New evidence suggests that there was meaningful voter fraud in Fulton County, Georgia during the 2020 election. At least 36 batches of mail-in ballots were double-counted, resulting in over 4,000 votes. The audit found seven falsified tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals. Surveillance footage shows large numbers of ballots being scanned multiple times. Additionally, photographs show that none of the mail-in ballots had any creases and were filled out by a printer, not by hand. These findings raise serious questions about the integrity of the election.

Tucker Carlson on Duplicated Ballots, Falsified Tally Sheets, and Mail-In Ballot Fraud in Fulton County, Georgia: “It now appears there actually was meaningful voter fraud in Fulton County, Georgia, last November. That is not a conspiracy theory. It’s true. From the beginning, this show has tried to be fact-based when we talk about the 2020 election results. So here is what we know tonight, factually. At least 36 batches of mail-in ballots from the November election were double-counted in Fulton County. That's a total of more than 4,000 votes. Those numbers come from a group called @VoterGA which, along with Bob Cheeley, sued to get them. The final tally from the double counts we know about amounts to more than 3,300 votes for Joe Biden and 865 votes for Donald Trump. Now, before you dismiss Bob Cheeley and VoterGA as dishonest partisan actors, keep in mind that the strongly left-of-center Atlanta Journal-Constitution appears to agree with this, at least in outline. The newspaper reviewed the available digital ballot images independently and concluded that hundreds of ballots were improperly duplicated... At a press conference yesterday, a consultant with VoterGA called David Cross showed we can be certain that votes in Fulton County were counted more than once... So, what's the explanation for this? Surveillance footage obtained by VoterGA appears to show large numbers of ballots being scanned multiple times. Pay attention to the women wearing yellow at the desk. According to VoterGA, she slides ballots into a scanning machine, removes the ballots, and then reinserts the same ballots. This happens multiple times. The question is, how many times were these ballots counted? Was each vote counted more than once? Fulton County won't answer that question. Now, one way to know that answer would be to check what are called audit tally sheets. Tellingly, for months after the 2020 election, Fulton County failed to provide more than 100,000 of those tally sheets including 50,000 of them from mail-in ballots. When VoterGA finally forced Fulton County to turn over the tally sheets the conclusion was stunning. Here's what the audit found. "Seven falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals... For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden and 42 for Donald Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump. The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump and 0 votes for Jorgenson. Wait did you just follow that. How is that not flat out criminal fraud? We've obtained photographs showing what went on during the recount process for mail-in ballots in Fulton County. These pictures were taken by a whistleblower who participated in the recount. She said she noticed something odd. None of the ballots had any creases on them. You can see the stacks of unfolded ballots on your screen now. That's strange because mail-in ballots need to be bent in order to be mailed in. These ballots had clearly never been inside an envelope and then the whistleblower noticed something else. All of the ballots, the whistleblower tells us, had been filled out by a printer. Not by hand. And many of them supported the exact same candidates, democrats, including Joe Biden... Why are we okay with any of this? We're okay with it because we've been told we have to be okay with it. We're undermining democracy if we ask questions about what happened during the 2020 election, and of course, that's a perfect inversion of the truth."

Speaker 0: On a Saturday night in late May of this year, an alarm sounded in a big nondescript warehouse in Fulton County, Georgia. The warehouse was an unlikely place for a burglary. It was under round the clock surveillance by both private security and local law enforcement including armed deputies with the Fulton County Sheriff's office. Any unauthorized person entering from the outside would have to get past a locked 100 pound steel door as well amazed of motion detectors. Not easy. But someone tried to do it anyway and at just the perfect moment, 20 minutes after deputies in charge of guarding the warehouse left their posts. By the time those deputies returned to check out the alarm, someone had opened the 100 pound door to the warehouse. So what happened that night night. And why? We still don't know. It's also not clear why the deputies left the warehouse or who took advantage of their absence. We do know that a lot of people might to have had reason to try to get inside the warehouse. Depending on who you ask, the building contains evidence that either confirms or refutes the claim that voter fraud affected the outcome of the 2020 election in the state of Georgia. Georgia is a place that Joe Biden won by fewer than 13,000 votes. That warehouse holds more than a 140,000 absentee ballots. Now what's interesting is that for reasons that are difficult to understand. Fulton County officials have refused to let the public see any of these ballots. An attorney called Bob Shealy has been pushing for transparency. He's filed suit for the right to see those ballots. He hasn't seen them all yet, but what he's found so far demands an explanation. All of us, No matter who you voted for should want to hear that explanation. You can't have a democracy if the public doesn't believe election results. Increasingly, many people in this country don't believe them. The solution to that problem and it's a significant problem is not to scream at these people, call them lunatics, or throw them in jail. The solution is to tell the truth about what happened. The only way to restore trust in our system is with facts. So what are the facts about the election in Fulton County, Georgia. Well, here's the official version. In May, the chairman of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, a man called Rob Pitts, explained that it was not necessary to look at the ballots. In fact, it was ridiculous even to ask to look at the ballots because there already been plenty of recounts and all the recounts reach the same conclusion. Here's this what Pitts said. And if it sounds familiar as you hear it, that's because so many other people in authority have been saying pretty much the same thing. Speaker 1: I mean, I'm really baffled about this. What do they want? We've had 3 counts already. The elections in Fulton County, Georgia, they were open, they were fair, and they were transparent. The votes have been certified. The elections have the election has been certified, it. So, it's over. This will be the 4th one and I can guarantee you that the results of this one will be Just like the results were for count 1, count 2, and count 3. No change. Again, our elections were open, fair, and transparent. Speaker 0: I can guarantee you. We already know what happened. We've counted those same ballots 4 times. The election's been certified. Stop Paul Reddy. And that's the argument that Fulton County has used in court to keep those ballots locked away in a warehouse. It's just it's not true. It now appears there actually was meaningful voter fraud in Fulton County, Georgia last November. That is not a conspiracy theory. It's true. From the beginning, this show has tried to be fact based when we talk about the 2020 election results. So here's what we know tonight, actually. At least 36 boxes of mail in ballots from the November election were double counted in Fulton County. That's a total of more than 4,000 votes. Those numbers come from a group called Voter GA, which along with Bob Chielly sued to get them. The final tally from the double accounts we know about amounts to more than 33 100 votes for Joe Biden and 865 votes for Donald Trump. Now before you dismiss Bob Chielly and voter GA as dishonest partisan actors, keep in mind that the strongly leftist center Atlanta Journal Constitution appears to agree with this at least in outline. The newspaper reviewed the available digital ballot images independently and concluded that hundreds of ballots were improperly duplicated. What does that look like exactly? Well, here's what it looks like. At a press reference yesterday, a consultant with voter GA called David Cross showed how we can be certain that votes in Fulton County were counted more than once. Watch. Speaker 2: What I'm gonna show you here is 2 ballots side by side. One of them is marked for Jason Shaw the mark next to it. You can see it's got the adenacle mark on the second one. And the ballot image is stored up Here on the top left. So this one over here is scanner 5162. That's scanner number 3. Fax Number 235. Image number 19. And that matches 234 image 59. It. So you have the same ballot counted twice in the images and counted in the audit. How that's possible? I don't know. Speaker 0: How's that possible? I don't know. Every Reckoning should want to know because the answer gets to the heart of the integrity of our elections otherwise known as our democracy. We're not talking about a couple of ballots here. We're talking about a lot of ballots, at least hundreds of ballots involved enough potentially to affect the outcome of the election. Merchant. Here's another example. Speaker 2: Here's one of the next ones. Alright. So same fax number 234, number 2 and 235 is number 61. Republican, Republican, Republican, Republican, all the way down to the point where this little spot up in Fannie Loux matches this one over here. So question that that ballot was counted twice. Speaker 0: So what's the explanation for this? Well, if you ask Fulton County, these discrepancies the ones you just saw on the screen were isolated incidents. Just a handful of bad ballots this. Happens all the time. The county claims that any errors were caught in previous recounts. The problem is that neither one of those claims is true. Surveillance footage obtained by voter GA appears to show large numbers of ballots being scanned multiple times. Pay attention. The tape we're showing you to the woman wearing yellow at the desk. According to voter g a, she slides ballots into a scanning machine, removes the ballots, and then reinserts the same ballots. This happens multiple times. Us. The question is, how many times were those ballots counted? Was each vote counted more than once? Fulton County won't answer that question. Now one way to know the answer would be to check what are called audit tally sheets. Tellingly, for months after the presidential election, Fulton County failed to provide more than a 100,000 of those tally sheets including 50,000 of them for mail in ballots. When voter GA finally forced Fulton County to turn over the tally sheets. The conclusion was stunning. Here's what the audit found. Quote, 7 falsified Clyde, audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals. For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden and 42 for Donald Trump was reported as a 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump. The 7 batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump and 11 votes for Joe Jorgensen had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump and 0 votes for Jorgensen. Wait. Did you just follow that? How is that not flat out criminal fraud. We'd love to know because it certainly sounds like flat out criminal fraud. We've obtained photographs last showing what went on during the recount process for mail in ballots at Fulton County. These pictures were taken by a whistleblower who participated in the recount. She said she noticed something ballots that she saw had any creases on them. You can see the stacks of unfolded ballots on your screen now. That's strange because, of course, mail in ballots need to be bent in order to be mailed in. These ballots clearly had never been inside an envelope. And then the whistleblower noticed something else. All of the ballots the whistleblower tells us have been filled out by a printer, not by hand. And many of them supported the exact the same candidates, Democrats, including Joe Biden. Voters VA detected a series of other apparent irregularities in the recount. The group's audit found, for example, that quote, Over 200 Fulton County mail in ballot images contained votes that were not included in the hands count audit results for the November election. Now why is that? We don't know. Keep in mind, once again, the results in the state of Georgia were decided by fewer than 18,000 votes. It was a close race. Every vote mattered. And then there's this. An elections expert called Mark Davis analyzed data from the post office. He found that nearly 35,000 Georgia voters moved out of their county of residence more than a month prior to election Clinton Day. They were ineligible to vote and yet they did. They still voted in their old county. That is illegal. It's not a small thing. Violating election law is something we should care about. And by law, their votes should have been excluded from the total, but they were not excluded. Why are we okay with that? Why are we okay with any of this? We're okay with it because we've been told we have to be okay with it. We're undermining democracy if we ask questions about what happened during the 2020 election. And, of course, that's a perfect inversion of the truth. Without answers to legitimate questions like the ones we just posed and those are legitimate questions. Democracy dies. People begin to understand the this and they've been told is on the level is in fact rigged. And when they believe that, God knows what they do next. So let's find out what what actually happened. Let's find out immediately. Let's find out without shame. It's our right to know. It's our responsibility to know.

During the election, CBS reported a pipe burst at State Farm Arena, halting the vote count in Fulton County, GA. Later, footage revealed unsupervised individuals continuing to count votes. At that time, Trump was leading by over 160,000 votes (563 to 427), but eventually lost Georgia by less than 12,000 votes. Questioning these events is discouraged. Video would later show multiple people inside the arena continuing to count votes unsupervised. As seen in this clip, Trump was winning by more than 160,000 votes at the time (56.3% to 42.7%) but would go on to “lose” Georgia by less than 12,000 votes. …and you’re not allowed to question any of this.

There is a problem with counting votes in Georgia. A water pipe has broken in the State Farm Arena where they are tabulating absentee ballots. They have already counted 86,000 ballots, but we don't know how many more are left. Election officials say it may take a day or 2 to finish counting. This could delay the result of the election in Georgia, which is now considered a battleground state. It is a big development and a labor-intensive process. The exact number of remaining ballots is unknown, but it seems like there is a lot left to count.

Speaker 0: We've also got some breaking news right now, so we wanna check-in with CDS's Mark Strassman. He is in Georgia where they're having a big problem counting some of the votes. Mark? Speaker 1: Nora, this is a, an election return watch party, here on the edge of Atlanta. These are mostly excited Democrats because when's the last time Georgia thought of itself as a battleground state? After a record early returns and have and and essentially a day of problem free voting, there is now Oh, a hitch in the tabulation of votes. I'm standing in Fulton County. Fulton County includes a chunk of Atlanta. Downtown Atlanta is State Farm Arena where the Atlanta Fox play. They are tabulating the absentee ballots of Fulton County, Georgia's most populous county. A water pipe has broken inside the arena. They counted 86,000 absentee ballots. We don't know how many more they have yet to tabulate, but all the tabulation of those ballots has now stopped. We're told by Election officials, they may not finish tabulating those votes for a day or 2. So depending how close the rest of the state is, we may not know The result of this critical battle around state for another day or 2. That is because, again, a water pipe has broken in State Farm Marina. State Farm arenas where they're counting the absentee ballots of Georgia's most populous county, and now the tabulation has stopped. Big development here. Speaker 0: But Mark, do you know how many but how many ballots we're talking about? What that means? Speaker 1: We don't know. We we've we've asked A question, Gail, and we haven't got an answer for that yet. We know that there were 86,000, but apparently it's a very labor intensive process, and what they are telling us is that it's Going to take a day or 2, which suggests to me that they have a lot to go.

How do we have 17,324 certified Fulton County results with no ballot images? Were the images deleted, inappropriately? Were they replaced with other ones? Did they just create the votes out of thin air? No one knows. But the net impact of this is that, there were 13 Thousand extra Biden votes and 4,000 extra Trump votes and there's 17,000.

Georgia Election Official Refutes President Trump's Voter Fraud Allegations Georgia election official Gabriel Sterling (R) held a press conference to address claims of election fraud the day before the state's U.S. Senate runoff elections. Mr. Sterling disputed President Trump's accusations that the Georgia presidential election results were incorrect, assured voters the Senate runoff elections would be secure, and warned voters not to "self-suppress your own vote." Responding to a question about a phone call between President Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R), Mr. Sterling said, "I personally found it to be something that was not normal, out of place" and "nobody I know who would be president would do something like that to a secretary of state." c-span.org

Video Transcript AI Summary
On the night of November 3rd, 2020, there was an incident at State Farm Arena in Georgia that raises concerns. Initially, everyone was told to leave due to a water main break, but it turns out there was only a minor toilet leak earlier in the day. This false announcement was made to clear the room of poll watchers and the media. The next morning, it was discovered that five women had been scanning ballots for about two and a half hours, repeatedly running the same stack of ballots through the scanner. This raises questions about the integrity of the voting process and undermines the principle of one person, one vote.

