Proof that prosecutors Fani Willis, Alvin Bragg, and Jack Smith are targeting Trump. Soros-backed attorneys funded by George Soros are prioritizing political opponents over criminals. Alvin Bragg indicted Trump without charges. Crime rates have risen under Bragg's tenure. Charges against Trump come from biased individuals. Jack Smith, a failed attorney, is also targeting Trump. Trump's charges are based on denying an election, while Democrats have done the same. Fani Willis has a history of targeting celebrities. Willis received far-left donations before prosecuting Trump. Both Willis and Smith have inconsistent legal careers. If every DA indicting Trump is compromised, it undermines their claims. Stay motivated.

THREAD: Proof that DA Fani Willis, Alvin Bragg and Jack Smith will put Donald Trump in prison for the rest of his life.

@dom_lucre - Dom Lucre | Breaker of Narratives

On January 22, 2023 It was revealed that George Soros invested over $40M on assisting Distract Attorneys in getting elected to target political opponents and lower the priority on criminal offenders. Soros has backed 75 prosecutors in total and 3 out of the 75 are targeting Trump

The Color of Change PAC, the “nation’s largest online racial justice organization”, which was given $1 million in May 2021 from George Soros, gave $1 million to Bragg but pulled back half of their donation later. Alvin Bragg promised “I will pursue Trump if I get elected.”

On January 15, 2021, when Alvin Bragg was running for for DA reassuring his focus on convicting Donald Trump even though he currently had no charges, he utilized federal funds to indict Trump and the Manhattan crime rate has increased since 2021. Why would Soros fund him?

