Texas claims that if they were acting alone, they would have secured the border. However, they believe that the federal government, under President Biden, is welcoming people and collaborating with cartels to facilitate illegal crossings. Texas feels undermined by their own federal government in their efforts to secure the border. They blame Biden's border policies for hindering their ability to do so.

Speaker 0: So let let's be clear about what's happened on the border. Texas has the ability to secure the border ourselves. If we were acting in isolation, we would have secured the border. While Texas is doing everything possible to try to stop people from crossing the border, at the very same time the president of the United States is sitting, putting out the welcome mat, welcoming them in. The cartels also. It's the federal government that controls the immigration process. The cartels are working in collaboration with president Biden in the federal government to facilitate that illegal cross border. Our we are being overrun by our own federal government. Texas is being undermined by our own fellow fellow, federal government in our efforts to secure our border. It's only Joe Biden and his upper border policies that's hindered our ability to secure the border.

We are facing a full-blown invasion of illegal aliens. Texas is paying the price. If the Biden administration has their way, there will be millions more illegal aliens living in America. #BidenBorderCrisis #Title42

Video Transcript AI Summary
We are currently in Brownsville, Texas, witnessing a significant influx of illegal immigration. Over the past two and a half years, we have experienced the highest levels of illegal immigration in history, with 6.5 million people crossing illegally. As Title 42 is about to expire, there are already 22,000 illegal immigrants gathered near the Rio Grande, ready to cross over. Border patrol agents have informed us that they are encountering around 100 Chinese nationals and 35,000 Venezuelans illegally crossing into the country each day. What is frustrating is that instead of trying to stop this, Mayorkas and Biden are actually trying to expedite the process. They have even developed an app that allows agents to process an alien in just two minutes. This situation is a catastrophe for our country, and Texas is bearing the brunt of it.

Speaker 0: Well, Laura, it's great to be with you. Roger and I are both down here in Brownsville, Texas. We're on the southern border, and there is a full on invasion that is unfolding. We've seen for two and a half years the worst illegal immigration in history, 6 a half 1000000 people crossing illegally. And I'll tell you, as we stand here tonight, Hours away from title 42 expiring, there are 22,000 illegal immigrants camped just south of the Rio preparing to cross over. Every day, this community and the entire southern border is being swamped. It's being overwhelmed. Roger and I met with border patrol agents tonight. We met with the chief. We met with the head of the border patrol union. They told us that here, just just in Brownsville, That they are seeing roughly a 100 Chinese nationals a day crossing illegally into this country. That they've seen In less than a month, 35,000 Venezuelans cross illegally. And what is so infuriating is what you just said. Mayorkas and Biden, they're not trying to stop it. They're trying to speed it up. You know, we went with the border patrol agents Who were processing these illegal aliens. They now have an app on their phone. They can process an alien in 2 minutes. And what Majorcas wants to do Is he wants to do it faster? He wants 6 a half 1000000 to become 10,000,000 to become 12 12,000,000 to become 20,000,000, And it is an absolute catastrophe for this country. This is an invasion and Texas is paying the brunt of the price.

Texas is fighting back against the Biden administration's actions at the southern border. They have set up storage containers as a makeshift wall after federal agents used a forklift to raise razor wire and allow migrants in. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit, which was successful, requiring the administration to stop tampering with the border. This highlights the ongoing tensions and challenges at the border.

