As a news organization, we cannot afford to broadcast false information. Our goal is to bring you the truth. We understand the importance of preventing the spread of the virus and the effectiveness of vaccines. When a vaccinated person is exposed to the virus, they do not get infected and cannot transmit it to others. We constantly reassess our decisions to ensure we provide accurate information. By getting vaccinated, we can ultimately overcome this pandemic.

Speaker 0: There is a cost to us as a news organization to knowingly broadcast untrue things. We are here to bring you the news. It hurts our ability to do that if we live broadcast what we fully expect in advance to be a litany of lies and false accusations no matter who says them. Instead of the virus being able to hop from person to person to person, potentially mutating and becoming more virulent and drug resistant along the way. Now we know that the vaccines work well enough But the virus stops with every vaccinated person. We take our responsibility seriously. A vaccinated person gets exposed to the virus. The virus does not infect them. The virus cannot then use that person to go anywhere else. We revisit decisions like this all the time. Cannot use a vaccinated person as a host to go get more people. We make the best call that we can in real time every time. That means The vaccines will get us to the end of this.

Joe Biden's credibility is being questioned as various claims about his personal life are debunked. CNN highlighted his history of falsehoods, including a bridge collapse incident, his grandfather's death before his birth, and a conversation with a deceased Amtrak conductor. Other false claims involve his arrest during a civil rights protest and his past as an 18-wheeler driver. Biden's tendency to fabricate raises concerns about his honesty regarding more significant matters like Burisma, Hunter, Ukraine, and China. His track record of dishonesty is troubling.

@charliekirk11 - Charlie Kirk

CNN just spent an entire segment documenting how Joe Biden is a pathological liar: Witnessed a bridge collapse in Pittsburgh in 2022 - FALSE Grandfather died just days before his own birth at the same hospital - FALSE Conversation with Amtrak conductor (who was already dead) - FALSE Arrested during a civil rights protest - FALSE Used to drive an 18-wheeler - FALSE Visited Pittsburgh synagogue and site of 2018 mash shooting - FALSE This isn’t senility. Thirty-five years ago Biden was already plagiarizing foreign speeches and lying about his grades in college. When you lie about small things you lie about big things. If Biden can’t stop fabricating inane personal stories, imagine the whoppers he's told about Burisma, Hunter, Ukraine, MBNA, China, etc.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The president has a history of inventing or exaggerating stories about his past. He has falsely claimed to have witnessed a bridge collapse in Pittsburgh and that his grandfather died just before he was born at the same hospital. He also repeated a debunked story about a conversation with an Amtrak conductor. In more serious instances, he falsely claimed to have been arrested during a civil rights protest and to have visited the Pittsburgh synagogue where a shooting occurred. He has also made false claims about driving a tractor-trailer when he actually drove a school bus. Whether it's a result of a faulty memory or intentional embellishment, this pattern of misinformation is concerning.

Speaker 0: And he has done, I don't know if it's similar things, but he's sort of told some stories that don't line up quite like this before. Speaker 1: Yeah. This president has a pattern at this point of either inventing or embellishing stories about his own past, his biography. He did it 3 times in one speech last month alone. He claims he had witnessed a bridge collapse in Pittsburgh when he actually showed up about 6 hours later. He claimed that his grandfather had died just days before he was born himself at the same hospital. In fact, his grandpa died more than a year before in a different state. Not not the same hospital. And, and he also repeated a favorite false story that I and others have debunked over and over again about a supposed conversation with an Amtrak train conductor he was friends with who was actually at the time the conversation would have had to take place and that's not all. There are some more serious ones in in my view. Previously in presidency. He claimed at one point he'd been arrested during a civil rights protest when in other versions of the story he just said an officer had taken him home, from a protest. He said he had visited the the Pittsburgh synagogue where worshippers were killed in a 2018 match shooting. In fact, he'd actually spoken to the rabbi, but never but never went, and he he's made a whole bunch of others too. He said at one point, Republicans like to bring this up, he said that he used to drive a tractor trailer. He used to drive an teen wheeler never happened. The White House later clarified he used to drive a school bus at one point for as a as a job briefly. School bus, of course, not an 18 wheeler. So whatever his intentions whether it's, you know, foggy memory about stuff that's going on decades ago or deliberate embellishment, this is an unfortunate pattern that keeps coming up again and again with Joe

