Europe is facing a crisis of confidence in its electricity grid, leading to potential shortages. The grid's health is measured by its frequency, which must be kept stable. Short-term issues include Germany's nuclear shutdown, France's underperforming reactors, Norway's low water levels, and Ukraine's grid integration. The long-term problem is the difficulty of replacing aging nuclear plants and the challenges of relying on renewable energy without sufficient storage. Europe's climate targets may not be achievable. Technology and innovation are needed to address these complex issues.

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Let's talk electricity. Europe is in danger of rolling electricity shortages from what I call a crisis of confidence. I will explain why, back it with data & kindly ask YOU to share it as the fix lies in voting for balanced policies. We must adapt, urgently! 1/n #Electricity

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

For those of you short of time, attached a brief summary of the issue at hand. I was asked to compare the 1970ies energy crisis with today's for a Turkish newspaper. My answer below. For those of you with time, please read on. 2/n #Greenflation #Stagflation @WifeyAlpha

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

The European electricity grid is a modern miracle. It is the largest synchronous electrical grid (by connected power) in the world. It interconnects 520 million end-customers in 32 countries, including non-European Union members such as Morocco or Turkey. 3/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

In 2019, the total net electricity consumption (known as load) on the Continent was 2,635 terawatt-hours (TWh). Including all European countries - Great Britain, Ireland, the Nordics/Baltics, which are not synchronous but connected, it gets >3,300TWh. Big! 4/n Source: Entso-e

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Here is the thing. The grid builds on physics, not ideology. One such law says that the alternating current that flows through the grid needs to match generation with consumption โ€“ that is 525,960 minutes per year - because electricity cannot be stored in the grid. 5/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

If you skipped the above, go back to it now please. It was the most important tweet of the thread. It is all that matters. All the rest (you will soon understand) is NOISE, often most dangerous NOISE. Thank you for your trust. Now, please read on. 6/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

The grid's health condition, measured locally but of supra-regional significance, is the network FREQUENCY. It reflects the indispensable balance bw generation and consumption. It MUST be kept in a VERY tight corridor to avoid infrastructure damage or a shut-down. 7/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

In order to keep the frequency STABLE, at any given moment across Europe load & generation are forecast, by the quarter-hour, hour, day, etc) & auctioned off among thousand of participants. All of this is, may I say, is high tech (unlike e-retailing) - major league tech. 8/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Frequency deviations โ€“ incidents - happen for various reasons, require INSTANT addressing & increased with the share of wind & solar. Embrace renewables but know that they are NOT dispatchable (reliable) sources of energy from a grid perspective (think minute by minute). 9/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

In fact, frequency incidents measured in time have increased to over 52 hours in 2021 versus 33 hours in 2020. That is an increase of more than 50% in just one year. You see, by now nothing is "casual" anymore at grid level and I will explain why below. 10/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

So what? Well, in 2021 alone the European Grid had two major incidents, classified as โ€œScale 2โ€ incidents, for which final reports had to be prepared by an expert panel at Entso-e. That is a bit like @potus calling the Fed due to 9.1% CPI print. So what is going on? 11/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

The problem is that the Continental grid is increasingly incapable to match load with generation. The table below is the easiest way to illustrate it. It shows net exports & imports by countries over time (save the table; not easy to get the numbers). Red numbers: bad.! 12/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

So where did Europe get the remaining electricity it did not have this year to cover its load? Answer: from Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom. So what's the problem? 13/n @alexstubb

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Basically, there are 4 major short-term "issues" & one gigantic structural long-term "problem". Short-term: a) Germany's shut-in of 35TWh pa nuclear output; b) France & the UK's reactor outputs; c) Norway's water reservoir levels; d) Ukraine's grid integration. 14/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Now, before we go to each short-term issue, let us be very clear: none of the four would be issues if it wasn't for the failures of all net importers to get their own house in order. Please go back to tweet 12: Italy is worst with Austria & Hungary as close 2nd. 15/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

#Italy closed its nukes in 90ies; never replaced lost capacities; Grid... (a) does not have enough gen capacities for annual loads; (b) relies on natgas without secured access the needed molecules; (c) does not have 1 MW offshore wind; Mama Mia 16/n @AlessioUrban

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

#Austria has hydro but hydro does not like heat (as we just had) while its generation never matched loads - after all the Germans had it, right? Issue is, the Energiewende is in year 20 & Merkel abandoned nukes in 2010. The Austrian government was asleep at the wheel. 17/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Like #Austria, #Hungary built its grid on natgas, except that they do not have much themselves. So you buy it from Russia, right? Well, you know the rest. Hungary never seemed to have managed much at grid level. It needs much fixing. 18/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

My country, #Switzerland. Aren't we the champions of logistics & l-term planning? My a**. Guilty as charged: We didn't replace 2 aging reactors at Beznau which will cost us 6TWh (10%) of generation in next 5y. I will address it with my local MP - basta! 19/n @BobgonzaleBob