Speaker 0: Joe Biden's White House is directly involved. The Fulton County DA, who forced Trump to take the mugshot, Fannie Willis, allegedly hired the guy she was sleeping with to prosecute the Trump case. Fannie's lover boy, Nathan Wade, was just a personal injury attorney you'd see on billboards and never even prosecuted a felony case in his whole career. Well, Fannie decided Nathan was qualified in other ways and made him the highest paid prosecutor in the state. Fannie apparently hired her unqualified boyfriend and gave him nearly $1,000,000 to prosecute Trump. But the $1,000,000 in tax money isn't all really go into the case. A lot of it's going to wine and dine Fannie. Fannie's lover took her to Napa and a Caribbean cruise. Somehow Fannie found a way to get kickbacks from a sex scandal. Bless her heart. This would be like Jeff Sessions sleeping with an unqualified Robert Mueller, hiring him as special counsel and then using the special counsel slush fund for romantic getaways to Cancun. You cannot hire someone you're having sex with, give them a promotion, hand them public money, and then use the public money on steamy trips together, and then hide it from everybody. But it's a lot worse than a sexual kickback scheme. Documents show Fannie's lover boy met with the Biden White House while he was investigating Trump twice. Fannie's lover boy files for divorce. The next day, Fannie taps him to be Trump's special prosecutor. Then Fannie's lover boy has an 8 hour conference with Joe Biden's White House counsel. Then a few months later, the lover boy has an 8 hour interview with the White House. And lover boy billed the taxpayer $2 for each meeting, which would mean local prosecutors prosecuting Donald Trump are officially working with the Biden White House. And so Georgia taxpayers are getting billed so Fannie's boyfriend can conspire with Biden to lock up Trump. Oh, and they're being billed for Caribbean cruises. The people who are prosecuting fraud are the ones committing it. And the White House is always saying they have nothing to do with Trump's indictments. It's all being done independently. So then why are Biden's people meeting with Trump's prosecutors for 8 hours? Were they talking about the weather? Probably. Now, I thought the giggly wick in jury 4 woman was enough to get this case tossed, but this heaping pile of conflict and corruption, slam dunk. Speaker 1: We had a very big event yesterday, as you saw in Georgia, where the district attorney is totally compromised. The case has to be dropped. In fact, they say She's in far more criminal liability than any of the people she's looking at. So I think that when you look at what happened where they pay a lawyer with absolutely no $700,000 who happens to be her lover or her boyfriend, and, then they go on trips and vacations They had very expensive vacations together. And the reason they paid him so much because he was after me. Speaker 0: Tommy Lahren, out kick host, joins us. Again, Tommy, I did not see sexual kickback cruise in this case. Did you see that coming? Speaker 2: You know, Jesse, I watch a lot of Bravo, and this feels more like the Real Housewives than real life. But, you know, I gotta say this. He definitely didn't meet with Joe Biden himself when he went to the White House because we know Joe Biden couldn't stay awake for 8 hours at a time. But beyond that, you know, Fannie Willis, I would have given her more credit than this because you would have thought if she was trying to pull something like this off, she wouldn't have been so conspicuous about it. I mean, Napa, Florida, Royal Caribbean cruises. Make it a a little bit easier on yourself. Go to Cheesecake Factory, Olive Garden, something like that. Something that's not Costing your taxpayers this much money, but it just goes to show that everything that Democrats accuse Republicans of doing, either they have done, they are doing, or they will do. This is another example of that, and it reads more like a Spanish soap opera. But it is real life, unfortunately, and probably nothing will happen to Fannie In the aftermath of it. And I think that's just the cherry on top here, Jesse. Speaker 0: Yeah. She'll probably get a promotion, but this case has totally imploded. So, Tomi Lahren, you're giving people advice. If you're saying If you're trying to keep your corrupt sexual relationship with someone discreet, you don't go on a cruise with A thousand people? Speaker 2: No. I think that you you gotta do Chuck E. Cheese, I'd have said Olive Garden, Dave and Buster's maybe. I mean, that would be my advice. A little bit easier to conceal than going on Royal Caribbean cruises and going to Napa Valley, but good for her. I'm glad that her and her boo thing got their, you know, their fun time, paid for by taxpayers. Speaker 0: Fannie's been busted. Speaker 2: So there isn't anything more Democrat in the playbook. Fani Willis hired a personal injury attorney that had no prior prosecution experience and paid him over a half a million dollars. They then reportedly took a vacation to Napa and embarked on a Caribbean cruise. This lawyer itemized 16 hours of meetings with the Biden White House on his invoice for the prosecution of Donald Trump. This is wild like the Jerry Springer show. Speaker 0: Joe Biden's White House is directly involved. The Fulton County DA who forced Trump to take the mugshot, Fannie Willis, allegedly hired the guy she was sleeping with to prosecute the Trump case. But the $1,000,000 in tax money isn't all really going to the case. A lot of it's going to Wine and Dine Fannie. Fannie's lover took her to Napa and a Caribbean cruise. Somehow, Fannie found a way to get kickbacks from a sex scandal. Bless her heart. This would be like Jeff Sessions sleeping with an unqualified Robert Mueller, hiring him as special counsel, and then using the special counsel slush fund for romantic getaways to Cancun. You cannot hire someone you're having sex with, give them a promotion, hand them public money and then use the public money on steamy trips together and then hide it from everybody. Fanny's office has a whistleblower, and the whistleblower recorded Fanny. And the free beacon gave the recording the prime time. The whistleblower, Amanda Timpson, says she caught Fanny's aide stealing money. Fanny's office got a federal grant for half a $1,000,000. It was supposed to go to gang prevention. But Fanny's aide, Michael Kufi, allegedly blew the money on travel, computers, and swag. The whistleblower confronted Fanny and recorded it. Speaker 1: He wanted to do things with grants that were Impossible. And I kept telling him, like, we can't do that and questioning stuff. He would take me off projects, tell people I wasn't doing what I was supposed to because I Questioned him because I understood. I helped to write that grant. I knew what was in that grant. He told everybody, we're gonna get Macbooks, we're gonna do that. We're gonna get swag. We're gonna use it for travel. I said you cannot do that. It's a very, very specific grant. So I respect that as your assessment. It was clear to me that you and Succapi were not getting along. And I'm not saying that your assessment is wrong. Speaker 0: So what'd Fanny do next? Fired the whistleblower. 7 armed men escorted her out of the office. Fannie said the whistleblower didn't meet her standards and Fannie's aide denies he stole swag. But do we sense a pattern here? Nathan Wade testified today that Willis intended to prosecute Donald Trump before officially becoming DA and admitted to meeting with Biden administration officials during the investigation. It appears a district attorney pre-judged a defendant's guilt before taking office and hired her boyfriend, paying him $600,000 in cash while they took lavish vacations together. This boyfriend also met with the Biden administration about the case and allegedly lied under oath in Fulton County. Despite this, no one is facing consequences while Trump is labeled a criminal.

@DefiyantlyFree - Insurrection Barbie

So Nathan Wade admitted to the House committee today that Willis planned to prosecute Donald Trump before she officially took the job as DA and he admitted to meeting with the Biden administration officials at least twice during Willis' probe of the former president. So just to recap, a district attorney had already pre-judged a defendant as guilty before she even became the district attorney and had made the decision that she was going to prosecute him. She hired her boyfriend and paid him cash under the table in the amount of $600,000 dollars. They then went on lavish vacations with that money while he was married to someone else and going through a divorce proceeding. And if that wasn’t bad enough the boyfriend she hired also met with the Biden administration to go over the case, twice. And then they lied about it under oath before a judge in Fulton County. Yet nobody is in jail and they are trying to tell you, Donald Trump is a criminal?