He said people around president Biden cheat on elections. No. He said people's votes tend to disappear. They simply do not. He said a 107,000 people attended his recent rally in New Jersey. That's at least tens of thousands too high. He said he saved Kenosha, Wisconsin in 2020 during rioting when a Democratic governor wouldn't act to intervene. In fact, that governor deployed the National Guard before Trump told him to. Trump said cocaine was found at the White House about a month ago. That was actually about 11 months ago. He said it was 100 of 1,000 of dollars worth of cocaine. It was a little bag, maybe generously in the 100 of dollars worth. He said Biden orchestrated his New York criminal trial, zero evidence of that. He said Biden was also behind all of his cases including civil trials, baseless again. He said Biden wandered off of the g seven and didn't know where he was. No. Biden was briefly chatting with a skydiver who had landed near the group. He said he was indicted more than infamous Al Capone. No. Al Capone had more indictments than him. He said he was in Washington the other day for one of his trials. He was actually there for meetings with congressional Republicans. He said Nancy Pelosi turned down his offer of 10,000 soldiers on January 6th. She never got such an offer offer and would not have had the power to reject it even if she did. He said the January 6th committee deleted all records, just did not happen. He said he's the only president who didn't start a war. Jimmy Carter didn't start any wars. He said he finished the war in Syria. No. And got US soldiers out. He actually left hundreds of troops there. He said Syria and Turkey have been fighting over their border for, quote, 2000 years. That border is less than a century old. He said insane asylums are being emptied by foreign countries to let people come to the US as migrants. His own campaign cannot substantiate this claim. And he also said prisoners are coming in from jails in the Congo over the border. His campaign can't that either. He said President Obama cannot deport criminals to Latin American countries. Obama, in fact, could. He said Venezuela's crime is down 72% because of immigration to the US. Venezuela's violent deaths are actually down 25%, and that's for a variety of reasons. He said 17 or 18,000,000 people have now entered illegally over the border. Experts say that's many millions too high. He said Biden's plans would quadruple your taxes. Total fiction. He said canceling Keystone XL, the pipeline, cost 48,000 jobs that is wildly inflated. He said total inflation under president Biden is 40 or 50%. It's actually 19%. He said before he took office, there was a 500,000,000,000 trade deficit with China. It has never been that high. And in fact, the record was set under Trump in 2018. He said no previous president has taken in even 10¢ in tariff money from China. It is Americans who pay those tariffs, tariffs, and the US has actually had such tariffs on China since the 1700. And finally, he said we're in the worst crime wave in modern history. Crime has actually plummeted in 2023 and so far in 2024. Abby? And it's only Tuesday.

Seemingly endless list of media lies about Trump. Media lies caught on camera! INCREDIBLE VIDEO!🔥 https://t.co/hQ83V4nnjH