She's wearing a purple top, desk 1. This is at 4 X speed so we don't have to sit there and watch, you know, in a slower speed. But you can see But this lady is taking the same stack of ballots and once she runs them through the scanner, there she She sticks them back in and runs them a 2nd time and a 3rd time. And then the lady to her right Wearing the yellow top. We've got a 2nd video that shows that she did the same thing with a stack of ballots on her desk. 🚨THREAD: Tucker Carlson on Duplicated Ballots, Falsified Tally Sheets, and Mail-In Ballot Fraud in Fulton County, Georgia “It now appears there actually was meaningful voter fraud in Fulton County, Georgia, last November (2020). That is not a conspiracy theory. It’s true. Surveillance footage obtained by VoterGA shows large numbers of ballots being scanned multiple times. Tellingly, for months after the 2020 election, Fulton County failed to provide more than 100,000 of those tally sheets, including 50,000 of them from mail-in ballots. When VoterGA finally forced Fulton County to turn over the tally sheets, the conclusion was stunning. Here's what the audit found. Seven falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals... For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden and 42 for Donald Trump was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump. The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump, and 11 votes for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump, and 0 votes for Jorgenson. Wait, did you just follow that? How is that not flat-out criminal fraud?"

In Fulton County, Georgia, a warehouse containing over 140,000 absentee ballots was broken into while deputies guarding the warehouse were absent. The motive behind the break-in remains unknown, but there are suspicions that it may be related to voter fraud allegations in the 2020 election. Fulton County officials have refused to allow public access to the ballots, but evidence suggests that at least 36 batches of mail-in ballots were double-counted, totaling over 4,000 votes. The Atlanta Journal Constitution also independently found hundreds of improperly duplicated ballots. Surveillance footage shows ballots being scanned multiple times, raising questions about the accuracy of the election results. The lack of transparency and potential fraud undermines trust in the democratic process.

Speaker 0: On a Saturday night in late May of this year, an alarm sounded in a big nondescript warehouse in Fulton County, Georgia. The warehouse was an unlikely place for a burglary. It was under round the clock surveillance by both private security and local law enforcement, including armed deputies with the Fulton County Sheriff's Office. Any unauthorized person entering from the outside would have to get past a locked 100 pound steel door as well as a maze of motion detectors. Not easy. But someone tried to do it anyway. And at just the perfect moment, 20 minutes after deputies in charge of guarding the warehouse left their posts. By the time those deputies returned to check out the alarm, someone had opened the 100 pound door to the warehouse. So what spent that night. And why? We still don't know. It's also not clear why the deputies left the warehouse or who took advantage of their absence. We do know that a lot of people might have had reason to try to get inside the warehouse. Now, what's interesting is that for reasons that are difficult to understand, Fulton County officials have refused to let the public see any of these ballots. An attorney called Bob Cheely has been pushing for transparency. He's filed suit for the right to see those ballots. He hasn't seen them all yet, but what he's found so far demands an explanation. All of us, no matter who you voted for, should wanna hear that explanation. You can't have a democracy if the public doesn't believe election results. Increasingly many people in this country don't believe them. The solution to that problem, and it's a significant problem, is not to scream at these people, called them lunatics or throw them in jail. The solution is to tell the truth about what happened. The only way to restore trust in our system is with facts. So what are the facts about the election in Fulton County, Georgia? Well, here's the official version. In May, the chairman of the and county board of commissioners, a man called Rob Pitts, explained that it was not necessary to look at the ballots. In fact, it was ridiculous even to ask to look at the ballots because there are already been plenty of recounts and all the recounts reach the same conclusion. Here's what Pitts said. And if it sounds familiar as you hear it, that's because so many other people in authority have been saying pretty much the same thing. Speaker 1: The elections in Fulton County, Georgia, they were open, they were fair, and they were transparent. The votes have been the elections have the election has been certified, so it's over. This will be the 4th one, and I can guarantee you that the results will be Of this one will be just like the results were for count 1, count 2, and count 3. No change. Again, our elections are open, fair, and transparent. Speaker 0: I can guarantee you. We already know what happened. Said we've counted those same ballots 4 times. The election's been certified. Stop already. And that's the argument that Fulton County has used in court to keep those ballots locked away in a warehouse. Except it's not true. It now appears there actually was meaningful voter fraud in Fulton County, Georgia last November. That is not a conspiracy theory. It's true. From the beginning, this show has tried to be fact based when we talk about the 2020 election results. So here's what we know tonight, factually. At least 36 batches of mail in ballots from the November election were double counted in Fulton County. That's a total of more than 4,000 votes. Those numbers come from a group called Voter GA, which along with Bob Chielly sued to get them. The final tally from the double counts we know about amounts to more than 33 100 votes for Joe Biden and 865 votes for Donald Trump. Now before you dismiss Bob Chielly and voter GA as dishonest partisan actors, keep in mind that the strongly left of center Atlanta Journal Constitution appears to agree with this, at least in outline. The newspaper reviewed the available digital ballot images independently And concluded that hundreds of ballots were improperly duplicated. What does that look like exactly? Well, here's what it looks like. At a press conference today, a consultant with voter GA called David Cross, showed how we can be certain that votes in Fulton County were counted more than once. Watch. Speaker 2: Identical mark next to it. You can see it's got the identical mark on the second one. And the ballot image is stored up here on the top left. So this one over is scanner 5162. That's scanner number 3. Fax number 235, image number 19. And And that matches 234 image 59. So you have the same ballot counted twice In the images and counted in the audit. How that's possible? I don't know. Speaker 0: How's that possible? I don't know. Every American should wanna know because the answer gets to the heart of the integrity of our elections, Houseions, otherwise known as our democracy. We're not talking about a couple of ballots here. We're talking about a lot of ballots. At least hundreds of ballots involved. Enough potentially to affect the outcome of the election. Here's another example. Speaker 2: Next ones. Alright? So same facts, number 234, image number 2, and 235, image number 61, Republican, Republican, Republican, Republican, all the way down to the point where this little spot up in Fannie Lewis matches this one over here. So question that that ballot was counted twice. Speaker 0: So what's the explanation for this? Well, if you ask Fulton County, these happens these ones you just saw on the screen were isolated incidents. Just a handful of bad ballots happens all the time. The county claims that any errors were caught in previous recounts. The problem is that neither one of those claims is true. Surveillance footage obtained by voter GA appears to show large numbers of ballots being scanned multiple times. Pay attention to the tape we're showing you to the woman wearing yellow at the desk. According to voter GA, she slides ballots into a scanning machine, removes the ballots and then reinserts the same ballots. This happens multiple times. The question is, how many times were those ballots counted. Was each vote counted more than once? Fulton County won't answer that question. Now one way to know the answer would be to check what are called audit tally sheets, tellingly for months after the presidential election, Fulton County failed to provide more than a 100,000 of those tally sheets, including 50,000 of them for mail in ballots. When voter GA finally forced Fulton County to turn over the tally sheets, the conclusion was stunning. Here's what the audit found. Quote, 7 falsified audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals. For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden in 42 for Donald Trump was reported as a 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump. The 7 batches of ballot images with 500 and before votes for Joe Biden, 140 votes for Donald Trump, and 11 votes for Joe Jorgensen had tally sheets in the audit applied to show 850 votes for Biden, 0 votes for Trump, and 0 votes for Jorgensen. Wait. Did you just follow that? How is that not flat out criminal fraud? We'd love to know because it certainly sounds like flat out criminal fraud. We've obtained photographs showing what went on during the recount process for mail in ballots in Fulton County. These pictures were taken by a whistleblower made it in the recount. She said she noticed something odd as she did. None of the ballots that she saw had any creases on them. You can see the stacks of unfolded ballots on your screen now. That's strange because of course mail in ballots need to be bent in order to be mailed in. These ballots clearly had never been inside an envelope. And then there was a blower notice something else. All of the ballots there was a blower tells us have been filled out by a printer, not by hand. And many of them supported the exact same candidates, democrats, including Joe Biden. The warehouse, voter g a detected a series of other apparent irregularities in the recount. The group's audit found, for example, that quote, over 200 Fulton County mail in ballot images contained votes that were not included in the hand count audit results for the November election. Now why is that? We don't know. Keep in mind, once again, the results in the state of Georgia were decided by fewer than 13,000 votes. It was a close race. Every vote mattered. And then there's this, an elections expert called Mark Davis analyzed data from the post office. He found that nearly 35,000 Georgia voters moved out of their county of residence more than a month prior to election shouldn't day. They were ineligible to vote, and yet they did. They still voted in their old county. That is illegal. It's not a small thing. Violating election law is something we should care about. And by law, their votes should have been excluded from the total, but they were not excluded. Why are we okay with that? Why are we k with any of this. We're okay with it because we've been told we have to be okay with it. We're undermining democracy if we ask questions about what happened during the 2020 election. And of course, that's a perfect inversion of the truth. Without answers to legitimate questions like the ones we just posed, and those are legitimate questions, democracy dies. People begin to understand that the system they've been told is on the level is in fact rigged. And when they believe that, God knows what they do next. So let's find out what actually happened. Let's find out immediately. Let's find out without shame. It's our right to know. It's our responsibility to know.

GEORGIA🚨 20-year Fulton County Election Official Susan Voyles Says Test Ballots Counted In Georgia "This is the part that I am just so sure of. I think that some of the TEST BALLOTS from prior to the election made their way into these batches." "These are so clean, these are pristine. These are almost immaculate... I could tell that these had been printed... 107 of them all had this little eclipse for Biden... Every vote on every ballot, both sides, even soil and conservation, was exactly the same." "These were the cleanest ballots I have ever in my life seen... And then the paper felt different. There was just such an anomaly to these ballots." It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that these 145,000 ballots in Fulton County need to be forensically audited. Yet election integrity advocates like @VoterGa have been fighting in court for three years to inspect these "pristine" ballots on "different paper" with "no folds, or creases" and "perfect bubbles" that were "all for Biden." Especially considering New York City "accidentally" counted 135,000 test ballots in a June 2021 Mayoral election. Furthermore, there are NINE witness affidavits in Fulton County testifying to stacks of unusual mail-in ballots with "pristine sheets, no creases, and perfect bubbles" that went "all for Biden".

The speaker, who has experience with ballots, describes their observation of pristine and clean ballots. They noticed a slight eclipse on the bubble for Joseph R. Biden, which appeared on 107 out of 110 ballots. Every vote on every ballot, including referendums, was exactly the same, which the speaker finds statistically impossible. They believe these were preprinted ballots and suspect that some test ballots from before the election were mixed in. Out of 800 ballots, less than 40 were for Trump and 7 for Jorgensen. The speaker emphasizes the unusual cleanliness of the ballots, as there were no creases or signs of wear. They question how these ballots were not folded and express disbelief at the anomaly.

Speaker 0: I've done this for a long time. I've seen ballots. I've seen, I I've touched ballots. I've felt ballots. The first thing that struck me though wasn't the way the ballot was marked, it was how clean these ballots were. And that's where the word pristine came from because I. That was the only word that came to mind. I said: These are so clean, these are pristine. And I was running my hand over them and I said to my partner Barbara, I said: Barbara, Look at these. These, these are almost immaculate. And then I noticed on the bubble that was for Joseph R. Biden, There was a slight eclipse but I could tell these had been printed. And then as we went through this batch of a 110, which should have only been a 100, a 107 of them all had this little eclipse for Biden. The next thing I saw was I started glancing down the ballot and every vote on every ballot, Both sides, even soil and conservation, was exactly the same. Speaker 1: What about the referendums? Speaker 0: They were exactly the same. Speaker 1: What are the chances of that? Speaker 0: I'd say that's a statistical impossibility. I've done this forever, and most people forget something on a ballot. Speaker 1: And they all voted for the same thing? They did. Biden, Ossoff, Warnock, soil and water amendments, it was all the same. Speaker 0: Everything was the same and they were obviously pre printed. They tried to tell me the things that they were, but I knew that they weren't that. They couldn't have been adjudicated ballots. These were preprinted ballots. This is the part that I just am so sure of. I think some of the test ballots from prior to the election made their way into some of these batches. There were 800 in this box. Out of all those, there were less than 40 for Trump and 7 for Jorgensen. And as long as I've been doing this, I have never seen odds like Speaker 1: So what's that? Somebody somebody do the math. 96%. 90, 95% for Biden. I mean, that's that's unheard of. Plus, so on. Water's the same. Amendments are the same. Down ballots the same. Council mayor, whatever the referendums. This is a look. This is a statistical impossibility. Right? So you saw that and what about the other thing? They weren't folded. Speaker 0: Correct. Speaker 1: No crease. Speaker 0: As I ran my hand over these, there was no wear on them. Even when the ballot is sitting on your kitchen table, Soil from your hands gets on there. Soil from somebody else's hands when they're opening the ballot gets on there. These were the cleanest ballots I have ever in my life seen. Speaker 1: And if you got to deliver them back in an envelope, Susie, and that's the law, they have to be in an envelope. Envelope has to be sealed And you sign across the seal. Are these magic ballots? Did somebody steam clean them? How are they not folded? Speaker 0: That was the first thing that drew my attention was the fact that they were so and then the paper felt different. There I there was just such an anomaly to these ballots. Speaker 1: Unbelievable.

GEORGIA🚨 Here are a few affidavits filed shortly after the election attesting to the *counterfeit* ballots in Fulton County. GA Democrat: "Hundreds of these ballots seemed impeccable, no folds or creases. The bubble selections were perfectly made... only black ink, and all.. for Biden." GA Democrat: "All had a perfect black bubble and were all Biden... I heard... Biden.. over 500 times in a row." Susan Voyles, 20-year election official: "Pristine" sheets "difference in the texture of the paper" with "a different feel" and "no markings" and approximately "98% for Joe Biden." Our election system is so corrupt that @VoterGa has been fighting in court for three years for the right to inspect these ballots from the 2020 election.

GEORGIA🚨 Fulton County poll worker Bridget Thorne says thousands of *test ballots* were printed on the same "heavy cardstock" used for actual ballots and left unsecured with no chain of custody. The *test ballots* were "indistinguishable from live Georgia ballots," and stacks were left "unsecured all over the facility." "It's the same roll-in voter paper. There were reams of it all over the warehouse. Anybody could print. You could print whatever ballots you wanted. Not only test ballots." There are nine witness affidavits testifying to stacks of unusual mail-in ballots with "pristine sheets, no creases, and perfect bubbles" that went "all for Biden." Many election workers who signed these affidavits believe these "pristine sheets" were test ballots, yet no one has been allowed to inspect them for three years.

