Speaker 0: Let's continue this conversation with the president of judicial watch, Tom Fitton. Tom, it's great to see you. These aren't these aren't the only allegations against ActBlue out there. I mean, Elon Musk is accusing the Democrat platform of funding groups responsible for the so called demonstrations against Tesla. ActBlue denies any wrongdoing, by the way.
Musk does point out that ActBlue is currently under investigation for allowing foreign and illegal donations into criminal in criminal violation of campaign finance laws. Tom, what are your thoughts on all this?
Speaker 1: Well, what's really interesting about ACLU is recently, just in the last week, it's been announced essentially their core leadership has has fled. So a lot of their key people are gone, which suggests there was something going on that caused them to flee. And you have to wonder whether these questions about taking money knowingly from sources that they knew or had reason to know were not valid, like, from abroad for political campaigns, whether that's the issue that we're concerned about or as Elon Musk is highlighting that, you know, it's one thing to be funding public policy debates through charitable donations and and political operations. It's another thing to be funding terrorism and political violence against your opponents. And what I think is going on against Tesla and Elon Musk is a terrorist act is terrorist activity.
And it's dangerous. It's violent, and it's also directed at a federal official. You know, the left well, as the left reminds us, he works for Trump. He works in the White House. And when you engage in violence targeting a federal official to stop him from doing his work, you know, there are other serious crimes, both criminal and civil that arise from that.
And so anyone involved in that seems to be should be subject to investigations. What's going on against Tesla? The FBI needs to be all over it, assuming they're capable of doing anything other than investigating, parents and people going to church.
Speaker 0: Yeah. Indeed. Reid Hoffman, who also has denied any wrongdoing here, was asked about this fundraising during an interview on on the, what is it, All In podcast. Here's what he had to say.
Speaker 2: Have you spent any money to try to impact RFK one way or the other?
Speaker 3: I wouldn't be surprised if we look at all the money that goes to all the different organizations, if organization x kinda had some kind of ballot thing. Minds my voice instruction was always like, no. No. No. Don't do that.
That's antidemocratic. But, you know, you can't control everything just like you invest in a company and CEO sometimes the dumbass that you Right. Can't do anything about.
Speaker 0: Yeah. I can't can't control all that all that money. Are you buying you buying that, Tom?
Speaker 1: No. They know exactly what's going on here. It's it's, you know, it's not like they have to have someone coordinating it. They all share the same values. You know, and thinking back to the coup against Biden by Harris and Obama and Pelosi, remember those billions of dollars that all of a sudden magically appear shortly after she took over the nomination?
I think that's curious and interesting. And in light of ACLU's prominent role in fundraising for the left and not only organizationally, but politically in terms of campaigns, you know, the amount of money that they raised and the serious questions about whether the proper controls were in place needs to be the subject, as I said, of a serious criminal investigation. And I tell you, if you're involved in supporting terrorists abroad by also engaging in terrorism here as we're seeing up in Colombia with that student student being arrested by the Trump administration for supporting terrorism. They they wanted to deport him. Who who was helping him can run those those so called protests?
You know, there's gotta be a line. Yeah. It's one thing to have first amendment speech.

Speaker 1: But if you're working in league with terrorist organizations through transnational left wing groups, that's a much more significant legal issue.
Speaker 0: Sure it is. And last thing I wanted to get into with you is this. Wanna ask you about this scandal that's coming to light. Joe Biden may have not been signing any of these executive orders, the pardons, his entire occupation of the Oval Office. Apparently, it was all being done through this this auto pen device.
Legal experts are saying if Biden's apparatchiks were signing things in his name and without his knowledge and permission, it could invalidate his entire occupation of the Oval Office. How do you see this?
Speaker 1: I think it's an interesting issue. And if I were president Trump, I'd start looking at the documents underlying what Biden did in the White House, figure out who was running the show. The legality of the executive order, being signed auto pan versus in person aside. The big issue is given president Biden's obvious cognitive decline that was covered up by people around him in the media, we need to know who was making decisions because, you know, if you don't know who's making the decisions, you don't know if they're being made for proper reasons. Right?
You know, Biden you know, everyone knows what Biden's about. I I dare you to go and ask someone who was the chief of staff for Joe Biden? Who was his domestic policy adviser? Who no one no one in DC knows who was working in the Biden White House. They were this anonymous cabal, relatively speaking, who the media was very uninterested in reporting on.
Compare and contrast that with reporting on of on Elon Musk with who was running the Biden administration. And, you know, and I think the challenge for Republicans is why weren't they asking these questions two years ago? They should have been having hearings on the twenty fifth amendment and could have been exploring this. They may not have been able to remove them under the twenty fifth amendment, but they could have been asking tough questions to people around him, and they still can, frankly.

Speaker 0: On March 29, it's my birthday. And all I want to see happen on my birthday is for Elon to be taken down. Yes. Listen, I have learned as I serve on the Doge Oversight Committee that there is only one language that the people that are in charge understand right now, and that language is money. And so I've been so proud to see us organized behind the cause because here's the deal.
The things that we're fighting for, we are fighting for our country. We're fighting for democracy. We're fighting for our freedoms. When I say fighting, I'm saying that figuratively. Obviously everything that I am promoting is non violent.
And so definitely don't want anyone to take that word literal in any way. But I think that it is important that we say that we stand for freedom in this country. We stand for our constitution in this country. And the best way to show that we are American is by using our constitutional rights and deciding that we are going to engage in protests, especially when we have elected officials and then unelected people like him. But we have elected officials that don't even want to listen to the people.
This is a way to yell and scream at people that are trying to close their ears to everything that the people are crying out for. Because when we are looking at a democracy, especially a democratic Republic, as we reside in, then it is supposed to be the people's voices that are heard. But right now we've got people that are saying, you know what, forget what the people are saying, ignore them and take their livelihoods away from them. Take their ability at attaining the American dream away from them. And we'll just close our ears and pretend like they don't exist.
Well, let me tell you on March 29, I want you to raise your voices all over the world. And I want you to be heard, heard in such a way that no matter how much they try to ignore you, they just can't. And what we are seeing is that because people are driving this movement, we've seen that now the board is saying, Hey, Elon, you need to step aside because you messing up everything. We saw here recently that Tesla is not being welcomed in Canada and Vancouver because they are afraid of what may come along with that. And so listen, if our government refuses to listen, there's another way to really make them think hard about listening to you.
And it comes in the form of your protest. So I just want to say thank you because I think far too often people forget that the real power lies literally with the people. And so to see how many people are out here and they're passionate and they are concerned about whether it's their personal identifying information that has been turned over or maybe not, or who knows, because they've lied and they've kept everything from us. Whether it's that information that they gained from the treasury department, whether it's information they gained from social security, whether it's the fact that we are fighting or we're trying to preserve the social security for our mothers and our grandmothers and ourselves, as literally Elon has sat around and said things such as it's a Ponzi scheme. And the only Ponzi that I see that is scheming is him.
He right now is trying to line his pockets with money that should be going to those that need it most, whether it's in the form of healthcare, whether it's in the form of food, whether it's in the form of foreign aid, the things that he is doing, are harming our country. And there is no reason that we should be looking out and trying to say, well, this guy is the richest man and we just need to make him richer. You are sending a message and I am so thankful. I'm going to keep screaming in the halls of Congress. I just need y'all to make sure that y'all keep screaming in the streets.
So I appreciate you. Thank you so much for allowing me to speak. Please go out there, be safe, make sure that you understand what the rules are, where you live. Make sure that if you have the ability, if there's any legal counsel, especially when we're talking about doing this all over the world, we want to make sure that we consult with attorneys.