Video Transcript AI Summary
The media has made numerous false reports about Trump, including inaccuracies about his visits to troops, his interactions with foreign leaders, and his statements on various issues. These errors range from misreporting his actions to misinterpreting his words, leading to misinformation being spread.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: This is why the media cannot be trusted. Speaker 1: In 2018, NBC incorrectly reported that Trump stayed home at Christmas time, the first US president since 2002 to to skip visiting the troops. The news went global, but it wasn't true. The media had jumped the gun. Trump and first lady Melania left the White House Christmas Day to visit US soldiers in Iraq. On Thanksgiving, Newsweek made a similar error, falsely reporting that Trump was spending the holiday golfing at Mar a Lago in Florida. But the reporter had fabricated the golf story. Trump flew to Afghanistan on Thanksgiving to again be with the troops, making Trump the only president in US history to visit troops in a combat zone both on Thanksgiving and so close to Christmas, though the press never reported that. CNN claimed Nancy Sinatra was not happy. Her father's song was played at Trump's inauguration. But Nancy Sinatra responded, that's not true. I never said that. Why do you lie, CNN? Time falsely claimed Trump removed the bust statue of Martin Luther King from the Oval Office. TMZ reported Trump changed Black History Month to African American history month, but presidents Obama, Bush, and Clinton had all called it African American history month. BBC, the Guardian, and others reported that Trump wasn't bothering to listen to a speech by Italy's prime minister since he wasn't wearing translation headphones. Turns out he was wearing a translation earpiece. Newsweek and others reported Poland's first lady refused to shake Trump's hand, but later had to admit she did. CNN edited Trump's remarks to make it seem as though he didn't realize Japan builds cars in the US, but the full statement made clear that he does. Speaker 0: You've been creating jobs for our country for a long, long time. Several Japanese automobile industry firms, have been really doing a job. Speaker 1: CNN also edited a video to make it seem like Trump impatiently dumped fish food in the water at Japan's Palace, but he followed the lead of Japan's prime minister. Newsweek claimed Ivanka Trump plagiarized one of her own speeches, which is impossible since plagiarizing is stealing someone else's work. The UK Telegraph apologized for at least 8 mistakes in an article criticizing Melania Trump. The New York Times, AP, CNN, and others, excerpted a Trump comment as if he'd called all illegal immigrants animals. Speaker 0: These are people. These are animals. Speaker 1: And which Later corrections noted he'd been referring to members of the murderous MS 13 criminal gang. The New York Times Magazine and CNN shared a story showing children illegally brought into the US supposedly in cages, but the article and photos were from the Obama administration. Press mistakenly reported that more than a 100000 children brought in by illegal immigrants were being held in detention. That was actually the total number in 2015 under Obama. Time and others showed a crying Honduran child to illustrate Trump separating illegal immigrant from children, but the child hadn't been separated from her parents in the US. MSNBC falsely claims Trump banned the Red Cross from visiting the immigrant children. The Red Red Cross said that wasn't true. MSNBC also falsely claimed that Trump had talked about exterminating Latinos, but later corrected that and apologized. NBC News misidentified the focus of Trump's praise in his speech as confederate general Robert E Lee. Actually, Trump was talking about union general, Ulysses s Grant. Speaker 0: And his name was Grant, General Grant. Speaker 1: The Washington Post and others falsely reported that Trump supporting pro life Catholic high school students were the aggressors in a confrontation in Washington DC. Several news outlets featured an empty podium at at Trump's 4th July celebration in 2019 and said he didn't draw crowds, but the photo was taken before the event. The actual crowd was huge. The New York Times and others implied Trump hadn't paid income taxes for 18 years, but the record shows he'd paid a higher rate than Democrats' Bernie Sanders and President Obama. Bloomberg and Obama. Bloomberg and the Wall Street Journal reported special counsel Robert Mueller had subpoenaed Trump's bank records. That wasn't true. Politico falsely reported that Trump owe the Bank of China tens of 1,000,000 of dollars in a loan coming due as he dealt with China on coronavirus. Not true. MSNBC falsely reported that Trump had loans with Russian cosigners. Slate.com falsely claimed a Russian bank server had been illicitly communicating with Trump Tower. And the New York Times, CNN, MSNBC, and many others falsely reported that the Hunter Biden laptop scandal story was unsubstantiated or Russian disinformation. The New York Times reported that Trump seized on hydroxychloroquine as a miracle cure. Trump never said that. Speaker 0: And it may work and it may not work. But if it doesn't work, it's nothing lost by doing it. Nothing. Speaker 1: CNN and others criticized Trump for tweeting that Alabama would likely be affected by hurricane Dorian. But official advisories have put Alabama in a projected impacted area. Vox.com tweeted that Trump suggested he'd been a 911 first responder. He'd said the opposite. Speaker 0: And I was down there also, but I'm not considering myself a first responder. Speaker 1: Multiple media falsely claimed Trump was golfing during a US raid that captured the head of ISIS in Syria and that a White House photo of Trump had been staged that Trump was at the White House. ABC aired video showing what it called a slaughter against Kurds by Turkey after Trump withdrew US troops, but the video was filetape of a training show in the US. And USA Today connected the eagle on a Trump campaign T shirt with a Nazi eagle, later admitting the eagle is a long time US symbol too.

