I showed Tucker evidence that a police post was supposed to be at a location, but it didn't show up. The media is spreading a false story about the roof being the issue. That post, according to my source, that roof was supposed to be a police post. It it was so was supposed to be someone there. They're now making up excuses saying the pitch or the roof. My source said to me they no one knows why the post didn't show up. But so that's a nonsense story they're putting out in the media. And I was also told that the Secret Service director has been given instructions from the administration and the DHS secretary. You wanna keep your job, you'll keep your mouth shut about this. They're not putting that out there, but if you get those side post logs and those police instructions, and there was a post on there and they didn't show up and no one checked, Someone could've got your dad killed within millimeters.

Just incredibly damning testimony in every way. A recently retired Border Patrol Chief says that the Kamala-Biden admin ordered him to cover up the increase in suspected terrorists arrested at the southern border. https://t.co/b0OC9fu7Za

Video Transcript AI Summary
In San Diego, there was an exponential increase in significant interest aliens (SIAs), defined as aliens with significant ties to terrorism. The San Diego sector averaged 10-15 SIAs per year before this administration, but went to over 100 in 2022, and even more in subsequent years. The speaker was allegedly told not to release information on this increase or mention arrests, as the administration was trying to convince the public there was no threat at the border. The San Diego area sees 80-90% of the methamphetamine and fentanyl seizures annually for the entire country, and with little enforcement at the border, these drugs were allegedly coming through in mass. In 2022 and 2023, San Diego traffic checkpoints were shut down because resources had been diverted. The speaker also had to release hundreds of illegal aliens each day into communities. To mitigate the problem, two flights a week were provided from San Diego to Texas at $150,000 each.

Speaker 0: In San Diego, we had an exponential increase in significant interest aliens. These are aliens with significant ties to terrorism. Prior to this administration, the San Diego sector averaged 10 to 15 SIRS per year. Once word was out, the border was far easier to cross. San Diego went to over 100 SIA's in 2022, well over that in 2023 and even more than that registered this year. These are only the ones we caught. At the time, I was told I could not release any information on this increase in SIAs or mention any of the arrests. The administration was trying to convince the public there was no threat at the border. Fentanyl is another issue. The San Diego area sees between 80 90% of the methamphetamine and fentanyl seizures annually for our entire country. With little enforcement at the border, these drugs were coming through in mass. During my last year in San Diego, the price for a single pill of fentanyl, for example, went from $10 to $0.25 To make matters worse, during 2022 and 'twenty 3, I had to shut down San Diego traffic checkpoints, which are critical for drug interdiction because the resources had been diverted to the process and release mission. The larger numbers also had and still have a negative impact on the San Diego community. I had to release illegal aliens by the 100 each day into communities who could not support them. To quiet the problem, 2 flights a week were provided from San Diego to Texas. These flights simply brought aliens that would have been released in San Diego over to Texas. Each flight cost approximately $150,000 This was the administration's way to try and quiet the border wide crisis.

How illegal immigrants are getting registered to vote. https://t.co/sADwf80L9m

Video Transcript AI Summary
I discovered the source of how ineligible individuals are being added to voter rolls. It's an organization called the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), led by David Becker, who has a controversial background. ERIC, funded by George Soros, contracts with states to access sensitive DMV records protected under privacy laws. Their membership agreement prevents disclosure of citizenship status, allowing them to add names to voter rolls without confirming eligibility. These names are then shared with the Center for Election Innovation and Research, which received significant funding from Zuckerbucks in 2020.

Speaker 0: I found the source of exactly where all these illegals are getting put on the voter rolls, and it's gonna be made public very, very soon. And I'll tell you right now where it is. And it's an organization called the Electronic Registration Information Center. It's led by a guy named David Becker who was involved in a scandal while he was a US attorney, and he essentially contacted the city of Boston while he worked for the DOJ, and the DOJ sued Boston over voting rights claiming that he would help them get out of it. He then worked for PFAW, the People For the American Way, a far left organization. Then he went on to work for Pew. And with George Soros' money, he created an organization called the Electronic Registration Information Center, which is known as ERIC. And then ERIC contracts with the states to get your DMV records. All that sensitive data that nobody else can get that's protected under the driver's privacy protection act, that's where they're finding out the ineligible voters. That's where they're finding out who in the state isn't registered to vote. And their membership agreement prohibits you And their membership agreement prohibits you from disclosing to them who is or is not a citizen. So you send all the information to people who live there. Don't tell them if they're citizens or not. And they pump those names onto the voter rolls, and then they circulate it back, and then they give it to the other organization David Becker found, which is the Center For Election Innovation and Research, which is the recipient of all those Zuckerbucks from back in 2020.

Children were sent to addresses flagged for sexual abuse without proper vetting. A whistleblower revealed that the Office of Refugee Resettlement repeatedly placed a child identified as a victim of sex trafficking with abusers. During a recent hearing, the secretary admitted they do not verify the legal status of these children, stating that extensive vetting slows down the process. The priority seems to be moving a large number of children quickly, rather than ensuring their safety.

Tara Rodas witnessed her colleagues at HHS tell her that it didn't matter that children were sent to addresses flagged for sexual abuse. Speaker 1: When I brought that we were gonna be sending another child to the same address, I was told, Tara, we only get sued if we keep kids in care too long. We don't get sued by traffickers. Speaker 0: A whistleblower with access to the unaccompanied child database portal revealed this never before seen document indicating ORR sending this child to abusers over and over and over and over again. And in fact, the document proved the government knew the child had been identified as a victim of sex trafficking. Speaker 1: Recently, in a hearing, the secretary was asked about vetting. He revealed that, well, we actually don't even ask if they're legally in the country. Speaker 0: Why aren't they asking if they're legal? Speaker 1: The more vetting they do, the more slow the process is, and you can't move 500,000 children in 3 years if you're asking a lot of questions.

I believe @RealTomHoman should promptly issue a nationwide "preservation of records" notice to all schools. A Democrat-aligned law firm in Maine is reportedly advising schools to destroy immigration records, obstructing federal immigration enforcement. This advice violates federal laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 1519 and 8 U.S.C. § 1324, and breaches ethical standards outlined in the ABA Model Rules. Such actions not only undermine the legal system but also expose the lawyers involved to serious legal repercussions. Perhaps @PamBondi should take an interest in this situation.

CLOSED BORDER: @RealTomHoman should issue a nationwide "preservation of records" notice to all schools immediately. A Democrat-aligned law firm in Maine is reportedly advising schools to destroy immigration records and cease their collection, deliberately obstructing federal immigration officials from enforcing U.S. immigration laws. Advising a school district to destroy records of students present illegally constitutes a clear violation of federal laws and the ethical standards governing the legal profession. Federal statutes such as 18 U.S.C. § 1519 expressly criminalize the destruction of documents intended to obstruct federal investigations, and 8 U.S.C. § 1324 prohibits acts that shield unauthorized immigrants from detection, which could include the destruction of relevant records. Lawyers who counsel or assist in such acts directly contravene their ethical obligations under Rule 1.2(d) of the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, which prohibits aiding clients in illegal or fraudulent conduct. Moreover, under Rule 8.4, such behavior is considered professional misconduct, as it involves dishonesty and impedes the administration of justice. By providing this advice, the lawyers are not merely passive participants; they actively enable and facilitate illegal conduct, violating their duty as officers of the court to uphold the rule of law and undermining public trust in the legal system. Such actions are not only ethically indefensible but expose the lawyers to severe legal consequences, including criminal liability, disbarment, and reputational harm. Perhaps @PamBondi might be interested in this case...

Well, I think it should be clear to parents in The United States. If you wanna advocate on behalf of your children, you are not allowed to come into this building where you pay taxes. Parents who have children who are disabled, access is being blocked. You voted. You voted for members of congress to to advocate on behalf of your children, children with disabilities, for young women who have been victims of sexual assault in our classrooms, on our school grounds. Members of OCR are fighting for your children. We are not allowed in the building to talk to them. We are not allowed to advocate on behalf of America's children. America, we have a problem. Speaker 3: Now everybody stand back Speaker 1: and let Speaker 3: the cameras see. They're calling all of these gun loading people out on us. Speaker 1: Right here. Speaker 3: They're calling them out on us. Look look behind this door. Who do you see back there? The doors will open. Do they have guns on them? Yes. Do they have guns? Weapons. Yes. Are they prepared to shoot us? Speaker 1: Yes. We want in. Door. Speaker 3: How long it says on the door? Speaker 1: All it says is it. Said all in. All in. Government. Speaker 4: I'm a member of congress. I'm chair of the progressive caucus. I'm vice ranking member of the education committee, and the baseline responsibility of the congress is to oversee our federal agencies. Each and every one of us have been in this building and through these doors. But, of course, as soon as we get word that Elon Musk and Donald Trump wanna shut down the Department of Education, suddenly they don't wanna let members of congress in that ask questions. Musk and the Republicans, they say they're supposedly about saving us money, bringing transparency, seeing where the dollars really go. No. They're the ones that lock the doors and make sure that your elected representatives can't even ask questions. We can't ask questions. Speaker 3: That they're responsible for all of the student loans in this country? Speaker 4: They I hear that they wanna cut those student loans and give them Speaker 1: as tax cuts to their Speaker 3: billionaire friends. And are they aware of title one where mothers are getting up going to work for minimum wages, and they cannot afford the education that the billionaires have for their children. And we tried to help them by giving money to this kind of person here and the people who work here, including all of the people in this country and those title one families who need some help, both in urban areas and rural areas and mothers who can't even afford the childcare that they need for their children while they're taking these jobs, making minimum wages. And we're helping them with title one, and this man is blocking the door. He says he's a federal employee. He won't tell us who gave him permission to do this. All he knows is he's gonna stand here and tell the members of congress who are elected, who vote for the funding for all of them in this building and for the student loans and for the title one families. He's gonna tell us that we can't come in and talk with anybody. Speaker 1: Is that right? Does this remind you of Speaker 0: Alright. We are watching what is Speaker 1: an an epic seat. Speaker 0: We have members of congress

🚨BREAKING: An official from the Department of Ed disclosed that the department is operating as a rogue "sanctuary program" for illegal immigrants, while evading DOGE oversight by unauthorized use of Signal. "We just hide it..." "If you want to have a conversation with somebody, you do have to take it offline, but you're not supposed to. So, everybody uses... an app called Signal now."