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

#Slovakia: it completed 2 new reactors after significant resistence from anti-nuclear lobbies (Enel lost bank financings). The 17 year saga completed reactor 3 (reactor 4: 95%). Yet, Mochovce 3 is still not connected to the grid. Message: Slovakia needs them now! 20/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Similar story in Finland, for different reasons. Poor project management out of the gate was predicted by a WNISR report back in 2006: "the project will lead to financial disaster." Olkiluoto 3 is finally completed, at the grid and tested. Let's go #Finland. 21/n @alexstubb

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

O3 can reduce the Finish deficit by half according to our calculation. With reservoir water levels rather lowish in Norway & the Sweds having their own little policy issues, I would love to see Finland narrowing the gap & for @MarinSanna to go celebrating it hard. My view 22/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Belgium expanded its renewable fleet nicely, esp offshore wind (which usually is 50% more productive than onshore) & solar. But like CH #Belgium has what we call an "age bomb" problem of its nuclear fleet that needs addressing (50% of generation). 23/n @FluxysGroup

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Now let us briefly touch the Dutch. They rely heavily on natgas to keep the lights on. Nothing wrong with that as the #Netherlands has access to LNG regas & offshore production. In fact, Groningen is a bit of a Ghawar for Europe. But you know the the rest, do you? 24/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

We now look at the 4 short term issues & at the long term structural problem. This is getting long. But I feel it is important to shed some light at this blackbox. I will continue this thread but have to send out the first 25 tweets herewith to keep adding. 25/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Short-term issue 1: Germany turns off 4 GW of nuclear. What does that mean? That effectively means it turns off 32 Terawatt-hours (TWh) of electricity production (4 GW x 24 x 365 days x 92% capacity factor = 32,237 GWh or 32TWh. 26/n https://www.nzz.ch/meinung/der-andere-blick/deutsche-atomkraftwerke-habecks-entscheid-duerfte-teuer-werden-ld.1701370?reduced=true

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

This move will most likely turn Germany into a net importer of electricity come 2023. By extension, it has to become a massive issue for the rest of Europe but certainly for Italy, Austria and Luxembourg. Please study the below table again... 27/n @VeroWendland

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Now, doesn't Germany activate its so called "grid reserves", those mainly being coal-fired power plants. Well, it does. But if you study my earlier thread on the European electricity crisis carefully, you will learn that this is not a god-given. 28/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Because switching from gas to coal on industrial scale cannot be easy. Some voices goes as far and say โ€œonly one of Germanyโ€™s 16 coal fired power plants will restart operations, and only this autumn.โ€ I'm less sure but here are some of the challenges... 19/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Fact is that 20 year of German Energiewende systematically reduced its dispatchable (frequency reliable) electricity output options to the point where natgas has to save the day - which we struggle to get. This is the definition of a perfect storm. 29/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

So when the Ministry for Economics & Environment @BMWK tweets "there is enough power", my advice to Mr Habeck is to send the tweeting junior to come visit Burggraben for - shall we say - a "crash course". 30/n

@BMWK - Bundesministerium fรผr Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz

@HoGo19685545 Es gibt genug Strom. Die Debatte dreht sich um die Wรคrmeerzeugung.

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Which brings us to (short-)term issue 2: France. France is the champion of nuclear power. It's fleet of 57 reactors should be capable to deliver 450TWh pa (62 GW installed). But it does not. Our forecast is for 59% utilisation or 315TWh based on EDF's guidance. 31/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

To deliver 315TWh, EDF needs to bring back significant capacity, i.e. solve some of its corrosion issues. Can it? We will see. EDF has a way to over-promise and under-deliver over the years. So this "major, not minor" - make no mistake. 32/n @kittysquiddy

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Fact of the matter is that France's nuclear output looks more like that of run of rivers hydro profile in Austria - with quite a summer heat wave attached - than that of a nuclear power plant fleet. See for yourself. 33/n Source: Bloomberg; in MW

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Hopefully many of you understand now why I wrote in the beginning that "politicans love to blame Putin but that is only half the truth (or even less)". Power prices in France for November express many issues, but not high gas prices - that is a certainty. 34/n โ‚ฌ/MWh

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Meanwhile, France - for the first time in decades - turned into a net importer of electricity year-to-date. You see, that makes the electricity market - shall we say - a little nervous. Rightly so. It certainly makes me nervous. 35/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

It does not stop there. EDF also operates reactors in England & Belgium. Those output patterns look similar to that of France (<60% utilisation for 2022). The UK fleet has the lowest output since 1982. EDF is in a crisis of confidence. @EmmanuelMacron has work ahead. 36/n MW

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Here is where it gets real frustrating. German reactors are widely considered as some of the safest, best globally. Their capacity factors? 92%. That was similar at 20GW, not just at 4GW today. That is what we turn off, after an average time on the grid of 22 years. 37/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

It gets worse. It also happens to be true that Germany is one of only a handful of countries that could become "nuclear independent" - i.e. having uranium access, being able to enrich and to build these reactors locally. Share it. These are the facts. 38/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

