@DschlopesIsBack - Gain of Fauci

Video I made following the 2020 elections regarding Maricopa County. We caught the MC recorder deleting all of the voting information by precinct after the election in Arizona. To this day they have never answered for why they did this... Important to share right now.

New evidence shows Maricopa violated the law and did not do LA testing on any vote center tabulators on Election Day. Director of Elections Scott Jarrett gave false testimony at trial. Kari Lake is asking for relief from judgement under Rule 60b due to fraud, misrepresentation, and other misconduct. The evidence fits all three criteria for the motion to succeed. Maricopa withheld LA testing and more evidence is coming. The court is required to rely on presumptions favoring elections officials, but legal evidence counters that presumption.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

THREAD: New Filing in @KariLake election integrity case RECAP: There is a hearing on Friday to determine how the new action on the signature verification will go forward. This is being filed as a separate motion for relief from judgement. Get popcorn, coffee, whatever. Retweet and share with your friends. Off we go.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

New evidence shows Maricopa falsely certified that it passed L&A testing, and then secretly tested all of the tabulators on three different days. It also shows they KNEW that 260 of the tabulators WOULD FAIL on Election Day.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

New evidence also shows that Director of Elections Scott Jarrett gave FALSE TESTIMONY at trial concerning the BOD printers failures that caused the tabulators to malfunction.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

For these reasons (among others we will get to in a moment) Lake is asking for relief from judgement (basically a do-over) under Rule 60(b). If you have newly discovered evidence that you couldn’t have had in time for previous trial, or the fraud, misrepresentation, or other misconduct of the opposing party, you can request what Lake is requesting. And they sure do.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

Expert witness Clay Parikh is back with more, after doing a ton of due diligence and requesting public records etc after the case was decided. Maricopa was forced to respond to those requests AND data from the report (BOD Report) investigating the ballot on demand printers was used.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

The new evidence shows that Maricopa violated the law and did not do L&A testing on *any* vote center tabulators on Election Day. Further, after they certified they passed L&A on 10/11/22, they went on to secretly test all 446of the vote-center tabulators on 10/14, 10/17 and 10/18 and KNEW 260 of them would fail on Election Day.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

MORE: Jarrett LIED on the stand when he talked about the 19” ballot on 20” paper. I have been pounding this since day 1, but now we have more. Jarrett’s testimony that this occurred at only 3 vote centers and was caused by temporary technicians changing printer settings in an attempt to fix printer issues on Election Day IS FALSE.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

The judge had originally ruled against Lake for several reasons, one of them being that she had not shown *intentional* misconduct on the part of Maricopa officials. Additionally, they have evidence that shows that those “drawer 3” ballots were NOT counted at MCTEC- another thing I have been pounding the table about.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

This is going to be a long and detailed thread, but here is the tweet to start at if you are like some “journalists” out there and you can not understand the actual FACTS in this case. This is going to give you really good background into this VERY IMPORTANT issue. This hasn’t only occurred in 2022, but also several election cycles PRIOR.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

If you remember, there was VERY limited discovery given to Lake before her trial. The day before the trial their expert Clay Parikh was able to inspect a sampling of ballots from 6 vote centers. He testified that he found 19” ballot images on 20” paper in ALL SIX of those vote centers, and it had effected 48 of 113 of the combined spoiled and duplicated ballots.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

Here is a key point. One of the arguments CONSTANTLY brought up over and over again here is that those spoiled ballots were duplicated, so they were counted. What I have always pointed out is that the fact pattern belies that point. Maricopa DID NOT KEEP THE DUPE with the original - so there was no way to tell how the dupe was voted. Jarrett was working with Parikh and told him he was unable to produce ANY OF the “duplicated” ballots.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

Here is the language the judge used in rendering his decision. It was unbelievable to me at the time given what we just went over- but much like the failure to properly adjudicate the signature matching issue, the judge failed here too. Both of these points were incorrect.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

Here is where the judge is looking for *intentional misconduct* and this becomes important as we go on and also for the legal argument portion of this. I will break that down in English for all of you when we get there.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

When I was watching and live streaming this trial and giving commentary, the moments we were about to detail came in SECOND to the audible “holy %#^) that came after the 19” image revelation itself. Jarret testified AT LEAST FOUR TIMES that he did not know of, NOR DID HE HEAR OF (emphasis mine) a 19” image printing on a 20” paper.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

It was pretty clear what Jarrett said- and there was more. If I am not mistaken (and I am going from memory here) I believe he testified it would be *impossible* for this to happen.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

The *NEXT* day, Defendants brought Jarrett back to testify. Despite what I just showed you with excerpts from the transcript of the trial, he testified that just after Election Day, Jarrett had discovered that 19” ballots were found at 3 vote centers. He alleged this was caused by onsite technicians changing printer settings to a “shrink to fit” setting (fit to print) and that Maricopa was in the middle of performing a ROOT CAUSE analysis. He stated the issue was caused by “temporary technicians”

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

When cross examined that day, Lake asked why he hadn’t disclosed this the day before, and Jarrett wiggled around the issue. He then told us that they had hid this from the public and it had happened not just in 2022 BUT ALSO The primary in August of 2020 The General in November of 2020 AND The primary in August of 2023. . .

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

Here is some legal argument for you. There are three (3) criteria that need to be met for this motion to succeed. 1. The newly discovered evidence could not have been discovered before the granting of judgment despite the exercise of due diligence. 2. The evidence would probably change the result of the litigation. 3. The newly discovered evidence was in existence at the time of the judgment.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

This fits all three categories easily. Lake didn’t have the evidence until after Maricopa fulfilled its public record requests, the log files she DID have weren’t able to be analyzed properly in the short time she was given, and the Maricopa BOD report wasn’t made available until 4/10/23. Also, relief would let Lake produce more evidence of additional votes lost which would add to the votes at issue in the signature match case- contributing to materiality on the L&A testing.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

There was party misconduct— even if there is an omission that was an accident (not the case here) it is cause for relief. Maricopa withheld the L&A testing it did and more (it’s all coming- dont worry) The court is required to rely on presumptions favoring elections officials. The court has to ASSUME that election officials could never do anything intentionally and they are always telling the truth. (Ridiculous- I know) But when legal evidence is provided that counters that presumption guess what happens? That standard is no longer used by the court.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

Also, under another rule (too much detail, you can read if you wish) some of the evidence didn’t exist at the time of trial.

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

It looks like depending where you grab this from the thread is broken. Click here to pick up on the next tweet. https://t.co/YacRMCBQvM

@tracybeanz - Tracy Beanz

Maricopa didn’t test the vote center tabulators for logic and accuracy as REQUIRED by law. The system log files demonstrated that.

reSee.it AI Summary
New evidence has emerged in the Lakes case regarding printer failures during the election. The team argues that the failures support their argument of affected votes. The printers were tested in secret after LA certification, and over 12 failed, yet they were still used. The investigation found that both types of tabulators experienced the same problem randomly, and there were incorrect settings on the printers. The final assessment calls for a full audit of all system components to uncover the truth.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

I want to do a thread on the latest filing for Lake’s case to point out something’s I see. Lake’s team argue new evidence about the printer failures that has since come to light & support the overall argument of effected votes. Remember to be patient with me as I slowly put this together & maybe loose track of numbers. @elonmusk @TwitterBlue we could really use an auto number for threads. /1

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

I’m going to highlight their arguments/conclusions & then go over the meat & potatoes of the expert, @ParikhClay, declaration. Here, they state there are only 3 ways the printers messed up - programming, malware or external intrusion (which we know is possible by Jarrett’s own admission)

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Here they tell the court that all the printers used on Election Day were tested AFTER the L&A on the 11th “in secret”. And as I we will see later in the thread, NONE tested on the 11th we’re used on Election Day. 🤔 AND over 1/2 failed and THEY KNEW IT, made no adjustments/modifications/fixed and USED THEM ANYWAY! Is it really a secret when more than 1 person knows? Who was in the inner circle of trust? Who was in that room testing failure rates? I suggest coming forward, weak link, & become a whistleblower before they throw you under the bus. You know who you are. Just sayin’

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Here they introduce the new findings from the “fit to page” “investigation”. It occurred randomly on both types of printers & the technicians could not explain why. They highlight that Jarret’s testimony (day 1 & 2) contradict each other & the findings of the report

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Jarrett tried to downplay what happened that day. IMO, he is the pawn they are sacrificing. He is a 🦜. He has zero expertise to question what he is told. He is an administrator/numbers/pencil pusher. But he’s our best witness 🤣