Speaker 0: Our next guest is a Fulton County, Georgia voting technician and says test ballots were handled in an unsecure manner and un indistinguishable from live ballots. Here with more is Bridget Thorne. Bridget, good morning to you. Speaker 1: Good morning. Speaker 0: Okay, so Bridget, what were you hired to do on Election Day? Speaker 1: I was trained as a poll tech, and I was hired to come down to the warehouse to help. The 24 employees that normally work the warehouse, were quarantined with COVID. So they had Dominion Software running the warehouse. Speaker 0: Okay. So one of the things that I read your affidavit. It's about 3 pages long. It's very interesting stuff. One of the things that concern you is, with each of the machines, you're supposed to run sample ballots. Test ballots, that is to say. You think they should have been run on just regular paper, but instead, they were run with the heavier cardstock that people normally vote on. So you're worried that a sample ballot, a test ballot, is indistinguishable from a real live ballot? Speaker 1: Correct, correct. They are. And it's the same roll in voter paper. There are rings of it all over the warehouse. Anybody could print. You could print whatever ballots you wanted, not only test ballots. Speaker 0: Yeah. So so all these ballots, and I think there were over a dozen per machine, We're printed. And then what happened to them? Speaker 1: I don't know. I assume there was a big suitcase in the middle of the warehouse that you could put stuff in to go to the Yeah. I since anyone had access to that, I would spoil a ballot before I put it in the shredder, but nobody else was directed To do anything about that. Like, we can't let these ballots get in the wrong hands. Speaker 0: And when you say spoil a ballot, you you would run something through a QR code in the corner so that it was unusable or else you'd rip it apart. And you did thousands of those so that they could not be used, or, you know, as a real ballot. And that's one of the things that concerns you. You don't know exactly the chain of custody. You don't know what happened to those ballots. Speaker 1: Correct. Correct. Speaker 0: Tell us also a little bit about, apparently there was a guy who was working there by the name of Mike. And you had some problems with the way Mike was operating. Speaker 1: So the last night I was there, we were done printing test ballots, but they lost. They would lose these test ballots. So we have to reprint them. And it was a very disorganized process. And And I decided to go out on the floor and leave the test ballot station. So there was nobody at the test ballot area or tables. And when I came back late at night, 10 o'clock at night thinking I need to get my purse, I'm gonna go home. There was a Dominion employee and a consultant from the elections group from Chicago who'd been there pretty much all week, but Stayed in the back of the warehouse. And he was, I assumed they need a test ballot, so I just sat down. How can I help? The Dominion employee soon left. I noticed the consultant was just printing random ballots. And so I corrected him. I'm like, let me give you a lesson. This is how you print test ballots. And so I taught him and then he's like, do I have to vote for Trump? And I'm like, yeah, you have to vote for Trump. And then he shortly left. And I later find out, I I thought he was a warehouse consultant. I have a background with some industrial engineering, my daughter, my husband, everybody's industrial engineers. So I was talking to him about Georgia Tech and how great it would be to get students to come down here and help. And He never corrected me that he wasn't a warehouse engineer. The elections group has nothing to do with warehousing. Speaker 0: So with all those tests and sample ballots, you just don't know what happened to them. And so you have a question. Was one other thing in your affidavit that was interesting, and that was, I think it was the day of the election. You received an email that said there would be ACLU clerks for absentee ballots in each precinct. Why were you troubled by the fact that there would be somebody from the ACLU there? Speaker 1: Well, I received an email on Sunday in preparation to be a precinct manager. And my immediate concern was that it was a partisan group that was having access to the voter database. Being a computer person, Having that database information as to who applied for an absentee ballot, who turned theirs in, who didn't turn theirs in, and you're giving it access to that database to a group was Kind of a concern for me, but I didn't know. So I contacted the Secretary of State's office and just put in my concern. And I thought, that's good. But the day of the election, my ACLU clerk was able to just use her personal laptop and she wasn't trained to collect an affidavit, which is the most important thing When clearing a veteran vote on the machines. Speaker 0: So you have come forward because you have seen these irregularities, and you don't know exactly what happened to the sample ballots. You don't know exactly what Mike Steele was. You don't know exactly what the ACLU involvement was, but you just were concerned given all of these allegations. Speaker 1: Yes, and then a big concern was the handling of the early voting ballots, The real ballots that people voted on in State Farm Arena, when they came into the warehouse, they were just haphazardly treated by anybody who wanted to dump the ballots out of the scanner tabulators. Speaker 0: And And Speaker 1: there was no oaths administered. There weren't 2 people present. People were just dumping them in suitcases and then leaving the suitcases on the floor and taking a break for dinner or just quitting the job. And I know how precious a ballot is in someone's vote. Speaker 0: And it Speaker 1: was very disturbing for me to see that. Speaker 0: Right, exactly. And that's why you filed this affidavit and you talked to the Secretary of State as well. Bridget Thorne, thank you very much for telling us your story and what you saw. Speaker 1: Thank you.

GEORGIA🚨 Fulton County falsified 7 audit tally sheets containing fabricated vote totals for their respective batches of ballot images. For example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for Joe Biden, 42 for Donald Trump, and 0 for Jo Jorgenson was reported as 100 for Biden and 0 for Trump. The seven batches of ballot images with 554 votes for Joe Biden, 140 for Donald Trump, and 11 for Jo Jorgenson had tally sheets falsified to show 850 for Biden, 0 for Trump, and 0 for Jorgenson. The VoterGA team also found at least 36 duplicate batches of mail-in ballots, resulting in 4,255 total extra votes. These fraudulent votes include 3,390 extra votes for Joe Biden, 865 extra votes for Donald Trump, and 43 extra votes for Jo Jorgenson. @TalkMullins @VoterGa

The speaker discusses tally sheets from the Georgia audit, noting that some sheets show fraudulent numbers, such as 100 to nothing or 150 to nothing. They mention that the sheets are signed by the auditors, but the person responsible for the fraud remains unknown. The speaker then shifts focus to the ballot images obtained through a lawsuit, pointing out that there are duplicate markings on different ballots. They mention that over 4,000 duplicate reports were found, with an error rate of 59.7% according to a spreadsheet with 40,000 line items comparing original election numbers to the recount.

Speaker 0: Yeah. So what we're looking at, Heather and Steve, are tally sheets that were the auditors for the Georgia audit that was conducted on November 14th 15th in Fulton County. They fill these out as they counted the balance. And typically, you would see 37 to 43, 60 to 1 to 48, something like that. But here we have tally sheets that are 100 to nothing for ballots. So somebody filled this out. But it's not just one of these. We have a 7 of these and we're going to kind of scroll through and show you these live. There's another one, 100 to nothing. The actual counts of these are like 59, 42 in terms of ballot images. Here's one that's 150 to nothing. Speaker 1: Yeah. So basically, every the people that were Filling, doing the audit would count the batches and then write in fraudulent numbers because they have the corresponding images for these Hatches and they do not match these sheets. So whoever was doing them commit fraud. And what I had asked him in the press conferences, are these Sheets signed by the person that doing them. And apparently, they are Steve. And not only that, the secretary of state has the information. These sheets that they got, it's redacted. So they can't determine who was doing this, but we know that whoever did commit fraud. Now I wanna switch over to the images of the ballots. Right. These ballot images that they obtained through their lawsuit that are the official images from the Dominion machines, 2 different ballots right here, right? This is the ballot number, the batch or the ballot number here, different from here. But as you can see, it's the exact Same markings, Steve, on each one. And Garland, tell me, how many of these did you guys find? Speaker 0: Well, there are a total the there are total duplicate reporting of over 4,000. We're still looking at as to find out how many of these are duplicate scanned. Speaker 1: This spreadsheet behind here has about 40,000 line items, right, that compares the numbers from the original election to the recount. The error rate on that they said was 59.5%. Let that sink in. Speaker 0: Yeah. Actually, 59.7 to be exact.

GEORGIA🚨 Fulton County election officials told the media and observers that they were shutting down the tabulation center at State Farm Arena at 10:30 pm on election night only to continue counting ballots until 1:00 am. Video footage shows everyone was cleared out, including observers, but a handful of election workers stayed behind, pulled ballots out from under a table, and continued to scan ballots until 1:00 am. This included scanning the same sets of ballots multiple times in a row. SOS Brad Raffensperger hired a private contractor to monitor the Fulton County election. His notes obtained by @JustTheNews reveal that Raffensperger "ripped" Fulton County at 11:17 pm, saying, "Fulton can't get anything right," after the media reported that State Farm Arena had stopped counting for the night. His notes continue: 11:26 — There is confusion about whether or not they're still scanning at State Farm bc there were reports that the staff there told the rest of the staff and press to leave, but I am still getting number reports from Shaye ~11:30 — Amid reports from local news that the lights are off and the staff have left, I head to state farm 11:52 — I arrive at State Farm Arena and report to Ryan Germany and Deputy Secretary Jordan Fuchs that they staff are still scanning on all five scanners. "The media just packed up when I released all the staff opening and sorting ballots," Shaye told me. The scanners worked to clear what had been processed that day instead of interrupting the processing flow to secure the ballots before leaving. Their goal is to hit Ralph's 100k by the end of the night. 12:08 — I send Ryan insert photo timestamped image showing that scanners are still working so that he can refute stories to the contrary. Order is starting to break down ---> Ralph newly re-scanned some ballots that had already been processed by Shaye 12:15 AM — Inspector James Callaway arrives to investigate the accusations that the Fulton staff had told the press to go home and were scanning without observers. If the private contractor is saying "order is starting to break down" at 12:08 due to some "already been processed" ballots being "re-scanned," why does the arena footage show the very same election workers repeatedly re-scanning the same batches of ballots multiple times in a row before the private contractor arrives? Lastly, Fulton County released ballot images, and guess what? Fulton County counted the same ballots multiple times.

There was no water main break. A toilet leaked earlier but had no impact on the election. The water main break was used as an excuse to clear the room. The vote count was supposed to resume the next morning, but it was discovered that 5 women had been scanning ballots for 2 and a half hours the previous night. One woman repeatedly ran the same stack of ballots through the scanner. Another woman did the same on her desk. This video evidence shows that the principle of one person, one vote was disregarded. It's like having a video of someone running a red light, no need for expert testimony.

Speaker 0: There was no water main break at all. There was a toilet leak about 16 or 18 hours earlier in the day leaking from the ceiling from a suite above. It was cleaned up. It had no impact on this election. The water main break, pronouncement was obviously made to to clear the room of all poll watchers and the media. So they were told that night that, the vote count would be suspended because the water main break and that they would resume the vote count the next morning. The next morning, everybody was stunned to learn that the people at, State Farm arena, there were 5 women that worked for about 2 and a half hours from, just before 11 PM until just before 1 AM, scanning ballots. And the disturbing thing about it is that, there were 5 of these desks with women, at each of the 5 desks, and we've labeled the first one here kind of focused on her. She's wearing a purple top, desk 1. This is at 4 x speed, so we don't have to sit there what's, you know, in a slower speed. But you can see that this lady is, taking the same stack of ballots, And once she runs them through the scanner, there she goes. She sticks them back in and runs them a 2nd time and a 3rd time. And then the lady to her right wearing the yellow top. We we've got a 2nd video that shows that she did the same thing with stack of ballots on her desk. And, so there's ballot scan number 3 from desk number 1. 1 man, 1 vote just went out the window at State Farm Arena on the night of November 3, 2020, and it's here for all us to see. This is this is much like going to trial with a who ran the red light case, and instead of having people coming in and testifying about who ran the red light, you got a video showing who ran the red light. Now it doesn't take experts, you know

In this video, the speaker shows two different batches of votes, both from scanner 5162. They point out that there are similarities between the ballots in each batch, such as a little tail and the word "Republican" written on them. The speaker mentions that there are a total of 62 images in the batch, but they only highlight a few obvious examples. They also mention that the total numbers of the batches were fairly close. The speaker concludes that these similarities indicate duplicate ballots, suggesting that the entire batch was scanned multiple times.

Speaker 0: Alright. So what we're looking at here are, are 2 different batches of votes. Scanner 5162, batch two thirty four, image 59. And scanner 5162, batch 2 35, image teen. And what you can see is that, like on this vote right here, we've got this exact same little tail that shows on both of them. And if you don't and if you think that maybe that's, you know, if you think that maybe that's just a, you know, a mistake or you know, or just a coincidence. Here's the next one that shows you can see Republican is written there. Republicans written there. This is, Ballot 61. This is ballot number 2. And then, each one of them even has this little dot in the Fannie Willis. Speaker 1: Okay. Do you have more of those? Speaker 0: We have the entire batch. I've got there's 62 images in here total. And I didn't even get a chance to go through all of them. But these are the most obvious ones, where it's clear that it's it's the same. This one's got the little tail on the side. Speaker 1: And so what happened so do you know the numbers of these total batches? Like Speaker 0: I don't remember what the what the totals were when the batches I don't think they were they weren't disparate. They we're fairly close, but the the simple fact that they occurred. Speaker 1: See that little bubble right there. This is a one image. Here's Another image? Exactly. See, the exact same in the batch number? Was it five 162. Speaker 0: Also, scanner 5162. Okay. Scatter. Batch number 235, image number 92, matches the same scanner 5162. Batch 234. Image 33. Speaker 1: So there you have it. Duplicate ballots. The entire batch is scanned several times.

Here is where it gets really bizarre... Fulton County, the most populous county... It is Atlanta. They just stopped counting at 10:30 pm... They stopped counting their absentee ballots. They said they would pick it up in the morning." P.S. They actually kept counting. Biden also received 98% of a 23,487 vote batch at 12:18 am. According to Georgia's official 2020 election data, Biden received 83% of the vote in Dekalb and 73% in Fulton County. So it's incredibly odd for Biden to get 98% of a vote batch. Although there are numerous witness affidavits testifying to stacks of unusual mail-in ballots with "pristine sheets, no creases, and perfect bubbles" that went "all for Biden." Unfortunately, nobody can inspect those 145,000 ballots in Fulton County, Georgia, despite Joe Biden only winning the state by 11,800 votes.