NEW: Texas is punching back at the Biden administration by reportedly putting up storage containers as a make-shift wall at the southern border after federal agents raised razor wire with a fork lift to let migrants in. Texas AG Ken Paxton said in a lawsuit that "federal agents used hydraulic-powered pallet forks to rip fence out of the ground, holding it suspended in the air in order to wave more than 300 migrants illegally into Texas." Federal Judge Alia Moses handed Texas a win in this lawsuit, saying the Biden administration must stop "disassembling, degrading, tampering" at the southern border. Your president hates you. Speaker 0: To deport them. Joining me now is a Texas Lieutenant Governor, Dan Patrick. Dan, now the White House said today that this law won't make communities safer. Your response? Speaker 1: So we spent a lot of time, Laura, in the Senate writing this bill Along with the governor. And we believe we have a bill that will survive any type of Supreme Court challenge because we are being invaded. Arizona tried this about 10 years ago, but our law is different. It simply says that our law enforcement can arrest anyone, Take them in, do a background check, photograph, do fingerprints. If they saw them cross the border illegally, we can do that. Or if they happen to reveal in the arrest stop that they crossed illegally, and then the magistrate will send them back And will escort them to the border, and they have a choice. They go to jail or they can go back. And if they go back and try to come back again and we arrest them again, the penalty gets even higher. We're fed up. In fact, seeing what happened in Colorado tonight, Laura, makes me think, except we believe in democracy in Texas, Maybe we should take Joe Biden off the ballot in Texas for allowing 8,000,000 people to cross the border since he's been president, Disrupting our state far more than anything anyone else has done in recent history. And so, this is, This is so outrageous. 10,000, 12,000, 14,000 people a day crossing the border. 8,000,000 people Speaker 0: in the office. Speaker 1: Enough to be the 12th largest state. It's incredible. Speaker 0: Now I think the numbers kind of they're not people are numb to the numbers now. It's the sheer mass of humanity that is obviously taking over cities, local communities, school districts, health care system, homeless shelters. I mean, it is overwhelming, already overburdened state and local budgets. And now, Dan, this congresswoman Jasmine Crockett decides, well, it's time to go after Texas. Watch. Speaker 2: I'm very concerned because the Republicans have never gotten immigration right. When you look at somebody like Greg Abbott, my governor, and his solution, his solution is to basically say, hey, we're going to kill people that are trying to come in. Like, that's not a solution. Speaker 0: So, Dan kill people? York congresswoman from Texas. You're trying to kill people, you and Abbott. Speaker 1: Yeah. She she's she's Jasmine Crockpot, not a Jasmine Crockett. That's just absolutely ridiculous. Our bill, Senate Bill 4 says We can arrest them and send them back. We also passed another bill to put another 1,500,000,000 into board to building more wall, and we've filed another and passed another bill, excuse me, to deal with human smuggling because the Biden administration is doing nothing, Laura, as we all know. We know That hundreds of people on the terrorist watch list have been apprehended. That doesn't count all the people we don't catch. We know that sex offenders, rapists, murderers have crossed the border, And Biden does nothing that puts our lives at risk. They don't care. You know, you know, our our founders is Speaker 0: a They don't care that, you know, Dan, they don't care about the constitution. They don't care about the representative democracy. They don't care about democracy and they certainly don't care about how many Americans and legal immigrants have been killed or brutalized or beaten or robbed because of the people they've they don't care. That's all collateral damage. Jan, we gotta roll. Thank you for joining us.