Harris also stated in her 2019 book that the wall went against everything America stood for and called it a "distraction." Despite this, Harris's new campaign ads showcase the border wall. The specific section of the wall featured in the ad is located in Sasabe, Arizona, and was built by Donald Trump in an area where no wall previously existed. Other images of the wall in the ads also show an anti-climbing plate, a feature popularized during the Trump administration.

Speaker 0: Tonight, KFILE investigates. In a new report, you'll see first out front. The KFILE team scoured Kamala Harris's tweets and statements going all the way back to 2017. And what they found was more than 50 instances of Harris slamming Trump's border wall. But now, new Paris campaign ads actually showcase that very wall. Speaker 1: As a border state prosecutor, she took on drug cartels and jailed gang members for smuggling weapons and drugs across the border. Speaker 0: And on top of critical tweets, Harris also wrote in her 2019 book, quote, there was a bigger reason to oppose the border wall. A useless wall on the southern border message, keep out? Well, KFILE's Andrew Kaczynski, hard message, keep out. Well, KFILE's Andrew Kaczynski joins me now. So Andrew, I mean, you you and you you all have gone through, I mean, scoured an incredible amount of material. Tell me more about what you found. Speaker 2: Yeah. That's right. We found more than 50 of those those tweets criticizing the border wall before she used that in her ad. And I want people to take a look at just a few, of what she said here. She called it wasteful, useless, a waste of taxpayer money, a vanity wall project, a wasteful border wall, a stupid wall, a medieval vanity project, and an unnecessary wall. And those are really just I mean, there were more of this. It's like 10 or like 50. But there was really there was really a lot of this was the common refrain during the campaign. You read that quote where she said it was against everything that not only she stood for, everything, America stood for, but and she brought this up a lot. Take a listen to just one instance of that in 2019. Speaker 0: It's the president's vanity project. Speaker 3: His multibillion dollar vanity project called a wall is nothing more than a distraction from the fact that he actually hasn't focused on working people in America. He contrived a national crisis around his big distraction. Speaker 0: Alright. So you go through all of that. You've got all the tweets, and yet all of a sudden in the ads, there's pictures of the wall. And then you went through to look at that wall. Like, what is that specific wall that's in her her campaign ads now? And you found something very interesting about this specific portion of the wall. Speaker 2: And what's I think what's also really remarkable of this is, like, I mean, you heard her talking about it there. The Trump's wall in his campaign, during his presidency, there was really no greater symbol of Trump's presidency than the wall in the way that Democrats were attacking him over the wall and his restrictive immigration policies. So we looked in that ad and if you look at it, that exact area of wall is in, Sasebe or or Sasebe, Arizona, and that is a portion of wall that was actually built by Donald Trump. It was built in an area, where there was not previous wall. It was actually pretty controversial when they were building it, at the time. So just to see that, and then there are other She was using his wall that he built to say, look Speaker 0: at what I did, basically. And the other images of the wall, we weren't Speaker 2: able to pinpoint, but there's there's telltale signs that that was a Trump wall because there's an anti climbing plate on top that became popularized during the Trump years. Speaker 0: It's really incredible reporting and and important. Alright? Andrew Kucinski and k File, thank you very much.

Now abc is fact-checking Kamala Harris’ lies. This would have been useful live during the debate, but they only reserved those opportunities for attempts at disrupting Trump. Zero credibility left. https://t.co/V9ZWA03y8p

During a debate, Kamala Harris stated that there is not one member of the US military in active duty in a combat zone in any war zone around the world, which is the first time this century. Fact checkers found this statement to be false. There are reportedly 900 US military personnel in Syria and 2,500 US troops in Iraq, who have been under regular threat from drones and missiles. Additionally, there is action in the Red Sea, and Navy SEALs, Delta Forces, and special operators can be part of deadly raids every day. One speaker questioned why Harris would make that claim, while another stated that Harris demonstrated herself to be commander in chief.