Speaker 0: You know, I've been working a ton in Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, but mainly lately in Georgia. If if you I don't think you guys, any of you guys understand how much shit is missing in Georgia. The machine count, the 1st machine count, the election day ballots that they scanned that people voted in person, we don't have those ballot images. We, the only images we have from Georgia, from Fulton County is the 2nd machine count images. Now, coincidentally, the Dominion Voting Machines, they, they create every time a ballot image is created on these ICX machines, they also create a hash validation file. So you can ensure that when you look at that ballot image, you can take that hash validation file and ensure that that ballot image has not been tampered with. Those are gone too. I mean it's just an absolute shit show and then they say, well we did 3 counts. We did a machine count, a hand count and a machine count. Well the hand count in, in Curling v Raffensperger, Philip Stark, who is no friend of the right, he's no friend of the right, came out and flat out said that you can't do a hand count on this because you can't, counting crap, you're auditing, you're doing a risk limit on crap, you're counting crap, you don't know that these ballots line up. It's just absolutely disgusting how much they got away with. We literally have shown them Dropbox custody forms. This is related to 2,000 mules. Dropbox chain of custody forms that are duplicated, they took a copy, scanned it and said this is this day and this day. The same exact document. They even tried to cancel it out and change the numbers and they decided not to and they went back. We have poll tapes like an overwhelming majority. We're talking like 80, 90 the poll tapes, nobody signed them. Nobody signed them as witnesses. None of the poll managers, the poll workers, nobody signed the tape, that is a document, that is a chain of custody document and they wouldn't put their names on. Did anybody ask them why? Did anybody ask any of these poll workers why they wouldn't put their names on it? It's just, it's so insane. And then we get this report from, SISO, the cyber and security infrastructure, whatever it is, agency, you know, Chris Krebs and safest election ever, that bullshit that he fed us early on, we get a letter from them after the Halderman report, which is still sealed by the way, because you know, that's the appropriate thing to do is when the election systems that we paid for, United States citizens paid for the whole entire free world, when an expert comes out that they touted as a hero in Antrim County for figuring out what happened in Antrim County, he's touted as a hero. He puts this report out and the federal judge immediately seals it and now the, now SISA comes out and says, we read it. It's pretty bad. You need to do rigorous post election audits, you know, all this stuff. So what happens in 2022? Brad Raffensperger and Brian Kemp outperform polls by over 20% 20% to win reelection in Georgia, are there any risk limiting audits? No. No. No.

In Georgia, concerns about election integrity have been raised. An anomaly was discovered during a municipal election, where tabulators didn't match the number of scanned ballots. The cause remains inconclusive, but erroneous code was found in EAC certified systems. Similar issues were found in 64 out of 66 Georgia counties. Hand recounts revealed more ballots than recorded votes in several counties. Despite evidence, these anomalies have not been addressed. The Georgia Secretary of State declined a security upgrade. These issues raise questions about the integrity of the election process.

Video Transcript AI Summary
There was fraud in the election, including dead people voting. The machines played a role in this fraud. Instead of having hidden ballots, they stored them in a secret folder. After the polls closed, the machines matched unvoted ballots with unvoted voters. This was evident when the vote percentage reached 99% but the votes kept coming in. The denominator, which represents the remaining ballots, started increasing, indicating that they were unloading the hidden ballots and matching them to unvoted voters. This allowed them to barely cross the finish line with enough votes.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: We know there was fraud, traditional fraud that occurred. We know that dead people voted, but we now know because we caught it live last time in real time how the machines contributed to that fraud. And let me, as simply as I can, explain it. You know the old way was to have a bunch of ballots sitting in a box under the floor. And when you needed more, you pull them out in the dark of night. They put those ballots in a secret folder in the machines, sitting there waiting until they know how many they need. And then the machine, after the close of polls, we now know who's voted and we know who hasn't. And I can now, in that machine, match those unvoted ballots with an unvoted voter and put them together in the machine. And how do we know that happened last night in real time? You saw when it got to 99% of the vote total, and then it stopped. The percentage stopped, but the votes didn't stop. What happened and you don't see this on Fox or any of the other stations, but the data shows that the denominator how many ballots remain to be counted? How else do you figure out the percentage that you have? How many remain to be counted. That number started moving up. That means they were unloading the ballots from that secret folder, matching them matching them to the unvoted voter, and voila, we have enough votes to barely get over the finish line.

2/ On Oct 26, 2021, almost a year later, the TN Sec. State sent a report to the Elections Assistance Commission (EAC) about "an anomaly" during a municipal election on Dominion tabulators. 7 of 18 tabulators *did not match the number of ballots scanned.* https://www.eac.gov/sites/default/files/TestingCertification/EAC_Report_of_Investigation_Dominion_DSuite_5.5_B.pdf

Page not found | U.S. Election Assistance CommissionLock eac.gov

@CannConActual - CannCon

2 cont'd: This anomaly was discovered after an alert election worker found 163 ballots in a tabulator but only had 79 votes recorded by the machine. The other tabulator had 167 ballots inside of it but only recorded 19! Did these ballots end up in a "cache" secret folder??

@CannConActual - CannCon

3/ Williamson Co uses Dominion ICX BMDs to print/mark ballots and then tabulate them on Dominion ICP tabulators. The EAC's analysis that was performed by Pro V&V and SLI Compliance (voting systems test labs) *with* the EAC, Williams staff, TN SOS *AND* Dominion present.

@CannConActual - CannCon

4/ The report goes on to say that the "direct cause" is "inconclusive" --> Very important word. It also admits that "erroneous code" was found in the *EAC CERTIFIED* systems. *CERTIFIED* The explanation of a "misread of the QR code" is, according to many experts, "absurd".

@CannConActual - CannCon

5/ It's been explained to me that a QR code cannot be "misread". It's either read or its not read. For a scanner to "misinterpret" a bit and cause a ballot to incorrectly be designated "provisional" is extremely concerning. Especially when you see what happens next...

@CannConActual - CannCon

6/ The "misread" ballot (and all succeeding ballots) are also marked as "provisional". They don't reflect in the poll report totals. But they didn't just disappear. This is where Eastman's assertion over ONE YEAR *before* this report is so important.

@CannConActual - CannCon

7/ It's important to note that the problem was not "successfully fixed", as Dominion claims. Instead, some proverbial duct tape was thrown at it and the root cause was ignored. It'd be like resetting your Check Engine light and saying "my car is fixed!"

@CannConActual - CannCon

8/ Now here's how its relevant to what Eastman said about Georgia on January 6th! Georgia uses Dominion ICX BMDs and Dominion ICPs, much like Williamson. And much like Williamson, audit logs *and* evidence suggests the same thing may have happened in Georgia.

@CannConActual - CannCon

9/ The Elections Oversight Group (givesendgo.com/ElectionsOvers…) analyzed the system log files for 66 Georgia counties (acquired through Open Records Requests). In **64 out of 66 counties**, they found the same error messages as Williamson. https://gaballots.com/evidence/f/scanner-failures-in-georgia-match-the-williamson-error

The Williamson Tennessee ERROR is in 97% of Georgia Counties “That’s weird, it didn’t count all the votes.” gaballots.com

@CannConActual - CannCon

10/ Several GA counties had *more ballots* than recorded votes, as discovered during the hand-recount in Nov 2020. Those included Floyd Co (2600), Fayette (2700), Walton (284) and Douglas (293). Dekalb Co 2022 Dem Primary found 2810 extra votes in a hand count as well.

11/ It is worth noting that the hand-recount was off in Fulton by thousands and thousands of votes and had to double/triple scan ballots to make the numbers match. They entered a Consent Agreement admitting as much. Evidence suggests other counties were off as well.

12/ @TalkMullins was in Floyd County covering this discrepancy. It was reported by the GA SOS Office that this was because a USB wasn't properly uploaded. Officials in Floyd, in the presence of a Dominion rep, disagreed: https://x.com/TalkMullins/status/1328857648276574210?s=20

Speaker 1: We don't know. I mean, we can't they're not in there anywhere. So we don't know why that It gets scanned in there. Speaker 2: So have the Dominion Tech guys that have been troubleshooting here all day been able to figure out why they weren't in there? Speaker 0: They're not allowed to comment. Speaker 2: They're not allowed to comment. And you're Speaker 0: not allowed to tell me you're out there. Rec Speaker 1: sorry. Because that hasn't been confirmed to my knowledge by anyone here. Speaker 1: I don't think it was a memory card. I I can almost do you? Speaker 0: I don't think it was a memory card. Speaker 2: So it wasn't we we can rule out with Speaker 1: memory cards. Memory card that wasn't scanned. Speaker 0: Yeah. Okay. It seems like it's human error. Speaker 2: It seems like it, but what what's the evidence that would indicate it would be a human error issue? Speaker 0: The the the ballots didn't transfer over like they should have, and that could have been dealing with how whatever program or program them. But at this point, we rack. Don't know, so that's why you're Speaker 2: Could also potentially be a software issue. Speaker 0: We're not going to speculate at this point. Speaker 2: But you just said it could potentially be a human error. That was speculation. Incorrect. Speaker 0: So that's why rack? Speaker 2: So then I Speaker 0: could these types of different questions. Speaker 2: I'm really trying to Speaker 0: give you any I know what you're trying to do. We really don't have a pinpointed right now. Like side? We want to be able to give you the exact answer on on what happened. Absolutely. I'm not able to do that right now. Speaker 2: Okay. Alright. Fair enough. Thank you Speaker 0: for that.

13/ This issue persisted in 2022 as well. Nothing suggests that this anomaly has even been considered in Georgia despite this evidence. In fact, the @GaSecofState has declined to "patch" their system with a security upgrade recommended after the Halderman report.

In the 2020 Presidential Election, there are allegations of election fraud in the swing states of Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Michigan. These allegations include altered and unlawfully cast votes, broken chain of custody, electronic manipulation, and missing or corrupted election files. Investigations have uncovered irregularities, unlawful activity, and fraud. The number of votes exceeds the number of voters in some cases. There were also issues with signature verification and the handling of absentee ballots. The report suggests that these irregularities and fraud may have affected the outcome of the election. It is important to review the evidence and draw your own conclusions.