Speaker 0: Explain to us the gravity of the problem and the challenge that you're having to deal with there in Texas. I mean, it's hard to fathom how big a problem that might be. Speaker 1: You know what? It's costing us 1,000,000,000 of dollars, but that that's not the most significant thing. The most significant thing is the crime, the increased human trafficking, drug trafficking. We have literally thousands of kids dying from fentanyl overdoses that don't have to die because we have the Cartels having an easy line into Texas and an easy line to get into the country. And so it is having a significant impact, and it is going to spread Beyond Texas, beyond the border states, it is an American problem. And I I think it's clearly caused by the Biden administration. You can see that under Trump, These problems were were diminishing and now under the Biden administration who has basically struck down all the policies that worked, We have significant problems with all of these things, and they're getting worse every day, which is hard to believe. You'd think after 3 years, He would have figured out a way to make it better, and instead, it's getting worse. Speaker 0: Well, you know, there's an immigration backlog in the Ports there of some 3,000,000 people. Some of these people coming across the border are getting court dates that are 10 years in advance. At least that's what some of the reports are saying. So I don't know how they proposed to do this, but, you know, they sent Secretary Mayorkas and Secretary Blinken down to meet with the Mexican president, But that seemed to be a meeting to just have a meeting, and now they're talking about actually actual amnesty. What's your take on what's going on there? Speaker 1: Yeah. Look, this is a joke. There's so many people coming across the world. There's so many people in the legal system. There's no way they'll keep up with it. Everybody knows how it actually works. They come in. They claim asylum. There's under Trump, they would have to stay outside of the country. Under Biden, they're allowed in. They disappear. Most of them don't show up for their hearings. And and there's almost no expectation that they will given the numbers and given the backlog. It's not realistic to think that many of these people or most of these people are Evergreen actually had their hearing, they're here to stay. And that's and the Biden administration knows that. They built a system to make it happen And this idea that somehow these meetings with Mexico where Mexico is now requesting that as as a fair trade for them stopping the the illegal immigration through their country into ours, That we're gonna somehow fund, dictators in South America and Central America. I mean, what could go wrong with that? It just seems like a really bad idea, and we've lost our leverage given the fact that the Biden administration doesn't enforce our own federal immigration laws. Speaker 0: Well, and now we're getting reports that there's some 15,000 people in a caravan moving up and north. And look, these are like daily numbers now coming Out of Mexico, not all Mexicans, people from all across the world, we have no idea who these people are and what they're trying to do. So Texas, I feel for you because you're trying to do something, and yet the Department of Justice wants to sue you over it rather than ask for your help. Speaker 1: Well, not only that, but you know, they're cutting down our fences, they're cutting down our wire. We sued them over that. I mean, they won't even let us like put up Fences. They they they damage our property. They come out of our property. And then, of course, this this threat of a lawsuit because we merely want to protect Our own citizens from the crime and the cost of illegal immigration when it's really their job to do it. And instead, we've got the Biden administration, as I said, Aiding and abetting the cartels, encouraging the cartels to make 1,000,000,000 of dollars and to bring as many people here as as fast as possible And as soon as possible. That's what the Biden administration is doing. They're not just not doing their job, they're actually encourage encouraging the opposite. Speaker 0: Well, it's interesting to me when they went down and met with the Mexican president, it made me wonder, are you meeting with the right people? Because it strikes me that the drug cartels, The mafia, if you will, is actually more in control of the northern part of the Mexican border than the Mexican government. And they could put troops up there. They could do things. But I just really wonder who's actually in control there in Northern Mexico. Speaker 1: Well, I think you're right. I mean, there's no doubt that the Mexican government could do more to and they did under the Trump administration because President Trump insisted on it. But there is no doubt that the cartels Have been incentivized. They're making 1,000,000,000 of dollars. They make, you know, 8 to $12,000 a person that they bring. So they're incentivized to bring as many people as possible. And remember, It used to be, the way border patrol worked, they were there to stop people from coming across the border. And now, the cartel doesn't try to Hide people. They don't try to sneak people across. They take them directly to border patrol. It's like a handoff. So it's a partnership. It's not It's not the way it was supposed to be, but that's where the Biden administration has taken us. They've taken us to a partnership with the cartels, so the part cartels Have the opportunity not only to make as much money with importation of humans, but also the border now is clear for their trafficking of drugs and other things that make money off of it. So they're building this network, not just in Mexico, but across the across the country. Speaker 0: Unbelievable. I appreciate what Texas is trying to do. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, happy new year. Thank you for joining us.

Texas has laid down barbed wire as a deterrent at the border, but it seems ineffective as people can easily walk across the river and reach a small island considered part of the US. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) is said to help cut through the barbed wire for people to enter safely, which contradicts the purpose of the barrier. This raises questions about the incentive structures and makes the rest of the border security measures seem pointless.

