Wanna end the #BidenBorderCrisis? Here’s a simple solution: End catch and release. When illegal aliens show up—catch them and send them back on a plane to wherever they came from. https://t.co/MIcCAaOhrI

Video Transcript AI Summary
Joe Biden inherited a low rate of illegal immigration, but he made a central decision to reinstate catch and release. This means that when people are apprehended, they are let go. When asked if they think they can stay, all of them raised their hands. This problem can't be fixed as long as catch and release continues. The solution is to catch them, put them on a plane, and fly them back home. Until this changes, the problem won't be solved.

Speaker 0: Fix this problem. This was caused by 1 central decision. Joe Biden came in, he inherited the lowest rate of illegal immigration in 45 years. He came in and he immediately reinstated catch and release and so when they apprehend people they let him go. We asked the group that that we saw 3 weeks ago, How many of you think you get to stay here? Every one of them raised their hands. As long as you have catch and release, this problem can't be fixed. How do you solve it? You solve it when you catch him, you put him on a plane and you fly him home. That's how you solve this problem. Until we change that it won't be solved.

Democrat Yolanda Ramon in Texas PRAISING governor Abbott for kicking our ineffective law breaking border patrol and establishing effective border limitations and ARRESTING illegally entering migrants. There is a process to come here you illiterate DEMOCRATS https://t.co/x5jmBcvjBs

Video Transcript AI Summary
In Eagle Pass, Texas, there has been a significant increase in security measures at a park where migrants used to freely cross into the United States. Razor wire and fortifications have been put in place, and Texas is now arresting migrants who illegally cross into the state. The Texas National Guard is also installing additional fencing and razor wire. The federal government is in a lawsuit with Texas over access to the park, but Texas is defying this by not allowing the removal of the razor wire. Yolanda Ramon, a Democratic candidate for county commissioner, criticizes Vice President Harris for her handling of the border situation and praises Republican Governor Abbott for taking action. Federal border patrol agents have been kicked out of the park, but they still have access to the river via airboats.

Speaker 0: Live from Eagle Pass, Texas, and Matt brings us up to date where we are now. Hello, and good morning. Speaker 1: Well, Bill, our viewers know for years now, we've been reporting from inside this park, and migrants have been able to freely cross into this park and the United States. Well, now, over the past week or so, we have not seen any large groups being able to get inside of this park. There is row after row of razor wire and fortification, and it seems like it is working. Texas is also now arresting migrants who illegally cross into Texas under governor Abbott's new emergency declaration, Texas DPS says last night it arrested 3 men for a criminal trespass after they crossed through the razor wire, one man that was from Ecuador. Also today, the Texas National Guard is scheduled to install 100 of yards of additional fencing and razor wire to bolster this park's border. This is pretty much in defiance of the lawsuit between the Biden administration and Texas, the federal government wants full access to this park and the ability to actually, remove razor wire as it sees fit. Now all this is happening in Maverick County. We talked to a democratic a candidate for county commissioner Yolanda Ramon, Yolanda is also the former democratic mayor pro tem of Eagle Pass. Yolanda tells us she gives vice president Harris a, quote, negative 30 failing grade as borders are. And Yolanda says most people in this region would praise Republican governor Abbott foreseizing this park? Speaker 2: He's helping a lot more than anybody has here, you know. Again, I know that's a controversial issue here because I know there are a lot of people who don't wanna hear that. But if you live here, if you're here in the community, Then definitely. I mean, we thank you. Speaker 1: And also worth noting, Texas kicked out federal border patrol agents from inside of this park, but we have noticed, border patrol airboats on the river. So it appears that the state of Texas is allowing federal border patrol access of the boat ramp here in this park. They just don't want them interfering with their mission here on land. Bill? Speaker 0: Okay, Matt. Thanks.