Speaker 0: I wanna ask you about her comments about the military. She said during the debate this about the US military. Let's listen. Speaker 1: As of today, there is not one member of the United States military who is in active duty in a combat zone in any war zone around the world the first time this century. Speaker 0: Our fact checkers found that to be false, and I have a lot of experience in that area as well. There are currently 900 US military personnel in Syria, 25100 US troops in Iraq. All have been under regular threat from drones and missiles for months. We also have action in the Red Sea. We also every single day, the Navy SEALs, Delta Forces, special operators, can be part of any sort of deadly raid. So why would she make Speaker 2: that claim? I think what's important here, Martha, is that Kamala Harris, in contrast to Donald Trump, demonstrated herself to be commander in chief. We are in a world where there are all sorts of conflicts, and it's all the more reason we need somebody who's serious and who supports the military. And just remember Speaker 0: But governor response. The governor, excuse me, but she said there is not one member of the United States military who is an active duty in a combat zone. That is not true. You say she demonstrated her ability to be commander in chief, but did she not know?

Video Transcript AI Summary
There has been an increase in manipulated videos portraying the president as frail or confused, which are referred to as "cheap fakes." These videos are created in bad faith, and right-wing critics have a credibility issue due to their history of spreading misinformation. The Washington Post highlighted how Republicans use misleading videos to attack Biden, and even conservative outlets like the Washington Examiner have called them out. Ironically, some of these fake videos criticize the president for thanking troops during events in Normandy and Italy. This reflects the desperation of Republicans, who focus on these tactics instead of discussing the president's legislative achievements and contributions to the American people.

Speaker 0: There there seems to be a a sort of rash of videos that have been edited to make the president appear especially frail or mentally confused. I'm wondering if the the White House is especially worried about the fact that this appears to be a pattern that we're seeing more broad. Yeah. We and I think you all have called this the cheap fakes video, and that's exactly what they are. They are cheap fakes video. They are done in bad faith. And, and some of your news organization, have, have been very clear, have stressed that these right wing, the right wing critics of the president have a credibility problem, because of the fact checkers have repeatedly caught them pushing misinformation, disinformation. And so we see this, and this is something coming from from your your part of the world calling them cheap fakes and misinformation. And, I'll quote the Washington Post where they wrote they wrote about this, and they said how Republican use misleading videos to attack Biden in a 24 hour period. And to their credit, we have a conservative Washington examiner, did call them out as well, calling out the New York Post. Ironically, several several recent shoot fakes actually attacked the president for thanking troops for thanking troops. That is what they're attacking the president for. Both in Normandy, this happened and again in Italy. And, I think that it tells you everything that we need to know about how, how desperate how desperate Republicans are here. And, instead of talking about the president's performance in office, and what I mean by that is his legislative wins, what he's been able to do for the American people across the country. We're seeing these deep fakes, these manipulated videos. And it is again done in bad faith.

