and President Cummings told me that every member of Congress that does not go to speech tonight, they're gonna take him out to dinner. So so so so so you got you got a dinner date tonight because he congressman Byer told me he ain't going, so he's gonna be here you go. Here's where he wants somebody going dinner. Congressman Don Byer from Virginia, give him a round of applause. Speaker 11: Here, I thought I was eating at McDonald's tonight. I am not going to the speech tonight Speaker 13: Alright. Yeah. Speaker 11: Because, you know, I do respect the tradition of the State of the Union address. It's a good time to come together. But this president has shown nothing but contempt for the US congress, nothing but contempt for The US people. Yeah. You wanna know what makes America great? It's that building right behind us, the people that work here. Yeah. When you think about the governments around the world that don't work, you think the countries that don't work, it's because their governments don't work. Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 11: And, you know, I I can't compete with these guys. They're they're they're so wonderful. Time. I can always speak from my heart. Yeah. My grandparents came here to work for the federal government. Speaker 0: Yes, sir. Speaker 11: My grandmother with the Department of Labor for fifty years. My grandfather, Department of War. Other grandfather, Department of Interior. Wow. My dad was career army. My wife worked for State Department. Just lost her job. Wow. And we we understand that it is the quality of our federal workforce that makes our country strong in Speaker 2: every Yes, sir. Speaker 11: And instead, what we have is Elon who got us exactly backwards. And somehow, they think that by just firing people, by taking over OPM's job. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 11: And just throwing everybody out. Yeah. They've missed it. It's the ready fire aim. I mean, it always makes sense to waste, fraud, and abuse. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 11: But the people who know about the waste, fraud, and abuse are the people right here. Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 11: People that do the job day in and day Yeah. And we're fighting as hard as we know how on Capitol Hill. We have more than a hundred lawsuits. We've won about 25 of them already. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 11: We have to hope they hold with the Supreme Court. Yeah. We are gonna do everything we possibly can to lift you up. It's the whole notion of the people that are most valuable are the people that have given up their careers, given their their lives. Almost every one of you can make more money selling cars. I promise you that. We're we're working on it. But instead, you're taking a lower pay in order to serve the American people. Speaker 2: That's right. Speaker 11: And and we are deeply, deeply grateful. Yeah. And please be hopeful. We are not gonna lose this. Speaker 3: We're not. We're not. We're not. Speaker 11: We're here today, but this is a marathon. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 11: You know, we're we're making progress each and every day. Speaker 0: That's right. Speaker 11: What we can't do is be so afraid, so depressed, so so lost because we have to be hopeful, we have to be courageous, we have to fight back in every way that we do. Yep. And when we do that, we're gonna send Elon back to South Africa, which he came from illegally, by the way. Speaker 3: Yeah. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Speaker 11: And we're gonna make sure that we have the federal government workforce that really makes America ever stronger, ever stronger. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 11: And, and by the way, when we take back the house, we're gonna pass the PRO Act. Speaker 2: Yes, sir. Alright. And we're gonna Speaker 11: put this in law so that we respect our workers, all Speaker 14: of our Speaker 11: workers, especially our federal workers Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 11: To make sure that we come together. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 11: By the way, I I've been a businessman for a long time. A long time ago, I figured out the only thing I have to sell is the work that the people I work with do. Yeah. That if if I have people who are motivated and well treated and well respected Yes. Like each other, feel like like they are lifted up, they do a really good job. Speaker 16: Yes, Speaker 11: sir. And when you tell them that they're dirt, that they're not important, that they, then they don't do such a good job. Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 11: That's right. I just wanna say that if I were Elon Musk, and thank goodness I'm not, I would do it the exact opposite way. I'd be coming to Everett Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 11: And others and say, how do we make this workforce happy, productive, respected, well paid, and lifting up every service that we provide to the American people? You are the the people who serve America. You are America. Yeah. And I'm so grateful to be a small part of this. Speaker 3: Thank you. Speaker 0: Congressman Don Byer, who's not going to the state of fascism address tonight, and and I'm glad he brought up South Africa. They wanna relitigate apartheid. Speaker 2: Right. Yeah. Speaker 0: Elon Musk is representing a government in a country that's long gone apartheid South Africa. Yeah. Donald Trump is representing another country, not this one that still exists. Speaker 3: Right. Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: I I'm saying that. That's that's not I put that on him. You blame me for saying that. Speaker 2: That's That's alright. It's okay. Speaker 0: If y'all get a minute, watch the mini not the it's the television series out a few years ago Yeah. Called The Americans. Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: Y'all know what I'm talking about? Speaker 3: Oh, yeah. Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Speaker 0: Y'all need to watch that. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 0: Because because you government can't function if you fire everybody. Speaker 4: Yeah. Speaker 0: So why would you not want it to function? Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 0: Yeah. You wanted to bring it down. Speaker 3: That's it. Speaker 11: That's Speaker 0: right. For the benefit of someone else. Amen? Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: So we gotta be we gotta be very, clear about that in in in what we're looking at. And just one other thing since he brought it up. He's reminiscing about apartheid South South Africa while he decimates Africa today. Yeah. These electronic devices that we use run on batteries. His car is Tesla. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 0: Laptops run on batteries made from minerals in The Congo. Speaker 2: Yeah. Right. Speaker 0: Yeah. Mined by slave labor and child labor. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 0: Yeah. So we gotta keep that in mind too. Now wait a minute now. Wait a minute. Know your history. Labor. Speaker 3: Yes, sir. Speaker 0: Made the difference in ending apartheid. Yeah. His old country. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 0: Labor got Nelson Mandela out of prison. Speaker 4: Yeah. That's right. Speaker 0: So we might need labor again to save the Congo. Speaker 1: Yeah. Speaker 0: And get Elon Musk out of here. Amen? Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: Randy Irwin of the National Federation is with us. Give him a round of applause. Speaker 2: Thank you. Thank you. Randy. Alright. Thank you. You. You. Brother. Alright. Speaker 8: Thank you Speaker 2: for having me. Yeah. Speaker 8: Proud to stand here with AMG District fourteen. Appreciate you. I'm Randy Irwin, national president and nephew. Represent a 10,000 federal workers nationwide. First, I wanna thank all the federal employees for the incredible work that you do for this country every day. Speaker 2: Thank you. Alright. Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 8: People forget the important work. Speaker 0: Yeah. Speaker 8: Keeping our military ready. Yeah. Caring for our veterans. Yeah. Caring for our national parks Speaker 2: and Speaker 8: forests and public lands. Yeah. Main maintaining our homeland security Yeah. Clean air, clean water Yeah. Safe food, safe air travel Yeah. Secure borders Speaker 11: Yeah. Speaker 8: Secure passports Speaker 3: Yeah, sir. Speaker 8: And so much more. Speaker 2: Yeah. Affordable housing. Speaker 8: Affordable housing. Yeah. But federal employees Yeah. Your work is what makes America great. Yeah. You are the backbone of this country. Yeah. And so many, this administration and then and fools in congress have forgotten that. Yeah. So NEFFE is proud to stand with AMG today and tell Elon Musk and his Doge cronies, you should not be at OPM. Get out of here. Yeah. Pack your crap and get out Speaker 3: of here. Speaker 8: You don't know what you're doing. Yeah. Go ahead, man. They don't know what they're doing. They're breaking the law, and they're undermining every federal agency out there that is doing critical, often life saving work for the American people. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 8: We've seen them file fire wildland firefighters. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 3: Are Speaker 8: you kidding me? Air traffic controllers and other FAA folks keeping our air traffic safe. Are you kidding me? Yeah. VA suicide hotline workers. Yes. How can you do this? How how are you kidding me? Nuclear regulators. The list goes on and on. Yeah. So they sent a fork in the road to to that fork in the road email to 90% of federal workers out there. Speaker 11: Do Speaker 8: you know how irresponsible irresponsible that is? Yeah. Come on. Yeah. We're tired of it. Speaker 3: Tired of it. Speaker 8: We're tired of Elon Musk and his cronies weaponizing OPM for a doge agenda. Yeah. We're tired of Elon Musk and his cronies forcing a usually meticulously law abiding agency like OPM to do things that are illegal. Yeah. We're tired of OPM of Elon Musk and his cronies accessing highly sensitive personal information of our members and not caring for that information. You're right. We're tired of Elon Musk and his cronies sidelining the dedicated civil servants that work in this building. Yeah. I've been working for with them for twenty four years. They do great work. Yeah. And they're sidelining them to break the law. Yeah. The work being done by the federal government is serious work. Yeah. DOGE doesn't take what is done seriously. Yeah. So they can't be here at OPM putting the sticks in the spokes of our government. Speaker 3: That's right, sir. Speaker 8: Every day that Elon Musk and his cronies are here, they are doing irreparable harm Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 8: To the federal government. Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 8: And by the way, Trump and Doge, to do these things, he is violating the law. He is violating his the president, by allowing Doge to do this, is violating his oath of office. Yeah. Under section two Yeah. Article three of the constitution Yes, sir. Constitution Yes, sir. The president has to faithfully execute the laws of this country. Speaker 4: Yeah. Speaker 8: And he is not doing that. No. The American people should be pissed about this. I don't care who you voted for. Speaker 3: Yeah. That's right. That's right. Speaker 8: So now we have new number, new number. A 75,000 federal workers have now either been laid off or forced into a, you know, a deferred resignation. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 8: Okay? That's that's terrible. Speaker 3: That's Speaker 8: true. Among them, we've got over 50,000 veterans Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 8: That are now jobless Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 8: Because of these jerks. Yeah. Okay? That's unacceptable. 50,000 jobless veterans. I can't believe that. And their aim no. They they have not taken their foot off the gas. They wanna lay off 75% of the federal workforce. Yeah. If they're successful, that'll be half a million middle class veterans jobless because of these heartless sons of guns over here. Speaker 3: Yeah. Come Come on. Speaker 8: And I just wanna touch on the hypocrisy of Elon Musk. Yeah. This guy put out a tweet a couple weeks ago calling people on federal programs and federal workers part of the parasite class. Yeah. Did you see this? Yeah. Okay. There's not a person in this country who has benefited more from federal programs than Elon Musk. Yeah. Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 8: Okay? Right. Yet he's gonna call 9,100,000 veterans on veterans programs parasites. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 8: They're not parasites. They're heroes. Speaker 4: Yeah. Speaker 8: Yeah. He's gonna call 77% of people on Social Security are seniors that rely Social Security to be kept out of poverty. He's gonna call them parasites? Hell no. Speaker 3: No. No. And Speaker 8: at this point, we know that this doge effort has absolutely nothing to do with efficiency. No. He has been running out off the best and brightest in government. A lot of these folks that were probationary workers were only probationary workers because they got promoted into into new positions. Speaker 2: That's right. Speaker 8: Some of them have been with the federal government for decades. They're the best and brightest. The list goes on. Worse maybe worst of all, he is creating a toxic work environment in the federal government. Folks, this is not a recipe for efficiency. This is a recipe for disaster. Yeah. Speaker 2: Yes, sir. Speaker 8: So, you know, after nine eleven, the terrorist attack, we said never forget. And right now, we are telling the dedicated workers that keep our country safe. We've we've told them to scram, and and we are we are forgetting the hard lessons learned from nine and 09:11. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 8: It should not take another terrorist attack for for this country to wake up and say this garbage has to stop. Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 8: And and the worst part of it all is that these cuts don't really have to happen. Elon Musk was in the in in the, Oval Office the other day, with a cabinet saying, oh, well, if we don't have all these cuts, well, we're gonna we're gonna go bankrupt. That's not true. They're pushing through a 4,500,000,000,000 tax cut for the only the only the wealthiest in Americans will benefit from that, and they're doing that concurrently. We're not we're not going broke if they're trying to push through the biggest tax cut in history. Get lost with that crap. Speaker 3: That's right. That's right. Speaker 8: Alright. So so, Doge, pack your crap and get out. Speaker 2: Alright. Speaker 8: You don't know what you're doing. Yeah. You're putting people in danger. Yeah. The dough's gotta go from OPM. Yeah. Alright. Speaker 2: Alright. Alright. Appreciate you. Speaker 0: Appreciate you. Appreciate you. Speaker 8: You for your Thank time. Speaker 0: Amen. Let's hear it again for Randy Irwin. Give him another round of applause. Alright. All of us here in solidarity together. