This is what he had to say. This court sees no rational basis were not allowing unvaccinated classroom teachers in amongst an admitted population of primarily unvaccinated students. As such the decision to summarily deny the classroom teachers amongst the panel petitioners based on an undue hardship without any further evidence of individualized analysis is arbitrary, capricious, and unreasonable. As such, each classroom teacher amongst the panel petitioners is entitled to a religious exemption from the vaccine mandate. As part of his ruling, the judge made made reference to mayor Eric Adams' lifting of a vaccine mandate for some private employees in 22, notably celebrities and athletes.
Months, he said the decision was evidence that the mandate for public workers was done on an arbitrary basis. MPs reports indicated that thousands of workers, teachers, and other staffers lost their jobs through not adhering to the banned it. So finally, justice is starting to be served. Because we know, forcing people to get an experimental drug is illegal. I'm gonna try and read this without any trigger words. We are writing to let you you know that there have been changes in Kaiser Permanente's KP workforce member policy that may impact you. As you may recall, the federal government and various state and local agencies required the jab for, among others, health care workers during the pandemic.
Consistent with the government mandated, laws and as part of the ongoing efforts to protect the health and safety of Kaiser Permanente members, patients, and employees, many of whom are high risk for c 19. In 2021, Kaiser Permanente implemented a policy, the v policy required as a condition of employment that employees must either submit proof that they were fully jabbed amongst, against c 19, including applicable boosters or receive an approved exemption by the specified timelines, which they rejected a bunch of exemptions. I know because I wrote many of them. Due to the changes in the federal state and local jab that, require requirements or recommendations among other reasons, the job policy has been revised effective February 1, 2024, specifically, against the c 19 is no longer required as a condition of employment. They forced everybody to get that to get their job, and now they're rescinding it after so many are injured.

Speaker 0: My name is Laura Logan and I'm a journalist. And I'm very grateful for all the doctors and the people behind me because they stood up when it cost the most. And I think that's something that we really cannot forget, that you have to do the right thing for the right reasons. But if you can do it in the right time, that's when you can change the world and change history. And I think I can safely speak on behalf of every person in The United States Of America and across the world when I say we want our doctors to practice medicine and not politics.
Come on. Yes. We want our journalists to report the truth and be journalists, not activists and the the conversation of division, all these things that divide us, they may be real, but they're nothing compared to what unites us. And so I am honestly, I'm very humbled to be here. My friend and my African sister, doctor Stella Emmanuel, very one of my favorite people in the whole world, probably the only person that could get me on the steps of the Supreme Court on a Sunday afternoon.
When I haven't seen my children, I just want to say to you, we, the people, we've had enough. We don't want your chemtrails. We don't want your chemicals. We don't want your cis circle vaccines. We don't need them.
I regret vaccinating my children. I regret it. If I was a parent today, I wouldn't do it. And I had a driver in town yesterday who said to me, she refused three times to vaccinate her children with the flu vaccine. But she saw Mongolia And she said, thank you to God that you brought you in my car today so that I will never poison my children again.
And that's the thing. We have to stand by and stand for each other because we haven't even touched pediatric pharmaceuticals and the amphetamines that they're feeding our children, which inhibit their appetite and affect their mental and wanna do it and get treated for what we need to be treated for, and we're done with being lied to. We're done with being manipulated. We're done with being deceived. So I I humbly call on every person out there to understand that we have a moment to take down this system, and it's bigger than all of us.
It's bigger than partisan politics. They want us to fight each other. It's not gonna work. It's that they have to put so much time and effort and money and resources into dividing us. That tells you that our natural state is to be united.
So don't forget to stand up when it counts. Don't live in fear because as long as we're living fear individually, we could be picked off one by one, but together, there's nothing they can do. Alright.