@KanekoaTheGreat - KanekoaTheGreat

🚨JUST IN - President Trump Releases Summary of Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election in the Swing States Introduction: It has often been repeated there is “no evidence” of fraud in the 2020 Election. In actuality, there is no evidence Joe Biden won. Ongoing investigations in the Swing States reveal hundreds of thousands of votes were altered and/or not lawfully cast in the Presidential Election. Joe Biden needed them. On Election Night Nov. 3, 2020, President Donald J. Trump was sailing to reelection with landslide leads in numerous battlegrounds. In Georgia, President Trump was up by 12 points, and over 335,000 votes, with 56 percent of the vote in at 10:17 p.m. In Wisconsin, President Trump was leading by 121,380 votes and 5 points at 12:12 a.m., which Fox News anchor Bret Baier noted was “not a small margin.” In Pennsylvania, President Trump was leading by 659,145 votes at 12:38 a.m., a full 15 points. In Michigan, President Trump was leading by 293,052 votes and 10 points. The election was over. However, precincts in Atlanta, Detroit, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and Milwaukee kept counting until the results reached the desired outcome, which was the opposite of the will of the voters. Georgia went from having a total of 4.7 million votes, already a record for the state, according to Brad Raffensperger’s count on Nov. 4, to certifying almost 5 million. This was 300,000 more votes than what the top elections official claimed were cast in the Election. Getting to this result in Georgia, and other states, created an irredeemably compromised Election, filled with violations of the Constitution, unlawful ballots, widespread broken chain of custody, electronic manipulation, and missing and corrupted election files that made it uncertifiable — and impossible to recreate the results. President Trump was right to voice his objections to what had unfolded before the country’s eyes. Republican poll watchers were denied access to the counting in multiple jurisdictions and ballots were counted in secret in the middle of the night without media or observers present. Countless irregularities emerged, including reports of ineligible voters, voting machine anomalies, “water main breaks,” improbable percentages of ballots for Biden, and more. Since, investigations across the country have uncovered an avalanche of irregularities, unlawful activity, manipulation of election records, destruction of evidence, and fraud. The findings, which are outcome determinative, are detailed in the summaries of the Swing States. GEORGIA🚨 • Georgia was called by 11,779 votes. • Fulton County, Georgia, the most populous county in the state, has no digital record of all in person votes cast in its original results. • Not a single ballot purportedly cast during early in-person voting was witnessed to and signed off by poll managers, as required by Georgia election rules. Seals were broken and memory cards removed from tabulators for the results of these 315,000 votes, which were printed out on different machines than the ones that tabulated them. This prevented the reconciliation of how many votes were cast on each machine. • The ballot images of these votes, along with the rest of in-person ballots cast on Election Day, were destroyed. • The vote in Georgia was counted three times: the original machine count, a statewide hand recount, and a second machine count. Each time the state, and Fulton County, reported three different results. • Fulton County did not count the same ballots during the original count and the machine recount. There are 19,541 distinct ballots that appear in one machine count but not the other. • Thousands of fraudulent “presidential only” ballots were injected into the second machine count, with huge margins favoring Joe Biden. Ballots that are blank except for the presidential contest were counted in batches together, with the pattern appearing in at least eight counties, including Fulton. This means Georgia did not have the votes to justify its original Election “results.” • The second machine count was over 17,000 votes “short.” Fulton County was instructed to “reconcile” the results by the Secretary of State, and recertified its results without divulging the extent of the vote deficiency to members of the Fulton County Board of Registrations and Elections. • “Thousands of bogus votes” were ultimately added into the Election results via the second machine count. This includes 20,977 unsubstantiated votes of unknown origin. The results were missing 17,852 ballot images, and included 3,125 duplicate ballot images that were counted twice. • At least 2,871 ballots were counted two or three times in the second machine count, totaling 6,118 questionable votes. • Eighty-eight percent of Fulton County’s precincts reported a different total number of votes between the first and second machine count. • The only electronic votes that survived from the first count were the mail-in ballots, since they were tabulated on the high speed scanner their ballot images were automatically uploaded to the election server. • Ninety percent of these approximately 148,000 absentee ballots cast in Fulton County cannot be authenticated. Ballot images for 132,284 mail-in votes have no .SHA file, which is created automatically when a ballot is scanned and used to authenticate the digital image of the vote, lacking evidence they were scanned and tabulated properly, or even cast by a real voter. • 104,994 ballot image files of these mail-in ballots from the original count contained identical modified time stamps, suggesting electronic manipulation. • Fulton County does not know “how many voters cast votes” and its “lack of basic accounting controls make it impossible to determine who really won” in 2020, according to Philip Stark, a University of California, Berkeley professor who invented risk-limiting audits. Stark noted, “The electronic records of the election are not intact.” • 376,863 ballot images are missing from the first machine count, which includes all in-person votes in Fulton County. • None of the 315,000 votes cast during early voting in Fulton County were witnessed to and signed by the poll manager and two poll workers, as required by state election rules. The closing tapes for these votes are all unsigned, showed more tabulated votes than the tabulators had recorded as scanning in their protective counters, and recorded improbably low percentages for President Trump. For example, President Trump received only 0.9 percent, 2.4 percent, 3.7 percent from some of the tabulators, as if he was a third party candidate, or in a third world country. The anomalies indicate ballots were not scanned on the tabulators that printed the closing tapes, making the closing tapes fraudulent. • Tabulators used in Fulton County during early voting had their seals broken, and memory cards were reprogrammed and inserted into different scanners to count absentee ballots, in violation of election rules. This made it impossible to reconcile the true number of votes tabulated on the machines from the start of the Election to the end of counting. • 235,000 absentee ballots were requested and accepted too early, prior to the lawful date 180 days before the 2020 Election, which was May 6, 2020. These votes should have never been counted in the 2020 Election. • 4,081 false votes for Joe Biden were included in the hand count audit results for Fulton County. The false votes were the result of 36 accounting errors, which were confirmed by Governor Brian Kemp’s office and investigators working for Secretary Brad Raffensperger, yet they have never been removed from the official hand count results. These errors alone would reduce the margin to 7,698 votes. • The hand count audit included 3,935 unaccounted for votes due to 11 missing batch sheets in Fulton County. Differences from the original count to the hand audit total at least 15,690 votes, which is more than the entire election margin alone. This includes the 4,081 false Biden votes, plus “missing” votes discovered in Gwinett (1,642), Fayette (2,755), Floyd (2,700), Douglas (293), and Walton (284) counties that were likely due to machine counting errors. • Thousands of “pristine,” unfolded absentee ballots were counted during the hand count audit in Fulton County, according to at least six witnesses, which is the subject of ongoing litigation. These absentee ballots had no folds, and went 98 percent to Joe Biden, had “been added in a fraudulent manner,” witnesses said. • Fulton County certified 59,143 in-person votes on Election Day, despite the fact that only 14,152 people had voted as of 5 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2020. Evidence suggests the in-person vote total on Election Day was inflated by approximately 37,000 votes, as records show no rush to the polls during the final two hours of voting, and a screenshot of the in-person Election Day results shared by a government contractor showed only 21,843 people voted at the polls in Fulton County on Nov. 3. • Fulton County ordered over 1 million absentee ballots days before the 2020 Election, without any envelopes and the time necessary to mail. There were only 808,680 active voters in Fulton County as of Nov. 1, 2020, meaning the county had more blank mail-in ballots than the number of registered voters, and ordered them after the vast majority of mail-in ballot requests had already been sent to voters by Runbeck Election Services. • An estimated 30,000 to 92,670 illicit votes were trafficked in Georgia, as part of a massive ballot trafficking operation discovered by True the Vote. The group identified 242 traffickers in Georgia who engaged in 5,662 ballot drops into drop boxes, making an average of runs per trafficker. Over 40 percent of the illicit drops that were captured on camera were recorded between the non-voting hours of midnight and 5 a.m. • There were over 364,000 ineligible voter registrations on the rolls during the 2020 Election and likely 67,284 votes were cast from voters with invalid residency. • Massive manipulation of the Georgia voter rolls surrounding the 2020 Election has been uncovered. This includes 1,500 Voter IDs that received credit for voting in 2020, but were not on any voter rolls from 2020, some appearing for the first time on the voter rolls on Nov. 4, 2021, a year after the Election. Other findings include manipulation of inactive voters to cast ballots, “gifting” Nov. 3 votes up to 2 years after the Election, and casting votes on ballots previously rejected, cancelled, or not even turned in. • In 2020, there were absentee ballots issued to “Bangkok Thailand, Ga.,” “Denver, Ga.,” “Detroit, Ga.,” “Los Angeles, Ga.,” and other fraudulent addresses that do not exist. Ballots were fraudulently cast in 2020 from addresses listed as “Bronx, Ga.,” “Hilton Head, Ga.,” “Louisville, Ga.,” “San Diego, Ga.,” “New Orleans, Ga.,” “French Creek, Ga.,” “Virginia Beach, Ga.,” “Vicksburg, Ga.,” “Baltimore, Ga.,” “New York, Ga.,” and “Sarasota, Ga.,” all with zip codes out of state. • 43,907 drop box ballots violated chain of custody requirements in DeKalb County. • 59,000 of the 79,460 drop box ballots in Fulton County were not immediately transported to the election registrar, in violation of State Election Board rules. • An estimated 355,000 ballot transfer forms for drop box ballots are missing statewide. • Over 100,000 tally sheets for Fulton County were missing from the hand count audit, and remained missing for months after the Election. • In early January 2021, Ruby Freeman asked for an attorney because she wanted to “go live on every platform” to divulge information about how “the USB ports” were used in the 2020 Election. The expert cyber report by Professor J. Alex Halderman explained how external USB ports with election-changing malware can be inserted into Dominion machines by anyone with access, including election workers. • The presence of a “QR code mismatch” error within the Dominion tabulators that systematically undercounts votes was found in 65 out of 67 Georgia counties where records were available. The error was present in system log files for tabulators used in elections in 2020, 2021, and 2022. • The election results in Georgia in 2020 are not only unreliable, but were electronically altered, and are unsupported by the state’s own election records. The appearance of tens of thousands of unconfirmed ballots in subsequent hand and machine counts suggest reconciliation happened after the Election, meaning after it was clear what margins were needed to win. • Fulton County election officials admitted in early 2021 they do not engage in any reconciliation until weeks after Election Day. This means the number of voters showing up at the polls during each day of voting is not checked with the number of ballots tabulated each day, a basic process to ensure the number of ballots and voters match, and cannot be manipulated later. • “We can’t start reconciling that until usually a couple days before certification,” said then-Fulton County Elections Director Richard Barron, during a January 2021 Board meeting. “Because we have to get that report from KnowInk. I think KnowInk sends those to the state or KnowInk sends those directly to us. But those aren’t compiled then, on Election night. So we don’t have any way to balance those then. That’s like the post-election process that we do.”

JUST IN - President Trump Releases Summary of Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election in the Swing States WISCONSIN🚨 • Wisconsin was called by 20,682 votes. • The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled drop boxes are illegal under Wisconsin law, in a 4-3 decision issued in July 2022. • Wisconsin Election Commissioner Meagan Wolfe unilaterally declared ballot drop boxes could be used to vote in 2020 elections, even though “WEC’s commissioners never voted to adopt this memo.” • Ahead of the November 2020 Election, Wolfe encouraged clerks to use “creative solutions” to deploy drop boxes, that she said could be “unstaffed.” There were 528 drop boxes used in the General Election, and a total of 1,969,274 absentee votes cast, including 1,346,731 votes cast by mail, and 653,236 in-person. • In a concurring opinion to the ruling finding drop boxes to be unlawful, Justice Rebecca Bradley writes, “If the right to vote is to have any meaning at all, elections must be conducted according to law. Throughout history, tyrants have claimed electoral victory via elections conducted in violation of governing law… in Wisconsin elected officials “deriv[e] their just powers from the consent of the governed.” • “The right to vote presupposes the rule of law governs elections. If elections are conducted outside of the law, the people have not conferred their consent on the government. Such elections are unlawful and their results are illegitimate.” • Justice Bradley concluded “thousands of votes have been cast via this unlawful method,” using drop boxes, “thereby directly harming the Wisconsin voters.” • “The illegality of these drop boxes weakens the people’s faith that the election produced an outcome reflective of their will,” Justice Bradley writes. “The Wisconsin voters, and all lawful voters, are injured when the institution charged with administering Wisconsin elections does not follow the law, leaving the results in question…Electoral outcomes obtained by unlawful procedures corrupt the institution of voting, degrading the very foundation of free government. Unlawful votes do not dilute lawful votes so much as they pollute them, which in turn pollutes the integrity of the results.” • In the city of Milwaukee, nearly half of all its votes were cast by mail, totaling 217,424 ballots. The city deployed 15 drop boxes, with election officials claiming the drop boxes would be “under 24-hour surveillance.” However, after the election, not a single municipality in the county produced video surveillance of drop boxes in response to open records requests. Various responses included, “No records exist for your request,” “No video from requested time frame,” “No such records exist,” and “No security camera.” • The election integrity group True the Vote identified 107 ballot traffickers in Milwaukee County between Oct. 20 and Nov. 3, 2020, who each made 20 or more visits to drop boxes. Each trafficker made an average 26 visits, and as many as 15 in one day, and made multiple visits to non-governmental organizations. • The 107 traffickers made a total of 2,824 trips to drop boxes during the 2020 Election, with a majority of visits occurring after 8:00 p.m. • In 2020 there was a surge of “indefinitely confined” votes in Wisconsin, resulting in 220,404 votes cast from individuals who were exempted from showing voter ID. This surge of suspect votes was due to Democrat election clerks giving advice that was deemed illegal after the election, instructing voters to identify themselves as disabled during the COVID pandemic to avoid voter ID laws. • Indefinitely confined voters, who are supposed to be physically unable to go to the polls due to age, disability, or illness, increased by an astounding 393 percent in Dane County from 2016 to 2020; 492 percent in Racine County; 281 percent in Milwaukee County; and 287 percent in the state overall. • There were just 56,978 indefinitely confined votes in 2016, and roughly 70,000 43 in 2019. In 2020, however, there were 220,404 votes cast using indefinite confinement status. Over 77 percent of these individuals had never been listed as indefinitely confined before. The Wisconsin Legislative Audit Bureau identified 48,554 people who voted as indefinitely confined in November 2020 who had never provided photo identification or did not have photo identifications on file with clerks, which is more than twice the vote margin of 20,682. • Scott McDonell, the Democrat clerk of Dane County, which encompasses the area of Madison, told all residents they could identify themselves as indefinitely confined because of COVID, specifically citing it as a way to get around the Voter ID law. • McDonell previously blamed Wisconsin’s voter ID law for President Trump’s victory in 2016, claiming in a 2018 Twitter post that “thousands of voters [were] deterred from voting due to [the] ID law.” • In 2020, McDonell urged all voters to declare themselves indefinitely confined in order to obtain an absentee ballot and “skip the step of uploading an ID” in the April 2020 primary election. Once a voter is identified as indefinitely confined, they continue to receive absentee ballots automatically for subsequent elections. “I urge all voters who request a ballot and have trouble presenting a valid ID to indicate that they are indefinitely confined,” McDonell said in a Facebook post. • The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled in December 2020 that the pandemic “did not render all Wisconsin electors ‘indefinitely confined,’ thereby obviating the requirement of a valid photo identification to obtain an absentee ballot,” and the clerks’ “interpretation of Wisconsin election laws was erroneous.” • The Wisconsin Election Commission ordered nursing homes to violate the law by not allowing Special Voting Deputies (SVDs) inside their facilities, which led to election fraud where incapacitated elderly residents had votes cast in their name with the assistance of nursing home staff. • An investigation by the Racine County Sheriff found the Wisconsin Elections Commission “shattered” state election laws. Nursing homes saw an “unusual surge in voting activity,” and at least 8 cases of felony voter fraud were found in one nursing home, accounting for nearly 1 in 5 families of residents. • The Wisconsin Election Commission admitted it was “essentially telling the clerks to break the law” by ordering the sending of absentee ballots to nursing homes and barring Special Voting Deputies inside the facilities. • An interim report released by Special Counsel Michael J. Gableman raised “serious and legitimate questions that the certification of Wisconsin’s election results may have been undertaken in an unlawful and unconstitutional manner.” • Gableman claimed “Democracy in the Park” events in Madison involved numerous possible violations of the law, “calling into question the validity of over 17,000 absentee ballots.” • These outdoor events to collect mail-in ballots were the subject of numerous complaints, and it is “not clear that all of the workers at those events were properly deputized and trained, swore and filed the mandatory oath of office, or documents related to absentee ballots were properly handled.” • The Office of the Special Counsel also claimed evidence of “undue influence by well-funded private groups, who leveraged large grants to certain Wisconsin cities in order to co-opt our election apparatus to their benefit.” • The report confirms at least 17.5 percent of election clerks “were not properly trained,” and that “exploitation of elders” occurred in nursing homes. • In one example, Maryl Barrett, who was 104 years old and did not recognize her own children, had a ballot cast in her name in the 2020 Presidential Election. • The Office of Special Counsel’s second interim report found nursing homes in Milwaukee, Dane, and Racine counties with 100 percent turnout due to the Wisconsin Election Commission’s order. • The special counsel said it possessed evidence of nursing home facility staff and directors who “assisted residents in completing ballots; assisted residents in obtaining absentee ballots; pressured residents to vote; collected completed ballots from residents; forged signatures of residents; illegally returned residents’ ballots to the municipal clerks by mail, by placing the ballots in drop boxes, and/ or delivering them directly to the clerks; pressured and/or assisted incompetent persons to complete and cast ballots in the November 2020 election, up to and including persons who have had their right to vote take away by court order due to mental incompetence.” • The second interim report also detailed an $8.8 million “election bribery scheme” involving Mark Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech and Civic Life and the cities of Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, Kenosha, and Green Bay. “In the agreement, the Cities took CTCL’s money to facilitate in-person and absentee voting within their respective city.” • The “Wisconsin Safe Voting Plan” developed for CTCL facilitated grants to major Wisconsin cities to deploy drop boxes for mail-in ballots, including $50,000 to Green Bay, $40,000 to Kenosha, $50,000 to Madison, $58,500 to Milwaukee, and $18,000 to Racine. • Whitney May, the director of government services for CTCL, posted numerous anti-Trump posts on social media, including telling people “don’t vote for Trump” in 2016. • Internal emails from election officials in Green Bay revealed Michael SpitzerRubenstein, a former Democratic Party operative, served as a “de facto elections administrator and had access to Green Bay’s absentee ballots days before the election.” • The Office of the Special Counsel referenced this case, and has evidence that this grantee, which was funded by CTCL, was “directly involved in all aspects of management of election officials, was entrusted with the only sets of physical keys to the city’s central count location, managed the transportation of ballots, and instructed the counting of unlawful ballots that had arrived at the central count location beyond the lawful time window.”