Speaker 0: So this is barbed wire laid down by the state, by Texas. It does, I have to admit, look like a pretty effective deterrent. This is sharp. I promise you. However, if people get literally walk across that half of the river and getting to that little island, that little small strip right there, That's considered US such that customs and border patrol, I'm told then, actually helps cut Through this barbed wire for people to enter safely. So that doesn't make sense. Right? The think about the incentive structures. Yes. This looks like a really difficult thing to navigate. Yet if CBP is cutting a passageway for people to come in, All they have to get to is that little island over there. It kind of makes the rest of this a bit of a farce.

President Biden's order to keep the Southern border open is seen as a deliberate strategy to aid traffickers and cartels. Governor Abbott is taking action to protect Texas, while the President undermines these efforts instead of providing federal help. This is seen as reckless and an outrage.

@SpeakerJohnson - Speaker Mike Johnson

Today’s order underscores that keeping our Southern border open to traffickers and cartels is part of a deliberate strategy by President Biden.   For over three years, the President’s reckless policies have endangered Americans and devastated communities across Texas, like those I visited earlier this month.   Governor Abbott is doing exactly what any leader must: taking action to protect his state’s sovereignty and his citizens’ security. Rather than providing federal help, the President is shamefully undermining these efforts. It is an outrage.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court has ruled that the Biden administration can resume removal of the razor wire installed by the state of Texas along the border near Eagle Pass, at least while litigation is ongoing. Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, & Kavanaugh all dissented. Roberts & Barrett sided w/ left leaning justices to rule in Biden admin’s favor & allow Border Patrol to remove the razor wire.

The Democrats are being accused of not wanting to protect the border and wanting Biden to control the Texas National Guard to maintain their open border policy. Some believe this is a deliberate attempt to weaken border security.

So let me get this straight, the Democrats don't want to protect the border and they're asking for Biden to seize control of the Texas National Guard so they can maintain their open border policy. Can it get any more blatant than this? The efforts to weaken border security are not by accident. It's by design.

Speaker 0: Texas is doing is just very simple. And and that is because the Biden administration has really truly abdicated his responsibility to secure the border and enforce the laws, Texas very simply is securing the border. And so we put up the razor wire that you were talking about, Bill, and we put up all these barricades that actually have denied illegal entry. And as you pointed out also in that screen that there are criminals coming across our border. Texas has a right as a state to stop criminals from coming into our state, to make arrests of those criminals. And we have National Guard as well as Texas Department of Public Safety Officers who were there to make those arrests and to deny illegal entry. And Joe Biden actually does have an option here. Joe Biden's option is to enforce the laws of the United States and stop this illegal entry.

Biden is urging Texas to remove fortifications from their border, claiming that they should allow illegal entry. However, this goes against the Constitution, as states have the right to protect themselves from invasion. Texas is justified in fortifying their border, as stated in Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution. It is hypocritical that liberal jurisdictions have been sanctuary cities for years, refusing to enforce federal immigration laws. Texas is simply enforcing existing laws to ensure a secure state and country. Florida has been supporting Texas and recognizes that this issue affects all Americans. It is crucial for our country to maintain sovereignty, and Texas has the right to stand firm with Florida's continued assistance.

Speaker 0: Biden is going after Texas saying that they must remove fortifications from their border. They put wire. They put things to keep people out. Biden saying you gotta take that down to let people come in illegally, which is just crazy. And I remarked that if the constitution was originally understood to mean that a state could not protect itself against to an invasion. If the federal government could force a state to allow an invasion, the constitution would have never been ratified in the first place. Texas would Never joined the union when it did. And if you look at Federalist 46, which, Daniel Horowitz pointed out, James Madison talks about Situations where federal encroachment can be mitigated, by by state action. So you have Texas here, that's holding its ground. They have every right to fortify the border vis a vis an invasion, and that's article 1 section 10 of the constitution. So so they're on the right. You also have Situation where liberal jurisdictions over many, many years have been sanctuary jurisdictions against enforcing federal immigration in law. So you'll have somebody who's a criminal alien. They will not be given, over to ICE, and they will deliberately act to frustrate the laws on the books, and somehow That's viewed as okay. You have Texas who's acting to enforce the laws on the books to ensure that they have a secure state and that we have a secure country. So so all of this is just nonsense what Biden's doing. Texas has every right to And it's ground. We've been in Florida. We've been sending people to help, for for many years now because we understand it's not just a Texas issue. It's to the late an American issue. And if we don't have sovereignty in this country, then we're not gonna be a country anymore. So so they have every right to hold their ground, to stay stay the course, and Florida will continue to be there, helping out every step of the way.