If we didn't have our current protections, there would be a lot of problems. We'd essentially be a sanctuary program. I oversee a team that develops professional development for teachers in adult education programs, including ESL and citizenship classes. Luckily, we've strategically managed to keep status questions out of our federal statute by maneuvering around problematic bill additions. Conversations now have to be taken offline due to increased surveillance. We've moved to using Signal, an encrypted messaging app, for secure communications. Elon Musk's "Doge team" has taken over the secretary's floor, monitoring our computers and calls. People are leaving in droves and getting paid to do nothing, so if you find me in Mexico, that's why.

Speaker 0: If they actually do, yeah, hundred, actually, sooner we don't have that. There would be a lot of problems. A lot of problems. Why it's Say it with we would be we would be, like, a position of, like, being a sanctuary. Yeah. Like, sanctuary city. We would be, like, a sanctuary program where we're spending federal dollars on, like, at Lake Lemmerer. Like, they shut off everyone's access to everything. They're, like, in the building looking through everything. It I'm telling you, it it has been standard. It sounds Speaker 1: like a bad movie. Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. It's, like, Democracy Falling should be, like, the title of the movie. I mean, if you wanna have a conversation with somebody, you do have to take it offline. But you're not supposed to. So I mean, I have to now. Yeah. So everybody is just that it's not a signal now. And you're all on, like, video chat or what, like Yeah. So that's it's just like a text messaging app. It's like a WhatsApp. Oh, okay. But it's an encrypted in in Nice. So you can you business stuff on there. Not question, but Yeah. What I do is I oversee a team of seven staff who develop professional development projects for teachers Wow. And, like, adult education. So GED programs, high school diploma programs, ESL programs, citizenship, Correction, Doug. I can do different programs like that. And if they're undocumented, they could do it as well? They can if as long as they, like, follow the process. So, like, if they're DACA recipients, then they have to follow, like, the rules for DACA. But if they're illegal illegal, it's gonna be pretty hard. The one nice thing about the program that I work in is, like, we don't ask status. And we've, like, been able to keep that out of our federal statute. Like so we don't ask them when they enroll what their status is. How did you how are you able to do that? Very strategically, we just provide the items to the bill and are like they'll, like, put something in and we're like, oh, no. That doesn't it won't work for the program, so then they don't put them. Like Wow. There's a lot of maneuver. You have to ask the federal level, but it's progress. Speaker 1: People try to push through that you have to do that. It's like the the congress is trying to push through. Speaker 0: Yeah. But then we block it. Speaker 1: So even if we could cross call you like that. Speaker 0: Well, we just hide it in the to hide it in the wall. She can just hide it in the bill. They don't. But when they mark up a bill, No. I can't. They only read, like, sex. Not a cruise. You gotta wait to get the phone and then so if you can squeeze something in the phone. You never been there. Do that. Great. Speaker 1: To not ask. Speaker 0: Yeah. Wow. That'd be really And then they only read the part they wanna they wanna know about. Generally, it's all failed. Brilliant. Speaker 1: Then you just take out or put in there that they can't ask status. Speaker 0: We don't actually put it in there. We just take that out. That they have to ask that status. Right. Really silent. Silent. We don't say that they can or that they should or that they shouldn't. We just leave it completely out. Perfect. Speaker 1: So you'll still you'll still have that sort of next Speaker 0: the text even though the Speaker 1: department of ed, that's still in place. Speaker 0: Yeah. That's good. That works. It's really good. Yeah. Speaker 1: Because then a lot of funding will be rescinded on that too. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Speaker 0: Reports that If they actually do, yeah, sooner, we don't have that. There would be a lot of problems. A lot of them. Why it goes to They would be we would be like position of, like, being a sanctuary. Yeah. They have, like, sanctuary cities. We would be we're, like, a sanctuary program where we're spending federal dollars on, like, at Lake Lemur. Big misconception is, like, we set, like, their curriculum, and we set up student learning and everything. We don't do any of that. Oh. Like we just provide funding to the state to carry out public education. Where is in relation to the rest of Speaker 1: the world is direct to Speaker 0: education? Oh, I mean probably sitting thirties, forties. I didn't know that. Yeah. Not good. Like, they shut off everyone's access to everything. They're, like, in the building looking through everything. They're in the building? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Like the Doge team. What is Doge again? It's Elon Musk's, like, efficiency team. They've, like, moved him to the Seventh Floor, which is, like, the secretary's floor. Speaker 1: Oh. Speaker 0: And for his team his his or her team, like, moved all of the senior leadership staff out of their offices. So, like, they're sitting in the hallways and cubicles now. And the Doge team have, like, taken, like, the real estate of the floor. Like, they've put they've put software on our computers that, like, they tracks keystrokes. So, like, if they know exactly what we're saying in real time, like, they put monitors on, like, Teams. So, like, they can listen to the calls that we have with, like, team members or contractors, like So have you been having them off offline somewhere else? I mean, if you wanna have a conversation with somebody, you do have to take it offline, But you're not supposed to. I mean, you have to now. Yeah. So everybody uses that it's now a signal now. And you're all on, like, video chat, and we're like Yeah. So that's it's just like a text messaging app, It's like a WhatsApp. Oh. But it's an encrypted and and Nice. So you can do business stuff on there. I'm asking you, but yeah. Speaker 1: So you you're still having meetings with change? Speaker 0: Like, by yeah. I mean, they they they just don't find access to it. Right? Yeah. All offline? Yeah. Still plugged. I guess, yeah. I've never heard of the app. What's the app? Signal. Everybody do things. Everyone do things? Everybody. Because they don't want it. Yeah. Because their computers have, like, tracking on them. Now we're doing this so you're avoiding Elon's team. What they're doing? Cool. What if people would find out? No. Alright. And then then it might be, like, 25, 70 5. Everyone's like, what are you gonna do if they if they put you on leave? I'm like, go to the beach on the taxpayers then, like, not. You want me to tell you? I'm shocked more people aren't trying to do that. Oh, there are. Oh, yeah. Everyone who's on that, and it's, like, see you. They left. Yeah. Like, we can't do anything anyways. They're being paid to sip margaritas. So if you if you hear from me and I tell you that I'm in, like, Mexico on the beach, that's fine.

Massive fraud exposed in our immigration programs. 🔊 https://t.co/OjZs6Lxg0t

Video Transcript AI Summary
I presented evidence of widespread fraud within the CHNV program, citing DHS reports. The same social security number appeared on at least 20 different CHNV supporter applications, occurring over 3,200 times. Additionally, the same phone number was used on at least 20 applications, happening at least 3,300 times. The same email address was used on at least 20 different supporter applications nearly 2,000 times. Moreover, an identical 184-word text response was found on over 1,800 applications from nearly 190 different supporters, and over 460 nonexistent zip codes were used on applications for more than 2,800 CHNV aliens. Despite these issues, over 80,000 CHNV supporters in the U.S. have been approved on a temporary basis as of August 6, 2024.

Speaker 0: Asked questions you couldn't answer, so that's why I gave a statement. Do you agree that the same social security number was used on at least 20 different CHNV supporter applications? Speaker 1: So first, let me start by saying Speaker 0: So these are yes, no questions. So yes or no? Speaker 1: I I just wanna make clear that that the role that USCIS plays is on the supporters. Speaker 0: And I'm asking about supporter applications. Speaker 1: Okay. I'm sorry. Can you repeat that question then? I I heard it as a parole the parolee. Speaker 0: No. The same social security number was used on at least 20 different CHNV supporter applications. That's the question I Sorry. You're aware of that? Speaker 1: So, yes, I am very aware Speaker 0: of That happened at least 3,200 times. Speaker 1: I don't have the exact number. Speaker 0: That's according to DHS's report. Okay. I don't have it. Dispute DHS's report. Speaker 1: No. I absolutely will not Speaker 0: And also the same phone number was used on at least 20 different supporter applications. At least 3,300 times. That's according to the report. Do you agree that that report's accurate? Speaker 1: I don't have that report in front of me, but Speaker 0: I'm reading from Speaker 1: it. Dispute. Yes. But I don't have it in front of me, and I would Speaker 0: So you would dispute it? Speaker 1: No. I'm not disputing what I am Speaker 0: deflect and ram ramble around. You don't disagree with that number. You don't think I'm deliberately cherry picking number and just saying, oh, I'm just throwing this stuff out. I'm giving you the numbers from the report. Do you trust me on that? Do you at least trust me that far? Speaker 1: Yes. I Speaker 0: I I that number. The same email address was used on at least 20 different supporter applications nearly 2,000 times. You agree with that? Speaker 1: Sir, if if there is a situation where we have Okay. Here. Concerns of fraud and integrity Speaker 0: Look. Speaker 1: We take action in the CIS. And that is exactly what we have done with regard to CHNV. Where Speaker 0: we Okay. So let's let's let's let's clarify here. So I'm laying foundation, and and you don't really wanna admit that these there's this much rampant fraud here. You're trying to tell me that when you find fraud, we cure it. And yet nearly 2,000 times yet an the same email address used on 20 different supporter applications. The same exact 184 word text response to a question on the supporter application was used on more than 1,800 such applications by nearly 190 different CHNV supporters. More than four sixty nonexistent zip codes were used on supporter applications on behalf of more than 2,800 CHNV aliens. So you see, you can dance around and say you don't have the report in front of you and whatnot, but but these are the facts. This program is rife with fraud. As of 08/06/2024, DHS had approved more than 80,000 CHNV supporters who were in The US on a temporary basis. Temporary basis. I'm going to give you some numbers.