Putin was dealing with Biden, and he knew Ukraine was stealing money we sent. Under Trump, that stops, ending the fighting and our wasted money in a war we shouldn't be in. Ukraine's president admitted not knowing where half the money went, which has been widely reported. The money sent to Ukraine is paying off "war pimps" at the Pentagon, prolonging the war for profit while young men die. We were on both sides at the start of the war with gas contracts with Russia and giving money to Ukraine. Missile defense systems went to Ukraine and members of Congress had stock in the missile defense company. Putin is responsible, but why isn't there outrage about China? Because everything is made there and it's all about the dollars.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: At the time, you were worried about Putin watching president Biden, who was obviously not in not fit as a fiddle, and licking his chops. What do you think Putin's doing now? Because it it does seem as though The United States position is to sidle up and and ally with Russia and to criticize Ukraine. Speaker 1: Well, in the past, Putin was obviously, he was dealing with with Biden, and he knew that Ukraine was stealing, at least by their own admission, half the money that we sent them. So now under Trump, they know that's gonna stop and the fighting will stop. So I I don't I don't see the equivalency there other than that president Trump has stopped the fight is gonna stop the fighting, and he's stopping us throwing our money down a well over there in a war we have nothing to do with. So, yeah, I I stand by my previous statement, and and it holds well. Speaker 0: I don't think it's accurate to say that Ukraine was stealing half the money over there. Speaker 1: Well, their their own president said they don't know where half of it is. Now you all gotta get your facts straight because everybody knows that. It's been reported in multiple news sources. Speaker 0: As you know, most of the money that went to Ukraine was military aid, weapons that were manufactured and purchased in The United States. Speaker 1: I So so you're paying off our the war pimps at the Pentagon to to prolong this war. I mean, it men are dying because of of of somebody's profit sheet is what you're saying, and that's what this country is about, and that is wrong, and that needs to stop. And it's stopping under Trump, and that's why both sides are quietly pitching a fit right now because they're not gonna get rich off of young men dying and old men making terrible decisions, and that's exactly what's going on. Speaker 0: I think people are dying because Russia attacked Ukraine. I mean, I think that that is the reason why people are dying. Speaker 1: At the beginning of that war, we were on both sides, if you haven't forgotten. We we had gas contracts with with Russia, and then we were given money to Ukraine. So in effect, as the big bankers sometimes do, they play both sides of the of the coin. And that's that's exactly that's why nobody's in a rush to get this thing going. So we ought to be at war because America's gonna profit. Is that what you're saying? Because that sounds a whole lot like what you're saying. Well, you just said that that that the the arms are being bought here in America and that 's so people should die? Why don't they just give that 200,000,000,000 to arms manufacturers and then nobody dies? I mean, by by your own admission, you're saying that we're in that that this is a profiteer situation, and that's exactly what it is, and it needs to stop. Speaker 0: I mean, you can put words in my mouth and then argue with them, but that doesn't mean I said them. What I said was the money wasn't I was trying to explain what Zelensky meant when he said he'd like to see where that money went. Speaker 1: Country if he's in charge of that country and their finances, then dad come at why doesn't he know where the money went? That's what you're saying. And and and you can't have it. That is wrong. That is as we're borrowing that money every dollar we gave to Ukraine is borrowed. We are borrowing that from our great grandchildren. We're $36,000,000,000,000 in debt. We have no business being over there except a lot of people's stock portfolios is going through the roof. Do you know when we gave our missile defense system to Ukraine that when president Biden by executive order did that, that that members of congress in both parties had stock in the missile defense company, and that was a multibillion dollar contract. That was a no bid contract to replenish our missile supply. This thing is about dollars and cents, and they don't give a rip about young men dying. So did you And that that's the bottom line. Speaker 0: Conservatives, Republicans at the time praised president Trump for having the courage to send those javelin missiles to Ukraine to fight Russia. Was that a was that a mistake? Speaker 1: They were in a defensive mode, not in an offensive mode, and that's exact that's a complete difference. Speaker 0: Is play is is on the offense right now? Speaker 1: No. But but those missiles are that's what those missiles are for is is defensive moves, not for offensive. Now we're we're we're it's it's unlimited. The money and and supplies we're giving them or have given them, they're unchecked by Zelensky's own words. And I'm not putting words in your mouth, and and you're not putting them in mine. Those are Zelensky's own words that he doesn't know where that money went. So that that should tell you some things about this whole war, what it's about. It's not about a conflict of freeing a a entrapped people. It's about making dollars. Speaker 0: Do you think that president Putin is responsible for this war beginning? Speaker 1: Absolutely. 100%. Putin's a thug. But again, where is all the the outrage in the in the halls of congress about about the mistreatment of people by the Chinese? Nobody's gonna go to war by them, and I'll tell you why. Because you flip over every every computer chip or everybody's tie, it's gonna say made in China because it's all about the dollars, brother. That's the only reason.

Madam Speaker, as a congresswoman on the judiciary and rules committees, after reading transcripts and hearing testimony, I believe this impeachment process is unfair, politically biased, and rigged. There is no proof the president committed an impeachable offense. No Democrat witness established bribery, treason, or high crimes and misdemeanors. Democrats undermine their argument because 17 of 24 judiciary committee Democrats voted to move forward with impeachment on July 17th, before President Trump's call even took place. The process has been rigged from the start. This is the first impeachment in US history that went through the intelligence committee in closed door hearings where members of the judiciary committee couldn't ask fact witnesses questions. The president had no right to counsel until the judiciary committee hearings, but by then it was too late. This is the most partisan impeachment in US history. No Republican voted for it in the judiciary or rules committees, and I don't think any will vote for it today. Democrats are tearing this country and families apart.