Speaker 0: Good morning, Matt. Good morning, Bill. As it stands right now, you might be able to make up behind me. Texas' razor wire is still here inside of Shelby Park. It remains untouched. However, the Biden administration has now warned Texas, it has until tomorrow to allow Biden's border agents back into Shelby Park and the ability to remove Texas' razor wire as it sees fit. A federal attorney writes to Texas attorney general Ken Paxton that the supreme court ruled in favor of the Biden administration ending a temporary restraining order that prohibited Biden's border agents from touching Texas razor wire in and around Shelby Park. The Biden administration In the letter to Texas reads in part, the supreme court restored the department's right to cut and move the concertina wire placed by Texas in order to perform their statute statutory duties. In sum, we require full access to the Shelby Tark area currently obstructed by Texas by January 26, 2024. Please confirm that the state will provide US border patrol with the access described. Now the Biden administration goes into detail about the access it wants. It wants access to Shelby Park, also the nearby boat launch and the international bridge. For 2 weeks now, Texas governor Greg Abbott has seized this hot spot for illegal immigration and kicked out the feds, arguing in part that president Biden actually wants an open border. Governor Abbott says president Biden's lawless border policies has allowed more than 6,000,000 illegal immigrants to cross the southern border in the 3 years. So Abbott has used his authority to declare an invasion, writing in part, that authority is the supreme law of the land and supersedes the federal statutes to the contrary. The Texas National Guard and other Texas personnel are acting on that authority to secure the Texas border. And this morning, the US speaker of the house and at least 6 other Republican governors from various states are backing, Texas governor Greg Abbott. And the speaker of Taos says the US House will do whatever it can to support governor Abbott. So the showdown continues. Yes. It does. Dana.