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 0: Let's hear now from Brittany Anderson of Pride at Work. Alright. Where's Speaker 2: Brittany? Alright, Brittany. Speaker 0: There you Speaker 4: are. Hi. Speaker 0: Thank brother. Okay. Come on now. Alright. Speaker 17: Good afternoon, siblings. Speaker 3: Good afternoon. My Speaker 17: name is Brittany Anderson, and I'm a proud union queer. Speaker 2: Alright. Speaker 17: Yeah. Yeah. I serve as the interim executive director of Pride at Work, which is the labor movement's organizing hub for LGBTQIA plus workers and union members, including many members of AFGE and other federal workers. I wanna thank president Kelly and all of you, the membership of AFGE for your leadership Speaker 11: Thank you. Speaker 17: In this cross roads in our American history and for the work that you do every single day to make our country, our economy, and our communities function. My mother is a federal worker in rural Missouri. So it makes me particularly angry to see billionaires who only got where they are because their daddies were rich claiming to know anything about real work or who is qualified to do it. Speaker 3: Oh, boy. Speaker 17: Let's be clear about the lies Trump and Elon tell about the office of personnel management. OPM protects merit based jobs. Speaker 2: Yes. That's right. Speaker 17: So and let's also talk about why Trump and Musk and MAGA Republicans tell these lies. The attacks on federal workers, on transgender kids and adults, on immigrants, on black Americans are an intentional strategy Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 17: Right. To divide the working class. Speaker 2: Yes. Yes. Yep. Speaker 17: The ultra wealthy and the politicians they buy want to distract us from their real agenda Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 17: Which is to lower wages. Speaker 11: Yep. Speaker 17: Bust unions. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 17: And make our health care more expensive. Yeah. So they can keep lining our their pockets with the profits. Speaker 2: Yeah. Right. Yeah. Speaker 17: But we aren't falling for it. No. No. No. When we see these tactics for what they are, we can join together across our differences to build a properly funded government Speaker 11: Yeah. Speaker 17: And an economy that works for all of us, whether we are black or brown, Asian, white or Latino, native or newcomer, trans or cis, straight or queer, a person of faith or not. And to build that better future, we need to protect and invest in our federal workforce, not dismantle it. From the Pullman sleeping cars to Selma to Stonewall Yeah. We will build a government, country, and economy where all of us can thrive, no exceptions. Yes. Speaker 9: Thank you. Speaker 3: Thank you. Thank you. Speaker 0: Let's hear it. Let's hear it for Britney again. Speaker 3: Alright. Alright. This Speaker 0: this obsession the White House has with our LGBTQIA community. Britney is here. We are here Yeah. Because labor is here. Yeah. And a lot of what Britney is saying that we need to keep building, we've already built. That's what they wanna take away. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 0: We've come too far Yeah. To to turn back now. Amen? Right. Thank you, Brenda. Give her another round of applause. Speaker 2: Yeah. Alright. Speaker 0: Now we wanna hear representing black voters. Where's Danielle? Black voters matter. Danielle Brown. Come on, Danielle. Speaker 2: Danielle. Danielle. Alright. Alright. Speaker 14: Good afternoon, everyone. Good afternoon. My name is Danielle Brown. I'm the national co field director for black voters matter. But more importantly, I'm an AFGE girl. Speaker 3: Come on. Alright. Alright. By Speaker 14: way of local seventeen thirty eight out of Salisbury, North Carolina where I got my organizing skills Yeah. And my labor skills. Speaker 2: Yeah. Right. Speaker 14: So you learn from the best. Yeah. Today, I wanna focus on two words. One is civil, the other is service. Wow. Because there's been nothing civil about firing government workers who have done nothing but serve this country. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 14: There has been nothing civil about gutting benefits that leave children starving and illiterate. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 14: There's been nothing civil about making veterans who have served this country wait for treatment because there's no one to service their needs. Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 14: There's been nothing civil about dismantling the postal service and crippling our mail system. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 14: There's been nothing civil about DEI being used as a resource to define hatred, racism, and bigotry. Speaker 3: Yeah. Alright. Speaker 14: There has been nothing civil that has come out of this federal government since January. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 14: So today, we focus on what is civil. What is civil is continuing to fight for voting rights. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 14: What is civil is continuing to fight for organizing rights. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 14: What is civil is continuing to fight for our rights Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 14: As government employees Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 14: Here in this community. Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 14: As we continue to fight and as we say in black lord black voters matter, we fight back. Speaker 3: Yeah. See? Come on. How? Speaker 14: Black voters matter not only stands with our union siblings, but we are in the fight with you in the communities across 30 cut across 30 different states Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 14: Here in this country. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 14: We are not about to stand for someone that will that continues to abuse the power through blatant racism, fascism that seeks to devour our democracy. Yeah. Democracy. Yeah. This has been an embarrassment Speaker 11: Yeah. Speaker 14: To the voting rights and to the work that each one of us have put in in 2024 when we knocked on doors, when we made phone calls, and when we said go to the polls. Yeah. This has been an embarrassment to our country Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 14: As a whole. Yeah. So we stand today here with here with all of our gov our government employees Speaker 0: Yeah. Speaker 14: And our siblings to say that we will continue to fight back. Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 3: Thank you. Speaker 0: Let's see it for Danielle Brown once again. Black voters matter. Yeah. Well, okay. You know, I don't have no black voters matter jacket either. Y'all see them nasty jacket today? Yeah. We got to have a jacket meeting. I just I'd be remiss. I should have said it when Kwaizi was here, but looking at Claude and others who are members of the of the NAACP family, we wanna just lift up the name of mama Hazel Dukes Yeah. Yeah. Who was a stalwart Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: And and helped to consummate the marriage between civil rights and labor. Amen? Yeah. So we lift her up for her ninety years of over ninety years of service Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 0: To our people. Amen? Speaker 3: Yeah. Amen. Speaker 0: We got some retirees here. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 0: We got a few retirees? Yeah. Look, folks, retired still out here, but you never retired from the struggle, do you? Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 0: Reggie Booth. Come on, brother. Brother well, give Reggie brother Reggie a round of applause. Alright. Alright. Speaker 16: Alright, Reggie. Afternoon, everybody. I appreciate you all coming out here, and I'm really low low shook up right now. I re recently retired, you know, from the government. I did six years in the in the air force. Was part of it. Tell me back up. Come on. Okay. Can y'all hear me now? Yeah. Okay. Like I said, dealing with with some frustrates, especially when I heard him mention the the 50,000 veterans that that have lost their their their their jobs Mhmm. Since all of this this is going on. You know, we every everybody should be upset about that. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 16: You know, just like even when he mentioned, lest we never forget, you know, nine eleven. When nine eleven happened, I was, working at the Pentagon. And I was a a maintenance person. And for, you know, everybody else you know, a lot of folk were able to go home, but those of us on the maintenance side had to had to stay there and go inside of that that that blast zone to make sure that we secure water valves for the air conditioning heating and for the fire department, you know, to put out the fire so that the building could continue to remain open as the generals and everybody flew in order to be able to prepare for us to go over overseas and kick ass of those who had just attacked us. So so to hear that, you know, it's very frustrating because a lot of people were lined up, you know, after that to go over and fight for their their their country. And and a lot a lot of them didn't come back. Yeah. But that's that's something they they wanted to do, and a lot of them did come back. And a lot of those, they they they come came back. You know, they deal with the the mental and the physical scars that they bought back. Also, you know, there are those of us here that deal with whether mental or or or physical scars, you know, that began, you know, while we were in the military and continued on a lot of time. You know, we you kinda keep those things, you know, to ourself. I retired January eleventh of this year. I'm relying on this building right here to remain open. Yeah. You know, when I when I have to go and and log on every day and wait and see the disc come or wait and see the dot come or you you you look and you know you you they said your pay gonna be there, but your pay isn't there. But but you also, you know, get numbers to call, but no no one answers because of the fact that everything is, you know, is is downsizing so quickly. I I I I feel sorry for everybody who works here right now, not knowing from day to day, whether when they come here, whether they they they'll the the fake handshakes that they're being greeted with Yeah. To try to make it look like want want you all to think that everything is fine up in here, you know, when it when it's really not. It's a lot of frustration. It's a lot of a lot of fear. You got childcare, whatever you wanna say, being, you know, ran up in here