Vehicle detection, we're learning that these off world craft, on world craft, ours or other nations are also emitting neutrinos. It's very easy to, you know, rub the back of a scientist, say you're doing a great job, you're going to save the world, everything here is to support what you're doing. But I started noticing that every scientist was saying the same story to me. You know, every time I would take the key, open the door, walk into a compartment, discuss with them what they were doing in there. Well, because the biggest plus minus of temperature, it goes very high and it's got a big drop off. For most people, the drop is like this. Okay, that math, I get it.

Speaker 1: I believe it's a multi faceted answer, because it's for the presented reasons, and then the secondary and tertiary reasons. So primary reason being a neutrino detector. The benefit is that the DOMs are embedded in the ice, which is basically crystal clear, so they get an unobstructed view of the neutrino activity, when the neutrino impacts the nucleus of a water molecule, which is ice there, you get a reaction. 1 is a blue flash, known as Cherenkov radiation, and then the nucleus and the neutrino are destroyed, and you have a muon ejected as the remaining particle. The blue flash, being in the ice, is why the location matters, because it's the only place you can get that much ice with that much clarity.

Speaker 0: Steve Favis is an expert in computer science and advanced robotics. He has been researching the Maui fires and has compiled evidence that the technology exists to have started these fires from a satellite in Earth orbit. He has also confirmed that the CCP had satellites capable of doing so above Maui at the time of the fires. His work has been published on his website, stevefavis.com, and includes everything you need to recreate these findings. The most efficient way to ignite a fire on the surface from a satellite in earth orbit would be to paint the target in segments by pulsing the laser with an advanced targeting system.
To see if this were possible, Fava's calculated what it would require to create a meter wide, mile long fire. Fired from a satellite, the earth's atmosphere will absorb and scatter some of the laser energy. And so the laser would need to be in a wavelength range that minimizes this. The most effective wavelength would be in the near infrared range, which would allow better transmission through the atmosphere. The near infrared range would be invisible to the naked eye and would also have a minimal reaction with objects colored blue on the Earth's surface.
The power of the laser would need to be in the 100 of kilowatts range, and so Fava has based his calculations on a 10 megawatt laser firing from earth orbit. Assuming that the atmospheric loss amounts to 50% of the overall power and only 5 megawatts reaches the surface as a 1 square meter beam, it would ignite a fire almost instantly. If this 5 megawatt beam was pulsed across a 1 meter by 1 mile long area in segments, then the time to ignite the entire area would be roughly 2.7 minutes, and it would only take approximately 8.8 seconds to melt an aluminum alloy wheel. The amount of energy required to pulse a 10 megawatt laser for 2.7 minutes would require approximately 3,220 capacitors, which would amount to about 32,200 kilograms in weight. Using MetLab software and plugging in public data provided from NORAD, he found that satellites launched and monitored by the CCP were directly above the Maui fires at the time of ignition.
The CCP's most powerful rocket, the March 5, can launch up to 48,500 kilograms of payload, which is more than enough to carry the required payload in Favis' calculations. But Favis has found that the CCP has much more powerful lasers deployed already. He has calculated that the CCP has up to 70 gigawatt lasers in earth orbit right now. That's at least a 100 times more powerful than what he factored into these calculations. Adjusting NORAD's default coordinated universal time or UTC to the local time zones, Favis found the following.

I wanna open everybody's eyes just a little bit more because this is the 2nd largest wild fire in Texas history, and it just so happens to be, like I stated, 0% contained. Okay? So stay with me here. Now I'm going to be showing you a map as to where they assume that the wild fires are going to be spreading in the next day or 2. Like I stated, as you can clearly see here, the wildfires are now spreading into the panhandle.
That's kinda weird because it kinda looks like this map. Do you know what this map is? This just so happens to be the SMART map that was planned for Amarillo, Texas, with the manufacturing logistics district being built right off the east side of Amarillo, Texas into the Panhandle. That's kind of ironic, isn't it? Yeah.

Speaker 0: In 1993, the FAA started warning pilots to stay away from a certain section of airspace over Alaska. The US government was experimenting with a new breed of high altitude electronic technology that was significantly altering the Alaskan airspace. The experiments continue to this day, and critics are warning that this project could have global effects that will destroy our planet. In Alaska, the rugged pristine wilderness is timeless, most of it remaining just as it has for thousands of years. In the midst of all this natural beauty, just outside the small town of Gakona stands an enormous and seemingly harmless antenna farm.
It is a $100,000,000 air force project known as HARP, and critics of the soon to be completed facility charge it just may turn out to be the ultimate doomsday machine.

Speaker 0: HARP is an acronym for high frequency active auroral research program. According to program manager John Hescher, HARP is a research facility designed to study the ionosphere.
Speaker 2: All the military have communications, surveillance, navigation systems whose paths either traverse the ionosphere or reflect from it. And so we need to be very careful about what we know about it and how we study it. What we're interested in is is what is the effect of a large input of energy on the ionosphere.
Speaker 0: The ionosphere is the outermost layer of the Earth's atmosphere. It is part of an electromagnetic field that keeps out harmful solar and cosmic radiation. One visible effect of the sun's rays hitting the ionosphere is the aurora borealis, known as the northern lights. The ionosphere also plays a vital role in worldwide radio communication.
Speaker 3: The first transmission of radio waves across the ocean were quite a surprise when it was first done. People thought there'd be no chance to transmit the signals across the ocean by wireless. And in fact, what the atmosphere does is act like a mirror. And so you transmit a signal, and it bounces off the ionosphere, then it bounces off the earth.
Speaker 0: When HARP is fully operational, it will transmit extremely powerful blasts of high frequency radio waves directly up into the atmosphere, superheating the electrons that make up the osphere. This will cause them to disperse, effectively punching a hole in the ionosphere.
Speaker 2: But after you turn the instrument off, this thing kinda moves around, and it gets replenished. And within a few minutes, it's back to where you can't even detect that there's a hole anymore.

The document was called Low Intensity Conflict in Modern Technology with a forward by no one other than Newton Gingrich. One section spoke about using radio frequency radiation transmitters for disrupting human thinking, for basically debilitating troops invisibly by being able to bombard them with radio frequency that was tuned to just the right frequency, in just the right waveform, so as to totally disrupt their mental process and basically debilitate those troops.