I investigated payments made to attorneys from the civil forfeiture fund related to Young Thug's property confiscation. Just eight days after the action was filed, Nathan Wade, Fannie Willis' boyfriend, received multiple payments from this fund. In response to inquiries from Newsweek, Fulton County claimed it was a clerical error and that the fund was kept low, making attorney payments unlikely. However, I found substantial payments made from the fund, including to Wade and other lawyers in 2022. This contradicts the district attorney's statement, raising questions about their claims. The Fulton County District Attorney's Office needs to clarify this situation, and I will continue to investigate.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Hey, everyone. I did a little bit more digging on this whole payment to attorneys out of the civil forfeiture fund. If you remember my prior video, that got a lot of attention, we saw that only 8 days after the Fulton County District Attorney's Office filed the civil forfeiture action to confiscate and keep Young Thug's property, Nathan Wade, who's Fannie Willis' boyfriend, was paid multiple times out of the civil forfeiture fund. Now, when Newsweek got ahold of this information back in March of 2024, they inquired with Fulton County as to why that would be that he was, being paid out of the civil forfeiture fund. And they got a response that said that it was a clerical error, a data entry error, and that the funds are kept so low that they would never pay a, an attorney out of of that fund. So, I went back and I just looked. I searched open checkbook, which again, all of you can do, and I narrowed it to payments by the district attorney's office out of the forfeiture fund. And here's what I found. These are actual screenshots from my laptop. Again, anybody can do this, can search this yourself. You don't have to be a lawyer. It doesn't cost anything. And as you can see through each of these different screenshots, and you can pause them to read them, what we're seeing is there were substantial payments made out of the seizure fund, when they actually had said that it was kept very low. A few of these payments appear to be for some kind of renovations, but, and then Dell presumably is, you know, computer equipment, but we see not only payments to Nathan Wade, but payments to other lawyers out of this same fund in 2022. So I'm very confused about why the district attorney's office would say, oh, it's a clerical error. We don't pay lawyers out of this fund. We keep the fund low when not only did they pay Nathan Wade, they paid some of the other lawyers out of this same fund. So, Fulton County District Attorney's Office has some explaining to do, and, I'll keep digging.

I discovered more payments from Fani Willis to her lover Nathan Wade and other lawyers, sourced from a questionable fund. Georgians deserve transparency. Fani has been serving Fulton County for 24 years and has amassed an estimated net worth of $8 million on a $170,000 salary, raising questions about her wealth. The focus should be on the evolving narrative surrounding her actions, particularly her alleged illegal use of state funds to reimburse Wade for their vacations.

An Affair to Remember. 🚨🚨More payments found from Fani Willis to runaway lover Nathan Wade and OTHER lawyers, paid from a ‘seizure (slush) fund’. Georgians deserve answers. ‘Diversity is our strength’ Fani has served the people of Fulton County for 24 years. She has an estimated net worth of $8 million —>on a $170,000 district attorney salary. A fortune. More money than most people make in a lifetime. Never mind how Madam Fani accumulated all that cash —let’s focus on the bigger story. The one that keeps changing. Madam Fani dipped into Georgia state coffers —illegally, to reimburse her married lover turned special prosecutor, Nathan Wade, in CASH for their exotic hideaway vacations.

Fani Willis Fulton County District Attorney Office caught lying again Georgia Attorney finds “More mysterious payments by Fani Willis’ office” 🚨 ADDITIONAL payments to her boyfriend Nathan Wade “There were substantial payments made out of this seizure fund” a fund they said payments weren’t being made out of (screenshots on video as proof) “We see not only payments to Nathan Wade, but payments to other lawyers out of this same fund — So I'm very confused about why the district attorney's office would say, oh, it's a clerical error. We don't pay lawyers out of this fund. We keep the fund low, when not only did they pay Nathan Wade, they paid some of the other lawyers out of this same fund” - Georgia Criminal Defense Attorney Megan Grout

I investigated payments made to attorneys from the civil forfeiture fund. Notably, just eight days after the Fulton County District Attorney's Office filed a civil forfeiture action against Young Thug, Nathan Wade, Fannie Willis' boyfriend, received multiple payments from this fund. Newsweek previously reported that the DA's office claimed these payments were due to a clerical error and insisted that the fund was too low to pay attorneys. However, my research shows substantial payments were made from the fund, including to other lawyers in 2022. This contradicts the DA's explanation, raising questions about the office's transparency regarding these transactions. I will continue to investigate further.