Speaker 0: Madam Speaker, you know, god takes us on journeys in our life. And about thirty years ago, I was married to an abusive ex husband. And when I finally left him, there were times in my life I had no money and no place to live. And I tell you what, I never dreamed in a million years that I would be standing here today as a congresswoman in the United States House of Representatives. And I tell you what, I never would have believed that I would be standing here talking about impeachment of a president of The United States. I serve on the judiciary committee. I also serve on the rules committee. I have spent hours and hours and hours reading transcripts, looking at documents, hearing testimony. And I can tell you one thing. I believe this is the most unfair, politically biased, rigged process that I have seen in my entire life. Here are the facts. There is no proof, none, that the president has committed an impeachable offense. Not one of the Democrat witnesses, not one was able to establish that the president committed bribery, treason, or high crimes and misdemeanors as required in The US constitution. And as I've said before, the Democrats are really undermining their own own argument here because 17 out of the 24 Democrat members on the judiciary committee voted here on this floor to put forward move forward articles of impeachment on July seventeenth of this year before the president Trump's call even took place. And five out of the nine rules committee members that are democrats did the same thing. So if your argument is that this phone call is the main reason for this impeachable offense, why did you vote for impeachment moving impeachment forward before the call even took place. The process has been rigged from the start. My members other members have told you. I mean, never in the history of The United States have we had impeachment that's gone through the intelligence committee in closed door hearings where a member of the judiciary committee, myself, wasn't even able to ask one single question of a fact witness. The whole thing's been rigged, been unfair. In the process that you had set forth, you made sure that the president didn't have any right to have his counsel there until judiciary. But by then, it was too late. It was too late because there was no fact witnesses allowed in judiciary. So I couldn't even ask a question nor could the president. This is the most partisan impeachment in the history of The United States. Not one Republican voted for it in judiciary committee, not one Republican voted for it in rules, and not one Republican I don't think is gonna vote for it here today. Madam speaker, this is this is a sad day. I believe that Democrats are tearing this country apart. They're tearing families apart. May god continue to bless all of you. May god continue to bless the president of The United States, and may god continue to bless our great nation. And I yield back.

Speaker 0 notes that Biden “may have more explaining to do.” Speaker 1 introduces the topic as arising from taped remarks of Biden during an April campaign appearance in New Hampshire. Speaker 2 recalls self-descriptions Biden offered: that he “went to law school on a full academic scholarship,” being “the only one in my class that have a full academic scholarship,” that he “went back to law school” and “ended up in the top half of my class,” that he “was the outstanding student in the political science department at the end of my year,” that he “graduated with three degrees from undergraduate school and a 165 credits, only a 123 credits.” Speaker 1 states that Biden now concedes he did not graduate in the top half of his law school class, that he does not have three degrees from college, and that he was not named outstanding political science student in college. Speaker 0 reports Newsweek’s version: Biden “actually went to school on a half scholarship, ended up near the bottom of his class, and won only one degree, not three.” Speaker 3 adds: “Joe Biden ranked seventy sixth in the class of 85 at the University of Syracuse Law School. I mean, this guy comes off this whole thing as a flyweight.” Speaker 1 repeats that Biden says Newsweek is right and that his memory had failed him. Speaker 2 fires back: “And I’d be delighted to sit down and compare my IQ to yours if you’d like, Frank.” Speaker 1 repeats: “Joe Biden was victimized by the truth.” Speaker 2 concludes with “Bye bye Biden. He may not know it yet, but I think this is very diff going to be very difficult for him to recover it.” Speaker 0 asks: “Is Joe Biden dead meat? Yes or” Speaker 2 responds: “I think so. Bob? He’s” Speaker 3 interjects: “in terminal condition.” Speaker 0 asks for confirmation: “Terminal? Elinor?” Speaker 2 affirms: “Yes. Unless he comes in third in Iowa.” Speaker 0 labels: “Morton. Dying.