Speaker 0: Body a fair warning again. This is not the video you wanna watch if you expect me to be PG 13. This is not the video you wanna watch if you expect me to keep it clean and classy. Like I said yesterday, there is no more keeping it classy when it comes to Joe Biden and his dirty ass crooked Democrats. Okay? So before I even get this video started, I just wanna start off by saying what other people don't wanna say because they have jobs, and they don't wanna get fired. So I'll say it for them. Fuck Joe Biden. He is not my president. He is not my president or your president because no real president will allow an invasion. No real president of America will tell a state to stand down and allow illegal immigrants to come into this country whenever they want and however they want. No real president will do that. Now you y'all so let's talk I wanna go into something else. Because a lot of people keep saying this. Okay? So I really want everybody to hear me out about this right here. I want everybody on every side, on the left side, the right side. Check this out. I see a lot of people are saying, well, Terrence, those razor wires that Joe Biden wants to remove. They are dangerous. People the illegals can't get hurt if they go through, those razor wires. Well, they shouldn't be going through the fucking wires in the first place because they not supposed to be coming over illegally. So the wires will not do any damage if they come to this country the right way. Okay? They need to take their asses through the process, and there will be no danger. There will be no dead bodies. There will be nobody being deported if they go through the process. So miss me with the bullshit. Miss me with the old. The razor wires are dangerous. They can kill people. If they are stupid enough To go through a bunch of damn razor wires, then they get what they deserve. Yeah. I said it. Yeah. I said it. And you dumb enough to go through some damn razor wires that you can clearly see or not safe. You can clearly see that those wires will poke the shit out of you. And if you are dumb enough To go through those wires, to enter a country illegally, then you get what you deserve. You get what you deserve. That people, at the end of the day, People need to come to this country the right way. I have nothing against nothing against people wanting to be in America. Okay? But I have but I am against people coming over here illegally. It's not fair to the people who come the right way, and it's not fair to us that we have people over here illegally not paying taxes, coming over y'all, it's bullshit. It's bullshit. And we don't know who's coming into this country. They yes. It's true, y'all. People smuggle drugs over here. They sex traffic every damn thing. They do all that. Killers come over here. Drug dealers, dangerous people, terrorists. Who knows who's coming through that damn border? And we have a president who is begging Texas to stand down. Are you fucking stupid? You're no president because your one and only job is to keep America safe. Your one and only job It's to keep the American people safe and to secure our borders. How the hell you talking about you wanna secure the borders but telling them to stand down and remove the razor wires. Y'all don't even wanna put up money to build a wall. And now y'all want them to remove razor wires, and you won't pay for a damn wall. Joe Biden is doing this on purpose, y'all. He wants to he he's doing this y'all, This gotta be on purpose. Something is up. Something is up. Okay? This man wants to go to war with Texas in other states. Joe Biden wants a civil war. You know why? You know why? Because it's election season, and they will do anything to stay in office. Even if they have to enact martial law, they will do anything to stay in office so that there will be no election. This could be one of their tricky ways to interfere with the 2024 election. They are gonna slowly build this up and divide this country and possibly start a civil war. Because I'm a tell you now a whole bunch of states are standing with Texas. Because real Americans, real Americans understand that we must protect our borders. Because when you protect the borders, you are protecting the American people. You're protecting the children, The women, the men, everyone in this country. We the only fucking country y'all oh my god. What other country you know is allowing people to come in through their borders with no type of just letting people come in. No other country is allowing that. Mexico is not even allowing that shit. You can't go over there illegally. They will deport your ass. You you you you can't go over to China and stay there illegally? They ain't get rid of your ass. You can't do that in Canada either. So why in the fuck do we gotta do it here in this country? Why do y'all think it's okay that America has to be Why do y'all think it's okay if America is the only country to just allow people to come in without going through a process, without being vetted, when the other countries don't allow that bullshit. This is exactly why we need president Trump back in office. We we need somebody back in there who's not Who don't have the name Joe Biden? And we don't need the Democrats in there at all. It's time to take this country back. And if you still wanna support Joe Biden after this I already excuse my language, but I I can't get down with you. If you still wanna support Joe Biden after this, When I say fuck him, it's fuck you too. Because if you are okay with this country being invaded. If you are okay with the fall of America, then you are not a true American. You are not a true American. Joe Biden is committing treason. His whole entire administer his the entire administration is committing treason, and they all need to be removed.

The Texas Attorney General accuses the Biden administration of working with cartels at the border. While there may not be a written document, the AG claims that the border has become a drop-off point for cartels to bring people into the country. Unlike previous administrations, the cartels no longer hide and instead bring people directly to border patrol, who act as a processing arm for the cartels. The cartels are paid per person and make significant profits. The AG asserts that the Biden administration is effectively partnering with the cartels to facilitate the quick entry of people into the country.

Speaker 0: Working with the cartels, that's a pretty tough charge. I mean, you're you are the attorney general of the state of Texas, one of the not just biggest, but most important states in the union, an economic powerhouse. You did you just accuse the Biden administration of working with the cartels? Speaker 1: There may not be a written document that says that, but in fact, yes. That's That's exactly what they're doing. They have turned our border into a place where the cartels know that they can basically drop people off And they're not trying to hide anymore. I mean, under all other administrations, they used to hide. You know, they try to sneak across the border. Now It comes straight to border patrol and we're like a processing arm for the the cartels. The cartels get paid per person by and they make a lot of money on each person. And so the Biden administration is effectively, no matter how you wanna slice this, they are partnering with the cartel to get people into our country as fast as possible.