I report that Fulton County DA Fani “Bang Bang” Willis confesses to 212 pages of conspiracy, linking the Jan 6 Committee and Special Counsel Jacklyn Smith to take down the U.S. government before the 2024 election. An extra 170 pages cover her affair with Nathan Wade, who earned more as her “special prosecutor.” Smith is referred to DOJ OPR and state bar panels.

Weeks of controversy over allegations of an improper romantic relationship between Fulton County District Attorney Fonny Willis and a special prosecutor in the 2020 election interference case culminated in a lengthy court filing from Willis. The filing, more than 170 pages, includes Willis’s admission of a “personal relationship” with special prosecutor Nathan Wade, but she asserts that relationship should not impact their roles in the case. In January, a defendant in the ongoing 2020 election case moved to disqualify Willis, arguing that she appointed Wade as a special prosecutor and that she financially benefited from the relationship. Willis’s latest motion disputes that portrayal. Eleven Alive previously reported that Wade paid for airline tickets for the pair to travel to San Francisco and Miami; Willis, however, writes that financial responsibility for personal travel is divided roughly evenly between the two, with all expenses paid using individual personal funds. The outlet had also reported that Wade was paid more than $500,000 more than the two other special prosecutors on the case; Willis contends Wade earned more money because he “made much more work.” Legal experts Daryl Cohen and Clark Cunningham offered differing views on how the filing might affect the case going into the February 15 hearing. Cohen suggested the judge could determine that the matter does not require disqualification but that the parties are under intense scrutiny. Cunningham anticipated the disqualification issue would not be resolved at the hearing and described the matter as very complicated. The February 15 hearing will be the first time these allegations are publicly addressed in open court. In a related matter, the US House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan released a letter indicating he subpoenaed documents from Willis. The subpoena seeks documents related to the DA’s use of federal funds after a conservative outlet published accusations that Willis fired an employee who attempted to halt the misuse of federal funds intended for youth gang prevention programs. The documents are also linked to the January 6 investigation. Atlanta News First political reporter Doug Reardon reported from outside the Fulton County Courthouse that the open records requests were issued through Georgia’s open records law. The judge, Robert McBurney, previously admonished Willis for not complying within required time frames, with the court asserting that Willis must turn over documents requested by the conservative nonprofit Judicial Watch. The judge stated that Willis had five days to produce the documents and that, according to him, the court had effectively declared a violation of the Open Records Act. Some communications, he noted, are of public interest and not protected by privilege.

Speaker 0: Weeks of controversy surrounding allegations that she had an improper romantic relationship with a special prosecutor leading the twenty twenty election case. Fulton County District Attorney Fonny Willis finally responded with a court filing of her own Speaker 1: 11 alive investigative reporter Zach Merchant has the document. Zach, what are we learning? What does it say here? Speaker 2: We do. We have it right here. We got it just a few hours ago. It's more than 170 pages long. The big takeaway DA Fonny Willis admits to having what she called a personal relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade, but said that should not impact their roles in the case. In a court filing in January, a defendant in the ongoing twenty twenty election case asked the court to disqualify the DA, accusing her of appointing Wade as a special prosecutor and then financially benefiting from that relationship. But in today's motion, Willis said that is not true. Previous eleven alive reporting revealed that Wade paid for airline tickets for the pair to fly to San Francisco and Miami. But today, Willis wrote that is not the entire case. She said financial responsibility for personal travel is divided roughly evenly between the two and all expenses paid for with individual personal funds. Eleven Alive had also shown an earlier reporting that Wade was paid more than $500,000 more than the two other special prosecutors on the case. But in today's filing, Willis wrote that Wade made much more money than the other special prosecutors only because Wade did much more work. Two Atlanta legal experts, Daryl Cohen and Clark Cunningham took different views on how they predict today's filing will impact the case ahead of a scheduled hearing next month. Speaker 3: I think that the judge will look at it, and he may, obviously, he may do anything. But if I were to guess, he would say this is not going to rise to you having to disqualify yourself or Nathan Wade, but you guys need to be aware that you're under the hardest microscope ever. Speaker 4: I do not think this disqualification matter is gonna be resolved, at the hearing on February 15 or anytime soon thereafter. I think this is gonna be a very, very complicated matter. Speaker 2: That upcoming hearing on February 15 will be the first time these allegations are directly addressed in open court. We, of course, will be there when it happens. Speaker 0: Alright, so a big development today, Zach, but that wasn't the only development concerning the DA. Speaker 2: No, it wasn't in a related matter, but not entirely on this exact topic. The US House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan released a letter indicating he subpoenaed documents and information from DA Willis. According to his letter, we got a copy of earlier today. Jordan is seeking documents relating to the DA's office's use of federal funds after a conservative news outlet published allegations that Willis fired an employee who tried to stop the misuse of federal funds meant for youth gang prevention programs. Speaker 1: Turn over documents related to her election interference case. She was sued by a conservative nonprofit claiming Willis was ignoring their requests, and the judge agreed. Atlanta news first political reporter Doug Reardon is live outside of the Fulton County Courthouse. And, Doug, these documents are also linked to the January 6 investigation. Speaker 5: Yeah. Presumably, they are and they were made through the open records request that we have here in Georgia and across the country. Anyone can use it. We use it all the time as journalists. It lets you get your hand, hands on public records and tied to that law, there are some really specific time frames in which officials have to respond and either grant or deny those requests. The judge said yesterday that Willis just plain ignored those time frames. Fulton County district attorney, Fonny Willis, must turn over documents requested by conservative nonprofit judicial watch. The group wanted Willis's communications with the federal January sixth committee and Trump's DC prosecutor, Jack Smith, as she carried out her own case with Trump at the center. Speaker 6: It is clear that they did not want to comply or were unable or unwilling to comply, and complying with this law is mandatory. Attorney Josh Schiffer says the Open Records Act Speaker 5: is meant for transparency and set strict standards for responses. Speaker 6: The argument from these conservative groups and other groups trying to get information is that Fonny Willis can very easily collect this information, it's all digital, and send it over. Speaker 5: Judge Robert McBurney agreed, telling Willis she had five days to produce the documents, adding, quote, the court has, in effect, declared that she has violated the Open Records Act. Speaker 6: Some of those communications are absolutely of public interest. They're not protected by any privilege.