But you don't understand - we don't want nuclear. Why? Nuclear is the safest, cleanest, most reliable (for grid frequency) & most resource friendly electricity known that mankind. As they say, you are entitled of your own opinion, but not your own facts. 39/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Which brings us to short-term issue 3: Norway. Why is that even worth mentioning? Because the Continent turned into a net importer of power (without rationing electricity). The Nordics (known as Nordpool among traders) must bridge the power gap. Can they? 40/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

First, the Nordpool really means SWE & NOR (FIN is an importer). NOR has gigantic water reservoirs. Lately however, less than expected snow in spring kept certain water levels below average which made the Minister contemplate cutting e-exports. 41/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

4) Norway has been a large electricity exporter to the continent & the UK over past decade. Because of low water levels, it's energy minister considers to limit exports if levels drops to "very low" to avoid domestic shortages later in the year. Murphy's law? 5/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Are they? We can measure this below for Elspot 1 & 2 (about 21 GWh). They are indeed at the lowest in 25 years. However, 3, 4 & 5 are fine (40 GWh). Will they have to cut exports? IDK. If they do, the Continent will experience power shortages with 99% certainty. 42/n In GWh

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Which brings us to short-term issue 4: Ukraine. In March, ENTSO-E set up the synchronisation with the Ukrainian grid on an emergency basis to provide power support. While heroic, its SYNCHRONISATION adds substantial risk to grid (think frequency again). 43/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Let us now look at the long-term problem of this energy crisis which I like to call a crisis of confidence. In 1979, J Carter addressed the nation due to its energy crisis & rampant inflation with the same title. The issues sounds eerily similar. 44/n https://youtu.be/1IlRVy7oZ58

Video Not Available youtube.com

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

What is the issue? Well, a few committed themselves in the name of all of us to reduce carbon emissions. The Commission transformed such commitments into laws - "Fitfor55" laws - reference to reducing emissions by 55% til 2030. Does everybody understand what that means? 45/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Will such laws "save" the planet from reaching 3% higher temperatures? I have my doubts. Instead, emissions will be determined by Asian countries & by the forecast population growth of certain African nations (Nigeria: from 219m to 600m by 2050 etc.). Accept. 46/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Were Germany or all of Europe to de-industrialise overnight - I mean 100% de-industrialise -, it wouldn't make a dent in global CO2 emissions. Take China: it alone adds 33GW of new coal-fired plants to the grid by 2023 as it needs more electricity - now! 47/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Nor will the world have the metals & minerals to deliver European climate targets, let alone global climate ambitions of the entire world. 48/n Source: Prof Simon Michaux

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Meanwhile, Europe alone has what I like to call an "age bomb" problem around the corner. If it takes 15 years to replace one aging nuclear with a new one, we are simply late already. Not just Europe, the US or Japan have it too. 49/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Can we replace them with wind (much better than solar)? Nope! It would take 3,146 15MW turbines to replace 19GW of nuclear by 2030. NL installed one such turbine - that is it. 7 years left. To replace the energy DENSITY of #nuclear would take decades & trillions. 50/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Can Renewables Energy Sources (RES) not help? Of course they can. Offshore in the Nord Sea achieves capacity factors as high as 38%, almost as good as a hard coal plants. Solar in Germany? A waste of precious mineral resources. 51/n EU Capacity Factors bf utilisation

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

But that is besides the point. Frequency stability dictates that RES must be accompanied with, among others, storage to dispatch energy if & when operators need it to MATCH peak loads with generation MINUTE BY MINUTE to prevent shortages or, god forbit, a blackout..! 52/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Take Germany. It had excess electricity in 2022 YTD but required peak load assistance frequently. Its generation mix is already incapable to match its load requirements minute by minute! Instead, it relies on French nuclear imports (irony). It needed no help in 2015. 53/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Assume operators fix all short-term problems tomorrow, magically so. Are we safe? No, we are not. Again, for RES to work reliably it requires... (a) a doubling of the grid which takes decades as nobody wants a high-voltage transmission line near-by. 54/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

And (b) it requires grid-scale chemical storage to convert volatile generation into a dispatchable (nuclear- or fossil-power-like) form of electricity. Call RES "w-power" (w = weather) for the lack of a better name. Auf Deutsch: zickig! We need "s-power" (s = stable) 55/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

However, from a frequency stability perspective, non-dispatchable energy (wind, solar or run of rivers) has near-zero value without transmission lines & storage. This is called "secured capacity" (German: gesicherte Leistung). Don't you argue here! These are facts. 56/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Germany therefore relies on a steady flow of imports (even if it stays a net exporter for the year) to match load with generation minute by minute. Can it import such amounts? Will FRA, CH, AT, CZE, POL et al build capacities for GER? Answer: not much more and maybe. 57/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

How much storage does Germany need in order to convert its "w-power" into "s-power"? Answer: At least 15TWh of chemical storage will be needed. How much does it have? A few Megawatts. 58/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

The EU Commission assumes 550GW of chemical storage that must be installed by 2050 to decarbonise the grid when assuming rather generous capacity factors. These are big numbers and, frankly, a ridiculous timetable. 59/n Source: EU Commission Paper

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Of course, the list for such future technologies is long... 60/n Source: EU Commission Paper