I shared a shocking report revealing that the Department of Education has been running a secretive "sanctuary program" for illegal immigrants, as exposed by Project Veritas. In undercover footage, Travis Combs from the DOE admitted to using the encrypted app Signal to avoid oversight and acknowledged that they don’t ask about citizenship during student enrollment. He expressed concern that Congress would be outraged if they knew. I also mentioned other topics, including a meat upgrade, natural sleep aids, and Elon Musk's response to recent text message allegations.

REPORT: The Department of Education just got BUSTED running a rogue “sanctuary program” for illegal immigrants while hiding secrets from DOGE and Congress via an encrypted messaging app. This conspiracy was revealed by Project Veritas, which dropped a bombshell video exposing Travis Combs, Branch Chief for Applied Innovation and Improvement at the U.S. Department of Education (DOE). In the undercover footage, Combs admits that DOE employees are intentionally using the encrypted messaging app Signal to hide internal conversations from oversight. “If you want to have a conversation with somebody, you do have to take it offline, but you’re not supposed to. So, everybody uses… an app called Signal now,” Combs said. Even more alarming, Combs revealed that the DOE deliberately avoids asking about citizenship status during student enrollment—despite the federal government’s responsibility to uphold immigration laws. “The one nice thing about the program that I work in is that we don’t ask [citizenship] status, and we’ve been able to keep that out of our federal statute,” Combs stated. He admitted that “if Congress actually knew” about this practice, “there would be a lot of uproar.” Big shout-out to Project Veritas for exposing this disgusting abuse of power.

An undercover video revealed a Department of Education employee admitting they hide information from Congress and use encrypted apps like Signal for communication. This suggests the department may be acting as a "rogue sanctuary program," misusing federal funds in secret. Also, many consumers are unaware that much of the meat sold in stores labeled "Product of USA" is actually imported and only processed in the US. The "country of origin labeling law" allows this practice, and much of the meat can contain unwanted antibiotics and hormones. Good Ranchers guarantees that their meat is born, raised, and harvested in the USA with no additives, antibiotics, or hormones. They also offer free meat for a year for new subscribers.

Speaker 0: Secret department of education operation exposed in undercover video. They're hiding this from Doge and Congress. Project Veritas released an undercover video of Travis Combs, branch chief for applied innovation and improvement at the US Department of Education, describing how the agency is hiding secrets from congress and Doge by communicating on an encrypted app, Signal. Now this video is seven minutes long, but we're gonna play you some of it. We encourage everyone to watch it in full. Take a listen. Speaker 1: If they actually knew that hundreds actually knew that we don't have that, there would be a lot of probably a lot of Why? We would be would be, like, in the position of, like, being a sanctuary. You know? Yeah. Like, sanctuary cities. It would be like a sanctuary program where we're spending federal dollars on at Lake Limerick. Like, they shut off everyone's access to everything. They're, like, in the building looking through everything. It I'm telling you, it it is insanity. It sounds like a bad movie. Yeah. Yeah. It's like democracy falling should be, like, the title of the movie. I mean, if you wanna have a conversation with somebody, you do have to take it offline, but you're not supposed to. I mean, I have to now. Yeah. So everybody uses that it's an app called Signal Now. And you're all on, like, video chat or what? Like? Yeah. So that's it's just like a text messaging app. It's like a WhatsApp. Oh, okay. But it's encrypted in in Nice. So you can do business stuff on there? Not supposed to. But yeah. Speaker 0: So, essentially, what he's admitting is that the Department of Education is operating as a rogue sanctuary program for illegal immigrants misusing federal tax dollars in a way that would enrage congress if the truth came out and that employees are also evading oversight and hiding secrets on encrypted messaging apps. We encourage you to watch the full video. It's really fascinating to see this uproar of the establishment over digging into their departments. Essentially, if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to be concerned about. And this is different from private citizens who are afforded or at least should be afforded complete privacy because we're the ones paying them to utilize our tax dollars appropriately. How is misuse of federal funds and operating in secret despite the administration's orders anything but a crime? Whether you ideologically agree with the administration or not, you, as an employee of the taxpayer, are expected to comply with the administration. If not, you resign and go get a job in the private sector where you'll be accountable based on your merits. And for most of you, it won't be much at all because your career politicians and unelected bureaucrats who've never had a real job or worked a day in the private sector in the real world where you're actually required to perform. At the end of the day, like it or not, this is what the people voted for. This is what they will get. Did you know that over 85% of the grass fed beef in stores is imported? That's because the country of origin labeling law was repealed in 2015. So now meat can be packaged here in The US and earn a product of USA label even if it was born, raised, and harvested overseas. And the truth is much of the meat on the grocery store shelves is filled with things you don't want, from antibiotics, hormones, questionable origins, and even harmful seed oils. But at Good Ranchers, transparency isn't just a buzzword. It is a promise. All products at Good Ranches have trustworthy ingredients. Their meat is born, raised, and harvested right here in The USA, so you know exactly where it comes from. It's free from hidden additives. There are no antibiotics ever, no added hormones, and no seed oils. Just one simple ingredient that you can read, and that's meat. Jermaine Gill, the chief growth officer of Good Ranches, explains what you need to know about the current state of the meat market. He joins us now. Jermaine, thank you so much for joining us today. We appreciate you being here. Speaker 2: Yeah. Thank you, Maria. Anytime we get a chance to, you know, talk about Good Ranchers and talk about agriculture here at Good Ranchers, we always always wanna take that opportunity. So thank you, Anne. Thank you for being an advocate for the local farms and ranches here in The US. I know it's important to you. It's important subject to us, so thank you. Speaker 0: It's absolutely important to me. This is preserving our food supply and the integrity of our food supply is paramount. And I don't think people really realize that until the food supply actually is at risk. And it is at risk all over the world. There is an attack specifically on farmers. There's an attack on meat, on protein. And so we wanna talk about the integrity as well of the meat that people are getting when they go to good ranches. This is this is so important. So talk to us about the fact that when people go to the supermarket, they don't actually know for sure that their meat is coming from America. Speaker 2: Yeah. In 2015, the US government passed a country of origin labeling law that says that it's called the COLA law. So it says that beef and pork in The US doesn't have to actually be born and raised, harvested here to be called a product of The USA. So you can see that a stamp on some ground beef and it'll have the American flag and it says Product USA. All it has to do is be further processed here in the country. So that means that it can be born, raised, harvested in another country, Mexico, Uruguay, Latin America, South America. Those are the big places that we see a lot. Canada too. We see a lot of beef imported in from those other countries. And then it's either processed, meaning like cutting the steaks or ground up here in The US and it now becomes called the product of The USA. So it's very misleading because honestly, The US is the best grower of beef chicken pork in the world. We do the best job. We set all of the standards for animal husbandry, animal rights, how we treat the animal, all of these things. The US Agriculture is when it sets the standard for those things. So we pride ourselves on being the best growers. And it's kind of sad to see that because of this law, 3,000,000,000 pounds of beef have been imported into The US over the last twenty twenty four. And so the regular American consumer doesn't even know. Right? They trust that little American flag, that product USA labeling. And then they don't realize that they can't tell where the meat has come from. And that's why I had good re go I'm sorry. Go ahead. Speaker 0: No. I I just wanted to say this is so, so important. People need to realize how how vital this is because we recently have an example out of The UK domain where there was a huge backlash over Beauva ten. Now for people that aren't aware of that, this is can be a very, very dangerous additive, and the studies initial studies show that it can cause things like infertility and maybe even cancer. And so there was a backlash in The UK over this being inside dairy products. And so what they started to do was hide the the manufacturer, so from other products so that people wouldn't be aware that they were purchasing something that had Beauvais in it, and you guarantee there's no Beauvais in the meat. Right? Speaker 2: Yeah. No Beauvais. Yeah. We we've worked really hard and and so our our our founder has been in Corley Spell. When they started the company, they started out of the need and desire to know where their where their meat was coming from. They had started a family and they started to do some more research and digging into what the meat industry looked like in The US. So out of the desire for a clean product, vaccine free products, products that they know that they could trust and that they could feed their family, that's where Good Ranchers came from. So the heart and soul of who we are is it's two parts. It's one, we always want to support the American farm and rancher. Mean I know if you know this, but ranches and farms the small local are closing left and right because of imported beef and this big farm big beef industry big meat industry. So one we want to support those guys that's part of our mission it's part of our heart we want bring advocacy to them, we want to tell their stories, we want be able to support them. So we've done that over the last seven years of being in business. We've really done that. The other piece to the heart and soul of who we are is this idea of a clean product, product that you can trust. A hundred years ago, that's funny I was just telling this story to somebody earlier today, about a hundred years ago if you were here in The US you wanted to get chicken or beef you would just go down the street to your local rancher and farm. You would meet the rancher and farm. You would set up some, you'd buy directly from them or from a small butcher shop that had that connection. Well, as cities have grown, we've lost that connection. We're no longer connected to our food supply. We don't know where it's coming from, we don't know what is, And a lot of us don't have time to really go and do the research. That's why trusting a company like Good Ranchers, we go out there, we do the research for you, we make sure it's a clean product, we make sure it's a product that we would feed ourselves. I've been in correlating myself, we do the same thing. We would never sell anything that we wouldn't feed to our own family. So you don't have the time to go find those ranchers and those farmers and let us go do the sourcing for you. That is who we are. So let us do the sourcing. Let's make sure the product's clean, the cleanest it can be so that you can know and have trust that what you're feeding your family is it's it's supporting local farms and ranches in The US, and it's a clean product. Speaker 0: Well, this is what what you do at Good Ranchers is so important, Jermaine, because we have to keep those local farmers and those local ranches alive. Like I said, there is a sort of coordinated global attack on them. And whilst that may be different under the new administration, we have to keep their business going. We have to you know, we hope to see changes, and we hope to see farmers supported, but we have to keep that momentum going because you just look at how over the years not supporting local farms and, you know, just buying from supermarkets where you can't be certain of where your meat is from and it's all sort of, you know, big business, big ag rather than the the grassroots people that actually care about the quality of the meat. Over the years, that's allowed many of them to be attacked, to be overregulated, you know, with you know, if you don't upgrade to this smart ag, which costs millions of dollars, you're gonna be shut down. We really have to put in effort to advocate for these businesses because this is our food. This is our strength. This is what keeps our families healthy. And let me just say, Jermaine, I'm gonna tell you, you know, I'm from Australia originally. I'm in I'm in America now, but when I was there, we we have incredible meat in Australia, and I I partnered as well with a company that does similar things to what Good Ranches does in Australia. And their meat was fantastic. And I came to The US, and I just couldn't find tasty meat anywhere. And then I tried Good Ranches, and it is good. It is very, very delicious. I will tell you that openly. And so I I think it's it's a fantastic option for people. What what are some other really important points for you? Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, for us, know, tariffs is a big thing that everybody are talking about right now. Right? And so, you know, one of the things that we we drew a line in the sand very early on in the company was that not only was our meat gonna be born, raised, and harvested harvested in The US, but our whole supply chain was going to be 100% US based. So that's why when you're going to see rising cost of meat products in the grocery store, the butcher shop, other online meat companies that are importing products in from overseas, you're not going to see that same rise in cost with us because we've already secured our whole supply chain to be 100% American. As you start to get that pricing sensitivity, people are going to start We see it now. We talk about It's all over the news. Price of eggs are increasing. Price of ground beef is increasing. Everything. We see it all over the place now. When you buy from good ranchers, you can be secure that your price is going to be. It's going stay the same for why you're with us, as well as we always want to give back. We always want to give value back to our customers. One of the things that we're running right now is free meat for a year. You get to choose ground beef, chicken, salmon, whatever product you want, and we're going to give you a portion of that for free for a year. Like I said, we're trying to give back to not just local farms and ranches but to the American family. Part of our goal is to bring people to the table and so we know that there is some fear or hesitancy there with pricing and concern that the price of beef and price of meat is going continue to rise. Know, with good ranchers, we're here to help. And so we've kind of got ahead of the whole tariff thing. There's this movement to bring back American meat, to buy American. And so that's what we've been doing since we started. Right? And so we're we're happy to be a part of the solution, right, and a part of the answer. Speaker 0: Well, I'm really grateful for that. I I applaud your mission. I really do. We have to support local farms, local branches. This is one of the most important things that we have to do because our food supply is at the core of our health. Like, it's it's that simple. Speaker 2: Yeah. Speaker 0: And so and I really Speaker 2: will I will say one. Speaker 0: One You Speaker 2: don't have to sacrifice quality and taste for clean and chopping your values. Right? Like you said earlier, we've had beef from all over now, the best. I will hands down put a Good Rancher's product up against any other thing. And just knowing as well that we're supporting local local farmers and ranchers is number one. This needs to become, you know, really the the motto of America going forward. The motto of every country, really. You have to support your farmers and your ranchers. You have to. It's it's it's paramount to our existence.