Biden's policies have led to a surge of illegal immigration, allowing millions to enter the U.S. unlawfully. This includes individuals from prisons and mental institutions. Current laws grant automatic citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants, incentivizing more to cross the border. To address this, on the first day of my term, I will issue an executive order clarifying that future children of illegal aliens will not automatically receive citizenship. This will reduce illegal immigration and discourage those currently in the U.S. from staying. Additionally, I will end birth tourism, where individuals come to the U.S. to give birth for citizenship benefits. Our focus will be on securing borders, restoring sovereignty, and prioritizing American interests.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: Biden has launched an illegal foreign invasion of our country, allowing a record number of illegal aliens to storm across our borders. From all over the world, they came. Under Biden's current policies, even though these millions of illegal border crossers have entered the country unlawfully, all of their future children will become automatic US citizens. Can you imagine? They'll be eligible for welfare, taxpayer funded health care, the right to vote, chain migration, and countless other government benefits, many of which will also profit the illegal alien parents. This policy is a reward for breaking the laws of the United States and is obviously a magnet helping draw the flood of illegals across our borders. They come by the millions and millions and millions. They come from mental institutions. They come from jails, prisoners. Some of the toughest, meanest people you'll ever see. The United States is among the only countries in the world that says that even if neither parent is a citizen nor even lawfully in the country, their future children are automatic citizens the moment the parents trespass onto our soil. As has been laid out by many scholars, this current policy is based on a historical myth and a willful misinterpretation of the law by the open borders advocates. There aren't that many of them around. It's amazing. Who wants this? Who wants to have prisoners coming into our country? Who wants to have people who are very sick coming into our country? People from mental institutions coming into our country? And come they will, they're coming by the 1,000, by the tens of 1,000. As part of my plan to secure the border on day 1 of my new term in office, I will sign an executive order making clear to federal agencies that under the correct interpretation of the law, going forward, the future children of illegal aliens will not receive automatic US citizenship. It's things like this that bring millions of people to our country and they enter our country illegally. My policy will choke off a major incentive for continued illegal immigration, deter more migrants from coming, and encourage many of the aliens Joe Biden has unlawfully let into our country to go back to their home countries. They must go back. Nobody could afford this. Nobody could do this. And even morally, it's so wrong. My order will also end their unfair practice known as birth tourism where 100 of thousands of people from all over the planet squad in hotels for their last few weeks of pregnancy to illegitimately and illegally obtain US citizenship for the child, often to later exploit chain migration to jump the line and get green cards for themselves and their family members. It's a practice that's so horrible and so egregious, but we let it go forward. At least one parent will have to be a citizen or a legal resident in order to qualify. We will secure our borders and we will restore our sovereignty starting on day 1. Our country will be great again. Our country will be a country again. We'll have borders, we'll have proper education, and we'll put America first. Thank you.

Florida has many illegal immigrants working in agriculture, construction, and hospitality. As we consider significant roundups of these individuals, is there a plan to support these industries and prevent financial hardship? That's the statutory term. That's that's what it is. And I think it's to try to water down. I mean, like, undocumented is like if I get in my car and I forget my wallet, okay, I don't have my document on me, like my driver's license. But, I mean, I still have a right to drive. I just made a made a mistake. The this is intentional to come in illegally. It's not just a question of missing a document. It's a question of, you know, you violated the law, that were very clear and knowingly and with the help of the cartels in many cases. Speaker 0: So I'll rephrase that. So Florida is home to, is home to 100 of 1000 of illegal immigrants who are illegal aliens, if you want to call it, who are working in areas of agriculture, farming, construction, hospitality. I'm just wondering, once we start to see the significant roundups of these people, is there a plan in place to help those industries, to prevent those industries from experiencing true hardship, financial hardship? Speaker 1: So here's what I'd say. They made the same arguments on 23 when we did our immigration and Cayan Road. We did everify. When you now any of those industries industries, when they hire new people, they've got to verify their immigration status. Otherwise, they can't work. And people said you are not gonna be

We need to get the job done regarding illegal immigration. We don’t have time for posturing. My thoughts on today’s antics by the Florida Legislature. https://t.co/o0jb7fbZrW

Video Transcript AI Summary
A special session of the Florida legislature was called to address immigration enforcement and support the Trump administration's efforts. However, the proposed measures lacked crucial components. State and local entities must actively cooperate with federal immigration enforcement for effective action, but the legislature's proposal fell short. Key provisions, such as making it a crime for illegal aliens to register to vote and cracking down on illegal alien gangs, were omitted. The bill, named the Trump Act, is seen as inadequate and merely cosmetic. Florida voters have consistently expressed a desire for strong immigration policies, and the current legislative actions hinder collaboration with the federal government. It's essential to take decisive action to address these issues effectively.