JUST IN - President Trump Releases Summary of Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election in the Swing States PENNSYLVANIA🚨 • Pennsylvania was called by 80,555 votes. • Months after the election, there were 121,240 more votes than voters, according to the Pennsylvania Department of State. By law, Pennsylvania cannot certify an election with this type of discrepancy. • Republican lawmakers, led by State Representative Frank Ryan, were tracking the vote discrepancy in real time in the Statewide Uniform Registry of Electors (SURE) system. Ryan, a certified public accountant, initially reported that there were 170,830 more votes than voters in the Presidential race, more than twice the margin in Pennsylvania. “These numbers just don’t add up, and the alleged certification of Pennsylvania’s presidential election results was absolutely premature, unconfirmed, and in error,” the lawmakers said. • The Pennsylvania Department of State’s office called this “obvious misinformation,” while admitting the “only way to determine the number of voters who voted in November from the SURE system is through the vote histories,” which they said Philadelphia, Allegheny, and other counties had still not completed — an admission the election was certified without ensuring the number of voters and votes matched in the SURE system. The election was certified on Nov. 24, 2020, and the Department of State’s statement came on Dec. 29, 2020. • The SURE system was checked and downloaded weekly with updated voter histories from the general Election until all the counties uploaded their vote histories, which was not completed until February 2021. At this time there were still over 121,000 votes that did not have a corresponding voter in the SURE system. • The statement by the Department of State “that the voting would reconcile, once the counties completed their SURE uploads, was incorrect,” according to Verity Vote. “When the final county finished uploading their voter histories and closed the election in SURE, it was February 1, 2021, which was the same day that [Secretary of State Kathy] Boockvar announced her resignation. At the time that Philadelphia closed the election in SURE, the voter histories showed that the county accepted at least 7,944 ballots that could not be associated with a registered voter.” • Pennsylvania credited 71,893 people for voting who returned mail-in ballots after Election Day, and these individuals were included in the voter history files. This includes 50,285 received between Nov. 4 and Nov. 6; 11,570 received between Nov. 7 and Nov. 11; and 10,038 that were received on or after Nov. 12. Boockvar claimed only 10,000 ballots were received between the close of the polls on Election Day and Nov. 6. • While 71,893 people received credit for voting by mail, these votes purportedly did not count. Even while including these voters in the total number of who participated in the Election, Pennsylvania still came up 121,240 voters short. • According to the Department of State data, there were 7,035,746 ballots cast in the 2020 Presidential Election, including all write-in votes, over-votes, and under-votes. “After all counties closed the election in SURE, only 6,914,556 voters were credited with participation in the 2020 General Election. This reveals a voter deficit of 121,240.” • In Philadelphia, hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots were unlawfully counted in secret, in defiance of a court order, while Republican poll watchers were thrown out of buildings where voting took place. • U.S. Attorney Bill McSwain was told to stand down and not investigate election irregularities by Attorney General Bill Barr. McSwain said he was instructed to not discuss the allegations of voter fraud he received, and to pass any “serious” investigations along to then-State Attorney General Josh Shapiro, a Democrat who promised days before the election that President Trump “is going to lose.” • Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook poured over $25 million into the administration of the election in Pennsylvania in 2020. Over $10 million went to the Democrat-controlled jurisdiction of Philadelphia, which included $5.5 million on “ballot processing equipment” and $552,000 for drop boxes. • A lawsuit filed in Delaware County revealed video evidence of election officials discussing destroying election evidence from the November 2020 Election. “It’s a felony,” one official says after talking about the need to “get rid” of voting “pads and second scanners.” Sources involved in the litigation alleged the Delaware County officials violated numerous election laws and that the destruction of records was “done to ensure records eventually provided actually matched the election results that were reported in Nov. 2020.” • Delaware County received $2.2 million from Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), which it spent on “recruiting and training a sufficient number of poll workers; setting up drop box locations for voters to return ballots,” and other Get Out the Vote efforts. • The election integrity group True the Vote said Philadelphia was the worst offender it witnessed when investigating the widespread ballot trafficking scheme operating across multiple Swing States in 2020. They identified 1,155 ballot traffickers who each visited at least 10 drop boxes and five non-governmental organizations. Some ballot traffickers made hundreds of trips to drop boxes.

JUST IN - President Trump Releases Summary of Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election in the Swing States ARIZONA🚨 • Arizona was called by a margin of 10,457 votes. • Maricopa County accepted 20,500 mail-in ballots after Election Day 2020, including 18,000 – more than the entire election margin – on Nov. 4 picked up from the U.S. Postal Service. By law, ballots must be received no later than 7 p.m. on Election Day, which was Nov. 3. • “The 20,000 ballots recorded as incoming from the USPS on and after November 4 were of sufficient quantity to change the result of the 2020 General Election in Arizona,” according to Verity Vote. • The findings were based on Maricopa County’s official Elections Department records, which were withheld from a public records request for nearly seven months. The records showed 18,000 mail-in ballots received on Nov. 4; 1,000 received on Nov. 5; and 1,500 received on Nov. 6. • The 18,000 mail-in ballots received on Nov. 4 and subsequently counted represented a significant spike in ballots received, higher than every single day total since Oct. 29, 2020. The receipt of mail-in ballots had steadily declined from 14,500 ballots on Oct. 29 to 10,500 on Oct. 30; 6,000 on Oct. 31; 1,500 on Nov. 1; 1,000 on Nov. 2; and 2,500 on Nov. 3. • In the 2020 General Election, 420,987 ballots failed signature verification standards, “thus the election was openly vulnerable to fraud,” according to an ongoing analysis conducted by We the People Arizona Alliance and presented to the state legislature. • The initial analysis of 380,976 ballots, using official state records and official signature verification training techniques, identified 181,378 ballots that should not have been counted, or nearly half of all reviewed. • This includes: 1,870 blank envelopes, some of which were approved on Nov. 5 and Nov. 8; 542 with a signature other than the voter; 2,104 scribbles; 128 duplicate voters processed; 48,117 unreasonably different control signatures; 1,875 where the signature did not match until after the election; 36,034 control signatures that do not match the voter; 4,433 unusable control signatures; 47,366 that failed Secretary of State standards; and 38,909 egregious signature mismatches, where not one point of a signature matched any on file. • In the case of the 1,875 votes, the ballot envelopes did not have a signature match on Election Day, but “matching” signatures were later put on file for the voter on either Jan. 28, 2021, Feb. 3, 2021, or Feb. 8, 2021. There were 783 signatures digitally inserted on Feb. 3, 2021 alone. • Since the findings were presented to the Arizona State Legislature, the number of egregious mismatches found has increased to 76,354, over seven times the election margin. This is an error rate of 9.30 percent of ballot envelopes reviewed. • Throughout the signature verification analysis, which remains ongoing, analysts have consistently found 20 percent do not meet the Secretary of State’s standards, and 9 percent are egregious violations. Extrapolated to all 1.9 million mail-in ballots in 2020, 176,700 ballots “should have been rejected for improper signature verification due to egregious signature mismatches.” • Maricopa County has no documented chain of custody for 740,000 ballots from the 2020 Election. • Out of the 923,000 early vote ballots accepted at vote centers or drop boxes, only 183,406 ballots are accounted for on ballot transport forms. More than 80 percent of the ballot transport forms have no ballot counts. • Without proper documentation of how many votes were cast at the time they were cast, it is impossible to verify the origin and true total of ballots in a given election. “Without this count, there is no way to determine if the transport staff retrieved one ballot or one thousand ballots,” according to Verity Vote. “Keeping a proper chain of custody is more than a best practice - it is essential to encouraging trust in our democracy,” according to the Election Assistance Commission. • Of the 1,895 early vote ballot transport forms, 48 did not have the required two witness signatures attesting to the ballot transfer, including some with no witness signatures at all. “As a result, the public is not assured that both parties witnessed the transfer of ballots,” as required. • Millions of files of 2020 General Election data and security logs were deleted from the Elections Management Server and purged on critical days, including the day before the Arizona audit of the 2020 Election began on Feb. 2, 2021. • The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors admitted they purged the system and moved election data after they received a subpoena, in testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives. • Two precincts in Pima County had over 100 percent turnout for mail-in ballots, and 40 precincts had over 97 percent returned. • The national mail-in ballot return rate was 71 percent, but in Pima County the mail-in ballot return rate was 15 percent higher, and 19 percent higher than all the counties combined in the entire state of Arizona. One precinct with 99.5 percent mail-in turnout had 9,812 ballots counted. Another precinct with 100.6 percent turnout had 2,182 ballots returned, but only 2,170 mail-ins were ever sent. These two precincts total 11,994 ballots, which alone is more than the margin needed to alter the outcome of the Presidential Election. • In all, there were 264,000 votes from precincts in Pima County with over 92 percent turnout for mail-in ballots. • Significant anomalies were discovered for mail-in ballot returns in Pima County. In precincts with anomalous high turnout of over 92 percent in Pima County, mail-in ballots started flipping from 6 percent Republican for Biden to 40 percent of Republicans voting for Biden. • The election integrity group True the Vote identified more than 202 ballot traffickers in Maricopa County who made 4,282 individual drop box visits during the 2020 General Election. • Two individuals were charged and plead guilty for ballot harvesting in Yuma County, Arizona during the 2020 primary election. • A computer scientist testified that an algorithm similar to what is used in cruise control or self-driving cars was present affecting the early votes in Pima and Maricopa counties in the 2020 General Election, with the ability to “reach and maintain a predetermined setpoint (outcome) despite unplanned disturbances.” • Walter C. Daugherity, a senior lecturer emeritus in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Texas A&M University who developed courses in artificial intelligence, expert systems, programming and software design, analyzed the Cast Vote Records, finding, “ballots in Maricopa County and Pima County were artificially processed through the tabulators tracking a ProportionalIntegral-Derivative (PID) type control function in a closed-loop feedback system.” • Daugherity, who has received over $2.8 million in grant funding and was previously consulted as a computer expert by the New York Times, Washington Post, IBM Federal Systems Division, the Texas Department of Agriculture, U.S. Customs Service, as well as classified work, discovered “significant and systematic decline in the cumulative ratio as counting progresses,” in the early mail-in and in-person votes for the Presidential Election results in Maricopa County and Pima County. • For example, the “first block of ballots being 75 [percent] for a candidate, the next block of ballots being 74 [percent] for a candidate, the next block of ballots being 73 [percent] for a candidate, and so on, systematically declining all the way to Election Day.” • Daugherity’s expert opinion is that the downward sloping line in the sequence that votes were recorded indicated a strong control. The cumulative ratio of Biden to Trump votes for all cast vote records before Election Day in recorded order for Pima County declines from over 300 percent to 157 percent by Election Day. • “Such a uniform and predictable pattern is so statistically implausible that it would not occur without artificial manipulation,” according to Daugherity. The data’s lack of independence cannot be explained by the preference of Democrats voting earlier than Republicans.

JUST IN - President Trump Releases Summary of Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election in the Swing States MICHIGAN🚨 • Michigan was called by 154,188 votes. • A record 5,579,317 votes were cast and certified in Michigan in the 2020 General Election, the highest turnout in 60 years. To date, Michigan has never shown 5,579,317 voters listed for the 2020 Election in its Qualified Voter File, the state’s database for all voter registration records. • As of December 2023, Michigan has 271,566 more votes than the number of voters listed in its Qualified Voter File for Nov. 3, 2020, more than one and a half times the Election margin. • In data obtained from the Secretary of State’s office on nearly a monthly basis since the Election, the most voters ever recorded in the Qualified Voter File was 5,511,303 voters in April 2021. This means Michigan’s own election records showed 68,014 more votes than voters. However, the number of voters listed in the Qualified Voter File has been in flux ever since December 2020, and always short of the voters needed to reconcile the total votes cast. A complete list of voters from 2020 has never been provided. • The number of voter IDs listed as voting in 2020 has steadily declined since February 2022. As of December 2023, there was a total of 5,307,751 voters listed as voting on Nov. 3, 2020 in the Qualified Voter File. Voter history files continue to be removed from the record, resulting in 271,566 less vote history records than necessary to reconcile the results. • Each month voter histories from the 2020 Election are being manipulated. Thousands of unique votes are removed from the voter history files, and other unique votes added. Since December 2020, 270,559 voter histories for 2020 have been removed, while 103,128 have been added. • Individual voter histories are constantly changing, including the history of the state’s Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer, whose voting history is missing votes throughout 2020. • A complete list of voters was requested via a Freedom of Information Act request in December 2021 and took nine months for the state to fulfill. Two datasets were provided, and neither matched. The first dataset fell 22,146 voters short, while the second dataset was 120,883 absentee ballots short. • Democrats threatened Republicans on the Wayne County Board of Canvassers and doxxed children in order to certify the 2020 results. Monica Palmer, then the chair of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, cited the fact that 70 percent of Detroit’s mail-in ballot counts were still “out of balance and unexplained” from the August primary as a reason why she initially voted against certifying the 2020 Election results. Palmer was “bullied and threatened” and “feared for her safety” due to threats she received for voting no. A Democrat Michigan State representative-elect attacked Palmer over her certification vote, and revealed where her children went to school, saying, “I want you to think about what that means for your kids.” • Officials in Detroit illegally blocked Republican poll challengers’ access, covered the windows, called the cops, and denied lawful challenges in order to count ballots in secret. • Affidavits and video evidence revealed thousands of ballots were delivered through a back door of the TCF center, the central counting facility in Detroit, at 3:30 a.m. on Election night. • A report seeking to “debunk” issues of fraud released by the Michigan State Senate Oversight Committee confirmed a “large volume” of ballots were delivered to the TCF center with no chain of custody in the middle of the night. • An estimated 289,866 absentee ballots were identified as sent to people who never requested them, “something that would be illegal,” according to the senate committee. • Mark Zuckerberg gave Michigan $16.8 million through his nonprofit Center for Tech and Civic Life. • Detroit received $7.4 million to “dramatically” expand the vote for Democrats. The grants financed drop boxes “to facilitate the return of absentee ballots,” like the ones that came in the TCF center after midnight. • The election integrity group True the Vote uncovered the same pattern of widespread ballot trafficking between NGOs and ballot drop boxes in Michigan. Numerous instances of ballot stuffing were caught on camera in Detroit, including video where a woman can be seen going to a drop box, and abruptly returning to her car after realizing the stack had no signatures. The woman then signs the ballots, and deposits the illicit ballots she had just signed into the drop box. • Secretary Jocelyn Benson made unlawful changes to signature verification rules for absentee ballots, ordering election workers to presume all were legitimate. A judge ruled Benson’s order was invalid, but not until months following the election, and just 0.1 percent of mail-in ballots were rejected in the November 2020 Election for all signature issues. The rejection rate for mismatching signatures was just 0.04 percent, as only 1,400 out of 3.4 million ballots were rejected. • Secretary Benson has lost in court six times for issues related to the 2020 Election. • A fraudulent voter registration scheme was discovered in October 2020 and documented in a police report in Muskegon County and hidden for nearly 3 years after the 2020 Election. • A city clerk in Muskegon witnessed a woman drop off between 8,000 and 10,000 voter registrations at the clerk office on Oct. 8, 2020, many appearing to be fraudulent. The incident was reported it to the Muskegon Police Department one week later. Eight thousand new voter registrations in Muskegon would amount to over 20 percent of the city’s population of only 38,000 residents. • An ensuing investigation confirmed thousands of voter registrations in the same handwriting and many invalid or non-existent addresses. The suspect told Michigan State Police that she was being paid $1,150 per week to “find unregistered voters and provide them with a form so they can get registered to vote or obtain their absentee ballot.” The police found “dozens of new phones” and “hundreds of pre-paid payment cards” during the investigation. • A Department of State analyst consulted in the investigation confirmed a quantity of voter applications were “clearly fraudulent” and others were “highly suspicious having either erroneous or are missing key pieces of information.” Others appeared to be legitimate. • The organization behind the scheme was GBI Strategies, a firm hired by numerous Democrat campaigns. GBI Strategies was funded by a super PAC called “Black PAC,” which paid the firm $11,254,919 to register voters for Joe Biden in 2020. Employees of GBI Strategies were paid $15 an hour or $120 a day, according to the police report. • GBI Strategies was believed to be operating not just in Muskegon, but throughout Michigan and in other Swing States. • Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel’s office contacted the Muskegon Police Department and asked Michigan State Police to assist with a joint investigation. The Michigan police then turned their investigation over to the FBI. • Andrew Kloster, deputy general counsel at the United States Office of Personnel Management during the Trump Administration, said he was made aware of the investigation into GBI Strategies before the 2020 Election and attempted to raise the issue for further investigation. He was informed there were “standing orders not to deal with election matters” in the offices of the White House counsel office and Attorney General Bill Barr. • The investigation was not made public until 2023, after the police reports were obtained through a Michigan Freedom of Information Act request.