An undercover video exposed a Department of Education employee admitting the agency is acting as a rogue "sanctuary program" for illegal immigrants, misusing federal funds. They're allegedly evading oversight by using encrypted messaging apps to hide information from Congress. Also, most grass-fed beef in stores is imported due to repealed labeling laws. Meat can be labeled "Product of USA" even if raised overseas, potentially containing unwanted additives. Good Ranchers ensures transparency with meat born, raised, and harvested in the USA, free from antibiotics, hormones, and seed oils. They support local American farms and ranches, providing a clean, trustworthy product. Right now, Good Ranchers is offering free meat for a year.

People come for the steak, but they stay for the chicken because our chicken is just so phenomenal. Chicken is good. If you’re worried about Trump ending the Department of Education, ask yourself - what has that department even been doing? https://t.co/XoxMuE5i0i

Video Transcript AI Summary
People are panicking about Trump's plan to kill the Department of Education. The DOE aims to boost student achievement and ensure equal access, but despite trillions spent, our global competitiveness has declined in reading and math. While the DOE has had some positive effects on the black white achievement gap, the gains have been modest relative to the money spent and time passed. If the DOE disappears, the Department of Justice would handle civil rights, the Treasury would handle funds, and states would determine education strategy, potentially redistributing funds to families via school choice. While risks exist, like some states deprioritizing equality, local voting can influence this. Free lunch programs, special education, and student loans aren't disappearing, they will be handled by other departments. Dismantling the DOE is a step in the right direction, but a clear vision for improving education is still needed.

Speaker 0: Trump's plan to kill the Department of Education has people panicking. But maybe it's time we ask, what does the DOE even do? The DOE's mission is to promote student achievement and preparation for global competitiveness by fostering educational excellence and ensuring equal access for all students. But we spent trillions of dollars on the DOE, and we've become less competitive. Twenty five years ago, we ranked tenth in reading. Now we're thirteenth. In math, we've crashed from eighteenth to twenty sixth, lagging behind Estonia. In science, we've had a tiny bump from fourteenth to twelfth. We're stagnating at best. At worst, we're on a decline, while the amount that we invest is on an incline. In 1980, the DOE cost $53,600,000,000 in today's terms. Now it costs us $79,000,000,000 in discretionary budget. That's worse than a bad investment. It's waste, And it has global implications. Less competitive schools make America less competitive in tech, which makes us less competitive economically and militarily, which makes us more dependent on importing talent rather than developing homegrown talent. Now you can make another argument for the DOE, that it ensures equal opportunities in education. And the DOE has seen some positive effects there. The black white achievement gap for high school students narrowed by about point five seven standard deviation for reading and 0.4 for math since about 1980 when their DOE was founded. In normal terms, that's about a moderate impact. But for science, it hasn't narrowed at all. So it's not nothing, but it's not enough. Not after forty five years and trillions of dollars of investment. Now some are understandably worried that we'll lose even those modest gains by dismantling the DOE, and some of them are worried about inequality. Well, if a DOE disappears, here's what will happen. The Department of Justice would handle civil rights. The Treasury would handle disbursement of funds, and the states would determine education strategy. The logic here is that California has different needs than Texas, and state officials are better positioned to create equal, excellent education than federal government. And that could mean redistributing tens of billions of dollars away from the feds back to the families through school choice vouchers that allow us to make more empowered education choices. Now there is risk. Some states may ditch equality as a priority altogether. Some states might make worse decisions than the feds would. But the good news is that it's something that you as a voter can influence more directly by getting more active in local voting. But zooming out here, people are sensationalizing and fear mongering around the dismantling of the DOE. So to clear some things up, free and reduced lunch isn't going anywhere. That's handled by the Department of Agriculture. Special education support isn't disappearing. It's going to health and human services. Student loans aren't disappearing. That's going to the Department of Treasury. But fearmongers are saying things like this is the harbinger of project twenty twenty five and Trump's secret plan to dumb down the entire populace. But we've been doing that without Trump's help. We're spending 50% more on the Department of Education than we used to while doing worse internationally. We're getting only small to medium improvements in closing the racial achievement gap, and it's even widened since COVID. It's been half a century, and we've only gotten modest improvements to the racial achievement gap at absolute best. So something drastic needs to change. Now I would like to see Trump's team present a clear vision for making education great again. Because although you can argue that the federal government has done a bad job at improving education, I don't think that just passing this to the states is enough to close the global competitiveness gap. But at least this is a step in the right direction, and hopefully, this should help you form a nuanced perspective rather than listening to doomsayers who are saying that Trump is trying to make America dumber, or that this is the end of equality.

HOLY SHLIT The Biden administration “cooked the books“ and deceived the public with the number of arrests of illegal aliens. ICE found tens of thousands of cases that were recorded as arrests, but were in fact not arrests— and those illegals were released into our country. https://t.co/G0oWvAncJ9

ICE Director Todd Lyons accused the Biden administration of misleading the public by recording processed and released illegal aliens as arrests. Former DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas previously blamed Congress for immigration issues, stating that immigration enforcement laws have not been updated since 1996. Sources told Fox News that nationwide gotaways across the border are averaging about 77 in recent weeks, which is lower than previously observed. Gotaways are illegal migrants who evade border patrol agents.

