So the first question, and really the beginning of this whole process for me, was on 13th, on the Sunday after election day. I was on a flight from New York to Los Angeles when I got a frantic email from Barbara Simons, another election integrity advocate. The email said, can you join a phone call in 15 minutes? Clinton herself isn't there, But Podesta, her campaign manager, and many other top people from the campaign are on, and they're listening very, very carefully as Barbara and others are describing arguments why Clinton should recount should request a recount in several key states. So candidates under American law have this ability. They can demand a recount, depending on the state, as long as they pay the requisite costs, but would Clinton do it? So there were a few concerns that the campaign brought up. The first one and the most aggravating to me is they wanted to know what evidence we had that the election had been hacked. Well, wait a minute. That seems completely backwards. The purpose of a recount of any examination of the paper ballots is to gather evidence that the outcome was correct or not. Without looking at them, we don't have the evidence to begin with. All we can do is say that it would be possible for an attack to have changed the result without leaving any visible evidence. Another concern was how to pay for the recounts. The cost was likely to rise to the 1,000,000 of dollars, But maybe most important and most aggravating was they were concerned about backpedaling from the concession about tiptoeing away from having conceded the victory to Donald Trump.

So instead of them taking these. So say let's keep it number 25 is the problem ballot. It got jammed. So the computer would throw an error. It would say ballot number 25. There there is an error. I would say pull out ballot number 25. Slowly pull it out, put it on top, take the, the ballots that had already been tabulated, which are on top of the tabulating machine now, put them all back in a stack, discard the entire batch, and rescan it. Instead of discarding, they were just rescanning, rescanning, rescanning, counting ballots 9 to 10 times, counting votes 9 to 10 times. Doesn't matter. That would add 800,000 noncitizen voters. Why is this even a discussion? Speaker 1: It shouldn't be. New York Republicans fought back against this effort, several years ago. We were victorious in the lower court and the appellate division, and now it goes to the court of appeals. Unfortunately, I'm a little, bit concerned because the New York court of appeals has been corrupted by Kathy Hochul and New York Democrats. This is why they tried to gerrymander our maps again last year. They added, people who are way too progressive for the court, to try and, move the court in a different direction. I am concerned certainly that the court of appeals will make a political decision and not follow the constitution. It is very clear. Non citizens do not have the right to vote in our elections, period. There's a reason New York is a sanctuary state and city, though. And the reason is they want illegal immigrants counted as part of the census. That gives them more congressional seats, and it gives them more electoral votes. That's what this all boils down to. They want them to be able to vote in our elections. I fundamentally believe, that it is wrong. It violates both The US and state, New York state constitutions, and needs to be, prohibited. And if the court had any courage, or any conviction at all, it will reject this outright today.