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

There is no proof all the ballots that were effected were duplicated & counted. As we will see later in the thread, the sheer number of ballots effected are way over 1300 they tried to make us believe.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Part 2 of tweet 👆🏻 So if Jarrett admitted to 1300 (which he couldn’t pr), what happened to the other 6700? My guess, a conservative number.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Here’s the wrap up. Now let’s have some fun.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

First… I love that Lake’s team point out that the court gave more weight to elected officials. But, when there is evidence that contradicts them, that weight does not apply. As we’ve seen with Biden revelations-just because you’re elected, doesn’t mean you deserve to be believed above solely on your position/power. 😉

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Now for the meat & potatoes. We’ll start with #18 on the declaration because all the previous statements are credentials, summary, laws, background information etc. Clay’s findings of the tested/not tested printers are result of reviewing the log files. ALL tabulators used for the election start on the log date on 14th. Conclusion- NONE of the tested tabulators were used.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

ALL of the tabulators were tested on the 14th, 17th or 18th. A picture is worth a thousand words. Jarrett testified that “thousands” of ballots were tested. Yet the logs show an average of 9 per machine. The same 9 ran through each machine? Why didn’t they test EVERY ballot style? 🤔

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Where did they squirrel away to test these tabulators, off camera, no observers, no notice??? 🤔 Come forward little bird & save yourself. The water’s getting hot.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

During testing errors would have been obvious. Clay got very obvious errors during his testing.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

The list of errors in the logs are too numerous to ignore. They KNEW…. who are all the “they” that knew? Yoo hoo …Little birdie

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Nobody tried to fix the problems they had on over 1/2 the tabulators tested? What exactly where they testing? 🤔

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

The “investigation” determined both types of tabulators experienced the problem randomly. With no explanation as to why.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

And Jarrett saying the T-Techs made change’s doesn’t make sense. If they made changes, it would be a consistent problem. What’s the odds of 2 different hardware & software types “malfunction” the exact same & randomly?

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

IMO, the graph of when the “malfunctions” started looks like there was a trigger (perhaps based on time or number of ballots printed). I hope you can read the technician’s comment in the little box on the right. It’s Gold! “Richer will take credit for this fix!!!!” 🤣🤣

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

I’m sorry. Gotta take a break. I went looking for a particular item in my archives related to this & got stuck in a rabbit hole of new findings. Check back tomorrow for a little detour. 😁

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Before I break for the night, let me post this one detour, since I have to do it from my computer that has my archives. Next tweet -

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Remember we were just talking about the Lexmark and Oki printers both having the same "glitch" and the same randomness? In addition, Clay specified there are only 3 reasons it could happen: programming, malware or remote intrusion. Follow me down a little detour -

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Rubeck has many patents. In 2008 they patented "ballot printing". Take a look at who is listed on the patent.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

What would you say if you knew John Latsko owns both a Lexmark (Techabyte) & Oki supply store? Take note that of the address.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

John Latsko also owns Advanced Ballot Solutions which is a branch with the main company in Deleware - let's look what ABS is...

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Advanced Ballot Solutions has many branches - John has one.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Advanced Ballot Solutions main company in Delaware - note the address and lookie there.... that's an interesting website

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

What are the odds a patent holder to print ballots for Runbeck, happens to be a distributor Lexmark and OKI printers and is connected to ES & S?

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Why would Advanced Ballot Solutions get reactivated in 2017??? Why are you trying to distance yourself from ES & S, John?

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

John's Wife is still an officer. The company still resides at their joint address. This is not doxing when the corporation address is public information

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Remember the Delaware address? Look who lives there. I guess when you are an engineer for ES & S there is no need for additional work history. Your "work" speaks for itself.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Here's another head scratcher. John Latsko also owned AzTech Reproductions. Established 1983, and disappeared 2017 - when they were doing 3M in Revenue??? So far, I haven't found anything about this company. My assumption from the name is that they printed ballots. Just as this company disappears, ABS get reactivated. 🤔🤔🤔

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Do you see it yet??? Who prints the ballots? Who makes, prints and stuffs the envelopes? Who mails the ballots? Who has access to the Voter Registration? Who has direct access to the Database to make a vote "voted"? Who can make duplicates? Who has an industrial size sorter and stuffer? Who has a Ballot on Demand system (Sentio)? Who has BOD work stations/voting booths? Who has a Supply chain for printers? Would a patent holder of printing ballots & running and ES & S business have the experience to program printing devices & tabulators? And on top of all that... who verifies signatures for petitions? All while not beholden to any law and zero oversight, transparency and auditability. But... I'm sure everything is fine. 😆 BTW - Did you know OKI made an "End of life" announcement that all it's business would be going through the Japan location - all America is shut down. Expect Richer/Gates to spend more money on updated printers.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

I hope you enjoyed the detour. Thanks for tagging along. Tomorrow I'll tackle the "rest of the story" for Clay's declaration. Peace out

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Thanks for adding to the thread, Limey, and making my point - means, method, opportunity. https://t.co/5XVMwzKUzK

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Addition from Limey Mean, method, opportunity. Just sayin' https://t.co/LLrNfjqZZB

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Good morning. Let’s get back to it. Before our detour last night, we were discussing Tabulator malfunctions. As a recap, we learned 1) 2 different printer types & 2 different software had the exact same random malfunction, an impossibility 2) illegal testing was done with zero oversight or knowledge AFTER L&A certification on the 11th 3) that 58% of those tested behind closed doors had malfunctions 4) those 260 machines deployed for the election cycle were KNOWN to have malfunctions prior to deployment 5) they made no changes or attempts to fix the known malfunctions 6) ONLY those tested AFTER L&A certification on the 11th were deployed. NONE of the machines certified on the 11th. 7) and then tried to cover it up. Jarrett lied on stand. To be fair, he doesn’t have a clue. He is repeating what he’s told. Will he become a whistleblower or will he cower from threats I’m sure he’s getting?

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

So how bad was the problem? Jarrett testified to 3 locations. However, the limited inspection Clay was awarded, uncovered 6 locations. Based on what is known about through multiple PRR a conservative estimate is over 16k that were effected.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Oh… I forgot to mention, there were settings on the printers that were incorrect. And any technician, worth his weight in salt, would have known this. 1) there is function to print before the fuses fully heats up. ECO mode. ECO mode caused the ink to not fully fuse to the paper, thus the speckling & flaking problem This function was ON. There is NO WAY John Latsko DID NOT understand this.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

In addition, the machines were not manufactured to handle duplexing (printing both sides) of paper above 80lb. And they “did not” stress test the machines properly. I’d argue they tested for the results they wanted. There is NO WAY John Latsko DOES NOT know this.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Didn’t Jarrett say the malfunctioning only happened at 3 locations? The logs reveal a very different story. Only a 1/4 of all locations DID NOT have problems above EAC standards. Think about that…3/4 of ALL locations had problems, some worse than others, that just so happen to lay nicely on the county heat map in higher R areas. 🤔

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Didn’t Jarrett say that the malfunctioning was fixed early? That’s not what the logs say. So judge, who are you going to believe? A person, who btw has already lied, or the actual data? We 👀 you, judge. Your next move will prove to the world who you are.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

But wait, Jarrett said they were all duplicated & counted. Were they? Really? There is zero proof of that. Clay couldn’t get his hands on them. Jarret said “it would take a week” Do you know why? Runbeck produces them. Thanks Noodles for the addition to the thread. Only one problem- you can’t duplicate a ballot electronically if you can’t scan it in & read it properly. So how did they duplicate the 1300? What happened to the other 6700? Could they produce duplicates now? Sure, they’ve had plenty of time. Just as boxes of 90% or higher of Biden unfolded “mail in” ballots showed up at the audit 6 months after the subpoena. https://twitter.com/noodlesfordogs/status/1645695680118226947 https://t.co/x8J6T7pYaO

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

You know what WOULD answer how many ballots were actually tallied? Poll tapes. But guess what? The county handed over incomplete tapes with all pertinent information “cut off”. AND they handed over the wrong dates. Obstruction & cover up continues to be their MO.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Clay’s final assessment is a full audit of all system components. It’s the only way to know the truth. But just like 2020, there is no way the county will willingly give away the keys to the kingdom. If we had a true Justice system & legislators who really wanted to bolster trust, we would have what we needed to get to the truth. Let’s see what the judge does with the facts already presented that prove 2022 was a sham. This is the end for now. But I’ll leave it open for new info.