In the disbarment trial of Jeffrey Clark, Garland Favorito presents his audit findings of the Fulton County election. The audit revealed a 60% error rate and discrepancies between tally sheet totals and ballot images. Falsified tally sheets were found, showing impossible ratios favoring Biden. Additionally, a significant number of duplicate scanned ballots were discovered. The absence of ballot images for 17k votes raises concerns. Creating votes without corresponding ballot images is deemed impossible and akin to fabricating votes.

In the disbarment trial of Trump's former DOJ official Jeffrey Clark, VoterGA's Garland Favorito is going over his audit of the Fulton County election. His audit - 60% error rate - results did not match ballot images. Tally sheet totals didn’t match the ballot images. Found falsified tally sheets - 100 to nothing for Biden. Some were 200 to nothing, a technical impossibility. Whereas the ballot images showed a 60-40 ratio of Biden to Trump. https://voterga.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/VOTERGA-Raffensperger-Congress-Letter-Refutation.pdf

They found 200k duplicate scanned ballots, but ongoing research has bumped that number up to 375k. The hand audit count was short - 17k votes had no ballot images. Dr. Spock confirmed that in the Raffensperger case, called them Cast Vote Records.

@Rach_IC - Rachel Alexander

A ballot image is necessary to create a CVR. It’s not possible to have more votes than ballot images. It’s like creating votes out of thin air.

In a surprising development, the Georgia Election Board discovered that 3,000 ballots were scanned twice during the 2020 election recount in Fulton County. Additionally, 380,761 ballot images from the machine count were reported as "not available." When asked about this, Fulton County officials claimed to be unaware of the allegation. However, the general counsel for the secretary of state's office, Charlene McGowan, confirmed that Fulton County violated the law during the recount. Despite this revelation, the election board declined to authorize a further investigation.

NEW: Georgia Election Board dumbfounded after finding out that 3,000 ballots were scanned twice in the 2020 election recount in Fulton County. The board also revealed that 380,761 ballot images from machine count were “not available.” Q: Does Fulton County know why there are not 380,761 ballot images from election day? A: As with the investigators we have not been apprised of this allegation. This is the first I'm hearing about it. General counsel for the secretary of state’s office Charlene McGowan confirmed that Fulton County broke the law in their recount. “Fulton County used improper procedures during the recount of the presidential contest in 2020.” Despite this, the board refused to approve further investigation.

Speaker 0: You know, somewhere along the line, and I can't I am sorry. I can't remember exactly when it was, but I had asked the question, well, okay. Well, you know, what did we do for signature verification? And the comment I got back was, which frankly at that time floored me, was, well, you know, we didn't do any. And I remember kinda I forget where I was. You know, I was on a phone call. I forget exactly. I apologize. It's been so long. But, you know, I do remember that comment that, you know, we didn't do any. Now, of course, I took that saying, alright. Well, by law, you you've got to do signature verification. You've got you've got to at least have somebody looking at this. And one side of that is, that the whomever you have that is looking at and supposed to be, you know, verifying signature, that if there is no signature on the oath envelope, then how are you carrying it, or what are you doing with them? And they I I remember going down, you know, on from that and said, well, you know, there weren't many, so we just sent them back out. And if they reply on time, then they'll get their vote counted. Now I thought that was a little weak, but, anyway, that's what that's as I recall, that's what I was told. Alright, sir. Those those are primarily, ladies and gentlemen, that was primarily the in my mind and in my reasoning why I was not comfortable, you know, in in certifying.

So what what are these ballots doing there separate from all the other ballots? And why are they only counting them whenever the place is cleared out with no witnesses? Is the question. So these machines can process about 3,000 ballots an hour. You have multiple multiple machines there, and they're there for 2 hours. So you do the math. How many ballots went through those machines in those 2 hours when there was no one there to supervise, to be present, consistent with your statutes and rules?

I’m highlighting significant developments in Georgia regarding election integrity. It’s been revealed that ballots were tabulated and counted twice, raising serious concerns about intentional human intervention in the process. A lawyer mentioned that this could indicate election fraud. The GA State Election Board is addressing these issues, including violations in Fulton County, where thousands of votes were counted without proper documentation. With Trump losing Georgia by just 12,670 votes, I’m left wondering if there’s still hope for the 2020 election outcome.

The process involved randomly selecting and rescanning ballots on different days. This deliberate duplication was not an administrative error but human intervention, constituting election fraud. Speaker 0: Georgia owes president Donald j Trump an apology. President Trump has been indicted by Fulton County. May I remind you that Fulton County has been found to be in violation of election law not once for the hand audit, but twice for the machine count and now we can prove that they had intentional human intervention, which is the predicate for election fraud. You all know our case as SEB 2023-twenty 5. In that case, you know that it involved 17,850 2 votes counted without ballot images. You also know that for the first machine count, 20,713 ballots were counted with what I like to call receipts. I guess the fancy word is tabulator tapes. I always like to say you can't get out of Walmart these days without showing your receipt, but for some reason, you can count 20,000 votes without a receipt. The last part of this complaint perhaps is the most concerning because we've uncovered some recent information that makes it so. In addition to proving that 3930 ballots were scanned and counted. I want to say that again, And counted. And I sure hope that miss Charlene McGowan is listening. Miss McGowan, on May 7th, you and your team got up before the board and said, yeah, I think mister Rossi is right. These ballots were scanned twice but we're not sure if they were counted twice. That is a lie. We know that because the data that shows they're counted twice is on the cast vote records and that is available to the Secretary of State. Other experts know that those ballots were counted twice. Media sources know. I saw mister Niesse from the AJC just walk up here and not to get him in trouble, but he recently reported he thinks they were counted twice also. And that's from the AJC. Sorry, Mark. If I'm if I'm going too far, just say stop, Joe. You're going to get me in trouble. Okay. So they were counted twice for the second machine count. We know with certainty that this duplication of ballots was not, I want to repeat, was not an administrative heir. And I'm going to demonstrate to you how we know that shortly. Rather, the duplication process was due to intentional human intervention. And I'm not a lawyer, but when I ran this by a few lawyers, they told me this is the phrase. Human intentional human intervention is the predicate for election, I'm gonna use the f word, fraud. Okay. You're gonna hear me say that several times the heart of this presentation. I said that the ballots were tabulated twice, counted twice, and it was not done accidentally. This slide shows that a ballot on the right over here was scanned and counted, creates a file. Some of the experts in the room like Garland know this, But if it's scanned again, it creates another file, which means it is counted twice. So how did this happen? This is a very complicated slide that has taken months for technical experts to develop and explain. It's also very difficult to explain still. But it basically shows that ballots were scanned on one day and then they were randomly picked these batches of ballots and created new batches and scanned a second day on a different tabulator. So you probably can't understand this slide. So I'm gonna show you how it was done very crudely. Okay? Alright. So on that first chair, you have a stack of ballots. You see them over there? Again, my props are not professional. I'm just doing what I can to get the message out. On the 2nd chair, you have a second stack of ballots that were scanned, let's say, December 2nd, Wednesday, when the midnight deadline was for doing the election recount. On the 3rd tier, you have a 3rd stack of ballots that were scanned on Wednesday. Now someone or some group, I don't know who, but this is not accidental what they did. They went to one stack of ballots, randomly grabbed a few stacks from that, No order. I got a random group. Okay? Some of them I flipped around so that they count backwards this time. Then they went to another stack of ballots that were already scanned. You notice I'm not necessarily picking them from the top. Right? I'm just grabbing randomly. And one more time. I'll do it for example. They went to another step. And then, the next day, they came back with that randomly selected stack. And guess what they did? That last year over there is a tabulator. They ran them through on a second day through a different tabulator. And they did that for 3930 ballots. Who in the room thinks that's accidental? Raise your hand. I don't think so. I'm gonna skip that part. Alright. I'm gonna close with how I started this little talk here. I'm going to read it one more time if you don't mind. It says, in addition to proving that 3,930 ballots were scanned and counted 2 times for the 2nd machine count, which was the certified count, we now know with certainty that this duplication of ballots was not a mere administrative error. Rather, the duplication process was due to intentional human intervention. And I said, the lawyers tell me that that is the predicate for election fraud. And now in closing, I remind you about mister Raffensperger's ex post of August 1st. If you have the data, bring it bring it to him. Mister secretary, we're bringing the data to you, and we are counting on you to do the right thing and investigate independently. Independently is critical. SEB 2023 25. Thank you.

I’m highlighting the issues surrounding the 2020 election in Fulton County, Georgia. It appears there was a criminal conspiracy involving three counts of votes. The first count showed significant manipulation, and when the second count revealed discrepancies between digital votes and physical ballots, they falsified the hand count to align with the machine count. The same issue arose in the third count, leading to the double scanning of ballots to ensure consistency with the initial count. The primary goal seemed to be matching that first count.

@Real_RobN - 🇺🇸RealRobert🇺🇸

And here is, the epicenter of the 2020 election fraud, Fulton County, Georgia, The criminal conspiracy to match the first count, There were 3 counts. The 1st count had massive manipulation. When they got to the 2nd, their digital votes did not match the ballots. So what did they do? they falsified the hand count to match the machine count. When they got to the 3rd count they had the same problem. So what did they do? they falsified it by double scanning ballots. “The whole effort was to match that first count.”

They claim: - 2,506 felons voted illegally in Georgia. - 66,248 underage and therefore ineligible people were illegally registered to vote before their seventeenth birthday, when the law requires 17 years old. - At least 2,423 individuals voted who were not listed as registered. - 1,043 individuals cast ballots who had illegally registered to vote using a post office box. - 4,926 individuals voted in Georgia who had registered to vote after their Georgia voter registration date, thereby canceling their Georgia voter registration. - 10,315 or more individuals voted who were deceased by the time of the election. - 395 individuals voted in Georgia who had cast ballots in another state, which is illegal in both states. - 15,700 individuals voted in Georgia who had filed a national change of address with the United States Postal Service prior to 11/03/2020. - 40,279 individuals voted who had moved across county lines at least thirty days prior to election day and had failed to properly re-register to vote in their new county, also in violation of Georgia law. The petition to contest will include affidavits of more than one hundred Georgia voters sworn under penalty of perjury, attesting to and confirming multiple violations of the Georgia election code. You will hear from several of those witnesses today. They also assert there are issues of outright lies and potential fraud. The speakers contend that the actual results of legal ballots cast in the November election in compliance with the Georgia election code cannot be known ever, not by the secretary of state, not by the governor downstairs, not by the voting public, and not by this Georgia legislature.

At least 2,423 individuals to vote who were not listed as registered. 1,043 individuals to cast ballots who had illegally registered to vote using a post office box. 4,926 individuals voted in Georgia who had registered to vote after their Georgia voter registration date, thereby canceling their Georgia voter registration. 10,315 or more individuals to vote who are deceased by the time of the election. 395 individuals to vote in Georgia who had cast ballots in another state, which is illegal in both states. 15,700 individuals to vote in Georgia who had filed a national change of address with the United States Postal Service prior to 11/03/2020. 40,279 individuals to vote who had moved across county lines at least thirty days prior to election day and who had failed to properly reregister to vote in their new county after moving, also in violation of Georgia law. The petition to for contest will include affidavits of more than one hundred one hundred Georgia voters sworn under penalty of perjury, attesting to and confirming multiple violations of the Georgia election code. You will hear from several of those witnesses today. And then we have the issue of outright lies and potential fraud. The actual results of legal ballots cast in the November in compliance with the Georgia election code cannot be known ever, Not by the secretary of state, not by the governor downstairs, not by the voting public, and not by this Georgia legislature.

I note analysis from the 2020 Georgia election claiming over 40 data points of negative voting or vote switching totaling more than 200,000 votes, with machine learning flagging over 500 precincts and over 1,000,000 corresponding votes for suspicious activity. The post calls the total fraud in the 2020 election absolutely mind-boggling and among the most sophisticated election fraud operations in U.S. history.

@TheSCIF - The SCIF

Analysis from the 2020 Georgia election found over 40 data points where negative voting, or outright vote switching occurred, totaling over 200,000 votes, along with machine learning algorithms, which flagged over 500 precincts, with over 1,000,000 corresponding votes that had suspicious activity in the 2020 Georgia election alone. The total amount of fraud that occurred during the 2020 election is absolutely mind-boggling and one of the most sophisticated election fraud operations in U.S. history.