Speaker 0: So we called the special session of the Florida legislature in part to focus on immigration enforcement and to assist the Trump administration in this historic effort to finally have enforcement of immigration laws and secure our country once and for all. The legislature did not wanna do it. They said it was premature, but they did come in today and gaveled in on their session on immigration. We had a series of very, very strong proposals while they included some of the things we said, most of the stuff that's really, really gonna be meaningful, was not in the proposal put forward by leaders of the Florida legislature, the Republican leaders. You have to have a requirement that state and local entities actively cooperate with immigration enforcement, federally. Otherwise, none of this stuff is gonna amount to much. They gutted the interior enforcement provisions that we had, where we're all working in unison. It's not enough to just say we're not a sanctuary state, which we're not. It's not enough to just say we don't have sanctuary cities, which we don't. We need everybody on board. We gotta work as a team. Otherwise this stuff just isn't gonna work. They also bizarrely strip immigration enforcement power from the governor and give it to the commissioner of agriculture. But agriculture has not exactly been known for immigration enforcement. So it's almost like the fox guarding the hen house. It was bizarre. I think it was more a soft to folks who want cheap labor. That is totally bad policy. That can't happen. They also bizarrely didn't include things we know needs to happen. It should be a crime for an illegal alien to register to vote. We've been trying to do this for years. Now's the time to do it. They did not include that in their proposal, which was very disappointing. And then we also need to crack down on illegal alien gangs. We had very strong provisions to do that. That was not in what the legislative leaders proposed. Now they've named this bill the trump act. But that's a misnomer because president trump's been very strong coming out of the gate on immigration enforcement. He wants to solve this problem once and for all. The bill they did is more window dressing. It is not going to solve the problem. We're not here for theatrics. We're not here to do messaging bills. The only thing we need to do is to do things that are gonna actually solve the problems for floridians once and for all people. Florida spoke loud and clear over many election cycles that they want to be strong on illegal immigration. We have so many great potentials to be working collaboratively with the federal government. I've been speaking with folks in the administration, but what the legislature do not only will not allow us to do it, it will actively inhibit some of the things we're already doing. So now's the time to be tough. No squishing out here. We gotta get the job done.

I I believe they're right now being held in cells formerly used to house terror suspects. So can you give more specifics about who's there right now, what crimes have they committed, and how long you're going to detain them? Speaker 1: So there are several planes, that have transported individuals to the base, and they are in the system and the facilities that, you know, a lot of our worst terrorist criminals have been incarcerated for many years. These individuals are the worst of the worst that we pulled off of our streets. Speaker 0: So Were they? Speaker 1: Murderers, rapists. So when I was there, I was able to watch one of the flights landing and then unload about 15 different of these criminals. Those were mainly child pedophiles, those that were out there trafficking children, trafficking drugs, and were pulled off of our streets and put at this facility. So I'm very thankful that they are off the streets of The United States and that we have safer communities. Speaker 0: And how long will they be there? Are they gonna be Speaker 1: They'll be there until we work with arrangements to take them back to their countries where they belong and have consequences out with them there. So, they will be treated much like, many other individuals in this country that are those dangerous criminals that don't belong here. Speaker 0: Do they have legal Speaker 1: they have due process. Everybody has due process, and every individual has the right for that. And my job is to make sure we're following the law in every single individual that we're bringing into custody and transporting back to their home country. Speaker 0: Since they're there now, they already gotten access to legal counsel? Speaker 1: Yeah. They followed all the same process they would with anybody else that has come in through these systems that any administration has done it. Every step is being followed and due diligence being done even with these individuals that are so dangerous. Speaker 0: You're building tents for a lot more than how many are there now? Speaker 1: Well, they're putting up tents that will have the capacity to go up to 30,000 people. That's not stood up yet because a lot of our soldiers, that's got there received orders just days ago. I think they've been putting up facilities for the last five days. So they've got a lot to do yet, but they have the capacity to start taking individuals. Speaker 0: So when I saw those tents, first thing and I saw the pictures of you in the tent, the cots. Right. First thing I thought is, how are the worst of the worst as you and the president describe it gonna be in those tents? How was that even safe? Speaker 1: Well, we're following all the same standards and procedures that we've always had with our detention centers, whether they're in The United States and now to be utilized here at Guantanamo Bay. So, those facilities, I think we need to be really transparent about and make sure that people know what they're like, and we're going to be encouraging people to continuously. If you're in this country illegally, you should go home. You should go back to your home country. Don't wait until we have the opportunity to sweep you up because you have overstayed your orders, you have final removal orders, or you've been committing crimes in our communities. I signed a bill today that positions Florida as a leader in tackling illegal immigration. Our new laws make it a state crime to enter Florida illegally and require local law enforcement to support federal immigration efforts. I now have the authority to remove officials who don't cooperate. We also prevent the release of illegal aliens on bail, eliminate in-state tuition for them, and increase penalties for crimes committed by illegal immigrants. With the Biden Administration's policies, every state now has the chance to adopt strong measures to protect our sovereignty.