Sworn testimony from 2020 of an eye witness at Detroit-TLC-Center: she saw an election official put correction tape inside a tabulator to make the bar code unreadable and to override the ballot, and then fed the same 27 ballots into that tabulator over 10 times. https://t.co/Mv95LDIUMc

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker witnessed someone using correction tape inside a tabulator machine, which caused the ballots to get jammed. The tape was placed back in the machine after being peeled off. The speaker explained that if a ballot goes through the machine with the tape on it, the machine won't read anything, and the user can override it. The speaker also mentioned that the ballots had no numbers at the top, but they assumed the machine wouldn't read them and the user could manually input the ticket type. The person operating the machine repeatedly put the same set of 27 ballots in instead of separating them, resulting in an inaccurate count. The speaker explained that the machine doesn't have a way to detect if the same ballot has been inserted multiple times, as the sensor and reader are covered.

Speaker 0: Then he peeled off he looked up in the part where you read with a valid greeting. So the the the the valid numbers are usually right here, the barcode, and you put it in like this. Well, in that part of the machine, he went in there, and I saw them getting out and pull off lights. It looks like correction tape. Well, it was correction tape because not only I witnessed him walking around with his correction tape, but a lot of other people did as well, and he took notes. Speaker 1: So can you explain the significance of that? What happens if somebody has correction tape on a ballot and it goes to remove it? What do you think is going on? Speaker 0: Well, actually, it wasn't on the ballot. It was inside the tabulator. So that means if you put the ballot through, it won't read anything and you can override and push, yes, I'm overriding. Speaker 1: So this is just like a strip of paper you can use to mess with the machine? Speaker 0: It was a whole strip of White correction tape that I saw them placed back in that same area after he peeled it out because the the the ballots were getting jammed. The balance that he had in this hand had 50 stack of them, and they had no numbers Speaker 1: at the top. So how would it? I'm curious about how a tabulating machine would even read that valid if there's no numbers on it. Well, I Speaker 0: would assume that it doesn't read it and that you can go on the system like I said, put down this is a blue ticket or this is a red ticket or this is an independent ticket. And it was the power of 50, And the man put put them in and I will count them as they go in 2 2. So I count 1, 2. I would be like this. 3, 4, side. I will keep counting. It will be 27 that we'll go through, and the rest will get settled. Guess what you would do? Continue to put those same 27 in Instead of putting those 27 to the side that was red already and put the remaining ones in that would equal up to 50, He did not do that. Instead, he put that same amount in over 10 times. He put Speaker 1: the same balance in 10 times. Over 10 times. And then Speaker 0: the machine doesn't have Speaker 1: a way to know whether the same valid or barcode or number or whatever's already been Speaker 0: put in? How? You cover the sensor. You cover the reader.