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

...but the reality looks sobering. Of todayโ€™s installed capacities of 53GW in Europe, 95% comes from Pumped Storage (PS) in the Alps (days to dispatch like Hydrogen). PS is hard to expand (>10 years, few locations) while only chemical-storage can match frequency issues. 61/

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Having doubts? Well, go visit Nant de Drance (NdD) in Switzerland. This CHF2bn Pumped Storage assets was just completed. Here some numbers for perspective: we would need 1,200 NdD by 2050 (assuming it could meet frequency needs which it cannot). 62/

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Let us now look at installed chemical storage - globally! First, of the currently operational Lithium-Ion batteries for grid purposes of a total of 4,150 MW installed capacity globally. 63/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Can we roll out grid-scale batteries by 2030 and then some, only for Germany (to reduce complexity). Answer: No. Grid-scale batteries need years to reach the Technological Readiness Level (TRL) to be rolled out industrially and leaving aside mineral sourcing issues. 64/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Here is another perspective. The Tesla Gigafactory (once completed) would produce a quantity of batteries each year that could store 30GWh (a big number). But Europe consumes 3,300,000GWh pa. An annual Gigafactory output could store a minutes of EU power demand. 65/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Let us briefly touch on the NIMBY - not in my backyard - problem. It doesn't only apply to nuclear, it applies to wind too. In one German example, permitting was so slow that by the time the wind farm was given the green light, the selected turbine model was obsolete 66/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Leaving the intermittence problem aside, Europe is not permitting enough new wind farms to meet its renewable energy targets. Complex rules, slow procedures and local resistance means that wind takes up to 10 years to be installed. We are not China & that is a good thing. 67/

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Meanwhile, climate laws force operators to turn off dispatchable sources en masse! And they do. I call this behaviour "compliance-driven". However, to avoid blackouts we mustn't turn off ANY form of "s-power" until we replaced it with the SAME. This is dangerous. 68/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Can technology bail us out? I think so. Bill Gates calls it "energy miracles". He sponsors countless "crazy ideas" to deliver break-through tech on storage, fission, fusion, hydrogen, thermal - you name, he is in. We need all of it. 69/n https://youtu.be/IsRlN1oDm60

Video Not Available youtube.com

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

What am I trying to explain? Europe will NOT deliver on its climate targets. The energy transition is an order of mangnitude more complex than laws or ideology allow for. Accept. 68/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

Instead, existing laws and claims of a few about what can be achieved with wind & solar and by when have brought us to a dangerous juncture. Do they mean bad? Of course not. Yet, the road to hell is paved with good intentions. 69/n

@BurggrabenH - Alexander Stahel ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

I am tired now. Finally and for my German speaking audience, here is an excellent reportage by ZDF on the issue at hand. I highly recommend it. Let me stop it here & allow all this to sink in. 70/n Thank you https://www.zdf.de/verbraucher/wiso/blackout-in-deutschland--reale-gefahr-100.html

Cabal just doesn't use HAARP and Directed Energy Weapons[DEWS] to control and manipulate weather. They also use ground system Weapons as well. Like the NASA wireless power transmission Rectenna. The first successful transmission was done in 1975. They conducted an experiment using only 500,000 watts of power. Now, with the invention of the 5g towers, they can emit power seamlessly over great distances. They use these systems because they conduct electromagnetic radiation. That is what manipulates the weather and other dark ops they conduct.

In 1975, NASA conducted a successful demonstration of wireless power transmission, setting a world record for high power, long-distance transmission. Using a 500,000-watt transmitter and a rectenna array, they transmitted 34,000 watts of power over 1.5 kilometers with an efficiency of over 82%. The rectenna array consisted of 4,590 elements with gallium arsenide diodes, which converted 82.5% of the received power into direct current output. This demonstration proved the feasibility of wireless power transmission and its potential for future NASA missions.

Speaker 0: The technology of wireless power transmission is not without precedent. Significant demonstrations and verifications of electric power transfer efficiency and high power delivery at long range have been accomplished by NASA. The most dramatic of these was the NASA JPL Goldstone demonstration conducted in 1975, in which 34,000 watts of power was safely transmitted over 1.5 kilometres at an efficiency of greater than 82%. It was then and remains today what can be called the world record for high power, long distance wireless power transmission. The NASA JPL Venus Station 26 meter antenna, with its 500,000 watt transmitter, was used to perform a 1.54 kilometre wireless power transmission to a rectenna array located on the Goldstone site's collimation tower. 4,590 rectenna elements with high efficiency gallium arsenide diodes were fabricated at the Raytheon Microwave and Power Tube Lab, and assembled in rectenna subarrays of about 1 meter square. From each DC output of the 17 subarrays, approximately 1 third the power was routed to a pair of 300 watt lamps. The lamps were ranged in the geometry of the rectenna array and wired to corresponding positions such that illumination of the lights would represent the received power beam at the rectenna. Of the calibrated RF power flux density that fell on the twenty 4 square meter antenna array on June 5th, 1975, 82.5% was collected and converted to direct current output. Speaker 1: It can be seen from the results of the successful 54% end to end laboratory demonstration of wireless Power transmission and the successful test at Goldstone of sending 34 kilowatts at a mile range that we can confidently predict the Performance of a wireless power transmission system, whether it be direct or laser or microwave or with relays. And this technology should help NASA have successful missions in the future.

