This order by DC Judge John Bates (GWB) gives a glimpse of what a travesty of justice the DOJ and almost every DC judge created when it unlawfully applied 1512c2 in 300+ J6 cases. Bates, after denying Larry Brock's motion to dismiss 1512c2 then convicting him of the statute after a bench trial, NOW ADMITS he was wrong. But notice the mealy-mouth way Bates explains himself. "Just going along with the judicial crowd!" Never mind that Brock spent 1 year in federal prison with the 1512c2 conviction driving the 24 month sentence Bates imposed--which at the time also included a sentencing enhancement later overturned by the DC circuit. The Biden/Harris DOJ unlawfully applied 1512c2 leading to the wrongful prosecution of 300+ J6ers and incarcerations of 100+ PA grandmother Rachel Powell was one of them. Royce Lamberth (Reagan) sentenced her to 57 months with 1512c2 largely animating that long sentence. She reported to prison in January. Yesterday, in light of SCOTUS overturning how DOJ applied 1512c2, DC appellate court vacated convictions for 4 J6ers including Powell. She will be resentenced and DOJ very likely will seek to keep her in federal prison for the original sentence Political prisoners.

My judge was Dabney Friedrich. Judge Friedrich is responsible for ruling that the 1512 “Obstruction of an Official Proceeding” felony COULD be used against the J6ers. This felony charge was used as a weapon to force guilty pleas, and was given to many J6ers who chose to try to defend themselves at trial (100% of them lost). Countless people spent years in prison on the 1512 charge, which was as overturned by the Supreme Court this year- for being unconstitutional and wrongfully applied. I went through 10 months of torment by the FBI and DOJ before meeting Judge Dabney Friedrich for the first time. I honestly believed that when I had the opportunity to stand before a judge, impartiality and fairness would finally come into the picture. I couldn’t have been more wrong. She was openly hostile, aggressive, contemptuous, irrational, and blindly prejudiced. She treated me like a murderer. And she was even worse to my attorneys. She seemed to relish in attacking us knowing that the media was listening and lapping up all of the content she was serving up for them. As a futile exercise, we filed for early termination of my probation after several years, and Judge Friedrich denied it, stating, “His minimizing of his and others' unlawful acts on January 6 evinces a continued lack of remorse and an ongoing need to protect the public from future crimes”. I will spend the rest of my life working to make sure that Judge Dabney Friedrick as well as any of the other January 6th judges never advances in the federal court system, and sure as hell never gets anywhere near our Supreme Court. All of these DC judges must be impeached.

I am fucking pissed. Dom and I became friends in the D.C. jail, playing cards and helping him out with his case, and he's already been incarcerated for an entire year since I was released from there. On the 21st, the past Tuesday, I filed Dominic's texted statements to me from the D.C. jail's app regarding his current situation with his "judge", holding him hostage, into the United States District Court onto my own docket. I was already putting in a filing of mine as a case review to the TRUMP administration from the record itself - specifically focusing on the collusion of the so-called "judges" - which turned out to be perfect timing for the subject matter of Dominic's texts. It's now Friday, and my filing still hasn't been published onto record. What I have to vent about, is this. I can't even tell you how much I HATE @USMarshalsHQ. Their job is to uphold the federal judiciary. Instead, they work as kidnappers for the criminal impersonators in our federal courts. They arrested me after submitting to them more than enough information from my case to prove that there were fatal flaws going unanswered by James Emanuel BOASBERG. Instead of arresting him, if anyone, they would come to arrest me on a sealed bench warrant that they didn't even SIGN or DATE, alongside an affidavit in the wrong name. These men in uniform with badges and guns are NOT working in our best interests - and what's happening to Dom and the other J6'ers post-pardon proves what I've been trying to say about just how far these fake judges with counterfeit oaths of office are willing to go to defy you. This is ALL about the oaths. Their LACK of contractual duty and decorum. The true fraud perpetuated on the American people. Fuck that.

The story of J6er Daniel Ball grows darker every day. He was brutally beaten by two guards in Peterburg, VA. He was so badly beaten his teeth went through his face, he was chain to his cell and threatened with rape. Daniel received a pardon from President Trump on January 20, 2025. He is still in prison, having been put through diesel therapy multiple times since January 20th, Daniel is now in FL. His pardon has been posted as you can see per the attachment, as well as a dismissal of a FL case, there is NO reason to hold Daniel any further. The US Attorney's office in FL hasn't been answering their phone, we have called, Congressman Cloud's office has called, they just don't answer. Daniel cannot be released until the US Attorney calls the jail. It feels like this is more torture of Daniel Ball purposely keeping him over the weekend. I truly am concerned for Daniel's safety. When he arrived in FL, he had only been fed 2 bologna sandwiches in days, he had no socks, no underwear, only a thin jumper. One really has to wonder why Jeb Boasberg coddles violent criminals after throwing the book at nonviolent J6ers. This morning, he sentenced a DC man with a dangerous criminal history to only 24 months in prison on firearms violations. DOJ: "He possessed the gun and ammunition in April 2024 while on supervised release for 2021 convictions for Assault with Intent to Kill (Firearm) and Carrying a Pistol Without a License. Those convictions arose out of the defendant’s participation in a late-night shootout at a gas station, which posed an extraordinary risk to the people involved and the general public. " The DOJ asked for 34 months--Boasberg went 10 months below that. But only 10 months longer than he gave a Pennsylvania woman with no criminal record convicted of no violence on Jan 6.