I was a candidate. Okay. Speaker 0: Okay. Great. So, what did you read this? Well, I read this a lot. Okay. Speaker 1: Take your time. Speaker 0: I said no So that I can be able to have my notes Okay. If I need them. Speaker 1: When we get done, would it be okay if we scan those or keep them in synovations? Speaker 0: Today. Okay. That? Okay. You can you can scan them today, and I'll take them back with me today. Okay. Okay. So around us? 9:30 between 9:30 and 10. We were at room 260 upstairs in the CCF building where we all had to gather to get instructions, to cover our shirts in case we had shirts on that had dollar trunk or anything that showed a party. We were forced To cover our shirts with black t shirts that they bought lots of packages packages sitting on the counter. Okay. I refused to put the t shirt on because Speaker 1: I told him I would just cover it up with my jacket, Speaker 0: which I did. I had Donald Trump buttons. I had John James t shirts. Speaker 1: So I covered him up. I zipped my jacket up and covered it up. Speaker 0: When we got downstairs to a room, I Speaker 1: don't know the room number, Speaker 0: But we were all direct to going downstairs to the 1st floor and into a big room, real huge room, where there were news reporters, All cameras just action. There was a bit of a line. We were in a line, waiting to get our tables. Okay. We will go past, they will wanna make sure that we have this figure to stand our temperature on the way in. My temperature was 96.9, and this is my credentials, Artisia, Total Challenger. As well, I was also a solar calendar in the daytime of November 3rd as well. I went around to various precincts, and I saw things there too that was fraud. But we'll speak to Artesia Balmer. So we get to the the lady, those few ladies at a table when we get downstairs, just to make sure we had that scanned and to sign in, we did so. My table was 123 and 120. Both tables were positioned right next to each other, and they were right up front, right by all the cameras. Goodness When we got there around 11:43 I'm sorry. Between 11 At 11:30, an announcement came on the microphone by the moderator there, a black guy. He announced we need all of the table leads to come over to the far left corner as I'm facing that way. And they all went to the left to this meeting at? That they have. The other poll workers were sitting at the table still. Speaker 1: And this is the night of elections? This is Speaker 0: the night of elections, 11, 11:30 p. M. Okay. After they had the meeting, they announced that the Valley County will begin. So we are, as holders, we're already positioned at our tables, and the table outlined looks like this. So you would have the lead is number 1, and the balance will go around the Speaker 1: table in this direction. So you mentioned this this gentleman that spoke with all the team leads. Do you know Speaker 0: what he said? We we couldn't hear him. He had a a secret meeting Speaker 1: with them over into a corner. Okay. Speaker 0: He had Several secret meetings with them. He called them more than twice to to the corner, during county, before county, and after county. Do you know who that guy was? No. But I'll be able to describe him. Okay. And he was a black man, and he was dark skinned. Around maybe between 5, 8, and 6 feet tall, and he would have his meeting with the leads. Well, at my particular table, which was 123, we had a black man about maybe 5, 8 in height, us? Dark with glasses, a little bone on the top. He said something very disturbing before they started counting. His words were this he was talking to one of the other poll workers at the table. He told the poll worker, This is our house tonight. Right? And the poll worker said yes. And he said, so from now on, they're gonna do what we tell them to do. So that? I take that as this is our house to Democrats. And the Republicans or Independents or anybody else outside of that is gonna do what we tell them to do tonight. Speaker 1: So how did you know the man that said this was a Democrat? Speaker 0: Because he he said that he was a Democrat when he was asked. Okay. Yeah. There? What I observed also was of all of the leads that they were calling to the meeting, Most of them had Black Lives Matter face mask on. Also, the blue mask with votes in the corner on the face like to our governor, Gretchen Wier, in her interviews, and they were blue. We were we, as poll challenged, were told we can't show anything, but the poll workers was about to wear everything. They had Biden search. Everything you can think of that was from Democrats. Speaker 1: So just to make sure we're clear, what in your mind was the significance of them being Blue? That? It's emanation. Speaker 0: In my mind, it was Democrats, of course. Because the blue is the Democrat party. Yes. It's blue is that? Pertained to Democratic Party. Yeah. That's what Speaker 1: I thought you meant. I just wanted to make sure. Okay. Gotcha. Speaker 0: Yes. So right away, that was very intimidating because I went with 4 or I'm sorry, 5 Caucasian women, And I was the only African American woman with my crew. And I feel very bad for them and disturbed for them because they were frightened. They were older women than me, us? And they were frightened from the Black Lives Matter man. They were dogged out right in front of me. Dogged out? Dogged out, us? When the poll workers would talk to us and say, oh, you look nice, but I was sure they would flirt with me big time, stayed sealed because they already gave us instructions. We're not allowed to talk to coworkers at all because they can kick you out. You're not allowed to talk to them. You can't talk to the poll workers talking to my lady, Frank. And me. She's talking to us as a group. Us? And I told the ladies. I said, look. Y'all have to be quiet, Will. They talked to me first. I said, I don't care. I don't care if they say you're pretty. Your dog has nice fur. You you drive a beautiful car. Do not talk to them because they would throw us out, and that's your your excuse To try to throw you out. Speaker 1: So is that what you meant by they were getting dogged out? You said they were just trying to trick them into breaking the rules? Speaker 0: Yes. They did. They were breaking them. They were dawg them out and tell them we can't talk. And they made the 1st conversation. Gotcha. They were talking to us first. We would not talk to them. They would come and say things to us. People like, what party are you from? My mouth stays sealed. Some of the ladies are just friendly and they wanted to answer the questions, but I kept making them aware. When I talk to them, they are not the friends right now. They are doing their job. Speaker 1: So did you feel that the poll workers were colluding to get Republican poll watchers injected? They were definitely colluding to Speaker 0: get us injected. But For my group, I'm careful on them hard. Do not talk to them. Do not act antagonistic. No matter what they do, we are here for a job, and that is to challenge the polls. Speaker 1: K. But you personally witnessed them trying to trick republican poll watchers into breaking the rules. They tried Speaker 0: to trick me. They would hit on me and say, Where are you from? You look beautiful. Your hair is just so beautiful. They were doing all of this distracting us. While we were talking to us, You're taking letters out of envelopes. When I walked around the table around 12, After 12 midnight into November 4th, I observed one of the ladies Speaker 1: so this is Speaker 0: on the table. She said, up at the top at number 4, I observed her looking at the envelope, saw it was in ball straight ticket, red, republican straight ticket. She looked at it and she turned her nose and she tapped the lady that's next to her, which would be sitting right here. And they both looked at it and rolled their eyes and they folded it back up and they shoved it back in the envelope. Well, that's not the process. The process is once you take that out of the envelope, You pass it around to this person, and it goes back around over I'm sorry. This person, and it goes down here. Well, they were doing that. Every time I observed a straight ticket or I saw Donald Trump's name circled in, us? They would shove it back in the envelope, and they would put it back in the pile. Every time? Every time they saw it, they would shove. It was so many boats. They even had USPS boxes stacked up by the police under each person. And on the top of those palettes Was either registering ticket or you can see Donald Trump's name shaded in, and they were all on the floor. All tables had these boxes. When I went around monitoring, they were all on the floor. They were either straight tickets or somebody shaded his name in and just went across the valley with different on? In other areas. And they were sitting on the floor. And so I asked the man that was sitting right here, why are these still sitting on the floor? He said, oh, they were already counting. But remember, we just started the counting a little bit past 11:30 us? PM on November 3rd. So how can all those be counted that quick? It was that? Pappano with capital I. So how many of these straight Speaker 1: red ticket or votes for president Trump did you witness at approximately? Go back into into the envelope rollover after they were taken out. Speaker 0: So they came in a pack of 50. Out of the 50, it would be made just 2 that they were happy about. So I didn't get and just like 2 ballots that will come out. It was a rest on back in the envelope because they count 50 at a time. Up? 2 or 3 will be happy at each pile. We'll never be more than 5 ballots that they were happy about that. They actually passed around. It rolled out. 1 girl would roll them up, and then she would roll them out with her hand and to straighten them to make sure, I guess, they're gonna get fed in a tabulator or so. So how many groups of 50 did you witness this happen with? Oh my god. More than 50. More than a100. Speaker 1: Which table was this? Was it both tables? Speaker 0: So there are 2 tables together, 123 right here and 120 right here. Both the same. I went and looked under their table. It was all either straight red tickets or Donald Trump tickets right there. When I went up to the close, They saw me looking, and they will cover the the top down and so they cover them up. I also observed I'm gonna get these types, straightened out because I wrote my nose was all over there. So I guess I told you that I saw tons of votes for Trump. We're put to the side and said that they already counted them already. Us? Around 5 I'm sorry, legal experts. Oh, so Tons of Trump boat ballots were being removed from envelopes and ladies rolled their eyes and put back in envelopes. That was my notes. Do you Speaker 1: know what happened to them after they got put in the boxes? Speaker 0: They took, they took the one that was in Outlook and put them back in a black thing on their desk. So they so And on the computer screen, they had a a name of a church. I was trying to write it down. It was, like, Something Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church. Something like that to where these computers were I don't know if they were donated or what, but they had a church label on them. It was church labels on the on the computer. They would override so many ballots that I saw They would they would put it in the scanner, and then on there, it would say, are you sure you want to override to them, like, something in other words, It's a Republican ballot, but they went in and over read the system, and they they would put they would take their mouse and click yes, and a green check mark will come in have, processed or some or some. But this was after they kept overriding each and every last up? Valley. That they put into their scanner that was on their table, they would override them. Now one time did I see one go through and it was just went through. That? They were overriding ballots. Speaker 1: What do you mean by overriding? Speaker 0: They would click in the system. So if Balmo is for a Democrat, You can override it to a Republican. If it's a Republican, you can override it to Democrats. It it specifically says, do you wanna override it? And they were overriding them. Us? They had I couldn't believe that the access that they was allowed to do in such a national election is shocking. Speaker 1: So did you, did you try to challenge any of these these poll workers or or challenge this process in any way? Kind of a tricky situation because it sounds like what you're telling me is that there were a lot of Republican votes or or Trump votes that were not even being that Potentially, we're not being counted at all. That seemed to be what you're implying by saying the process is not being followed. Am I correct? Yes. So there's nothing there's not a vote to challenge How do you challenge the lack of a Speaker 0: vote is my question? So I would because we couldn't talk to them, when I saw it happening, I would go, mm-mm. Mm-mm. Because as soon as I would say something, I can get thrown out. I did not wanna get thrown out. This was a serious case, a serious matter. I could have been at home or at a victory party celebrating. I was on the ballot. I could have been at home celebrating. I wasn't looking for my name in the pile. I was looking on the Midland Justice that they were doing to see if these are red tickets or blue tickets. Speaker 1: Did you raise the issue with any of the supervisors or team leads? Speaker 0: Yes. We did. We've raised him with attorneys that were on the floor. There were attorneys on the floor for, the Republic challengers. You know which attorney? It was a white man. He had gray hair. No. Sorry. He was a white man. He he was, skinny. He had a big blue jacket on. He was very thorough. He had a whole, a book clipboard taking our taking notes, telling us that they're he's taking it down for us and everything. We even had a poll watch a poll a valley counter a? It, person impersonating a whole challenger. She came up to me after she saw me following a man. So one of the ballets I saw, a few of them, But this particular ballot had cursive written on the ballot. Right up under the the the script that you see here, the bar code, They had cursive handwriting written on the valley in 3 sentences in 3 3, sentences. He was reading it and reading it, And he and it didn't even have a number on the barcode, so let me tell you that too. A lot of the ballots that they were putting through, And it didn't it didn't even have digits at the top. No digits at all. So I brought this I followed this man with the one with the cursive writing. He walked to the table here. He walked to the right side over to another person's table, to a lady, a black lady, And she was looking at it and reading it. She was looking above and she was looking back. Oh, you're too close. She was telling me I'm too close, and I know I was 60 or more back. Us? That was why it was so hard to read because you can't read this from over there, and that's how far it was standing away. But I saw her take it out and fold it. It? It was Balmer's attempt to put it down. I said, uh-uh. Uh-uh. That's all I could say because I couldn't talk to them. I was like, um-mm. Mm-mm. And I had my mask on too. And she would look back and roll her eyes at me, and she would give it back to him. Well, while she was going that way, I was following him, But I noticed, like, a tall white man was at the tabulators. The actual tabulators were sitting in the middle aisle. He was at the tabulators, and this caught my eye. Follow the man, which I did follow him for some time, and I told one of my lady friends to go follow him. So that would be Linda Sawyers. He followed him. When I saw the tabulator, a man was spraying this chemical all up in here just spraying, spraying, spraying. We don't know what it was. It had a long a straw on it like w d 40 stuff you would spray that puts the c m on it? He was just spraying all inside the lab. He was spraying screen? Right inside of it. He lift the roller up where he put the feed the ballast through. It was open, and he was freeing stuff all up in here. You put it in like this. Well, in that part of the machine, he went in there, and I saw him digging out and pull off white. It looks like correction tape. Well, it was the correction tape because not only I witnessed him walking around with the correction tape, but a lot of other people did as well, and he took notes. Speaker 1: So can you explain the significance of that? What happens if somebody has correction tape on a ballot and it goes for a moose? What do you think is Speaker 0: going on there? Well, actually, it wasn't on the ballot. It was inside the tabulator. So that means if you put the ballot through, it won't read anything, and you can override and push yes. I'm overriding. So this is just like a strip of paper Speaker 1: you can use to mess with the machine? Speaker 0: It was a whole strip of white correction tape that I saw him place back in same area after he peeled it out because the the the ballots were getting jammed. The ballots that he had in his hand that? Had 50 stack of them and they had no numbers at the top. So how Speaker 1: would it I'm curious about how a tabulating machine would even read that ballot if there's no numbers on it? Well, I would assume that Speaker 0: it doesn't read it and that you can go on the system and, like I said, Put them in, and I will count them as they go in 2 2. So I count 1, 2. I would be like this 3. 