Speaker 0: Imagine this, it's a regular evening and suddenly everything goes dark. Power outages can strike when you least expect it. These unforeseen circumstances can turn even the most mundane tasks into major challenges. You're plunged into darkness, the food in your fridge starts to spoil and your communication devices become useless. Power outages are not just an inconvenience, they can pose serious threats if you're unprepared. Think about it. In winter, a lack of heating can lead to freezing temperatures indoors. In summer, the absence of air conditioning can create dangerously hot conditions. And let's not forget about potential medical emergencies that require electricity. The unpredictability of power outages is a stark reminder of our dependence on this essential utility. While we can't control when or where an outage will occur, we can control how well prepared we are. Being prepared is not just an option, but a necessity. Are you ready for the next power outage? Scene script. An emergency plan is your first line of defense against a power outage. Imagine this, the power goes out, plunging your world into darkness. You're left scrambling in the dark wondering what to do next. This is where a detailed emergency plan comes into play. It acts as a blueprint, guiding you through the chaos and uncertainty of a power outage. Having a robust emergency plan is crucial. It should be like a well rehearsed play where everyone knows their part and what to do in case of a power outage. This plan should include critical elements like evacuation routes, communication methods, and meeting points. Evacuation routes are essential. Should a power outage escalate into a more significant threat, you need to know the quickest, safest way out of your home or community. It's not just about knowing your way, but also considering factors like traffic, road conditions, and alternative routes. Communication methods are another vital part of your plan. In a world dependent on electronic communication, a power outage can leave you cut off from the outside world. Having a back up communication method like a battery powered radio or satellite phone can be a lifesaver. It keeps you connected to news updates and allows you to reach out for help if needed. Meeting points are often overlooked but are just as crucial. If a power outage occurs when your family members are scattered, you need a predetermined meeting point. It's a place where everyone knows to go when communication lines are down. However, an emergency plan isn't a one and done deal. It should be reviewed and updated regularly. As life changes, so do the necessities of your plan. Regular reviews ensure your plan remains effective and up to date. Remember, the goal of an emergency plan isn't just about survival. It's about turning a potentially chaotic situation into a manageable one. It's about ensuring that you and your loved ones can navigate through a power outage with as little stress and disruption as possible. A well prepared plan can turn a potential disaster into a minor inconvenience so start planning today. When the lights go out you'll need more than just a flashlight. It's a common saying but it rings true in the face of a power outage. Let's delve into the essential supplies that can make the difference between discomfort and survival. Firstly, a reliable source of light is crucial. While flashlights and headlamps are handy, consider also having a stock of candles, lanterns, or even solar powered lights. These alternatives can provide long lasting illumination without draining your batteries. Next on the list is heat. In cold weather, a power outage can quickly turn your home into an icebox. A portable heater can be a lifesaver, but remember to consider safety. If you're using a propane heater, ensure there's enough ventilation to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning. An alternative is a wood burning stove or fireplace, a classic but effective way to stay warm. Food and water are vital for survival. Stock up on non perishable foods that require minimal preparation. Think canned goods, dehydrated meals, or high energy snacks like nuts and dried fruits. Don't forget the can opener. As for water, the rule of thumb is 1 gallon per person per day for both drinking and sanitation. A first aid kit stocked with bandages, antiseptics, and basic medications is also a must have. In case of injury or illness, you'll be glad to have these supplies on hand. It's also wise to have at least a 7 day supply of any necessary prescription medications. Now let's not forget about communication. A battery or crank powered radio can keep you informed about the situation outside. Additionally, a fully charged power bank can keep your phone alive allowing you to reach out for help if needed. Last but not least, a multi tool or Swiss army knife can be incredibly useful. From open cans to making minor repairs, these compact tools can be a real game changer. By stocking up on these essentials, you can sure that you're not left in the dark during a power outage. Remember, preparedness is not about expecting the worst but being ready for anything. Advanced prepping techniques can give you an edge during a power outage. In the world of prepping, the more advanced your skill set, the better your chances of comfortably riding out a power outage. Let's delve into some advanced techniques that can put you ahead of the curve. First off, let's talk about alternative energy sources. Solar panels are an excellent choice providing a renewable eco friendly energy source that can keep your essential appliances running. Wind turbines are another great option especially for those in windy locals. Don't forget about portable generators, they can be a lifesaver in a pinch, but remember to store enough fuel safely. Next, consider your food and water supplies. While basic prepping covers a few days worth of supplies, advanced prepping means thinking long term. Invest in food with a long shelf life such as freeze dried meals and canned goods. Learn how to properly store water for extended periods and consider a water purification system for additional security. But what about communication? In a prolonged power outage, your usual means of communication might not be available. That's where off grid communication systems come into play. Ham radios are a popular choice allowing you to stay informed and reach out for help if necessary. Signal flares and smoke signals are other options to consider. Now let's pause for a moment. If you're finding these tips helpful and you're interested in gear that can support your advanced prepping efforts, don't forget to check out our Amazon storefront. We've curated a selection of high quality reliable products that can make your prepping journey smoother and more effective. So there you have it. By harnessing alternative energy sources, storing long term food and water supplies, and establishing an off grid communication system, you're well on your way to becoming a master prepper. Remember, the key is to think ahead, plan for the worst, and hope for the best. With these advanced techniques, you can stay one step ahead of the game during a power outage. A plan is only as good as your ability to execute it. There's a deep truth in that statement, especially when it comes to preparing for power outages and blackouts. You've got your plan. You've gathered your supplies. You've learned the advanced techniques. But are you ready to put it all into action when the lights go out? Think of your emergency plan like a fire drill. It's not enough to just know where the exits are. You need to practice escaping to familiarize yourself with the route, to make sure you can get out safely even when you're disoriented or panicked. Similarly, it's not enough to have a plan for power outages, You need to practice it. Regularly go through the steps of your plan. Test your backup power sources. Try cooking a meal with your emergency stove. Spend a night in the dark relying only on your prepared supplies. The more you practice, the more comfortable you'll be when a real blackout happens. Maintenance is just as important as practice. Check your supplies regularly. Replace anything that's expired or damaged. Keep your equipment in good working order. Your emergency stove won't be much help if it's rusted through and your backup generator won't do you any good if it's out of fuel. Regular maintenance ensures that when you need your supplies, they'll be ready to serve you. Finally, don't become complacent. The world of prepping is always evolving. New techniques are being developed, new products are hitting the market. Stay informed. Read up on the latest research, attend workshops or webinars, join online forums or local prepping groups. Continual learning keeps your skills sharp, and it may even introduce you to some new ideas that can improve your plan. A plan is only as good as your ability to execute it. It's a simple statement, but it carries a lot of weight. Your plan is your lifeline in a power outage. Practice it, maintain it, and continue to learn, and you'll be ready when the lights go out. Remember, practice makes perfect, so keep practicing and stay prepared. Power outages can strike at any time, but with the right preparation, you can weather the storm. We've covered a lot of ground today from understanding the unpredictability of power outages to the importance of having an emergency plan in place. We've delved into the essential supplies you need to ride out a blackout and even discussed some advanced prepping techniques to keep you ahead of the game. But remember, preparation is a continuous process. It's important to practice and maintain your plan, regularly updating your supplies and techniques as needed. You might think they just want to lower our standard of living, which is bad, but that's because you aren't evil and don't comprehend evil. They want intermittent electricity, which means CONTROL. They want to be able to control who gets access to it and be able to turn it off.