Linda McLaughlin and her colleagues present a data-focused argument alleging election fraud in Georgia, supported by multiple data analyses and demonstrations. - Linda McLaughlin introduces the data integrity group and states that data is numerical and non-partisan; she aims to remedy a lack of presented data in the discussion. - Dave Labou, a lead data scientist, explains that their analysis across precincts, counties, and the state identified over 40 data points of negative voting or vote switching across candidates totaling over 200,000 votes. Separately, machine learning algorithms used for anomaly detection in fraud detection flagged over 500 precincts with over 1,000,000 corresponding votes showing suspicious activity. He emphasizes that the process is scientific and not tied to political affiliations. - Labou uses a banking analogy to illustrate data integrity concerns: in hypothetical online banking, deposits or withdrawals being redirected or split would indicate fraudulent activity. He applies this concept to voting data, arguing that the voting system data aligns with the Secretary of State data used to certify results, yet exhibits patterns akin to transfers and reallocation not authorized by voters. - He states that the data are publicly available but require advanced programming to extract, parse, and join datasets. Their independent team has made all analysis, programs, and data public to allow replication and has produced videos to translate the analysis for broader understanding. - A key claim is that receiving over 90% in a precinct is a marker for fraud; in Fulton County, more than 150 precincts voted 90% or more for Biden, and in the statewide race (decided by less than 13,000 votes), these 150 Fulton precincts accounted for 152,000 Biden votes, described as a clear indicator of suspicious or fraudulent activity. - Labou and team present a series of visuals and explanations indicating explicit vote count switching, e.g., in Dodge County, where Trump’s votes appear to be subtracted while Biden’s counts increase in tandem with county updates, leading to a shift in totals that would not appear in state totals due to timing of updates. - They reference adjudication as the review of ballots flagged during scanning, noting that only ballots with a contest causing questions about how the computer reads them are adjudicated. - In DeKalb County, they assert it is statistically impossible for nine out of ten voters to vote for Biden in 94 precincts. - They describe a data flow in Fulton County: poll pad check-in, ballot image saved on the machine, SD cards transported to drop-off locations, escorted to a warehouse, run through Democracy Suite, exported to a Dominion server, and inserted into a SQL Server database before transmission to the Secretary of State and data aggregators. - A critical point is the vulnerability within the county update data-entry process: the square box detailing data-entry options in the election software allows updating vote batches, projecting batches, and generating new or temporary batches that can be injected directly into the tally; these options can be validated and published, enabling potential manipulation before server upload. - They pose questions about validation: whether two observers from both parties were present during SD card transmissions and drop-off transmissions, and whether there is a public log of exchanges at drop-off points. They challenge why elected officials have not pursued these questions about voting integrity. - Labou notes the process is machine-to-machine and, by design, should not decrement sums; any decrement requires a robust explanation, and their data suggest negative drops are inconsistent with normal sequential processes. Speaker 2 clarifies the data sources (CITL election night data and Edison/New York Times data) and asserts that the process from poll pads to secretary of state is machine-driven, with no human entry of totals, thereby removing human entry error as an explanation for observed negative changes. Speaker 4 adds emphasis on the validation and potential vulnerabilities in the software options used for election administration, underscoring the need for transparency and inquiry into the electoral process.

Speaker 0: Based on our extensive analysis across precinct, county, and state voting results, we've identified over 40 data points where negative voting or outright vote switching across candidates has totaled over 200,000 votes. Separately, we've applied machine learning algorithms that are regularly used for anomaly detection of fraud in financial services that flagged over 500 precincts with over 1,000,000 corresponding votes that exhibited suspicious activity. Speaker 1: My name is Linda McLaughlin. I have a background in politics and media. I have an MBA in business, and I am a part of the data integrity group. One of the things that we have unfortunately seen is that no one has presented data. We hope to remedy that this afternoon. I'll be introducing my two colleagues here, Dave Labou and Justin Mealy, both of who are data scientists, and we will look at data. Please understand that data is numerical. It is not partisan. It has no red or blue attached to it. It is just numbers, And numbers is all we need to prove what we're trying to tell you today. Speaker 2: What we have here is we actually have fraud that we can prove in this election. There was fraud in Georgia's election. We can prove it with data. And because we can prove it with data, the will the voting will of the people of Georgia is not reflected in what was certified by the secretary of state. So Dave is our lead data scientist, and go ahead. Speaker 0: I'm Dave Labou, a data scientist with over a decade of experience working directly with structured and unstructured data across a number of industries, specialized in machine learning and more recently artificial intelligence. I've worked with a multitude of data structures in the financial services, telecommunications, and in primary research consulting industries. The analysis we're gonna be reviewing is purely scientific and not based on any political affiliation of red, blue, left, or right. We objectively focus on numbers, data, and machine network systems. Based on our extensive analysis across precinct county and state voting results, we've identified over 40 data points where negative voting or outright vote switching across candidates has totaled over 200,000 votes. Separately, we've applied machine learning algorithms that are regularly used for anomaly detection of fraud in financial services that flagged over 500 cincts with over 1,000,000 corresponding votes that exhibited suspicious activity. So what's important to note here is that in alignment with standard fraud investigations, we've applied a rigorous, systematic, and sophisticated process that has consistently identified data points that other industries, including financial services, would label as suspicious activity or definitively declare fraudulent. So I'll pause and I'll just with this in mind, I wanna make this a little bit more relatable. And if you can take a moment just to think about how your online banking experience works. You probably have a checking, savings, and credit card account all on a single screen. Your online banking is designed so that built into this website interface is a back end connection to a database. And this will store all of your balances, including your with your deposits or withdrawals. So you can review your statement each month confirm that the transactions you made are accurate and true. So imagine now you logged into your account on November 5, and you noticed that there were something to the magnitude of 50 transfers across your accounts. Let's say you even deposited a few checks in the third and fourth, and you expect to see these transactions for each of the individual amounts you deposited. Now instead, imagine your activity reflects these deposits going into your account, then being switched to a checking account, sometimes as an exact dollar amount and other times being broken apart into slices and switched intermittently across different slice magnitudes. Now, is obviously strange in itself and deeply concerning from a data integrity standpoint. Now also imagine that some of these deductions are sent externally, and so the money is leaving your account entirely. You can see the exact amount that it deducted and where it was sent that you did not authorize. So this is what we have identified within the voting system data that has been confirmed to align with the Secretary of State data that's used to certify these election results. The data is freely available to the public, but does require some advanced programming skills to extract, parse, and join these datasets in order bring these types of insights to light. We're part of an independent team that has, in the spirit of transparency, made all of our analysis, programs, and data public so anyone can independently replicate. We've also put out a series of videos that help translate some of our more complicated analysis, which we're gonna play here that will help reinforce the message and maybe a different point of view that will help make these concepts more digestible. Receiving over 90% in a precinct is a marker for fraud. In Fulton County alone, we can see that more than 150 precincts voted 90% or more for Biden. In the statewide race that was decided by less than 13,000 votes, these 150 Fulton precincts alone accounted for a 152,000 Biden votes. This is a clear indicator of suspicious or outright fraudulent activity. Speaker 3: We've scanned a 113,130 as of moments ago. We've adjudicated a 106,000 plus of those. Speaker 4: Adjudication, the process of reviewing a ballot that may have been flagged during the ballot scanning process. Speaker 3: The only ballots that are adjudicated are if we have a ballot with a contest on it in which there's some question as to what how the computer reads it so that the vote review panel then determines voter intent. Speaker 5: In 94 precincts in DeKalb County, it is statistically impossible to have nine out of 10 voters voting for Joe Biden. Speaker 0: We've just seen a few examples of statistical irregularities and impossibilities. Now we'll take a closer look at some vote manipulation within the election database, including explicit vote count switching from one candidate to another. We can see in Dodge County, there's a lot of strange activity going on. The left side of the screen shows incremental votes as they were reported for both election day and absentee. On the right, we can see the total vote counts, which should only be incremental, moving as the county reported in real time. Again, here, we're focusing only on Donald Trump's votes. So this wouldn't necessarily be captured at the state totals as they reported on TV since one county's deduction in votes can be offset by another county's reporting of equal or greater votes. The first question you're gonna wanna ask or already have asked is, why are any bars going negative? And the answer is they shouldn't. Unbeknownst to the general public, votes for Donald Trump were being switched and removed from his total, which often coincided with other precinct updates that simultaneously offset deductions so that they appeared to remain neutral to outside observers. Across the three counties of Dodge, Daughtry, and Putnam, Trump has over 30,000 votes that simply disappear. Here, we have clear visibility of an event that occurred at the county level as we compare two data sources. In this case, Donald Trump reported 29,391 votes at 09:11 local time in Bibb County, Georgia. Simultaneously, Joe Biden was reported to have 17,218 votes. Minutes later, at the next reported time update from the precinct data sources, Donald Trump was reported to have 17,218 votes, and Biden now has 29,391 votes. A clear and exact switch of vote totals between candidates. Because there is a time lag between each state recorded aggregation of county results, this type of switch can go undetected in state reporting as long as it falls after the latest state refresh and before the next state update. Speaker 4: According to the Georgia secretary of state website, Trump lost by 12,670 votes. As you saw earlier in this video, far more than that were taken from president Trump. In statistics, an anomaly or outlier is an observation or event that deviates so much from other events that it arouses suspicions in its generation. In this, an isolation force is defined as a specialized learning algorithm for anomaly detection that works to the principle of isolating these outliers and flagging them for potential review. Remember these graphs when you meet your government officials in person. The burden of proof is on the system to prove our elections were fair and not the people. Okay. So here's how Speaker 2: your vote is counted in Georgia using Fulton County's process as an example. So after you check-in at a poll pad to vote on election day, you go to an image cast precinct terminal. After you cast your vote, a ballot image is saved on the machine. And after all the polls close, the SD cards containing all the ballot images are removed from the terminals and transported by car to, in Fulton County, one of four drop off locations. Then it's transferred by police escort to the 1365 English Street warehouse. Inside of there, it is run through a tabulation software called democracy suite, which counts the ballots and exports the totals to a Dominion server that inserts those totals into a SQL Server database. From that point, it's directly transmitted to the Seidl election night reporting server. The election night reporting server is responsible for transmitting the totals to the secretary of state for output to their website and data aggregators like Edison who then transmit that data to the networks. Speaker 0: As you just saw, there's a standard process for transferring votes by memory card from precinct to county vote aggregators. Now let's focus specifically on this square box detailing the data entry process for county updates. The following options are available to anyone with access to these computers working in the election software, updating vote batches, projecting vote batches, and even more notable, generating new or temporary batches that can be injected directly into the vote tally. Each of these options can then be validated and published into the system. Again, anyone working in the election software at this point has the power to manipulate large batches of votes. And all of this is before the data is even uploaded to the server. Speaker 4: What should have happened during the validation process? Were there two observers from both parties present for the transmission of the SD card? Were there two observers from both parties present in the car when the boats were taken to the drop off locations? Is there a public log of these exchanges at the various drop off points and locations? Why are elected officials not asking these questions about our most sacred right to vote? Okay. Speaker 2: So real quick, just wanna jump in there. And if you can go back to that chart, I wanna reference two things on side there. I'm sorry, the diagram. Okay. So in this diagram here, as I was telling you earlier, we use this CITL source, that election night reporting source. We have their data for all of Georgia. As also, we have the data that comes from New York time or the see the New York time Edison part on the right side there. Right? And for all intents and purposes, that election night reporting is going from there directly to the secretary of state. Right? This is the same data. It's the exact same data. Now the thing is, is that in every single aspect of this chart from poll you know, the poll pad, which doesn't really affect the thing to the the ballot marking device. More importantly, these these actual ballot marking devices on the precincts. When they go to when they're when they are tabulated at the end of the polling period and and the kind of these SD cards are removed or sort of the compact flash drives are removed, They're transmitted by person to these drop off points, tabulated, and so on and so forth. This whole process is a human sorry, a machine to machine to machine transfer for all intents and purposes using humans as a medium, at the same time, you're not having people enter, for instance, into a spreadsheet, these totals. Because you're not having people enter these totals into a spreadsheet, that removes the entire layer and the entire argument for any kind of human entry error because there's no human being entering anything anywhere in here. You can't show me a place where a human being enters stuff in here. Now if there were a human being entering something in there, then that would point to a type of fraud or fraud aspect of this this this whole thing. So the point is is that our data that's showing these negative drops is coming from a machine to machine to machine source. There's no reason that at any point something should be subtracted. And I wanna make that very, very clear that at no point in an incremental process should you decrement. Speaker 4: Dave? Are there any Speaker 0: We've mentioned the RTR software options in the video. And what's important here is that this is built into the software itself so that, you know, when anyone logs into their Windows or Apple machines, you have a certain set of, maybe you have parental controls on there for children. But in this particular case, there's no overarching controls and this type of flexibility of options you see here on that one through four is available. So there's this situation where new batches can be recreated, you can reject, which is outside of this typical chain of of sequence within this network diagram where votes should go in at the polling locations. Votes should be counted at the absentee counting locations and through SD cards and only in extreme situations if there there was an adjudication, are those processes met, should they be altered? And the fact that this exists anywhere within this sort of sequential supply is a vulnerability in the overall system. So this is here to identify that that vulnerability exists and also to reinforce the fact that what we had seen in our data analysis of votes going negative is should be outside of that process and also should not exist because we are thinking about a machine talking to a machine talking to a machine. And a machine, unless it's explicitly programmed to decrement, should not decrement, especially in a voting situation. Similar as the way you deposit money into a bank account mentioned earlier, votes no different. You only are adding here. And if there's a removal, there needs to be a a very good explanation as to why, and that has not been provided and simply nor is it consistent with how the data is structured and what we've seen in our analysis as to any part of the process that would be consistent with normal routine legal voting.

During Election Night, CBS reported a pipe burst at State Farm Arena, pausing vote counting in Fulton County, GA. Later, video footage revealed unsupervised individuals continuing to count votes inside the arena. At that time, Trump was leading by over 160,000 votes (563 to 427), but eventually lost Georgia by less than 12,000 votes. Questioning these events is not permitted.

The moment CBS broke the news on Election Night that a “pipe burst” at State Farm Arena, “pausing” the vote count in Fulton County, GA.

This could delay the result of the battleground state. It is a big development, but we don't have exact numbers yet.