4, 5. I will keep counting. It will be 27 that we'll go through, and the rest will get stuck. Us? Guess what he would do? Continue to put those same 27 in instead of putting those 27s to the side that was red already And put the remaining ones in that were equal up to 50. He did not do that. Instead, he put that same amount in over 10 times. He put Speaker 1: the Same balance in 10 times. Over 10 times. And so the machine doesn't have a way to know whether the same ballot or barcode or number or whatever that? Speaker 0: Already been put in. How? You covered the sensor. You covered the reader. The reader was covered for a fact. You didn't even peel it off Because that was so long. Speaker 1: I see. Okay. So the correction tape you're talking about is over a scanner. Like, not like when you go to the store or something and you scan your groceries in Speaker 0: the market. That? He was covering that. Yes. He was also peeled the whitening off because after so many ballots go through, it's gonna get crumbled up. It's it's only just just stickiest a tape? Okay. The correction tape. So he would peel that off, like, stretch it on off and peel it. It'll be wrinkled up, and he would do like up? And then he would take another piece of the white tape, look around, and slide it on in there, write under that reader, that? And put the same debt balance in again. Speaker 1: You saw him do this? Speaker 0: I saw him do this. Speaker 1: Do you know do you know his name? Speaker 0: I do not know the man's name. They was not showing identification. They were had their badges turn to the other side, which is the opposite way where they're supposed to shock. Speaker 1: That? So correction tape, man. Can you describe him to us? Speaker 0: He was tall, white, and his hair looked a little bit like yours. A little gray, a little dark. And he was the he was, like, he was the maintenance of the calculators. Speaker 1: And and how tall do you think he was? Speaker 0: So that? I am. I'm 8 and a half. He looked like he was a baby about a little bit just a little bit taller than me. He was a slow guy. How old are you? That? I'm five seven. He's taller than now. Okay. Speaker 1: I'll tell you. Speaker 0: He's a little bit taller than now. Okay. Maybe we're You're a a little bit shorter than you might come up to your maybe at the bottom of your eyes. That's our street. Okay. And you explained? Speaker 1: H. So Is age approximately? Speaker 0: Us? I'm 48. I look young. So I could tell you. He could've been, I'll say, between forties and fifties or maybe fifties just looks a whatever. But He's a pretty skinny. Yo. He was slim. He wasn't skinny, but he was slim. He wasn't mean. He wasn't, you know, he was slim. Speaker 1: What what was he, Aaron? Speaker 0: He had a, a jacket on? And if I'm not mistaken, he might have even had a cap on. But he was the one over there spraying it down. I'm talking about spraying all up in there. Us? And I saw a stack of well, not a stack of, but the front page of it said us? Republican Party, and they did not put those through. They left those to the side. Speaker 1: Did he have the correction tape with him the whole time? Speaker 0: He walked around. Other witnesses observed him walking around with correction tape. And it makes sense now because I actually saw him putting it in there. Speaker 1: And you said your friend Linda Sawyer saw him. Linda Sawyer, Speaker 0: Cheryl, Constantina. You're gonna get some witnesses that we have not even talked to each other yet. Yeah. We have we we they can't believe, like, every all these people have the same allegations. All of us cannot be not telling the truth. Asleep? You said Cheryl Constantina? Cheryl Constantina, Linda Sawyer. 2 3 other ladies was with us. I don't know their names, but I had just met them that night. Sure. But I was trained by Cheryl Constantino. She's the chairperson over the Michigan GOP and GrowthPoint. Speaker 1: How many tabulated machines were there? Speaker 0: So I only witnessed 1 tabulated machine there because that was my focus once I saw him working on it. Speaker 1: Sure. Okay. But you saw him roaming. You told the other ones as well. Speaker 0: I saw him at this particular one. It's kept on doing stuff to that one. And he was on that one for, like, a good, In front of me, a good 30 to 40 minutes. Speaker 1: Was there anybody else who you saw with correction teeth other than him? Speaker 0: We just saw just 1 person walking around with correction tape all night. Speaker 1: No. This guy. Speaker 0: That was him. Speaker 1: But were you mainly in one area, or were you kinda rolling around the whole I Speaker 0: was mainly in the one area watching 123 or 120, And we had another lady named Linda who was going around. She saw things. She put it in. She actually was able to put challenges in. I I got the training to do that, but I had to stay focused and make my notes. Speaker 1: Do you think there's any other possible reason you would put correction tape the tabulated machine. Speaker 0: The only reason for putting the correction tape is to either override the system or to not let The numbers that Donald Trump had coming in show. I mean, he it was tons of them. Every table had either a real straight ticket circle in it of Donald J. Trump's name circled in it. Speaker 1: For the tabulated machine that you observed, did you us? Did he have correction tape the entire night? Speaker 0: Well, I can't tell you what was in there for the entire night. Speaker 1: Well, the time that you you Yeah. Speaker 0: When I was there, in the in the machine? Speaker 1: Before when you described it, you said he looked around? Speaker 0: Yes. He looked and looked around. And then he When Speaker 1: did you interpret that look around Speaker 0: should find out and see if anybody's watching him. And when he turned around and looked around, I was playing off and looked at, you know, looked around myself. News cameras were there. It was bright light. One particular news camera looked very angry at me that I was doing my job. He had the light shining bright on me, and I tried to turn it this way. And me with the light. He would follow the side of my peripheral vision. So he was following me. He was looking very evil in the face that need. I didn't I can't assume anything, but in my opinion, he was mad and he was part of the process of the fraud. And he was mad that I was taking concern in the actions of the fraud. So Speaker 1: do you know what channel he was with? Speaker 0: Us? I don't. Okay. But I can tell you that I know the channels were there. I've seen WVET Band there. On news radio, I've seen, WVIP. I saw Fox 2 news. I saw WXYZ and a host of other, news radio channels, trucks outside. And there was a lot of, like, police officers surrounding the building, and they were padlocked. All the doors except a one main door. Speaker 1: So for correction tape, guys, to come back to that Speaker 0: Yes. Speaker 1: Did anybody call him over, or did he go by himself? Speaker 0: Well, I didn't know that because he was already at the machine while I was observing the guy that was valid in here. So he ain't writing on it. So for about there? Ten piles. It would be 51 ballots in there, and then and then it would be a ballot with cursive handwriting on each one. So out of £10.50, there was cursor right in the corner that these ballots were already pre there, and and and this is part of the fraud. And even the my assumption. Speaker 1: You could read the cursive, but was the did it could you tell from 6 feet away whether it was the same handwriting? Same handwriting. Looking at it. Speaker 0: All across the board, they were the same. It was in the same spot, and it was 3 lines worth of cursive. Speaker 1: Was it in pencil or pencil? It was Speaker 0: in it looks like it was in either pencil or Life's Black Ink Pinings. Okay. Speaker 1: Great. Great. And then the balance on the floor that the the the people at the table did not count, you didn't see what ended up with Those ballots. Speaker 0: They told me that those ballots are already counted, but they were sitting there when we arrived in there to do the whole challenge before they even made an announcement to start. Us? And every time like, these people were super excited to poll. People were super excited, and every time he would make a How we doing out there? It was like, whoo. And who would do that if you got thousands of Trump votes? So they were like, whoo. We're doing a great job at fraud. Speaker 1: So did you perceive that the people who were cheering were favoring the Democrats? Speaker 0: Favoring the Democrats. Absolutely. Even the Black Lives Matter mask, people were, whoo. The The people that wore the Gretchen Whitmer mask. Woo. They were super excited. And we wonder how somebody's super excited. Oh, we're still getting nothing. They got super excited about it. And these Speaker 1: are the people who are counting the books. Speaker 0: These are the people that sat at the tables. Paid election workers. That? Pay election workers at 600 a pop and more. Yeah. And guess what? You would think they're tired. Oh, no. They made an announcement before they asked us to watch the ballot. You can take out your cell phones and you can use them. Just don't do any recording or take pictures. Everybody was clapping, whoo. And that is totally against the rules. You are not supposed to have your cell phone out. Speaker 1: What do you think they have the new option to do that for? Probably to there? Just make them feel happy that they're still there and maybe they can play a Speaker 0: game while they sit there because some of them were getting bored, some of them were getting tired. You can see their face. But every time they would say, how we doing out there? They was like, woah. Like, we we doing a crowd. We got these. We got this. And I'm telling you, it was the no other feeling in me, but that feeling. Speaker 1: K. Speaker 0: And also, us? Speaker 1: One of the guys there, because Speaker 0: I wanted to make sure I read these notes. So around, like I said, 403, they made the announcement. 50 boxes just came in. Who wants to count 50 more boxes? With with that? Who who who's happy about that? When is it? 403 AM. Speaker 1: What time Speaker 0: is it we said We're around 4:0:3 AM Speaker 1: in the morning. This was the day after going This is November 4th. Going into the November 4th. Late Tuesday night, early Wednesday morning. Speaker 0: Early, we didn't intend 50 boxes. They said, ladies and gentlemen, we would like to announce that 50 boxes just Came in. Speaker 1: Why would did they typically announce the new boxes have come in? Speaker 0: No. And they also made an announcement before that. Somebody left their boxes up here and we need to get people to come back up here. Y'all love boxes up here. We still have too many a box that's left up here. We need y'all at table leaves to send somebody up to come get them. Speaker 1: What was in the boxes? Speaker 0: We don't know. Us? I don't know. Speaker 1: We saw them open. Were they ballot boxes? Speaker 0: They were ballot boxes. There were tons of big black ballot boxes sitting in the middle of the floor We never saw open. They never opened these boxes in front of us. Speaker 1: So were those the were those the blank ballots perhaps that they use for duplication when there is a a defective ballot? Speaker 0: No. These are supposed to be valid that were signed or checked off or whatever they're going for. Completed ballots. Speaker 1: Did you see who put those ballots those boxes there? No. Speaker 0: Those boxes were sitting in there when we arrived. Us? A whole slew of them in a row, $7 wide. Speaker 1: So you left before that? Left before who? Yeah. So they were there at 403. Speaker 0: They were there at 11:30 on on on November 3rd on election night. All of them sat in Speaker 1: the middle of the day. The 50 boxes? Speaker 0: No. Not the 50 boxes that came in at 4 of the these were boxes already in the aisle way. Speaker 1: Right. So the 50 boxes from 403 403 you didn't see who We never even saw them. That? Who would have seen them? Speaker 0: We don't know because we never saw them. And then at 5 around 5:15 AM, they announced, Well, thank you, everybody. All the boxes have been counted. Speaker 1: What, where were the 50 boxes? Speaker 0: Say it again? Speaker 1: We're in the the we're at TCF. Did you see the 50 boxes? Speaker 0: We did not see the 50 boxes at all. Speaker 1: Oh, okay. Speaker 0: I did not see them. That? I'm sorry to say we. Me personally did not see any 50 boxes at all. Speaker 1: They just announced it. Speaker 0: They just announced it. And within a next within a hour, they said, Well, thank you, you guys. You you've checked you've you've checked all of the boxes and they're all checked and you can start cleaning up your tables and whoo. They were so happy. Speaker 1: Us? Sorry. I'm sorry. What time did they say that again? That all they've all Speaker 0: been counting? About around 5 between 5 and 5:15 AM. Speaker 1: Okay. Do you think you could count that many boxes in that market? Speaker 0: Cannot count even 1 box that that that that fast because it's a process. You would have to give them the balance. You would have to give them 50 a piece. You would have to have them come up and get them. Then they would have to go down. Would have to use this system at their table first before it even goes to the middle where the tabulator is Speaker 1: us? Could you see the whole room at this point? Speaker 0: You can just see the whole room like this. You can't see the tables. You can't see it. But I did walk around when I told you When I saw the boxes, the UPS boxes stacked up in like threes and fours with Republican parties on them around the table, around the tables until they saw us aware of them because we won't have to be that close. There is no way we would have seen them from you over there in there on the floor? Well, we will walk up and go up in and then look. So the guy was flirting with me. I kept walking around his area. Since he likes flirting, I might as well at? Look at his area first because he's starting to distract me. Hey. You're flirting, so I'm gonna look at the box while you're doing so. Speaker 1: So the 50 boxes at 4 AM, did you see what part of the room they may have gone to? Speaker 0: No. There is no way they came it was only the door open right here, the front door. They we did not see 50 boxes had big luggages, big suitcases, big coolers, have? And they did do great there. You didn't even have to bring food. They had plenty of food. It was like a buffet of food. We had drinks, coffee, in the room two sixty where the pole challenges work. And as well, they have a huge cafeteria for the pole workers. They can eat and drink anything they want, Speaker 1: You know something. So wait. Did you Speaker 0: have access to go eat and Speaker 1: drink whatever you wanted in this room as well, or what was that? Speaker 0: No. We could not go in that room. They separated us. They had to always continue to go back to room two sixty. Speaker 1: Okay. You were the Republicans were at room two sixty. And who was in this other room with all the food and beverage and everything? Democrats. Okay. Got And there are boxes in there instead. Speaker 0: They had them under their tables already. People had their own big huge boxes and big coolers. Have? And we was like, wow. This no checking for security. I coulda had 10 guns in my backpack. They didn't check for nothing. They just let you in. Speaker 1: So what do you think was doing those coolers and stuff? Speaker 0: I don't know. It could've been a fool. It could've been malice. It could've been all type of things. We weren't able to know. Gotcha. Anything else you wanna tell us? Yes. So I thought it was, very The 1 poll challenged me. 1 poll worker that is impersonated as a poll challenger. I asked Arcelor, are you a poll challenger? He just slipped her the idea Because I was on on a row following the 1 guy, and she told me, oh, he's okay. He's straight. Pull your back up. She started talking to real me, and I was pulling up some pull up some more that? Some more. And opposed challenges are not gonna do that to us. They're not. All opposed challenges, one thing about it, we didn't know any any each other at all? But we all were respectful when we knew who each other was because we was there for 1 job and 1 job only, and that's to challenge the polls and secure the votes And make sure justice is being done with this election. Speaker 1: The announcement at 403 at? We that time. Yeah. Roughly around that time. Was there if anybody was there, could they have missed that announcement? Speaker 0: There's no such thing. They had the microphone. They had mounted over the microphone. Speaker 1: So everybody heard that? Speaker 0: Everybody can hear it. Even if you were upstairs, you can hear it now. Speaker 1: Who is speaking on the microphone? Speaker 0: The moderator, which was a black man. He was the only one the whole time Keith making announcements over the the speaker. Speaker 1: Is he the same one we talked about in the beginning? Speaker 0: Yes. The same black man. Yes. Speaker 1: And so he's the same one who said that they had gotten 50 boxes of 403 and the same one who said, you know, an hour, hour and a half later that they counted all the balance. Speaker 0: Yes. And prior to when he said the boss has came in, he asked for another meeting. He had, like, 3 to 4 meetings with these leads. Why? Like, you there's no such thing as you're supposed to walk away from the table. We we didn't have a meeting. We didn't say all CoachAccounts, let's go upstairs and don't have a meeting. He kept calling them for meetings, And I assume that it's because they kept getting so many complaints. So many people were challenging, And they just have these meetings, and they will come back after the meeting and go, whoo. Like, I had never seen anybody so super excited in my life and don't know the results. That? No. Speaker 1: Anything else that jumps out at you, Speaker 0: Wiggles? Let me see. Speaker 1: We've got another lady who's gonna be here in 5 minutes. We have an appointment at 10, so Speaker 0: I'm gonna be sure to take it. Speaker 1: Okay. This is a fantastic interview, by the way. I hate to have to rush you at the end. Speaker 0: No problem. I think my job is done here. Okay. Speaker 1: One more question for you. Did anybody offer you any payment or compensation to come talk to us today? Speaker 0: None. This is volunteer. This is for justice. And this is for us to go to court all the way to the Supreme Court if we have to because I saw what I saw. I made notes. Injustice needs to be served. This election was cheated, and it needs to be redone. Thank you very much. You're welcome. There's no Speaker 1: One last question. Yes, sir. Do you do you have confidence in the results? Speaker 0: I have confidence that Trump will, be redeemed and he will be aware. Speaker 1: But in the Wayne County election results, do you have any confidence the result Speaker 0: I don't have any confidence in any of the election process now after this fraud had been right in before my eyes. I was traumatized by it. Someone put me in a hotel for the weekend so I can have rest so I could be rested because I'm traumatized by this. It hurts my heart, I have never personally met Donald Trump in my life. My fear is torn and everything. It took my whole faith out of the justice system. And I hope that, With this ampoule, it can help Justice move forward.