A totalitarian kill-switch economy will inevitably follow a fully intermittent electrical grid. That's because the objective is no longer maximizing uptime but maximizing control of distribution by turning things off involuntarily, which is a totalitarian tool like no other.

The global elite have been warning us that we all own nothing and be happy in a world controlled by an authoritarian 1 more government that enslaves humanity in a totalitarian system featuring a radically reduced population, mass surveillance, mandatory vaccinations, and desperate servitude. At the Harvard Kennedy School's Institute of Politics, the WF cofounder discussed his technique of overthrowing democracies by installing his cult of young global leaders in positions of power. Speaker 1: So if we penetrate the cabinets so yesterday, I was on at a reception for private tutor and I know that half of this cabinet or even more half of this cabinet are actually young noble leaders of the world, the crayform. Speaker 0: Evil never sleeps, and we are seeing Schwab's modus operandi play out before our very eyes. The WF has infiltrated governments across the globe with every western nation falling under their control. Davos has also infiltrated the corporate world, centralizing power and influence around their puppet businesses, including BlackRock which owns a huge stake in CrowdStrike. It's a big club, and you ain't in it. CrowdStrike, a WF company with very close ties to the DNC and 3 letter agencies, is also operating on a massive level, integrated into the grid, government, financial, transportation, and hospital systems. Now the globalist state have ordered a series of devastating cyberattacks, and they're using w f affiliated companies, including CrowdStrike, to attack America from the inside. Pay close attention to CEO George Kurtz's body language as he attempts to evade questions. Speaker 2: Waki, I mean, you're in the cybersecurity business, and I certainly don't even pretend to understand this. But according to your statement, it was a single content update that has managed to shut down air travel, credit card payment systems, banks, broadcast, street lights, 911, emergency around the globe. Why is there not some kind of redundancy or some sort of backup? How is it that one single software bug can have such a profound and immediate impact? Speaker 3: Well, when you look at the complexity of cybersecurity, you're always trying to stay one excuse me. One step ahead of the adversaries. Excuse me. And just one second, please. Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Take take a drink of water. Speaker 3: Yeah. Sorry. Sure. Speaker 2: It's been a long night. Speaker 3: Go with Frank. It's been a long night. Speaker 0: We're going to cut him off there because he spent the next 5 minutes lying about why his company, in conjunction with Bill Gates' Microsoft, brought the world to a literal standstill on Friday, affecting people's ability to work, travel, access their money, and undergo important health procedures. Where do we know CrowdStrike from? They are the company that lied and said Russia hacked the DNC and released Hillary's emails. The FBI outsourced their investigation to CrowdStrike in 2016 and CrowdStrike lied and said exactly what the DNC wanted them to. In short, CrowdStrike are deep state goons responsible for the Mueller special counsel and Russiagate hoax that the mainstream media perpetrated for years in their fascist attempt to destroy a duly elected president. Nobody should be surprised that the new world order elites in tandem with their favorite companies CrowdStrike and Microsoft are waging war on the west and targeting the Internet, food, and water supplies. The elite always tell you what their plan is. The world just needs to pay attention and wake up. Speaker 1: Pay insufficient attention to frightening scenario of a comprehensive cyber attack, which would bring to a complete halt to see powers of life, transportation, hospital services, our society as a whole. The COVID 19 crisis would be seen in this respect, as a small disfirm in comparison to a major cyberattack. Speaker 0: You don't have to be a body language expert to notice professor Schwab's deranged excitement about the major cyberattack. Preparations for the inside job are underway, and insiders warn that the elite's 3 pronged attack on humanity is set to disconnect the public from the Internet, wipe out savings, and severely disrupt our food and water supplies. Today's sponsor is pillsforever.com. If you think big pharma have your best interests at heart, think again. Under Biden, the price of medicine in America has skyrocketed, and there are certain medicines big pharma don't want you to know about. That's why I've partnered with pillsforever.com. All of their FDA approved medicines are the cheapest you'll find anywhere. More importantly, you can order medicines that big pharma don't want you to have such as Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, and fenbendazole. Speaking of fenbendazole, not only does it get rid of parasites that live inside your body, there have been studies that show fenbendazole can help with cancer. Listen to this testimony of Joe Tippens, a cancer survivor, thanks to fembendazole. Speaker 3: 2 years ago, Joe Tippens says he was told to go home, call hospice, and say his goodbyes. The doctors were unanimous. He was going to die of small cell lung cancer. Speaker 4: Once that kind of cancer goes that far afield, the odds of survival are less than 1% and the median life expectancy is 3 months. Speaker 3: Tippen says he got a tip. Not from a pharmacist, but a veterinarian. And in his desperation, he turned from people medicine to dog medicine. Specifically, fimbendizole. Speaker 