Speaker 0: Senior leaders, though, also accusing the Biden administration of misleading the public regarding their ICE arrest numbers and, quote, cooking the books. Check out what ICE director Todd Lyons had to say about this. He said, quote, ICE found tens of thousand of cases that were recorded as arrests when in fact the illegal aliens were simply processed and then released into American communities. I've been trying to reach out to former DH secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to get his response to these claims. I haven't heard back, but he previously blamed congress for issues during a senate hearing last year. Listen. Speaker 1: Our immigration system, however, is fundamentally broken. Only congress can fix it. Congress has not updated our immigration enforcement laws since 1996, '20 '8 years ago. Speaker 0: And sources tell Fox News that nationwide gotaways across the border right now are averaging about 77 in just the last few weeks. Harris, that is a lot lower than we have seen. These gotaways, as we know, are illegal migrants who successfully are able to evade border patrol agents. Speaker 1: That's incredible. Nationwide. You would see that in just a a matter of minutes standing down at the Rio Grande sector. I mean, I remember those days, and they weren't that long ago. Brooke Taylor, thank you.

Video Transcript AI Summary
A leaked phone call reveals that Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) integrates DEI into sociology courses, despite President Trump's order to stop teaching DEI in federally funded schools. According to the call, adjunct professor Jean Martin states DEI is integrated into SNHU courses and that federal policies have no impact on them. The sociology courses examine current social problems, including "why white school districts have so much more money." Martin also stated that an executive order written by President Trump is unconstitutional and illegal. The Department of Education is investigating over 50 college institutions for racial preferences and stereotypes in education programs. O’Keefe Media Group is soliciting evidence of corruption, graft, waste, or fraud within government institutions.

Speaker 0: There there definitely is a lot of, EDI, DEI integrated into the courses. And, right now, the the policies in the federal government have no impact on the SNHU courses. Speaker 1: An e o has been written by president Trump, and it is unconstitutional. Speaker 0: Yeah. And it is illegal. It's it's it's not impacting Southern New Hampshire. Speaker 2: A leaked phone call provided to OMG reveals that Southern New Hampshire University is integrating DEI into sociology courses amid president Trump's order to stop teaching DEI in federally funded schools. Secret audio and document evidence shows Southern New Hampshire University is teaching students ideas such as quote, why white school districts have so much money. Speaker 0: It sounds like you were looking in your sociology course, and what was kinda concerning to you about that course? And and what about the discussion in particular? Describe the difference Speaker 1: between individual and institutional discrimination. Why white school districts have so much more money? Speaker 2: Now in this lead call adjunct professor and academic adviser Jean Martin, sheher, tells an SNHU student that quote, DEI is very much integrated in the courses at SNHU. Jean Martin, sheher, also says the federal government has no impact on courses at SNHU. Speaker 0: The sociology, you know, it it really is examining social problems in current day. There there definitely is a lot of EDI, DEI integrated into the courses. And right now, the the policies in the federal government have no impact on the SNHU courses. Speaker 1: DEI crap is supposed to be out by next week. And EO has been written by president Trump, and it is unconstitutional. Yeah. I think And it is illegal. Speaker 0: It's it's it's not impacting Southern New Hampshire. It's not impacting Speaker 1: Is that how it's supposed to be for me or for any other student who got who does not believe in the political ideologies of the far left. Speaker 0: Right. And we definitely don't want you to to feel uncomfortable in any way. Speaker 2: So the Department of Education is investigating over 50 college institutions for racial preferences and stereotypes in education programs and activities. Southern New Hampshire University appears to be doing the same thing. If you're on the inside of any government institution, notice corruption, please reach out to us at tips@okeefemediagroup.com. Last night, I attended an activist teacher call revealing efforts by union leaders and educators to defy Trump’s executive orders. Key figures like Daniel McNeil and Stacy Hickox advocate for sanctuary schools and resistance to federal policies. Legal strategies are being employed to embed gender ideology in curricula, while Jesse Hagopian equates restrictions on anti-racist content to McCarthyism. Leslie Blatteau is mobilizing teachers for protests against Trump’s policies. These actions raise questions about legality and the prioritization of ideology over federal law.

🚨EXCLUSIVE Last night, I infiltrated an activist teacher call. Radicals, including AFT and NEA union reps, are turning K-12 classrooms into sanctuaries for illegals and Marxist battlegrounds for CRT and gender ideology—while defying Trump’s orders. Here’s the highlight reel:

The speakers claim Trump is using education to open the door to fascism, reminiscent of Nazi Germany. They are preparing for potential ICE actions with the "Red Folder Project" to protect students. Chicago Public Schools demonstrated resistance by denying ICE access to students, advising against collecting data on students' origins. Public schools are described as holding both the scars of oppression and the seeds of liberation, historically reproducing inequality. Speakers assert the goal is to force trans youth back into the closet by redefining sex and making it impossible for them to participate equally in school and society. Nearly half of US public school students are allegedly in schools where teachers are mandated to lie about race, gender, sexuality, and US history. Drawing parallels to the McCarthy era and the lavender scare, they highlight the firing of educators accused of communism or homosexuality. They emphasize the importance of teachers getting into the streets and building a mass multiracial movement to resist. Strategies beyond legal challenges are needed, focusing on rebuilding a social movement. They promote the June 7th National Teach Truth Day of Action with resources available on the ZYN Education Project website.

Speaker 0: Because Trump knows the fas the fastest route to authoritarian rule and fascism really runs through the classroom, and that's why he doesn't just lie. He is lynching the truth. That's why he's assaulting educators. That's why he is using education as really this issue to pry open the door to fascism. Speaker 1: This is pretty scary stuff. And the things that we have been seeing being rolled out is reminiscent of what we have seen in Nazi Germany. And it's something for us to pause and to be serious about. We're talking we want to make sure that people are prepared. So we have something that's called the Red Folder Project, and it's all about preparing people's documents so that we can flood the court if and when they're picked up so that we can mobilize and have enough time to find attorneys and other types of legal resources. So although that's really depressing, at the same time, we see people coming together to mobilize. Speaker 0: In this way, this is different than the first Trump administration because there are more competent people, competent in the most evil way. So Speaker 2: Chicago Public Schools in the early weeks of this administration made a great example where I showed up to abduct a student. The principal, I think it was, stood outside the building and said, you don't have any permission to be here. Our policy does not allow it. And ICE backed up. ICE has even said schools with these policies scare us. Right? We we don't go into those schools. We try to find schools that don't have the protective policies. And so but would not be collecting even where the child was born or their hometown and making that part of their student record. Because even though there are FERPA protections, right, privacy protections for those student records, it's safer to just not have those schools collect that information at all. And so that's another thing that we advise. Speaker 0: You ask why are public schools worth fighting for? And I say, because I think that they hold the scars of oppression, but also the seeds of liberation. I think that public schools in this country have long been used to reproduce inequality from segregated classrooms to Eurocentric curricula and the school to prison pipeline. Speaker 3: And the goal is to force, you know, to be clear, the goal is to force trans youth back into the closet by making it impossible to participate equally at school and in society. And then redefining sex itself to essentially erase trans people by suggesting that sex is immutable and binary. But as we've already been saying, you know, an executive order just does not change the law. Speaker 0: The fear that you have is justified, right? Because it is a dire situation. We have a situation in this country where nearly half of all public school students in The US attend a school where their teacher is mandated to lie to them about race, about gender, about sexuality, about the basics of US history that include genocide of native Americans and theft of their land, enslavement of black people. And this is extreme. It's authoritarian, but it's not unprecedented. We are in a moment, I believe that's really as American as, I don't know, the three fifths clause, as American as mass incarceration as American as redlining as American as stolen land as American as banning books and buying bullets. We can look at the McCarthy era, the red scare and the lavender scare. That is the playbook they are drawing from right now. Right? They fired thousands of educators across this country, including over 400 educators in New York City alone for being accused of being a communist, right? And so that any teacher who taught about inequality or certainly if you taught about race, then you were clearly a communist and they blacklisted you. And that was overlapped with the lavender scare where all they had to do was label you quote homosexual and they would fire you. This was rampant in Florida where they fired hundreds of teachers. And that's, we're seeing the echo in Florida's don't say gay, don't say trans laws. Speaker 4: Sure, that policies coming out of city hall, the police department and our schools were clear that we were not gonna collaborate with ICE, that we were gonna ensure to protect our students in our city. And make sure that our teachers go back to their schools to then further turnkey those workshops and really saturate the schools with this critical information. Because we heard what the borders are said. We heard him say that those know your rights workshops are working. That that the know your rights workshops are slowing down the machinery the machinery of the fascists. So let's listen to what he's saying and make sure that we continue to empower people to know their rights. But what I will say is that now is really the time for teachers to get in the streets. There are a lot of opportunities for us to do this. We know there's things happening April 5. We know there's things happening May 1. We have to build power and that comes through us, particularly the white teachers with a lot of privilege getting into the streets in ways that maybe we haven't been before so that we can show that we are willing to do something more to stop what is going on. Like folks have said, this is unprecedented and we have to be willing to make bigger steps to do something about this. And I really wanna see more of us out there in the streets to slow this monster down. Speaker 0: Right. And I think that this title of our panel, we protect us, is not just a slogan. It's gotta be a strategy because I think that when Trump doesn't care about the law, he does he knows that the things he's doing are illegal, and he doesn't care. Right? We have to build strategies that are not just based in in legal strategies because we can win over and over again in courts and he can just dismiss that and move forward. And so we have to use the law and we have to work with legal experts and movement lawyers and fight the legal system. But that has to be one arm of a much bigger strategy that is about rebuilding the type of social movement that ended McCarthyism. Right? And that requires building a mass multiracial movement. And we're beginning to see some really important examples of how to fight back. June 7, National Teach Truth Day of Action. You can go to the ZYN Education Project website, and we've made it really easy for you to order materials to set up ban book tables or materials for teach ins, walking tours, many innovative creative ways that we can resist the Trump agenda. Speaker 5: Today, we're also going to be using inclusive language in Spanish as a commitment to gender justice. Thank you. Now we can be assigned.