right now, young people basically trying to put down those who've been working here all of these years and make it seem like somebody 18, 19 years old could come in here and have the the the the experience that that that you have, and and and that's just not, you know, that's that's that's not so. Right. You know, I wrote some things down. Like I said, I'm fraud so so frustrated, but I'm just trying to make sure, you know, that that, that keep everything, in here. Op you know, what I said, OPM, just like other agencies that are an attacker, need to keep employees safe and ensure there are adequate policies that don't fluctuate based on who's in the in the in the White House. Regardless of who the president is right now, Musk, Trump, whatever. We all know, you know, what's going on. Speaker 11: Mhmm. Speaker 16: The mass firing, the risks that are taking place are going to place past and present government employees in harm's way. We need the services provided by OPM to remain fully operational as a government. Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 13: Let me Speaker 16: say that again. We need the services provided by OPM to remain fully operational as a government. Yeah. I've spoke I spoke with veterans and non veterans alike at OPM, and they are worried, not just about themselves, but about the harms Americans will face now and in the future. Speaker 3: Yeah. Speaker 16: It's gonna get much worse for employees as OPM continues to be ground zero, and they are ground zero. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 16: OPM is ground zero Speaker 3: That's right. Speaker 16: For the onslaught of attacks on hardworking government employees Yeah. And other federal federal agencies. Many who have served their country are now being spat upon and forced out of the doors as buildings are being taken over. Support OPM. Yeah. Yeah. OPM. Yeah. Support OPM. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 16: We need them to remain independent from the White House and Doge. Evict Doge. Get the fork out of OPM. Okay. Speaker 0: Support OPM. Support OPM. Support OPM. Support OPM. OPM. Speaker 2: Support OPM. Speaker 0: Now wait a minute. Did Reggie say that they run their daycare? Did you say that? That might be the line of the day. Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: Guess give Reggie another round of applause. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 0: And lastly, one of the individuals affected, you can't help but know. It's we're like one at the most, two people removed from someone who's affected by we all know somebody Yeah. Speaker 8: Who's Speaker 0: been affected by this. And here to close us out, our dear sister, who is just one such person Speaker 3: Alright. Speaker 0: Who was in that category of probationary employee. Yes. Why don't you come and tell us? Shanice Mundell is gonna tell her story. Come on, Alright, Speaker 2: sis. Sorry. Hello, Speaker 17: everybody. Hello. Speaker 9: Name is Shanice Mundell. I live in Maryland. A recent ruling by the 4th Circuit Court halted an order from Judge Chuang that would have suspended DOGE's access to USAID. This decision is viewed as a victory for President Trump, Elon Musk, and DOGE. An expanded ruling may follow later in the week. In response, another participant expressed support for good judges while advocating for the removal of those who do not adhere to the law, as well as criticizing district attorneys funded by George Soros.

2/ George Soros in Oshkosh Wisconsin and another surprise ending. There are not 70 district attorneys being controlled by George Soros and using federal taxpayers' monies.....there are 95! I found them and began creating a list, it is below. Look at this email from Fair and Just Prosecution non-profit Director Miriam Aroni Krinsky (in image below also) to all 90 (at the time) prosecutors: "All: Thanks to the many of you who brought your voices to the joint statement FJP issued last month with over 90 elected prosecutors pledging to use their settled discretion and not criminalize personal healthcare decisions. In the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization ending the long established, relied upon, and federally protected constitutional right to abortion, we know that many of you have stepped forward as leaders in your communities to protect reproductive rights and preserve access to abortion care. And we know that many elected prosecutors are working alongside, and in collaboration with, communities, advocates, and other elected leaders across the health and legal systems in these efforts. To support the developing work in this space and help facilitate the sharing of ideas and resources, FJP is aiming to gather information on actions being taken by elected prosecutors to protect reproductive rights, avoid criminalizing personal medical decisions, and proactively support access to necessary care and justice for all. Those actions might include (among others): joining lawsuits or briefs challenging the validity of state abortion restrictions, publishing “know your rights” materials or other resources for people seeking reproductive care, joining efforts to protect access to reproductive health care, addressing concerns about data