4: My insurance company spent $1,200,000 on me with traditional means before I switched to a $5 a week medicine that actually saved me. Though, globally, they laid the groundwork for their great deception with the COVID pandemic, conditioning the masses to respond to fear based programming, Schwab's cyberattack is being prepared as the final nail in the coffin of our freedom. The elite simulated a cyberattack on Friday because they need a crisis to implement their new CBDC financial ponzi scheme and authoritarian agenda before plunging the world into chaos. Be prepared. The same strategy of using fear as during COVID will be used again. Digital IDs and CBDCs are incoming. And as Bill Gates has warned, both will be mandatory for people to participate in society. The first phase of the digital prison they plan to lock us in has already been rolled out. 15 minute cities are appearing in the US and UK, and Australian banks are banning cash and refusing to allow customers to withdraw their own money. Speaker 5: Caroline, the stories are bounding today that you can't get cash from banks anymore. Given how much we pay them in fee pay them in fees I'm surprised we can't walk in and get the folding stuff. But I know this is an actual fact, I live not far from the centre of Melbourne and most of the ANZ branches that I use there do not hold cash anymore. So if you're in a cash small business, I don't know where you drop off your takings, but if you want cash in your pocket you can't get it either, and there's a bit of Speaker 6: a backlash, I can understand why. Yeah there's been this TikTok video that one user put out that has caused an uproar when she said she couldn't get cash out from her own bank, and I completely understand her sentiments because this is our money at the end of the day, and it's as if the banks are treating us with absolute disdain. Speaker 0: The elites are downright giddy about a cashless society. Watch as the WF goal explains that the government will be able to more easily block things it deems less desirable, like, say, ammunition. Speaker 7: And the one final note I will, make is that if you think about the benefits of digital money, there are huge potential gains. It's not just about digital forms of physical currency, you can have programmability, you know, units of central bank currency with expiry dates. You could have as I argue in my book, a potentially better and some people might see it or a darker world where the government decides that units of Central Bank money can be used to purchase some things, but not other things that it deems less desirable, like say, ammunition or drugs or pornography or something of the sort. And that is very powerful in terms of the use of a CBDC. Speaker 0: But it's not just the financial system. It's the food and water supply too. WF executive professor Mariana Mazukatu was caught spilling the beans about what the elites are planning for humanity in a clip from the Davos summit last year. In the disturbing speech, Mazukatu shared her disappointment that the climate change and COVID 19 narratives have proven unhelpful in furthering the globalist agenda. While boasting that a water crisis will succeed where those approaches have failed. Speaker 8: Also, of course, true with COVID. Right? We are all only as healthy as our neighbors on our street, in our city, in our region, in our nation, and globally. Did we solve that? Like, did we actually manage to vaccinate everyone in the world? No. So highlighting water as a global commons and what it means to work together and see it, both out of that kind of global commons perspective, but also the self interest perspective, because it is it does have that parallel. It's not only important, but it's also important because we haven't managed to solve those problems which had similar attributes. And water is something that people understand. You know, climate change is a bit abstract, some people understand it really well, some understand it a bit, some just don't understand it. Water every kid knows how important it is to have water. When you're playing football and you're thirsty, you need water. So there's also something about really getting citizen engagement around this and really, in some ways, experimenting with this notion of the common good. Can we actually deliver this time in ways that we have failed miserably other times? And hopefully, we won't keep failing on the other things. Speaker 0: Did you hear that? Mazokatu actually admitted that you need to go into experiments on humanity all over again As though the experimental COVID jabs, which are now wreaking havoc on the vaccinated, weren't enough experimentation for 1 generation, They really do hold us in total contempt. At a time when inflation has gone double digits, food production plants are burning down, the supply chain is in crisis, and food shortages are on the horizon, we now understand that the elites are making moves behind the scenes to seize control of our food and water supply and cut off our access to the Internet and our own money. This is the future of humanity according to the new world order. Iโ€™ve been following the NJ drones activity closely, especially in the Facebook group with nearly 20,000 members. Recently, several posts and videos showing drones spraying substances have been removed from both Facebook and Reddit. Some members have reported power outages coinciding with drone sightings, which raises concerns. I personally experienced issues with my heart implant when driving through drone-heavy areas. Interestingly, drones didnโ€™t operate on Thanksgiving, and thereโ€™s been a noticeable drop in sightings after a recent press conference. Posts discussing nuclear theories have also vanished.