I read that documents claim the Biden DOJ secretly wired $2 million to Fulton County DA Fani Willis during her RICO case against Trump and 18 allies, alleging coordination with the White House and J6 Democrats to pursue double jeopardy prosecutions, draining Trump’s resources across jurisdictions. The post asserts this as proof of political influence over prosecutions.

@LightOnLiberty - Bridgett Fertig

New documents reveal that while Fulton County DA Fani Willis was building her RICO and conspiracy case against President Trump and 18 allies, the Biden Justice Department secretly wired 2 million dollars directly to her office! "This looks like a gift grant to Fani Willis while she's doing the bidding of Joe Biden to pursue and tie down Donald Trump and his friends in a criminal prosecution in Atlanta!" Evidence shows CLEAR coordination between Willis, the Biden White House, DOJ, and J6 Democrats to create double jeopardy prosecutions, draining Trump's resources across jurisdictions in violation of justice principles!

Yesterday, we told you that new documents we got showed that Fonny Willis was recording was working secretly behind the scenes with the Biden justice department, the Biden White House, and the j six democrats to create a double jeopardy, double drain on Donald Trump's supporters by creating a similar indictment to Jack Smith, but in Georgia to move resources and lawyers and and attention span and divide it. We have we're supposed to have a justice system that avoids double jeopardy, but in this case, you can see the plot being created by these lawyers and by the collaboration. Today, we raise a question or we provide some evidence to a question that Jim Jordan raised about a year ago, the House Judiciary Committee Chairman. He believed that Fonny Willis' prosecution of Trump was being underwritten by the justice department because he saw a stream of funding. What we see, what we've provided to the public, is an unusual situation. In the middle of Willis building your case against Donald Trump and 18 of his allies and and to charge them with conspiracy in and racketeering in Georgia to double up on what Jack Smith charged in Washington, The justice department comes to Fonny Willis and says, hey. We just want you to apply for this grant, and we're gonna take this grant, which is normally competitive. We're gonna make it noncompetitive. Basically, you're the only one that's gonna get the money. Just fill out the paperwork and take your cash, about $2,000,000. It's that classic Washington grant, go help kids, not really much specificity, but they move it from competitive to sole source, meaning that it's wired just for her. It looks like the old Boss Hogg way of doing business or Tammany Hall way of doing business. And I think for Jim Jordan or Barry Loudermilk who was on our show last night investigating January 6 from the judiciary committee, this is a pretty serious issue for them to investigate. This looks like a gift grant to Fonny Willis while she's doing the bidding of Joe Biden to pursue and tie down Donald Trump and his friends in a criminal prosecution in Atlanta. It looks just like Tammany Hall, Chicago style politics, and there's now a complete body of documents for congress to look at this. It's it's a pretty pretty clear case of what's going on.