@GovRonDeSantis - Ron DeSantis

The bill I signed today ensures that Florida will set the standard for state action to end illegal immigration and deport illegal aliens. Florida now has the strictest laws of any state to combat illegal immigration. Our legislation: ✅ Makes it a state crime to enter Florida as an illegal alien ✅ Requires state and local law enforcement to assist the federal government in immigration enforcement ✅ Enumerates the governor’s authority to remove local officials who fail to cooperate with federal deportation or immigration enforcement efforts ✅ Prevents the ‘catch and release’ of illegal aliens by establishing the presumption that they will not be released on bail ✅ Eliminates in-state tuition for illegal immigrants ✅Enhances criminal penalties for transnational gangs and offenses committed by illegal aliens, including voter crimes When the Biden Administration invited illegal immigrants to pour into our country, every state became a border state. Now, every state in the nation has the opportunity and the duty to follow Florida in enacting the strongest possible laws to restore America’s sovereignty.

I just introduced the No Citizenship for Aliens Act to ban all illegal immigrants from ever obtaining U.S. citizenship. This is a straightforward move to counteract Democrats' voter importation plans. Under Biden, we faced over 10 million border encounters due to ineffective policies.

🚨 JUST IN: Rep. @CoryMillsFL has just introduced a bill to BAN ALL illegal immigrants from ever obtaining U.S. citizenship This is a NO BRAINER, and would be a HUGE blow to Dems’ plans to import voters. “Under Biden, we saw more than 10 million encounters at our borders, a crisis exacerbated by reckless catch-and-release policies that allowed criminals who broke our laws to remain in the United States.” It’s called the No Citizenship for Aliens Act, and it should be prioritized.

ICE agents conducted a worksite enforcement operation at a new home development site near The Villages in Central Florida following concerns from community members about hiring practices. Agents questioned workers about their legal status, and those without valid documentation were fingerprinted to verify identities. The operation, the first of its kind in Florida, involved approaching workers and initiating what ICE described as consensual conversations. Agents collected license plates and company names to launch further investigations. Out of 361 construction workers spoken to, 33 were arrested, including four with felonies for re-entering the U.S. after deportation. Over 30 workers ran away. Agents also visited local businesses to announce upcoming inspections. Officials stated that this operation will not be the last.