privacy, or developing inter-agency policies protecting medical care and reproductive health in the face of restrictive laws. If you have any efforts or news that you, your office, or other leaders in your jurisdiction are researching, contemplating and planning – or any statements, policies, activities, engagement with other local leaders, or other actions you have already put in place – please let us know. You can send them on to me as well as Kalyn Hill at khill@fairandjustprosecution.org and Rebecca Blair at rblair@fairnadjustprosecution.org. We are aiming over the coming weeks to put together information and resources, including thoughts on how prosecutors can continue to engage to promote and protect reproductive rights and we welcome all of your ideas. Given the timeliness and fast-moving nature of this issue, if at all possible please pass on any responsive information on or before next Monday, August 1. As always, if you have any questions or if there is any way FJP can provide further support, please do not hesitate to reach out. Sincerely, Miriam & the FJP Team Miriam Aroni Krinsky Founder and Executive Director Fair and Just Prosecution Email: krinskym@krinsky.la Cell: (818) 416 5218" Notice Krinsky is not using an FJP email address. FJP is using federal tax dollars, from the Tides Center, to control these county prosecutors. And you'll see in future tweets the tremendous amount of time these prosecutors are spending on/with FJP - all the while being on the clock and paid by local taxpayers. FJP is using federal tax dollars, and local tax dollars also as all these county district attorneys are getting a paycheck, to control these local prosecutors. Getting them to sign pledges not to enforce laws passed by state legislatures! This all smacks of racketeering, defrauding the US Government, conspiring to defraud the US Govt., collusion and a host of other felony crimes. Alphabetical List of Prosecutors I'm including former and current known ones. This list is not complete, it will grow due to newly elected county prosecutors. Patriots: get public records requests out to these offices. Ask for emails, texts, pledges, agreements, any record with FJP (Fair and Just Prosecution) on it. China is attempting to shift blame for the COVID-19 outbreak onto the U.S., claiming the virus may have spread in America before detection. In response, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya strongly refutes this, asserting that the Wuhan lab's experiments, partly funded by the U.S., led to the leak. He promises full transparency at the NIH, complying with congressional subpoenas for all COVID-related documents, while criticizing China's lack of cooperation. Bhattacharya emphasizes the need to learn from past mistakes to prevent future pandemics.

🚨 China is blaming the U.S. for the Covid outbreak. But NIH Director Dr. Bhattacharya says they’ve already been caught red-handed. And now he’s dropping a bombshell. In the wake of the lab-leak confirmation, he’s vowing to release something that could change everything. 🧵 THREAD

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

📍Remember to bookmark this thread. The truth is finally coming to the surface after years of secrecy.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

So what’s the backstory here? As more evidence points to a lab leak in Wuhan, China is now trying to flip the script—blaming the United States for the origins of COVID-19. In a lengthy government paper, Chinese officials claim the virus may have been spreading in the U.S. before it was ever detected. They accuse Washington of ducking responsibility and demand accountability. “The US should cease from shifting blame and evading responsibility, stop finding external excuses for its internal malaise, and genuinely reflect on and overhaul its public health policies,” the paper states. “The US cannot continue to turn a deaf ear to the numerous questions over its conduct.” But this response didn’t come out of nowhere. It followed a fearless move by the Trump administration. They updated the official government website on Covid—not to double down on old narratives, but to expose the truth. The revamped site walks through the case for a lab origin: how Fauci pushed the natural spillover theory, how Biden later shielded him, and how early pandemic policies like masking and distancing were rolled out.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

Dr. Jay Bhattacharya isn’t letting China get away with it. He spoke to Laura Ingraham and pushed back hard on their attempt to blame the U.S. “It’s shocking, Laura. I guess, what can you do?” he said. Then he laid out the facts. “What happened was that the Chinese lab in Wuhan conducted some mad science experiments.” “Unfortunately, partly funded by the American government. In fact, by the agency that I can now currently lead. That experiment went astray. It leaked and caused the havoc that we faced for years.” “For China to now turn around and say well, the U.S. is to blame—well, I mean, it’s ridiculous, it’s absolutely ridiculous.” He unleashed the truth: “The Chinese were responsible for allowing these experiments to happen in a low security lab. It leaked. They covered it up. And that’s just a fact.”