Maricopa County's attempt to mislead the court and the public has been exposed. They admitted to conducting no Logic & Accuracy (L&A) testing on election day equipment as required by law. The only L&A testing they did was on October 11th, which was not lawful. This lack of proper testing likely influenced the election outcome. Maricopa's actions are a cover-up of their unlawful behavior. They tried to confuse the court with their misleading arguments and failed to adhere to the requirements of the law. The court should sanction them for their attempts to deceive. We need justice to prevail in this situation.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

The fact this didn’t get as much attention as the Maricopa response that they did no L&A tells me people may not have read it or perhaps don’t realize what Lake’s team is asking. Or perhaps we did such a good job pointing out how Maricopa tried to mislead the court by ignoring & obfuscation that people are “well, duh” 🤣

But I want to point out pieces of this response for posterity purposes. Maricopa can not wiggle their way out of the debacle they have created by lying & misleading the public and misleading the court. Maricopa admitted they conducted NO L&A on all the election day equipment as required by law & EPM They try to ignore the law that REQUIRES the county conduct an L&A

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Maricopa admits the only tabulators L&A tested with the “final election program” according to law (48 hour notice, attended by bipartisan parties, the press & public) was on the 11th. The 446 “tested” without notice, without anyone from the public, and not all ballots types & ballot measures, done on the 14, 17 & 18 - was NOT a lawful L&A.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Maricopa tries to brush under the rug that their lack of lawful testing had a significant impact on the outcome of the election, I’d say, that’s because it was the outcome they tested for (rejections at high rates). And Not counting drawer 3 ballots prior to shipment insured their farce on Az voters.