Speaker 0: Is exclusive. Our team goes on a ride along with ICE agents as they carry out one for their first job site visits at a new home development site near a fast growing retirement community in Central Florida. And Dana Marie McNichol, she got to go along. She is live in Orlando this morning. Hi, Dana Marie. Good morning. Speaker 1: Hi, Dana. Good morning. Construction is booming in Florida, especially in and around the area of The Villages, as you mentioned, the world's largest growing retirement community. So we joined ICE as they went to this housing development unannounced after they opened an investigation. Speaker 2: We're talking to everybody out here. Are you a citizen of The US? Speaker 1: Agents moved from house to house approaching workers. ICE describes the interaction as a consensual and optional conversation since they didn't have a warrant. Agents questioned their legal status, and those who couldn't provide valid immigration documentation were fingerprinted on-site, part of a process to verify identities through a national immigration database. ICE says they opened an investigation after concerns from community members. Speaker 2: We've received a lot of tip line reporting on the, you know, hiring practices of a lot of companies in the area, and so that's what we're doing today. We're obtaining a lot of license plates, company names to be able to follow-up on a lot of investigations we're gonna launch as a result of today's actions. Speaker 1: This marks the first worksite enforcement operation of its kind in the state of Florida. Officials made it clear it will not be the last. Most workers did comply with officers' requests, but over 30 ran away. According to HSI Tampa, agents talked to 361 construction workers yesterday, but arrested 33. Four of them have a felony for coming back to The US after being deported. And, Dana, the operation, it didn't end there. Agents also visited local businesses to let them know that in inspections are on the way.

The speakers are addressing concerns about immigration enforcement and its impact on communities. One speaker claims ICE is deporting American citizens, which is disputed. They argue for prioritizing the safety of Florida citizens and upholding the rule of law, citing instances of crimes committed by illegal immigrants, including members of the Tren de Aragua gang. They accuse the Biden administration of allowing millions of people into the country illegally and not enforcing immigration laws. Another speaker defends ICE's work in protecting communities after the Biden administration "opened the borders," asserting that ICE is working to protect communities jeopardized by the administration's policies. They state that anyone in the country illegally is a criminal and will be deported, but will have the opportunity to return legally. They claim their priority is to protect Americans from criminals who should not have been allowed into the country.

Speaker 0: With all due respect, this is The United States Of America. There are so Speaker 1: many Where are you from? Well, first of all, I'll let I'll let ICE handle that accusation that you're making that they're deporting American citizens who are showing birth certificates and all that. I I don't believe that that's true, but I'll let them respond to that. But you seem to you seem to have no sympathy. You seem to have no sympathy for people that have been victimized by illegal aliens. What about people you have someone driving drunk and kills American citizen? What about people that have been deported previously and led in under Biden who then commit sexual offenses or commit homicides and then we have more victims as a result of the federal government's previous inattention and and unwillingness to enforce the law. So, there are a lot of people that have been harmed by illegal immigration. There have been people that have been harmed by trend day Aragua gang members who should not be in this country in the first place. So let's just be clear. Who are you fighting for? We're fighting for the citizens of Florida. We want them to be able to live in a society that upholds the rule of law. We want them to be able to live in a state that is safe. And we have to take action on it. I'll let them address your accusation. But the notion that somehow it this is America. Therefore, we're supposed to have an open border. We're not supposed to enforce immigration laws. We're supposed to just sit on our hands when Biden let in seven or 8,000,000 people illegally into the country. No. That is not responsible. That is not what our citizens elected us to do. So, we're in this fight. I think a lot of these narratives that I hear to me just instinctively, I think they're fake narratives because I've seen it happen so many times but I will let folks at ICE respond to your accusation. Well, Speaker 2: the first thing I'll say is that I think the governor's words really stand on their own. The men and women of ICE are working every single day to protect the the communities, working with state and local officials to do our very best to protect the communities after the Biden administration opened our borders, allowed people to come into this country that should have never came into this country in the first place, jeopardizing our families and our communities and putting them in harm's way on a daily basis. The men and women of ICE are going into those communities to protect the men and women in these communities to be able to do the mission that we've been set on every single day that the president has given us. Speaker 0: 349,000 new court cases in 2025 alone, only 1% are new cases based on alleged criminal activity. So a lot of these people don't have criminal past or background. So who's being arrested and Speaker 2: Look. I'll stand by the fact that if you're in this country illegally, you are a criminal. You will be deported. You will be have the opportunity to be able to come back into this country through the correct immigration processes. We're working through those every single day, but our number one goal is to keep the American people safe from the criminals that are walking in this country that should have never been let through in the first place.