The AFT is litigating against executive orders that threaten federal funding, weaponize civil rights, and attack teaching accurate history. These orders are viewed as a "torrent" and are often illegal, representing the president's personal views rather than established law. Challenges to these orders are based on violations of the separation of powers, the Administrative Procedures Act, and fundamental constitutional rights like the First Amendment. The orders are often vague, overbroad, and target protected speech and associational rights. One example is an anti-union executive order that retaliates against federal sector unions for filing grievances. Despite the confusing nature of these orders, teachers should be reassured that curriculum control primarily lies with the states, many of which require teaching honest history. The federal government's role in education is limited, and these orders attempt to weaponize and expand that role beyond legal boundaries. Existing state and federal laws provide protections against these overreaches.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: So to start, I want to invite Dan to get us going. So Dan, thanks for being with us. We know that you and your colleagues at the AFT have been at the forefront of litigating against and resisting many of these executive orders. And they came as a torrent. They're hard to keep up with sometimes. They included this dear colleague letter from late February from the Department of Ed that threatens to withhold federal funding, weaponize civil rights, attacks on teaching accurate history, the history of slavery, diversity and inclusion, lots of effort. So I'm gonna ask you to do something very hard here, Dan, which in a couple of minutes, walk us through what these have looked like, but probably more importantly, what are the grounds on which you and the AFT and other of your partners have said, this is not, these are dubious and they can't move forward. Speaker 1: Yeah, thanks for that. And I do wanna acknowledge, like, these executive orders and these dear colleague letters and proclamations from the government, I mean, it is a torrent. Every day is something new. And in this way, is different than the first Trump administration because there are more competent people, competent in the most evil way. And so, you know, the legal pushback I also wanna say is necessary, but it's not what's going to get us through this. These are merely a stop gap measure. It's sand in the gears. It's an attempt to slow things down and to challenge things that are blatantly illegal. And I wanna say a lot of these executive orders that are coming out, they are illegal. They are Trump's view of the world or whoever's writing these for him. I think he'll sign whatever is put in front of him, actually. And so, you know, like the executive orders banning DEI in the federal government, right? So he calls these illegal DEI programs without ever defining what is DEI or what is illegal about it. And so, you know, then you get the Dear Colleague letter that comes out from, the Acting Secretary of Education and takes the Supreme Court decision in the Students for Fair Admission versus Harvard and expands that decision far beyond what is actually stated in that decision, and takes a decision about higher education and admissions and tries to apply it to banning, DEI programs in K-twelve, everything from affinity groups to courses on multiculturalism. And so these EOs and Dear Colleague Letters, they're largely illegal. And so the basis for challenging those decisions is one, a lot of these are not the law. Are merely performative. And when the president says it, he can't change existing law. Right? So there's the congress gets to make the laws, about the different agencies. So when he says, I'm doing this, then, you know, Congress has the authority to define what is the scope of an agency. So it violates the separation of powers act, the separation of powers as defined in our constitution. It also violates the Administrative Procedures Act, which is a procedural requirement, for these executive agencies that they have to follow what Congress tells them to do. And there are certain steps, certain due process requirements for taking certain actions by these agencies. And then they cannot act arbitrarily and capriciously. Many challenges to these executive orders will be under the Administrative Procedures Act. And then there's just basic violations of the fundamental rights that are listed in the constitution, the first amendment. So the Dear Colleague letter, it bans a lot of stuff that is protected speech and associational rights. You are allowed to associate with people. The executive orders targeting these law firms, right? Because they represented a person, people have a right to petition the government. And so to retaliate against them, that violates the constitution, first amendment rights. The problem with the Dear Colleague letter in many ways is how vague and overbroad it is. So it outlaws things that are clearly permitted. So that's overbroad. It's vague because they don't even define what programs are illegal. So there are numerous problems and these aren't limited to the ones that target education. It's a lot of them. The anti union executive order that came out Thursday targeting federal sector unions and depriving them of collective bargaining, there was a fact sheet that the president issued that says we are doing this because they are filing grievances against my administration. They are opposing my administration and therefore they don't deserve to have collective bargaining. That violates the constitution, first amendment rights. And so, you know, there are many other grounds in which they can be challenged, but those are the major ones. Speaker 0: Yeah. I mean, Dan, I just that's so and I'm going bring on Sierra in a moment to, you know, ask the follow-up questions, but I just didn't want to say what you're saying as I understand it, right? They're breaking the law. They're breaking the law. And when someone else is breaking the law and doing something illegal, we cannot concede to them the very rights that they're trying to to to take away from us. I just wonder, and just in the last follow-up because this must be so confusing for a teacher, a building leader, a principal that's like, but look, I read this in the paper. We can't talk about this anymore. It says it. Maybe we shouldn't do that. What's the message you're sharing to your members, to other educators when there's something that we can't say that anymore? We can't. How do we think about that? Speaker 1: Yeah, so, I mean, one of the things that teachers should be reassured about is that it is the states that control the curriculum. And many of our states have told us that we are required to teach honest history. We are required to teach about slavery and reconstruction. We are required to teach about the civil rights movement. We're required to teach about the genocide that happened in World War II and the genocide that's happening in Gaza. So we're required to teach honest history. And so the federal government has a limited role in education. They are trying to weaponize that role and expand it far beyond what the current law says and what is reserved to the states. Speaker 0: So I'm just hearing Dan. I appreciate that. And then Sarah and I turn it over as a reminder. There is lots and lots of law precedent at the state level, at the federal level, and protections against this. And the more we have our heads around that, the more we understand it, we can and the way to defend it is to practice it, to exercise it every day, to not apologize for it.

The NEA has been fighting attacks on immigrant rights, including the removal of safe zones, which previously limited ICE access to schools and churches. Now, ICE agents are reportedly abducting students and faculty, even grade school children, causing fear and disrupting education. There are also threats to defund schools through Title VI enforcement, starting with higher education. To combat this, schools should develop safe zone policies. Under Plyler versus Doe, all students have a constitutional right to attend public school, and schools should not collect immigration status information. Schools should designate a person to verify the authority of ICE agents before allowing them on the property, distinguishing between judicial and administrative warrants. Universities and colleges should also designate public and private areas on campus. Red cards, available in multiple languages, can be used to assert the right to remain silent and demand a judicial warrant when confronted by immigration enforcement.

Speaker 0: Stacy, I'm gonna turn to you next. In addition to the work defending equity and the right to teach on its history, the NEA has also led critical work against the tax on immigrant rights for students, families, teachers, schools. So can you tell us a little bit about what these attacks have looked like, including the recession of schools as protected areas or safe zones for immigration enforcement? And then also what do protections for students and schools have? What protections exist so that the educators, the teachers, the administrators know what those protections are so that we can continue to fight back against the repression? Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely. So we've been in this fight for a long time. So we've re upped everything that we had in place for the first Trump administration and doubled down on that. And so as you mentioned, the safe zones have been removed. That was done the first day of this administration. And so that is one of our biggest concerns is that that was the protection where ICE was very limited in being able to go into areas like churches and schools and universities. And that goes back to the nineteen nineties where they were really prohibited from going on to those properties to abduct any student or anyone else who's on those properties. That was removed. And so now what we see are ICE agents going on to university campuses. I'm sure you've seen this in the newspapers, abducting people, abducting students, abducting faculty and staff. Now they're starting to seize even grade school children from their homes, from schools. And so I'll talk about ways to put to stop that, but you've seen it in the news. And so we're at the point now where we're hearing from our members that their students are afraid to come to school. They're afraid to come because they might get abducted there. They're afraid that they might come home and their parents will have been abducted. And so it's a very, very scary time. And it upsets the whole educational process when students are afraid to come to school. So that's one issue. But the other issue you probably also heard about are these threats to take away funding from schools through Title VI enforcement. They're starting with higher ed. Right? We saw it start with Columbia. Now they're going down the line to other schools with respect to taking away funding for issues that relate to international students and immigrants. But you can expect that that's gonna come down to the k 12 level as well. Right? They're they're gonna be next on the hit list. So what can we do about it? I wanna focus on what can be done to stop this. And I think Chicago Public Schools in the early weeks of this administration made a great example where I showed up to abduct a student. The principal, I think it was, stood outside the building and said, you don't have any permission to be here. Our policy does not allow it. And ICE backed up. ICE has even said schools with these policies scare us. Right? We we don't go into those schools. We try to find schools that don't have the protective policies. And so what we're encouraging our members to do, to work with their schools, to develop safe zone policies. And so what that means is you work with your school to do a few different things. Number one, emphasize that as someone already mentioned, under the constitution, any student has the right to go to to k 12 school, to public school, right, under Plyer versus Doe. And they're gonna post that summary of that decision in the chat so that you know that's the name you need to remember is Plier versus Doe. It's a constitutional right for any student to attend public school, not private school, but public school. And so that means that states cannot, like they're trying to do right now, pass legislation that puts restrictions on immigrant students from going to public school. It means that they can't force them to reveal their immigration status when they enroll in that school. Right? And so schools should not be collecting that information. They should not be collecting even where the child was born or their hometown and making that part of their student record. Because even though there are FERPA protections, right, privacy protections for those student records, it's safer to just not have those schools collect that information at all. And so that's another thing that we advise. The other part of safe zone resolutions is to make sure that there are procedures in place for when ICE shows up, just like Chicago, to have someone who is a designated person that's going to determine whether or not ICE has the authority to enter that property. Because they cannot enter the property without the school's permission unless they have a judicial warrant. And there's a big difference between a judicial warrant issued by a court and something that an ICE agent might have just thrown together on a piece of paper, call it administrative warrant. Right? And the school does not have to allow them onto the property just based on an administrative warrant. But the school needs to have someone who's designated to know what's the difference between those two things. Right? And so that's an important piece to have in place as well. And then also, especially for universities and colleges, it's important to designate what are the public and private areas of that campus. Right? So that dormitories, for example, are private spaces. ICE agents can't just wander in and start knocking on doors in the dormitory. That's a private space. Whereas maybe they can go on the the green of the campus. Right? But at least students know that that's a public area versus what's a private area where they are safer. And the same thing is true for k 12 campuses that are open campuses. Right? There may be areas where the general public can can walk around, but those need to be designated. Yeah. And somebody just put in the chat red cards that the other thing that we make sure that people have available. These are cards that people can present. If they are confronted by an immigration enforcement agent, they can present them with this red card and say, I don't need to talk to you. I have the right to refuse to talk to you unless you show me a judicial warrant. And those are available in tons of different languages. And so we encourage everyone to make those available to people so that they can use those to their advantage. And so I think I'll leave it at that, and I'll have some more recommendations later about what schools and teachers can do in general.