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

This speaks for itself. Maricopa committed a crime & they are trying to cover it up. #ScapegoatScott should come forward as a whistleblower before it’s too late. They will throw him & Hobbs under the bus. Maricopa says Hobbs tested the ballots on the 14th, 17th & 18th. #ScapegoatScott should know the law & requirements. But was he “doing it the way they’ve always done it”? My guess, they have always tested all the machines outside public view. Why? 🤔 The parties, public & press should be there for every day they are running ballots through & testing. They should be watching ballots, error messages & watch for an error free test. In addition making note of seals being put in the machines. Frankly, I’m surprised nobody had posed the question why they only watch the SOS L&A. 🤔

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Maricopa tried to trick the court into thinking only SOS L&A is required by law. Nope. The EPM, that holds the force of law, requires the county to do their own L&A on ALL equipment. And EACH test must be conducted for all candidates & all measured…aka all ballot types, announced & attended

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

The ding-a-lings trip over themselves so much to hide their unlawful behavior that they “unwittingly admit” they screwed up. 🤣 https://t.co/MpT0JotB8R

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

Again, Maricopa tries to confuse the court on the two different tests & what they tested when. Maybe the lawyers are honestly t confused themselves as the try to relay the county’s bs story. 😁 https://t.co/GAdxpgiwvR

@AzPinkLady - AzPinkLady #SaveArizona #SaveAmerica

And lastly…the attorneys figure they’ll just bs the court some more on what an expert is. If I remember right, Bettencourt had no experience (certainly not as qualified as @ParikhClay) but also that he was refuting investigations & evidence that he didn’t have the data for. 🤣 We already know the courts do not adhere to blind judtice & administer it equally. I don’t expect the court will sanction these blatant attempts to confuse & “lie” to the court. But in s just system, they will be. In addition #ScapegoatScott would get fined for perjury. Keep praying Justice prevails. We only need 1 honest judge.

Here’s how the Sinaloa Cartel’s Secretary of State Katie Hobbs adjudicated another election, Dominion voting machines with 100 to 235% times the federal standard of failure rate. “We had a 50% ballot read failure rate in 2022.” Video #1 TL #2 TR #3 BL https://t.co/NCKzfUo2H3

Video Transcript AI Summary
During the 2022 midterms, a significant issue arose with the tabulators used for counting ballots. None of the tabulators met the federally regulated EAC standard, and there was no clear pattern in their selection or zeroing. A total of 464,926 ballots were fed into these tabulators, not necessarily from individual voters. Out of these feeds, 217,305 failed, resulting in an alarming 50% ballot read failure rate throughout the entire election day.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: So the final thing I want to point out above all is number 1, not one of the tabulators fell within the federally regulated EAC standard. And number 2, there seemed to be no rhyme or reason as to which tabulator they used and which tabulators they zeroed. There were a total overall feed of 464,926 ballots collectively into these tabulators. Now that is not individual voters. I want to be clear. Some voters attempted multiple times. So this is feeds we're talking about, not voters. But out of 464,926 feeds, 217,305 failed, which means we had nearly a 50% ballot read failure rate. On what segment of time? The entire day of election for the 2022 midterms.

The speaker believes that the rejected ballots were placed in a separate box to be later counted at the headquarters. The rejection happened at the voting center due to invalid ballots that wouldn't match any tabulator's program. The question arises if Maricopa County was contacted to clarify their processes. It is mentioned that the rejected ballots would be sent to central tabulation to be duplicated onto readable ballots and inserted into the system. However, there is no way for voters to confirm if this process was actually carried out, which raises concerns.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: I believe what occurred, and I'm not a Maricopa County resident, so I'm thankful I mean, I didn't experience this, but what I what I believe occurred is those ballots that were rejected by the tabulator then went into a separate box to be later tabulated at their headquarters. Right. So it's not this is this is an on-site failure, but not a a miss, you know, an ultimately rejected vote. Is is that correct? Speaker 1: Madam chair, senators and duration, it was a rejection at the of the tabulator at the voting center. However, it's an invalid ballot. It would also be rejected if it were put into a tabulator at central count because they have to have the same program. So this bottom ballot could not have been counted by any tabulator because the size doesn't match. Speaker 0: So how did so then what did occur? And and actually, this raises another question is have we a lot of serious allegations TINs being raised here. Have you all reached out to Maricopa County to ask what their processes Tazewar with all of these various actions? Ms. Busch, you can approach the mic and Answer if you feel more qualified. Speaker 2: Madam madam chair and senator, those ballots would then be sent to central tabulation where we would presume that they were duplicated onto a readable ballot and then inserted into the system. Speaker 0: Is there a way to know that did get done? Speaker 2: There would be no way for us as voters to confirm that that occurred. And when we're dealing with the magnitude we are, that is the level of concern. Speaker 1: Madam chair.
Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker highlights that the number of misfeeds in the voting system is much higher than the federal standard of one out of 500. They mention that the insertion errors were a significant issue throughout Election Day, contrary to reports claiming it was a minor problem. The system log files reveal that there were consistently over 7,000 ballot insertion failures every 30 minutes from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., with some intervals exceeding 8,000 errors. The problem persisted throughout the day despite technicians attempting to fix it.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: It's still far in excess of the federal standard that say there should be no more than one out of 500 misfeeds and we're seeing 1 out of 5 when it's 20%, so that's 100 times. And some of them or even worse than that. The other thing that I would mention is that the problems of the insertion errors were a large and continuous problem all during election day. So it has been reported that this was a small minor problem at just a few voting centers and it was quickly remedied by having the technicians adjust the printer settings. The system log files show a very different picture. What the system log files show when we added them up in 30 minute intervals. That in every 30 minutes across the county from 7 a. M. To 8 p. M. There were at least 7,000 ballot insertion errors. Sometimes it was over 8,000. And so if you're plotting it, it starts at 0 at 5 a. M, comes up to 7,000 at let's say let me see what page that graph is on so I don't have to wave my hands and draw it. This is on page 9. So, if you look at the graph on page page 9. What it shows that is across the county, there were over 7,000 ballot insertion failures in almost every single 30 minute period for the entirety of Election Day starting at 7 a. M. And continuing to 8 p. M. With a smaller number of failures prior to 7 a. M. And after 8 p. M. This was thus an enormous and continuous problem which did not get better overall during Election Day despite numerous technicians making adjustments throughout today.

On 12th, which is the day before we received the system, there were 330 log entries overwritten by that script. Now the challenge here is that I know that this occurred. I know which account did it. It was the EMS admin account. You would think that if you were doing an audit the next day, that you would want to have the full context of the election to be audited, but that clearly was not the case in this instance. Sorry. Speaker 1: Just to clarify, so this is a log file specifically from report report, tallying I'm sorry. Results tallying and reporting, which is the Dominion software. That entry says that someone went into the program and clicked on something that said, I want to purge all the results for this election. That goes through and that deletes all of the records within it. And if you actually take a look, you can see the success. It's like the second line up, you know, that it completed successfully. And it literally deletes all of the files on the NAS directory as well, which is where all the results from the election are contained, where all the images from the election are contained, and all those other details. So some individual went into an application and they chose specifically to to run something that would clear all records in the system that was used to generate the official results the day before an audit started.

The voting machines in Dallas County, Texas, have reportedly failed their required logic and accuracy test, as stated by County GOP Chair Allen West. This follows similar issues in Georgia and Tennessee. I'm left wondering what we've done over the past four years to prevent a repeat of 2020.

🚨BREAKING: The voting machines in Dallas County, Texas, reportedly FAILED to pass their legally REQUIRED logic and accuracy test, according to County GOP Chair Allen West. Georgia, Tennessee, and now Texas. The steal is on. What have we been doing the past 4 years to prevent 2020 from happening again?

