The next few pages are a fascinating tale of his life. Byrne is the poster-child for “you were born for such a time as this”. His unique life & life experiences put him in the position of a great education, mentors that people would pay big money to get lessons from & life experiences that gave him a unique set of skills. I encourage you to read up on his life going from a humble beginnings to a very rich man based solely on hard work & good business decisions. His journey to Overstock included going to China & Thailand to study. His family took a gamble with an unknown investor at that time, Warren Buffet, & it paid off big time. But if you have listened to enough of his interviews, as I have, you can tell he has remained humble & kind. I have to admit, I like his Irish temper when he gets fired up. An inspiring aspect of Byrne is his battle with his health. He has had over 100 surgeries. I believe this last one he just had this year was #114 or 115! It is unique in itself that he has battled cancer multiple times & won, but as you will soon see, he was fighting for our country through it all. I believe that higher purpose gave him the fight & God obviously blessed him to continue. And through his hospital years, he studied. Worked towards his degrees. He did not wallow away watching tv. We had everything under and law enforcement got involved, And it all ended up dumped out on the floor of a police station, and they have found £3,000 of Shredded ballots, but here's the great part. The machine, you do something like that and by the way, they're shredding. They didn't just do the strip shredding. They didn't do the confetti. They did the special military shredding, which creates little tiny spitballs. The theory of this case is It doesn't get into asking the courts to decide whether the election was of 2020 was defective or it points out that it was procedurally defective and how the electoral votes were counted in the following way. When those Challenges were made. There was a legal obligation created by the 18/71 Electoral Reform Act or 18/77 something rather. But there was a legal obligation to investigate for 10 days between it and something Ted Cruz did and what he had followed. And the objection, there was a legal obligation. By all these people in congress to investigate that we might be under foreign attack and blah, blah, blah. They failed to do so. Doing so was itself Whether or not the underlying case without even having to opine on that, the Supreme Court would not need to opine that that fundamental underlying case was correct to say you had an obligation and you failed in your constitutional duty to investigate which is the demand of the law. So on that basis, Well, different versions the brothers filed different versions of this in at least 2 different federal districts and that's not a tactic unknown to the America project. On Tuesday, you're gonna be hearing about the same kind of thing from us but maybe involving a different issue, but there's a they filed in different places and through some combination of well, they filed that argument and it's been in this circuit, the 10th circuit and I what was that? The 4th, I forget. But the thing is, Now, they've been public about this. I've heard this back channel. The supreme court reached out to them in the middle of October and said, how quickly can you get this filed out with us or how can you can you quickly get something done and filed with us? And they said, well, we're stuck in the 10th circuit. The Supreme Court said, well, under rule 11, you can skip and go right to the Supreme Court if it's a national emergency. Why don't you rewrite this as a national emergency? And the guys the Supreme Court clerk called down and told them that presumably someone who was whispering in his ear. So they re and the guy asked can I have weeks and they said, no? Get it done in a week. So they got it done in a week and filed it back in. The Supreme Court took it, like, October 20th, 23rd, 23rd. They asked for the government to respond. The government had until Wednesday, November 23rd, 25th. Just the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, just 5 days ago, 4 days ago. And 5 days ago. And the government, somewhere along the way, they had appointed and everyone named in the case of the 388 members of congress who voted to accept the electoral votes without investigating which was their constitutional duty. Notwithstanding any argument about what the underlying assertion was, the fact that there was objections and those objections were ignored is in fact, Per this argument, a violation of their constitutional oath. So it's against 388 members of Congress, as well as Biden and Harris. The The Supreme Court said calls up October 20th and says, get us that case and the people of their own pro se, but they've got some Usd usual people in the background helping them. They all write they they got it in a week later on this new ground. Oh, And then, understand it's a national security emergency. The 10th circuit found out what they were doing. The 10th circuit, which have been sitting on it for months found out when they were doing it, they quickly issued something, a decision against them. So which meant it just kinda changed what they, how they oh, just got a message about this. It just means they changed the NASA's. They didn't have to use that national security. They recast it without the national security, got it in and now it gets especially weird. The Government had appointed a US attorney to represent all 388 people. That person backed out or that person dropped it from the DOJ. That the DOJ dropped it. At which point the solicitor general stepped up and said, I will be defending this. And he did not object on Wednesday. When Wednesday came, they did not file for an extension. They did not file for this or for that. They just didn't file an answer, which means supreme court can now meet on this and anytime they want, they don't even have to have a public hearing. They don't even have to have a public hearing. They could because the other side is unopposed and on the facts and law, they can actually just look at everything and Now why is this so important? There is some scuttlebutt that the last desperate act of the coup is planned Has been planned right now, it's for this lame duck session of congress. All kinds of funny things happen during lame duck sessions of congress. For example, the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve, as my friend Juan Savin Points out was affected in the lame duck session of congress is when they passed it in 2013. If they did that in in an hour, the supreme court can pull the pull Pull the trigger and this and now what is the remedy sought? I'm living in the postal service, play these Mickey Mouse games. So we fought for 2 years. They finally finally had to turn the piece of paper over. And when they turned it over, which was October 2020, the payments they made, they had they left everything in for all of October except for the 2 or 3 days we cared about. Those dates, the information they wiped out, they whited out. Their own lawyer said you can't do this. Their own DOJ lawyer reprimanded them and sent a letter that got into our heads. Was like, you have to start following the law, telling his own client, the judge has said you got to turn it over, turn it over. They turned it over, it was whited out. We went back and they said that's right. They've answered now in writing. We are never going to tell you that information that was in those 3 lines we whited out. We're not gonna tell it. Even if we get an order from a federal judge, we are not closed out. So that's the government going rogue. That is the government going rogue. They are now giving a finger to a sitting federal judge. But guess what? The federal judge that was over this case and managing it correctly, albeit slowly in my view, but correctly, that judge got promoted, and a new judge got moved in to take the case, and that's a Obama appointee. So I guess they just think they can do this all over the country everywhere, this tap dancing until all of their totalitarian people have been moved into place and then everything becomes moot. But it doesn't work like that.