@DrKarlynB - Karlyn Borysenko, anti-communist cult leader

Kate Redburn, legal strategist from Columbia, is pushing for bureaucratic delays to entrench gender ideology before Trump can intervene. They/them is using legal loopholes to ensure trans rights stay enshrined in school policies.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The federal government is focusing on trans youth, with the goal to force them back into the closet by hindering their equal participation in school and society. Access to bathrooms is presented as a key issue, representing access to the building itself. Executive orders have been issued to condition federal funding on ending gender-affirming care for those 19 and under, investigate trans girls in sports, prevent funding for trans-inclusive schools, and redefine sex to exclude trans people. Executive orders don't change the law but set the agenda. While most agencies haven't implemented these orders, some actions have been taken, like against a Denver high school with gender-neutral bathrooms. Federal laws protecting against sex discrimination include protections for trans people, based on Supreme Court interpretation. Agencies must receive and consider public comments when changing policy. State-level bills address students' names and pronouns, but there's also work to protect trans students. New York amended its constitution to prevent anti-trans discrimination. It's still legal for kids to use bathrooms consistent with their gender identity in 31 states, and 23 states don't prevent trans kids from playing sports. Laws banning trans kids from sports have been blocked in five states, and 14 states have shield laws protecting gender-affirming care. Students retain speech rights, and curricular decisions are made locally. Legal resources are available to defend trans kids at school.
Full Transcript
Speaker 0: And now it's become a focus of the federal government. So that, you know, that's that's certainly magnifies the the threat. And the goal is to force you know, to be clear, the goal is to force trans youth back into the closet by making it impossible to participate equally at school society. So, you know, on one level, might think that, you know, why are we talking all constantly about bathrooms? But if you think about the you know, because the bathroom is a not, let's say, the most important time of your day. However, access to bathrooms is access to the building. Right? If you're not able to so so the this particular areas of focus might seem might seem trivial, but actually are the sort of stakes of of equal participation. And Trump Trump has issued, you know, as we've been talking about, just a flurry of executive orders that relate to trans youth and trans students. So, you know, he's directed federal agencies to condition federal funding on ending access to gender affirming health care for people 19. He's directed them to investigate trans girls playing k through 12 sports. He's tried to prevent funding of k through 12 schools that have trans inclusive policies and curricula, and then redefining sex itself to essentially erase trans people by suggesting that sex is immutable and binary. But as we've already been saying, you know, an executive order just does not change the law. It it sets the agenda for the agencies that enforce federal law. So it's certainly a warning, but it's not a change in the law. And so most agencies haven't actually moved to implement these orders yet. That doesn't mean that they won't, but, you know, we know that the Department of Education has brought enforcement actions against a Denver high school that has gender neutral bathrooms. And after the governor of Maine stood up to Trump basically at a luncheon, the state has been under enormous pressure to change its trans student policy. And that's so those are very scary, but there's still a lot of time and territory to push back. So for example, all of the federal laws that protect against sex discrimination include protections for trans people. And that was that's the result of an authoritative interpretation from the supreme court. So as as Dan was saying, you know, to the extent that any of these executive orders or even some of the federal policy purports to redefine sex to not include trans people, that's illegal. Also, as we've seen in, you know, the flip flop back and forth between Obama, Trump, and Biden, now Trump again, we can expect there to be a reinterpretation of title nine, but that hasn't happened yet. So when agencies change policy, they're obligated, as Dan was saying, under the under the APA to receive public comments and to take those comments into account. Those comments become the record if the if the agency action, you know, is litigated. So a great way to to participate is to submit a comment, and there are campaigns to submit comments. So right now, there's rulemaking around health care definitions and passports. There will certainly be opportunities for people to organize themselves to to to make comments about other other policies as they come down the pike. And then at the state level, you know, of course, over the past four years and accelerating now, there are all kinds of bills, including those to enable or prevent students from using a different name or pronouns at school. But at the same time, there's just been enormous work to protect trans students and those remain in place. So in New York where I'm coming from, we recently amended the constitution to prevent anti trans discrimination and that applies to schools and hospitals, similar provisions from state constitutions and and in state discrimination law around the country. It's still legal for kids to use the bathrooms consistent with their gender identity in 31 states. Okay. 23 states don't prevent trans kids from playing sports, and there are laws seeking to ban the trans kids from playing sports have been blocked by courts in five states. And 14 states have passed shield laws to protect access to gender affirming care. So students, as we've also heard, still have speech rights at school that includes rights to per you know, individual expression. And and, again, curricular decisions, including decisions about teaching, about, you know, gender diversity are still made at the local level. So there are just lots and lots just to reiterate what other people have said, there are lots of legal resources to use in defending trans kids at school, even though even though there's a unprecedented level of attack right now.

Jesse Hagopian, radical educator and CRT author, is equating the restriction of anti-racist curriculum to McCarthyism, rallying teachers to disobey laws and frame every restriction as an attack on free speech and education.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker claims current tactics resemble the McCarthy era, including the red and lavender scares. During that time, thousands of educators were fired for being accused of being communists or homosexual. Teaching about inequality or race was considered communist activity, leading to blacklisting. Florida had rampant firings of teachers labeled homosexual, which the speaker sees echoed in Florida's "don't say gay, don't say trans" laws. The speaker calls for a new liberation movement, similar to the civil rights movement that sidelined McCarthyism, to challenge those in power.

Speaker 0: You know, we can look at the McCarthy era, the red scare, and the lavender scare. That is the playbook they are drawing from right now. Right? They fired thousands of educators across this country including over 400 educators in New York City alone for being accused of being a communist. Right? And so that any teacher who taught about inequality or certainly if you taught about race, then you were clearly a communist and they blacklisted you. And that was overlapped with the lavender scare where all they had to do was label you quote homosexual and they would fire you. This was rampant in Florida where they fired hundreds of teachers. And we're seeing the echo in Florida's don't say gay, don't say trans laws. And so it's time for us to build a new liberation movement. The type that broke through McCarthyism and ended that era. The civil rights movement was the reason why McCarthyism was sidelined. And now it's our turn to build a brand new uprising that can challenge those in power. Yes. Yes. Thank you for energizing us with that. And

Leslie Blatteau, President of the New Haven Federation of Teachers, is rallying teachers to defy Trump’s executive orders, encouraging them to organize resistance cells and distribute “know your rights” cards to students. Schools are becoming political battlegrounds.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker emphasizes the importance of teachers attending workshops and then disseminating the information within their schools. This is to saturate the schools with critical information. The speaker references Border Czar saying that "Know Your Rights" workshops are effective and are slowing down the machinery of the fascists. The speaker urges listeners to heed this message and continue empowering people to know their rights.

Speaker 0: And make sure that our teachers go back to their schools to then further turnkey those workshops and really saturate the the schools with this critical information because we heard what the borders are said. We heard him say that those know your rights workshops are working, that that the know your rights workshops are slowing down the machinery the machinery of the fascists. So let's listen to what he's saying and make sure that we continue to empower people to know their rights.

@DrKarlynB - Karlyn Borysenko, anti-communist cult leader

Blatteau is urging teachers to take their resistance to the streets, organizing protests and direct actions against Trump’s policies. Her goal? A full-scale mobilization of educators to challenge federal authority.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Now is the time for teachers to get in the streets. Opportunities to do so are coming up on April 5 and May 1. Building power requires teachers, particularly white teachers with privilege, to get into the streets in ways they haven't before. This will show a willingness to do more to stop what is going on. Because this situation is unprecedented, bigger steps are needed. More teachers need to be out in the streets to slow this monster down.