I just saw footage of a Maricopa County election worker, Walter Ringfield, stealing a security access key. This forced a complete reprogramming of all voting machines. Despite his criminal history, he was hired. Arizona's election system feels deeply flawed, and I hope the new County Recorder can bring change.

@BehizyTweets - George

BREAKING: Footage just got released of a Maricopa County election worker stealing a security access key. All voting machines & equipment had to be reprogrammed because the stolen items gave access to everything. His name is Walter Ringfield, and he had a prior criminal history, but the crooks in charge of Maricopa County's elections hired him anyway. Arizona's is rotten in every single way. Hopefully, the new County Recorder and Board of Supervisors can finally end the election shenanigans.

On June 21st, county election officials tasked him with cleaning tabulation equipment where he was, as you see here, caught on camera, sealing those fobs. It's not clear what he planned to do with them.

In recent posts, I discussed the ongoing legal challenges surrounding the 2022 ballot affidavit envelopes in Arizona. Judge John Hannah denied Kari Lake's request to inspect these envelopes, raising concerns about potential evidence being hidden. Despite a second lawsuit filed, the case was delayed until June 2024. Additionally, a public records request revealed that the Maricopa County Treasury does not have the envelopes, suggesting possible malfeasance. I believe there should be public demand for transparency regarding these ballots and the integrity of the election process.

@AZDesert_Rose - AZ Election News

🚨AZ Election News: Superior Court Judge John Hannah refused to allow @karilake to inspect the 2022 ballot Affidavit Envelopes in Lake v Richer. Hiding evidence from the plaintiff prevented the fraud from being uncovered. The case should have been appealed but in Lake's defense she knew a 2nd similar lawsuit had been filed by WTP v @stephen_Richer. The same activist judge was somehow assigned by Judge Pam Gates (wife of BOS Bill Gates). As a result attorney Blehm asked that Judge Hannah be stricken from the case. A new judge was assigned however the case wasn't heard until June 12, 2024. 🚨The 2nd records request was denied once again and Lake's former attorney Bryan Blehm who represented WTP, was suspended on spurious grounds shortly thereafter. Important testimony concerning the deletion of AZ Senate Subpoenaed data from the 2020 election was given during that trial. 🚨I believe our president elect @realDonaldTrump's people will be investigating what exactly happened here during the Maricopa County 2020 election. @PamBondy 🚨Watch: @RepAndyBiggsAZ hearing on deleted election data. Maricopa County admits they DELETED and moved the election data to hide it from auditors AFTER they got a subpoena This is a total cover up, and they admit it!

Video Transcript AI Summary
Is it standard practice to delete files off a server after an election? I hope not. Mr. Gates, do you agree? It’s appropriate to maintain files, but we did delete archived files. So, Maricopa County deleted files after the election? Yes, but they were archived. The auditors didn’t initially have access to those archived files because they didn’t subpoena them. I find it laughable that a county could delete files in response to a subpoena while claiming they were archived. Can you confirm that purging the 2020 election database is standard practice? I can't confirm that today, but we need to make room for new election data. If that's standard, why was data from prior elections still present? I don’t have an answer now, but we will provide one. The recorder has committed to answering questions promptly. We took back election oversight to ensure balanced representation.

Speaker 0: I'll start with Mr. Bennett, and then we'll try to work on that so everybody can get there. Is it standard practice to delete files off Speaker 1: a server after an Speaker 0: election, Mr. Bennett? I hope not. So Mr. Gates, would you agree with that? Speaker 2: I would say that it is appropriate to maintain files. And that's exactly what we did. We deleted the deleted files that have been discussed, they were archived. Speaker 0: So you admit that you guys did delete, Maricopa County did delete files off the server after the election? Speaker 2: That were that are archived. Speaker 0: Yes. And so when you released these servers and this information to the auditors to begin with, they didn't have access to those archive files at first. Is that fair to say? Speaker 2: They did not subpoena those, that's correct. Speaker 0: Okay, so you didn't feel obligated to turn that over then to them? Speaker 2: We responded to the subpoena. Speaker 0: Okay. Mr. Bennett, your response to that? Speaker 1: I find it frankly laughable to suggest that a county, in response to a subpoena, could say we will delete files from the hard drives and materials that we give to the auditors because we have those files archived on data that we did not give to the auditors when the subpoena said turn over all the records related to the election. Speaker 0: Yes. See, that's the way I read the subpoena. It's read more broadly than the county read it, for sure. So your Twitter account mentions that the purging of the 2020 election database in the beginning of February is a standard practice. Can you please confirm for me that that's what you do for all elections, after all elections that you Speaker 2: do that? I cannot confirm that for you today, but we can certainly get you that answer, Congressman. Speaker 0: Thank you. Mr. Chairman, can you confirm that today or not? Speaker 3: I really can't confirm that either today. I just know that because there is limited space on these servers, when you have to run another election, then you have to make room for the additional election data. Speaker 0: So was there additional was there still let me just rephrase this. If that is the standard practice, which is kind of I don't think you guys are saying that you know for sure, but the chairman just intimated that that that's the case. Can you explain to me why data was still present for prior elections, on the databases in and of itself? Speaker 2: Yeah. Again, I I don't have an answer to that question, but we'll certainly get you an answer for it, Congressman. Speaker 0: Okay. All right. I appreciate if you would give me that information. Speaker 3: And I do think that it's important that our recorder has suggested that he will be answering every question in a timely fashion. Speaker 0: That's the same recorder that campaigned that Adrian Fontes was incompetent and called him a criminal, and he was the guy that was running the 2020 election, and you actually hired someone to oversee Mr. Fontes because you guys didn't trust Mr. Fontes as well. Is that the same guy is that same Steven Richard? Speaker 2: Yeah, I wouldn't put it that way exactly, but what we did was we did have statutory and board as you know, congressman boards of supervisors have responsibility for election day operations. And we took that back so that we would have, 4 Republicans and 2 Democrats overseeing the 2020 election. We thought

The Maricopa County treasury has indicated in two separate Public Records Requests that they do not have the ballot affidavit signature envelopes as Testified in court by Recorder Stephen Richer. Recently Court ordered ballots in GA from 2020 are also missing. It appears we are seeing a pattern of Malfeasance and cover up by deepstate & democrat operatives. I addressed Jerod's claims about my repeated bans on X, questioning the specifics behind them and denying any threats. I criticized his journalism, accusing him of protecting corrupt individuals and failing to refute my points. I also pointed out that my predictions about election integrity have proven accurate despite attempts to silence me. I warned him against continuing his attacks, suggesting he reconsider his approach. Lastly, I corrected a typo in my previous post.

@HolaBackupFiJC - HolaBackup

Hey, Jerod. 1. What is my banning multiple times by X saying, specifically? That Michal and Zachary, two Israeli military/intelligence assets who inconsistently enforce rules to protect Israel, don’t like my content? Or that Yoel Roth didn’t like it before them? 2. What threats have I made, Jewrod? Be exactly specific, with receipts. Thanks. 3. “…and regularly is rabidly antisemitic” Lol, who gives a shit? We don’t live in an “antisemitism = Jew criminal plot armor” America anymore. Meanwhile, your traitorous punk ass is on Soros’s payroll, you protect Jewish pedophiles and when presented with irrefutable evidence demonstrating Katie Hobbs’ and Patrick Goodman’s ties to foreign global Jewry interests, and egregious election fraud in AZ, you ran interference for them. Instead of, you know, giving a shit about being an actual fucking journalist. (Because you’re not a fucking journalist.) By ‘them’, I mean the Israeli intel Jews who helped steal the 2022 AZ elections in collusion with IQT/CIA and Chabad Lubavitch. That said, one thing you DIDN’T do, fa***t, is EVER successfully refute a single fucking thing I’ve ever posted on any account. Imagine that. I wonder why that is. PS: If you’re gonna talk shit, you could at least tag me instead of playing ‘crybully victim’ for Jewish pedos, election fraudsters and bioterrorists from the ethers. Hope this helps.🇺🇸🫡

Speaking of things ‘This account’ has been up to… that includes being exactly fucking right about you traitorous criminals from the jump. But alas, you did what you always do and now you’re gonna face the music. Cope well, fa***t.✌️🇺🇸🫡

Oh, look. It’s a call back to the first thread I ever wrote on election integrity and how they expected ~800,000 turnout on Election Day. (Only the 2nd thread I ever wrote overall.) November will mark three years since I wrote it. Lol, I love how Twitter Jews gave it a ‘misleading’ rating, which made it so it couldn’t be liked, shared or even replied to. But alas, your boy doesn’t fucking miss.🙏🏼🇺🇸🫡