But that’s not where it ends. In a moment that could change everything, Bhattacharya promised something Americans have waited years to hear: full transparency. “That’s exactly what I’m doing at the NIH,” he said. “I have gotten congressional subpoenas for all of the documents at the NIH that are related to Covid-19.” “I’m complying with every single one.” Every document. Every memo. Every internal conversation from before and during the pandemic—he says it’s all being turned over. “We are going to have, at least from the American side, all the things that we knew and were talking about—the U.S. Government was talking about at the time and in the years running up to the pandemic.” But this only works if both sides come clean. And China won’t. “The problem is that the Chinese government won’t give those same things to us,” he explained. “For instance, the NIH tried to get the lab notebooks from the Wuhan experimenters and they wouldn’t share that lab notebook with us.” So while Bhattacharya is opening the vault, China is locking theirs tighter than ever.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Speaker 0 believes all COVID documents under seal in the United States should be unclassified. Speaker 1 agrees and states they are complying with congressional subpoenas for all NIH documents related to COVID-19. This will reveal what the U.S. government knew and discussed leading up to the pandemic. However, the Chinese government is not providing the same level of transparency. For example, the NIH requested lab notebooks from the Wuhan experimenters, but they were not shared.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: All the COVID documents that are currently under seal in The United States should be unclassified. So we we really get the full sense of this. Speaker 1: Yeah. Absolutely. I I completely agree with that, Laura. And that, in fact, that's exactly what I'm doing at the NIH. I've gotten congressional subpoenas for all of the documents of the NIH that are related to COVID nineteen, and I'm complying with every single one. We're gonna have, at least from the American side, all the things that we knew and we're talking about, the US government was talking about at the time and then the years running up to the pandemic. Problem is that the Chinese government won't give those same things to us. We won't we for instance, the NIH tried to get the lab notebooks from the Wuhan Experimenters, and they wouldn't share that lab notebook with us.

@VigilantFox - The Vigilant Fox 🦊

And finally, he ended with a warning. Transparency is just the first step. What matters most is what we do with what we find. If we don’t learn lessons from our mistakes, then what was the point of all of this? “What we need to do actually, and this is, again, something President Trump is going to deliver and is delivering, that we have to never again act in the ways that we did in the run-up to the pandemic.” He pointed straight at the risky experiments that triggered this crisis. “In ways that put all of the world in danger of causing a pandemic by doing mad science experiments.” That’s the line he’s drawing—not just for the history books, but to stop the next global disaster before it starts.

Video Transcript AI Summary
President Trump promised to deliver the full American story of what led to the pandemic and is keeping that promise. The goal is to let the chips fall where they may and ensure the American people know the truth. Trump is also delivering on a commitment to prevent future pandemics caused by dangerous scientific experiments. The aim is to never repeat the actions that endangered the world in the lead-up to the pandemic.

Speaker 0: President Trump, he made it one of his, his promises to the American people. He's he's delivering. We are going to make sure that the American people know the full story, at least as far as the American side is concerned, of what led to the pandemic. And let the chips fall where they may. What we need to do actually and and this is again something that president Trump is going to deliver and is delivering, is that we have to never again act in the ways that we did in the run up to the pandemic in ways that put the all of the world in danger of causing a pandemic by doing mad science experiment.

Musk says the Big, Beautiful Spending Bill Undermines His DOGE Work. Musk is trying to prevent a US government default, while Trump is optimizing for it. https://t.co/t1plVYl6PV

@DrInsensitive - Dr. Insensitive Jerk

Trump is Playing 4d Poker DOGE is making headlines, yet Trump is helping congress blow the savings on more spending. What the hell? Here is my theory: DOGE is not about cutting government spending; it's about killing the woke mind virus by pinching off the cash firehose that sustains it. Trump didn't try to cut spending in his first term either. IMO, Trump has decided that Americans are simply too soft, so there is no way to cut government spending until we default on the debt. Any politician who tries will be voted out, so he won't try. Instead, he is optimizing for the default scenario. When you know bankruptcy is inevitable, what do you do? I think Trump has resolved to screw the bondholders as hard as possible, to benefit the rest of us. So he is running up the credit card to buy Infrastructure. Did it seem weird to you that Trump promoted infrastructure spending in his first term, and now again in his second, when we have nothing to show for Obama's trillion-dollar "Infrastructure" packages? Maybe Trump believes that, under his leadership, infrastructure spending will actually buy us some infrastructure. But again, why? The answer is: Infrastructure is a durable good that can't be repossessed. All other forms of government spending are like throwing cash into the wind, and after the default, they will mean nothing. But we will still have the bridges and roads to help us rebuild. If I am correct, Trump will not try to cut spending. Instead, he will try to spend as much as possible on projects that will still be worth something after we default.