Speaker 0: But what I will say is that now is really the time for teachers to get in the streets. There are a lot of opportunities for us to do this. We know there's things happening April 5. We know there's things happening May 1. We have to build power and that comes through us, particularly the white teachers with a lot of lot of privilege getting into the streets in ways that maybe we haven't been before so that we can show that we are willing to do something more to stop what is going on. Like folks have said, this is unprecedented, and we have to be willing to make bigger steps to do something about this. And I really want to see more of us out there in the streets to slow this monster down.

Tabitha Sookdeo, Executive Director of Connecticut Students for a Dream, is framing Trump’s immigration policies as Nazi-era tactics, preparing for mass deportations, and pushing the Red Folder Project to flood courts with challenges to delay ICE.

Video Transcript AI Summary
The speaker expresses concern that current events resemble Nazi Germany and stresses the need for preparedness. They introduce the "Red Folder Project," which aims to prepare individuals' documents to overwhelm the courts if people are detained. The goal is to mobilize resources and secure legal representation promptly. Despite the grim situation, the speaker notes that people are uniting to take action.

Speaker 0: This is pretty scary stuff.

In his closing remarks, Jesse Hagopian, radical educator and CRT author, claimed Trump is "lynching education" by restricting anti-racist curricula. He’s framing any opposition to his agenda as an assault on truth and freedom in the classroom.

Video Transcript AI Summary
Trump understands that control of education is the fastest path to authoritarianism and fascism, therefore he is assaulting educators and using education to open the door to fascism. "We protect us" must be a strategy, not just a slogan. Legal strategies alone are insufficient because Trump disregards the law. A broader strategy is needed, similar to the social movement that ended McCarthyism, requiring a mass multiracial movement. The Teach Truth National Day of Action on June 7 is an opportunity for educators, unions, parents, students, and others to show solidarity and resist authoritarianism. Resources for setting up ban book tables, teach-ins, and walking tours are available on the ZYN Education Project website.

Speaker 0: Because Trump knows the fas the fastest route to authoritarian rule and fascism really runs through the classroom, and that's why he doesn't just lie. He is lynching the truth. That's why he's assaulting educators. That's why he is using education as really this this issue to pry open the door to fascism. Right? And I think that this title of our panel, we protect us is not just a slogan. So we have to use the law and we have to work with legal experts and movement lawyers and fight the legal system. But that has to be one arm of a much bigger strategy that is about rebuilding the type of social movement that ended McCarthyism. Right? And that requires building a mass multiracial movement. And we're beginning to see some really important examples of how to fight back. And I would just say that the Teach Truth National Day of Action on June 7 is a huge opportunity for every educator, every union, not just parents, students, and teachers, but everyone who knows that truth is on the line here, that authoritarianism is is rapidly on the way. This is our opportunity to build a national show of solidarity and push back. June 7, National Teach Truth Day of Action. You can go to the ZYN Education Project website, and we've made it really easy for you to order materials to set up ban book tables or materials for teach ins, walking tours, many innovative creative ways that we can resist the Trump agenda.

James O'Keefe UNDERCOVER footage: Florida Tech President is changing the language of DEI Courses to Bypass DEI Ban for $7M in Taxpayer Funding “They [the Government] are not smart people— Talked to the Diversity Cabinet— we modified some of the language” https://t.co/fxFBfZg0gy

Video Transcript AI Summary
O'Keefe Media Group reported on a secretly recorded meeting with the president of Florida Institute of Technology, John Niklow, concerning DEI and funding. Niklow allegedly discussed changing wording to circumvent a presidential executive order and secure funding, including a $7 million deal. He admitted to tweaking language after a state official questioned the university's "wokeness." Another professor requested an exemption to change course catalog information, which Niklow supported. He advised faculty to modify branding or find new funding sources. Niklow stated that the government isn't smart enough to find DEI courses, and suggested faculty publicize course notes to avoid misinterpretation. The O'Keefe Media Group was asked to leave the premises and threatened with legal action. A cease and desist letter was sent to them.

Speaker 0: I'm with O'Keefe Media Group, and we're doing a story. And we have someone who secretly recorded a meeting in your office talking about DEI and exposed that you were changing the words. Speaker 1: And we're seeing specific projects people because they have the words in the event of climate change, environmental. I mean, this this got me personally. This is kind of my research. If you go to the federal government right now and see funding for this work and they talk a lot about climate change impacts on manatees and such. It won't be fun. If you word it as surveillance or defense, you'll probably get money. Speaker 0: One of the individuals who worked here had a meeting with the president in his office with all of his senior staff and recorded the president, a man named John Niklow, talking about changing the wording to get around the presidential executive order in order not to lose funding. Can I show you that clip real quick? Just Speaker 1: No. Not not true at all. Speaker 0: It's not true? No. In the meeting that was covertly recorded, Niclo discussed discussed a meeting that appeared to be with governor Ron DeSantis or some high up state official in Tallahassee. Nikolaou describes in that meeting that he obtained $7,000,000 in funding. Speaker 1: But how this I had a $7,000,000 ask, talked about the project, literally sat at his desk and turned two streams around and said, why are you so woke? And he pulled out two examples, and one was ICCM, called Bridge on the way home, and he tweaked the language. And to the extent that these people are just looking for words. Okay? Speaker 0: Where sources say the duplicity came in is in after that meeting, the president of the university went against the deal and then said he was going to fight back with the $7,000,000. Speaker 1: Part of me driving back thinking about this, why would we fight back? You know, $7,000,000. It's a lot of money, but if I lose $7,000,000, we can live we can live with it. And if we had to change some words so they're not being scraped and and so we're not targeted, allows us to do our work. Speaker 0: And I was walking in the President's Office and trying to make an appointment, and then the president was walking out. While I was walking in about to leave, I caught up with him and he said, is illegal. I'm gonna contact my attorney. It's not illegal to record. There's nothing illegal about recording. I have it on video. I have it on video on my iPad. Speaker 1: Why was it illegally recorded? Nobody told me this? Speaker 0: I don't think it's illegal. Speaker 1: I would Speaker 0: There's a there's a there's a first amendment issue here. Speaker 1: Funny. I'm gonna have you talk to my Speaker 0: Your attorney? Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Is he here? Absolutely. Speaker 0: On the eve of publishing this recording, we were sent a cease and desist letter by this law firm. We've called the lawyer and are waiting to hear back. Here comes security. Keep the camera rolling. Keep the camera rolling. Keep the camera rolling. What's that? Speaker 1: Are you approved by the school to be Speaker 0: here? Approved? Speaker 1: Yes. Is it but have you gone through any one higher up in HR? Speaker 0: The problem with getting approval, I usually don't get the consent of the people to do the stories on them. Speaker 1: So with that, I was told I have to tell you that you can be on the sidewalk because Speaker 0: We got a we got a backup here. Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Speaker 2: We got it's a serious situation. Right? Speaker 1: Someone complained. Speaker 0: Who complained? You can't just finish the shot. No, sir. No. Okay. Not. Speaker 1: Ugh. This is how it is. All the high rope. And they play that every little thing. Speaker 0: Oh, man. You're not the first Speaker 1: person to do it. It happens all the time. Speaker 0: So We're getting kicked out here. Yep. That's that's too bad. We're just trying this is for the public's right to know. You know? Speaker 1: Hey. You can do all you want on the sidewalk. Speaker 0: Public property. Oh, okay. Thank you for your help. You're welcome. Are escorting me. Speaker 2: They should be escorting the president off the property, for real. Speaker 0: So they kicked us out. The lady was very nice. The guy was kind of a dick, to be honest with you. And they should have escorted the president out because it was the president who was caught on tape saying what he said, talking about changing the wording. To this guy, denying that he changed the words, that's what he did. Professor Julia Constopoulos, who is the head of the school of psychology, talks about renaming and changing aspects of the course catalog with the president. Speaker 3: The best recommendation, we have our human sexuality class. We have culture in what's the name Speaker 1: of class? Social culture. Social culture. Multicultural psychotherapy. Speaker 3: DEI and because that course catalog is public it might be wise for us to request an exemption to get it changed past the catalog publication date? Speaker 1: I I don't wanna give you legal advice, but my my inclination is that you continue to teach those courses at university, work closely doctors to help you either modify the brand for a different agency or find a new company source. Speaker 2: After experiencing four years of a volatile economy, America is facing record inflation and a massive threat to the US dollar. Speaker 0: Another professor is asking the president of university, Niklau, if certain courses will be barred from Florida Tech. President responds that the government does not have smart people. They're just searching on the web for their DEI courses. Speaker 1: Your students sign up for the course if you're to learn about them, publicize all the notes so that anybody can access them my cloud would not learn about it. So I think being mindful of how you're teaching the course and sharing information so that it doesn't get misconstrued in the wrong hands. Speaker 0: We also have Julie Kastopoulos, head of the school of psychology, getting approval from the president. He says, I will support that to get an exemption, to get the thing changed. These people are acting deceptive, and they're using your tax dollars to do it. This is James O'Keefe reporting live from Florida Institute of Technology. I never knew such a place existed. Now I learn the practices of the president who called the police on us most likely, and we're gonna ask the school for comment. Stay tuned. This is a recording provided to you by a source, by a brave person who recorded, provided it to us. We caught up with that source as well. Speaker 2: In recent months, many of our fellow Americans experienced unprecedented natural disasters and damaged infrastructure, making access to health care essentials impossible at the very moment it was needed.
