There have been reports of chicken pox Breaking out in some of these migrant camps here in El Paso, but there's migrants all over the streets right now. So So now that you've seen the tunnels on the other side of the road here, I've brought you up to the fence. Now, you can see that the fence is very easy to scale or Simply knock over if you want. If you have any object that you can, sort of, step on, if you don't want to climb, it'd be very easy to scale this fence. The barbed wire simply ends here. So if you can get over the fence, you don't have to worry about any barbed wire on the other side.
And you can see, and I don't know if you get an angle of this, that's where the tunnels lead. There's no barbed wire on the other side, so you can simply crawl under the road and under the fence. Now the 14 year old also reportedly told investigators she was moved from one apartment to another, forced into consuming drugs and alcohol, then at one point was held down as Alvarez Flores tattooed the image of the grim reaper on her body from her knee down to her foot.