The detailed information she provides in the video is most critical an urgent matter when considering whether or not to continue the use of electronic machines for our elections. I have 1 question for you. What value do you put on your freedom? What value do you put on my freedom? The freedom of this country? There is more than enough evidence in that video given by Tory. And she has firsthand knowledge that the fact is the electronic machines have not been lawfully and legally accredited since 2017, they were unlawfully using those machines since then because Pro V and V had lost their accreditation, that was the federal regulation, testing. I get a little bit confused. Anyway, if I read it, it's better. The hardware of the machines has not been examined in Michigan, this is one case, since 2017 by Pro V and V according to the Michigan zone reporting. Pro V and V, whose EAC certification expired on February 24, 2017, was contractual with the state of Wisconsin. I also want to know how did they call the election on TV when only supposedly 33% were processed? It should have never been called on election night. The media is lying about the findings here. There's certainly more than enough to be certified and that's what needs to happen.

The results in the Arizona Senate race clearly show the the reported results are not credible in any fashion. At 8:02:50 PM local time, Maricopa County is recorded as having an update as follows: Gallego: 596,401 Lake: 489,800 Difference: 106,601 In the same update, the following totals are recorded in the Presidential race: Harris: 564,054 Trump: 539,004 Difference: 24,050 Gallego is reported as receiving over 30,000 votes more than Harris. You can forget the rest of the race, this single is what makes up the bulk of the election. Why is this important? As of this afternoon, the gap between Gallego and Lake was 60,398 votes. The difference between 24,050 and 106,601 is 82,551. Even is all 17,000 votes which went to the third party Senate candidate were added in, it doesn't bridge the gap between 24,050 and 106,601. Maricopa has some explaining to do. I don't know when they can count until, but I know they can cure ballots until Sunday, November 10. Kari Lake is neck and neck with Ruben Gallego. Full disclosure, I bet on, Kari Lake and against, Ruben Gallego because that's what I believe should happen. That's what I believe in a fair world would happen, and that's also what I want to happen because Kari Lake is awesome. Full stop. They are now neck and neck, and the more the votes come in, the closer that margin becomes. I think it's now 48% to 49%. And there's some serious chicanery and serious questions afoot because there were a tweet that I saw in the Twitterverse earlier today saying, how is it possible Ruben Gallego, the Democrat nominee in Arizona, got more votes than Kamala Harris? Because go look at the numbers, by the way. As of now, at 76% reporting, Ruben Gallego, the Democrat, candidate in Arizona for senate, has more votes than Kamala Harris. Try to make that make sense. It doesn't make sense. It can't make sense. And if that's the final tally, it won't make sense and it'll be suspicious and I dare say criminally suspicious. The only caveat, the only asterisk on that is that they're still tallying the votes. So it's possible Kamala Harris's number comes up so that Ruben Gallego and Kamala Harris are commensurate in that number. In terms of how many votes they got in Nevada, in Arizona. Sorry. But the margin between Trump and Kamala Harris is much bigger than the margin between Gallego and Kari Lake. Now that can be explained for a number of other reasons. It's local state politics and not national politics. And so in as much as Trump beat, Kamala Harris by 4% in Arizona, Gallego's up by 1% for now. But if Gallegos gets aggregate total more votes than Kamala Harris in Arizona, you know that there's chicanery afoot and you know that there was chicanery afoot in 2020. So to be following that, they have until Sunday, November 10th to cure ballots in Arizona. Kari Lake fighting the fight, and you now see how badly they wanna keep Kari Lake out of office. Because if Kari Lake rises to the reigns of power in Arizona, they're gonna be lifting the hood of that corrupt system out there, and they're gonna be revealing a lot of the skeletons in the under the hood skeletons. You know what I'm getting at? She will reveal the rampant corruption that has been benefiting the uni party there to some extent. This is not just straight up a big d, big r, difference.