🚨 Arizona Taco shop owner arrested by federal agents for employing and harboring illegal immigrants. This is what I voted for — going after employers. https://t.co/M2YjHdCYlF

Video Transcript AI Summary
El Taco Loco, a taco shop near 60 Seventh Avenue in Indian School, is closed. Its food truck, usually at 50 Fifth Avenue in Baseline, is missing, believed seized as part of a federal investigation. Videos on TikTok show federal agents with HSI and ICE taking workers in handcuffs from the food truck. The home of the taco shop's owner, Vladimir Angulo, was also raided. These actions are part of an investigation into allegations of human smuggling and harboring of illegal immigrants across five locations. The US attorney's office for the district of Arizona reports Angulo is in federal custody awaiting charges. Tom Homan, President Trump's border czar, previously warned that arrests for knowingly harboring and concealing an illegal alien from ICE, a felony, would occur.

Speaker 0: It's rather unusual for El Taco Loco, a taco shop near 60 Seventh Avenue in Indian School, to have their doors locked on the outside and an empty dining room on the inside. The West Valley Taco Joint also operates a bus in Goodyear and a food truck in Southwest Phoenix. Speaker 1: Here at 50 Fifth Avenue in Baseline is where El Taco Locos food truck typically stands. People in this area tell us this has really been a food truck staple of the South Phoenix area. People believe it may have been seized yesterday as part of a federal investigation and because of that, it is not here today. Speaker 0: Tuesday afternoon, people in the South Phoenix area started posting videos on TikTok showing federal agents with HSI and ICE taking workers out of the food truck in handcuffs. And just a mile down the road, the home belonging to the taco shop's owner, Vladimir Angulo, also flooded with federal agents. It's one of five locations where HSI and ICE were investigating allegations of human smuggling and harboring of illegal immigrants. The US attorney's office for the district of Arizona tells twelve news, Ongolo is in federal custody awaiting charges related to this case. At previous stops here in the valley, president Trump's border czar Tom Homan warned these kind of arrests were coming. Speaker 2: If you knowingly harbor and conceal an illegal alien from ICE, that is a felony, and there will be consequences. Now let me make it clear. The governor says I don't have the authority to do that. But no I'm not a US attorney, but US attorney certainly does. And we'll ask for prosecution.

That's right, Governor Desantis. We need to get back to calling them what they are. Illegal Aliens. You have no right to be here. https://t.co/0uonCG4uct

Video Transcript AI Summary
Speaker 0 argues that the federal government has made clear that the statutory term for certain non-citizens is "illegal aliens," and that this choice is intended to water down the issue compared to the label "undocumented." They illustrate this by comparing undocumented to someone who forgets a wallet but still has a right to drive; the analogy suggests that even with a missing document, some rights remain, whereas crossing into the country illegally is presented as a deliberate act. The speaker contends that the matter is not simply about missing a document, but about knowingly violating the law. They assert that entering the country illegally is an intentional act, not a mere mistake. The speaker emphasizes that this is done knowingly and, in many cases, with the help of the cartels. The claim is that the act is not accidental but a deliberate violation of law supported by criminal organizations. The overall message stresses the distinction between a temporary lapse in documentation and a conscious decision to violate immigration laws, portraying the latter as a calculated act facilitated by external criminal networks.

Speaker 0: Immigrants who, are working in Well, you know, just to be so the federal government has made clear that the statutory term, it's not undying they're illegal aliens. That's the statutory term. That's that's what it it is, and I think it's to try to water down. I mean, like, undocumented, it's like, if I get in my car and I forget my wallet. Okay. I don't have my document on me, my my driver's license. But, I mean, I still have a right to drive. I just made have made a mistake. The this is intentional to come in illegally. It's not just a question of missing a document. It's a question of, you know, you violated the law, that were very clear and knowingly and with the help of the cartels in many cases.