as if my device stopped working. The only way it is turned off temporarily is by heavy magnetic interference. This made me wonder. As soon as I was out of drone area it stopped but was very uncomfortable and I did not feel well at all. My device beeped confirming the disturbance.

Speaker 0: The summer of 2019, a massive transformer was seized at the port of Houston by the US Federal Government and the Department of Energy, put under federal escort to Sandia National Laboratory. This is during the Trump administration when we were serious about these things. Why? Why was that transformer seized? Why was it brought to Sandia? Came from China? Came from China. What did they find in it? Officially, we don't know. That report is still classified. But one of the Trump administration officials that worked at the National Security Council, Latham Sadler, he discussed on an interview how they had found a hardware backdoor in this transformer that would allow someone to remotely switch it off. That was 2019. May 1, 2020, president Trump passed an executive order called Securing the Bolt Power System. President Trump declared a grid security emergency. At the time, our nonprofit was tracking the numbers, these things, these Chinese transformers. There's about 300 in the grid. That executive order was meant to address that threat. On the very first day of the Biden administration, that executive order was suspended, and the floodgates were reopened to the importation of Chinese transformers. We pulled the numbers 2 weeks ago, 492.

Iโ€™m alarmed by the situation in Maryland, where a potential blackout is being used to push the Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project. This project involves a massive 70-mile transmission line that requires access to hundreds of private properties, including valuable farmland. PSEG is prepared to use eminent domain if landowners refuse easements, a move recently approved by a federal judge. The timing of the blackout warnings and PSEG's aggressive legal actions against landowners raise concerns about a staged crisis aimed at justifying land seizure. Public hearings are set for November 2025, but the rush to act feels suspicious.

HOLEE SHYTโ€ฆ ๐Ÿšจ Maryland is on the Verge of a Widespread Blackout, but there are Significant Signs this is a STAGED CRISIS to Justify Eminent Domain for a Land Grab โ€ข The Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project (MPRP). PSEG, under PJMโ€™s direction, plans to build a 70-mile, 500,000-volt transmission line from Pennsylvaniaโ€™s Peach Bottom nuclear plant to substations in Frederick and Baltimore Counties, ultimately feeding electricity to data centers in Northern Virginia. Costing $424 million and targeting completion by June 2027. โ€ข The project requires access to 600 private properties, including 518 acres of prime FARMLAND. โ€ข If landowners refuse easements, PSEG is poised to use EMINENT DONAIN, a move greenlit I just found out by a federal judge in June 2025 allowing surveys. โ€ข The Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) holds the final say, with public hearings set for November 2025. Donโ€™t you see what theyโ€™re doing? The blackout warnings amplify PJMโ€™s narrative that MPRP is a critical fix for Marylandโ€™s grid strains, creating PUBLIC FEAR to pressure PSC approval of eminent domain. Adding to the suspicion, PSEGโ€™s lawsuits against 290+ landowners for survey access and the lack of early community engagement (notified only in late 2023) suggest a RUSH to SEIZE LAND before opposition can mount. The timing of these events, the Blackout scare, and this looming in the background stinks of being a HIGHLY orchestrated crisis. CREATE PANIC to justify Eminent Domain. https://rumble.com/v6xgdw4-significant-signs-this-is-a-staged-crisis-to-justify-eminent-domain-for-a-l.html
